EU to hold videoconference over Ceuta migrant crisis
The European Union will hold a videoconference on Tuesday to discuss the situation in Ceuta, a Spanish enclave in North Africa. The announcement was made after calls from Spain as well as a 22-country initiative for a coordinated European response to the migrant crisis.
