- 0:07It's six Eastern, three o'clock Pacific from coast to coast and around the world.
- 0:12It can be big or it can be beautiful.
- 0:15From America Out Loud Talk Radio.
- 0:17I don't know if it could be both.
- 0:18It's time for The Truth Be Told with Booker Scott.
- 0:22I hope you had a great Thanksgiving weekend, a great Thanksgiving, and you got yourself stuffed with pies and turkey and dressing.
- 0:30And we're back here to another week.
- 0:32Hard to believe that it is almost Christmas time.
- 0:34This calendar this year has really just flown by, hasn't it?
- 0:38I'm Booker Scott, and this is The Truth Be Told on America Out Loud Talk Radio.
- 0:43Thank you for joining us tonight.
- 0:45And if you found us later on a podcast, thank you for doing that.
- 0:48I really do appreciate that effort.
- 0:51Let's get into this hour by starting with what happened on Wednesday right before Thanksgiving, and that was the shooting of two National Guard troops in Washington, D.C., just a couple of blocks from the White House.
- 1:03You had 20-year-old Sarah Beckstrom, who has now passed away, unfortunately.
- 1:08And also 24-year-old Andrew Wolf, both from West Virginia.
- 1:13He is still fighting for his life.
- 1:15His family is asking for prayers.
- 1:18So please keep him in your prayers.
- 1:20His name is Andrew Wolf, 24 years old.
- 1:22Both of them had just been sworn in, and both had volunteered to do that duty in Washington, D.C.
- 1:31only 24 hours before the shooting.
- 1:34And then we find out that the shooting was done by an Afghan refugee.
- 1:39And then we find out that he worked with the CIA in Afghanistan.
- 1:44And then we start wondering about all the vetting process that did not take place when Joe Biden had the debacle in August of 2021, and all of the Afghan refugees started coming to America.
- 1:57We all said it back then.
- 1:59There is no way in the world these people are being vetted.
- 2:02Who is Joe Biden allowing into this country?
- 2:05We had no idea who was coming in.
- 2:08I remember I posted about it on X, and I'm sure you felt the same way at the time.
- 2:14Who was vetting these people?
- 2:16They said they were vetted, they were not vetted.
- 2:18And then there's another part of this that my mind went to, and I think a lot of people have as well, and that is the Seditious Six.
- 2:26That is the House of Representative members and the Senators that put out that video a couple of weeks ago that are all Democrats that were talking about uh military members in our U.S.
- 2:38military not to follow the direction of the executive branch and Donald Trump if they are breaking a law.
- 2:45But as I talked about on the show back then when we talked about the Seditious Six, I said that there is a reason why they specifically used the people that they use for the video.
- 2:54They were all former military.
- 2:56In the case of Alyssa Slotkin, who is the senator from Michigan, she is actually a former CIA person.
- 3:03She's a former agent with the CIA.
- 3:06They use those people on purpose, and then we have this happen just a few days later.
- 3:11You can almost put the two together, can't you?
- 3:13You can connect those dots.
- 3:15Maybe this person is a little bit crazy.
- 3:17They say that's a possibility.
- 3:19He came from the state of Washington, and he went all the way to Washington, D.C.
- 3:23to perpetrate the shooting on the two National Guard members.
- 3:27So maybe he is crazy.
- 3:28I don't know.
- 3:29That's what Donald Trump said.
- 3:30But let's go back to the Brookings Institute about a month ago.
- 3:34This would have been three weeks before the Seditious Six video came out.
- 3:38And let's listen to Elise Slotkin in a speech that she gave there at the Brookings Institute in Washington, D.C.
- 3:46Here she is.
- 3:47Listen to her words here.
- 3:49The idea that intelligence officers could be asked to target Americans turns my stomach.
- 3:56And it would shift us into a modern day surveillance state.
- 4:00Turning the federal government against Trump's enemies goes hand in hand with his use of force in American cities, both federal law enforcement and the military.
- 4:09She is referencing cities like Washington, D.C., where this took place.
- 4:13She's also talking about Memphis, Chicago, Los Angeles, all of it, Portland, Oregon.
- 4:18That's another one.
- 4:19All of these cities where Donald Trump has wanted to bring in the National Guard.
- 4:23In some cases, he's been stopped by judges.
- 4:25Let's continue on with Elise Slotkin.
- 4:28As of today, the president has attempted to deploy more than 7,000 National Guard members across five cities, including right here in Washington.
- 4:35In August, the administration ordered the creation of two new National Guard units.
- 4:41A standing quick reaction force that can deploy anywhere in the country.
- 4:45And then separately, National Guard units in all 50 states focused on quelling so-called civil disturbances.
- 4:53At this point, Trump has been very clear about his intent.
- 5:05And many times he's floated the idea of invoking the insurrection act so that military units can raid, detain, and arrest Americans.
- 5:19In some cases, these federal officers are playing fast and loose with their tactics.
- 5:25Again, she is a former CIA agent.
- 5:28She's now a U.S.
- 5:29Senator.
- 5:29She was one of the Seditus Six.
- 5:31So you put that together again, three weeks before the video of the Seditious Six.
- 5:36You put this speech together at the Brookings Institute just a few weeks before, along with the Seditious Six video.
- 5:43And what do you think if there are people that are crazy?
