- 0:08Speaker 1: Advice, Shoot Lower. Welcome to the Naughty but Night Show.
- 0:17Speaker 1: I'm robbed shooter. It's Friday, which means our dear friend
- 0:20Speaker 1: Corey Andrew from Instinct magazine dot com joins us, Hey, Corey,
- 0:23Speaker 1: are you there? I am here with bells on little
- 0:26Speaker 1: lower bells. Bells, bells. You're a deep voice today. Sometimes
- 0:31Speaker 1: as a singer, Corey, sometimes you have a lower voice.
- 0:34Speaker 1: Is it the time of day that we re recording?
- 0:36Speaker 1: Is it the time of day? What is it? Well,
- 0:38Speaker 1: in this case, it's because I had to go to
- 0:39Speaker 1: an event last night and I talked too much, so
- 0:43Speaker 1: but my voice is lower in the morning. But yeah,
- 0:45Speaker 1: this is this is from talking a lot last night.
- 0:48Speaker 1: So I like it. I like it. I like it. Hey,
- 0:51Speaker 1: We've still got a lot more talking to do, because
- 0:53Speaker 1: what time is it? My friends? It is time. This
- 0:57Speaker 1: is the most bizarre story of the whole week. We've
- 0:59Speaker 1: got to jump into this, and particularly because Corey you're
- 1:02Speaker 1: a singer, you can help us through this. Heidi Montag
- 1:04Speaker 1: who you know from The Hills, a reality star. Pride
- 1:07Speaker 1: and Spencer, they sort of made themselves a little bit
- 1:09Speaker 1: of a joke, and then all the plastic surgery that
- 1:11Speaker 1: she went through. Well, now she's accusing Lady Gaga of
- 1:15Speaker 1: sabotage in her music career. Now, I know that sounds
- 1:18Speaker 1: absolutely ridiculous. Lady Gaga is one of the biggest musical
- 1:23Speaker 1: stars in the world, and Heidi Montage, it don't really
- 1:26Speaker 1: talk about it that much anymore. But let me get
- 1:28Speaker 1: into the details, and it's far more interesting then it
- 1:31Speaker 1: first seems so. She claims that when she released her
- 1:36Speaker 1: album it was called Superficial in twenty ten, Lady Gaga
- 1:40Speaker 1: had not yet exploded, and she said, people are like,
- 1:44Speaker 1: I love Lady Gaga, and she said, I'm sure they do,
- 1:47Speaker 1: but I had an encounter with her that wasn't really
- 1:51Speaker 1: that nice. She went on to explain that the relationship
- 1:56Speaker 1: soured when Dagger was an up and coming songwriter and
- 2:00Speaker 1: the two of them were working with the same mega
- 2:02Speaker 1: producer together. His name is a red one. I remember
- 2:05Speaker 1: the time actually read what he means. He's major, major major.
- 2:08Speaker 1: I remember him talking to us weekly about Heidi Montage
- 2:11Speaker 1: and it was really really complimentary. He said she's got
- 2:14Speaker 1: star quality and it was at that time where she
- 2:17Speaker 1: could have exploded. It didn't happen, but she could have
- 2:20Speaker 1: become a pop star, and the fact he was working
- 2:23Speaker 1: with her was really curious to me. So she went
- 2:26Speaker 1: on to say that Red One and Gaga were writing
- 2:30Speaker 1: partners and he needed to get her permission for Hidi
- 2:34Speaker 1: to record her song Fashion because Lady Gaga wrote it.
