- 0:05Speaker 1: Hello, friends from across the nation and around the world.
- 0:08Speaker 1: I'm Martin and you are listening to Dad's Bedtime Stories,
- 0:14Speaker 1: the podcast that takes listener ideas and turns them into
- 0:18Speaker 1: bedtime stories. Listener ideas like this one.
- 0:23Speaker 2: Hello. My name is Grayson, and I have a story
- 0:28Speaker 2: idea for a wizard Craft three point zero. And I
- 0:32Speaker 2: have an idea that you go around looking at your
- 0:36Speaker 2: landscape and you find this little copper house house and
- 0:42Speaker 2: you meet this kid who's extremely smart. I haven't thought
- 0:47Speaker 2: of a name, so you can decide. And they make
- 0:50Speaker 2: all sorts of sorts of I mean inventions out of
- 0:54Speaker 2: different ores, like copper wiring, copper lights and there. And
- 0:59Speaker 2: they're also the ones that invented the copper goalmes. I
- 1:03Speaker 2: love your podcast.
- 1:05Speaker 1: By great idea, Grayson. Yeah, I'll have to figure out
- 1:10Speaker 1: how I make them invent the copper golas. But challenge accepted.
- 1:16Speaker 1: If you like the podcast, don't forget to rate it
- 1:18Speaker 1: and review it. That honestly makes a gigantic difference to
- 1:21Speaker 1: other people finding it, especially on Apple. Hit that like

- 1:38Speaker 1: First off, thank you to Wilder. Next up, thank you
- 1:44Speaker 1: to Jessica m who you know gave me some support
- 1:49Speaker 1: but hasn't really let me know if she is the
- 1:51Speaker 1: listener or if maybe there's some kids who are the listeners.
- 1:54Speaker 1: Thank you to Aaron, Courtney and David. I've reached out
- 2:00Speaker 1: to all of you guys with a little message to
- 2:03Speaker 1: see who might need the shout out, So just check
- 2:06Speaker 1: out Patreon and get back to me. But as you know,
- 2:10Speaker 1: for those not listening on Patreon, we have to support
- 2:13Speaker 1: this podcast with a few ads. So here's one last
- 2:18Speaker 1: ad spot before a completely uninterrupted episode. Time to close
- 2:25Speaker 1: your eyes, get as comfy as you can in that bed,
- 2:28Speaker 1: and imagine yourself doing what the kid in the story does.
- 2:36Speaker 1: You wake up to a floating set of words in
- 2:39Speaker 1: front of your eyes, which read wake up. You mentally
- 2:45Speaker 1: select yes, and the world forms around you once again,
- 2:51Speaker 1: you find yourself lying on your bed, inside your slightly
- 2:55Speaker 1: expanded house and the old mountain village. Congratulations. Character progress

- 3:12Speaker 1: lock picking level three, Nijitsu Combat level two, current Wizard

- 3:30Speaker 1: level two, telekinesis level two, current active settlement, unnamed mountain village,
- 3:40Speaker 1: current known enemy, the Golam King. You stare at the
- 3:45Speaker 1: words for a moment, still unnamed. They really need to
- 3:50Speaker 1: do something about that. Then you remember something else, something
- 3:56Speaker 1: far more important than the name of the village, the spellbook.
- 4:01Speaker 1: You sit up quickly and reach into your inventory with
- 4:05Speaker 1: your mind. The Iron Golum spellbook appears in your hands.
- 4:11Speaker 1: You found it yesterday and the iron mines after defeating
- 4:15Speaker 1: a strange void dragon. You'd been so overburdened with gold,
- 4:20Speaker 1: jewels and treasure that you'd put the spell book away
- 4:24Speaker 1: without even reading it. That is a mistake you're about
- 4:28Speaker 1: to correct. After all, one of the only well disappointing
- 4:34Speaker 1: parts about starting over in a new wizard Craft world
- 4:38Speaker 1: was that you couldn't bring all of your Golum spells
- 4:41Speaker 1: with you. You open the cover and instantly time stops.