- 5:46Like Donald Trump says the shooter was, he's gone cuckoo, is Donald Trump's words.
- 5:51What do you think they're going to do if they see and hear the words of Slotkin and these other Democrats, the Seditious Six?
- 5:59Here's a little more of what Slotkin said at the Brookings Institute.
- 6:03Which sooner or later could lead to a deadly escalation.
- 6:06The videos out of Chicago are shocking.
- 6:09Federal agents pulling their weapons on highways, firing tear gas into neighborhoods right before a Halloween parade, injuring and even killing civilians.
- 6:19Many are masked, not wearing uniforms, and driving unmarked cars.
- 6:24For those of us who served abroad, it feels like another country.
- 6:28And it's only a matter of time before things get worse.
- 6:31By my estimation, we're about two weeks away from a bloody incident that spirals out of control.
- 6:37And this is just the kind of incident that Trump wants to justify more force coming in.
- 6:42And what happened right after the DC shooting on the day before Thanksgiving?
- 6:47Well, Donald Trump ordered 500 more troops, National Guard troops.
- 6:51Listen to Elise Slotkin there, though.
- 6:54Remember when this was.
- 6:55This was just a few weeks before the shooting.
- 6:58And what did she see in the next couple of weeks?
- 7:00Something bloody happening.
- 7:02Before the shooting Wednesday in Washington, D.C.
- 7:05that uh killed Sarah Beckstrom and injured Andrew Wolf.
- 7:09There was the Seditious Six video, and then a couple of weeks before that, there was this speech by Elise Slotkin.
- 7:17You tell me, what are they doing?
- 7:18Are they running a color revolution?
- 7:20Is this a continuation of everything that the Democrats have been doing for 10 years, and now they're trying to put it on Donald Trump that he is going to change this into a third world country?
- 7:29Slotkin said it.
- 7:31I've seen worse overseas than I've seen in what Donald Trump is doing here.
- 7:35The rhetoric is getting people killed.
- 7:38That's the point.
- 7:39The rhetoric is getting people killed.
- 7:41The Democrats and their rhetoric are getting people killed.
- 7:45But now let's go to the vetting process and what happened in Afghanistan back in 2021, the debacle that happened in August.
- 7:53Joe Biden pulls everybody out all of a sudden.
- 7:56There was a plan.
- 7:57There was a plan for Donald Trump that he had put in place that they were going to leave in May of 2021, an agreement with the Taliban as long as everybody did what they were supposed to do, then we were going to pull out.
- 8:08It was a total agreement.
- 8:10Everybody in America, both sides of the political aisle, they wanted to get out of Afghanistan.
- 8:15There's no doubt about that.
- 8:17Donald Trump had a plan, and the Taliban did not follow that plan.
- 8:22It got to the point where the Taliban ran over the entire nation of Afghanistan and were taking control.
- 8:28Joe Biden really didn't have much of a choice but to leave.
- 8:30He gave up Bagram Air Base as the Taliban went from the east to the west across the nation.
- 8:37And eventually they had to leave.
- 8:39Ended up with 13 dead Americans at Abbey Gate.
- 8:44That was on the hands of Joe Biden and his administration.
- 8:48And now we have more blood on Joe Biden and the Seditious Six.
- 8:52There's more blood on their hands as a result of what happened Wednesday before Thanksgiving.
- 8:57But let's go and see what Jen Saki, who was the press secretary in the White House at the time.
- 9:03Listen, listen to what Saki said back then about their vetting process.
- 9:08What reassurances can you make about the screening process and the attempts to make sure that somebody like that doesn't make his or her way here?
- 9:17I can absolutely assure you that no one is coming into the United States of America who has not been through a thorough screening and bad process.
- 9:26A blatant lie.
- 9:38It means they have not completed their paperwork, and we were working to save tens of thousands of people.
- 9:42Hence, we evacuated them to these third countries.
- 9:45Okay, Lillipad Countries.
- 9:47That is BS.
- 9:49The Joe Biden administration did not vet these people.
- 9:53And now they live amongst us.
- 9:55They also didn't vet the people that came across the southern border for four years.
- 10:00I talk about it extensively.
- 10:01They also are your neighbors.
- 10:03We don't know who they are.
- 10:04They came in from 160 different countries across the southern border over four years.
- 10:11Hundreds and hundreds of possibly terrorists.
- 10:15There's no doubt about it.
- 10:16Some of them made it into this country, and now they are our neighbors, unfortunately.
- 10:21Let's go to some sound from Cash Patel.
- 10:23This happened on Wednesday afternoon last week, just before Thanksgiving.
- 10:27And here's what he said about the Afghan shooter.
- 10:30I also spoke to director of the CIA John Rackliffe last night and Secretary of War Pete Heggseth.
- 10:35There is confirmation now that the subject had a relationship in Afghanistan with partner forces.
- 10:41We are fully investigating that aspect of his background as well, to include any known associates that are either overseas or here in the United States of America.
- 10:52There's another possibility.
- 11:13Honest and blunt here.
- 11:14This is the fault of the Biden administration.
- 11:16Look no further.
- 11:18The idea that we had that many unvetted people entering this country, and given how Democrats handed off Southern Border, you can only imagine what happened with these refugee programs coming in from Afghanistan.
- 11:29And now President Trump is doing his best to keep Americans safe.
