I’m getting to the point where I get emotional when I meet wonderful candidates like Melissa Bird. She and others give me hope! More than once during this talk, she used phrases that I’ve been using in many of my conversations. We think alike, we see the same problems, and that is so gratifying. I was also so happy to have Margaret Williams, MS, ACC join me for this talk. I only mentioned it to her at the last minute and she was able to find the time.
