- 0:00Speaker 1: Welcome in his Verdict with Center, Ted Cruz, Ben Ferguson
- 0:03Speaker 1: with you, and it's nice to have you with us
- 0:04Speaker 1: if you're listening on the radio around the country right now.
- 0:06Speaker 1: As a reminder, if this is the first time you've
- 0:09Speaker 1: ever heard this radio show, no, we do it as
- 0:11Speaker 1: a podcast three days a week, So don't forget to
- 0:13Speaker 1: deal with Verdict with Ted Cruz wherever you get your
- 0:16Speaker 1: podcast and Center. We've got a big show to talk about,
- 0:19Speaker 1: including some election results, the Muslim Brotherhood getting involved in
- 0:24Speaker 1: with candidates. It's really fun time to watch the Democratic
- 0:27Speaker 1: Party implode in a very weird way.
- 0:30Speaker 2: Well, this week I shared a major hearing in the
- 0:33Speaker 2: Senate on the Muslim Brotherhood and the Muslim Brotherhood's activity
- 0:36Speaker 2: in the United States, in the United States taking over
- 0:40Speaker 2: effectively the Democrat Party, engaging in and funding acts of terror,
- 0:44Speaker 2: acts of terror in the Middle East, acts of terror
- 0:47Speaker 2: here at home. We're going to break down the facts
- 0:49Speaker 2: of the threat that the Muslim Brotherhood and their affiliate
- 0:52Speaker 2: organizations post to you, post to your family, post to
- 0:55Speaker 2: your security, but also the degree to which the Democrat
- 0:59Speaker 2: Party looked this hearing that I chaired, the Democrats boycotted.
- 1:03Speaker 2: Not a single Democrat senator was willing to show up.
- 1:06Speaker 2: The ranking member didn't show up. All of them said
- 1:09Speaker 2: we won't be there because they do not want to
- 1:11Speaker 2: know about material support for terrorism against America from a
- 1:16Speaker 2: critical part of their own base. We're going to break
- 1:18Speaker 2: it all down for you. We're also going to talk
- 1:21Speaker 2: about James tallerco the Democrat nominee for Senate in Texas,
- 1:25Speaker 2: who it was just exposed he went out on the
- 1:27Speaker 2: campaign trail campaigning with an eleven year old drag queen,
- 1:32Speaker 2: a little boy dressed as a woman, and James Tallerrico
- 1:36Speaker 2: was proud to stand next to this little eleven year
- 1:38Speaker 2: old child and celebrate an eleven year old drag queen.
- 1:43Speaker 2: This man is radical, he's extreme. He doesn't match the
- 1:46Speaker 2: state of Texas. We're going to give you all the
- 1:47Speaker 2: facts on that as well. And finally, we're going to
- 1:50Speaker 2: talk about a very revealing story how Democrat attorneys general
- 1:54Speaker 2: across the country came together and colluded on a plan
- 1:59Speaker 2: to sue President Trump months before he was elected. He
- 2:04Speaker 2: was not yet president. They just knew, uh, oh, there's
- 2:07Speaker 2: a chance the voters might elect him. Let's plan to
- 2:10Speaker 2: sue from day one, over and over again. We're gonna
- 2:13Speaker 2: give you all the details on that as well.
- 2:15Speaker 1: Yeah, it's an incredible story. And I want to go
- 2:17Speaker 1: back to this Muslim Brotherhood hearing so that people understand
- 2:21Speaker 1: why you decide to have this hearing. This was a
- 2:24Speaker 1: national security issue and Democrats didn't show up for this
- 2:29Speaker 1: hearing for political reasons, which is even more shocking when
- 2:33Speaker 1: you're talking about a national security issue and the Muslim
- 2:36Speaker 1: Brotherhood is a terrorist organization.
- 2:39Speaker 2: Well, and remember this is the same week that abdu
- 2:42Speaker 2: alahl Sayed, a radical Islamist, just won the Democrat primary
- 2:47Speaker 2: for Senate in the state of Michigan. Yeah, and to
- 2:51Speaker 2: the surprise of nobody, just about every establishment Democrat, Chuck
- 2:55Speaker 2: Schumer immediately endorsed the Islamist. It's almost like he started
- 3:00Speaker 2: chanting aluja awkbar. I mean, they're just they don't care.
- 3:04Speaker 2: They don't care if you're a rabbit, anti semi. They
- 3:06Speaker 2: don't care. If you hate Israel, they don't care, if
- 3:09Speaker 2: you hate America. They don't care. If you're a communist,
- 3:11Speaker 2: they don't care, if you're a Nazi. They don't care.
- 3:14Speaker 2: If you've assaulted and victimized women. By the way, all
- 3:18Speaker 2: of those things raam Plattner, their nominee in Maine until
- 3:21Speaker 2: like twelve seconds ago, had done. And yet the Democrats,
- 3:24Speaker 2: as Elizabeth Warren said, he's my kind of guy. Now.
- 3:27Speaker 2: Abdul el Sayad, his father in law is a senior
- 3:33Speaker 2: figure with multiple organizations affiliated with the Muslim Brotherhood. He
- 3:39Speaker 2: campaigned alongside Hassan Piker. This is the radical left wing
- 3:45Speaker 2: America hating radical who said, and I quote, America deserved
- 3:51Speaker 2: nine to eleven.
- 3:52Speaker 1: And by the way, not only did he say that,
- 3:55Speaker 1: but the candidate was given multiple opportunities to denounce campaign
- 4:01Speaker 1: with the individual who said that America deserved nine to eleven,
- 4:04Speaker 1: did not denounce him, and apparently is continuing to stand
- 4:07Speaker 1: beside him and campaign. I guess with them moving.
