- 0:03Speaker 1: All right, you got here? Okay. I like the way
- 0:11Speaker 1: that this website that I go to occasionally. Ion nine
- 0:16Speaker 1: wrote this. The Last of Us season two's new trailer
- 0:21Speaker 1: asks us, if we're ready to hurt again?
- 0:26Speaker 2: Have we healed enough?
- 0:27Speaker 1: Have you we can hurt again?
- 0:30Speaker 2: Sometimes I feel I have already seen everything that's going
- 0:33Speaker 2: to happen, and in the end everything becomes a nightmare.
- 0:42Speaker 3: Everyone here we had the opportunity to start over, had
- 0:46Speaker 3: to do so, some tough decisions had to be made.
- 0:49Speaker 3: Even though those decisions it will haunt us until the
- 0:53Speaker 3: day we die.
- 0:55Speaker 1: The glimpse into the future.
- 0:59Speaker 2: So tell me, Joel, what did you do? Ye saved her?
- 1:11Speaker 1: Yeah, it's again. This is such a good show.
- 1:14Speaker 2: And didn't it.
- 1:16Speaker 1: End in Salt Lake City? Wasn't like the last episode?
- 1:22Speaker 3: Everyone agrees, just long.
- 1:27Speaker 1: So it's the no rest for the wicked old adage
- 1:31Speaker 1: as it extends to the undead and the living as well.
- 1:35Speaker 1: The duo fights to survive. As with its first season,
- 1:39Speaker 1: Time is going to tell whether the upcoming season of
- 1:41Speaker 1: Last of Us will you know follow the story beats
- 1:45Speaker 1: of the source material which is a video game, which
- 1:48Speaker 1: is a video game, and if it does, again keep
- 1:50Speaker 1: those tissues handy. This one apparently takes place. Season two
- 1:56Speaker 1: takes place five years after the first season. I heard
- 2:00Speaker 1: that they run into Sweet Tooth.
- 2:01Speaker 2: Is that true?
- 2:03Speaker 1: No, that's probably it's a different show. Let's see, but
- 2:06Speaker 1: say it picks up five years after the first season's
- 2:08Speaker 1: climactic events, so we see Joel and Ellie their found
- 2:11Speaker 1: family relationship begins to unravel as they grow apart from
- 2:16Speaker 1: all the events of the first Engine. Yeah, slated to
- 2:20Speaker 1: premiere on HBO and Max sometime in April. They're not
- 2:23Speaker 1: committing to a date yet. April of this year this year,
- 2:26Speaker 1: so sometime in April.
- 2:28Speaker 2: Now.
- 2:29Speaker 1: Another thing that was dropped on us, and they've been
- 2:32Speaker 1: talking about this for a while. Universal Studios is putting
- 2:36Speaker 1: out more of their classic Universal Monsters monster movies. Yeah,
- 2:42Speaker 1: and this is one of them. This is the new Wolfman. Now,
- 2:44Speaker 1: what they've done rather than release a trailer, and this
- 2:47Speaker 1: is strange that they did this. What they did was
- 2:50Speaker 1: they just sent you the video of the transformation. That's it. Yeah,
- 2:57Speaker 1: no narration. And I wonder if maybe this is if
- 2:59Speaker 1: we can convince them that everything's going to be okay,
- 3:02Speaker 1: they'll show up. I don't know, No, this is a
- 3:05Speaker 1: new version. This is this is a yeah, okay, so
- 3:10Speaker 1: it's now. Of course, the human becomes werewolf moment is
- 3:17Speaker 1: crucial in any werewolf movie. I still think an American
- 3:20Speaker 1: werewolf in London did it best.
- 3:22Speaker 2: But I don't know.
- 3:22Speaker 1: I like the old wa Chainey where they just did
- 3:24Speaker 1: the cameras for the phase they do a shot and
- 3:28Speaker 1: then another shot. But this is pretty gruesome. You can
- 3:31Speaker 1: hear all the crunching and everything.
- 3:33Speaker 2: Yeah that's.
- 3:35Speaker 1: And it's a little dark to see any real details.
- 3:39Speaker 1: But here's the important part. The howl. You need the
- 3:45Speaker 1: just right howl. Here comes fine, let's go, come on.
- 3:59Speaker 1: I kind of like that hell. But anyway, now, the
- 4:07Speaker 1: reason that I'm going to give this some credence is
- 4:09Speaker 1: because the guy who made it is let's see, I'm
- 4:13Speaker 1: going I want to get his name, Lee Oneell, who
- 4:15Speaker 1: also made the Invisible Man remake in twenty twenty, which
- 4:19Speaker 1: if you haven't seen it, ga, man, it's so good
- 4:22Speaker 1: with Elizabeth Moss. Yeah, that was really really good. So
- 4:27Speaker 1: if he's in charge of the wolf Man, you trust it.
