- 0:02Speaker 1: have you. I've got a big, big show ahead for you.
- 0:06Speaker 1: We're going to break down another left-wing scandal of the week.
- 0:08Speaker 1: We've got one, which is completely collapsed. We'll tell you
- 0:12Speaker 1: all about that. Also, the media is not interested in
- 0:14Speaker 1: talking about this story anymore. Now that the truth has
- 0:16Speaker 1: come out, but you suspected it all along. The details
- 0:20Speaker 1: on that coming up. The president of the United States
- 0:22Speaker 1: holds a big summit on artificial intelligence at the White House.
- 0:25Speaker 1: gets all of the big billionaires to show up and
- 0:28Speaker 1: stand alongside him as he gets them all to sign
- 0:31Speaker 1: on to an agreement, a moral agreement, in order to
- 0:34Speaker 1: make AI useful and not crazy. We'll get into that.
- 0:38Speaker 1: And the U.S. government even launched an amazing new product
- 0:42Speaker 1: that's designed to make your interactions with the government a
- 0:45Speaker 1: lot simpler. Didn't take any new laws, just took a
- 0:48Speaker 1: new president. We've got the details on that and so
- 0:50Speaker 1: much more all ahead. On this edition of Vince, as always,
- 0:54Speaker 1: it's so great to have you with us, the best
- 0:56Speaker 1: audience anywhere. I want to tell you about one of

- 2:14Speaker 2: Yes.
- 2:15Speaker 1: Well, good morning, everybody. It is great to have you here.
- 2:17Speaker 1: And just kind of the aftermath of our big interview
- 2:20Speaker 1: with J.D. Vance this week, I just want to extend
- 2:22Speaker 1: my gratitude to all of you who shared our interview,
- 2:25Speaker 1: the clips from it and got more attention to it.
- 2:29Speaker 1: I thought it was one of the single most concentrated
- 2:32Speaker 1: interviews to produce a huge number of headlines. with the
- 2:35Speaker 1: Vice President of the United States yesterday. That was a
- 2:38Speaker 1: lot of fun to do. I want to thank all
- 2:40Speaker 1: of the great news outlets that covered the interview yesterday.
- 2:46Speaker 1: There were so many, maybe too many to list, but
- 2:47Speaker 1: I'll see if I can off the top of my head.
- 2:49Speaker 1: The Daily Wire, The Daily Caller, The Blaze, Breitbart, Fox
- 2:54Speaker 1: covering the interview yesterday, and so many other great places.
- 2:59Speaker 1: Thank you for that. To be clear, the legacy media
- 3:02Speaker 1: basically blacked out that story. They didn't want to talk
- 3:07Speaker 1: about James Talifrico and company wearing Christianity like a skin suit.
- 3:12Speaker 1: They didn't want to talk about whether or not the
- 3:14Speaker 1: intelligence demonstrates that the Iranian leader is alive or dead.
- 3:18Speaker 1: They didn't want to talk about the president and the
- 3:21Speaker 1: vice president war gaming in order to pass the Save
- 3:24Speaker 1: America Act and take over the Senate floor. They didn't
- 3:27Speaker 1: want to talk about any of those things. They didn't
- 3:28Speaker 1: want to talk about the fraud, the quarter trillion dollars
- 3:31Speaker 1: that they've taken down. None of it. None of it.
- 3:34Speaker 1: So a lot of the legacy outlets skipped it yesterday.
- 3:36Speaker 1: Not that surprised. But it was interesting to watch the
- 3:39Speaker 1: aftermath of our interview. And again, my gratitude to you
- 3:43Speaker 1: for sharing it. We had a big one. If you
- 3:44Speaker 1: missed it, go check out yesterday's program. You can see
- 3:47Speaker 1: the whole interview in its entirety with the vice president
- 3:49Speaker 1: of the United States. He was great. And for those
- 3:53Speaker 1: who have been asking, that interview, just so people know,
- 3:56Speaker 1: was recorded Monday of this week, which is, of course,
- 3:59Speaker 1: why we weren't on the air for both the podcast
- 4:01Speaker 1: and the radio show. We were busy. We were at
- 4:03Speaker 1: the White House conducting this interview that was recorded Monday,
- 4:05Speaker 1: released yesterday. And it was great. So thank you once
- 4:09Speaker 1: again to everybody who made it possible. And I assure
- 4:12Speaker 1: you that more of those types of interviews are on
- 4:15Speaker 1: the way. No question about it. We're going to keep
- 4:17Speaker 1: banging on all those doors and see if we can't
- 4:19Speaker 1: get some more answers for you, because that's what we
- 4:21Speaker 1: like doing. We love doing that here. I did get
- 4:24Speaker 1: some answers for you on something else. You ready for this?
- 4:26Speaker 1: Remember that story about the illegal alien who got popped
- 4:29Speaker 1: by an ICE agent in Austin, Texas? You remember this story, Chet?
- 4:34Speaker 1: Gets shot in the back, and people are like, what
- 4:36Speaker 1: the hell's going on? Guy's got shot in the back.
- 4:38Speaker 1: ICE agents are just shooting, you know, food delivery drivers
- 4:43Speaker 1: for no reason. What happened here? The left instantly turned
- 4:48Speaker 1: this into a big, big drama. They were trying to, oh,
- 4:52Speaker 1: the cops are out of control again. They're just shooting
- 4:54Speaker 1: people randomly in the street. Well, as that story, as
- 4:58Speaker 1: the truth about that story has emerged, we've discovered a lot,
- 5:01Speaker 1: haven't we? You know, last week I was showing you
- 5:03Speaker 1: video footage of this guy not politely dealing with cops
- 5:07Speaker 1: or following any of their orders. He was in a
- 5:10Speaker 1: full-on high-speed chase. He was fleeing the cops, running from
- 5:16Speaker 1: these guys as they're barreling down the streets of Austin, Texas,
- 5:19Speaker 1: trying to catch him. And there was no damage to
- 5:22Speaker 1: the vehicle when we saw that video yet, which means
- 5:25Speaker 1: the damage came later in the chase. These are details
- 5:29Speaker 1: that were not shared by the guy's lawyer. These were
- 5:31Speaker 1: details that were not shared by the media. There were
- 5:33Speaker 1: just a series of lies that he was just some
- 5:35Speaker 1: innocent food delivery guy who got shot for no reason
- 5:38Speaker 1: by ICE and overzealous, out-of-control ICE agents. Well, now we
- 5:42Speaker 1: have more information about this story, a lot more information
- 5:46Speaker 1: about this story, which makes the story truly, ready? And
- 5:52Speaker 1: now it's time for the Left's Fake Scandal of the Week. Extra, extra.
- 6:03Speaker 1: It's the Left's Fake Scandal of the Week. We got
- 6:05Speaker 1: another one for you. Now we get an update here
- 6:07Speaker 1: from Bill Malusion over at the Fox News Channel. He
- 6:10Speaker 1: provides this to us about that Venezuelan illegal alien door
- 6:16Speaker 1: dash driver. What happened to this guy? Breaking news. He
- 6:22Speaker 1: was shot, of course, by ICE in Austin last week
- 6:25Speaker 1: after a pursuit, and now he's been charged by the
- 6:28Speaker 1: Department of Justice with assault on a federal officer. The
- 6:34Speaker 1: feds say they've got ICE body camera footage showing Wilbur
- 6:38Speaker 1: Rafael Garces Perez clipping an officer that would be striking
- 6:43Speaker 1: the officer with his vehicle when he fled the scene
- 6:46Speaker 1: of the initial encounter. So here's what we know, according
- 6:49Speaker 1: to the federal complaint. The encounter began when ICE agents
- 6:54Speaker 1: saw Perez's vehicle sitting in front of a restaurant with
- 6:58Speaker 1: its hazard lights on. So they just ran the vehicle plates.
- 7:02Speaker 1: They ran the plates. They just entered the data. And
- 7:04Speaker 1: what did they learn? He had a deportation order. Oh, okay.
- 7:09Speaker 1: So what did they do? They initiated a traffic stop
- 7:11Speaker 1: when he left the restaurant. Two ICE vehicles box him in.
- 7:15Speaker 1: The encounter was cordial. Perez gave his ID. And then
- 7:19Speaker 1: he asked if he could move his car before being arrested.
- 7:22Speaker 1: Ice said no, of course not, and told him, get
- 7:26Speaker 1: out of the vehicle. He then rolled the window up
- 7:29Speaker 1: and he drove off and he hit an officer with
- 7:31Speaker 1: his side mirror in the process. Now, that's the moment
- 7:35Speaker 1: that apparently was captured on the police body camera footage.
- 7:40Speaker 1: when he strikes the officer with a side mirror in
- 7:42Speaker 1: the process. But we ain't done yet. Now notice, of course,
- 7:46Speaker 1: this is not when the gun is discharged. There's no
- 7:48Speaker 1: damage yet to the vehicle. So they apparently didn't box
- 7:51Speaker 1: him in that tight, but he ends up driving off
- 7:54Speaker 1: and he clips an officer in the process. This began
- 7:56Speaker 1: a roughly eight minute pursuit in which ICE chased him
- 8:00Speaker 1: using lights and sirens. We saw that video. The original
- 8:05Speaker 1: ICE agent with the body cam lost track and pulled off, okay?