- 2:39Speaker 1: So Lady Gaga said, okay, sure, great, she can have
- 2:42Speaker 1: that song. Then Hide is claiming when the song Fashion
- 2:47Speaker 1: got put into a movie. It got into the movie
- 2:51Speaker 1: Confessions of a Shopper Holic, Lady Gaga then decided, you
- 2:55Speaker 1: know what, I'm going to take that song. I can
- 2:58Speaker 1: release it byself. So have a song in a movie
- 3:01Speaker 1: is a huge deal, especially when you're an up and
- 3:04Speaker 1: coming song writer performer. So how it is claiming that
- 3:08Speaker 1: then she lost this song and that sort of ended
- 3:12Speaker 1: her music career. What are your thoughts? Well, I think
- 3:17Speaker 1: it's absolute bs. Quite honestly, Listen, you know, if you
- 3:20Speaker 1: are really an artist, if you're really an artist and
- 3:22Speaker 1: you're out there, you're not defined by an opportunity with
- 3:25Speaker 1: one song. So the fact that Heidi didn't go anywhere
- 3:27Speaker 1: beyond that point to me shows that she really didn't
- 3:30Speaker 1: want it bad enough. And you know, Vanessa Williams has
- 3:32Speaker 1: a similar story. Her first single was supposed to be
- 3:35Speaker 1: the song girlfriend, I believe by Pebbles. That was a big,
- 3:37Speaker 1: huge hit, and Pebbles heard the demo and thought, I'm
- 3:40Speaker 1: gonna take it for myself. And Vanessa was devastated by that.
- 3:44Speaker 1: But you know, we know she went on to have
- 3:46Speaker 1: major hits after that. So I think Heidi's looking for
- 3:48Speaker 1: a scapegoat for a failed career. I think you're wrong,
- 3:52Speaker 1: hayroldn that music business is sound interesting and the competition
- 3:55Speaker 1: for songs is really, really, really rough. I think this
- 3:59Speaker 1: is why Jlo and Mariah Carey fell out. They used
- 4:03Speaker 1: to fight over songs too, and obviously Mariah's the better singer.
- 4:07Speaker 1: Jlo would admit that, but Jlo was hotter than Mariah
- 4:10Speaker 1: at the time. So you might have a bigger hit
- 4:12Speaker 1: with Jaila recording, even though she's not going to sing
- 4:14Speaker 1: your song quite as great as Mariah. Let's be honest,
- 4:17Speaker 1: it might be a bigger hit because she was more
- 4:19Speaker 1: popular at the moment. So getting songs he's so interesting.
- 4:22Speaker 1: I'm married to a songwriter, so I see this stuff
- 4:25Speaker 1: and I do see it happen. But I think you've
- 4:27Speaker 1: hit the nail on the head here. Corey. Yes, this
- 4:30Speaker 1: was a move that was not shady by Gaga. Was
- 4:33Speaker 1: a move that I think a lot of artists would
- 4:35Speaker 1: take it. I wrote a song and it got onto
- 4:38Speaker 1: a movie soundtrack, and I was a singer. I'd rather
- 4:43Speaker 1: I record that song than somebody else. So I understand
- 4:46Speaker 1: Gag doing that. Now, Gaga could be gracious enough to
- 4:50Speaker 1: say you recorded because she's such a big star, wouldn't
- 4:52Speaker 1: make any difference. But back then it really did make
- 4:55Speaker 1: a difference. It's like Dolly part and Dolly wrote I
- 4:57Speaker 1: Will Always Love You Whitney record did it for the Bodyguard,
- 5:01Speaker 1: but Dolly was all words or he's such a big star,
- 5:04Speaker 1: you didn't really get it wasn't gonna affect Dolly's career,
- 5:07Speaker 1: and she made all that money from it too, So
- 5:09Speaker 1: I understand what Gaga did here, but I think where
- 5:11Speaker 1: you've hit the nail on the head cool right, is
- 5:14Speaker 1: this was one obstacle And if Heidi was going to
- 5:17Speaker 1: have her music career like Vanessa Williams, she would have
- 5:20Speaker 1: kept come on. Madonna would have like moved on to
- 5:24Speaker 1: the next producer, like that's what he really really wanted.
- 5:28Speaker 1: She just thought I was going to fall on her
- 5:29Speaker 1: lap and when it didn't, I think she just stopped.
- 5:31Speaker 1: Well that's that means you were not meant to be
- 5:33Speaker 1: recording artist, miss Heidi Honey, So no, thank you, and
- 5:36Speaker 1: that isn't how the music business works. Even those artists
- 5:39Speaker 1: that you think were overnight sensations, it's not true. And
- 5:43Speaker 1: I when I worked to the Lesia Keys, she was
- 5:45Speaker 1: playing every dive piano bar in New York for years,
- 5:50Speaker 1: learning her craft before she became a huge star. This
- 5:54Speaker 1: brings us to our pole question of the day, how
- 5:56Speaker 1: do you montage from the Hills is accusing Lady Gaga
- 5:59Speaker 1: of sabotage come music career? You know what we think?
