- 0:02Speaker 1: On scone Wuds Australia. This is the Winder Paney Show.
- 0:08Speaker 2: Good evening and welcome to the Rita Panecky Show. Coming
- 0:11Speaker 2: up tonight. An indigenous leader who declared non Aboriginal people
- 0:15Speaker 2: should go back to where they came from or face extermination.
- 0:19Speaker 2: Appointed co chair of taxpay funded Reconciliation Victoria Patrick Carline
- 0:25Speaker 2: will be here to discuss that and more, including the
- 0:29Speaker 2: latest wacky political ads flooding social media, and one of
- 0:33Speaker 2: those is a plagiarized effort from Tilminique Ryan. We'll look
- 0:38Speaker 2: at the latest so called hate speech laws and the
- 0:41Speaker 2: assault against free expression with Stephanie Bastian. The always droll
- 0:46Speaker 2: Army Horowitz will have the latest from the US, and
- 0:49Speaker 2: later in the hour we'll look at some of the
- 0:51Speaker 2: mad activism happening on university campuses. We never forget left
- 0:56Speaker 2: He is losing it tonight featuring Democrat Jasmine Crockett.
- 1:01Speaker 3: You know, you know we don't pick and kit.
- 1:08Speaker 1: We are you can't pay us enough to find a plantation.
- 1:11Speaker 2: But first, last night's debate between Anthony Albineazy and Peter
- 1:15Speaker 2: Dutton almost didn't occur after the opposition leader's father suffered
- 1:19Speaker 2: a heart attack and was rushed to hospital just minutes
- 1:23Speaker 2: before the start of the debate. Here is Peter Dutton
- 1:26Speaker 2: on Nova Radio this morning.
- 1:28Speaker 4: I have something like that, actually go down just before
- 1:32Speaker 4: you have a huge debate like that.
- 1:34Speaker 3: You did very well to go out there and actually
- 1:35Speaker 3: do it.
- 1:36Speaker 5: Payton.
- 1:36Speaker 3: Yeah, Look, I thought, do I pull out of the debate.
- 1:39Speaker 5: But anyway, my sisters were up there with him and
- 1:42Speaker 5: giving me regular reports, which was good.
- 1:44Speaker 6: But yeah, he's a great man. I love him very much.
- 1:48Speaker 2: Joining me now for more on This is News. Collp
- 1:51Speaker 2: senior writer Patrick Carline. Patrick, Peter Dutton held up quite
- 1:55Speaker 2: well considering how did you see the debate?
- 1:59Speaker 4: Look, I think it was sort of a nil oral draw.
- 2:01Speaker 4: I think that fact about Peter Dutton's father has become
- 2:04Speaker 4: sort of more resonent if you like, today, as the
- 2:07Speaker 4: day has gone on, because most people, no one would
- 2:10Speaker 4: have knocked him for not going on. Most people would
- 2:12Speaker 4: have been in a position where a family member is
- 2:14Speaker 4: ill or ailing, where it is very difficult to perform publicly.
- 2:20Speaker 4: At the same time, I thought he performed admirably in
- 2:24Speaker 4: the circumstances. I thought as a debate, as a political debate,
- 2:27Speaker 4: it was probably a nil orld draw. It didn't really
- 2:30Speaker 4: change anyone's frame of reference for the for the election.
- 2:36Speaker 4: I think a lot of people would have been disappointed
- 2:38Speaker 4: that there were no grand of visions, but that puts
- 2:41Speaker 4: aside the fact that Peter Dutton did actually turn out,
- 2:43Speaker 4: which in itself was a win.
- 2:46Speaker 2: Yeah, I guess that is something to be said for
- 2:49Speaker 2: turning up under those circumstances. Now Greens Lead Out and
- 2:52Speaker 2: Banned has handed Labor a list of non negotiables in
- 2:56Speaker 2: order for the Greens to back Labor in forming a
- 2:59Speaker 2: Minorish government, God forbid. The demands include getting rid of
- 3:03Speaker 2: negative gearing, limiting the fifty percent capital gains tax discount
- 3:08Speaker 2: to only one current investment property, and they also want
- 3:13Speaker 2: a rental freezing caps Patrick. So they seem determine not
- 3:19Speaker 2: to destroy the not just to destroy the energy sector,
- 3:23Speaker 2: but also the housing sector. I mean, what do you
- 3:26Speaker 2: think is going to happen if you remove all incentives
- 3:29Speaker 2: for investors, including negative gearing, capital gains discount and also
- 3:36Speaker 2: put a cap on rental increases. You're going to have
- 3:39Speaker 2: a smaller and smaller pool of rental properties and that's
- 3:43Speaker 2: not going to be good for renters.
- 3:45Speaker 4: And where does it end. I mean they want fifty
- 3:48Speaker 4: public transport fares, they want free teeth for everyone, they
- 3:52Speaker 4: want no coal or gas. I'm not sure how you
- 3:55Speaker 4: turn on the light at that point. There is just
- 3:59Speaker 4: this wish list that has no relationship with reality in
- 4:03Speaker 4: so many of these cases. We saw Bill Shorten push
- 4:06Speaker 4: for negative gearing changes in twenty nine and the electorate
- 4:09Speaker 4: said no in a massive way. And I think about
- 4:12Speaker 4: the Greens, I mean, they might get a fingernail on.
- 4:14Speaker 2: The levers of power here.
- 4:15Speaker 4: They represent probably ten to fifteen percent of the electorate
- 4:20Speaker 4: and they've got these crazy ideas. It is terrifying to
- 4:23Speaker 4: think that they're going to be close to the wheels
- 4:25Speaker 4: of power.
- 4:26Speaker 2: Well, they've already succeeded in pulling Labor significantly left because
- 4:33Speaker 2: Labor do fear the Greens in certain seats. And yeah,
- 4:37Speaker 2: their influence even across the liberal side is worrying. Now
- 4:42Speaker 2: a lot of Conservatives have been wondering where Senator just
- 4:45Speaker 2: Into Namba jimp Price has been. She's been largely absent
- 4:49Speaker 2: from the coalition's campaign so far. She was instrumental in
- 4:53Speaker 2: prosecuting the case for the Voice referendum, the coalition's case
- 4:58Speaker 2: against the voice and Patrick. She is undoubtedly one of
- 5:02Speaker 2: the most effective, one of the most popular politicians in
- 5:05Speaker 2: the country. We will see more of her this week,
- 5:08Speaker 2: but listen to the security requirements. A large team compromised
- 5:12Speaker 2: of Australian federal police, state police and private security specialists
- 5:18Speaker 2: will be protecting Senator Price during her visit to the
- 5:21Speaker 2: West Australian city of Bumbrey on Friday. This is after
- 5:25Speaker 2: threats of protest and follows Price being the target of
- 5:30Speaker 2: aggressive and abusive behavior when visiting a number of Indigenous communities.
- 5:35Speaker 2: I really do hope that is not the reason behind
- 5:40Speaker 2: her absence from the campaign. I just think it's a
- 5:44Speaker 2: strategic mistake from the coalition not to be capitalizing on
- 5:49Speaker 2: such an effective politician.
