SPEAKER_03: Welcome to the Rochelle Christian Podcast.
• 0:04
  SPEAKER_03: I'm Rochelle, your host.
• 0:06
SPEAKER_03: I'm here to help you come back to your body, take charge of your emotions, and live life on your terms.
• 0:12
SPEAKER_03: This podcast is a space for raw, real conversations about what it means to trust yourself, lean into your power, and create a life that feels aligned and alive.
• 0:22
SPEAKER_03: We'll explore human design, astrology, and other tools to help you understand your unique energy.
• 0:28
SPEAKER_03: More importantly, though, we're gonna talk about what it means to actually live and embody these aspects.
• 0:33
SPEAKER_03: So each week I'm gonna share stories, lessons, guidance to help you navigate life's challenges and really own your magic.
• 0:40
SPEAKER_03: So if you're ready to step up, take control, and show up as the most authentic version of you, let's begin.
• 0:47
SPEAKER_03: Welcome back to another episode, another week on the podcast.
• 0:51
SPEAKER_03: This week I'm talking to Krista, who is an automatic writer, a channeler, an intuitive, a dreamer.
• 0:58
SPEAKER_03: And we really dive deeply into her sort of pivotal moment that had her outside looking at a full moon, uh, trusting her guides and spirit.
• 1:08
SPEAKER_03: Um, how we talk about being a dreamer, what that means, how to work with your dreams, how to show up in your dreams, asht projection, lucid dreaming, surrender, trust, signs, synchronicities, boundaries, people pleasing, twin flames, we talk about so much.
• 1:21
SPEAKER_03: It was a really great conversation, and I think it is very resonant to just the times that we're going through right now, especially as I'm recording this on the Pisces New Moon, which the Pisces New Moon is asking us to dream.
• 1:34
SPEAKER_03: It is asking us to let go of things, to surrender to our dreams.
• 1:38
SPEAKER_03: And then as we step into Aries on Friday, the day after this episode goes live, then we're really bringing our dreams into reality, right?
• 1:48
SPEAKER_03: Then we're taking action that's sort of like the actionary or action piece of the whole process.
• 1:53
SPEAKER_03: And so with Pisces being in this last degree, um, and when you think about this sort of endings, right?
• 2:02
SPEAKER_03: Pisces is the final sign of the zodiac.
• 2:06
SPEAKER_03: This new moon is happening at 28 degrees of Pisces, which is one of the final degrees of Pisces.
• 2:12
SPEAKER_03: We just finished the year of the snake.
• 2:14
SPEAKER_03: There's just so many endings happening that this new moon feels really potent for a lot of different reasons.
• 2:20
SPEAKER_03: It's also happening in gate 25, which is the gate of the spirit of the self.
• 2:23
SPEAKER_03: And this is really about divine love, divine union, really so much about remembering that we're all connected, even when it doesn't seem like we are.
• 2:34
SPEAKER_03: We're all connected to each other.
• 2:36
SPEAKER_03: And how can we go from constriction, seeing that, and feeling like, you know, maybe I have no free will, or I'm just here to like kind of go with the flow or whatever, to acceptance, acceptance of this fact that we are all mirrors for each other, we are all guides for each other.
• 2:50
SPEAKER_03: Um, and just remembering that we are all part of the whole while also we are all individuals within the whole as well.
• 2:57
SPEAKER_03: I have been diving so deeply into sort of reclaiming my feminine, we'll say.
• 3:03
SPEAKER_03: I think for so long and societally, it's really been chasing the masculine, chasing the career, chasing the hustle, chasing the money, chasing the this, chasing that.
• 3:11
  SPEAKER_03: It's very like actionary.
• 3:13
SPEAKER_03: Whereas the feminine is sort of like in her power, in her flow.
• 3:16
  SPEAKER_03: She's very intuitive.
• 3:17
SPEAKER_03: And I'm reading the book Mysteries of the Dark Moon by Demetra George.
• 3:21
SPEAKER_03: Highly recommend if you are on this journey as well, because as we're looking at just phases of the moon, which can be applied to everything, Pisces is this final phase of the zodiac and it can be looked at as this dark moon phase, especially because it rules the 12th house, which is all things unseen.