- 6:03Speaker 1: Why do you think? Do you believe Hiday? I think
- 6:05Speaker 1: I know your answer to the page out Novalty nice
- 6:09Speaker 1: rob on Facebook pages Naughty Gossip and be sure to
- 6:13Speaker 1: check back on Monday to hear your results. Corey Love,
- 6:17Speaker 1: what are you working on? Yes? Well, Jill Zarin, she
- 6:19Speaker 1: wants Andy Cohen to call her about the new Roney show. Yes,
- 6:24Speaker 1: miss Jill. So. Jill Zarin expressed interest in getting her
- 6:27Speaker 1: apple back on the new Real Housewives of New York
- 6:29Speaker 1: series starring the ex housewives. So Bravo posted its announcement
- 6:34Speaker 1: and garnered thousands of comments, including one from Zarin fifty
- 6:37Speaker 1: eight herself. She just simply wrote at Bravo Andy with
- 6:40Speaker 1: the telephone emoji. That's all she wrote. But she tagged
- 6:44Speaker 1: Andy in the post, so she obviously is trying to
- 6:46Speaker 1: say something to him. Now you know. The the comments though,
- 6:50Speaker 1: that came back from the Bravo verse over the possibility
- 6:52Speaker 1: of her returning, They were not all very welcome. So,
- 6:56Speaker 1: for example, you are not needed. Your voice is like
- 6:59Speaker 1: n else on a chalkboard, and you're bragging is annoying,
- 7:02Speaker 1: one critic argued, and then another said, sorry, honey, you
- 7:06Speaker 1: had your chance. The show needs diversity, not bringing back
- 7:09Speaker 1: people who were let go, and then another said in agreement, yes,
- 7:14Speaker 1: please took the words were out of my mouth were
- 7:16Speaker 1: at one more fans. So I don't know if this
- 7:18Speaker 1: is like a response for test marketing that Andy might
- 7:21Speaker 1: look at and think it didn't do well as a
- 7:23Speaker 1: test market because it doesn't seem like people are very
- 7:26Speaker 1: very receptive. Rob What do you think about that? Let
- 7:29Speaker 1: me tell you a little secret about this. The more
- 7:31Speaker 1: you respond, the more Bravo likes it. They don't care
- 7:34Speaker 1: for the comments are negative positive. They just want a reaction. Yeah,
- 7:38Speaker 1: And it's really interesting because I hate to say this,
- 7:40Speaker 1: but it's true. Hate is a more powerful emotion than love,
- 7:44Speaker 1: and so often people watch people on television that they
- 7:47Speaker 1: don't like. Short, what the worst worst scenario is is
- 7:51Speaker 1: nobody cares. When nobody cares about you, it's sort of
- 7:54Speaker 1: over Like there's a lot of people you either love
- 7:56Speaker 1: or you hate. Kim Kardashi and no one's in the middle.
- 7:59Speaker 1: Paris Hilton, I'm nobody really cares about It's not that
- 8:01Speaker 1: we hate Paris. Were like, I don't really care about it,
- 8:04Speaker 1: I know. And that's the worst emotion. Jilly's Reality TV
- 8:07Speaker 1: gold because she doesn't mind being the villain. This is
- 8:10Speaker 1: a little bit complicated here. So what's happening is Andy
- 8:14Speaker 1: Cone is rebooting The Real Housewives of New York. It's
- 8:17Speaker 1: going to be a brand new cast. They're starting from scratch.
- 8:19Speaker 1: But what they're gonna do, because they never miss an
- 8:21Speaker 1: opportunity of brama, They're going to take all the original girls,
- 8:24Speaker 1: all the girls that were once Housewives of New York,
- 8:27Speaker 1: and they're going to put them on the streaming service.