- 5:50Speaker 4: Look, it's a difficult one. She's very popular and she
- 5:53Speaker 4: has been threatened in the past. I mean, fears for
- 5:56Speaker 4: her safety are not totally unfounded. In this world, a
- 6:00Speaker 4: new paradigm of protests that we now live in, you know,
- 6:03Speaker 4: since October seventh, it's not it's okay to actually be aggressive,
- 6:08Speaker 4: to threaten, to be violent, to menace people, and that's
- 6:12Speaker 4: happened to her. And I mean these measures that need
- 6:15Speaker 4: to be put in place, or are being put in
- 6:17Speaker 4: place for a political engagement off the charts. I mean,
- 6:22Speaker 4: it really does show how far Australia has shifted in
- 6:26Speaker 4: the last eighteen months. And it's really not good.
- 6:29Speaker 2: No, it hasn't been for the better. We reported yesterday
- 6:33Speaker 2: about the Liberals in disendorsing their candidate for the seat
- 6:38Speaker 2: of Whitlam, Benjamin Breton, and discussed how ridiculous that was. Well,
- 6:43Speaker 2: it's not getting any better for the new candidate. Britain
- 6:46Speaker 2: will now be replaced by former New South Wales State
- 6:49Speaker 2: Liberal MP Nathaniel Smith, and he is already facing attacks.
- 6:54Speaker 2: The Guardian has done a bit of an attack piece
- 6:58Speaker 2: outlining new Liberal candidate for Whicklam claimed Marxist brainwashing happened
- 7:04Speaker 2: at Australian schools. God forbid. Apparently that is a highly
- 7:08Speaker 2: controversial point of view in the eyes of The Guardian,
- 7:11Speaker 2: who went on to report Smith's maiden speech to the
- 7:14Speaker 2: New South Wales Parliament back in twenty nineteen. This is
- 7:17Speaker 2: what he had to say. He said, political correctness in
- 7:20Speaker 2: this country has gone too far. I believe childhood is
- 7:24Speaker 2: a period of innocence. I want to see schools teach
- 7:26Speaker 2: core skills, not agendas. I want my children to learn
- 7:30Speaker 2: about history, geography, mathematics, Western civilization, science and the arts,
- 7:36Speaker 2: not safe schools, gender fluidity and other forms of Marxist brainwashing.
- 7:43Speaker 2: Patrick I would have thought that's a fairly mainstream view,
- 7:48Speaker 2: maybe not of the Guardian, but for most of us.
- 7:51Speaker 2: What he said there is that whether you're labor or liberal,
- 7:54Speaker 2: I think most parents would agree with that absolutely.
- 7:57Speaker 4: Look, it's not controversial at all. He said political correctness
- 8:01Speaker 4: has gone too far. Well, I think most Australians really,
- 8:04Speaker 4: let's be honest, A majority of Australians thought we reached
- 8:07Speaker 4: the limit of that a long time ago, well before now.
- 8:10Speaker 4: And to suggest that this is somehow dangerous or controversial,
- 8:15Speaker 4: it's ridiculous. It's hitting right into the strike zone for
- 8:19Speaker 4: the Coalition vote. That's the sort of people they want
- 8:22Speaker 4: to tap, those sorts of feelings. Those feelings are very
- 8:25Speaker 4: tangible and very strong.
- 8:27Speaker 2: Absolutely now t LMP Monique Ryan's campaign has set up
- 8:32Speaker 2: its own youth branch, Youthful Mode, they call themselves, and
- 8:37Speaker 2: they've posted this add to their Instagram page. We really
- 8:41Speaker 2: need a Mitra Malvin a pmhenomenon. I think I've heard
- 8:57Speaker 2: that before. We really need.
- 9:07Speaker 3: Get it hot like Papa John.
- 9:09Speaker 2: Yes, let's borrow from that brilliant campaign. Now let's have
- 9:13Speaker 2: a look at what's going on over at the Green's headquarters.
- 9:30Speaker 7: Authorized by J McColl Australian Greens Camera.
- 9:33Speaker 2: That's that's the grains. When they're not just being complete
- 9:37Speaker 2: near Marxist, they're doing that. Labor's also been hard at work.
- 9:41Speaker 2: We've played plenty of their ads this week. Have a
- 9:44Speaker 2: look at this one.
- 9:45Speaker 8: I wasn't able to cut everyone I wanted to. I
- 9:47Speaker 8: have cut a lot of you. Wenderley's cut, Rudy is cut, Jennie,
- 9:52Speaker 8: you're going, Stephen. I like your hustle. That's why it
- 9:55Speaker 8: was so hard to cut you. Congratulations. The rest of
- 9:59Speaker 8: you made it, Jeem except you, You and you authorized
- 10:05Speaker 8: p Erricks and ALP Camera.
- 10:06Speaker 2: Interesting both the Liberals and Labor have used the Simpsons
- 10:10Speaker 2: for the social media ads. I don't know what the
- 10:13Speaker 2: copyright arrangements are there. I don't know how they're getting
- 10:16Speaker 2: away with it, but they are. What do you make
- 10:19Speaker 2: of that? It's some of it's funny, some of it
- 10:23Speaker 2: cringe worthy. But how effective will it all be?
- 10:27Speaker 4: I think if I was Lady Gaga's people. I'll be
- 10:29Speaker 4: getting on the phone to the Green straight away. I mean,
- 10:31Speaker 4: that's a beautiful song. It's just been ruined.
- 10:33Speaker 2: By cease and desist immediately.
- 10:35Speaker 4: Yes, infantile sort of politicking. Look, social media has got
- 10:39Speaker 4: a place in this campaign that it hasn't had before.
- 10:42Speaker 4: The big worry with it is that the fake news
- 10:46Speaker 4: thing where you can put a premise and it's not challenge.
- 10:49Speaker 4: It actually stands alone in isolation. Look, some of those
- 10:52Speaker 4: ads can be funny. I think those Simpsons ads are good.
- 10:56Speaker 4: There's some creativity there. You can actually watch it and smile.
- 11:00Speaker 4: But when you're sort of looking at very basic, very
- 11:05Speaker 4: juvenile type sort of we don't like Peter Dunn. He's
- 11:08Speaker 4: Voldemort in effect, it really does bring down the whole
- 11:12Speaker 4: tone or something that sort of starts at a low base. Anyway,
- 11:15Speaker 4: at the best of.
- 11:15Speaker 2: Times, there's just so much more you could do. Yeah,
- 11:18Speaker 2: that's the best the Greens could manage. Now, before you go, Patrick,
- 11:22Speaker 2: The Herald's son is reporting that an indigenous leader who
- 11:26Speaker 2: declared that non Aboriginal Australians should go back to where
- 11:30Speaker 2: they came from or face extermination, has been appointed to
- 11:35Speaker 2: help lead Victoria's reconciliation efforts. Glenn Lowry, the newly appointed
- 11:42Speaker 2: Aboriginal co chair for the taxpayer funded Reconciliation Victoria, said
- 11:46Speaker 2: that because we don't want to misquote him, so let's
- 11:49Speaker 2: read directly from what he wrote. We, the first peoples
- 11:52Speaker 2: of this land, who have given this country every opportunity
- 11:55Speaker 2: to do the right thing, now declare that those who
- 11:58Speaker 2: are not first people are unworthy of welcome and residence,
- 12:02Speaker 2: and demand that you go back where you came from
- 12:05Speaker 2: so we can heal country and ourselves. He went on
- 12:09Speaker 2: to also right, if you fail to do so, then
- 12:12Speaker 2: further steps to exterminate you as you did and continue
- 12:16Speaker 2: to do to us may be implemented. He wrote that
- 12:19Speaker 2: back in February and has since apologized. But February, we're
- 12:24Speaker 2: not talking about some foolish, little teenage tantrum. This was
- 12:29Speaker 2: only a couple of months ago.