- 4:09Speaker 2: Forward, this is who they are, all right. I want
- 4:13Speaker 2: you to listen to Bill Malusion of Fox News reporting
- 4:15Speaker 2: on the hearing we had this week.
- 4:17Speaker 3: It was Republican Senator Ted Kruz who decided to call
- 4:20Speaker 3: this hearing today to take a look at the impacts
- 4:22Speaker 3: of Muslim Brotherhood networks here in the US. But as
- 4:25Speaker 3: you mentioned, we are expecting all five Democrats on the
- 4:29Speaker 3: Senate Committee to boycott this hearing today because they say
- 4:32Speaker 3: it's just going to be used.
- 4:33Speaker 2: To scapegoat all Muslims.
- 4:35Speaker 3: These are the five Democrats we're talking about here on
- 4:37Speaker 3: the Senate Judiciary Subcommittee on Federal Courts. Senator Selden Whitehouse,
- 4:42Speaker 3: Senator Richard Blumenthal, Senator Masah Ferono, Senator Alex Badia, and
- 4:47Speaker 3: Senator Peter Welts. None of them are expected to participate today.
- 4:51Speaker 1: So let's break down why they would have this meeting
- 4:55Speaker 1: where they say none of us are going to show up.
- 4:58Speaker 1: I have a guess. The first guest is, Hey, if
- 5:00Speaker 1: we show up and we hear what the Muslim Brotherhood
- 5:02Speaker 1: actually does, then that's going to hit Democrats who are
- 5:06Speaker 1: hanging out with a bunch of Muslim Brotherhood sympathizers and
- 5:08Speaker 1: advocates and even maybe fundraisers for them. So we don't
- 5:12Speaker 1: want to do that. Is that probably the real reason
- 5:14Speaker 1: why they didn't hump It was just pure politics of Hey,
- 5:17Speaker 1: we know they're bad, but we need them right now
- 5:19Speaker 1: and we have these connections with them, and we don't
- 5:21Speaker 1: want to highlight that.
- 5:23Speaker 2: Yes, but it's worse than that. Listen, the Muslim Brotherhood
- 5:26Speaker 2: is a terrorist organization. I've spent a decade in the
- 5:29Speaker 2: US Senate leading the fight to designate the Muslim Brotherhood
- 5:33Speaker 2: as a terrorist organization. The Muslim Brotherhood is a global organization.
- 5:37Speaker 2: It has multiple affiliates in local areas. The Muslim Brotherhood
- 5:42Speaker 2: in Palestine. Do you know what they're also called?
- 5:44Speaker 4: What is that?
- 5:45Speaker 2: Humas Hamas is the Muslim Brotherhood in Palestine. There, of course,
- 5:50Speaker 2: the horrific terrorists who carried out the atrocities on October seventh.
- 5:55Speaker 2: For ten years, over five consecutive congresses, I've introduced led
- 6:01Speaker 2: to designate the Muslim Brotherhood as a terrorist organization. And
- 6:04Speaker 2: it's been a real fight. By the way, multiple Middle
- 6:07Speaker 2: East countries have already done this. Egypt has designated the
- 6:10Speaker 2: Muslim Brotherhood as a terrorist organization, the UAE, Saudi Arabia,
- 6:14Speaker 2: all of them have designated the Muslim Brotherhood as a
- 6:17Speaker 2: terrorist organization. In Trump won the first Trump term, I
- 6:21Speaker 2: almost got the Trump administration to do it, and they
- 6:24Speaker 2: came up just short. They didn't do it. In Trump two,
- 6:28Speaker 2: we've had major success. The President has not designated the
- 6:31Speaker 2: global Muslim Brotherhood a terrorist organization, but he's designated multiple
- 6:35Speaker 2: of the affiliates a terrorist organization. I'm leading the fight
- 6:39Speaker 2: to make it happen and understand what has happened. This
- 6:42Speaker 2: terrorist organization has affiliates in the United States and they
- 6:46Speaker 2: have a very explicit objective. They have an objective to
- 6:49Speaker 2: undermined and destroy America. Here, I want you to listen
- 6:53Speaker 2: to the testimony of one of the witnesses at the hearing.
- 6:55Speaker 4: Give a listen.
- 6:57Speaker 2: Does Abdul l Sayed's Canada for Senator and Michigan concern.
- 7:02Speaker 4: Yes, sir, it does. Why is that? Well? To begin with,
- 7:06Speaker 4: I look at the connections that his father in law,
- 7:08Speaker 4: Chaikaku Taib has the two Brotherhood linked groups. This includes
- 7:13Speaker 4: being the president at one time of CARE Michigan. Also
- 7:16Speaker 4: his presence on the Islamic Society of North America Founders Committee,
- 7:20Speaker 4: which is only for those most exclusively devoted to ISNA
- 7:24Speaker 4: and provide significant amounts of funding. There are other known
- 7:27Speaker 4: Brotherhood members on that committee. I would also look at
- 7:31Speaker 4: El Saeed's ties to a group called m GAGE, which
- 7:35Speaker 4: purports to be a Muslim sort of get out the
- 7:38Speaker 4: vote or candidate recruitment organization, but it has close ties
- 7:43Speaker 4: to CARE. It was created by a former CARE member
- 7:45Speaker 4: who at one time was on a terror watch list
- 7:48Speaker 4: and was also a consultant to convicted terrorists. Samuel Arian,
- 7:53Speaker 4: do you believe.
