A stabbing in Fort McMurray’s downtown area sent shockwaves Monday night — a suspect fled on foot and then sped off in an orange Nissan Kicks, but RCMP quickly tracked them down using video and eyewitness descriptions. The victim, taken to the Northern Lights Regional Health Centre, suffered non-life-threatening injuries. Sixty-one-year-old Bella Tizya, now arrested, faces multiple charges including assault causing bodily harm and illegal weapon possession.
