- 0:16SPEAKER_01: After all, isn't that the whole point?
- 0:18SPEAKER_01: Look, you've done the basic bitch wellness stuff, but you're still bloated, tired, and in pain.
- 0:23SPEAKER_01: And that's where I come in.
- 0:24SPEAKER_01: In these episodes, we will have an honest conversation without all the fluffy bullshit.
- 0:29SPEAKER_01: You're gonna walk away with insight, tools, and tips to finally heal your body, mind, and soul.
- 0:35SPEAKER_01: If you are looking to live well, you are in the right place.

- 0:43SPEAKER_01: And with that, let's get into the show.
- 0:47SPEAKER_01: Hello everyone, and welcome back to another episode of the podcast, another mini sode in this series all week.
- 0:54SPEAKER_01: And I think I actually have a few next week as well.
- 0:56SPEAKER_01: Um, I'm having some of my past clients on to really share about their experiences, share where they were and kind of like the game changers and how they've learned to not only transform their health, but you guys will see and have been seeing how honestly their whole lives have changed by healing their health, their relationships, their you know, career.
- 1:15SPEAKER_01: Even today's episode with Erin, you guys will see she got her dream job.
- 1:18SPEAKER_01: She's about to start her dream job in New York.
- 1:21SPEAKER_01: And you might be thinking, well, Liv, what does that have to do with like my IBS?
- 1:25SPEAKER_01: Or you'll see.
- 1:26SPEAKER_01: She didn't have IBS, but she had other things going on, and like they're kind of all related.
- 1:29SPEAKER_01: You will learn.
- 1:30SPEAKER_01: But one thing I did want to mention before we kind of dive into her episode and you hear all um about her journey is that you know, yes, she's a one-on-one, but you can also, if you're not ready to become a one-on-one or that's not accessible for you, we do have Wellnourished, which is open right now.
- 1:47SPEAKER_01: You do get a full, like you get a one-on-one session with me where I can give you a full customized treatment protocol.
- 1:53SPEAKER_01: So if you're thinking, Oh, I need live, but you know, one-on-one's not really doable for me right now.
- 1:58SPEAKER_01: You can get into well nourished and you still get my attention.
- 2:01SPEAKER_01: You get that one-on-one session with me where I build you a full treatment protocol.
- 2:05SPEAKER_01: And actually, as you heard in Andrew's episode, you do get a lot of me still.
- 2:09SPEAKER_01: Um, so we have like eight weeks of calls.
- 2:12SPEAKER_01: You get me not only talking to you every week for eight weeks, but I'm also in contact with you in between for anything you need.
- 2:19SPEAKER_01: So I don't want you to feel that if you can't become a one-on-one, that you know, Erin's results are not achievable for you.
- 2:24SPEAKER_01: They definitely are if you choose to show up for yourself and you choose to use me for the eight weeks that we are together in well-nourished.
- 2:33SPEAKER_01: So just wanted to lay that out there.
- 2:35SPEAKER_01: Um, if that's what you were thinking with with hearing this episode, um, so whether you are one-on-one or well-nourished, we can still fully heal and transform your life.
- 2:43SPEAKER_01: It's really up to you and how you show up.
- 2:45SPEAKER_01: And you're gonna see with Erin kind of like how she showed up for herself and what she was able to give to herself.
- 2:50SPEAKER_01: Because I can hold the space, but it's up to you to fully show up.
- 2:53SPEAKER_01: So, with that being said, let's go ahead and talk to Erin.
- 2:56SPEAKER_01: All right, guys, I am so excited to be back again and with another one of these mini sods here on the Live Well Podcast.
- 3:03SPEAKER_01: And today I'm joined by the very special, very glowing today, Erin.
- 3:07SPEAKER_00: So, why don't you introduce yourself to the audience um and tell us a little bit about your health before you started working with me?
- 3:14SPEAKER_00: Awesome.
- 3:15SPEAKER_00: Liv, thank you so much for having me today.
- 3:17SPEAKER_00: I'm so excited to join you.
- 3:19SPEAKER_00: Um, and y'all just give you guys some background.
- 3:22SPEAKER_00: So I have followed Liv on social media for years um and seen the great work that she was doing.