- 8:10Speaker 1: His partner, the other ICE agent, then called him and
- 8:13Speaker 1: told him Garces Perez just tried to ram him. So
- 8:19Speaker 1: he shot him. You got that? So the illegal alien
- 8:23Speaker 1: from Venezuela attempts to use his vehicle as a deadly
- 8:25Speaker 1: weapon to ram an ICE officer. ICE officer, correctly, based
- 8:31Speaker 1: on these details, discharges his weapon to stop the attack.
- 8:36Speaker 1: Now that ICE officer had no body camera on during
- 8:38Speaker 1: the shooting. But again, he had radioed immediately to indicate
- 8:42Speaker 1: what had just happened. Garces Perez agreed to be interviewed
- 8:46Speaker 1: without an attorney after the shooting. He admitted to disregarding
- 8:50Speaker 1: ICE's command to get out of the vehicle and driving
- 8:53Speaker 1: away instead. DOJ says Garces Perez made his first appearance
- 8:58Speaker 1: in federal court yesterday. That would be Tuesday. If convicted,
- 9:02Speaker 1: he will now face 20 years, up to 20 years,
- 9:06Speaker 1: in federal prison. And we've got some of the images here.
- 9:09Speaker 1: For those of you with me, rumble.com slash Vince, you
- 9:10Speaker 1: can see the guy, I guess they're near it. You
- 9:15Speaker 1: see the car is not that boxed in. It doesn't
- 9:18Speaker 1: exactly look like the most boxed in event here. There's
- 9:22Speaker 1: a car in front of him. So they're surrounding him,
- 9:25Speaker 1: but it's not tight. There's the ICE officer. His face
- 9:28Speaker 1: is concealed here by the federal government. You know why?
- 9:31Speaker 1: Because the left, the left is violent. They want to
- 9:33Speaker 1: hurt this ICE officer. That's the mirror that no doubt
- 9:36Speaker 1: clipped him. And then you can see the guy, he
- 9:38Speaker 1: ends up driving off, and they've got more footage here.
- 9:43Speaker 1: Not footage, but just these still images. And they would
- 9:46Speaker 1: later encounter him again, and the guy would try and
- 9:49Speaker 1: ram one of the ICE officers, according to the federal government,
- 9:53Speaker 1: now in these charging documents. So the guy discharges his weapon.
- 9:56Speaker 1: So that's why this one is yet another left-wing phony.
- 10:00Speaker 1: scandal of the week. Are you surprised by these details?
- 10:03Speaker 1: Of course not. Of course not. You're not shocked at all.
- 10:06Speaker 1: You knew from the very beginning that this story was
- 10:09Speaker 1: likely to turn out this way. From the very beginning.
- 10:12Speaker 1: And remember what the left did with this. As soon
- 10:15Speaker 1: as this went down, you had these communist forces from
- 10:18Speaker 1: all across the planet emanating out of places like China,
- 10:21Speaker 1: to be clear. You have a Roy Singham, this left-wing
- 10:25Speaker 1: billionaire Marxist living in China, dumping all of this money in.
- 10:29Speaker 1: You've got these communist groups, these communists. Azra Nomani documented
- 10:33Speaker 1: this over at the Fox News Channel, on Fox News Digital,
- 10:36Speaker 1: that you have these communist groups dumping a bunch of
- 10:39Speaker 1: cash and resources into starting an insurrection in the Austin,
- 10:42Speaker 1: Texas area. Then you get vandalism, destruction, blocking city streets,
- 10:48Speaker 1: people going ballistic, F ice, abolish ice, kill Donald Trump.
- 10:53Speaker 1: Remember that message? Spray painted on the side of what
- 10:57Speaker 1: looks like a bridge in Austin. And what was the
- 11:01Speaker 1: other message? Oh, they love James Talafrico. They love Talafrico.
- 11:05Speaker 1: They spray painted on the side of the bridge. So
- 11:09Speaker 1: not a mystery at all. You had an event that
- 11:13Speaker 1: involved an illegal alien, according to the feds, attempting to
- 11:17Speaker 1: ram an ICE officer. ICE officer defends himself. That's an
- 11:20Speaker 1: invitation for insurrection by the American left. Got it? The
- 11:24Speaker 1: same story over and over and over again. You just
- 11:26Speaker 1: changed a couple of the proper nouns. It's the same
- 11:29Speaker 1: story every single freaking time. So I wanted to help
- 11:36Speaker 1: you stick the landing on what the hell happened here.
- 11:37Speaker 1: Now this guy's looking at 20 years in prison. Now
- 11:40Speaker 1: we got to deal with that problem. But meanwhile, this
- 11:44Speaker 1: is the actual story. Now, have you seen this? For
- 11:47Speaker 1: those of you who incidentally consume the legacy media, have
- 11:49Speaker 1: you seen the conclusion of this story everywhere? Is CNN
- 11:53Speaker 1: covering this with any regularity? Is the New York Times
- 11:56Speaker 1: covering this with any aggression? Are any of these legacy
- 11:58Speaker 1: outlets that were breathing life into the original lies helping
- 12:02Speaker 1: to bring the temperature down, tell you the truth about
- 12:05Speaker 1: the results here? Because I'm not seeing very much of that.
- 12:08Speaker 1: I see Bill Malusian talking about it. I see the
- 12:10Speaker 1: great reporters who actually follow these stories for real, for
- 12:12Speaker 1: a living, trying to tell you what the truth is.
- 12:15Speaker 1: Not seeing a lot of it anywhere else. So I
- 12:17Speaker 1: figured I'd bring it to you today. Kind of an
- 12:19Speaker 1: amazing but entirely predictable story. Yeah, no, they don't cover it.
- 12:24Speaker 1: They don't cover it. They're all in on insurrections. Not
- 12:27Speaker 1: so much on bringing the temperature down, restoring order to
- 12:29Speaker 1: the country. which, by the way, the great men and
- 12:32Speaker 1: women of ICE are doing. And they're putting their lives
- 12:34Speaker 1: on the line each day to do it. And they're
- 12:36Speaker 1: not really getting much thanks at all from the legacy press.
- 12:41Speaker 1: They get a lot of thanks from me. Thanks from you.
- 12:43Speaker 1: I'm cheering them on. But a lot of our institutions
- 12:46Speaker 1: are outright out to get them, which I think this
- 12:50Speaker 1: story proved in so many ways. So there's that. I
- 12:54Speaker 1: do have another illegal alien update for you that's kind
- 12:57Speaker 1: of wonderful. This is a fun story, too. The United
- 13:00Speaker 1: States Supreme Court yesterday, to the consternation of the American left,
- 13:03Speaker 1: has determined that President Trump once again can definitely send
- 13:08Speaker 1: illegal aliens to third countries. You know, there are countries
- 13:12Speaker 1: that are not taking back their own foreign nationals. And
- 13:15Speaker 1: so the Trump administration has devised a third country deportation policy.
- 13:20Speaker 1: The policy is like, hey, we're just going to send
- 13:22Speaker 1: you somewhere. Either go home or we'll send you somewhere else.
- 13:26Speaker 1: Here's what we have. This is from NBC with the headline.
- 13:29Speaker 1: They're grumpy about this. Supreme Court allows Trump's third country
- 13:33Speaker 1: deportation policy. The Supreme Court on Tuesday removed obstacles to
- 13:38Speaker 1: the Trump administration, deporting certain immigrants to third countries where
- 13:43Speaker 1: they have no connections. You know, this doesn't have to happen.
- 13:47Speaker 1: You don't want to go to some other country? You
- 13:49Speaker 1: don't want to go there? Go home. You can do that.
- 13:53Speaker 1: You can go home.
- 13:54Speaker 3: Go home.
- 13:55Speaker 1: The justices, with the court's three liberals dissenting, of course,
- 13:58Speaker 1: because they're all in on the Democrat Party, not on
- 14:01Speaker 1: the rule of law, not on the Constitution, granted an
- 14:05Speaker 1: emergency request filed by the government seeking to block an
- 14:08Speaker 1: appeals court ruling that said the current process is unlawful.
- 14:13Speaker 1: Because the affected people are not given a proper chance
- 14:15Speaker 1: to raise concerns about safety risks in violation of federal
- 14:19Speaker 1: immigration law. You want to avoid safety risks? Go home.
- 14:23Speaker 1: Go home. In the brief unsigned order, the court also
- 14:27Speaker 1: said it would hear oral arguments in December and issue
- 14:30Speaker 1: a definitive ruling on the legal questions that are raised
- 14:32Speaker 1: in the litigation. But here's James Percival. He's the general
- 14:36Speaker 1: counsel of the Department of Homeland Security. He said in
- 14:38Speaker 1: a statement yesterday afternoon, quote, it's a bad day for
- 14:41Speaker 1: criminal illegals. and open borders activists alike. It's not too
- 14:46Speaker 1: late to get $ 3, 000 and a flight home. But here's
- 14:53Speaker 1: the truth. You don't have to go home, but you
- 14:56Speaker 1: can't stay here. You're leaving one way or the other.