- 4:30Speaker 1: I'll trust that anybody we know in it. Yes, I
- 4:34Speaker 1: don't have the list of the cast here though, but
- 4:37Speaker 1: there'll be names we record. There are a couple of
- 4:39Speaker 1: people that you will recognize, mostly unknowns, but there will
- 4:42Speaker 1: be a couple of people that you might recognize, especially
- 4:44Speaker 1: if you're a movie nerd. Also, this the Nightmare Before
- 4:49Speaker 1: Christmas Haunted Mansion holiday, of course, inspired by Nightmare Before Christmas,
- 4:56Speaker 1: and in August, as it traditionally does, turns into the
- 5:01Speaker 1: Haunted Mansion. You know, they take the regular Hunted Mansion
- 5:03Speaker 1: ride and they fix it up and they lay this
- 5:05Speaker 1: you know, Nightmare before Christmas stuff over. Well, briefly, the
- 5:09Speaker 1: Disneyland website incorrectly put the dates down as returning in August.
- 5:15Speaker 1: It's not until November, which they do it so it
- 5:21Speaker 1: will arrive November fourteenth. Oh no, it starts in August.
- 5:24Speaker 1: I got that backwards. November fourteenth is what it was saying.
- 5:27Speaker 1: And they thought, well, that's not long enough because people
- 5:30Speaker 1: love the layover. No, no, no, they went, we screwed up. Sorry,
- 5:34Speaker 1: August twenty second, that's when it's going to happen. Now.
- 5:38Speaker 1: Ryan Gosling was not too he's not too happy about
- 5:42Speaker 1: the Nightmare Before Christmas layover. Did you know that? Why? Well,
- 5:46Speaker 1: they caught him on tape with some people outside of
- 5:48Speaker 1: his hotel at Disneyland where he was attending.
- 5:55Speaker 2: Technique.
- 5:57Speaker 1: Probably that's not more about Christmas time regular time. No,
- 6:03Speaker 1: I'm very upset about the Christmas times.
- 6:08Speaker 3: Why because I think they should do it at Halloween.
- 6:10Speaker 2: At No.
- 6:11Speaker 1: Well, I said, they do it at Halloween.
- 6:13Speaker 3: They bring Christmas into Halloween.
- 6:14Speaker 1: Yes, that's a terrible life. So he's totally against the
- 6:18Speaker 1: bringing the Christmas into Halloween. You know, the entire premise
- 6:21Speaker 1: of The Diver Christmas. Well, he didn't like the movie
- 6:24Speaker 1: then either, and he also went on to say, you know,
- 6:27Speaker 1: there's a there's a guy standing next to you holding
- 6:29Speaker 1: a candy cane, and that's not very scary. And I
- 6:31Speaker 1: would just say, Ryan, there are certain parts of town anyway.
- 6:38Speaker 1: Christopher Nolan this big project that he has, and he's
- 6:42Speaker 1: been secret he's been casting you know this amazing cast,
- 6:46Speaker 1: Matt dam and Charlie's there on Tom Holland and Hathaway's
- 6:50Speaker 1: and Daya. Robert Batten said, Laped and Yongo, all of
- 6:53Speaker 1: these people, and he hasn't been saying what it is. Well,
- 6:55Speaker 1: he finally announced.
- 6:57Speaker 2: What is it?
- 6:58Speaker 1: What the project is?
- 6:59Speaker 2: It's a wrong.
- 7:01Speaker 1: Homer's the Odyssey oh my god. Really that's like something
- 7:07Speaker 1: a big thing to tell the tales of Ulysses. That's so,
- 7:11Speaker 1: is it like a modern telling?
- 7:13Speaker 2: Is it?
- 7:13Speaker 1: He's ahead, He is not saying I'm betting. I'm betting
- 7:17Speaker 1: it's you know, it's like old tiny it's it's I hope,
- 7:21Speaker 1: so that'd be pretty cool. I hope they place it,
- 7:24Speaker 1: you know, in the Trojan War and all that time.
- 7:26Speaker 1: But uh, now there is some speculation as to the casting,
- 7:29Speaker 1: and again this is just speculation. Uh, possibly Matt Damon
- 7:34Speaker 1: as Odysseus, Holland as his son, Telemachus Hathaway as Penelope,
- 7:41Speaker 1: his wife, Shirley's Theron as Athena, Robert Robert Bettinson as Poseidon,
- 7:47Speaker 1: or the Cyclops will take either. Okay, Lapita Nango as
- 7:51Speaker 1: Sir s Zendia as Calypso these are this is just speculation,
- 7:56Speaker 1: and I think that, you know, I think that would
- 7:59Speaker 1: be great. I think it'll be interesting. If anybody can
- 8:02Speaker 1: pull it off, it might be Nolan. And finally this
- 8:05Speaker 1: James Mangold talking about his Star Wars movie Dawn of
- 8:10Speaker 1: the Jedi, he said the Star Wars movie would be
- 8:13Speaker 1: taking place twenty five thousand years before any known Star
- 8:17Speaker 1: Wars movies take place. It's an area and a playground
- 8:20Speaker 1: that I've always wanted to explore that I was inspired
- 8:23Speaker 1: by as a teenager. I'm not interested in being handcuffed
- 8:26Speaker 1: by so much lore at this point that it's almost
- 8:29Speaker 1: immovable and you can't please anybody. James, I'm sure you're
- 8:35Speaker 1: gonna be fine because you're a white male directing it.
- 8:40Speaker 1: If you have a Star Wars project and you're not
- 8:43Speaker 1: a white male, I don't know why, but the fans
- 8:45Speaker 1: don't like it.
- 8:47Speaker 2: Ugh.
- 8:48Speaker 1: Star Wars fans can be the worst enemies. There you go,