- 8:29Speaker 1: So it's going to be a streaming show and it's
- 8:32Speaker 1: going to be called Ladies of New York or New
- 8:35Speaker 1: York Nights. It's gonna be given a different title. So
- 8:38Speaker 1: it's actually quite cruel. They're basically saying, we're firing you all.
- 8:41Speaker 1: You're no longer Real Housewives. We're going to start from
- 8:44Speaker 1: scratch and make such a mess of the show. We're
- 8:46Speaker 1: starting over. It's a brand new Real Housewives of New York.
- 8:50Speaker 1: But all these women that they've created over the last decade,
- 8:55Speaker 1: that they've turned into stars, they can put them on
- 8:57Speaker 1: the streaming show. What no one's talking about two is
- 9:00Speaker 1: they can pay them a lot less. So they're not
- 9:03Speaker 1: going to earn the money that they're earning. Now do
- 9:07Speaker 1: you think they has something to do with the reason
- 9:09Speaker 1: we think it's a money I think it's a money
- 9:11Speaker 1: and the ratings thissue. If the ratings were good for
- 9:13Speaker 1: New York, then I think they wouldn't touch it. The hills.
- 9:16Speaker 1: The ratings are fabulous, and they earn a lot of money.
- 9:19Speaker 1: You can earn a lot of money on TV when
- 9:20Speaker 1: you're bringing a lot of viewers. You can't earn a
- 9:23Speaker 1: lot of money on TV when no one's watching. And
- 9:25Speaker 1: they look at trends and the New York season. Last season,
- 9:29Speaker 1: the numbers went down an episode by episode, which shows
- 9:32Speaker 1: you people are not enjoying it every episode. If you're
- 9:36Speaker 1: losing viewers, you're doing something wrong. So they would say,
- 9:39Speaker 1: we're going to have the whole new cast because we
- 9:41Speaker 1: want diversity, we want to start New York. They're doing
- 9:46Speaker 1: it because no one watching anymore. But then they've got
- 9:49Speaker 1: all these streaming services. It feels like everybody has a
- 9:52Speaker 1: streaming service that I'm not that into it. Like they
- 9:55Speaker 1: did a housewife holiday on a beach somewhere with called
- 10:00Speaker 1: them superstars and it was on I think Peacock or
- 10:03Speaker 1: one of the streaming services. I couldn't be bothered. Yeah, yeah,
- 10:06Speaker 1: it seems to almost like it. It waters down the
- 10:11Speaker 1: broadcasting component, right. It just makes it feel very, very
- 10:14Speaker 1: inexpensive and too accessible in a way. I don't know
- 10:17Speaker 1: too many of them. They used to be used to
- 10:19Speaker 1: be special, to be a housewife. I guess now they're
- 10:22Speaker 1: everywhere under my bed. No, they're all over the place,
- 10:26Speaker 1: those housewives. Hey, good look Joel, I know you drive
- 10:29Speaker 1: people crazy, but you are good TV. Wendy Williams is
- 10:33Speaker 1: speaking out, telling her bank to give her her money
- 10:36Speaker 1: back so Wendy posted a new video and she went
- 10:40Speaker 1: for it. She said that Wells Fargo has no answers
- 10:44Speaker 1: regarding my money. The bank reportedly has frozen her assets
- 10:50Speaker 1: and they claim that she needs a guardian. Now. Now,
- 10:53Speaker 1: the talk show host is making it very clear she
- 10:56Speaker 1: wants access to her money and it's unfair what's happened
- 10:59Speaker 1: to hers. She's even calling out her financial adviser by
- 11:03Speaker 1: name Laurie Schiller and her former manager, Bernie Young. Bernie Young,
- 11:07Speaker 1: I know him. He's a bit of a legend. He
- 11:09Speaker 1: was Rosie O'donnald's manager for all the years Rosie had
- 11:12Speaker 1: her own team on NBC, so he's been in the
- 11:15Speaker 1: TV business a long time. Schiller allegedly is the reason
- 11:19Speaker 1: that the bank Wells Farmer has frozen Wendy's assets, claiming
- 11:24Speaker 1: that Wendy is of unsound mind and can't handle her money. Now,
- 11:29Speaker 1: the hashtags free Wendy's money are popping up. This feels
- 11:33Speaker 1: like to me a little bit like the Britney Spears
- 11:35Speaker 1: Conservatours ship. You can't be locking people out of their
- 11:39Speaker 1: bank accounts. Say say they're right, say Wendy is unsound mind.