- 15:00Speaker 1: The Supreme Court last year allowed the policy to move
- 15:02Speaker 1: forward after it was blocked by lower courts at an
- 15:05Speaker 1: earlier stage of the litigation. So you may be thinking
- 15:08Speaker 1: to yourself, Vince, hasn't this been rolled on before? Yeah,
- 15:10Speaker 1: it has been. The left keeps trying to stop President
- 15:12Speaker 1: Trump from rescuing our country, the president has now won
- 15:16Speaker 1: multiple fights on this particular question in the Supreme Court. Multiple.
- 15:22Speaker 1: Since Trump's second term began in January of 2025, thousands
- 15:26Speaker 1: of people have been sent to third countries, including South Sudan, Eswatini,
- 15:30Speaker 1: and Rwanda. You don't want to go to Rwanda? Then
- 15:35Speaker 1: go home. Go home. Now's your chance. Or else you
- 15:39Speaker 1: might end up in Rwanda. Make the right decision, please.
- 15:46Speaker 1: President Trump's doing it, which I love. We await, by
- 15:49Speaker 1: the way, it's September 30th. We're closing out the month
- 15:51Speaker 1: of September now. We await the numbers out of DHS
- 15:56Speaker 1: and ICE and whether or not this month will yet
- 15:58Speaker 1: again be another record for arrests to get people out
- 16:03Speaker 1: of the country. We heard from Mark Wayne Mullen this
- 16:05Speaker 1: week that apparently Friday and Saturday of this past week
- 16:10Speaker 1: were successive single-day records for arrests of illegal aliens in
- 16:16Speaker 1: the United States. And then of course, we heard from
- 16:18Speaker 1: the vice president of the United States this week exclusively
- 16:20Speaker 1: on our program saying the policy of the Trump administration
- 16:24Speaker 1: is if you're here illegally, you've got to go home.
- 16:27Speaker 1: So the vice president offering the guidance I just offered
- 16:29Speaker 1: a moment ago, which is, dude, pick your stuff up
- 16:32Speaker 1: and get the hell out of the country. Go now
- 16:36Speaker 1: or else we're going to take you out. Your choice.
- 16:41Speaker 1: One way or the other, you're leaving. That was the
- 16:43Speaker 1: message from the vice president. That's the message from DHS.
- 16:45Speaker 1: That's what the numbers have shown. And I think Tom
- 16:48Speaker 1: Holman has indicated, too, that we're on track here for
- 16:52Speaker 1: potentially another record month. Do you know how big this is?
- 16:57Speaker 1: I mean, it's a big deal. I love the pressure
- 17:00Speaker 1: on the Trump administration. I think Vice President Vance even
- 17:02Speaker 1: said that. He did say that in our interview this week.
- 17:04Speaker 1: He goes, if you're on DHS, on our side, if
- 17:07Speaker 1: you're on the side of President Trump and Vice President Vance,
- 17:10Speaker 1: maintaining that level of pressure, go faster, do more. He's like,
- 17:14Speaker 1: that's great. Keep that coming. That's the kind of pressure
- 17:17Speaker 1: we need. But not in a million years should your
- 17:21Speaker 1: ass sit at home and be like, I'm not voting
- 17:23Speaker 1: because not enough people have been deported. You're a moron
- 17:26Speaker 1: if you take that position. You're going to sit at home?
- 17:29Speaker 1: You're an idiot. Because you're just going to give the
- 17:31Speaker 1: Democrats power. Not enough deportations for me. Okay, so you're
- 17:35Speaker 1: going to let the open borders guy take over? Do
- 17:38Speaker 1: you realize how stupid that is? Don't do that. Don't
- 17:41Speaker 1: do it. I'm not talking to anybody in this audience.
- 17:45Speaker 1: No morons here. You guys are brilliant. You're with me.
- 17:48Speaker 1: We're having a great time. But you got to get
- 17:50Speaker 1: the truth out there. No stupidity. Don't be stupid. Don't
- 17:54Speaker 1: be stupid. Fight for your country.
- 17:57Speaker 2: Fight.
- 17:58Speaker 1: What a difference a president makes, man. What a beautiful
- 18:01Speaker 1: difference it makes. Law and order being restored, the murder
- 18:03Speaker 1: rate being dropped to the lowest levels, the borders actually secure.
- 18:07Speaker 1: Over 3 million illegals have been booted out of the
- 18:10Speaker 1: country and counting. Housing prices coming down in the areas
- 18:13Speaker 1: where illegal aliens have most been removed. The jurisdictions that
- 18:18Speaker 1: are cooperating with ICE are leading to drops in rent.
- 18:22Speaker 1: That's a huge deal. It's another piece of our interview
- 18:26Speaker 1: with the vice president this week. He was saying this
- 18:28Speaker 1: is obvious. This is the most obvious economic principle imaginable,
- 18:32Speaker 1: supply and demand. If you've got all this demand for
- 18:36Speaker 1: housing from people who are not even allowed to be
- 18:39Speaker 1: in our country, what impact does that have on rents
- 18:42Speaker 1: for American citizens? They go up. You deport millions of
- 18:47Speaker 1: people who shouldn't be here. What impact does that have
- 18:49Speaker 1: on rents for American citizens? Hello, they go down. These
- 18:53Speaker 1: are simple economic principles. Spread the word. Don't be stupid.
- 18:58Speaker 1: Fight for your country. And let's keep the success going.
- 19:02Speaker 1: That's so much more to get to. In fact, you
- 19:05Speaker 1: want to talk some more about midterms? I've got some
- 19:08Speaker 1: midterm news for you. Maybe we'll get to that. We'll
- 19:10Speaker 1: get to that in a moment. I want to get
- 19:11Speaker 1: to some polling data with you. We're going to get
- 19:13Speaker 1: to what's going on in Texas. We've got undercover footage,
- 19:17Speaker 1: more undercover footage of James Talafrico. This time it's of
- 19:20Speaker 1: him specifically. It's of him personally. And it's just as
- 19:25Speaker 1: awful as the rest of it. We've got that and
- 19:27Speaker 1: so much more ahead on this edition of this. Today's message,
- 19:31Speaker 1: don't be stupid. Hey, let me ask you something, not
- 19:34Speaker 1: a political question. When was the last time you looked
- 19:36Speaker 1: at your Medicare plan, not the card that's in your wallet,
- 19:39Speaker 1: the plan itself? Because you see, it changes every year,
- 19:42Speaker 1: what it covers, what your prescriptions cost, whether your doctors
- 19:45Speaker 1: are still in it. 70% of people never go back
- 19:48Speaker 1: and check. You know that? And look. You didn't make
- 19:51Speaker 1: a bad decision when you signed up. You made a
- 19:52Speaker 1: fine decision, say in 2021, which is why you should
- 19:55Speaker 1: trust Chapter. They're the only Medicare advisors that actually compare
- 19:59Speaker 1: every plan nationwide. Chapter's independent advisors are honest. They're not
- 20:04Speaker 1: paid to push one plan over another. They'll actually look
- 20:07Speaker 1: at your doctors, your prescriptions, your zip code, your unique situation.
- 20:11Speaker 1: Call them 316-835-9955. Talk to Chapter. If you're already on
- 20:17Speaker 1: the right plan, they're going to tell you. If you're not,
- 20:20Speaker 1: they're going to help you switch. And people who switched
- 20:23Speaker 1: with Chapter last year, they saved an average of $ 1, 100
- 20:26Speaker 1: on health care costs. That's a big deal. It's free.
- 20:30Speaker 1: It's under 20 minutes. That's 316-835-9955. Talk to Chapter. 20
- 20:32Speaker 1: minutes and you'll find out you were right. Or 20
- 20:34Speaker 1: minutes to fix it.
- 20:35Speaker 4: 316-835-9955.
- 20:44Speaker 1: Talk to Chapter. Thank you, Chapter, for supporting our show today.
- 20:47Speaker 1: Appreciate them and their great service.
- 20:49Speaker 5: All right.
- 20:50Speaker 1: Now, some quick midterm updates for you. A couple of
- 20:55Speaker 1: elements that I want to hit. We're getting some new
- 20:59Speaker 1: polling out of Texas. This is literally breaking news this morning.
- 21:04Speaker 1: Just before I'm starting the show today, I see that
- 21:06Speaker 1: an internal poll has been released from the Paxton campaign.
- 21:12Speaker 1: For those of you in Texas, you've seen a a
- 21:14Speaker 1: bunch of surveys coming out claiming that, uh, Talafrico is
- 21:18Speaker 1: running away with this thing. He's up by a couple
- 21:20Speaker 1: of points. Now, Talafrico's behavior has not suggested that. This is,
- 21:26Speaker 1: I keep reflecting on our interview, but it really is
- 21:28Speaker 1: something else that I talked about with the vice president
- 21:30Speaker 1: this week. He was saying, look, guys, Talafrico is and
- 21:35Speaker 1: Abdul El-Sayed, among these other Democrat candidates across the country,
- 21:39Speaker 1: they're all running right now as if they're not whack jobs.