• 3:38
SPEAKER_03: And what happens with these, this dark moon phase is the three days leading up to the new moon.
• 3:44
SPEAKER_03: What happens at this dark moon phase is we can't see, right?
• 3:47
SPEAKER_03: We're kind of like blinded, we can't see, we have to come inside because we can't see clearly, we have to come inside and trust our intuition.
• 3:53
SPEAKER_03: So there's so many different phases or so many different deities, archetypes that are associated with this dark moon phase, with this dark moon goddess, we'll say this like feminine, this dark feminine part of ourselves, right?
• 4:04
SPEAKER_03: And that's something that's been coming up a lot in different places where, you know, the feminine holds duality as the masculine does.
• 4:12
SPEAKER_03: And we have like a darker side to it.
• 4:13
SPEAKER_03: Again, this piece where we have to come inside and trust our intuition, this piece where we can't quite see clearly.
• 4:18
SPEAKER_03: When we look at, you know, a feminine, like a cycle, a women's cycle, right?
• 4:23
SPEAKER_03: We have uh we have ovulation, we have menstruation, and menstruation in itself has been sort of shamed and made to feel like we're dirty and gross.
• 4:34
SPEAKER_03: And I was listening to a podcast about sexuality and how in a, you know, we're having a lot less sex than we used to.
• 4:45
SPEAKER_03: And when you really piece these things together, you know, uh when birth control came about, which is a whole other conversation, um, and I'm gonna do a whole episode on the feminine and like kind of this theme because it's something I've really been thinking about lately.
• 5:00
SPEAKER_03: But when birth control came about, it was a way to empower the feminine.
• 5:04
SPEAKER_03: Like, I don't have to get pregnant if I don't want to get pregnant, right?
• 5:07
SPEAKER_03: We had like more control over our bodies, but now as you know, birth control has been out for what 40, 50, 60 years-ish, or like really gained popularity, like in the 60s, I would say.
• 5:16
SPEAKER_03: And but when you think about birth control, you're shutting down ovulation, which is such a potent part of a woman's cycle.
• 5:26
SPEAKER_03: It is a time when she is confident, she's fertile, she's sexually active.
• 5:32
SPEAKER_03: And it's a time that subconsciously, animalistically, we could say, not only do women, you know, embody this sort of energy, she's more horny, right?
• 5:42
SPEAKER_03: Men sense it, whether spoken or not, whether they realize it or not, there's just like an animalistic thing.
• 5:47
SPEAKER_03: So when we shut down this part of our cycle, and then we shut down menstruation, where menstruation is the time when we come inside, right?
• 5:54
SPEAKER_03: Like they used to put women in huts, not to shame them or or cast them out, but to be together so that we can be so connected to our intuition, right?
• 6:03
SPEAKER_03: That darkness, that dark side of us, our intuition, our dreams, our our psychicness that is so innate to the feminine.
• 6:10
SPEAKER_03: And so over time we've become like these things have become so shamed and so looked down upon and so just demonized and um yeah, just uh made us to feel like we shouldn't be or we shouldn't embody these parts of ourselves.
• 6:27
SPEAKER_03: And so when I started, when I got off birth control, um maybe six years ago now, I think it was about 2020 or maybe the year before.
• 6:35
SPEAKER_03: Maybe it was about 2020 when I got off birth control, just like reclaiming my body, right?
• 6:40
SPEAKER_03: I was thinking about it.
• 6:40
SPEAKER_03: It's I was on birth control from the age I was 16 until yeah, about 36.
• 6:44
SPEAKER_03: So about 20 years, within with the exception of the times that I got pregnant, I was on birth control.
• 6:51
SPEAKER_03: And so for nearly 20 years, I shut down two core parts of who I was, my intuition and then my sexuality, right?
• 7:00
SPEAKER_03: Because I think when you're ovulating, you know, that is a time where we are more open, we are more sexually inclined, whether it's with a partner or with ourselves, but there is this natural cycle within that.
• 7:09
SPEAKER_03: And like really, I was disconnected from my body because I was disconnected from my cycle.
• 7:14
SPEAKER_03: And so it's just something that I've really, really been thinking about as I've been re on this journey of reclaiming it.
• 7:19
SPEAKER_03: Um, and so again, I'm gonna do a whole other episode about that.