- 7:53Speaker 2: The Islamic Society of North America or ISNA, is an
- 7:57Speaker 2: ongoing part of the Muslim brother Hood network in the
- 8:00Speaker 2: United States?
- 8:02Speaker 4: Yes, Sir, I do. There were some HLF documents that
- 8:05Speaker 4: reflected hesitation by the Brotherhood that they thought perhaps they
- 8:08Speaker 4: were losing control of is not one point that they
- 8:11Speaker 4: appear to have rectified that as far as I can tell,
- 8:13Speaker 4: there are still individuals associated with the Muslim Brotherhood who
- 8:18Speaker 4: are in high leadership positions with that organization, and they
- 8:21Speaker 4: have never repudiated their ties to the organization.
- 8:24Speaker 1: Senator, you listen to that. And this is what the
- 8:27Speaker 1: Democrats missed deliberately on purpose and boycotted this meeting because
- 8:33Speaker 1: I think if you were sitting there hearing this, you
- 8:36Speaker 1: can no longer look the other way. So ignorance, I guess, technically,
- 8:40Speaker 1: is bliss for them. Is this a bigger problem even
- 8:43Speaker 1: outside of this room? I mean, I know the committee
- 8:45Speaker 1: members that basically said we're not showing up for this,
- 8:48Speaker 1: they boycott it. But is this also indicative of the
- 8:51Speaker 1: entire Democratic Party right now? Where they're saying, hey, it
- 8:54Speaker 1: doesn't matter what you believe in, as long as you
- 8:56Speaker 1: support us, will take your endorsement.
- 8:59Speaker 2: Look that, sadly is absolutely right. As I said this week,
- 9:02Speaker 2: the Democrats nominated Abdul Alsayad, who is an open Islamist
- 9:06Speaker 2: who embraces hatred of America as part of his campaign,
- 9:11Speaker 2: and every Democrat in the Senate other than John Fetterman,
- 9:15Speaker 2: and the fact that John Fetterman stands alone, it's like
- 9:18Speaker 2: Sherlock Holmes and the dog that didn't bark. Fetterman is
- 9:23Speaker 2: the only one who will dare to announce this. Every
- 9:25Speaker 2: other Democrat they don't care that he's an Islamist, they
- 9:27Speaker 2: don't care that he's campaigning alongside to someone who says
- 9:31Speaker 2: America deserved nine to eleven. That's why they didn't attend,
- 9:34Speaker 2: because they can't defend this, and they're counting on the
- 9:37Speaker 2: corporate media not to cover it. But let me give
- 9:40Speaker 2: you some of the breakdown of what's going on. So
- 9:43Speaker 2: the Muslim Brotherhood, which which is committed murders all across
- 9:47Speaker 2: the world, is funded terrorism all across the world. In
- 9:50Speaker 2: nineteen ninety one, the Muslim Brotherhood drafted a document that
- 9:54Speaker 2: was called the Explanatory Memorandum, and in two thousand and four,
- 9:58Speaker 2: the FBA FBI investigators found it. They found it in
- 10:02Speaker 2: a home in Annandale, Virginia. Here's what the memorandum said,
- 10:06Speaker 2: because they wrote in this memorandum what the Muslim Brotherhood's
- 10:08Speaker 2: objectives were. They described what it called a quote civilizational
- 10:16Speaker 2: jehadiest process in North America. And it explained in unmistakable
- 10:23Speaker 2: terms the objective. It said the Muslim Brotherhood's work in
- 10:26Speaker 2: America was quote a grand jihad in eliminating and destroying
- 10:34Speaker 2: the Western civilization from within and sabotaging its miserable house
- 10:41Speaker 2: by their hands and the hands of the believers.
- 10:46Speaker 4: Incredible.
- 10:46Speaker 2: And it also went on, this is in writing to
- 10:49Speaker 2: say that the Brotherhood was called upon to quote master
- 10:54Speaker 2: the art of coalition building and to quote absorb, contain,
- 11:01Speaker 2: and cooperate with the existing Islamic organizations in order to
- 11:06Speaker 2: advance his mission in North America. The mission was to
- 11:09Speaker 2: destroy North America, to destroy the United States. And so
- 11:14Speaker 2: all right, Ben, do you do you know what the
- 11:15Speaker 2: Holy Land Foundation was? What is it?
- 11:18Speaker 4: So?
- 11:19Speaker 2: It was twenty years ago the largest Muslim charity in America, YEP,
- 11:25Speaker 2: And so you had lots of people saying, Okay, this
- 11:26Speaker 2: is great. It's a charity, is a Muslim charity, isn't
- 11:28Speaker 2: that wonderful? Well, in two thousand and eight there was
- 11:31Speaker 2: a trial and the Holy Land Foundation was convicted of
- 11:35Speaker 2: funneling millions of dollars to Hamas. So it was a
- 11:38Speaker 2: charity formed under US laws.
- 11:41Speaker 1: Yeah, it was a charity that was giving money to terrorists.
- 11:43Speaker 2: Direct millions, millions of dollars. So the charity itself was convicted.