- 11:33This is why he is our president.
- 11:34This is why he got re-elected to ensure that our streets are safe as somebody that wore the uniform, as somebody that fought in the Middle East.
- 11:41There are people that want to see the end of this country.
- 11:45And if we don't take this seriously, we're going to continue to see more dead Americans.
- 11:50And we will.

- 17:47We wouldn't go a day without washing our hands, brushing our teeth, and washing our nose.
- 17:52Well, wait, we wash our nose.
- 17:54Yes, the number one place where bacteria, viruses, and pollen enter the body is through the nose.
- 18:00So the average person breathes over 23,000 times a day.
- 18:03That's 23,000 opportunities for bacteria, viruses, and irritants to get into your nose and make you sick.
- 18:10For an extra layer of protection, wash your nose with clear.
- 18:13That is clear, X L E A R.
- 18:16Clear's drug-free nasal spray features xylitol, an ingredient proven to block adhesion of many nasty bacteria and viruses, and effectively clean, not just rinse like a saline, but wash your nose.
- 18:29Clear nasal spray quickly alleviates congestion, opens your airway, and ensures your body's natural defenses are strong.

- 18:49A man's country is not a certain area of land of mountains, rivers, and woods.
- 18:55But it is a principle.
- 18:56And patriotism is loyal to that principle.
- 19:00I'm happy to report that American patriotism flows freely once again.
- 19:08America Outlaw dot news is that place to awaken your heart, soul, and mind to the outbows.
- 19:29I forgot to mention at the top of the hour that usually on Monday we have Mondays with Matt, Matt Palumbo, who is a newsmax contributor and an author.
- 19:37He's sick.
- 19:38He's out tonight, but he'll be back next Monday for Mondays with Matt.
- 19:42I hope he gets better.
- 19:43He had a birthday.
- 19:44He also has a brand new baby girl, so I hope he stays away from her so he doesn't get her sick.
- 19:50Let's get into this story about Congressional District 6.
- 19:54I'm sorry, Congressional District 7 in the state of Tennessee.
- 19:57That was a seat held by Mark Green.
- 20:00And he was pretty prominent for the Republicans, especially in hearings, and he ran into some personal problems.
- 20:07Let's just be honest here.
- 20:09He had a girlfriend in Washington, D.C.
- 20:11that his wife in Tennessee didn't care about.
- 20:13And as a result of that, he decided it would be best to retire, is what he said.
- 20:18So he stayed in office until they could pass the big beautiful bill, and then he got out of there.
- 20:23So he left.
- 20:24He is a doctor, former military doctor, and he is there in the Nashville area.
- 20:30Let me describe District 7 for you.
- 20:33It is West Nashville, part of North Nashville, over to the west to a place called Dixon, Tennessee, and then to the north to the Kentucky State Line and Fort Campbell, where the 100 First Airborne is in Clarksville, Tennessee.
- 20:47So that is District 7.
- 20:48In November 2024, in the presidential election, it was a plus 22% for the Republican side.
- 20:56Mark Green won that seat by 22 points when he ran just a year ago.
- 21:02The problem now is this is a very close race.
- 21:05And you have someone in the name of Afton Bain.
- 21:08You may have seen some of the videos of her.
- 21:10She is a performative actress and an activist.
- 21:15And she is also in the state house in the state of Tennessee.
- 21:18She's a socialist, very much like Mam Donny.
- 21:20She doesn't fit in in this district, but this race is close.
- 21:25Very close.
- 21:26The latest polls have the Republican running Matt Van Epps within two points, meaning he's leading by two points over this radical activist socialist Afton Bain.
- 21:40Let me tell you this if you happen to be in that district, if you happen to be in Tennessee, please pay attention to this election.
- 21:47Do not let the Democrats steal this election.
- 21:51And like I've talked about before, Republicans are not good at showing up for these types of elections.
- 21:57Because of that, that is the reason why it's a two-point race going into Tuesday.
- 22:01We're going to have to keep our eye on that.
- 22:03Uh by Wednesday, we'll be able to talk about the aftermath of it.
- 22:07I really believe Van Epps is going to win this, but it's way too close, and I think it will be an indicator of what can happen in 2026.
- 22:16You have the midterm coming up, and if the Republicans don't come out, they don't show up to vote, then the Republicans are going to lose the House of Representatives.
- 22:26We're going to see two years of impeachments, and who knows?
- 22:30In two years, maybe you can find 17 or 18 Republican senators that would actually vote to remove Donald Trump.
- 22:38I have even seen some people consider that maybe J.D.
- 22:42Vance was put into place for all of this to happen.
- 22:45So that Trump does get removed.
- 22:47Trump gets put into place.
- 22:48I mean, I'm sorry, J.
- 22:49DeVance gets put into place to be the president of the United States going into the 28th election.
- 22:55Maybe.
- 22:56I don't know.
- 22:56I don't have any thoughts on that.
- 22:58I have seen that circulated, and I'm going to pass that along to you.
- 23:02Let's go to uh Representative Tim Burchett out of Tennessee.
- 23:06He is actually out of East Tennessee, the Knoxville area.
- 23:09But here's what he had to say about this congressional district seven in the state of Tennessee and Matt Van Epps.
- 23:16They want to they want to open borders.
- 23:18They um they want to basically um deuterize her our military.