- 3:28SPEAKER_00: And I originally um came to her for some really specific health-related issues I was experiencing, right?
- 3:35SPEAKER_00: So, like balancing my hormones, help with acne and hair loss.
- 3:40SPEAKER_00: And it's funny, like now thinking back and reflecting, I'm a completely different person.
- 3:45SPEAKER_00: It's funny, like the work that we did changed my life in ways that I didn't seek out, but that I definitely needed.
- 3:52SPEAKER_00: Um, so like now thinking back, I was such an anxious person.
- 3:56SPEAKER_00: I was negative.
- 3:58SPEAKER_00: I um and live nosis, I didn't trust in the process and that things would work out in my favor, right?
- 4:03SPEAKER_00: Um, I was fearful of the future and I felt the need to really control everything and be really rigid about how I approach caring for myself and my own health.
- 4:13SPEAKER_00: Um, I was always really stressed about work, um, which was a huge thing for me.
- 4:18SPEAKER_00: I really lacked the confidence and the tools to grow in my career and really embrace my strength.
- 4:23SPEAKER_00: So um, it's funny.
- 4:24SPEAKER_00: I think about my life in like pre-live and post-live contexts, and I'm just such a different person and completely happier.
- 4:32SPEAKER_00: So that's a little my background.
- 4:34SPEAKER_01: You know what's funny that you say, like you came, we did things that you didn't come to me seeking, but like you did, you just didn't know that those things were tied to your health.
- 4:45SPEAKER_01: And I feel like that's a lot of the time when people come, they're like, Okay, I need hormones, I need all these physical things, which is great.
- 4:51SPEAKER_01: But they're like, Oh, I didn't realize that all this other stuff that I wasn't actually seeking is the reason why I'm having all that trouble.
- 4:59SPEAKER_01: And so like I like what you said, like you didn't come seeing that because of course, like you, like so many people, don't know the connection, and like that's my job, but like through working with that, all those other things were like fixed as well because we did the other side.
- 5:11SPEAKER_01: So it's all about like bridging that gap.
- 5:14SPEAKER_00: No, it's so true.
- 5:15SPEAKER_00: It's funny.
- 5:15SPEAKER_00: Like, I came to you literally being like, what's your list of supplements and like magical things you can do to fix my health?
- 5:22SPEAKER_00: Um, and thought that that was going to be the extent of it.
- 5:25SPEAKER_00: But the work that we did emotionally and just like working through trauma and all the things that I had no idea were causing these symptoms.
- 5:33SPEAKER_00: Like, obviously, you gave me all the good supplements, but so, so much more than that.
- 5:37SPEAKER_01: I'm glad you said that because you know, as much as like supplements can be very useful, yes.
- 5:42SPEAKER_01: But I think that's what I think people don't normally realize for me, is what sets me apart from maybe other natural paths that they've even worked with, is that I do both.
- 5:50SPEAKER_01: Like, yes, okay, I'll give you the supplements, I'll correct all that kind of stuff, but we also need to do both.
- 5:55SPEAKER_01: And you're not gonna get that like full transformation if you only try to chuck a supplement at it, you know?
- 6:00SPEAKER_01: Right, exactly.
- 6:01SPEAKER_01: So spot on.
- 6:02SPEAKER_01: So, what would you say are the key things that you've learned that really change the game for you?
- 6:08SPEAKER_00: Oh my gosh.
- 6:08SPEAKER_00: So there's so, so many, but like ones especially that I didn't expect the work that we did around relationships really stands out to me, like both with myself um and with other people.
- 6:20SPEAKER_00: So I would say like with other people, um learning to like do things from love, not for love.
- 6:26SPEAKER_00: Like you should only be giving excess time and energy to others after doing what you need to do for yourself and without any expectation, like that's something I had no idea about that really sticks out to me.
- 6:37SPEAKER_00: And then along with that, like stopping people pleasing, oh my gosh, this is like something I've struggled with for so many years.
- 6:45SPEAKER_00: Um, and and I think that so many people struggle with, right?
- 6:48SPEAKER_00: It's a trauma response, and so many of us have, and it's not healthy.