- 11:48Speaker 2: Five of its senior leaders were convicted and sentenced to
- 11:52Speaker 2: decades in prison for funneling millions of dollars to Hamas,
- 11:56Speaker 2: millions of dollars that were used to murder Americans, to
- 11:58Speaker 2: murder Israelis, to commit of terror. It was a money
- 12:02Speaker 2: laundering operation. Now, the Holy Land Foundation trial was a
- 12:07Speaker 2: landmark trial. At the trial, the chief prosecutor was a
- 12:11Speaker 2: witness at the hearing that I chaired this week, I
- 12:13Speaker 2: want you to listen to her answer about what the
- 12:16Speaker 2: threats are that she perceives today. Give a listen to
- 12:19Speaker 2: this answer. Thank you. Thank you to each of you
- 12:21Speaker 2: for your testimony which was highly enlightening. Ms Burns. I
- 12:27Speaker 2: want to start with you Thank you for your work
- 12:30Speaker 2: defending the safety of all Americans. We are indebted to
- 12:33Speaker 2: you for your twenty three years of service as the
- 12:37Speaker 2: lead investigator and prosecutor in the Holy Land Foundation investigation
- 12:40Speaker 2: and prosecution. You have become deeply knowledgeable on the Muslim
- 12:45Speaker 2: Brotherhood network operating in America. I want to start with
- 12:49Speaker 2: a fundamental question. What should Americans be worried about about
- 12:55Speaker 2: the Muslim Brotherhood?
- 12:58Speaker 4: Thank you for the question.
- 13:00Speaker 5: I think Americans need to understand the extent of the
- 13:04Speaker 5: threat that this movement poses and the extent of their
- 13:09Speaker 5: ability to achieve their goals and their patients in obtaining
- 13:14Speaker 5: success in this The strategy that they have set in
- 13:17Speaker 5: place involves the erosion of our democratic principles. It involves
- 13:23Speaker 5: the erosion of our personal freedoms. It evolves the erosions
- 13:27Speaker 5: of the very principles upon which this country was created.
- 13:31Speaker 5: And the individuals within this network do not have a deadline.
- 13:36Speaker 5: If it takes them one hundred years to achieve this goal,
- 13:40Speaker 5: they will steadily pursue it. That is something that I
- 13:44Speaker 5: think in general Americans have a hard time understanding is
- 13:48Speaker 5: the stamina that this network possesses and the lethality that
- 13:52Speaker 5: exists within it because ultimately their goal is to erode
- 13:57Speaker 5: our society and turn it into something that none of
- 14:00Speaker 5: us want or need.
- 14:04Speaker 2: In the Holy Land Foundation prosecution, how many entities did
- 14:08Speaker 2: the government identify as unindicted co conspirators and joint venturers.
- 14:14Speaker 5: I don't remember the exact number, but it was hundreds.
- 14:17Speaker 2: Do you believe some of these groups were likely providing
- 14:20Speaker 2: materials support to terrorists?
- 14:22Speaker 4: I do?
- 14:24Speaker 2: And are some of these groups still in existence today?
- 14:27Speaker 4: Yes?
- 14:27Speaker 1: Or they are?
- 14:28Speaker 2: Do you believe they are still actively members of the
- 14:31Speaker 2: Muslim Brotherhood network?
- 14:32Speaker 4: I do.
- 14:34Speaker 2: Is the conspiracy under which the Holy Land Foundation was
- 14:37Speaker 2: prosecuted still in existence today? I believe that it is.
- 14:43Speaker 2: To understand what got left on the table after the
- 14:45Speaker 2: Holyland Foundation prosecution, we have to look at who was
- 14:49Speaker 2: in the room at that Philadelphia meeting in nineteen ninety three.
- 14:54Speaker 2: Carer was named as an unindicted co conspirator in the
- 14:58Speaker 2: Holyland Foundation prosecution. Correct, Yes, it was has Care, to
- 15:03Speaker 2: your knowledge, ever formally disavowed the Holy Land Foundation.
- 15:08Speaker 1: No, they have not.
- 15:11Speaker 2: Care was founded by Omar Ahmed and Nahad Awad. Both
- 15:16Speaker 2: men were captured on FBI wiretaps at that infamous meeting
- 15:20Speaker 2: where Hamas operatives discussed strategy on US soil. Is that right?
- 15:25Speaker 1: That's correct, Senator, you hear the answers. This is a
- 15:30Speaker 1: terrorist organization working in America to destroy America with terrorism
- 15:37Speaker 1: as their main way of pulling this off.
- 15:39Speaker 2: Look, it is chilling, it is dangerous, and care is
- 15:44Speaker 2: an integral part of the Democrat Party today. That's the
- 15:47Speaker 2: reason they boycotted this hearing. On August twenty fifth, my
- 15:52Speaker 2: brand new book comes out Going Further, The Incomparable Clarence Thomas.
- 15:57Speaker 2: It tells the story of Justice Thomas, one of the
- 16:00Speaker 2: true American hero is an incredible story. It's based on
- 16:03Speaker 2: nine and a half hours of one on one exclusive
- 16:06Speaker 2: interviews with Justice Thomas. Justice Thomas also joins US for
- 16:10Speaker 2: Verdict with Ted Cruz, a one on one podcast to
- 16:14Speaker 2: tell his story, both his life story and his incomparable jurisprudence.
- 16:19Speaker 2: You could pre order it right now at the website
- 16:22Speaker 2: Goingfurther dot com. Goingfurther dot Com. Click on the link
- 16:26Speaker 2: now and pre order the book today.
- 16:29Speaker 1: This Senate hearing on the Muslim Brotherhood specifically is one thing,
- 16:35Speaker 1: but the fact that we're talking about it's network within
- 16:37Speaker 1: the United States of America is the part that should
- 16:40Speaker 1: scare everyone and the reason why the Democrats should have
- 16:43Speaker 1: been in the room.