- 12:31Speaker 4: Sometimes you can't will back what you've said. This is dreadful.
- 12:36Speaker 4: You can't Where am I supposed to go back to
- 12:39Speaker 4: the eastern suburbs of Melbourne or what?
- 12:42Speaker 2: No, I don't know. You would probably have to go
- 12:44Speaker 2: back to England. Just some sort of genealogy, yes, four
- 12:48Speaker 2: or five generations I'll go back to England.
- 12:50Speaker 4: Yes, look that is ludicrous and the idea that he
- 12:54Speaker 4: actually has a purge, a senior one is outrageous. You
- 13:00Speaker 4: can't will back some comments. Sometimes you've got to be
- 13:02Speaker 4: accountable for what you say, and that is ridiculous.
- 13:05Speaker 2: Absolutely, Patrick, Carly and thanks for your jack. Thanks joining
- 13:09Speaker 2: me now is Women's Forum Australia's head of advocacy is
- 13:12Speaker 2: Stephanie Bastian. Stephanie. New hate speech laws have just passed
- 13:17Speaker 2: the Victorian Parliament, making the vilification of LGBTQAA plus plus
- 13:23Speaker 2: people and women and people with disabilities based on their
- 13:27Speaker 2: protected attributes punishable by up to five years in jail.
- 13:33Speaker 2: Now this includes posting what are considered offensive comments, memes
- 13:39Speaker 2: or photos online but offensive to who's Stephanie? Well, that's right.
- 13:46Speaker 9: There are a number of issues with this piece of legislation.
- 13:49Speaker 9: I think it's very dangerous for free speech. There's no
- 13:52Speaker 9: minimum threshold to prove harm. You just have to be
- 13:56Speaker 9: able to establish that it could harm could happen. But
- 14:00Speaker 9: I think probably the most sinister aspect was a late
- 14:04Speaker 9: night amendment moved by the Greens accepted by Labor called
- 14:07Speaker 9: the Sam Kirk Clause now you remember in the UK,
- 14:10Speaker 9: Sam was charged with racially aggravated harassment. I don't make
- 14:16Speaker 9: the rules on what should be considered hate speech. The
- 14:20Speaker 9: left have done that, but she called a policeman fing
- 14:22Speaker 9: white and stupid and was consequently cleared. But this amendment
- 14:30Speaker 9: was to deter protected minorities from being prosecuted under these laws.
- 14:34Speaker 9: And our concern is that when it comes to women
- 14:37Speaker 9: and women's rights, it means that activists, as we know
- 14:42Speaker 9: women are being disproportionately taken to prison so to court
- 14:46Speaker 9: by activists for so called offensive comments by speaking the truth.
- 14:53Speaker 9: But this clause will deter women from using these laws
- 14:56Speaker 9: to protect themselves. As we know happens say through the
- 14:58Speaker 9: Let Women Speak Raley, women are con subjective to online
- 15:01Speaker 9: abuse by transwrightes activists for speaking out about sex space rights.
- 15:05Speaker 9: So this clause is meant to suppress and protect these
- 15:07Speaker 9: people from being prosecuted. Yet it's an open slather on women.
- 15:11Speaker 9: So it's very concerning.
- 15:16Speaker 2: Can you see these laws being targeted towards anybody who
- 15:20Speaker 2: is outspoken on this issue? We've seen all sorts of
- 15:25Speaker 2: women drag through different tribunals and courts. Are the moment
- 15:30Speaker 2: I think Jasmine Sussex is facing some sort of a
- 15:34Speaker 2: tribunal over comments she's made about men not being able
- 15:39Speaker 2: to breastfeed, something that I would have thought was a
- 15:43Speaker 2: fairly obvious statement of facts, but apparently hugely controversial and harmful.
- 15:47Speaker 2: And perhaps if you say that in Victoria, now, could
- 15:51Speaker 2: you be accused of vilifying someone in the LGBTQ community.
- 15:59Speaker 9: Absolutely, But the other aspect of these laws is you
- 16:01Speaker 9: don't even have to be in Victoria to be prosecuted.
- 16:04Speaker 9: I mean, people can, people who want to make claims
- 16:07Speaker 9: against women like Jasmine can jurisdiction shop and decide that
- 16:10Speaker 9: they want the case heard in Victoria if they think
- 16:12Speaker 9: they can get a better outcome. So I think that
- 16:15Speaker 9: these laws certainly will be weaponized more. We've already seen
- 16:18Speaker 9: the Human Rights Tribunal rule that lesbian groups can't meet
- 16:23Speaker 9: without including trans identified males who identify as lesbians. I mean,
- 16:29Speaker 9: if they were to go ahead and do that, there
- 16:30Speaker 9: would certainly be a claim against that organization.
- 16:33Speaker 2: So absolutely again absurd. I mean, lesbians are lesbians because
- 16:41Speaker 2: they don't like penises, So to have someone there who
- 16:46Speaker 2: has a penis who identifies as women, it is kind
- 16:49Speaker 2: of defeats the entire purpose of a I don't know,
- 16:52Speaker 2: a lesbian dating night or speed dating or whatever event
- 16:57Speaker 2: they're wanting to hold. I mean, the whole thing would
- 17:00Speaker 2: be comedic if it wasn't actually serious. Now, Stephanie two,
- 17:04Speaker 2: a transgender women that is again a biological man who
- 17:08Speaker 2: identify as women, faced each other for a women's championship
- 17:12Speaker 2: title at the Ultimate Pool Women's Pro Series event in
- 17:16Speaker 2: Wigan in the UK. These two dudes beat all the
- 17:20Speaker 2: female competitors in the sport to reach the final. We're
- 17:23Speaker 2: told this sort of thing never really happens, that it's
- 17:25Speaker 2: all just hysteria from the activists. But on the same day,
- 17:29Speaker 2: The New York Post also reported that a transend track
- 17:32Speaker 2: athlete won a varsity high jump competition at an Oregon
- 17:37Speaker 2: high school. Now, this athlete finished first in the female
- 17:41Speaker 2: category just two years after finishing last competing against junior boys. Stephanie,
- 17:48Speaker 2: that says it all why we've got different categories for
- 17:53Speaker 2: men and women, and why it's so grossly unfair to
- 17:56Speaker 2: allow male bodies into women's sport.
- 18:02Speaker 9: Absolutely, it's peak insanity that the top two competitors in
- 18:06Speaker 9: the poor competition are both male. I mean, it just
- 18:09Speaker 9: says it all, really and what's grossly unfair is that,
- 18:13Speaker 9: particularly in Australia, you can't call this out anymore. I
- 18:15Speaker 9: mean we're talking about the vilification laws just before, but
- 18:19Speaker 9: Ciraly Smith's off to court on Monday for calling out
- 18:23Speaker 9: the fact that the top football goalscorer for New South
- 18:27Speaker 9: Wales in the state AFLW was a biological male. It's
- 18:32Speaker 9: absolute insanity. And we know that the science is there,
- 18:36Speaker 9: the male puberty, the data on that, and the fact
- 18:38Speaker 9: that they have a stronger capacity in height and jumping
- 18:42Speaker 9: in strength. It's all there and it's just ridiculous that
- 18:46Speaker 9: this conversation is being suppressed at the disadvantage to women.