- 11:44Speaker 1: It's still her money. It's not my money. Yes, yes,
- 11:47Speaker 1: you know it's I did enquire about this because my partner, Joseph,
- 11:50Speaker 1: works in banking, and um I asked him about this
- 11:53Speaker 1: and he said, you know, as strange as it may
- 11:56Speaker 1: sound to us, there is a clause for banks and
- 11:59Speaker 1: finding to institutions to actually make a determination if they
- 12:03Speaker 1: feel that the person is um erratically handling their money.
- 12:08Speaker 1: And it's like a safety thing, a safety net for
- 12:10Speaker 1: the bank and the customers. So badly enough, it's a thing,
- 12:14Speaker 1: I mean most of us. You're right, it does exist.
- 12:17Speaker 1: We don't hear about it very often. What drives me
- 12:19Speaker 1: a bit crazy about this though, And a friend of
- 12:21Speaker 1: mine pointed this out to me, and I was absolutely
- 12:24Speaker 1: gob smacked. Is it always seems to happen to women.
- 12:27Speaker 1: It happens Brittany, happens to Wendy Williams. No one's looking
- 12:30Speaker 1: down Kanye West. Yet if Kanye West was a woman,
- 12:35Speaker 1: would he be under a conservatorship? Maybe? Yeah? Like it
- 12:38Speaker 1: just seems to be interesting, isn't it. It's so interesting? Hey,
- 12:42Speaker 1: what's going on with the oscars and Beyonce and some
- 12:46Speaker 1: of the performers. Yes, well, Beyonce and the Eilish are
- 12:49Speaker 1: to sing the nominated songs that the oscars. Yes, that's
- 12:52Speaker 1: going to be lovely. So Beyonce will perform her nominated
- 12:55Speaker 1: song be Alive from King Richard and Eilish and her
- 12:59Speaker 1: brother co writer. And this will perform No Time to
- 13:01Speaker 1: Die from the James Bond film of the same name,
- 13:04Speaker 1: which is a really beautiful song. It's a gorgeous song. Yeah.
- 13:06Speaker 1: And so Sebastian Yatra will perform does Aguitas, the nominated
- 13:11Speaker 1: song from Encanto, which is written by Lynn Manuel Miranda.
- 13:15Speaker 1: And then you have verybo McIntyre. She'll sing the song
- 13:18Speaker 1: that Diane Warren wrote called some How You Do, Uh Yes,
- 13:23Speaker 1: Somehow You Do from the film for Good Guys. Um
- 13:26Speaker 1: Also Van Morrison, classic artist Van Morrison who wrote and
- 13:30Speaker 1: he sings the nominated song down to Joy from the
- 13:33Speaker 1: hit film Belfast. Now he will not be there. He
- 13:36Speaker 1: can't make the show because he's touring, so that song
- 13:39Speaker 1: will not be performed. But the original song, you know,
- 13:42Speaker 1: the Academy Award for Original Song to the songwriter. It
- 13:45Speaker 1: goes to the writer, not to the artist, right. So
- 13:47Speaker 1: many people don't understand that because it's a songwriting category,
- 13:50Speaker 1: like who you know what perform it. So whoever wins
- 13:54Speaker 1: this year though they you know they will get their
- 13:56Speaker 1: first Oscar. So Beyonce co wrote be Alive. She could
- 14:00Speaker 1: cheese in the running, so she's the Running's in the running,
- 14:02Speaker 1: And Warren was nominated this year for the thirteenth time.