- 16:44Speaker 2: Yeah. Look, this hearing was on the Muslim Brotherhood in
- 16:46Speaker 2: the United States of America, not in in Gaza, not
- 16:50Speaker 2: in Egypt, not in Saudi Arabia, but here in the
- 16:53Speaker 2: United States. And they're objective, which they've been very explicit about,
- 16:57Speaker 2: is to destroy Western civilization, to tear it down. They
- 17:01Speaker 2: want to kill the infidels, by the way, the infidels
- 17:03Speaker 2: that would be you and me, that would be every Christian,
- 17:06Speaker 2: every Jew. They view us as infidels, and their objective
- 17:08Speaker 2: is to subject us to Jahad, subjects us to Sharia law,
- 17:12Speaker 2: and forcibly conquer us and force us to live according
- 17:17Speaker 2: to their totalitarian rules. Now that the tragic thing is Care,
- 17:26Speaker 2: which I was just discussing with this witness who is
- 17:28Speaker 2: the chief prosecutor of the Holy Land Foundation. Care is
- 17:32Speaker 2: an integral part of the Democrat coalition. Not a Democrat
- 17:36Speaker 2: would show up at this hearing because they can't piss
- 17:39Speaker 2: off Care. They rely on Care for votes, they rely
- 17:41Speaker 2: on Care for money. This is how they get elected.
- 17:44Speaker 2: And I want to repeat again, Care was an unindicted
- 17:48Speaker 2: co conspirator in the Holy Land Foundation trial. The state
- 17:52Speaker 2: of Texas, our home state, has rightly designated CARE as
- 17:55Speaker 2: a terrorist organization. I'm pressing the Trump administration to do
- 17:58Speaker 2: the same. Do a little bit more of this back
- 18:01Speaker 2: and forth with the witness. The chief prosecutor from the
- 18:03Speaker 2: Holy Land Foundation trial, Hadawad, is still the executive director
- 18:08Speaker 2: of CARE today. Is that right?
- 18:11Speaker 4: He is?
- 18:12Speaker 2: So when Care tells this Congress it has no ties
- 18:16Speaker 2: to hamas the documented record says otherwise, is that correct?
- 18:22Speaker 2: That is correct? Agent Burns, If you were still an
- 18:26Speaker 2: active FBI agent today, with the evidence you developed in
- 18:30Speaker 2: the Holy Land Foundation prosecution, would CARE be on your
- 18:34Speaker 2: list of organizations warranting further investigation?
- 18:38Speaker 1: It would.
- 18:40Speaker 2: This is a letter that I sent to the FBI
- 18:44Speaker 2: requesting the release of non classified materials seized during the
- 18:49Speaker 2: two thousand and four search of Ismaeul el Barassi's home
- 18:54Speaker 2: in Annandale, Virginia. To date, I have not received the
- 19:00Speaker 2: those documents. This letter was sent on April sixteenth, twenty
- 19:03Speaker 2: twenty six. Ms Burns, are you aware of anything unusual
- 19:08Speaker 2: with the search of Elberrosse's home that you would like
- 19:11Speaker 2: to share with this committee?
- 19:14Speaker 5: The search of Elberosse's home revealed a massive amount of
- 19:19Speaker 5: documentation what we call the archives of Hamas and the
- 19:23Speaker 5: Muslim Brotherhood in the United States. It was the documents
- 19:27Speaker 5: and video and audio tapes were, as seen in exhibits
- 19:31Speaker 5: that were put forth in the Holyland Foundation trial, groundbreaking
- 19:35Speaker 5: in the understanding of this Muslim Brotherhood and Hamas network here.
- 19:39Speaker 5: And they are key to understanding the extent and scope
- 19:42Speaker 5: with this network.
- 19:44Speaker 2: And am I correct that care showed up during the
- 19:48Speaker 2: search of Alberosse's home and attempted to obstruct the seizure
- 19:52Speaker 2: of the documents.
- 19:54Speaker 5: Yes, sir, they did.
- 19:56Speaker 2: If the FBI released the non classified document tomorrow from
- 20:01Speaker 2: the search, would the public understand this network better than
- 20:04Speaker 2: it does today.
- 20:06Speaker 5: I believe that the release of those documents, which would
- 20:10Speaker 5: provide the ability for those of us who understand this
- 20:13Speaker 5: network to conduct a full analysis, that we could use
- 20:17Speaker 5: that to provide education to the general public about what
- 20:21Speaker 5: this network really is.
- 20:23Speaker 2: All right, mister Shidler, let's turn to you. How long
- 20:26Speaker 2: have you studied the history and activities of the Muslim Brotherhood?
- 20:30Speaker 4: Since about two thousand and seven, two thousand and eight, actually,
- 20:34Speaker 4: with the rise of the Hollywan Foundation trial really piqued
- 20:38Speaker 4: my interest, and it's fair to say it changed my
- 20:40Speaker 4: entire career trajectory.
- 20:41Speaker 2: Do you believe that there is a Muslim Brotherhood branch
- 20:45Speaker 2: operating in the United States?
- 20:46Speaker 4: Yes?
- 20:47Speaker 2: Are there ever instances where the Brotherhood groups engage in
- 20:51Speaker 2: America in acts of violence? Yes?
- 20:54Speaker 4: There are. I would include individuals associated with Brotherhood mosques
- 21:00Speaker 4: who have engaged in acts of terrorism. I would include
- 21:03Speaker 4: individuals associated with Muslim Students associations, dozens of which have
- 21:08Speaker 4: committed acts of terrorism. I would also include the role
- 21:13Speaker 4: in the promotion of rioting and civil disorder conducted by
- 21:16Speaker 4: groups like Students for Justice in Palestine and the Palestinian
- 21:20Speaker 4: Youth Movement.