- 21:42Speaker 1: They're running away from their old positions, and they're trying
- 21:44Speaker 1: to run in the direction of positions that Republican voters
- 21:48Speaker 1: actually have. And the reason for that is because their
- 21:52Speaker 1: own policies are so repulsive to voters, they can't actually
- 21:56Speaker 1: run on what they believe in, which is a warning
- 21:59Speaker 1: sign about their chances of even winning the election, a
- 22:03Speaker 1: warning sign for them. This is why they're running away
- 22:06Speaker 1: from their own policy positions. I've been convinced now for
- 22:09Speaker 1: a time that these Democrats have internal figures of their
- 22:13Speaker 1: own that demonstrate that they are doing very, very poorly,
- 22:16Speaker 1: despite whatever the public polling is trying to tell you
- 22:19Speaker 1: right now. Well, now we have internal data from Ken
- 22:23Speaker 1: Paxton's campaign. And this is a good survey for Paxton.
- 22:27Speaker 1: It's a very good survey. Ready for the numbers on this?
- 22:31Speaker 1: What's happened here is a lot of the undecided voters
- 22:34Speaker 1: are finally making decisions. And the decision here is, I
- 22:38Speaker 1: don't want Talifrico. Here we have the Paxton internal poll,
- 22:43Speaker 1: the interactive polls, X account sharing, that's Texas poll just out.
- 22:47Speaker 1: Survey from the 24th to the 27th of this month,
- 22:50Speaker 1: 800 likely voters, likely voters, that's important, not just registered,
- 22:53Speaker 1: these are likely voters. Ken Paxton up by three, he's
- 22:57Speaker 1: at 48 to 45. Right now, 48-45. Now, does this
- 23:02Speaker 1: mean it's the end of the race? That Ken Paxton
- 23:04Speaker 1: has this thing.
- 23:05Speaker 2: In the back?
- 23:05Speaker 1: Absolutely not. If you are in Texas, bust your Lone
- 23:09Speaker 1: Star tail to get this guy elected. Get everybody you
- 23:13Speaker 1: know out to the polls. Tell everybody how to get
- 23:16Speaker 1: to the polls. Share it on your social media. How
- 23:19Speaker 1: to get there. And then get there. Vote for this guy.
- 23:24Speaker 1: Help him win. 48-45 right now, an encouraging poll. But again,
- 23:31Speaker 1: always play like you're behind no matter what the data show.
- 23:35Speaker 1: You got to win this thing. It's a huge race
- 23:38Speaker 1: in Texas. Now, we just got some more video that
- 23:40Speaker 1: demonstrates that Talafrico is totally unfit for the job. I'll
- 23:46Speaker 1: remind you, James Talafrico, the reason we call him Talafrico
- 23:49Speaker 1: is because the guy is a creep. He's a weirdo.
- 23:52Speaker 1: He's He's very much into stuff like transing the kids.
- 23:56Speaker 1: Loves transing the kids. God is non-binary. Yeah, he said
- 24:01Speaker 1: that too. Now we have new undercover video footage of
- 24:05Speaker 1: Talafrico saying that when he gets to the United States Senate,
- 24:08Speaker 1: he's going to trans the kids even harder. Even harder.
- 24:12Speaker 1: This video was just captured, shared by The Daily Wire's
- 24:16Speaker 1: Jacob Wheeler this week. Watch as a woman approaches James
- 24:20Speaker 1: Talafrico at a campaign event, says she's got a trans relative,
- 24:24Speaker 1: and asks, how hard are you going to fight for
- 24:26Speaker 1: my trans relative? And Talafrico says, oh, I'm going to
- 24:29Speaker 1: fight harder than ever for the trans kids. Watch this.
- 24:33Speaker 1: Cut 12. Check it out. Thank you.
- 24:40Speaker 6: For being here.
- 24:41Speaker 3: I'm so glad you came.
- 24:42Speaker 7: It means a lot.
- 24:43Speaker 3: Let's get a picture.
- 24:45Speaker 7: I'm just so happy.
- 24:46Speaker 8: That you're running and everything you're doing.
- 24:50Speaker 6: For our country and making everyone feel included.
- 24:53Speaker 4: Really quick, I have a niece who's trans.
- 24:55Speaker 7: I want to let her know that our government hears her.
- 24:58Speaker 4: Can I count on you.
- 24:59Speaker 2: To support her?
- 25:01Speaker 1: She's not able to participate in sports. The way I.
- 25:04Speaker 6: Fought for trans kids in the legislature is how I
- 25:07Speaker 6: will fight for the U.S.
- 25:07Speaker 3: Senate.
- 25:08Speaker 6: And my position hasn't changed. I still think these should
- 25:11Speaker 6: be local decisions, sport by sport, athlete by athlete. And
- 25:15Speaker 6: I think I have the most inclusive policy of any
- 25:17Speaker 6: candidate who's running. I know things are getting clipped and stuff,
- 25:21Speaker 6: but my views, my position hasn't changed. And I'm going
- 25:24Speaker 6: to have your loved ones back.
- 25:27Speaker 7: Thank you so much.
- 25:28Speaker 9: Thank you.
- 25:29Speaker 7: God bless you.
- 25:32Speaker 1: My position hasn't changed. I'm going to fight as aggressively
- 25:36Speaker 1: as I've ever fought to trans the children the second
- 25:39Speaker 1: I get power in the United States Senate. And in
- 25:42Speaker 1: a state legislature, what did James Talafrico do? He fought
- 25:46Speaker 1: back against legislation designed to protect children against this kind
- 25:50Speaker 1: of poisonous abuse. Every time. In fact, he said that
- 25:55Speaker 1: if you don't trans kids, you are abusing them. Watch
- 26:01Speaker 1: cut 14. Watch this. Here's James Talafrico saying that not
- 26:05Speaker 1: transing the kids is a form of abuse. This is
- 26:08Speaker 1: just completely Orwellian. Cut 14, go.
- 26:12Speaker 10: That would be.
- 26:13Speaker 8: I think there are some folks that would think that
- 26:17Speaker 8: if you deny your child's gender identity, that that's incredibly harmful.
- 26:22Speaker 8: And whether or not we label it with the term abuse,
- 26:24Speaker 8: I mean, it's abusive for sure. And so that's where
- 26:28Speaker 8: I think some of us have concerns, and I don't
- 26:30Speaker 8: want to speak for other members.
- 26:31Speaker 10: Yeah, that it, well, should it say, or you're suggesting
- 26:35Speaker 10: it ought to say that it should include a person's
- 26:38Speaker 10: willingness or unwillingness to acknowledge a child's gender? Or should
- 26:42Speaker 10: it be silent as to whether that is abuse, whether
- 26:45Speaker 10: it needs it at all?
- 26:47Speaker 8: My just concern is ruling it out as not being abuse,
- 26:51Speaker 8: I think, is dangerous and could certainly harm some of
- 26:55Speaker 8: our most vulnerable kids in the state.
- 26:58Speaker 1: He's disgusting. He's disgusting. He says you have a moral
- 27:02Speaker 1: obligation to tell a child that they were born in
- 27:04Speaker 1: the wrong body. And if you don't tell them that,
- 27:06Speaker 1: you're abusing them. Up is down, left is right, black
- 27:10Speaker 1: is white. The sky is green. It's a perfect inversion
- 27:16Speaker 1: of the truth. War is peace. A perfect inversion of
- 27:20Speaker 1: the truth. Abuse the child. Or else I'll accuse you
- 27:25Speaker 1: of being abusive. What a sicko. What a sicko. What
- 27:30Speaker 1: kind of creep says that his favorite thing on planet
- 27:33Speaker 1: Earth is transing children? Oh, James Talafrico says that. Cut 13.
- 27:37Speaker 1: Remember this moment? Check this out. something that you love
- 27:42Speaker 1: that's not family or friends?
- 27:47Speaker 9: I love, I'm just saying this because it's on my mind,
- 27:50Speaker 9: the trans children who showed up yesterday at the state
- 27:55Speaker 9: capitol to advocate for their humanity.
- 27:57Speaker 1: They shouldn't have to, but it was an inspiration to watch.
- 28:01Speaker 1: Loves trans children. He loves children that are abused. He
- 28:04Speaker 1: loves children that are taught that they were born in
- 28:07Speaker 1: the wrong body. And he loves affirming that kind of abuse.
- 28:12Speaker 1: What a freak. What a freak. And despite his efforts,
- 28:19Speaker 1: he did his Fox News interview where he's coming out
- 28:21Speaker 1: and he's like, I think there's two genders now and
- 28:23Speaker 1: I don't support necessarily having boys play in girls sports
- 28:27Speaker 1: and all these like qualified explanations he's given. An undercover
- 28:30Speaker 1: video demonstrates that he just said at a campaign event
- 28:33Speaker 1: that he hasn't changed his positions at all. That the
- 28:37Speaker 1: lies that he's been delivering in public Don't you worry.
- 28:40Speaker 1: When I get to the Senate, I'm going to trans
- 28:42Speaker 1: the kids more than I've ever transed them before. That's
- 28:45Speaker 1: why you're not going to get to the Senate. That's
- 28:47Speaker 1: why Texas is going to stop you. And that's why
- 28:50Speaker 1: Ken Paxton is going to win. That's the story here. Now,
- 28:55Speaker 1: in terms of the bigger midterm picture, I do have
- 28:57Speaker 1: other polling data that is out. And this should also
- 29:01Speaker 1: be encouraging. The blackmailing crap has to stop. This is
- 29:05Speaker 1: a fight. You have to stay in it. And let
- 29:07Speaker 1: me give you some more encouragement. You ready? Here's something else.