- 23:24She is completely what the Democrat Party is right now.
- 23:28Reagan said we're one generation away from losing losing our Republic.
- 23:33Heck, we're we're one election series away from it.
- 23:36We we have a three-person majority, and that and you know it this this party it doesn't even resemble Bill Clinton's Democrat Party, much less the anybody else.
- 23:46It is so far to the left that it is unbelievable unbelievable.
- 23:50And Matt Van Epps is probably one of the best candidates I've seen that's come down the pike in a long time.
- 23:54He checks all the boxes.
- 23:56But the problem we're gonna have, it's an off-election year.
- 23:59And um and the and the Democrats, they've brought in all this unknown money from wherever it's coming from.
- 24:06We we pretty much know which billionaire is probably supplying it.
- 24:09But the problem is is that Republicans tend to stay home in these things.
- 24:13You know, we've got 45% of the evangelical Christians won't vote.
- 24:1730% of gun owners won't vote.
- 24:20And that and they they they're gonna seize upon that.
- 24:23They brought in Kamala Harris.
- 24:24That was no mistake.
- 24:26Everybody was cheering for it, and I was like, holy cow, that just means they they're taking this thing serious.
- 24:31The Democrats are taking this race very serious on Tuesday in Congressional District 7 in the state of Tennessee.
- 24:39The Republicans really can't afford to lose it.
- 24:41If they win it, the power is going to be 220 to 215 in the House of Representatives.
- 24:46And when you look ahead to the 2026 midterms, it may not look good.
- 24:51Betting odds right now are the Democrats take back the House, and those odds are at about 70% right now.
- 24:57That doesn't mean it's gonna happen, but the Republicans are gonna have to get active.
- 25:02The Democrats are very active in this race.
- 25:05They've pulled out all the punches, they're putting the money into it, they're bringing out the Democrat celebrities, and they're getting their people energized to get them to go vote.
- 25:14And we'll have to see what the turnout is for the Republicans.
- 25:17I believe Matt Van Epps is going to squeak by and win this.
- 25:21Van Epps, by the way, is a former military guy, helicopter pilot in the 100 first airborne there in Clarksville, and also a local businessman, an entrepreneur in the Nashville area.
- 25:33We hope we hang on to that seat there for the Republicans.
- 25:36That would be the objective.
- 25:37We'll just have to wait and see how that goes.
- 25:40Let's look down to Venezuela because uh the Navy has been there.
- 25:44There have been a couple of carrier groups there.
- 25:46F-35s were moved there, B-52s are there, and they are buzzing around in the air.
- 25:52Maduro is he's got all kinds of pressure on him.
- 25:56That is the objective.
- 25:57And again, I'm going to repeat this because I think it's the right thing to do.
- 26:02That the Democrats also feel like Maduro should not be the president.
- 26:06This should not just be about Republicans or Donald Trump in this case.
- 26:10Anthony Blinken.
- 26:11He said that Maduro stole the last election.
- 26:15He did.
- 26:15He steals all the elections.
- 26:17But there's a bigger part of this.
- 26:19Maduro is probably the head of the cartel that Donald Trump just named a terrorist organization.
- 26:26And now Donald Trump over the weekend, you may have seen this.
- 26:29He said the airspace over Venezuela is closed.
- 26:33And I did see a couple of days before that that American Airlines, not American Airlines, but American airline companies, Delta, all the other ones.
- 26:42They were not flying into Venezuela anymore.
- 26:45So something is going on there.
- 26:47We can see that.
- 26:48We know that Donald Trump has been blowing up the boats, and there have been people like Rand Paul that have disagreed with that.
- 26:55He thinks Donald Trump needs to come to Congress and say we're going to uh have a war with Venezuela.
- 27:01I don't think that this is going to be a war if anything happens, but it seems like it's starting to cook and heat up.
- 27:07Donald Trump had a conversation with Maduro on Sunday, and according to reports, and this came from the New York Post, things didn't go very well.
- 27:15It seems like Maduro is looking for global amnesty.
- 27:20He also suggested that he wanted to stay there and stay in power and use his military to make sure that there are free, fair, safe elections.
- 27:29It's because of Maduro stealing elections with the military that he is in power.
- 27:35Donald Trump said uh, let me tell you something.
- 27:38You need to leave and you need to leave now.
- 27:41That is what was reported in the New York Post.
- 27:43You need to leave, you need to leave now.
- 27:46We'll wait and see what happens in Venezuela, but it seems like something is about to happen for sure.
- 27:52I think we all can agree that there is a lot of corruption in Ukraine.
- 27:56There always has been.
- 27:57That's kind of what the country is known for, other than their incredibly rich dirt and soil that makes incredible wheat.
- 28:05That's what they're known for, and corruption.
- 28:07That's Ukraine.
- 28:08We have seen 200 billion dollars from America go to Ukraine, and so many of us were concerned about that.
- 28:15We didn't want any more money going to Ukraine, not because that we weren't concerned about the Ukrainian people being safe and secure and defending themselves.
- 28:25We were worried about the corruption and where the money was going.
- 28:28Here's a report from Sky News on Zelensky's corruption and what is going on inside that country right now.
- 28:36The last few minutes, officials have reported that the anti-corruption authorities, that is NABU, have carried out searches of President Zelensky's offices.