- 4:49Speaker 1: The pages of the spellbook begin flipping on their own,
- 4:54Speaker 1: slowly at first, then faster and faster. Memories that are
- 5:00Speaker 1: not your own begin pouring into your mind. You remember
- 5:05Speaker 1: standing beside a blazing forge, even though you've never really
- 5:10Speaker 1: done that before. You remember feeling iron through your mana,
- 5:16Speaker 1: not just moving it, but understanding it, feeling its weight, strength, stubbornness,
- 5:23Speaker 1: and well melting it together, reforming it into well, whatever
- 5:30Speaker 1: shape you want to. In this case, in the memories,
- 5:36Speaker 1: you form the shape of a gigantic iron golem, and
- 5:42Speaker 1: then you use a little bit of mana to breathe
- 5:47Speaker 1: a small spark of life into the thing. It's honestly
- 5:53Speaker 1: very familiar to you, and it works pretty much the
- 5:57Speaker 1: same way as the copper and stone golum spells, but
- 6:02Speaker 1: you now understand how to do it on a new element.
- 6:07Speaker 1: The book snaps shut and crumbles into a cloud of
- 6:11Speaker 1: glowing dust. Time begins to move again. Congratulations, The all
- 6:18Speaker 1: knowing voice announces you have learned a new spell, iron golum.
- 6:25Speaker 1: You may create one iron golam per week, one per week.
- 6:32Speaker 1: Awesome iron golams possess greater strength, defense, and durability than
- 6:40Speaker 1: stone or copper golams. Use them wisely. You crawl out
- 6:46Speaker 1: of bed and instantly summon your copper armor. It surrounds
- 6:51Speaker 1: your body. With a simple thought, the village looks even better.
- 6:56Speaker 1: Than it did yesterday. Several more roofs of been repaired.
- 7:02Speaker 1: Farmers are already planting things on cleared fields. Two copper
- 7:07Speaker 1: golums are rebuilding the front wall of an old shop,
- 7:11Speaker 1: while a stone golum carries an entire tree trunk across
- 7:15Speaker 1: the road. Then you notice something else. Several copper golums
- 7:21Speaker 1: are rolling down the long staircase from the mine. Each
- 7:26Speaker 1: of them is carrying iron, a lot of iron. One
- 7:32Speaker 1: carries a chest filled with iron fragments, and another has
- 7:37Speaker 1: a stack of iron ore balanced on its shoulder. Where
- 7:41Speaker 1: did all this iron come from? You ask? The first
- 7:46Speaker 1: copper golum stops, pops out of its ball shape and
- 7:50Speaker 1: looks up at you.
- 7:53Speaker 3: Unlocked mind. Levels are myself. Iron slime populations are mile
- 8:01Speaker 3: among operutions. Haf cantund perfect well, before you go too
- 8:08Speaker 3: far with that, give me some of it. You absorb
- 8:11Speaker 3: some iron ore into your inventory and immediately head over
- 8:16Speaker 3: towards the furnaces. By now the village has several of
- 8:20Speaker 3: them lined up beside the crafting table. You open the
- 8:24Speaker 3: upper compartments and fill them with iron ore. Then you
- 8:28Speaker 3: add wood to the lower compartments and press the start button.
- 8:32Speaker 3: The furnaces roar to life. Well you wait, you check
- 8:36Speaker 3: the storage chests. There's plenty of wood, stone, copper, coal, food,
- 8:43Speaker 3: and now iron ore. The village is beginning to feel
- 8:48Speaker 3: less like an abandoned ruin and more like a settlement
- 8:52Speaker 3: that could actually survive, as long as the whole goldum
- 8:57Speaker 3: king thing doesn't stop that. One by one, the furnaces
- 9:02Speaker 3: finish refining the first iron ingots. You absorb them into
- 9:07Speaker 3: your inventory and carry them to an open space in
- 9:10Speaker 3: the middle of the village. You release them into a pile.
- 9:15Speaker 3: All right, let's see how this works, you say. You
- 9:20Speaker 3: reach into your monopoole, allowing the new memories to guide you.