- 21:21Speaker 2: What you've described is exactly why I introduced the Stop
- 21:25Speaker 2: Funders Act, which would add rioting to the RICO predicate
- 21:30Speaker 2: offenses so that the Justice Department can reach the entities
- 21:34Speaker 2: that fund and coordinate these riots. Do Brotherhood groups in
- 21:39Speaker 2: America also participate in electoral and coalition politics, Yes, certainly do.
- 21:45Speaker 2: Is that consistent with the Tom Keen framework described in
- 21:50Speaker 2: the explanatory Memorandum working through existing institutions rather than displacing them.
- 21:57Speaker 4: Yes, sir As you described it as a process of settle,
- 22:00Speaker 4: meant by which they are creating and seizing control of
- 22:02Speaker 4: institutions which they can then use to continue to build
- 22:05Speaker 4: their efforts.
- 22:07Speaker 1: You know, sadly, I think Centater, there's a lot of
- 22:09Speaker 1: Americans that think that we've got a lot of the
- 22:12Speaker 1: terrorist organizations after nine to eleven, that somehow we've never
- 22:16Speaker 1: lost focus. But when you hear this testimony, what you're
- 22:20Speaker 1: really witnessing, and what you're hearing is that the Muslim
- 22:22Speaker 1: Brotherhood and the terrorist sympathizers and those that raise money
- 22:25Speaker 1: for the terrorists are active, alive and well in the
- 22:30Speaker 1: United States of America.
- 22:31Speaker 2: Well, twenty five years ago, al Qaeda and the radical
- 22:35Speaker 2: Islamic terrorists, they were fringe groups. They didn't have major
- 22:38Speaker 2: domestic support in the United States. What has changed it
- 22:43Speaker 2: is now they have become interwoven into the Democratic Party.
- 22:49Speaker 2: Comrade Mondami, the mayor of New York, it is a
- 22:52Speaker 2: fellow sympathizers, a fellow traveler, is a jih hottest with
- 22:56Speaker 2: the radicals that attacked New York. There's a reason why
- 23:00Speaker 2: on nine to eleven he was cheering for the terrorists
- 23:04Speaker 2: and not the three thousand Americans who were murdered that day.
- 23:09Speaker 2: There is a reason why Abdul A'l say Ed happily
- 23:14Speaker 2: stands next to Hassan Piker who says America deserved nine
- 23:18Speaker 2: to eleven. And this is now. This is no longer fringe,
- 23:22Speaker 2: This is no longer outside the American political process. This
- 23:26Speaker 2: is absolutely integral to who Today's Democrats, the radical Islamists
- 23:32Speaker 2: and Marxists that have taken over the party. Who they are.
- 23:35Speaker 2: Listen to this exchange with another expert witness at the hearing.
- 23:39Speaker 2: Thank you for being with us today, and thank you
- 23:43Speaker 2: for your work confronting the contemporary Muslim Brotherhood network in court.
- 23:48Speaker 2: The historical record is damning, but I'd like to turn
- 23:52Speaker 2: to what's being done about it today. The Muslim Brotherhood's
- 23:55Speaker 2: ties to terrorism are ongoing today, not just historical. Is
- 23:59Speaker 2: that right?
- 24:00Speaker 4: Yes, that's right.
- 24:02Speaker 2: And yet Brotherhood groups still meet with members of Congress
- 24:07Speaker 2: and are treated as a civil rights organization. Is that right?
- 24:11Speaker 1: Yes?
- 24:12Speaker 2: In your litigation work, have you found that Brotherhood affiliated
- 24:16Speaker 2: entities share leadership, funding, or infrastructure cross organizations that hold
- 24:21Speaker 2: themselves out to the public as separate, nonrelated that's correct.
- 24:24Speaker 6: For example, the Islamic Association for Palestine after it was
- 24:28Speaker 6: shut down after being sued and a judgment of one
- 24:33Speaker 6: hundred and fifty six million dollars entered against. It shut
- 24:36Speaker 6: down with the same leaders and created a new organization
- 24:39Speaker 6: called American Muslims for Palestine. Another example is CARE and
- 24:43Speaker 6: its relationship with the Washington Trust Foundation. The Washington Trust
- 24:47Speaker 6: Foundation is actually it was back in nineteen ninety four.
- 24:51Speaker 6: It was originally incorporated as CARE and now the Washington
- 24:54Speaker 6: Trust Foundation serves essentially as a real estate holding entity
- 24:58Speaker 6: that per its own nine nineties exis for the purpose
- 25:00Speaker 6: of supporting the Care Foundation today.
- 25:03Speaker 2: Well, and that's why I introduced the Sponsor Act, which
- 25:07Speaker 2: would hold tax exempt fiscal sponsors liable for what their
- 25:12Speaker 2: sponsored entities do. The loopholes and the manipulation of our
- 25:17Speaker 2: tax code needs to end. MSS Claypock. Since approximately twenty
- 25:21Speaker 2: twenty two have state and federal grant programs become a
- 25:26Speaker 2: primary source of financial support for significant portions of the
- 25:31Speaker 2: Care ecosystem. That's correct.
- 25:33Speaker 6: I believe it was about fifty four million dollars in
- 25:37Speaker 6: federal grant money was received by Care California. There has
- 25:41Speaker 6: been testimony in other Senate Judiciary subcommittees relating to that
- 25:48Speaker 6: funding and the and Care's misuse of that funding.
- 25:52Speaker 2: You mentioned Care California. In twenty twenty four IRS findings filings,
- 25:57Speaker 2: Care California reported distributing more than four more million dollars
- 26:01Speaker 2: in subgrants to thirty nine other organizations. Is that right? Yes,
- 26:06Speaker 2: roughly one hundred and eighty five thousand of that went
- 26:08Speaker 2: to California chapters of the Muslim American Society, an organization
- 26:12Speaker 2: that George Washington University's Program on Extremism identifies as a
- 26:17Speaker 2: Brotherhood legacy group. Is that right? That's right?