- 28:47That's according to officials there.
- 28:49Well, yes, and uh, as we're saying, uh Ukraine has been um caught up in this uh damaging corruption scandal, and uh anti-corruption agencies have been talking about how they believe that some of uh President Zelensky's close associates could be involved in some kind of plot.
- 29:07Uh the thought is that perhaps money has been skimmed off um Ukraine's energy sector.
- 29:13Um and uh this scandal erupting, of course, while Ukrainians are suffering blackouts caused by uh Russian bombing.
- 29:20Um so that investigation is underway.
- 29:22So this latest development uh is that officials are now saying that um those anti-corruption authorities are conducting searches of President Zelensky's uh chief of staff.
- 29:33So the chief of staff for Zelensky has resigned, and there have been more resignations in Ukraine lately as a result of the corruption that is going on.
- 29:42They are skimming money, I guess, from the energy sector, which by the way, isn't that what Donald Trump had that phone call about all those years ago that uh started his first impeachment about barisma and Hunter Biden being on the board of Barisma?
- 29:57That is an energy company.
- 29:59It seems
- 30:00Like that is what the Ukrainians do.
- 30:02They skim off of energy companies.
- 30:04They were doing that at Barisma.
- 30:06And Donald Trump made a phone call, look into this, and then we know what happened.
- 30:11Before that, you had Joe Biden that had the prosecutor fired that was investigating Barisma.
- 30:17Remember, you can't make all this stuff up.
- 30:20You know, Joe Biden is corrupt, and we know that.
- 30:23But what about Joe Biden's auto pen?
- 30:26You know, he didn't even know what he was signing.
- 30:28He didn't sign it.
- 30:29Do those pardons still matter?
- 30:31And what about the J6 committee and everything that happened there?
- 30:35Are we going to get to the bottom of all of this?
- 30:37I don't know.
- 30:38But here is Ed Martin.
- 30:39He is a special attorney at the uh Department of Justice, and he was on with Maria Barterromo, and they talked about the autopen on Sunday.
- 30:48What about the January 6th committee?
- 30:50Did they destroy evidence?
- 30:51Is there criminality there?
- 30:53Of course.
- 30:54Of course, we're all in that too.
- 30:55And trust me, a lot of that a lot of people did not get a pardon that were involved in the select committee, and they ought to be uh keeping an eye on uh on their mailbox because there's a lot to be asked about.
- 31:05And and the pardons that were given out were done by an auto pen.
- 31:09Are they legitimate?
- 31:10Well, I yeah, I'm the pardon attorney, so I have a I I'm in that too.
- 31:14I can tell you we're investigating how the pardons were granted.
- 31:17It was not like anything in the history of America.
- 31:20What Joe Biden, not Joe Biden, his staffers did not just with the auto pen, but with faking him out on the memos.
- 31:26More to come, Maria.
- 31:27I'm telling you, Pam Bondi has let us loose, and when this comes out, it'll take the whole of these people's hoaxes down, and we're doing it bit by bit, and it's fantastic.
- 31:36It's a great privilege.
- 31:38Unfortunately, not many of us are seeing this yet.
- 31:41John Solomon of Just the News reports that there have been about 30 subpoenas so far from the Department of Justice with regard to all of this.
- 31:50Now he says that before Christmas, that number is going to be four or five times that amount.
- 31:56So he says 150 subpoenas or so.
- 31:59Here's what I say when it comes to the autopen.
- 32:02I believe that the Department of Justice is going to have to charge indict somebody that has been pardoned, and then that defense attorney for that person is going to have to challenge it, saying, My person has been pardoned.
- 32:16He can't be charged.
- 32:17And then we can get to discovery, we can get to more subpoenas, and then we can get into the auto pen and how those decisions were made and if it was legitimate or not.
- 32:27And I really believe that's the only way we're going to get to the bottom of the auto pen.
- 32:31Well, what I will say is that everybody knows that James Comey lied to Congress.
- 32:36It's as clear as day.
- 32:37And this judge took an unprecedented action to throw these cases out to shield James Comey and Letitia James from accountability based on a technical ruling, and the administration disagrees with that technical ruling.
- 32:50This is about James Comey and Letitia James.
- 32:53Those cases were thrown out.
- 32:54Both of them may be broad.
- 32:56I have talked about it before.
- 32:57James Comey is going to be difficult to bring back.
- 33:00The statute of limitations has run out.
- 33:02However, Letitia James, that will be real easy to come back.
- 33:05All you have to do is take it back to a grand jury, and uh then you can get another indictment and start that all over with.
- 33:12Don't forget, there are others that have been referred to the Department of Justice for the same thing that Letitia James did bank fraud and mortgage fraud.
- 33:20Those are Adam Schiff, Eric Swalwell, Lisa Cook.
- 33:23Uh, who else?
- 33:24There's one more.
- 33:25But anyway, there are more of those coming as well.
- 33:28Here's a little more of Carolyn Levitt from the White.
- 33:30We believe the attorney in this case, Lindsay Halligan, is not only extremely qualified for this position, but she was in fact legally appointed.
- 33:38And I know the Department of Justice will be appealing this in very short order.
- 33:41So maybe James Comey should pump the brakes on his victory lap.
- 33:45And again, James Comey, that is out of the statute of limitations.
- 33:49We'll have to wait and see how a judge determines that.