• 7:22
SPEAKER_03: But this episode was really good.
• 7:25
SPEAKER_03: Uh, and we talk a little bit about dating, talk a little bit about twin flames, relationships, and just like really, I think to do what Krista does, like automatic writing and especially the dreaming, there is a deep surrender and trust with the self that is required to step into that energy and that frequency.
• 7:42
SPEAKER_03: And it's something that I've been working on in myself.
• 7:45
SPEAKER_03: I've also noticed in a really cool way over the last couple weeks, I've had so many, so many little manifestations that are popping up, like nothing like major, but it's been building this trust.
• 7:54
SPEAKER_03: And I used to always get really frustrated because I felt like I wasn't manifesting anything.
• 8:00
SPEAKER_03: But then when I stop and really look at the little things that are dropping in, it's just really cool to witness, really cool to move through, really cool to flex that trust muscle with myself of like, oh yeah, I am manifesting these things.
• 8:13
SPEAKER_03: Like I am bringing things in.
• 8:14
SPEAKER_03: Even if I feel like I'm not, I am.
• 8:15
  SPEAKER_03: They're there, they're coming.
• 8:17
SPEAKER_03: And so it's just been a really cool process.
• 8:19
SPEAKER_03: And Mercury is going to station direct on Friday.
• 8:23
SPEAKER_03: And if you've been working with this past Mercury retrograde, really being aware of your emotional patterns, your habits, your cycles, so much has been coming up for me specifically.
• 8:33
SPEAKER_03: I have Pisces in my eighth house.
• 8:34
SPEAKER_03: So a lot of money stories have been coming out from like childhood.
• 8:38
SPEAKER_03: I was getting a tattoo yesterday and I had so many stories.
• 8:42
SPEAKER_03: I was sitting there and yeah, I just like there were so many stories about how selfish I was and how greedy I was, and how can I do this?
• 8:49
SPEAKER_03: And just like so much.
• 8:50
SPEAKER_03: I was just getting mad because I was like, why can't I just like enjoy this?
• 8:52
SPEAKER_03: Like I'm doing something for myself.
• 8:54
SPEAKER_03: And yeah, I was just watching all these stories without being overly attached.
• 9:00
SPEAKER_03: Like, yes, I felt angry, and I think that is that like feminine, right?
• 9:02
SPEAKER_03: When we're coming more into ourselves and trusting ourselves.
• 9:05
SPEAKER_03: And you know, the feminine naturally takes care of others, but again, we have to care for ourselves, not like selfishly, but we have to tend, we have to fill our cups that we have enough to give to other people.
• 9:15
SPEAKER_03: And I think that the feminine has been very much shamed for being anything but just nurturing to everybody else, and we get lost a lot in that.
• 9:24
SPEAKER_03: And so just reclaiming my own individuality and my own femininity.
• 9:31
SPEAKER_03: Like I am a woman and I have needs and I can be a great mom and nurture and also be my own person.
• 9:38
SPEAKER_03: And so, anyway, all that has been coming up.
• 9:41
SPEAKER_03: So uh again, I'll have another episode on that, not obviously not today, but next week.
• 9:46
SPEAKER_03: We're gonna dive more deeply into the feminine and everything I've sort of been researching and reading and pondering and contemplating.
• 9:54
SPEAKER_03: So that'll be out next week.
• 9:56
  SPEAKER_03: Enjoy this conversation.

• 10:39
SPEAKER_03: And I will talk to you very soon.
• 10:42
  SPEAKER_03: Welcome to the podcast.
• 10:43
SPEAKER_03: Today I have Krista, who is an automatic writer and channeler.
• 10:47
SPEAKER_03: And I mean, Astral Projection, like Dreamer, all the things is such a fascinating um, you know, topic, obviously.
• 10:55
SPEAKER_03: And I've really worked with my myself and like I think discernment is huge, right?
• 11:02
SPEAKER_03: And when it comes to like this kind of work, and we'll get into all of it.
• 11:04
SPEAKER_03: Um, but yeah, I'm really excited to kind of like dig into it, what it looks like.
• 11:08
SPEAKER_03: And we I'll always start with just kind of like handing you the floor and just sharing as much or as little as you'd like about your journey, kind of like what brought you to this point in your life doing what you do.