- 29:11Speaker 1: Harvard Harris survey just out. Interactive polls account with the
- 29:15Speaker 1: update on this. 2026 generic congressional ballot. This is just party,
- 29:20Speaker 1: the party ballot. This, ladies and gentlemen, is a race.
- 29:24Speaker 1: It's a race. Among registered voters, it's 50-50. In fact,
- 29:30Speaker 1: Republicans have picked up a point in that survey. Among
- 29:34Speaker 1: likely voters, Democrats hold the edge right now. Democrats hold
- 29:38Speaker 1: the edge at the moment. 51-49. This is a nail biter,
- 29:43Speaker 1: according to that survey. And again, it doesn't mean the
- 29:46Speaker 1: survey is picture perfect in its accuracy. It does mean
- 29:51Speaker 1: that you should definitely not sit home. It does mean
- 29:54Speaker 1: that you should bust your tail to make sure that
- 29:57Speaker 1: these radicals don't get power back, open up your borders,
- 29:59Speaker 1: get the crime running, try and impeach President Trump for
- 30:03Speaker 1: five more times, try and grind the agenda that you
- 30:07Speaker 1: voted for to a halt. No, stop these people. And
- 30:10Speaker 1: you really can. And you know who's really repulsed by Democrats?
- 30:15Speaker 1: American men, American men. Now, we've known for a while
- 30:19Speaker 1: that among women, married women tend to be Republican voters,
- 30:24Speaker 1: and single women tend to, especially college-educated single women, tend
- 30:27Speaker 1: to be Democrat voters. But if you want to break
- 30:30Speaker 1: out men for a moment, which almost never happens in
- 30:32Speaker 1: the media, but we should look at where men are
- 30:35Speaker 1: right now. According to Quinnipiac, a survey data just out,
- 30:40Speaker 1: among approval ratings among men for the Democrat Party, you ready?
- 30:45Speaker 1: Only 17% of men, American men approve of Democrats. 76%
- 30:52Speaker 1: of American men disapprove of that poisonous, disgusting party. 76%.
- 31:00Speaker 1: Which again, this is a call to action. Make sure
- 31:04Speaker 1: the men in your life are casting their ballots. Every
- 31:09Speaker 1: American man should be voting And they should be getting
- 31:13Speaker 1: all their friends to vote. And you should be getting
- 31:15Speaker 1: every American man you know to the polls. Vote, vote, vote.
- 31:20Speaker 1: Stay in the fight. Men, we can do this. We
- 31:24Speaker 1: can do this. 76% of American men correctly disapproving of
- 31:28Speaker 1: the Democrat Party. Encouraging piece of data. I'll take it.
- 31:31Speaker 1: I'll take it. Now let's take it to the victory.
- 31:33Speaker 1: That's what we need. All right, more in a moment.
- 31:35Speaker 1: We get the president of the United States with some
- 31:37Speaker 1: big announcements. Also, Jack Smith appearing on Capitol Hill yesterday.
- 31:41Speaker 1: Talk about poisonous. That guy abusing his power like crazy.
- 31:45Speaker 1: Another warning sign. If Democrats get power back, they're going
- 31:48Speaker 1: to abuse it the way they did with Jack Smith.
- 31:50Speaker 1: More ahead on this edition of Vince. I want to
- 31:53Speaker 1: thank some of the fine sponsors who do make today's
- 31:55Speaker 1: show possible. Today, I want to thank Quince. Love Quince.

- 33:56Speaker 1: when I pour that first cup, I know exactly what
- 33:57Speaker 1: I'm getting. Strong, smooth coffee, never bitter, fresh roasted, packed
- 34:01Speaker 1: with flavor. delivered right to my door. And honestly, I'd
- 34:04Speaker 1: much rather make an incredible cup of coffee at home
- 34:06Speaker 1: than stand in line somewhere, spend crazy money on a
- 34:09Speaker 1: drink loaded with syrup, sugar, whipped cream, whatever. Great coffee
- 34:12Speaker 1: doesn't need that. You don't need a bunch of sugar,
- 34:14Speaker 1: hundreds of extra calories. It should taste great on its own.
- 34:17Speaker 1: Blackout Coffee keeps it simple. Great coffee, great people, an

- 34:39Speaker 1: All right. So I'm getting some feedback on the cashmere
- 34:41Speaker 1: confirmation that I was right about that. Thank you. Love
- 34:44Speaker 1: being right. Big fan of being right. Try and try
- 34:47Speaker 1: and do that as often as I can.
- 34:51Speaker 4: M.R.
- 34:51Speaker 1: Bird saying you just sold it for my hubby. You know,
- 34:54Speaker 1: I'm just telling you the truth. All I can do
- 34:57Speaker 1: is tell you the truth about what's going on with
- 34:59Speaker 1: this thing. I put it on this morning and my
- 35:01Speaker 1: wife was like, hello. Then I was like, whoa, easy now.
- 35:03Speaker 1: I got to do a show. It's a cross I
- 35:05Speaker 1: have to bear. All right. Let's get into some other
- 35:10Speaker 1: things that are going on. We've got this AI announcement
- 35:13Speaker 1: yesterday from the president of the United States. Pretty cool, actually.
- 35:15Speaker 1: This big AI summit. He brings in all the rich guys,
- 35:20Speaker 1: the big AI titans. And here's the message. He says, look,
- 35:25Speaker 1: this is the president. He goes, we just love our country.
- 35:28Speaker 1: We just love our country. I know the president does.
- 35:31Speaker 1: And I like that he's making sure that the rest
- 35:33Speaker 1: of these guys are on board with the message. Cut one.
- 35:35Speaker 1: Watch this.
- 35:36Speaker 5: Extremely friendly. And the one thing that we all have
- 35:40Speaker 5: in common is we love our country and we love
- 35:42Speaker 5: the world. And we want to make sure it's a
- 35:45Speaker 5: safe place. And what we're talking about today will make
- 35:49Speaker 5: it a better place and a much safer place. So,
- 35:53Speaker 5: I just want to thank— these are the greatest, the
- 35:55Speaker 5: most brilliant people probably in the world. I met— many
- 35:59Speaker 5: of them were meeting last week with President Xi and myself,
- 36:03Speaker 5: and he acknowledged these are the most brilliant people— the
- 36:06Speaker 5: people behind me and the people sitting with me. These
- 36:09Speaker 5: are the most brilliant people in the world, and the
- 36:12Speaker 5: job they've done is unbelievable. We have a very big lead,
- 36:15Speaker 5: and we're going to keep our lead. And it's a
- 36:18Speaker 5: very positive thing. It's an amazing industry. There are those
- 36:21Speaker 5: that say it's bigger than the Industrial Revolution. Now, I
- 36:25Speaker 5: don't know if that's so, but everyone seems to think
- 36:28Speaker 5: it is. And it could be substantially bigger. And we're leading,
- 36:32Speaker 5: and we're going to keep it that way. So I
- 36:34Speaker 5: just wanted to thank everybody. You recognize, I would say,
- 36:38Speaker 5: almost every one of the people sitting and standing behind me.
- 36:42Speaker 5: I just think it's an honor to be involved. with
- 36:46Speaker 5: this group of very, very brilliant people, and I thank
- 36:49Speaker 5: you very much. Thank you.
- 36:52Speaker 1: Very cool. All right, so what did they actually achieve?
- 36:54Speaker 1: Why was everybody assembled at the White House? So they
- 36:56Speaker 1: get everybody in there, and it was to sign on
- 36:59Speaker 1: to what they call the White House Accord on Superintelligence.
- 37:03Speaker 1: The president is trying to make superintelligence happen. He wants
- 37:06Speaker 1: people to call it superintelligence. So here's what the accord says.
- 37:10Speaker 1: There's four key elements. I won't read it in detail,
- 37:13Speaker 1: but I'll just give you the quick summary, but let's
- 37:15Speaker 1: put it on screen. So you can see it. There's
- 37:17Speaker 1: four elements here. One is to create robust internal controls
- 37:24Speaker 1: in each of these AI companies to monitor the capabilities
- 37:27Speaker 1: of the technology. So, you know, basically this is all
- 37:30Speaker 1: about safety. This is all about creating great productive technology
- 37:35Speaker 1: that doesn't grow out of control and doesn't get abused.
- 37:38Speaker 1: Because there's a lot of potential here, a lot of
- 37:40Speaker 1: power here to improve your life. But you got to
- 37:43Speaker 1: handle this responsibly, ethically. They want to empower an internal
- 37:49Speaker 1: team to be able to act and intervene in the
- 37:52Speaker 1: event that things are violating the standards, that there's any
- 37:57Speaker 1: sort of ethical lapses inside of the company. They want
- 37:59Speaker 1: to make sure they can intercept them quickly. And this
- 38:01Speaker 1: is all voluntary, by the way. Each of the tech
- 38:03Speaker 1: companies are signing on saying, okay, we're on board with
- 38:06Speaker 1: doing this. Three, they want to partner with an independent
- 38:11Speaker 1: external auditor. an independent external auditor so people can come
- 38:15Speaker 1: in and make assessments of whether or not the controls
- 38:17Speaker 1: are actually working and that this tech is operating as intended.