- 6:51SPEAKER_00: Um, so just figuring out how to set boundaries and not having to explain myself like has been a game changer for my relationships with other people.
- 7:00SPEAKER_00: Um, and then with myself, when it comes to like self-love, you can't do things from a place of hatred for yourself, and that's something like like really, really you ingrained in me.
- 7:12SPEAKER_00: Um you can't do it with the intention of making yourself smaller or prettier, anything from a negative mindset.
- 7:18SPEAKER_00: Like you need to love yourself first, and from that place of love can become a better version of yourself.
- 7:23SPEAKER_00: So those were huge things that um that I got from you that are just like unimaginable.
- 7:29SPEAKER_00: I never, never uh thought I would take that away.
- 7:32SPEAKER_01: You know, it's funny because someone else who I just talked to before this had the same game changer of like the people pleasing and the didn't mean strong love.
- 7:39SPEAKER_01: But I like that you both said it because it really solidifies in that when I say like, yeah, people pleasing is causing all these physical symptoms, people are like, oh no, it's not.
- 7:49SPEAKER_01: And I'm like, well, no, two people have just said that the game changer was stopping that.
- 7:53SPEAKER_01: So, like, I hope this really drives home for people that like the lack of boundaries in the people pleasing is really affecting your health.
- 8:01SPEAKER_01: And like you said, your health then affects your relationships, different areas of your life.
- 8:05SPEAKER_01: Um, so that and also what you said about the self-love and doing things from love.
- 8:09SPEAKER_01: And I think so many times people are waiting, thinking, like, well, I'll love myself when all this happens.
- 8:15SPEAKER_01: And I always tell my gods, you gotta flip the chicken and the egg, you have to do it first so that those things can happen.
- 8:21SPEAKER_00: Yeah, it's so true.
- 8:23SPEAKER_00: One of the things you always said to me, and like I think it was one of the last things that we like that you were like, if you if you take anything away, take this away.
- 8:31SPEAKER_00: It's like make your life delicious.
- 8:33SPEAKER_00: Um, and I love that.
- 8:34SPEAKER_00: Like, that's something that I try to live by every day.
- 8:36SPEAKER_00: Put effort into the little things and building those delicious and decadent moments into your everyday life.
- 8:42SPEAKER_00: It's such a game changer, and just like truly loving yourself in that way, um, is yeah, it's so important.
- 8:50SPEAKER_01: And I think a lot of the time people get trapped in thinking, like, but life is not meant to feel like so good all the time.
- 8:57SPEAKER_01: And I was like, Well, why shouldn't every day feel delicious?
- 8:59SPEAKER_01: Like, life is a special occasion.
- 9:01SPEAKER_01: Like, oh, I'm not gonna do my hair, it's not a special occasion, I'm not gonna get dressed on a special occasion.
- 9:06SPEAKER_01: Being born and alive is a special occasion.
- 9:09SPEAKER_01: Okay, like, and so that they're waiting for this, like these moments to only do it then or to like drink good coffee here and not there.
- 9:18SPEAKER_01: Like, all like you said, all these little things that you can do for yourself that are just gonna make you feel better.
- 9:22SPEAKER_01: Like, why not live in that energy every day?
- 9:24SPEAKER_01: Why not?
- 9:25SPEAKER_01: And I used to be the same, and I think that even comes back to like more of a scarcity energy of like waiting for like these pleasurable moments instead of like, like you said, making these pleasurable moments just part of your day to day.
- 9:37SPEAKER_01: I just wanted to hop on to remind you guys that well-nourished is open for the final round this year.
- 9:42SPEAKER_01: This is going to empower you to not only live healthy in a delicious and satisfying way, but it's going to dive deep so you can anchor and embody it into a new way of life.
- 9:53SPEAKER_01: We're gonna dive deep, mind and body, to ensure that you are well nourished as a whole, so that you can finally understand how to nourish your body in a way that is sustainable long term, so that honestly you can get back to feeling yourself.
- 10:07SPEAKER_01: It's not about never eating pizza, it's about making these things healthy and conscious so that you can still feel delicious in your body, and as we know, get pleasure out of life.