- 9:26Speaker 3: You summon the iron ingots out of your inventory and
- 9:30Speaker 3: hold them in the air with magic. They begin circling
- 9:34Speaker 3: around you, slowly at first, and then faster and faster.
- 9:40Speaker 3: Two ingots slam together to form a leg. More iron
- 9:45Speaker 3: locks together to form the other of thick body forms
- 9:49Speaker 3: above them, followed by enormous arms and a square iron head.
- 9:55Speaker 3: The completed goalam stands nearly twice your height. You reach
- 10:01Speaker 3: into your mana and push a small spark of life
- 10:05Speaker 3: into its chest. The iron Golum's eyes light up.
- 10:11Speaker 1: What are your orders? It asks in a deep metallic voice.
- 10:19Speaker 1: You grin, well, first, you're gonna need some equipment. You
- 10:24Speaker 1: hurry over to the crafting table and open up the
- 10:27Speaker 1: weapons menu. Using more of the finished iron, you create
- 10:32Speaker 1: a large iron sword, and then you use several wooden
- 10:36Speaker 1: planks to craft a broad wooden shield reinforced by a
- 10:41Speaker 1: little bit of copper around its edges. You return and
- 10:45Speaker 1: hand both items to the golum. He grips the iron
- 10:50Speaker 1: sword in one hand and straps the shield onto his other.
- 10:54Speaker 1: As the highest level golum in the village, you are
- 10:58Speaker 1: now in charge of village defense. You say, patrol the
- 11:04Speaker 1: village and surrounding area. The stone golums will follow your orders.
- 11:09Speaker 1: If you see anything unusual, report it directly to me. Understood,
- 11:18Speaker 1: the iron goal of answers. He turns and begins marching
- 11:22Speaker 1: towards the entrance of the village. Each step makes the
- 11:26Speaker 1: ground tremble slightly. You watch him go.
- 11:31Speaker 4: That is it going to be useful?
- 11:35Speaker 1: Good morning? You turn to see JD walking towards you
- 11:40Speaker 1: with Gus beside him. J D is still wearing the
- 11:44Speaker 1: copper armor you made him yesterday. Gus is carrying a
- 11:48Speaker 1: rolled up piece of paper under one arm and a
- 11:51Speaker 1: cup of coffee or something in the other. Good morning,
- 11:57Speaker 1: you answer, have you two major golums for the day yet, Well,
- 12:02Speaker 1: we were just about to JD says, excellent, because I
- 12:07Speaker 1: have one more golum spell to teach both of you.
- 12:12Speaker 1: Gus nearly drops his drink another one. You point towards
- 12:18Speaker 1: the enormous iron goal of marching along the village wall
- 12:23Speaker 1: iron golum. JD's eyes widened. You learned it, and you're
- 12:30Speaker 1: gonna teach it to us. Ah found the spell in
- 12:34Speaker 1: that mind from yesterday. I can only create one iron
- 12:38Speaker 1: golum per week, though, so if I teach it to
- 12:41Speaker 1: both of you, that means we can create three. Gus
- 12:47Speaker 1: looks at the iron golum. That creature could probably defeat
- 12:52Speaker 1: several stone golams by itself. That's exactly why I need
- 12:57Speaker 1: more of them. You gather or another pile of iron
- 13:01Speaker 1: ingots and hand them to JD. Then you place your
- 13:06Speaker 1: hands against his temple. Ready ready, you close your eyes
- 13:13Speaker 1: and focus. The memories of the forge return, the understanding
- 13:19Speaker 1: of iron shaping, and the final spark of manna all
- 13:24Speaker 1: pass from your mind into JD's when you step away.
- 13:30Speaker 1: JD stares at the iron ingots in his hand. I understand,
- 13:37Speaker 1: he says. Iron feels completely different from stone or copper.
- 13:44Speaker 4: It does.
- 13:45Speaker 1: Now give it a try. JD tosses the ingots into
- 13:51Speaker 1: the air. He reaches out with his mana and begins
- 13:55Speaker 1: pulling them together. The iron pieces twist, turn and lock
- 14:00Speaker 1: themselves into place. After a few moments, a second iron
- 14:05Speaker 1: golum stands in the village square. J D pushes the
- 14:10Speaker 1: final spark of life into it. What are your orders?