• 11:19
SPEAKER_03: And yeah, just anything that you want to share about it.
• 11:24
SPEAKER_00: Um yeah, thank you so much, uh, Rochelle, for having me.
• 11:27
SPEAKER_00: Um, so my name's Krista, and my life changed about five years ago.
• 11:32
SPEAKER_00: I feel like everything was building up and it just kind of crashed.
• 11:37
  SPEAKER_00: Everything came falling down.
• 11:38
SPEAKER_00: It's like the tower card in the tarot.
• 11:40
SPEAKER_00: Um, you know, I was in a really toxic relationship.
• 11:44
SPEAKER_00: And um my job, I was in a nine to five, and I just felt like my nervous system was just on overdrive.
• 11:53
SPEAKER_00: I also have anxiety disorder, and so I just felt like I didn't belong.
• 11:57
SPEAKER_00: I felt like there was something more um that I was meant to be doing.
• 12:01
  SPEAKER_00: And everything fell apart.
• 12:04
  SPEAKER_00: I lost my job.
• 12:05
SPEAKER_00: Um, I broke up with my boyfriend.
• 12:07
  SPEAKER_00: I moved cities.
• 12:08
SPEAKER_00: Um, this was around COVID.
• 12:10
SPEAKER_00: And I just felt so lost.
• 12:12
  SPEAKER_00: I didn't know what to do.
• 12:14
SPEAKER_00: My um, my nervous system again was just over, it was, it was shot.
• 12:18
SPEAKER_00: And I just had no direction really.
• 12:21
  SPEAKER_00: And I just surrendered.
• 12:22
SPEAKER_00: There was one day, I remember it was a full moon, and I just said, like, whoever is listening, like, I surrender.
• 12:30
SPEAKER_00: Like, show me a sign that, like, you know, there's a path out of this, there's a way out of this.
• 12:36
SPEAKER_00: Um, I haven't actually told anyone this, but I was, and I thought like during my spiritual awakening, I felt like I was going crazy so many times.
• 12:46
SPEAKER_00: Um, so I really had to question my own sanity through the through this time, but I had a very clear direction um and clear audience.
• 12:55
SPEAKER_00: So it was about 12 o'clock at night, and I just heard a voice saying, Okay, go outside.
• 13:01
  SPEAKER_00: Go outside.
• 13:02
SPEAKER_00: It was a full moon.
• 13:03
  SPEAKER_00: So I went outside.
• 13:05
SPEAKER_00: You can take a chair, you can sit in the chair if you want.
• 13:08
  SPEAKER_00: I'm like, okay, okay.
• 13:09
SPEAKER_00: Um, and you can just look at the moon, just be with us, just look at the moon.
• 13:13
SPEAKER_00: And this is right after my grandma died.
• 13:15
SPEAKER_00: And I looked at the moon and it was almost like the witch going across the moon, but it was an angel.
• 13:21
SPEAKER_00: And at that moment, I'm just like, what is going on?
• 13:25
SPEAKER_00: And honestly, since then, um, my whole life changed.
• 13:28
SPEAKER_00: Um, now I own two businesses, I have time freedom.
• 13:33
SPEAKER_00: Uh, so I work about five hours a week.
• 13:35
SPEAKER_00: Um, so it really gives me the time to do what I really love.
• 13:39
SPEAKER_00: And um yeah, and now I'm able to help other people and I've traveled the world and yeah.
• 13:46
  SPEAKER_03: I love that.
• 13:47
SPEAKER_03: I I feel like I resonate with your story in the sense of, you know, my kind of spiritual awakening was also, I mean, at the worst like relationship of my life, just like you know, that complete rock bottom of like, and I think, you know, so many people right now are reflecting the discomfort of like the whole like hustle nine to five.
• 14:04
  SPEAKER_03: You know, I I I part-time bartend and then I do this.
• 14:07
SPEAKER_03: And every time I bartend, I'm like, the amount of work, like that hustle of just like it's that is something I'm really trying to steer myself away from because it's just it, it is a mindset, right?
• 14:18
SPEAKER_03: And I listen to people and it's like the the longer you work, the harder you work, the more money you make.