- 18:53Speaker 2: Now, just before you go, Jennifer Malay, a Black Christian,
- 18:57Speaker 2: a senior nurse at San Hell Hospital in the UK
- 19:02Speaker 2: who addressed a transgender pedophile as mister, has been suspended
- 19:08Speaker 2: despite this transgender pedophile calling her the N word three times.
- 19:15Speaker 2: This is a convicted sex offender who also lunched at
- 19:19Speaker 2: her and Stephanie, she's the one who's paying the price.
- 19:23Speaker 2: She is the one who's suspended from her role.
- 19:29Speaker 9: It's just extraordinary. A woman who's been not only physically threatened,
- 19:34Speaker 9: racially abused, and somehow the pedophile is the is the victim.
- 19:39Speaker 9: It just makes me so angry. But in you know,
- 19:43Speaker 9: the e Safety Commissioner just last year, under questioning from
- 19:46Speaker 9: Claire Chandler, wouldn't deny that it was considered online cyber
- 19:50Speaker 9: abuse to refer to male sex offenders in prison by
- 19:54Speaker 9: their correct pronouns. I mean these things matter. If she
- 19:57Speaker 9: said a woman lunged at her, obviously the the safety
- 20:00Speaker 9: risk is very different. This is a man that's abused children.
- 20:05Speaker 9: It's just it's horrendous and it's unfair. But it just
- 20:07Speaker 9: shows how how far this ideology's gone, that they will
- 20:10Speaker 9: protect every aspect of these criminals at the expense of
- 20:14Speaker 9: women every single time.
- 20:16Speaker 2: It's a huge injustice, absolutely, Stephanie Bastian, thanks for your
- 20:22Speaker 2: time tonight. Still to come Left, He's losing it. Plass
- 20:25Speaker 2: hundreds of thousands of dollars raised for a killer who
- 20:29Speaker 2: stabbed a teenage boy to death. Army Horowitz is up next.
- 20:40Speaker 2: You're watching the Reader Pany Show and it's time for
- 20:43Speaker 2: Lefti's losing it. Let's hear from the Democrats rising star
- 20:47Speaker 2: Jasmine Crockett. Here she declares she wants illegal immigrants in
- 20:52Speaker 2: the country because who else is going to pick the cotton?
- 20:55Speaker 10: Y'all go around the country educate people about what immigrants
- 21:00Speaker 10: do for this country, or the fact that we are
- 21:02Speaker 10: a country of immigrants.
- 21:04Speaker 3: Right. The fact is, ain't none of y'all trying to
- 21:07Speaker 3: go in farm right now? Okay, So I'm like, raise.
- 21:13Speaker 2: Your hands, you not, you not?
- 21:22Speaker 3: We don't picking kit.
- 21:26Speaker 10: We are.
- 21:27Speaker 3: You can't pay us enough to find a plantation.
- 21:29Speaker 2: So to be clear, she sees immigrants as some subservient class.
- 21:35Speaker 2: Just in case you were wandering, She wants to import
- 21:38Speaker 2: an underclass to do the work she considers beneath her
- 21:42Speaker 2: now to lift us. Activist Kylie Brewer explaining common ways
- 21:47Speaker 2: white people are racist.
- 21:49Speaker 7: Hi, my name's Kylie, And here are some things that
- 21:50Speaker 7: white people say without realizing they're being racist. Number one,
- 21:54Speaker 7: coming in hot, we have when a white person is
- 21:56Speaker 7: telling a story and they mention the race of the
- 21:59Speaker 7: person for no reason. That waitress and then mentioned how
- 22:02Speaker 7: she was Hispanic, as if that's somehow has something to
- 22:04Speaker 7: do with her character.
- 22:05Speaker 2: Wait, what so telling a story and mentioning the race
- 22:09Speaker 2: of the people involved is racist, but only for white
- 22:14Speaker 2: people do it. But if I'm telling a story as
- 22:16Speaker 2: a woman of color and mentioned, for example, a silly
- 22:20Speaker 2: white girl called Kylie delivering dart lectures about racism, that's
- 22:24Speaker 2: perfectly okay. Let's get some more wisdom about racism from Kylie.
- 22:29Speaker 7: Number two telling a story about someone from a different
- 22:31Speaker 7: race and then doing an accent to make the story
- 22:35Speaker 7: come to life. Number three saying the N word in
- 22:38Speaker 7: rap music or other songs because it's going too fast
- 22:42Speaker 7: to skip it.
- 22:42Speaker 2: One. Doing accents is awesome and funny. And if you
- 22:47Speaker 2: like rap songs and sing the lyrics that the artist
- 22:50Speaker 2: has written, that does not make you racist. I mean,
- 22:53Speaker 2: come on now. This next guy shows how you deal
- 22:57Speaker 2: with these lefties. He encounters a woman in traffic in
- 23:00Speaker 2: a Make America Gay Again cap. Hilarity ensues.
- 23:05Speaker 3: I like your maga hat Yeah Trump? Who is this gay?
- 23:13Speaker 11: Oh?
- 23:13Speaker 1: I know?
- 23:15Speaker 7: Trump fan Trump?
- 23:18Speaker 2: No, it says big America gay.
- 23:20Speaker 11: Again, great again gay? I know, but we love Trump?
- 23:24Speaker 5: Right?
- 23:27Speaker 2: That is? That is just so amusing. Now his alleged
- 23:31Speaker 2: comic John Oliver, one of the unfunniest ninkham poops to
- 23:36Speaker 2: ever call himself a comedian. Here he goes on some
- 23:39Speaker 2: bizarre rant arguing that males really don't have an advantage
- 23:44Speaker 2: in sport. I don't know why even have men and
- 23:47Speaker 2: women's categories.
- 23:49Speaker 12: Then John, bigger and stronger bodies are not automatically advantaged
- 23:52Speaker 12: in every scenario. But the degree of difference here matters
- 23:56Speaker 12: because we expect a certain amount of difference in athletics.
- 23:59Speaker 12: Tall about small players are expected to compete against shorter ones.
- 24:02Speaker 12: Faster soccer players compete against slow ones. Michael Phelps was
- 24:06Speaker 12: allowed to compete with other swimmers despite being part dolphin.
- 24:09Speaker 12: And crucially, none of the studies I've mentioned so far
- 24:12Speaker 12: bear much relevance to what these new laws target, which
- 24:15Speaker 12: is youth sports usually of all ages, and the research
- 24:18Speaker 12: there is even more scant. We have no research about
- 24:22Speaker 12: how being trans or undergoing gender firming treatment impacts athletic
- 24:26Speaker 12: performance in teens.
- 24:27Speaker 2: Yes, he really is that stupid and pathetic? Are sad?
- 24:32Speaker 2: Sounds like a laugh track accompanying lies, half truths and
- 24:37Speaker 2: gas lighting masquerading as comedy. Pathetic, But if you think
- 24:42Speaker 2: that was the worst of it, well brace yourself, because
- 24:45Speaker 2: when this lefty loses it, he really loses it. Here
- 24:48Speaker 2: he claims it's not the women being injured we should
- 24:51Speaker 2: care about. It's the transactivists so are having their feelings hurt.
- 24:56Speaker 13: Just to be clear, I'm not happy to watch women
- 24:59Speaker 13: exp who is injury, humiliation and a lot of sporting opportunities,
- 25:03Speaker 13: but that includes trans women and kids and they seem
- 25:07Speaker 13: to be getting hurt on most right now.
- 25:09Speaker 2: Yeah, but they're not getting injured though, are they? John?