- 14:05Speaker 1: She's like Susan Lucci of the Oscar song, but she's
- 14:09Speaker 1: still waiting for her first win. Now, Miranda, he'll join
- 14:12Speaker 1: the elite he Got club. You know that's the was It,
- 14:15Speaker 1: the Emmy, the Grammy, the Oscar and the Tony Club
- 14:18Speaker 1: of winners if he wins his award this year for
- 14:21Speaker 1: those or gutas now. The song was tapped as the
- 14:24Speaker 1: Oscar submission from Incanto before another Maranda penned song from
- 14:28Speaker 1: a Disney movie, which was we Don't Talk About Bruno
- 14:31Speaker 1: had become a HeiG runaway hit. Yeah, it's really complicated.
- 14:35Speaker 1: Had they nominated we Don't Talk About Bruno, I think
- 14:38Speaker 1: Linn Manuel would be an he Got winner. I'm hearing
- 14:41Speaker 1: it's going to be Billie Eilish And this will be
- 14:44Speaker 1: the third time in a row that the James Bond
- 14:47Speaker 1: theme has won. So it seems whoever writes the theme
- 14:50Speaker 1: to a James Bond movie. Remember Adele got her Oscar
- 14:53Speaker 1: for her James Bond song. For me personally, I like
- 14:59Speaker 1: a big show b Bond songs, Yes, I like it
- 15:07Speaker 1: over the top. This this Billie Eilish, it's very soft,
- 15:11Speaker 1: she whispers for pintmatic Enough. Now you kind of ever
- 15:15Speaker 1: count have Beyonce though too? I mean Beyonce performing Yeah,
- 15:19Speaker 1: and the fact she wrote it so goodness, gracious. I
- 15:22Speaker 1: don't really know the winner, but my money's are Billy Ilish. Hey,
- 15:26Speaker 1: we're gonna take a quick break and we will beat
- 15:33Speaker 1: with their deferend Cory Andrew. Hey, Cory, let's get into
- 15:35Speaker 1: the polls. So yesterday we talked about Pete Davidson's mommy
- 15:39Speaker 1: wanting him to have a baby with Kim Kardashi. Is
- 15:43Speaker 1: this a good idea of let's have a like eighty
- 15:46Speaker 1: three percent and a bad idea? Pete, calm down, slow down,
- 15:52Speaker 1: slowed down. Yes, that's right, Mamy, you slow down. Don't
- 15:58Speaker 1: forget to load on today's pole. Go to our Twitter
- 16:00Speaker 1: paget nice rob on Facebook pages. No buts checked back
- 16:04Speaker 1: a Monday to hear your results. And now it's time
- 16:09Speaker 1: for the day. Well, and this is nice rob because
- 16:15Speaker 1: I led the charge on Twitter on this because yeah,
- 16:20Speaker 1: I was angry as I don't know what. So West
- 16:22Speaker 1: Side Story star Rachel Zegler, and she's from Jersey by
- 16:25Speaker 1: the way, so I'm really really specially she was asked
- 16:27Speaker 1: to present at the Oscars finally when she wasn't even
- 16:30Speaker 1: almost going to be in attendance because they didn't invite her.
- 16:33Speaker 1: So it wasn't until twenty four hours plus of fan
- 16:36Speaker 1: outrage following ziegler social media reveal that she wasn't invited
- 16:41Speaker 1: to the Academy Awards that the actress was finally for
- 16:44Speaker 1: the opportunity not only to attend, but to also present.
- 16:47Speaker 1: So the drama over Zegler's attendance began on Sunday, and
- 16:50Speaker 1: she had written I can't wait what when a fan
- 16:53Speaker 1: wrote I should say, I can't wait to see what
- 16:55Speaker 1: you'll be wearing on Oscar night, and she responded, I'm
- 16:58Speaker 1: not invited, so sweatpants and my her friends flannel. That's
- 17:01Speaker 1: what she wrote back. And although she wasn't herself nominated,
- 17:04Speaker 1: I mean, she's the star of a hit film that's
- 17:07Speaker 1: her best pictures, So I don't know what they were
- 17:10Speaker 1: thinking about in any event. Um, you know, she could
- 17:12Speaker 1: have just been also the casualty of the pandemic air event.
- 17:15Speaker 1: But you know there's going to be like three thousand
- 17:17Speaker 1: people there, so what was three thousand and one? You know,
- 17:19Speaker 1: I don't know, I know, I know. Give her a seat.