- 38:22Speaker 1: And then four, they want to make sure that all
- 38:26Speaker 1: of the information about whether the tech is functioning can
- 38:28Speaker 1: go directly to the boards of directors of each of
- 38:31Speaker 1: these companies. They want to designate an independent committee of
- 38:34Speaker 1: the board of directors to be able to receive reports
- 38:39Speaker 1: directly from the monitors inside of these companies to look
- 38:42Speaker 1: and say, hey, I'm concerned about this tech. That way
- 38:45Speaker 1: you don't get killed in some sort of like at
- 38:47Speaker 1: a lower level, some middle managers like, no, no, no,
- 38:49Speaker 1: you're not taking this anywhere. They have a direct line
- 38:52Speaker 1: right to the leadership of the companies so they can
- 38:54Speaker 1: bring this information forward and say, we've got a problem
- 38:57Speaker 1: on our hands. Let's resolve it quickly. OK, so it's good.
- 39:01Speaker 1: I mean, this is just good. These are good foundational policies,
- 39:04Speaker 1: not earth-shattering, but a lot of common sense. And then,
- 39:08Speaker 1: of course, the president secures a bunch of signatures here
- 39:11Speaker 1: from everybody who's involved. Of course, there's the president's famous signature.
- 39:14Speaker 1: For those of you watching, you can see it at rumble.com
- 39:17Speaker 1: slash fans. But I'm amused by the signatures. Look at
- 39:23Speaker 1: these nerds. Look at Sundar Pichai. He's got Dario Amadei
- 39:31Speaker 1: at Anthropic. Sundar's with Google. You've got Anthropic, Mark Zuckerberg,
- 39:36Speaker 1: Greg Brockman with OpenAI, and then Elon Musk with XAI.
- 39:42Speaker 1: These are some of the sloppiest signatures I've ever seen.
- 39:45Speaker 1: I guess when you're that rich, you really don't have
- 39:46Speaker 1: to put a lot of effort into your signature. but
- 39:48Speaker 1: these are just sloppy nerd signatures. You've never seen Elon's
- 39:54Speaker 1: signature before? Yeah, no, no, me neither. I don't think
- 39:57Speaker 1: I've ever seen Elon's signature. It's, you know, it's there.
- 40:01Speaker 1: I mean, at least it approximates cursive. That's, it's not,
- 40:04Speaker 1: it's not terrible, but definitely this is, this is nerd
- 40:08Speaker 1: stuff right here, what you're staring at. The only exception
- 40:10Speaker 1: to this, by the way, is Jensen Wong from NVIDIA.
- 40:14Speaker 1: Look how nice his signature is. Look how pretty, that's like,
- 40:19Speaker 1: you could have, that's like a logo. That's pretty incredible.
- 40:24Speaker 1: That's pretty incredible. Yeah, Coco USA is saying a lot
- 40:26Speaker 1: of these are like doctor signatures. President Trump has refined it.
- 40:31Speaker 1: President Trump, that's like a, that's like a mountainscape that
- 40:35Speaker 1: the president's got going on.
- 40:39Speaker 10: Yeah.
- 40:40Speaker 1: Yeah, how did that happen? How did President Trump get
- 40:42Speaker 1: the presidential sharpie and everybody else got the back? How
- 40:45Speaker 1: did that happen? I'm curious about that. about the arrangement
- 40:47Speaker 1: there yesterday, but it's pretty funny. Anyway, these guys all
- 40:50Speaker 1: sign on to it and a great summit. And it's funny,
- 40:55Speaker 1: you know, all this stuff about like, oh, you know,
- 40:59Speaker 1: the midterms and President Trump is losing popularity. Like, really?
- 41:03Speaker 1: Because last I checked, every Republican candidate in the country
- 41:06Speaker 1: wants the guy to campaign for them. The phone is
- 41:09Speaker 1: ringing off the hook that the president has racked up
- 41:13Speaker 1: countless victories to the point that like literally we do
- 41:15Speaker 1: whole shows on, on all of the things he's succeeded on.
- 41:19Speaker 1: None of this feels like lame duck. It doesn't feel
- 41:21Speaker 1: like he's headed for the exits. And you get all
- 41:23Speaker 1: these tech titans, they all showed up at the drop
- 41:27Speaker 1: of a hat for this AI summit as the White
- 41:29Speaker 1: House says, hey, everybody get here. And sure enough, now
- 41:32Speaker 1: he's got everybody fanned out around him for this big
- 41:35Speaker 1: artificial intelligence summit. This guy's got the juice, baby. He's
- 41:39Speaker 1: got the juice and he's got the biggest.
- 41:43Speaker 1: Players in the entire market all at the white house
- 41:46Speaker 1: signing on to this thing and he's the only guy
- 41:48Speaker 1: who gets a sharpie i think the guy's got the
- 41:53Speaker 1: juice i think he is uh he does uh the
- 41:56Speaker 1: richest guy on earth at least documented elon musk the
- 41:59Speaker 1: trillionaire uh he was standing next to president trump uh
- 42:02Speaker 1: yesterday and he said uh This is a big deal.
- 42:06Speaker 1: This is a very big deal. And he said that
- 42:09Speaker 1: if we play this the right way, we are headed
- 42:12Speaker 1: for an age of abundance. Here's Elon Musk yesterday. Cut three.
- 42:16Speaker 1: Watch this. What are the jobs of the future?
- 42:19Speaker 7: Because people looking at this will be worried.
- 42:21Speaker 3: Particularly laptop jobs.
- 42:23Speaker 1: What are they going.
- 42:24Speaker 8: To do in the future, Mr.
- 42:25Speaker 2: Musk?
- 42:27Speaker 7: Well, I think it is worth highlighting the positive.
- 42:29Speaker 2: Benefits of AI, or SI, pardon me.
- 42:33Speaker 1: Thank you. Superintelligence.
- 42:37Speaker 7: I think by far the most likely outcome is an
- 42:39Speaker 7: age of abundance, where we don't have just universal basic income,
- 42:42Speaker 7: we have universal high income. And people speak about medical benefits.
- 42:49Speaker 7: But maybe it's worth talking.
- 42:52Speaker 1: A bit more about that.
- 42:53Speaker 7: When you have robots and you have superintelligence, it means
- 42:57Speaker 7: that everyone in the world can have better medical care
- 43:01Speaker 7: than anyone here, including me. And wouldn't that be wonderful?
- 43:05Speaker 3: Not if they haven't got a job.
- 43:09Speaker 7: Well, jobs are going to change. Jobs have always changed.
- 43:13Speaker 7: But being a computer used to be a job. There
- 43:17Speaker 7: used to be buildings full of people doing calculations. But now.
- 43:22Speaker 1: Digital computers do those tasks.
- 43:23Speaker 7: And I don't think anyone is pining to go back
- 43:26Speaker 7: and do calculations all day to do bank interest rates,
- 43:29Speaker 7: which is what they used to do. So I think
- 43:31Speaker 7: we'll see an evolution of roles. And as the President
- 43:36Speaker 7: has mentioned, as long as the unemployment has increased, in fact,
- 43:40Speaker 7: there's a tremendous demand for people. So I think the
- 43:44Speaker 7: most likely outcome, and it's probably worth looking at the
- 43:47Speaker 7: most likely outcome, is one which is incredibly beneficial and
- 43:50Speaker 7: it's a future that you, if you could look into
- 43:53Speaker 7: the future, it is a future you would want.
- 43:55Speaker 1: The Press Mr.
- 43:55Speaker 10: President, if Democrats.
- 43:57Speaker 5: The Press Elon and I sat with President Xi the
- 44:00Speaker 5: other day, He will take every data center that we
- 44:04Speaker 5: don't want.
- 44:04Speaker 1: Do you agree with that?
- 44:05Speaker 5: He's done. He would left out every single one because
- 44:08Speaker 5: you know why?
- 44:09Speaker 10: They're smart.
- 44:10Speaker 5: They want every data center. They want it because that's
- 44:13Speaker 5: great for China. Well, it's great for us. And we're
- 44:15Speaker 5: leading by a lot. And we're going to keep it
- 44:18Speaker 5: that way. It's going to be also it's going to
- 44:20Speaker 5: be very, very safe. There's a self-policing and there's also
- 44:23Speaker 5: a group policing. And it's going to be great.
- 44:26Speaker 2: OK, let me.
- 44:28Speaker 1: Just explore one element of what you heard. That was
- 44:31Speaker 1: also fascinating for a million reasons, but there was one
- 44:33Speaker 1: element in there I want to dwell on for a moment.