• 14:23
SPEAKER_03: And I'm like, no, no, this is not, this is not how it's it's going to be there, you know.
• 14:28
SPEAKER_03: Like, so I'm like unhooking from that currently, but it's so interesting.
• 14:31
SPEAKER_03: I think that's again reflective of so many people who are just like not feeling that nine to five, right?
• 14:37
SPEAKER_03: It's just like not lighting them up, it's not exciting them.
• 14:40
SPEAKER_03: And yeah, I mean, oh my gosh, like so much with COVID and just like that whole like, and I know we're still like kind of, I mean, and you could probably speak to this more, but like just we're still energetically, I feel like in the same cycle, right?
• 14:52
SPEAKER_03: As like kind of that initiated.
• 14:54
SPEAKER_03: And I'm sure it was even like started way before then.
• 14:57
SPEAKER_03: Um, but yeah, when you okay, so you had this, you know, experience on this full moon.
• 15:04
SPEAKER_03: You went outside and you saw this angel.
• 15:06
SPEAKER_03: How did you was this like the first type of experience you've ever had like that?
• 15:11
SPEAKER_03: Or were you like when you were a child, did you hear things or see things?
• 15:16
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, so I was always very sensitive to energies.
• 15:19
SPEAKER_00: Um, we grew up in a household.
• 15:20
SPEAKER_00: I have uh there's two sets of twins in my family.
• 15:23
SPEAKER_00: So I have a twin sister and two twin brothers.
• 15:25
SPEAKER_00: And I was the one that was overly sensitive.
• 15:29
SPEAKER_00: Uh, so now I know that I was just really sensitive to energies and I was always picking that up.
• 15:35
SPEAKER_00: I had an imaginary friend who I could physically see, and his name was Michael.
• 15:40
SPEAKER_00: And as I've gone throughout this journey, um I believe it was Archangel Michael.
• 15:45
SPEAKER_00: And so that's who I generally speak to, who is the the guiding light within my spirit team, I would say is Archangel Michael.
• 15:53
SPEAKER_00: Um other than that, I was always vividly dreaming uh for about at least 20 years.
• 15:59
SPEAKER_00: So I can fly in my dreams.
• 16:01
SPEAKER_00: I have an invisible cloak I can put on.
• 16:03
SPEAKER_00: So I'm almost like a fly on the wall.
• 16:06
SPEAKER_00: Um, I can wake myself up.
• 16:08
SPEAKER_00: Uh I've taught others to fly.
• 16:12
  SPEAKER_00: So yeah, I mean, it's interesting.
• 16:15
  SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
• 16:15
SPEAKER_03: So you have this whole like sort of alternate world that's happening in your dreams.
• 16:21
  SPEAKER_00: Yes, yes.
• 16:22
SPEAKER_00: It's um it's it's a little bit exhausting, but at the same time, um, it's really beautiful because also I've had family and friends pass away.
• 16:31
SPEAKER_00: And as soon as they they they reach heaven, it's like they show up in my dream and let me know that they made it to the other side.
• 16:38
SPEAKER_00: Um, so it's a really like beautiful space to be in too.
• 16:41
  SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
• 16:42
SPEAKER_03: So you've been doing that for you said like 20 years.
• 16:45
SPEAKER_03: Was that like how was that first experience?
• 16:51
  SPEAKER_00: I can't really remember.
• 16:53
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, because it's been so long.
• 16:55
SPEAKER_00: Um, but I just remember waking up and being like, oh, that was interesting.
• 17:00
SPEAKER_00: I could remember every single detail of it.
• 17:03
SPEAKER_00: And most people, you know, maybe they'll remember their dreams once in a while, but I had such vivid detail and then it kept on happening.
• 17:11
SPEAKER_00: And then that's when I realized I was actually able to understand that I'm in my dream.
• 17:17
SPEAKER_00: So it's actually being aware that you're in your dream, and then that's when you can start actually um, you know, learning how to fly and and all these other like superpowers.
• 17:28
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 17:28
SPEAKER_03: What's the difference between like lucid dreaming and astral projection?
• 17:33
SPEAKER_00: Um, astral projection, I think, is more honestly, I haven't done like a whole lot of research.