- 17:23Speaker 1: And this must be the most powerful boyfriend's flannel shirt
- 17:27Speaker 1: in history, because not only now is she presenting at
- 17:31Speaker 1: the Oscars, I'm told she's going to stay in l
- 17:32Speaker 1: A an extra week to present at the Grammars in Vegas.
- 17:37Speaker 1: The week afterward, they're doing a big tribute to legendary
- 17:40Speaker 1: Broadway songwriter Stephen song Time, and of course he wrote
- 17:43Speaker 1: West Side Story. So I'm told I don't think it's
- 17:45Speaker 1: been announced yet. She shouldn't tell anyone. I'll get in trouble.
- 17:47Speaker 1: I'm told Rachel's going to get a Vegas to do that. Now.
- 17:50Speaker 1: Rachel is in London at the moment, or she was.
- 17:53Speaker 1: She's going to be in snow White, the new Disney movie.
- 17:57Speaker 1: That's one of the reasons that she wasn't invited we
- 18:00Speaker 1: should point out to just to be fair here, people
- 18:02Speaker 1: that are invited are the ones that are nominated and
- 18:06Speaker 1: the ones that are presented. So she wasn't nominated, she
- 18:10Speaker 1: wasn't presenting, so Rachel, yes, I'm glad she's going, But
- 18:13Speaker 1: there are a lot of other people that were in
- 18:15Speaker 1: hit movies too that are not Viney. It's complicated, isn't
- 18:19Speaker 1: it cold? I think with her being Hispanic too, there's
- 18:22Speaker 1: a little bit of an up there because they're supposed
- 18:25Speaker 1: to be more inclusive now and like the main putto
- 18:27Speaker 1: Rican Girl or whatever from it, Maria, Maria, come on,
- 18:33Speaker 1: get it together, hey. And Naughtist of the Day, Naughty, naughty, norty, naughty.
- 18:37Speaker 1: Cassie Randolph is explaining how she found out that her
- 18:41Speaker 1: ex Colton Underwood was coming out as gayer, so pointing
- 18:46Speaker 1: out that Colton is a naughtiest here, not Cassie. Cassie
- 18:49Speaker 1: found out when she watched him on Good Morning America.
- 18:52Speaker 1: Said she was shocked and she didn't know that this
- 18:55Speaker 1: was coming. She was on vacation at the time in Mexico,
- 18:59Speaker 1: and that's how she found out about this. There's lots
- 19:03Speaker 1: of conversations to have about coming out of the closet, goodness,
- 19:06Speaker 1: nurs Corey, We've had them. We know about this. But
- 19:10Speaker 1: when you find love on a reality show, when you
- 19:12Speaker 1: find love so publicly. That's what I'm trying to say,
- 19:15Speaker 1: and then you are going to come out of the closet.
- 19:18Speaker 1: That's a good thing. But I do think a little
- 19:20Speaker 1: text might not have been idea Colton and naudious to
- 19:25Speaker 1: the day before we go. Let's end with the moment
- 19:26Speaker 1: Rab you get. Rob. Thank you very much, darling. Don't
- 19:31Speaker 1: let yourself be defined by the worst moments of your life.
- 19:35Speaker 1: But don't be reduced to just the things you hate
- 19:38Speaker 1: about yourself. So we all mess up. Every one of
- 19:40Speaker 1: us mess up. Don't let that moment define you. If
- 19:44Speaker 1: you mess up. When you mess up, move on, say sorry,
- 19:48Speaker 1: think about what happened, and move on. Do not let
- 19:52Speaker 1: that moment define everything about you. When I was younger,
- 19:59Speaker 1: I damn my arm. And when I was smart enough
- 20:03Speaker 1: to realize that my arm was not going to be
- 20:05Speaker 1: the story of my life, it was a moment of revelation.
- 20:10Speaker 1: Don't let an accident. Don't let a bad moment define
- 20:14Speaker 1: your life. That's it for this week. Thank you so
- 20:17Speaker 1: much for listening to the Native but Ice with Rob