- 44:35Speaker 1: You heard Elon Musk refer to universal high income. It
- 44:39Speaker 1: wouldn't be just a universal basic income. It would be
- 44:42Speaker 1: universal high income, he says. And I want to dwell
- 44:47Speaker 1: on that because, you know, the way the left operates,
- 44:50Speaker 1: their view has always been you shouldn't have to have
- 44:55Speaker 1: a job at all. We're going to take every dollar
- 44:57Speaker 1: you earn. Then we'll just cut checks for everybody. Now,
- 45:01Speaker 1: that type of totalitarian government always leads to misery, this
- 45:04Speaker 1: world in which you diminish productivity and that everything you
- 45:07Speaker 1: have comes from the government. Your rights are derived from
- 45:10Speaker 1: the government, all of that. That just always leads to
- 45:13Speaker 1: human suffering. In fact, that ideology has a body count,
- 45:16Speaker 1: the numbers in the hundreds of millions over the course
- 45:18Speaker 1: of the last century. So people are very on guard
- 45:21Speaker 1: when they hear this thing about universal income, which usually
- 45:23Speaker 1: means in the words of the American left to cut
- 45:26Speaker 1: checks to people as a standard and say, this is
- 45:29Speaker 1: how you're gonna live the rest of your life at
- 45:31Speaker 1: the mercy of the government or whatever it sends you.
- 45:34Speaker 1: It doesn't lead to human flourishing, it leads to human suffering.
- 45:37Speaker 1: But on this thing about universal high income, whatever Elon
- 45:42Speaker 1: Musk means by that, if he actually means sending out
- 45:44Speaker 1: checks or anything, I don't care. I wanna tell you
- 45:47Speaker 1: my perspective on what this tech can do, whether you
- 45:51Speaker 1: call it, was it super intelligence or artificial intelligence, just
- 45:54Speaker 1: fundamentally what this tech can produce, it's gonna dramatically lower
- 45:59Speaker 1: costs and not just costs in terms of your money,
- 46:02Speaker 1: it's also gonna dramatically lower costs in terms of your time.
- 46:06Speaker 1: These precious resources, these assets that you have, your time
- 46:09Speaker 1: and your money, life is gonna become a lot more
- 46:12Speaker 1: efficient Your ability to start a business, if you have
- 46:15Speaker 1: a great business idea, you'll be able to generate it
- 46:18Speaker 1: at light speed, in full compliance with the law, with
- 46:22Speaker 1: an entire team dedicated to you, human and computer, that's
- 46:27Speaker 1: dedicated to your efforts to try and do that. This
- 46:30Speaker 1: will be productivity super fuel. As Elon Musk just laid out, smartly,
- 46:35Speaker 1: your access to the very best medical expertise, wisdom, healthcare
- 46:40Speaker 1: on planet Earth is gonna become so much easier, that
- 46:46Speaker 1: the average person is gonna have access to extraordinary medical achievements, advances,
- 46:52Speaker 1: cutting edge technology that we could have never had access
- 46:55Speaker 1: to before without the emergence of this technology. And even
- 47:00Speaker 1: being able to solve some of these cutting edge medical problems,
- 47:04Speaker 1: solving things like cancer, for instance, The efforts to do
- 47:10Speaker 1: that are going to be enhanced by this type of supercomputing.
- 47:14Speaker 1: Having access to personal assistants, to people who can make
- 47:18Speaker 1: your life easier in every possible way, a lot of
- 47:21Speaker 1: this is going to be enabled by the advancements in
- 47:24Speaker 1: this technology. Now, can powerful technology be used for ill? Absolutely.
- 47:28Speaker 1: It's always been the case that powerful technology can be
- 47:31Speaker 1: used for ill. From guns to computers to surveillance cameras,
- 47:35Speaker 1: no question. But simultaneously, powerful technology can be used for good.
- 47:39Speaker 1: And so President Trump and Elon Musk and others are
- 47:42Speaker 1: right now fighting to make sure that is the direction
- 47:45Speaker 1: we take as a country. So I think extraordinary things await.
- 47:50Speaker 1: Is it still incumbent upon us to tap into our virtue,
- 47:53Speaker 1: to tap into our morals, to have our head on right,
- 47:57Speaker 1: to raise our children? Well, 100%. No computer is ever
- 47:59Speaker 1: going to raise your child. You have to do that.
- 48:03Speaker 1: You have to do that. But But amazing things can await.
- 48:08Speaker 1: And we're looking at some big technological advancements here. And
- 48:12Speaker 1: President Trump is trying to get us headed in the
- 48:15Speaker 1: right direction. Now, an example of this, just like a
- 48:17Speaker 1: huge example of this from yesterday, is that the Trump
- 48:21Speaker 1: administration has launched, has done a relaunch of what's known
- 48:25Speaker 1: as America.gov. And they've done something pretty amazing. They've integrated
- 48:31Speaker 1: artificial intelligence, super intelligence, into... America.gov, and now instead of
- 48:37Speaker 1: dealing with 29,000 different federal government websites, you can go
- 48:41Speaker 1: to this one website for all of your interactions with
- 48:43Speaker 1: the federal government. And it'll help make your life easier,
- 48:47Speaker 1: not more difficult than Byzantine. Here is the announcement yesterday.
- 48:52Speaker 1: This looks like an Apple product launch. Cut for the
- 48:55Speaker 1: Trump administration with a big announcement. Watch this.
- 48:58Speaker 3: Welcome to America.gov, the new online home for the United
- 49:02Speaker 3: States of America. For the first time, there's one place
- 49:06Speaker 3: to get everything done across the entire government. 29,000 websites
- 49:11Speaker 3: in one. Enrollments, benefits, renewals. Finish your list without ever
- 49:17Speaker 3: leaving the site.
- 49:19Speaker 1: Need to enroll in Medicare?
- 49:20Speaker 3: Check eligibility, compare plans, and apply directly on america.gov.
- 49:26Speaker 1: Check in on a student loan?
- 49:27Speaker 3: You can do it right on the site.
- 49:30Speaker 1: Address change with the Postal Service? No stress.
- 49:34Speaker 3: Serve the country and need to find care? Done in
- 49:37Speaker 3: a few clicks. Go back to being a patriot. Now,
- 49:40Speaker 3: let me show you an example of how this is
- 49:41Speaker 3: going to work and our roadmap of what's available today
- 49:45Speaker 3: and what's coming in 2027. This is really cool. Imagine
- 49:50Speaker 3: you just got married. You need to change your name.
- 49:53Speaker 3: Some people put it off for months. Some may have
- 49:56Speaker 3: been putting it off for years. You know who you are.
- 50:00Speaker 3: With America.gov, you start by simply saying, I just got married.
- 50:04Speaker 1: How do I change my name?
- 50:06Speaker 3: Now, look at this. For the first time, and this
- 50:09Speaker 3: is incredibly cutting edge. Your search on America.gov spans across
- 50:13Speaker 3: multiple agencies and guides you on exactly what you need
- 50:17Speaker 3: to do. Ask any question and get official answers only
- 50:21Speaker 3: from government sources. This alone is a game changer and
- 50:26Speaker 3: it's available to you starting today.
- 50:28Speaker 1: Okay, perfect. I already went over to the website. It's
- 50:32Speaker 1: so cool. You should try it. Go to america.gov. You
- 50:35Speaker 1: can ask it simple questions like, how can I save
- 50:37Speaker 1: money on taxes? How can I pay less in taxes?
- 50:40Speaker 1: And it'll give you all sorts of advice. Here are
- 50:41Speaker 1: the deductions you qualify for. Here's how you figure out
- 50:44Speaker 1: whether or not you can cut your taxes. It's great.
- 50:46Speaker 1: It's super great. And I think it's only going to
- 50:48Speaker 1: get better with time. So long as we have like
- 50:52Speaker 1: a president with a functioning brain actually in charge of
- 50:54Speaker 1: the government and not some Democrat who's using it to
- 50:56Speaker 1: advance poisonous intent. Another reason why you should vote in
- 50:59Speaker 1: the midterms. But I wanna dwell on what you just
- 51:02Speaker 1: heard a moment ago about name changes. And when you
- 51:06Speaker 1: get married, if you have to change your last name, ladies,
- 51:09Speaker 1: then this system is gonna make it super, super easy,
- 51:15Speaker 1: even easier to do that. Which means there are no
- 51:21Speaker 1: excuses for preventing, ready? The Save America Act. The left
- 51:27Speaker 1: has been going on and on. It's so hard to
- 51:29Speaker 1: change a name and women are.
- 51:31Speaker 2: Going to be excluded and they're going to be disenfranchised.
- 51:33Speaker 1: Now, of course, what the left is trying to do
- 51:35Speaker 1: is allow illegal aliens to interfere in our elections. They're
- 51:38Speaker 1: perfectly happy with fraud taking place. We want secure elections.
- 51:41Speaker 1: And this should be the nail in the coffin to
- 51:45Speaker 1: this talking point. It's impossible. It's just so difficult. It
- 51:48Speaker 1: ain't that difficult. Go to America.gov. Go to America.gov. It's
- 51:53Speaker 1: an amazing... an amazing thing and an amazing development. It
- 51:57Speaker 1: was fun to watch yesterday as these guys were demoing
- 52:00Speaker 1: all the technology. Marco Rubio was showing, the Secretary of State,
- 52:04Speaker 1: cut six. He was showing yesterday how easy it is
- 52:07Speaker 1: to get a passport now. No more going to the drugstore.
- 52:10Speaker 1: You don't got to go to CVS and get your
- 52:12Speaker 1: photo snapped. No, no, no. This will be a lot
- 52:14Speaker 1: easier and secure. Cut six. Here's Marco Rubio. Watch.