- 14:17Speaker 1: The goala asks Ah join the village patrol. JD says,
- 14:23Speaker 1: follow the orders of the first iron Goalum. Iron one understood.
- 14:31Speaker 1: The second iron Goalum marches away. Gus watches with his
- 14:36Speaker 1: mouth hanging open. Young people, the magic fought too quickly.
- 14:41Speaker 1: He mutters, Your turn, Gus. You place your hands against
- 14:46Speaker 1: Gus's temples and pass the memories into his mind. He
- 14:51Speaker 1: wobbles slightly when you let go. That was considerably more
- 14:57Speaker 1: information than the copper spell. It's more complicated, I guess
- 15:03Speaker 1: you say. Gus takes the last pile of iron ingots
- 15:08Speaker 1: and slowly forms them into a third iron golum.
- 15:12Speaker 4: It's a little.
- 15:13Speaker 1: Wider than yours and has something that almost looks like
- 15:16Speaker 1: a metal mustache across its face. For some reason, you
- 15:21Speaker 1: decide not to ask, why.
- 15:24Speaker 4: What are your orders?
- 15:28Speaker 1: Guss's iron golam asks join the patrol and protect the village.
- 15:33Speaker 1: Gus answers proudly listen to Iron number one. The golum
- 15:40Speaker 1: marches away after the others. Perfect three iron golams already,
- 15:47Speaker 1: and we still have to make our daily stone and
- 15:50Speaker 1: copper golums. J D says, exactly, we wouldn't want you
- 15:56Speaker 1: to waste a day of such a useful spell. The
- 16:00Speaker 1: three of you move towards the supply chests. Stone begins
- 16:05Speaker 1: flying through the air. Copper and gets spin and glowing circles.
- 16:10Speaker 1: One after another, three new stone golams and three new
- 16:16Speaker 1: copper golams come to life. The stone golams are assigned
- 16:20Speaker 1: to defense and heavy construction, while the copper golams roll
- 16:25Speaker 1: off to join the mining and rebuilding crews. For the
- 16:29Speaker 1: first time. The village is beginning to look crowded with golums,
- 16:35Speaker 1: exactly how you like it. You can never have too
- 16:40Speaker 1: many golams. Once saw of the new golums have their orders,
- 16:45Speaker 1: you turn back towards Guss. All right, you say, now,
- 16:50Speaker 1: what's on that paper? Gus looks down at the rolled
- 16:54Speaker 1: up bundle under his arm. Oh this the merchants returned
- 16:59Speaker 1: to the morning. They managed to trade some of our
- 17:03Speaker 1: copper for a set of town hall blueprints. He carefully
- 17:08Speaker 1: unrolls the paper across the top of a wooden crate.
- 17:13Speaker 1: The plans show a large stone and wood building with
- 17:17Speaker 1: a metal hall, storage rooms, offices, and a tall tower
- 17:23Speaker 1: in the center.
- 17:24Speaker 4: These are very valuable. Detailed building plans like this are
- 17:31Speaker 4: difficult to find. We should probably keep them somewhere safe
- 17:35Speaker 4: until we find someone qualified to use them.
- 17:40Speaker 1: Huh, you're qualified. Gus looks up at you. I'm sorry.
- 17:47Speaker 1: You know the village, you know the people, you understand mining, supplies, construction.
- 17:54Speaker 1: I think it's time that you got started on the
- 17:57Speaker 1: town hall. Gus looks on a frightened by the suggestion
- 18:02Speaker 1: you would trust me with something this valuable. Of course,
- 18:09Speaker 1: in fact, I think you'd make an excellent town administrator.