- 33:52Typically, you can bring this charge back for six months.
- 33:55Unfortunately, in this case, between the indictment and it being thrown out, the statute of limitations ran out.
- 34:03So I think there's going to have to be some arguments there.
- 34:05But let's go to more of Carolyn Levitt as she talks about a color revolution that has happened since 2016.
- 34:13I talked about the color revolution earlier in this hour in the first segment.
- 34:18Let's listen to this.
- 34:19This is Carolyn Levitt.
- 34:20Over the past few days, director of national intelligence, Tulsi Gabbard has unveiled shocking new evidence that former President Barack Obama and top aides in the Obama administration conspired to subvert President Trump's 2016 election victory and undermine the democratic will of the American people.
- 34:39While publicly pretending to engage in a peaceful transfer of power in private, former President Obama went to great and nefarious lengths to try to sow discord among the public and sabotage his successor, President Trump.
- 34:54The new evidence released by the director of national intelligence who is here with me today confirms that the Obama administration manufactured politicized intelligence, which was later used as a justification for baseless smears against President Trump, in an effort to try to delegitimize his victory before he even took the oath of office.
- 35:15The truth is that President Trump never had anything to do with Russia.
- 35:20And the Russia collusion hoax was a massive fraud, perpetuated on the American people from the very beginning.
- 35:27And the worst part of this is Obama knew that truth.
- 35:30And so did all of the other corrupt officials involved in this scam, including former CIA director John Brennan, former director of National Intelligence, James Clapper, former FBI director, James Comey, former deputy director Andrew McCabe, and many others.
- 35:45That's the who's who of corruption in America that she just went through.
- 35:50Until we get to the bottom of all of this, and there is accountability, I don't know how this nation that moves forward.
- 35:57I really, really don't.
- 35:58Hopefully, this Department of Justice is going to get there.
- 36:01I have my questions about Pam Bondy, obviously.
- 36:05But hopefully we get there.

- 38:55Several months ago, I did a show and a program.
- 38:59It was called You're Not Man Enough to Be a Woman.
- 39:02And the author of that book, his name is William Allen.
- 39:05He was here.
- 39:06He spent a whole hour with us.
- 39:08And if you'd like to go back and listen to that story, it's really riveting.
- 39:12It's an incredible story of his life from being a four or five-year-old boy dressing up as a girl to actually having transition surgery, where he became Maggie for 30 years, only to realize that scripturally and the way that his convictions were and had changed through the years, that he needed to be a man again and actually went through the process to do that.
- 39:35It's really a great story, but toward the end of our conversation, I don't think he was quite done with some of the things he wanted to talk about with the trans movement here in America.
- 39:46And we talked about it coming back, and I I have William here with us now.
- 39:50William Allen is the author of the book, which you can find at AmericaOut Loud.news.
- 39:55Go in the shop there, and you will find that book there, and you can buy it.
- 39:58Please do.
- 39:58It's also available on
- 40:00on Amazon and other places as well.
- 40:02Let's get this conversation going.
- 40:04Welcome back to the program.
- 40:05Glad to have you.
- 40:06Thanks, brother.
- 40:06What a glorious role to be a male or a female.
- 40:09Well, you know, that's why I wanted to talk to you because as soon as Donald Trump and J Vance get sworn in almost a couple hours after it, they sign an executive order saying that there are two genders.
- 40:22And America will only do that.
- 40:23And they're rolling back DEI and all these other things.
- 40:26What were your thoughts as a former trans person?
- 40:30What are you thinking there when they come in and say there are only two genders?
- 40:34Well, I mean I knew that was gonna uh set off the fireworks and and uh it didn't disappoint there's uh yeah the left uh the transgender movement uh and allies are just just going nuts and uh I frankly it's kind of it's kind of nice to watch I guess I you know coming out of uh in even the 30 years that I spent uh pretending to be a woman I I was never part of that community you know and 10 years ago I saw what was going on and and was totally against it all that's you know that's before I was saved and then saw saw the truth and and and took took steps to uh make the changes but the thing that really got to me was their targeting of children.
- 41:21Yeah.
- 41:22And uh I think that's what you wanted to talk more about last time.
- 41:25And I have something here from JK Rowling.
- 41:28She is the author of Harry Potter of course and here's what she said quote a noisy part of the left still refuses to step outside their sex is a social construct bubble and acknowledge that their embrace of gender ID I of gender identity ideology has been a calamity that's what she said.
- 41:52And she's saying that the left went too far and I have gays and lesbian friends that have been on the program before in the past and they've said the same thing.
- 42:02That was their fear that they were going to go too far.
- 42:04Has Donald Trump gone too far with this uh two genders in my opinion he hasn't but what's your opinion?
