Guyana’s government just dropped Phase 3 of its $100K cash grant program—this time, for those without bank accounts who want their money via check. After hitting bank accounts in Phase 1 and remote areas in Phase 2, the new rollout lets you register at cashgrant.gov.gy, verify your ID, and choose check pickup.