- 10:16SPEAKER_01: I'm all about pleasure.
- 10:18SPEAKER_01: But first, you have to clear this stuff block in you before you can build in that feeling of being healthy.
- 10:24SPEAKER_01: So here's to having a healthy relationship with food that's going to allow you to enjoy with pleasure and have fun leaves you.
- 10:31SPEAKER_01: Because when you start taking care of yourself, you start to feel better, you start looking better, and you start to attract better.
- 10:38SPEAKER_01: And it all starts with you.
- 10:39SPEAKER_01: You are one choice away from living a completely different life.
- 10:43SPEAKER_01: So the post story of podcasts has inspired you.
- 10:46SPEAKER_01: Imagine what of course does.
- 10:48SPEAKER_01: It quantum leaves you.
- 10:51SPEAKER_01: We got track the healing journey.
- 10:52SPEAKER_01: So if you've been working on this for months, for years, not feeling good in your body, not feeling, you know, not seeing the results that you really want and need, and just like, ugh, live, I wanna fix this, then you need to get inside well-nourished because it's not just physical, we do emotional too, which makes this the only program of its kind.
- 11:11SPEAKER_01: And you have me, Dr.
- 11:12SPEAKER_01: Live with you.
- 11:13SPEAKER_01: And each client well-nourished gets not only my full attention, but a custom treatment protocol just for you in our one-on-one.
- 11:21SPEAKER_01: And this is like magical gold dust.
- 11:22SPEAKER_01: Like this is me and you, custom treatment protocol.
- 11:25SPEAKER_01: Plus, you get my support for eight weeks, and this level of guidance, while having access to me, is the reason that you guys see so many wonderful, huge transformations from well-nourished.
- 11:34SPEAKER_01: You owe it to yourself to at least open the conversation with me about how I can fix it and how I can have you feeling good.
- 11:41SPEAKER_01: Because that's all I want to do is have more women feeling good in their bodies, good in their health.
- 11:46SPEAKER_01: So check out the link below in the show notes.
- 11:48SPEAKER_01: DM me if you have any questions.
- 11:49SPEAKER_01: And with that, let's get back to the show.
- 11:52SPEAKER_00: No, so so true.
- 11:54SPEAKER_00: Even down to, I remember you said like your body wash, like making those special moments, like your morning shower is gonna be so much better.
- 12:01SPEAKER_00: You're gonna have a better day, like those delicious moments.
- 12:04SPEAKER_00: It's it's so huge.
- 12:06SPEAKER_01: So, what would you tell someone that maybe right now isn't feeling good in their body and their health that is stuck?
- 12:13SPEAKER_01: What would you like tell the you three, four months ago?
- 12:16SPEAKER_01: I feel like probably closer to four months ago now, since we started or since I first talked to you.
- 12:20SPEAKER_01: What would you tell them, or what do you feel that version of you would have needed to hear?
- 12:24SPEAKER_00: It's so tough because yeah, I have completely, completely been there in a place of like not feeling good in your health and body.
- 12:32SPEAKER_00: Um, and I would just say like it doesn't have to be this way, right?
- 12:35SPEAKER_00: Like you can live a life without a doubt that you love where you feel confident in your body and not have to restrict or deprive yourself in any way.
- 12:44SPEAKER_00: Um, and it's really about just developing the tools emotionally and with your daily habits, I think that'll allow you to be happier than you ever imagined.
- 12:52SPEAKER_00: Like for me, that was working with you, Liv.
- 12:55SPEAKER_00: Um, and I couldn't be happier with the person I am now.
- 12:57SPEAKER_00: Like I I joked with um, I joke with Liv that I live my life through the lens of like in any given moment, what would Liv do?
- 13:04SPEAKER_00: Right.
- 13:06SPEAKER_00: And it literally drags me to be the best, the most magnetic version of myself.
- 13:10SPEAKER_00: So don't be afraid to ask for help, I would say, and um work with someone like Liv who can get you there.
- 13:16SPEAKER_01: I like that you said, you know, you have the choice to like kind of switch it and get yourself out, and that you can be not like, don't be afraid to ask for help.