- 18:16Speaker 1: Town administrator, I'm a simple minding coordinator. Well yeah, but
- 18:24Speaker 1: someone needs to organize the rebuilding, manage supplies, assigned jobs,
- 18:30Speaker 1: and you know, make sure everything keeps running. Well, I'm
- 18:33Speaker 1: off fighting monsters and finding magical books and that sort
- 18:36Speaker 1: of thing. Gus stares at the plans. That is a
- 18:42Speaker 1: great deal of responsibility, I trust you, you say. For
- 18:50Speaker 1: some reason, I've always liked people named Gus. Gus considers
- 18:55Speaker 1: this for a moment. Well, I suppose that's his to
- 19:00Speaker 1: reason is eddy. He picks up the blueprints. He studies
- 19:05Speaker 1: them carefully until they suddenly dissolve into dust, just like
- 19:11Speaker 1: the magic books. Then he looks up as if he
- 19:15Speaker 1: has some sort of new understanding. Within moments, a ghost
- 19:22Speaker 1: like outline of the town hall appears in the center
- 19:25Speaker 1: of the village. Stone and wood begin flying out of
- 19:29Speaker 1: the supply chests as gust erects the construction. You turn
- 19:34Speaker 1: towards JD. Eh, I want to explore definitely, JD answers.
- 19:42Speaker 1: You look towards your giant hawk, who was perched on
- 19:45Speaker 1: the roof of your house. Then you look at JD,
- 19:50Speaker 1: then back at the hawk. Too bad, we only have
- 19:53Speaker 1: one mount. You pause, Then you remember the A. You
- 20:01Speaker 1: reach into your inventory and pull out the dark void
- 20:05Speaker 1: dragon egg black and purple pattern seem to move across
- 20:11Speaker 1: its shell like well, kind of like little dark clouds
- 20:15Speaker 1: in the night. JD steps closer. You think it'll hatch well.
- 20:22Speaker 1: Dragon eggs usually need heat from my experience, You place
- 20:27Speaker 1: the egg on the ground and summon a small flame
- 20:31Speaker 1: above your hand. Carefully, you direct the heat towards the shell,
- 20:37Speaker 1: pushing the fire spell directly into the egg. The egg
- 20:43Speaker 1: begins to shake and to crack forms across the top,
- 20:48Speaker 1: then another. The shell splits open, and a tiny black
- 20:54Speaker 1: dragon crawls out, but as purple eyes, little folded wings,
- 20:59Speaker 1: and tail that seems to disappear at the very tip.
- 21:04Speaker 1: It looks up at you. Are you my mommy? You blink,
- 21:10Speaker 1: ah sort of. The dragon climbs onto your boot and
- 21:15Speaker 1: begins chewing at the copper. I think it's hungry. JD says.
- 21:22Speaker 1: You carry the baby dragon towards the farming and hunting hunts.
- 21:27Speaker 1: The hunters have stored several chests full of meat, and
- 21:31Speaker 1: after explaining the situation, they allow you to take a
- 21:35Speaker 1: large pile. You are the well leader of the village,
- 21:40Speaker 1: after all. You place the first piece in front of
- 21:44Speaker 1: the dragon. It swallows the meat hole. Then it grows,
- 21:50Speaker 1: not slowly, but almost immediately. Its body stretches from the
- 21:56Speaker 1: size of a cat to the size of a dog.
- 22:00Speaker 1: You feed it another piece and it grows to the
- 22:03Speaker 1: size of a wolf. A few more pieces and it's
- 22:08Speaker 1: the size of a horse. Well, that's incredibly convenient, JD says.
- 22:15Speaker 1: You continue feeding it until the dragon is larger than
- 22:19Speaker 1: your giant hawk and easily strong and sturdy enough to ride.
- 22:25Speaker 1: You return to the crafting table, create another saddle and
- 22:30Speaker 1: fasten it around the dragon's back. Well, really, all you
- 22:35Speaker 1: have to do is place it there, and it sort
- 22:37Speaker 1: of adjusts itself, as things in this world do. All right, JD.
- 22:43Speaker 1: You take the hawk, You whistle, and the hawk flies
- 22:47Speaker 1: down beside you. JD climbs and the giant bird while
- 22:52Speaker 1: you climb onto the void dragon. The dragon flaps its
- 22:57Speaker 1: wings and the air around it seems to bend. A
- 23:02Speaker 1: moment later, you're both flying high above the village. You
- 23:07Speaker 1: circle widely around the mountain, searching the forests and hills below.