- 26:20Speaker 6: And federal prosecutors also called the Muslim American Society the
- 26:24Speaker 6: overt arm of the Muslim Brotherhood in the United States.
- 26:27Speaker 1: The more I hear this testimony, the more angry I
- 26:29Speaker 1: get to the Democrats weren't there for this because this
- 26:32Speaker 1: is a national security issue. It should not be a
- 26:34Speaker 1: political one.
- 26:35Speaker 2: Look, the Democrat Party is being openly supported by what
- 26:38Speaker 2: has been described as the overt arm of the Muslim Brotherhood.
- 26:41Speaker 2: There nominating radical Islamist candidates who support the Muslim Brotherhood.
- 26:46Speaker 2: And this is a clear and present danger to our country.
- 26:49Speaker 1: All right, Senator, I want to get into one of
- 26:51Speaker 1: the weirdest moments of the week. James tall Rico, guy
- 26:54Speaker 1: that's running for Senate in Texas as a Democrat, said
- 26:58Speaker 1: that God's non binary, that the Bible loves abortion, that
- 27:01Speaker 1: there I think it was six genders, and then he
- 27:04Speaker 1: tried to act like he was a little bit more moderate. Well, uh,
- 27:08Speaker 1: not so much anymore, because he went to a Pride
- 27:11Speaker 1: event alongside a eleven year old child drag queen and
- 27:17Speaker 1: then gave accolades to the drag queen that was eleven
- 27:21Speaker 1: years old. That is ridiculous.
- 27:24Speaker 2: Look, I gotta say, I wish what you were saying
- 27:26Speaker 2: was not accurate. James tall Rico is the Democrat nominee
- 27:29Speaker 2: for Senate in Texas. This is the most woke radical
- 27:34Speaker 2: nominee Texas has ever seen. Now the media wants you
- 27:37Speaker 2: to think he's this regular guy, this moderate pastor kind
- 27:41Speaker 2: of guy.
- 27:42Speaker 3: He is.
- 27:43Speaker 2: If a woke soy Latte came to life, that would
- 27:48Speaker 2: be James tall Rico.
- 27:49Speaker 1: You got a vegan it, don't forget because he only
- 27:51Speaker 1: he only gets vegan food.
- 27:54Speaker 2: You know, meat. Meat scares him. He thinks meat is
- 27:56Speaker 2: going to destroy the world. So so he actually ran
- 27:59Speaker 2: a meat free campaign. He said, no one in the
- 28:01Speaker 2: campaign can have meat because meat is scary. Mind you,
- 28:05Speaker 2: this guy is not running in in Rhode Island, He's
- 28:08Speaker 2: not running in Berkeley. He's running in the great state
- 28:11Speaker 2: of Texas. But even so, this particular story that broke
- 28:15Speaker 2: his stunny. I'm going to read you the headline in
- 28:17Speaker 2: the beginning of the story from the Washington Free Beacon headline.
- 28:20Speaker 2: James tall Rico headlined Pride event alongside eleven year old
- 28:28Speaker 2: child drag Queen, Yeah, Queen Kiki, who, he said, quote
- 28:35Speaker 2: absolute cutest and youngest of our drag performers. James tall Rico,
- 28:40Speaker 2: a Presbyterian seminarian running for US Senate from Texas, headlined
- 28:44Speaker 2: at LGBTQ festival that featured quote the absolute cutest and
- 28:49Speaker 2: youngest of our drag performers on eleven year old boy
- 28:54Speaker 2: drag Queen, who goes by the stage name Queen Kiki.
- 28:59Speaker 2: Taylor Pride Group in the town of Taylor, Texas, held
- 29:02Speaker 2: the June twenty six to twenty twenty one event to
- 29:04Speaker 2: raise money to help rural LGBTQ communities. The Pride month
- 29:08Speaker 2: festivities included a series of pro LGBTQ speakers, live music,
- 29:13Speaker 2: a drag story Hour, an adult drag performers such as
- 29:17Speaker 2: Brianna Brinks and the provocatively named Sedanya Face tall Ico
- 29:24Speaker 2: and Queen Keike, a local preteen named Keegan, were the
- 29:28Speaker 2: biggest attractions for the Taylor Pride organizers. Quote Taylor Pride
- 29:33Speaker 2: will be hosting numerous speakers such as state representatives James Tallerco,
- 29:36Speaker 2: talented musical guests such as Venus Loves Mars, and the
- 29:40Speaker 2: absolute cutest and youngest of our drag performers, Queen Keike.
- 29:45Speaker 2: The group wrote in promotional materials, unquote, not only will
- 29:49Speaker 2: this amazing preteen but performing a number at Texas Beer Company,
- 29:54Speaker 2: but they will also host Keiki story Time where children
- 29:59Speaker 2: will find lots of Pride inspired craft activities. Taylor Pride
- 30:04Speaker 2: wrote of Queen Keiky in a post publicizing the event,
- 30:08Speaker 2: what the hell like who says you know what eleven
- 30:12Speaker 2: year old boys need? Eleven year old boys need to
- 30:15Speaker 2: see eleven year old boy drag queens. They need to
- 30:18Speaker 2: be invited to explore their sexuality because that's you know,
- 30:22Speaker 2: Lord knows, that's what children need is more sexuality. And
- 30:25Speaker 2: these eleven year old we're going to convince little boys
- 30:29Speaker 2: you're actually a girl. And by the way, little girls,
- 30:32Speaker 2: you're actually a boy. This is sick, this is twisted,
- 30:35Speaker 2: And this is who James Taller Rico is. That's what
- 30:38Speaker 2: he believes.