- 13:25SPEAKER_01: Because I think if so many times people get stuck in asking for help, but they don't want to ask for help, they're like, Oh, I'll just like try to figure it out on my own.
- 13:32SPEAKER_01: But like I think I said this another one.
- 13:34SPEAKER_01: So I'm gonna use a slightly different analogy.
- 13:36SPEAKER_01: I think I used a plumber analogy the last time I did this.
- 13:39SPEAKER_01: Oh, we're gonna have to use a plumber one again, whatever.
- 13:42SPEAKER_01: This will solidify at home.
- 13:43SPEAKER_01: But like, I would I could try to Google my own plumbing to fix a toilet, or I could get someone from help from a plumber who knows what they're doing, right?
- 13:50SPEAKER_01: And so, like, how many times you want to try to like YouTube how to fix the toilet versus just like how much faster would you get there if you just got the plumber to come in for five minutes and like fix it, versus you spending hours maybe flooding your bathroom because you try to do it yourself.
- 14:05SPEAKER_00: It's so true.
- 14:06SPEAKER_00: And like for me at least, I had spent years and years going to doctors and people who, you know, would spend like 10 minutes with me here and there and prescribe something and not like spend the time like you did to dig into what actually is going on and years and years of built-up trauma and experiences that are manifesting in health.
- 14:26SPEAKER_00: Like you need someone who's gonna do that with you.
- 14:29SPEAKER_00: And it's such a game changer.
- 14:31SPEAKER_00: Like this the time that you spend, the effort that you put in, like for so many of us, we're on like our last straw where we need that person to come in and like do that real work.
- 14:41SPEAKER_00: Um, and I think just like if you're struggling with that, have hope that working with Liv or you know, finding that you know, person who can really dig into what's going on is so important.
- 14:52SPEAKER_01: You know, I like that you brought up the whole 10 minutes thing.
- 14:55SPEAKER_01: And I think that's something that people don't realize is that it takes, in order to find the root of the issue, it takes time to dive into.
- 15:02SPEAKER_01: And like in every single call we had, we dived into new this, new experience, a new trauma.
- 15:07SPEAKER_01: Okay, like, all right, well, this is probably what's happening, let's go and release that.
- 15:10SPEAKER_01: And it's like it's having me hold this space for you in that container that you're not you don't necessarily get when you visit other doctors for like 10, 15 minute appointments.
- 15:18SPEAKER_01: Well, no, they're not gonna dig into like childhood like trauma experiences or this or that.
- 15:22SPEAKER_01: Like it's just not within their bandwidth, right?
- 15:24SPEAKER_01: And so I think also the time you spend with me is proportional because we're able to dive so deep, but because I'm able to like ask the right questions and get there, that you aren't able to just get with other practitioners.
- 15:37SPEAKER_00: Right.
- 15:37SPEAKER_00: And the other thing is like you don't know what your own traumas are.
- 15:40SPEAKER_00: Like, I had no idea what was like what you know happened when I was seven years old that was like manifesting in a certain way in my health.
- 15:48SPEAKER_00: Like, you need someone who's gonna like figure that out for you and tell you because it's just it's impossible to solve on your own, I think at least.
- 15:56SPEAKER_01: I'm so glad you said that.
- 15:58SPEAKER_01: Um, so what made you really like take the plunge?
- 16:02SPEAKER_01: Like, how did you take the plunge?
- 16:03SPEAKER_01: You said you like followed me for years.
- 16:05SPEAKER_01: Like, what was that yeah, that moment that made you take the plunge, or did you have any like fears before taking the plunge?
- 16:11SPEAKER_00: I think like I just finally was at my last straw where like I mean, I I mentioned that like I didn't go to you for trouble with anxiety or with all these things that were not going well in my life.
- 16:24SPEAKER_00: Um, I didn't come to you for those things, but like I just wasn't a happy person.
- 16:29SPEAKER_00: I needed something, I needed to get to the bottom of what was going on, like be a better version of myself.
- 16:34SPEAKER_00: And I remember it was like the new year, and I was like, what can I do?
- 16:37SPEAKER_00: And who do I really align with that like you know, I follow on on Instagram and I would always see the stuff you're doing with well-nourished and like with your one-on-one clients.