- 25:12Speaker 2: And Funny? If there is no physical advantage, then why
- 25:16Speaker 2: are we not seeing a whole bunch of women identifying
- 25:19Speaker 2: as men competing in men's competition. If you think there
- 25:23Speaker 2: is no difference between the sexes, then let me read
- 25:26Speaker 2: out this one stat that brings it home. Even for
- 25:29Speaker 2: the biggest simpleton among us, and I'm talking to you,
- 25:33Speaker 2: John Oliver. The fastest female sprinter in the world is
- 25:37Speaker 2: American runner Alison Felix, a woman with more gold medals
- 25:40Speaker 2: than Usain Bolt. Her lifetime best for the four hundred
- 25:44Speaker 2: meters is forty nine point two six seconds Based on
- 25:49Speaker 2: twenty eighteen data. Nearly three hundred high school boys in
- 25:53Speaker 2: the US alone could beat it. Now, that was from
- 25:57Speaker 2: back in twenty twenty one, and I can tell you
- 26:00Speaker 2: the sexes haven't changed that much since then. You know,
- 26:03Speaker 2: even a broken clock is right twice a day, and
- 26:07Speaker 2: even CNN occasionally allows truth and Data to intrude on
- 26:12Speaker 2: its twenty four to seven anti Trump hysteria.
- 26:15Speaker 11: I think there was this concern among some folks that
- 26:17Speaker 11: Donald Trump would come in for a second term and
- 26:20Speaker 11: kind of be a lame duck. He ain't no lame duck.
- 26:22Speaker 11: If anything, He's a soaring eagle. What am I talking
- 26:24Speaker 11: about here? Let's talk about Trump executive orders in twenty
- 26:27Speaker 11: twenty five. He's already signed one hundred and eleven so far.
- 26:31Speaker 11: That is the most at this point in a presidency
- 26:34Speaker 11: and at least one hundred years. In fact, it's the
- 26:37Speaker 11: most in any single year. We're only in April.
- 26:40Speaker 2: Oh wow. The teeny tiny CNN audience doesn't want to
- 26:44Speaker 2: hear that. The host I don't want to hear it either,
- 26:46Speaker 2: So naturally the question had to be asked, Does Trump
- 26:49Speaker 2: have too much power with all those executive orders? Surely
- 26:54Speaker 2: a big majority of Americans are worried about that. Turns
- 26:59Speaker 2: out they're not.
- 27:00Speaker 3: Take it a step further.
- 27:01Speaker 11: Do the people think he has too much He's taken
- 27:03Speaker 11: too much power? Yeah, this, I think is the real question. Right,
- 27:06Speaker 11: you can believe that he's doing stuff completely differently, But
- 27:08Speaker 11: do you think that he has a little too much
- 27:10Speaker 11: power or not? And this is interesting. So Trump's presidential
- 27:14Speaker 11: power is too much, the right amount, too little. Well,
- 27:17Speaker 11: forty seven percent say too much, but then you get
- 27:20Speaker 11: thirty six percent who say the right amount. Then you
- 27:22Speaker 11: get seventeen percent who say too little.
- 27:24Speaker 6: So you're essentially.
- 27:25Speaker 11: Dealing with a majority of the American public fifty three
- 27:27Speaker 11: percent who do not say that Trump has too much power.
- 27:30Speaker 11: They either says he has too little power or the
- 27:33Speaker 11: right amount of power. So the idea, that argument that
- 27:36Speaker 11: Donald Trump is quote unquote a king, that I don't
- 27:39Speaker 11: think holds with the American people does hold maybe with
- 27:42Speaker 11: forty seven percent, but with the majority of folks. They
- 27:44Speaker 11: believe Donald Trump's doing something completely differently, and they don't
- 27:47Speaker 11: believe he has too much power. And the executive orders
- 27:49Speaker 11: he as signed certainly suggests he's no lame duck. He is,
- 27:52Speaker 11: as I said at the beginning, a soaring eagle.
- 27:54Speaker 2: Fifty three to forty seven percent. Funny how that works. Now,
- 27:59Speaker 2: let's talk about Bill Burr. The once funny Bill Burr
- 28:03Speaker 2: has gone from being hilarious to being a hysteric and
- 28:07Speaker 2: he's now backing away from his newly acquired lefty views.
- 28:11Speaker 2: It was only a couple of weeks ago where he
- 28:13Speaker 2: was railing against corporates and saying to free murderer Luigi MANGIONI,
- 28:19Speaker 2: you know what.
- 28:20Speaker 5: I mean, because some corporate had to give himself a
- 28:23Speaker 5: bonus check at the end of the year. What if
- 28:25Speaker 5: we made it worse but made it look the same,
- 28:30Speaker 5: then could our pools be bigger?
- 28:33Speaker 3: Free Luigi?
- 28:35Speaker 2: But showing all the courage and consistency of a typical celebrity,
- 28:39Speaker 2: Burr is now backing away from that sort of position.
- 28:43Speaker 2: Despite going on The View and railing against Donald Trump
- 28:47Speaker 2: old mask, he now says he's not political.
- 28:50Speaker 5: Oh well, no, I'm not going to just have some
- 28:52Speaker 5: controversial moments he can get clicked.
- 28:54Speaker 2: I'm not doing that.
- 28:55Speaker 5: I mean, I'm here for Conan.
- 28:57Speaker 2: I'm not doing all of this. What do you gonn
- 28:59Speaker 2: bring up next to the middle least.
- 29:01Speaker 5: I went to summer school three out of four years
- 29:03Speaker 5: in high school. I'm not qualified to talk about this.
- 29:06Speaker 4: What do you just get all the warming you said
- 29:09Speaker 4: about Elin that he was ruining ear if they saw
- 29:11Speaker 4: on the View you're critical of him. What do you
- 29:14Speaker 4: think of all the boycotts, even the violin.
- 29:16Speaker 5: I don't watch y'ell knows. I don't watch the news,
- 29:18Speaker 5: no idea what's going on. I watch Instagram. I watch
- 29:21Speaker 5: people wipe out on motorcycles. I watch lions and hyenas
- 29:24Speaker 5: fight each other. This is the things that I do.
- 29:26Speaker 5: And I don't think you should be asking a comedian.
- 29:28Speaker 2: Oh yeah, he doesn't know anything about politics. It's not political,
- 29:32Speaker 2: but he chose to go on the view and rail
- 29:35Speaker 2: against the Trump agenda. Well done. Now, if you want
- 29:38Speaker 2: to see real racism, then watch this. And sadly it's
- 29:42Speaker 2: not just this woman. More than two hundred and fifty
- 29:44Speaker 2: thousand dollars has been raised for this killer, Carmelo Anthony,
- 29:49Speaker 2: who murdered an innocent, unarmed teenager. His name's Austin Metcalf
- 29:54Speaker 2: at a track event. Watch this woman justify Austin's murder.
- 30:00Speaker 2: This is Ashley sick.
- 30:01Speaker 10: Y're not gonna make me believe or feel any kind
- 30:04Speaker 10: of sympathy for Austin Metcalf at all. He put his
- 30:08Speaker 10: hands on that young man when he should have kept
- 30:10Speaker 10: them hands to himself, when the young man told him
- 30:14Speaker 10: touch me and see your bet, not touch me. That
- 30:18Speaker 10: meant that I don't want you in my space. I
- 30:20Speaker 10: don't want you touching me. Rosa Park Days is over.