- 42:11It's it's not far enough and it's just a start yeah um as far as them going too far I you know I I hear still today uh people saying oh we we just want to live in peace we just want to live ourselves be our true selves and you know leave us alone we don't want to cause any yeah that's not true at all you know I if if they hadn't targeted the children and and and started administering puberty blockers and cross sex hormones all very harmful and doing mutilating surgeries and then infiltrated uh women's restrooms and locker rooms and sports and stealing their medals and trophies and accolades and endorsements and and beauty pageants even if they hadn't infiltrated government and and started trying to enact legislation uh against pretty much everybody else um for their thoughts even and it they tried to change title nine um if if they hadn't done all of that uh probably no one would have even given them a second look right because on themselves that went too far and they got to live themselves to blame yeah because we really don't care do we I don't personally care if you're a man and you want to dress like a woman have at it it doesn't bother me a bit really well what does bother me is getting to our children when you want to bring it to our children and then you know we saw what happened four three four years ago with uh in school board meetings where parents were being drug out of there and being arrested uh because they didn't want their daughters to go to a restroom with a male and we even saw what happened during that in Virginia there was a guy that was a young man that that raped a girl in the restroom in one school he was moved to another and no one said anything they allowed him to do it again at another school and that dad went bananas at a school board meeting if you remember that but I think that I think when they've gone too far that's the problem and uh JK Rowling just to finish up what she said uh she said quote they were warned the right was capitalizing on their betrayal of women and girls they didn't listen and they didn't they just didn't listen did they no and good for good for JK Relling uh for speaking out um you know it's it's kind of weird in that uh now I'm not talking about transgenderism but the transgender movement as we know it today really came out of feminism yeah they're the ones that birthed this movement and feminism you know it's pretty much they they wanted to rid themselves of men and and take children out of the homes and have them raised by the government and trying to and a lot of uh feminists were are quoted as saying things like uh all women ought to be lesbians and it was just crazy and now the men are oppressing women by pretending to be women yeah and and and stealing all their their their their wins and sports and various other I mean they're infiltrating everywhere in prisons women's prisons um women's shelters that they just want to get into everywhere and and it's sad the the weirdest part is that women feminists they still don't understand this how this all came back on them they they created this you brought up title nine a few minutes ago and as I remember it and I was fairly young then I think you're a few years older than me but it was the feminists that were on the front line of getting Title IX approved and passed back in 1979 which uh you know and now now the very movement that did that is destroying it by letting men play volleyball in college and they're spiking the ball and hitting girls in the face.
- 46:17Yeah yeah and when when Title IX started it was a good thing actually it was only 37 words long and it was a it was a well written and it was a good thing and then during this last administration the left they they uh tried and were almost successful in in adding so much to Title IX it it became it was four times longer than my book.
- 46:41Yeah and just you know if you uh misgendered somebody accidentally you know you'd wind up going to jail or something it was just crazy.
- 46:52And Title IX you said it was a good thing and it was a good thing.
- 46:56And I talked about it before on the show it did great things for female athletes that didn't have scholarships and it made scholarships in college equal to men which opened up all kinds of opportunities and now those very opportunities are being taken by men that are coming in to to take their scholarships and play their sports and you know I just I hope we're we're past this do you do you feel like we are I I kind of feel like November 5th was uh the beginning of the end for all of it.
- 47:30Now I know it can come back but I think what happens in the next couple of years is going to be very important to whether we can really snuff this out or not.
- 47:40Right well what the president did yesterday it's a start um now it didn't really have anything to do specifically with with children uh in the transing of kids uh that's gonna take legislation and it's coming in fact um um well Florida there's there's about 20 states that have already enacted laws banning uh trans in kids I never thought I'd be using trans as a verb yeah but um uh and and and Tennessee was was uh uh a a crucial state that did that last year and uh you may be aware that um once they did that well there was all the challenges yeah and it went to the Supreme Court and just a few weeks ago um that was argued in front of the uh in front of the Supreme Court and for the other side uh an ACLU attorney I think his name is uh her name was Chase Strangio she's a a trans man she's passing her trying to pass herself off as a man and I I gotta tell you I mean looking at her you'd you probably would be fooled I mean it she looks like a man but as soon as she opens her mouth I mean it's it's a it's definitely a woman's voice it sounds like a girl's voice hey you're you're pretty good on pronouns I'm terrible at it but you called her she which I'm sure that's that's what she would want to be called uh but go ahead I'm sorry I interrupted you know he he argued in front of the Supreme Court and he actually had to uh admit that um puberty blockers were harmful to kids because that that was one of the the points that the the the left was making that puberty blockers and cross sex harm they're just pausing uh puberty they're they're reversible you know then just harm which is a complete lie complete lie but he actually had to admit based on the questions that that the justices were were asking he had to admit that yes puberty blockers are harmful to kids he had to concede on about three other points too that the the transgender movement has been pushing and like I said they're just complete lies they got destroyed so hopefully in the spring we'll the the Supreme Court will come back and and rule appropriately yeah maybe in June we'll get an
- 50:00Answer on that.
- 50:01And between now and then, maybe we can get some legislation going on in the Republican House and the Senate, and then passed on to Donald Trump to sign into law.
- 50:10Another thing I want to talk to you about is the prayer service that took place on Tuesday at the National Cathedral.
- 50:17Trump, Vance, and their families attended it.
- 50:19It's a it's a tradition right after an inauguration.
- 50:24But in this, the bishop's sermon, Mary Ann Edgar Buddy, I guess is her name.
- 50:32It made them very uncomfortable.
- 50:33And here's what she said.
- 50:35Quote, there are gay, lesbian, and transgender children in Democratic, Republican, and independent families.
- 50:43Some fear for their lives, she said.
- 50:47Is that would make me uncomfortable?
- 50:49It made them uncomfortable.
- 50:51Is there any truth whatsoever in that statement that that bishop made in this church service?