- 16:46SPEAKER_00: And I'm just like, I know without a doubt that I'd benefit from this at least in some way, and like I had no idea it would change my life the way it did, but um I think there is that initial hesitation, just like taking the plunge and going in.
- 17:01SPEAKER_00: But once you do, I mean, it's such a game changer.
- 17:03SPEAKER_00: I never for one second was like, oh, is this a good thing for me?
- 17:07SPEAKER_00: Like the second I talked to you, I just knew that um it was gonna be what I needed.
- 17:12SPEAKER_01: When you know, you know.
- 17:13SPEAKER_01: What can you say?
- 17:14SPEAKER_01: Exactly.
- 17:16SPEAKER_00: Is there anything that surprised you with working with me?
- 17:20SPEAKER_00: Oh my gosh, it surprised me.
- 17:22SPEAKER_00: Like, um, I mentioned um the stuff about how I was like so anxious around work and stuff.
- 17:31SPEAKER_00: I had no idea that you would totally like transform my career and my life outside of even like my physical health.
- 17:37SPEAKER_00: It's so funny.
- 17:38SPEAKER_00: Like we um dug into and this was an idea I had never heard before, the idea of like getting more into your feminine.
- 17:46SPEAKER_00: And like I personally, you know, this live work in like a really male-dominated industry, and I spent so many years trying to like replicate what men were doing and how they operated, and being really focused on like metrics and um competition, and like you released that for me and and um brought me to a place where I'm able to just like I was able to operate in my job from a place of like being flowy and just going with um who I am and showing bringing my true self to work.
- 18:14SPEAKER_00: Um and you know this, like I got a job offer for a job that's so much more aligned with what I'm doing.
- 18:20SPEAKER_00: I was absolutely crushing it um ever since like the work that we did and just approaching it in so much more of a flowy and and way and getting into my feminine.
- 18:29SPEAKER_00: Like I had absolutely no idea that would come from this.
- 18:34SPEAKER_01: I like when you take things out of my mouth, it's like, yeah, your health affects your whole life.
- 18:40SPEAKER_01: Yeah, and I think people think of health, they think of like physical symptoms like floating.
- 18:44SPEAKER_01: Yes, that can be it, but also emotional health, I think is something that so many people need support with nowadays.
- 18:50SPEAKER_01: And it's something that unfortunately not many people address.
- 18:53SPEAKER_01: And so I think, like you said, like the surprise when you do more of the emotional stuff, what happens not only your physical health, but the ripples that that has on the rest of your health.
- 19:04SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 19:04SPEAKER_00: I mean, I used to spend so much time overthinking like every single client interaction and presentation, and just like I don't know, like all the time and energy I wasted on that.
- 19:14SPEAKER_00: And you told me how to taught me how to just like let all that go, be who I am, not constantly think about how I'm being perceived and like the success that I've had from that is just absolutely insane.
- 19:26SPEAKER_00: I never thought it would happen.
- 19:29SPEAKER_01: Well, I feel like this is just such a beautiful episode.
- 19:32SPEAKER_01: I'm like, yeah, amazing.
- 19:34SPEAKER_01: Like, of course.
- 19:34SPEAKER_01: And like I think, you know, us being here now, like now you're like, yeah, of course, of course, because you know this.
- 19:41SPEAKER_01: But hopefully, this kind of shows people that, like, oh yeah, like I resonate with what she said, and like I've been there and they see you as an example of someone like, oh, when I do all this, like it may be hard to take a plunge, it may be hard to take that first step.
- 19:56SPEAKER_01: But once you do, like, look at what's possible.
- 19:59SPEAKER_01: And that like you put the work in, like, you're not the exception to the rule, like because it's possible for you, it's possible for everyone else, right?
- 20:08SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 20:09SPEAKER_00: And I would just say, like, the things that can come from like an experience like this, I mean, you have no idea.

- 20:18SPEAKER_00: Um, so I think it's just like exciting too.
- 20:20SPEAKER_00: Like, if you're thinking about doing this type of thing or doing this type of work and you're ready to commit to it and like Liv said, like do the work for yourself, like you'll be so surprised what'll come out of it.