- 30:25Speaker 10: You cannot think that you can move somebody out of
- 30:27Speaker 10: a seat that you don't own and think that it's
- 30:30Speaker 10: gonna be okay. And you can't determine how I'm going
- 30:33Speaker 10: to retaliate on you when you put your hands on me.
- 30:35Speaker 3: In an aggressive manner.
- 30:37Speaker 10: Austin Metcalf got exactly what he deserved.
- 30:40Speaker 2: Let's bring in journalists and filmmaker Army Horowitz. Army that
- 30:45Speaker 2: is just Ashley is sick. That poor kid was murdered
- 30:49Speaker 2: at a sporting event. He died in his twin brother's
- 30:53Speaker 2: arms after being stabbed to death, and people are raising
- 30:57Speaker 2: hundreds of thousands of dollars for his kill.
- 31:00Speaker 14: Yeah, or Carmelo Anthony. And I'm not talking about the
- 31:06Speaker 14: Kamalo Anthony who stabbed that student death. I'm talking about
- 31:09Speaker 14: NBA offensive legend and defensive liability Carmelo Anthony, who was
- 31:14Speaker 14: recently elected to the Hall of Fame. But if you
- 31:17Speaker 14: look up Carmelo Anthony all again is the other guy
- 31:20Speaker 14: whose family was a big enough fan of Melos to
- 31:24Speaker 14: name him after the NBA legend with a weird enough name,
- 31:29Speaker 14: but not weird enough for them. They had to change
- 31:32Speaker 14: the name from Carmelo with a C to Carmelo with
- 31:35Speaker 14: the K. We're not here to talk about that. We're
- 31:37Speaker 14: here talking about the pathology of the left to raise
- 31:41Speaker 14: money for this kid. But that's that's in line with
- 31:45Speaker 14: the normalization and defense of violence that we've seen from
- 31:49Speaker 14: the left over the last few years. Right, I mean
- 31:53Speaker 14: Mangioni also raised hundreds of thousands of dollars for his
- 31:57Speaker 14: defense after he murdered a healthcare executive. Or people going
- 32:03Speaker 14: out and defending the left who have been burning down
- 32:07Speaker 14: Tesla dealerships and burning Tesla cars. This is what we're
- 32:11Speaker 14: finding from the left. This is unfortunately not abnormal, but
- 32:15Speaker 14: it is sick. It is disgusting.
- 32:19Speaker 2: Now, I've played in lefties this week, footage of these
- 32:22Speaker 2: protests across the country and how old many of the
- 32:26Speaker 2: participants appear to be. Gen Z seems to have better
- 32:30Speaker 2: things to do.
- 32:32Speaker 3: Where the is gen Z?
- 32:35Speaker 7: These people are cheering, they're talking like it's just the sixties.
- 32:39Speaker 2: Well, yeah, that's a gen Z who did show up
- 32:41Speaker 2: and was wondering where the other young people? Where are
- 32:44Speaker 2: they are? We why are so many of these protests
- 32:48Speaker 2: seem to be full of older Americans.
- 32:53Speaker 14: Yeah, but the way I'm assuming you say gen Z,
- 32:55Speaker 14: I mean gen Z, I don't know.
- 32:56Speaker 3: I can't.
- 32:57Speaker 14: I don't speak Australian, I speak American.
- 33:00Speaker 2: It's the English language. Johnny plays, Yeah, I don't know what.
- 33:04Speaker 1: You're talking about.
- 33:06Speaker 14: Yeah. So look, let me push back a little bit
- 33:10Speaker 14: in the sense that there's no question that gen Z
- 33:14Speaker 14: is the most supportive of the Palestinians of all the generations. Right,
- 33:18Speaker 14: A majority, a clear majority of gen Z support the
- 33:22Speaker 14: Palestinians over the israelis a first time we've had that flip.
- 33:26Speaker 14: In fact, more than almost a quarter, actually more than
- 33:29Speaker 14: a quarter of gen Z feel that the war against
- 33:32Speaker 14: Hamas is not justified, a fifty percent increase than the
- 33:35Speaker 14: rest of the population.
- 33:37Speaker 4: Of the United States.
- 33:37Speaker 14: So they are supportive of the Pastinian cause. But why
- 33:40Speaker 14: are they not out there as much of older people
- 33:43Speaker 14: is very is an interesting question and we don't really
- 33:46Speaker 14: have an answer. I can posit a couple of theories
- 33:49Speaker 14: that I have. So, first of all, with gen Z,
- 33:52Speaker 14: there is a significant gender gap. So there are if
- 33:55Speaker 14: you go out there, the younger people, you do see
- 33:57Speaker 14: out there are all female, none of the male, which
- 34:01Speaker 14: kind of comports with what's happening with gen Z politically generally,
- 34:05Speaker 14: where there is a split politically, and you see gen
- 34:08Speaker 14: Z men, gen Z boys men are actually a majority
- 34:13Speaker 14: of them. For the first time, in fact thirty six years,
- 34:16Speaker 14: I have moved decisively to the Republican side of the Ledger.
- 34:19Speaker 14: And I'll also give you this theory that I came
- 34:22Speaker 14: up with is that gen Z was born or came
- 34:27Speaker 14: to work right, came to adulthood and a time of
- 34:30Speaker 14: great job uncertainty, that they hit the job market when
- 34:36Speaker 14: COVID hit right. They're in the job market when inflation
- 34:41Speaker 14: unemployment out of control under Joe Biden. I think they
- 34:44Speaker 14: feel a lot of uncertainty with their job security and
- 34:47Speaker 14: don't feel comfortable going out and protesting when they've got
- 34:50Speaker 14: better things to do, like work and try to make
- 34:52Speaker 14: a living.
- 34:54Speaker 2: Absolutely, and I was talking there about the anti Trump
- 34:58Speaker 2: protests across the country. Interesting that you thought I was
- 35:01Speaker 2: talking about the anti Israel protests, because I think there's
- 35:04Speaker 2: pretty much the same crowd of people. So with that,
- 35:12Speaker 2: it's the one circle, exactly the same ones we see
- 35:15Speaker 2: every single time. The pussy hat brigade, the BLM marches.
- 35:19Speaker 2: It's the same crowd. Now, let's talk about the real East.
- 35:25Speaker 2: The Kafia is Yeah, well, it's becoming a common occurrence
- 35:30Speaker 2: at these left wing protests, whether they're for the environment
- 35:33Speaker 2: or whether they're from Middle East politics. Now, President Trump
- 35:37Speaker 2: has said that US and Iran will hold direct talks
- 35:42Speaker 2: later this week. Army, where are these negotiations for a
- 35:47Speaker 2: new nuclear deal? Is Iran hopeful of getting one? Because
- 35:53Speaker 2: if they don't come to the negotiating table, things could
- 35:56Speaker 2: get ugly with what Israel and America have been talking that.
- 36:01Speaker 14: Yeah, it's really fascinating. And of course he talked about
- 36:05Speaker 14: that while Nata Yawho was sitting next to him. And now,
- 36:08Speaker 14: unlike Zealinsky, certainly didn't make the mistake of pushing back
- 36:11Speaker 14: against President Trump, certainly not there in public. But I
- 36:14Speaker 14: think there are a number of very significant differences between
- 36:18Speaker 14: what these talks might look like and the talks that
- 36:21Speaker 14: Obama had before. First of all, I'll give you a
- 36:24Speaker 14: quick story that when the negotiations with Obama were being
- 36:28Speaker 14: done with the Iranians, I was in Vienna during those talks,
- 36:32Speaker 14: and first of all, I want to let you know
- 36:33Speaker 14: that the US and Irani negotiators were at the most
- 36:36Speaker 14: expensive hotel in Vienna that cost over one thousand dollars
- 36:39Speaker 14: a night. I thought that was kind of interesting US
- 36:41Speaker 14: taxpayer dollars. I stated, the Marriott across the street that
- 36:44Speaker 14: was less than one third of that price, but they
- 36:46Speaker 14: chose not to stay there with me, and I spent
- 36:49Speaker 14: a weekend speaking with the Iranian and US nuclear negotiators
- 36:53Speaker 14: and over drinks with the US negotiators. I found it fascinating.
