a challenging time with a proxy fight initiated by Nelson Peltz and Tryon Partners, emphasized
• 6:37
by the backing of Ike Perlmutter, who owns a significant portion of Disney stock.

And now, back to the show.
• 8:31
  Let's talk science.
• 8:33
Exercise impacts digestion in various ways.
• 8:36
Moderate activities like walking can enhance digestion by stimulating movements in the
• 8:42
intestines, aiding in nutrient absorption, and maintaining gut health.
• 8:47
However, high-intensity workouts pose challenges as they divert blood flow from the digestive
• 8:53
system to muscles, potentially causing nausea or digestive distress.
• 8:59
To minimize issues, eating a small, carbohydrate-rich snack before exercising is advised.
• 9:06
For endurance athletes, gradually increasing fluid and fuel intake during training can
• 9:12
help acclimate the digestive system to the demands of longer races, ensuring hydration
• 9:18
  and nutrient absorption remain optimal.
• 9:26
And in entertainment news, Blue Plus Live TV has bolstered its appeal to sports fans
• 9:33
by adding MLB Network to its base subscription plan just in time for the Major League Baseball
• 9:39
  Opening Day.
• 9:42
This move positions Hulu as a strong contender for baseball enthusiasts, offering a comprehensive
• 9:48
suite of national networks broadcasting MLB games, including ESPN, Fox, Fox Sports 1,
• 9:56
  and TBS.
• 9:58
Unlike YouTube TV, which no longer carries MLB Network, Hulu's offering is enriched
• 10:04
with the ESPN Plus integration, providing access to a wide range of sports content.
• 10:10
At $77 per month, Hulu's base plan is competitively priced, especially when considering the additional
• 10:17
value of the Disney bundle, which includes ESPN Plus and Disney Plus, making it a compelling
• 10:24
option for sports fans seeking extensive coverage.
• 10:28
Well, alrighty folks, it's time for the quote of the day.

• 10:48
whatever you do, do not accept or take the upgrade to the honeymoon suite.
• 10:53
  Okay, Gordon, you got it.
• 10:56
I don't know why, but you got it.
• 11:00