- 50:58Well, first of all, there's no such thing as a female bishop.
- 51:03Um I'll just say it.
- 51:05Yeah, I said it.
- 51:05You didn't you don't have to say it, put it on me.
- 51:07I said it.
- 51:08Um if I had been there, I just would have got up and walked out.
- 51:14She was just speaking uh total garbage, nothing what she said was biblical.
- 51:19Um, and and the whole if when she said that yes, there's some people that fear for their lives, they're just caught up in their own victimhood.
- 51:29Yeah.
- 51:29Yeah.
- 51:30No real basis for them to fear for their lives.
- 51:34It's all just made up.
- 51:35They just want to be victims, they just want to cause a scene.
- 51:37Has that ever happened?
- 51:39I mean, has a transgender person ever been just killed because they were transgender and no other reason.
- 51:46You know, a couple of years ago, um uh President Biden was going on about what was it, trans day of recognition.
- 51:54And the the human rights campaign, the HRC, they were claiming that 26 uh trans people were killed that year because just simply for being themselves, uh uh Biden said, just simply for being transgender.
- 52:08And if you go to their website, you can see all 26 listed, and um, but there's no substantial information on how they died.
- 52:17Yeah, it's just on oh, so and so was uh uh into music and she was an inspiration and blah, whatever.
- 52:23I actually did went back and did the work and looked them all up and found all the information.
- 52:28Not a single one of them was killed because they were trans.
- 52:31One was in a bar and a bar fight broke out, and this person I can't remember if it was male or female, got caught up in it.
- 52:38The the fight moved outside, and he or she got pushed into the road and was hit by a car.
- 52:45Um, one was killed while committing a crime, uh trying to uh she he was trying to kill a security guard with a fire extinguisher, beating him over the head, and he got shot.
- 52:56Um, every single case was like that.
- 52:59There was not a single case where somebody was killed simply because they were transgender.
- 53:02So again, they're just lying.
- 53:04Yeah.
- 53:05The Reverend Bishop is lying.
- 53:07Here's another one for you.
- 53:08Let's talk about this for a second.
- 53:10Quote, and the people who pick our crops, clean our office buildings, labor in poultry farms, and meat packing plants, who wash the dishes after we eat at restaurants and work the night shifts at hospitals.
- 53:25They may not be citizens or have the proper documentation, but the vast majority of immigrants are not criminals.
- 53:32And this is the person delivering the sermon for Donald Trump and J.D.
- 53:37Vance.
- 53:38The exact opposite of his campaign, what he ran on, and what the American people voted for.
- 53:44Even this bishop is tone deaf like the Democrats.
- 53:48Well, yeah, I mean, if if if somebody is here illegally, they are by definition criminals.
- 53:53Simple as that.
- 53:54So again, she's just lying.
- 53:58And I I guess it's just uh being in the pulpit, the the bully pulpit there with uh, you know, this reverend bishop Mary Ann Edgar Budd is her name.
- 54:08Using using that time instead of talking about unity, she wants to pick out the gay lesbian transgender movement and illegal immigrants, which the American people have spoken loudly and clearly about.
- 54:23And uh again, she's just another one that is uh tone deaf.
- 54:28She's not wanting to hear it.
- 54:30Yeah, there's nothing reverend about her at all.
- 54:32Nothing whatsoever.
- 54:34Hey, let me give you a chance to sell some books here.
- 54:36How is your book doing?
- 54:38Are you selling a few?
- 54:39Yeah, I'm selling a few.
- 54:41Uh would love to sell more.
- 54:43Okay, well, tell tell everybody the name of it again and of course where they can go find it.
- 54:49It's not man enough to be a woman.
- 54:51And it's about my life uh being transgender for 30 years.
- 54:55It's a father-son story of love and hate, uh uh 20th year estrangement and a deathbed reconciliation.
- 55:01It's a love story of my family, and and I'm really speaking out about the uh the transgender movement, especially how they're targeting children with all their lies and secret intentions.
- 55:11And um, yeah, you can find it on Amazon, Barnes and Noble, and several other other platforms.
- 55:17We also have it in the store here at America Outloud.news.
- 55:20His name is William Allen.
- 55:22He is the author of that book.
- 55:24It's a great book.
- 55:25I encourage you to get it and look at it.
- 55:27How how much of that book do you dedicate to what we've been talking about here with the trans movement and the kids?
- 55:35Well, the whole last three chapters, which are probably the biggest chapters, uh, are dedicated to speaking out about the the history of it and uh right starting with the feminism um and and leading up into uh things like Drag Queen Story Hour and the whole transgender movement and and really how that it came after the kids.
- 55:54And uh I've got uh uh uh I've got the receipts, as the kids say today.
- 56:00So um it's all in there, yeah.
- 56:03Well, William, I thank you for coming on the program again.
- 56:06I thank you for your book and the work that you're doing to shine a light on this from a perspective that really no one else can give, I don't believe, in this entire country.
- 56:16Someone that went from a boy to a woman who lived his life as a woman for 30 years, only to transition back to a man, and now you have a different perspective on all of this.
- 56:29So thank you so much for coming on the program.
- 56:32Thanks, Booker, for having me.
- 56:33And uh the people can look me up on uh Twitter as well at William Allen uh WM Allen 2024.