- 30:39Speaker 1: He's celebrating it, advocating it, supporting it, and hoping that
- 30:44Speaker 1: more parents will dress their kids in drag to come
- 30:47Speaker 1: perform in front of him in the future. That's what
- 30:50Speaker 1: his statement. It says like and.
- 30:52Speaker 2: And by the way, this is the parents. This is
- 30:55Speaker 2: the parents. Look. Look, there was a quote from Cynthia Nixon,
- 30:59Speaker 2: you know, the left wing actress on Sex and the City,
- 31:02Speaker 2: where she was quoted saying, my child's transgender, my sister's
- 31:06Speaker 2: child is transgender, all my friend's children are transgender. You
- 31:10Speaker 2: know what. That's not about the kids. That is about
- 31:13Speaker 2: the parents who have left wing political ideologies and are
- 31:17Speaker 2: dressing their kids up like puppets to play out their politics.
- 31:22Speaker 2: They are virtue signaling. This is cruel and is wrong.
- 31:26Speaker 2: And you want to know who James tall Rico is.
- 31:29Speaker 2: That's who he is.
- 31:30Speaker 1: That's who he is. Finally, I want to get to
- 31:32Speaker 1: this other story, and it deals with ags conspiring to
- 31:35Speaker 1: go after Donald Trump's months ahead of his reelect. Let's
- 31:40Speaker 1: tell people what we found out.
- 31:42Speaker 2: Well, another story that broke its headlined Democrat ags plan
- 31:47Speaker 2: to sue Trump nearly seven months before he was reelected.
- 31:52Speaker 2: There it is nearly two dozen state attorneys general banded
- 31:55Speaker 2: together as early as April twenty twenty four to plot
- 31:59Speaker 2: litigate against President Donald Trump, long before he was re elected.
- 32:02Speaker 2: According to a confidential document attained by The Center Square,
- 32:06Speaker 2: the document was signed approximately three months before President Joe
- 32:10Speaker 2: Biden exited from the race and Vice President Kamala Harris
- 32:13Speaker 2: became the Democratic nominee for president. It was signed nearly
- 32:17Speaker 2: seven months before Trump was re elected by two point
- 32:20Speaker 2: three million more votes than Harris, almost nine months before
- 32:24Speaker 2: he was inaugurated. State attorneys general has sued the Trump
- 32:27Speaker 2: administration nearly one hundred times since January twenty twenty five.
- 32:33Speaker 2: The coordinated effort appears to have a nickname quote the
- 32:36Speaker 2: Project for Federal Accountability. Not all of the lawsuits have
- 32:40Speaker 2: been joined by each attorney general, and some offices take
- 32:42Speaker 2: a lead on different cases. At the last count California
- 32:45Speaker 2: Attorney General Rob Bonta has participated in eighty two lawsuits.
- 32:50Speaker 2: Colorado Attorney General Phil Wiser has joined at least seventy
- 32:54Speaker 2: five lawsuits. Washington State Attorney General Brown has joined seventy lawsuits.
- 33:00Speaker 2: Arizona Attorney General Chris Mays has joined forty six lawsuits.
- 33:05Speaker 2: At a news conference on Tuesday, Montes stated the lawsuits
- 33:08Speaker 2: are apolitical. Yeah, right. He announced the lawsuits have cost
- 33:13Speaker 2: California taxpayers nineteen million dollars and he will continue to
- 33:18Speaker 2: file them as needed. If Trump doesn't want to get sued,
- 33:21Speaker 2: all he has to do is follow the law. Bond
- 33:24Speaker 2: has said, I don't think our cases are likely to
- 33:25Speaker 2: be dismissed. Trump shows no sign of slowing down, so
- 33:29Speaker 2: we will continue to sue him. This is an example
- 33:32Speaker 2: where the deep state, in the Democrat machine that they
- 33:36Speaker 2: like to talk about, we support democracy. They beat their chest,
- 33:39Speaker 2: we're four democracy. Yeah, today's Democrats hate democracy. And I
- 33:44Speaker 2: don't mean to be provocative in that statement, but if
- 33:47Speaker 2: they actually respected democracy, they would say, you know what,
- 33:51Speaker 2: the voters get to choose who the president's going to be.
- 33:54Speaker 2: We're gonna have an election November twenty twenty four, and
- 33:57Speaker 2: they're going to choose either Donald Trump or in initially
- 34:00Speaker 2: it was Joe Biden, but then when they realized Joe
- 34:02Speaker 2: Biden was deep into dimension, was no longer capable of winning.
- 34:06Speaker 2: They threw Joe Biden overboard. They tossed him into a
- 34:09Speaker 2: shark pit, and immediately inserted Kamala Harris, who nobody had
- 34:13Speaker 2: voted for. Yep, and when Trump won, they do not care.
- 34:17Speaker 2: They're using lawfair to destroy him. And understand, these democrat
- 34:21Speaker 2: ags join together to do so seven months before he
- 34:27Speaker 2: was elected president because they don't care what the voters say.
- 34:30Speaker 2: They want power and they're willing to abuse the system
- 34:34Speaker 2: to get it.
- 34:35Speaker 1: Yeah, no doubt about it. We're going to keep you
- 34:36Speaker 1: update on that story as it continues to progress. Don't forget.
- 34:39Speaker 1: We do this show as a podcast three days a week.
