- 1:21Like, let's get gored. All right, guys, First things
- 1:25first, girls in the autism spectrum exist.
- 1:27A lot of people don't talk about this.
- 1:29It's really, really weird. Like people did forget that
- 1:32girls can be on the autism spectrum.
- 1:34Now, I know many girls who are on the autism spectrum.
- 1:36Some of my closest friends are on the autism spectrum and
- 1:38they're female. Some of my closest friends are
- 1:40on the autism spectrum and they're female.
- 1:41So that is important. OK, next thing to talk about, I
- 1:45have a free autism Wifax PDF book that you can get for free
- 1:48because I told you I'm all about helping today.
- 1:49So go to theautismhax.net right now, download the free, also the
- 1:53Wifax PDF book completely free. So executive function.
- 1:57Executive function is things like organizing and managing
- 2:00everyday tasks, everyday life. It could be organizing a list to
- 2:03go to the grocery store. It could be organizing your
- 2:05laundry. It could be organizing anything
- 2:08in your life that needs to be done.
- 2:09That's an executive function that you need to do to complete
- 2:12a life task. We're in on the open spectrum,
- 2:14just like males in the open spectrum will have issues and
- 2:17it's called executive dysfunction.
- 2:19Now, executive dysfunction is exactly what it says you're,
- 2:22you're dysfunctioning from those executive functions, right?
- 2:24How we can help with this and, and I mean this in the best way
- 2:27possible is technology. People are like, well, how does
- 2:30technology work? I'm all about getting results
- 2:33instantly, quickly and as fast as I possibly can.
- 2:36The best way to do this, the most efficient way to do this is
- 2:39with technology. Now, we all have either a
- 2:41smartphone, a tablet, or a smart device like an Alexa or a Google
- 2:45Home hub or, you know, one of the many things like a Siri Home
- 2:49hub. But there's so many voice first
- 2:51technologies, which is what they call these personal digital
- 2:53systems we all have everywhere. My Alexa's behind me here.
- 2:56Yeah, she's there. And I use these all the time.
- 2:58Things like remembering to pick milk up from the store,
- 3:02remembering to take your medication, remembering to pick
- 3:05up your dry cleaning or, or even your kids from school.
- 3:07All of those things can be scheduled.
- 3:09You just have to ask them. So using voice vest technology,
- 3:12you say, hey, Alexa, remind me to take my medication tomorrow
- 3:15at 9:00 PM OK, I'll remind you tomorrow at 9:00 PM.
- 3:19There you go. Alexa's telling me now what I
- 3:21need to do to take my medication at 9:00 PM tomorrow.
- 3:24It's as easy as that. The alert will actually come
- 3:25through to your phone and it's there in stone.
- 3:28You can even ask them to repeat this.
- 3:30Every single appointment that I have with a doctor or a
- 3:32specialist or anything like that, I have to ask my phone,
- 3:35Siri to put that in my calendar at a specific date, at a
- 3:37specific time and set an alarm. I just talk to them and they do
- 3:41that. This one hack of using Voice
- 3:44First technology to eliminate stress from emotional
- 3:48dysfunction, executive dysfunction.
- 3:52You can literally 10X your life overnight by just implementing
- 3:57everything that you need to do to be put on a reminder through
- 3:59Voice First technology. Yeah, I know.
- 4:01You're welcome. You guys are amazing.
- 4:03If you are having trouble with mental health, you can
- 4:05definitely check out the app Better Help down below, which is