- 36:58Speaker 14: And this is kind of the crux of the problem
- 37:00Speaker 14: here is that they were in La La Land when
- 37:03Speaker 14: we're when we were having a frank talk about Iran
- 37:05Speaker 14: pursuing a nuclear weapon. They looked at me and they said,
- 37:08Speaker 14: we're experts in this. You're a no one, and we
- 37:11Speaker 14: don't know that Iran has made a decision to pursue
- 37:14Speaker 14: a nuclear weapon. How do you know that. I was
- 37:16Speaker 14: looking at them saying, is the sky blue? I do
- 37:19Speaker 14: I really that out of it that you're negotiating with
- 37:22Speaker 14: the Iranians and you're not even sure they're pursuing a weapon.
- 37:25Speaker 14: That's first of all. Second of all, so I trust Iran.
- 37:28Speaker 14: The US Trump negotiators certainly way more than the Obama negotiators.
- 37:34Speaker 14: These are the same people who brought to you the
- 37:37Speaker 14: Abraham A Corps, so they have a track rod of
- 37:38Speaker 14: a success. But also I think that this negotiation is
- 37:42Speaker 14: also giving a certain amount of cover that negotiations don't
- 37:46Speaker 14: end well. That I believe there's a credible threat of violence,
- 37:52Speaker 14: and that may come from night States attacking Iran, but
- 37:54Speaker 14: rather giving Israel the green light to do so. Having
- 37:57Speaker 14: said we negotiated, we went to the table with good faith,
- 38:02Speaker 14: they rejected it. So I think that's also part of.
- 38:04Speaker 3: The play here.
- 38:05Speaker 14: I'll also note that Nata Yahoo is the second time
- 38:09Speaker 14: he sat in the Oval Office with the President who
- 38:11Speaker 14: announced negotiations with the Iranians. This time he was told
- 38:17Speaker 14: in advance of this from the beginning before they began,
- 38:20Speaker 14: as part of the process, a silent partner, if you will,
- 38:23Speaker 14: as opposed to twenty thirteen, when he sat there and
- 38:26Speaker 14: Obama announced it totally blind signing NATA Yahoo, which only
- 38:31Speaker 14: found out then that they had five months of seecret
- 38:34Speaker 14: negotiations without Israeli inputs. So there are two very very
- 38:39Speaker 14: different things. I certainly trust the Trump team way more
- 38:42Speaker 14: than Biden or Obama on negotiating with the Iranians.
- 38:48Speaker 2: Well, one thing you can say about the Trump team,
- 38:50Speaker 2: they're not going into these negotiations being dangerously naive. And
- 38:55Speaker 2: the Obama team, from what you've said and what others
- 38:58Speaker 2: others have observed, they were just completely played, Army, they
- 39:03Speaker 2: were completely played, and it shows they had kave Iran
- 39:08Speaker 2: a very very advantageous still and we know Iran is
- 39:12Speaker 2: the chief sponsor of hermas Hezbullah all sorts of Mayhem
- 39:17Speaker 2: caused because of the Iranian regime beyond Iran's borders. Army Horowitz,
- 39:23Speaker 2: it's always always a pleasure. Thanks for your time tonight.
- 39:27Speaker 2: We mind still to come. Well, look at some of
- 39:29Speaker 2: the mad activism happening on university campuses. Corey DeAngelis joins
- 39:35Speaker 2: me next, welcome back. Joining me now is American Culture
- 39:47Speaker 2: Project senior fellow and school choice advocate Corey DeAngelis. Corey,
- 39:52Speaker 2: let's start in the once great state of Colorado, which,
- 39:55Speaker 2: in the lead up to the twenty twenty four election
- 39:58Speaker 2: try to remove Donald Trump from the ballot. Talk about
- 40:01Speaker 2: threats to democracy. Well, the mad Colorado Democrats are at
- 40:06Speaker 2: it again. Let's hear from Republican Javis Caldwell explain what's happening.
- 40:10Speaker 6: And what they want to do with this bill is
- 40:12Speaker 6: say that if they confuse your children and you don't
- 40:16Speaker 6: affirm that confusion, they will take your child from you.
- 40:20Speaker 6: That bill passed the House Representatives on party lines today.
- 40:24Speaker 6: It's now going to the Senate. So you need to
- 40:26Speaker 6: reach out to your senators. You need to reach out
- 40:28Speaker 6: to the governor of Colorado and let them know that
- 40:30Speaker 6: you're not okay with this.
- 40:32Speaker 2: So Corey, let me get this straight. House Democrats have
- 40:36Speaker 2: passed a bill that classifies mis gendering your own child
- 40:41Speaker 2: as child abuse.
- 40:44Speaker 1: Yeah, exactly right. It's straight out of nineteen eighty four.
- 40:46Speaker 3: It's Orwellian.
- 40:47Speaker 1: The Colorado Democrats have just lost their minds, and now
- 40:52Speaker 1: you have the inmates running the asylum. Asylum they pushed
- 40:55Speaker 1: through this bill, and they also voted to invoke something
- 40:59Speaker 1: called Rule sixty, which silences all debate from descent. So
- 41:02Speaker 1: they just rammed this through. They know it's an unpopular
- 41:05Speaker 1: issue for them. They didn't want viral clips to go
- 41:08Speaker 1: around of them trying to defend this defenseless position. They
- 41:11Speaker 1: basically think they own your kids. They even have one
- 41:14Speaker 1: Democrat from Colorado in Committee on this same bill, a
- 41:18Speaker 1: representative compared parent groups to the KKK and called them
- 41:23Speaker 1: hate groups. This just shows you they don't respect frontal
- 41:27Speaker 1: rights and they I hope they lose some seats on
- 41:30Speaker 1: this issue because they've gone so far left. It's basically
- 41:35Speaker 1: socialist takeover of parents, and parents aren't going to stand
- 41:38Speaker 1: for it.
- 41:41Speaker 2: It is crazy. So you could have a little I
- 41:44Speaker 2: don't know, a nine year old come to you and
- 41:46Speaker 2: say I want to be a boy, and if you
- 41:51Speaker 2: don't respect that choice and you miss jinda that child
- 41:56Speaker 2: and cool a girl who's a girl a girl, then
- 41:59Speaker 2: that is classified as child abuse. I mean, I just
- 42:01Speaker 2: don't know how this is going to work. I'll be
- 42:04Speaker 2: interesting to see what Pam Bondi makes of this. Here
- 42:08Speaker 2: is the Attorney General explaining that the state of Maine
- 42:12Speaker 2: will face the consequences of allowing men in women's prison,
- 42:16Speaker 2: and those consequences are going to be costly.
- 42:18Speaker 15: We pulled all nine es central funding from the Department
- 42:21Speaker 15: of Corrections in Maine because they were allowing a man
- 42:25Speaker 15: in a woman's prison, A giant six foot one, two
- 42:28Speaker 15: hundred and forty five pound guy who committed a double
- 42:32Speaker 15: murder with a knife stabbed his parents to death and.