- 23:13Speaker 1: After several minutes, you spot something unusual. A cabin made
- 23:20Speaker 1: almost entirely out of copper. Lights glow around it even
- 23:25Speaker 1: though it's daytime, and machines move through nearby fields. Copper
- 23:32Speaker 1: golams walk between strange devices and a complicated pen full
- 23:38Speaker 1: of chickens or something seems to be hatching eggs at
- 23:42Speaker 1: one end and moving grown chickens towards a fiery chamber
- 23:47Speaker 1: on the other on some sort of conveyor belt. What
- 23:52Speaker 1: is that? I don't know, but I think we should
- 23:58Speaker 1: check it out. D He says, you land on the
- 24:03Speaker 1: lawn in front of the cabin. Immediately, six copper goal
- 24:09Speaker 1: ems stop what they're doing, look at you, and start
- 24:14Speaker 1: menacingly well, hitting their pickaxes against their hands. Authorized vositars.
- 24:23Speaker 1: One says, uh, we're not here to fight your reply,
- 24:28Speaker 1: but the copper golams raise their tools. Apparently they disagree.
- 24:35Speaker 1: One rules toward you. You blasted sideways with telekinesis. JD
- 24:41Speaker 1: fires a fireball in front of another, forcing it backwards.
- 24:46Speaker 1: Two more charge and you push them across the lawn
- 24:49Speaker 1: using telekinesis well. JD dodges behind some sort of strange
- 24:55Speaker 1: copper machine. Before the battle can get more SERI, the
- 25:01Speaker 1: cabin door swings open. Wait, a teenager rushes outside. Stop
- 25:07Speaker 1: attacking them. I told you not. Everyone's an enemy. The
- 25:13Speaker 1: copper goldums freeze. The teenager looks between you, JD, the
- 25:19Speaker 1: Hawk and the void Dragon. I'm sorry about that. He says,
- 25:25Speaker 1: my name's Grayson. Uh, why are you guys fighting my golums?
- 25:31Speaker 1: They attacked us? You say, oh, yeah, they do that sometimes.
- 25:38Speaker 1: My father made them extremely protective. You look around at
- 25:43Speaker 1: the machines. Did your father make all of this? Most
- 25:49Speaker 1: of it? We built some of it together until he disappeared.
- 25:55Speaker 1: He was sort of a super genius. He vented the
- 26:00Speaker 1: copper golams by applying the magical principles used in stone
- 26:05Speaker 1: and iron golams to copper. It took a few different attempts,
- 26:10Speaker 1: but eventually he figured out a successful way to do it.
- 26:17Speaker 4: Uh.
- 26:18Speaker 1: Really, I learned the copper golam spell from a book.
- 26:23Speaker 1: You can just make up new spells? Well, it isn't easy,
- 26:29Speaker 1: but magic is flexible. Most people learn spells from books
- 26:34Speaker 1: or memories like you do, and assume that they can
- 26:37Speaker 1: only use them exactly as they were taught. But the
- 26:42Speaker 1: real fun is taking those lessons and applying them to
- 26:46Speaker 1: something new. He points toward the distant mountain. My father
- 26:52Speaker 1: even seated a nearby village mine with copper golams years ago.
- 26:57Speaker 1: He left behind challenges and few prizes for anyone clever
- 27:02Speaker 1: enough to reach them. I think I found those prizes,
- 27:08Speaker 1: you say, I even found a book that taught me
- 27:12Speaker 1: how to create copper goldums. Your dad was the one
- 27:16Speaker 1: who invented them. Grason raises an eyebrow, privid Well, I've
- 27:24Speaker 1: already used the spell today, but you can come see
- 27:27Speaker 1: the village. It's full of them. The village is running again.
- 27:33Speaker 1: You nod. Ah, maybe I should for sure, but let's
- 27:41Speaker 1: sell of this other stuff. You ask, and Grayson starts
- 27:46Speaker 1: to show you around. Ah. These here are copper lights.