- 52:22Speaker 11: Let me show you how easy it is. you would ask,
- 52:26Speaker 11: how do I apply for my first passport? And once
- 52:29Speaker 11: I'm signed in with login.gov, I can securely see the
- 52:33Speaker 11: information that the government already has about me in its system.
- 52:36Speaker 11: I don't have to type the same thing over and
- 52:38Speaker 11: over and over again. Now the fun part, the photo.
- 52:43Speaker 11: You can take a new one of yourself on the phone.
- 52:46Speaker 11: You probably can't use those filters to make you look
- 52:47Speaker 11: 50 years younger, but you can take a picture of
- 52:49Speaker 11: yourself on the phone. in the comfort of your own home.
- 52:52Speaker 11: Or you can upload one directly from your own device.
- 52:54Speaker 11: You're not going any longer to some drugstore to get
- 52:57Speaker 11: your picture taken behind a white screen. And this is
- 52:59Speaker 11: a really cool feature. You can see your photo in
- 53:02Speaker 11: the context of the finished passport. And if you don't
- 53:06Speaker 11: like it, and as you probably know, many people don't
- 53:09Speaker 11: like it, so you're going to take 150 of these.
- 53:11Speaker 11: But eventually you will like one, and you can retake
- 53:13Speaker 11: it until it's the perfect.
- 53:14Speaker 1: Shot, the one you like.
- 53:16Speaker 11: Now, I have to say, this may be the most
- 53:18Speaker 11: beautiful government checkout I've ever seen, because I'm securely logged
- 53:22Speaker 11: in through login.gov. My name, my address, they're already here.
- 53:26Speaker 11: I enter my payment securely. So let's check out. And
- 53:34Speaker 11: that's it. Your payment is complete. My first application.
- 53:42Speaker 1: It's amazing. The left could never.
- 53:44Speaker 11: No printing forms, no drugstore hostage photo, no.
- 53:47Speaker 1: Appointment, no line, no middleman that you're paying.
- 53:51Speaker 11: To do something that should be, you know, available to you.
- 53:54Speaker 11: You tell America.gov what you're trying to do, and it
- 53:56Speaker 11: walks you through every single step and tells you exactly
- 53:59Speaker 11: what comes next.
- 54:01Speaker 1: It's amazing. Just think about the possibilities here for our veterans,
- 54:05Speaker 1: for dealing with the VA, for dealing with the federal
- 54:08Speaker 1: government at every level. Incredible possibilities. 29,000 websites condensed into one. Finally,
- 54:21Speaker 1: some efficiency. Finally, some efficiency. Pretty amazing. Now, launching an
- 54:29Speaker 1: ambitious project like this, of course, there's going to be
- 54:31Speaker 1: people who are on guard. They're like, we better not
- 54:33Speaker 1: screw this up. We better get this one right. You
- 54:36Speaker 1: know who said that? The Vice President of the United
- 54:38Speaker 1: States said that. He was warning the team this week.
- 54:41Speaker 1: when they were coming up with this, but he just
- 54:42Speaker 1: revealed it this week, that, guys, don't screw this up.
- 54:46Speaker 1: We've seen what that looks like before. Here's cut five, J.D. Vance,
- 54:51Speaker 1: and I'll warn you, some salty language for those of
- 54:53Speaker 1: you with children. Here's J.D. Vance.
- 54:54Speaker 2: Watch.
- 54:55Speaker 8: One thing I said is don't let it be a
- 54:57Speaker 8: clusterfuck like America.gov.
- 55:01Speaker 1: Sorry.
- 55:01Speaker 7: Excuse me.
- 55:03Speaker 1: Hopefully no kids in the back. Or excuse me, like healthcare.gov.
- 55:07Speaker 2: And America.gov has got to be the good.
- 55:10Speaker 1: Version of that. And I think you guys have done
- 55:12Speaker 1: an amazing job. Don't let it be like healthcare.gov, remember?
- 55:18Speaker 1: Speaking of what the left does, when the left takes
- 55:20Speaker 1: over these things, it's a dumpster fire. But when President
- 55:24Speaker 1: Trump and company and the smartest tech people on the
- 55:27Speaker 1: planet all get involved, it turns out you can actually
- 55:29Speaker 1: create something pretty great. All it took was a new president. Smart. Very,
- 55:34Speaker 1: very smart. So that's cool. We'll keep an eye on
- 55:36Speaker 1: all of that. Before we duck out today, I want
- 55:37Speaker 1: to mention that Jack Smith, the unconstitutional special counsel, appeared
- 55:41Speaker 1: on Capitol Hill yesterday. And that guy is fully dedicated
- 55:45Speaker 1: to his brazen abuse of power. And he doubled down.
- 55:49Speaker 1: He said if it was up to him, he would
- 55:50Speaker 1: torment Donald Trump all over again. Here's cut seven. Jack
- 55:54Speaker 1: Smith in his awful testimony yesterday on Capitol Hill. This
- 55:57Speaker 1: guy should be in prison.
- 55:58Speaker 2: Watch.
- 55:59Speaker 1: I am not a politician. and I have no partisan loyalty.
- 56:04Speaker 4: My career has been dedicated to serving our country by
- 56:08Speaker 4: upholding the rule of law and the core principles upon
- 56:12Speaker 4: which our country was founded. I believe there is no
- 56:16Speaker 4: role for politics in the proper administration of justice. A
- 56:20Speaker 4: prosecutor's decisions must be based on the facts and the law.
- 56:25Speaker 4: The status, power, prominence, or political affiliation of the subject
- 56:31Speaker 4: of an investigation must play no role in the decision
- 56:35Speaker 4: to investigate, prosecute, or decline to prosecute. I approached my
- 56:41Speaker 4: role as special counsel following these principles. The special counsel's
- 56:46Speaker 4: office followed Justice Department policy, observed legal requirements, and took
- 56:51Speaker 4: actions based on the facts and the law.
- 56:55Speaker 1: Enough of him.
- 56:55Speaker 4: Okay.
- 56:55Speaker 1: I stand by my decisions. I stand by blah, blah, blah. Yeah, okay. Look,
- 56:59Speaker 1: that guy was completely unconstitutional. He was impersonating a federal officer.
- 57:04Speaker 1: You understand that? Impersonating a federal officer. Judge Eileen Cannon
- 57:08Speaker 1: in Florida rendered a judgment that he wasn't even legitimate
- 57:12Speaker 1: as a prosecutor, which is why his case was thrown out.
- 57:16Speaker 1: And yet he sits there and pretends like, I was
- 57:18Speaker 1: following the law. No, you weren't. You were faking it.
- 57:23Speaker 1: You were shooting blacks. There was no legitimacy to what
- 57:27Speaker 1: you were doing. And yet, and yet, the Biden administration
- 57:32Speaker 1: used him and his fake power as a means to
- 57:35Speaker 1: try and rig the 2024 presidential election. That was the scheme.
- 57:41Speaker 1: That was the scheme. No question. Here's Josh Hawley yesterday saying,
- 57:46Speaker 1: you're a joke. You interfered in a presidential election. Cut nine,
- 57:49Speaker 1: Senator Hawley. Watch this.
- 57:52Speaker 2: I've been watching this whole hearing.
- 57:53Speaker 1: I've watched everything you said.
- 57:54Speaker 2: I noticed that you began by saying, I have no
- 57:57Speaker 2: partisan loyalty, and you repeated over and over and over,
- 58:01Speaker 2: there's nothing in your investigation about politics. That's hilarious. In fact,
- 58:06Speaker 2: your investigation was all about politics from day one. Your investigation, so-called,
- 58:11Speaker 2: your prosecution, so-called, was nothing other than an attempt to
- 58:15Speaker 2: interfere politically in a presidential election in the United States
- 58:20Speaker 2: of America. You twice indicted a presidential candidate, the leading
- 58:26Speaker 2: presidential candidate and a former president of the United States,
- 58:29Speaker 2: during a presidential election against all Justice Department policy, against
- 58:34Speaker 2: all Justice Department history, something you've never before seen or
- 58:38Speaker 2: contemplated in 250 years of this country's history. You did
- 58:41Speaker 2: it anyway, all for the purpose of keeping Donald Trump
- 58:45Speaker 2: off the ballot.
- 58:48Speaker 1: It's the same thing over and over, isn't it, with
- 58:50Speaker 1: the left? It's always projection. It's always an inversion of
- 58:53Speaker 1: the truth. James Talafrico says that if you don't tell
- 58:58Speaker 1: a child they were born in the wrong body, you're
- 59:01Speaker 1: abusing them. It's an inversion of the truth. And then
- 59:06Speaker 1: you get a guy like Jack Smith who says that
- 59:11Speaker 1: Donald Trump was interfering in the election as Jack Smith
- 59:14Speaker 1: interferes in the election to rig it. Donald Trump should
- 59:20Speaker 1: have never been prosecuted, but Jack Smith, he should be.
- 59:25Speaker 1: It shouldn't end with a congressional hearing. It should end
- 59:27Speaker 1: with that guy in handcuffs. He deserves it. How about
- 59:30Speaker 1: a new special counsel dedicated to arresting that guy? We
- 59:35Speaker 1: need justice. And I need to thank you for being
- 59:38Speaker 1: here with me as always. It's such a pleasure and
- 59:41Speaker 1: an honor to do this with you each day. We'll