- 42:35Speaker 2: The family dog.
- 42:37Speaker 15: And he identified as a woman, so they were letting
- 42:39Speaker 15: him be housed in a female prison. No longer, we
- 42:43Speaker 15: will pull your funding. We will protect women in prison,
- 42:46Speaker 15: we will protect women in sports, We will protect women
- 42:50Speaker 15: throughout this country.
- 42:51Speaker 11: No more of that.
- 42:52Speaker 2: It may seem crazy that could be happening in a
- 42:56Speaker 2: civilized country, but Corey, it may be interested to now
- 42:59Speaker 2: it's happening right here where I am in Victoria, in Australia.
- 43:03Speaker 2: We've got a sexual predator with a male body that
- 43:08Speaker 2: identifies as female in our biggest women's prison, right here
- 43:12Speaker 2: in Melbourne. This madness has to stop. And it's good
- 43:16Speaker 2: to see Pam BONDI take a stand.
- 43:20Speaker 1: Yeah, I'm thankful for her leadership. I'm thankful for the
- 43:22Speaker 1: leadership from President Trump. He ran on parental rights, he
- 43:26Speaker 1: ran on there only being two genders, male and female.
- 43:29Speaker 1: He ran on reality, not on insanity. And he's leading
- 43:33Speaker 1: the way. And you think Maine is bad, you think
- 43:35Speaker 1: places like California are bad. When it comes to the
- 43:38Speaker 1: socialist takeover Colorado, politicians are basically saying, hold my beer,
- 43:43Speaker 1: We're going to try to one up you.
- 43:44Speaker 3: They passed that bill on a Sunday.
- 43:46Speaker 1: They also rammed through taxpayer funded abortions and some other
- 43:51Speaker 1: bills as well that are just totally indefensible, and they
- 43:56Speaker 1: got to lose seats over this.
- 43:57Speaker 3: I mean, just the.
- 43:59Speaker 1: Boys playing girl sports issue. That is an eighty twenty issue.
- 44:03Speaker 1: People want to understand real biology and to respect women's sports.
- 44:09Speaker 1: But the Democrats here in the US and the Senate,
- 44:12Speaker 1: they all voted against protecting women's.
- 44:13Speaker 3: Sports just a couple of weeks ago. It's they've gone
- 44:17Speaker 3: totally looning tunes.
- 44:20Speaker 2: They haven't. They keep doubling down on this eighty twenty issue.
- 44:23Speaker 2: In fact, I reckon it's probably ninety ten. I think
- 44:27Speaker 2: there's the rest of those who pretend to be on
- 44:30Speaker 2: site with the radical gender ideologues. I think are just
- 44:34Speaker 2: doing it to I don't know, to seem like they're
- 44:38Speaker 2: progressive or to be backing their side when it really
- 44:41Speaker 2: comes to the crunch. They don't believe that you can
- 44:43Speaker 2: change genders. Now, Corey, I played some footage last week
- 44:48Speaker 2: of a university lecturer overturning at table set up by
- 44:53Speaker 2: college Republicans or the University of Wisconsin. I think it
- 44:57Speaker 2: was tell me what happened there. The cher the English
- 45:00Speaker 2: department of that university has been placed on administrative leave.
- 45:06Speaker 2: We understand has he made admissions or apologies for what
- 45:10Speaker 2: happened there.
- 45:12Speaker 1: I haven't seen anything since he's been put on administrative leave.
- 45:14Speaker 3: He basically is hiding under a rock at this point.
- 45:17Speaker 3: But look at this.
- 45:18Speaker 1: I mean, these are the people who are trying to
- 45:21Speaker 1: educate young adults at school. I actually looked up at
- 45:24Speaker 1: this guy. He is the chair of the English department.
- 45:27Speaker 1: He has been put on administrative leave after throwing a
- 45:30Speaker 1: temper tantrum because those students were the college Republicans tabling
- 45:34Speaker 1: for the Republicans who were running for office that day.
- 45:37Speaker 3: He did this on an election day.
- 45:39Speaker 1: That's a threat to democracy if I ever saw one.
- 45:42Speaker 3: He's interfering with elections.
- 45:44Speaker 1: And he also is a big proponent of critical race theory.
- 45:49Speaker 1: This is the obvious results of these kind of Marxist
- 45:54Speaker 1: ideologies where they tell you that your opponents that disagree
- 45:59Speaker 1: with you are e and so they resort to violence
- 46:04Speaker 1: all too often. It's part of their ideology, and it's
- 46:06Speaker 1: why we need to root this dangerous ideology out of
- 46:11Speaker 1: schools at the K twelve level and also the colleges,
- 46:14Speaker 1: and Trump has ran on defunding DEI initiatives, they're already
- 46:19Speaker 1: starting to do it, and he's also started to pull
- 46:24Speaker 1: funding from different universities, and so it's a good first step.
- 46:28Speaker 1: This University of Wisconsin needs to clean up their act too,
- 46:33Speaker 1: and not have professors like this running the show.
- 46:37Speaker 2: Well, let's have a look at another university and how
- 46:40Speaker 2: the lefties behave there. This is UC Davis, University of
- 46:45Speaker 2: California Davis. Last week, they attacked and destroyed a Turning
- 46:50Speaker 2: Point USA display and also attacked conservative students. Get in there,
- 47:01Speaker 2: get Corey. As you saw there in that footage, the
- 47:09Speaker 2: police just stood around watching the display being destroyed and
- 47:13Speaker 2: students being attacked. Is that a fairly common occurrence on
- 47:17Speaker 2: university campuses?
- 47:19Speaker 1: I mean, those Antifa dorks must have been educated in
- 47:22Speaker 1: government schools where they learned critical race theory ideas that
- 47:26Speaker 1: everyone that they disagree with must be evil people that
- 47:28Speaker 1: they had to engage in violence with.
- 47:30Speaker 3: I mean, that's part of the story here.
- 47:32Speaker 1: But yes, the security or police officers weren't doing a
- 47:35Speaker 1: dang thing to protect the Turning Point USA students. Either
- 47:39Speaker 1: those officers were told to stand down or they disagreed
- 47:45Speaker 1: with the turning point USA students, or maybe they're just
- 47:49Speaker 1: protected by a union that you know protects the least
- 47:54Speaker 1: common denominator. Do you see the same kind of issues
- 47:56Speaker 1: with the teacher unions in the public school system.
- 47:59Speaker 3: Maybe there's a simil problem.
- 48:01Speaker 1: With the government police officers that aren't facing accountability. I mean,
- 48:05Speaker 1: these guys should be held accountable. They're on camera not
- 48:08Speaker 1: doing their job. I mean, there's got to be some accountability.
- 48:11Speaker 1: I respect police, especially when they're doing a good job.
- 48:14Speaker 1: They keep our community safe. But when you have evidence
- 48:17Speaker 1: of something like this happened where they're just not doing
- 48:21Speaker 1: a bunch of anything, you've got to draw the line
- 48:24Speaker 1: somewhere and they need to.
- 48:27Speaker 3: Do a better job.
- 48:31Speaker 2: You've said it. Well there, Corey Deangelus, Thanks for your
- 48:34Speaker 2: time tonight, and that's all the time we've got. I'll
- 48:38Speaker 2: see you tomorrow at eleven. Newsnight is up next.