- 27:53Speaker 1: The copper wire carries magical electricity from the battery blocks
- 27:58Speaker 1: that are placed over heat, which I charge using lightning spells.
- 28:02Speaker 1: Of course, the batteries slowly power the lights throughout the cabin.
- 28:08Speaker 1: They only need to be recharged about once a week.
- 28:11Speaker 1: You'd be surprised how much a single lightning spell can do.
- 28:17Speaker 1: Over here is my auto farm. The crops grow. When
- 28:23Speaker 1: they hit a certain point, the fields flood automatically and
- 28:28Speaker 1: wash everything into these collection channels. Then new seeds are dropped.
- 28:35Speaker 1: And this here is the chicken machine. It sort of
- 28:40Speaker 1: hatches eggs, raises the chickens, and then drops them through
- 28:45Speaker 1: fire where they're fully cooked. JD stares at the machine
- 28:52Speaker 1: that is both impressive and honestly a little bit disturbing. Honestly,
- 29:00Speaker 1: it's very useful. Wants some chicken, he asks, opening up
- 29:04Speaker 1: a chest and pulling out a piece of meat. Uh
- 29:10Speaker 1: not right now, you answer, Yeah, suit yourself, Grayson says,
- 29:16Speaker 1: taking a big bite out of the chicken. You invite
- 29:20Speaker 1: Grayson on the back of your void dragon, and together
- 29:24Speaker 1: the three of you fly back towards the village.
- 29:28Speaker 3: When you arrive, the.
- 29:30Speaker 1: Town hall walls are already beginning to rise. Villagers work
- 29:35Speaker 1: beside copper golums. Stone golums carry heavy material, and of course,
- 29:41Speaker 1: three iron golams patrol the outer walls. Grayson stands silently
- 29:47Speaker 1: for a moment as he looks around at all of
- 29:51Speaker 1: the sights. My father would have loved this, he says,
- 29:58Speaker 1: his favorite invention actually helping people again. Does that mean
- 30:04Speaker 1: you'll stay, you ask? Grayson looks at the unfinished town hall,
- 30:10Speaker 1: the working farms, and the golams rebuilding the homes. Yes,
- 30:16Speaker 1: he says, I think I will. This place could use
- 30:21Speaker 1: a lot of improvements, a lot of automation. Grayson begins
- 30:29Speaker 1: sort of tapping his fingers together, as if he's some
- 30:32Speaker 1: sort of evil genius coming up with a plan. Yes,
- 30:37Speaker 1: this will do very well. Ah mind if I borrow
- 30:41Speaker 1: the Hawk to go get some of my supplies. Uh
- 30:45Speaker 1: be my guest, you say. JD hands him the reins. Perfect.
- 30:51Speaker 1: I'll be back and a little bit. As you watch
- 30:55Speaker 1: Grason fly away on the Giant Hawk, a wave a
- 31:00Speaker 1: fatigue passes through your body. You look up at the
- 31:04Speaker 1: sky and see that it's getting dark. Well, I think
- 31:09Speaker 1: that's time to call it for another night. You say
- 31:13Speaker 1: good night, JD. Good night, JD says, and you head
- 31:19Speaker 1: off towards your little house once again. You open the door,
- 31:25Speaker 1: walk inside, You despawn your armor back into your inventory,
- 31:32Speaker 1: and you lay down in your very comfortable bed. A
- 31:37Speaker 1: prompt appears again, Sleep now. It asks you select yes,
- 31:45Speaker 1: and a wave of fatigue immediately passes through your mind.
- 31:51Speaker 1: Your muscles relax, your arms and legs sink down into
- 31:57Speaker 1: the mattress, and slowly your mind begins to wander off
- 32:04Speaker 1: to thoughts of new dreams and new adventures to come.
- 32:11Speaker 1: Good night, everyone, never.
- 34:41Speaker 5: Union name.
- 38:33Speaker 6: In New yor Union, no thing, no more game M
- 46:39Speaker 6: M one one mo