• 17:39
SPEAKER_00: I'm more of an intuitive, so I kind of just go with the flow.
• 17:42
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 17:43
SPEAKER_00: Um but astral projection, I think, is more um out of your body.
• 17:47
SPEAKER_00: So a lot of the time, like all travel to different locations around the world.
• 17:52
SPEAKER_00: Um, you know, ancient like Greece or Egypt, things like that.
• 17:57
SPEAKER_00: Um, and I don't always remember it.
• 18:00
SPEAKER_03: I think lucid is more like you're consciously aware that you're doing in it, yeah.
• 18:06
  SPEAKER_03: Yeah, exactly.
• 18:07
  SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
• 18:08
SPEAKER_00: So I think I'm almost doing both at the same time.
• 18:10
SPEAKER_00: Cause for the most part, I know that I'm flying and I'm going to these different areas.
• 18:15
  SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
• 18:16
SPEAKER_03: I so my dreams, especially lately over the last like couple years, have been so vivid, but they like don't make any sense.
• 18:23
SPEAKER_03: Where I've like, because I'll like journal.
• 18:25
SPEAKER_03: Sometimes I'll journal pages in the morning.
• 18:26
SPEAKER_03: Every single morning I get up is the first thing I do is I write down my dreams.
• 18:29
SPEAKER_03: And I'm like, I don't know that they make any sense to me.
• 18:32
SPEAKER_03: I'm like, sometimes I'll like chat GPT, and I'm like, what is this?
• 18:35
SPEAKER_03: What is the significance or symbolism of maybe like this thing happening?
• 18:38
SPEAKER_03: Um, but I don't like to like lean on chat GPT for everything because you never know.
• 18:42
SPEAKER_03: Yeah, it's hard not to sometimes.
• 18:43
SPEAKER_03: I know it's so interesting, like the things that it says.
• 18:46
SPEAKER_03: But I had one experience, this was years ago.
• 18:49
SPEAKER_03: I think I was I was in a program and they were teaching us about lucid dreaming.
• 18:52
SPEAKER_03: So I was like trying to reach this point.
• 18:54
SPEAKER_03: Um, and I don't know if you've ever experienced this or like know what it was, but um, I was like, I did the whole little like visualization or meditation like before I kind of like dropped in.
• 19:05
SPEAKER_03: And I had this experience, and I can only describe it as um, what's that thing when people like um something pro sleep paralysis?
• 19:12
SPEAKER_03: Have you ever experienced sleep paralysis?
• 19:15
SPEAKER_03: Yes, it's not really fun.
• 19:17
SPEAKER_03: No, and it was like I had never like had anything like that.
• 19:20
SPEAKER_03: I've I was like, I was awake, and so I have two kids.
• 19:23
SPEAKER_03: My daughter was in the next room, and I heard this like male voice, and it scared the shit out of me.
• 19:27
SPEAKER_03: And I was like trying to call for my daughter, but I couldn't move.
• 19:31
SPEAKER_03: And after that, I was like, you know what?
• 19:32
SPEAKER_03: I I don't know that I want to like try that again.
• 19:34
SPEAKER_03: So I don't know what I opened like a door to in that, but I was like, have you ever had anything like that happen?
• 19:42
SPEAKER_00: Uh not quite like that.
• 19:46
SPEAKER_00: I think that it really depends on how you're going into your dream and your state of mind, like your current state of mind.
• 19:52
SPEAKER_00: So subconsciously, if you're afraid of going into it and having a bad experience, something like that, then that can open up like other entities.
• 20:00
SPEAKER_00: When I was going through my spiritual awakening, I was being spiritually attacked.
• 20:05
  SPEAKER_00: And it was terrifying.
• 20:07
SPEAKER_00: And it was for about a month.
• 20:09
SPEAKER_00: I actually had to go to a shaman and um we prayed and I had to say like this prayer before I went to bed uh for my angels to guard me throughout the night.
• 20:19
SPEAKER_00: And eventually it stopped, but it was absolutely terrifying, and it's almost like they want to keep you down um when they know that you're rising, right?
• 20:30
SPEAKER_00: And so it's like this energetic pull of them trying to bring you down, but but your angels trying to bring you up.
• 20:36
  SPEAKER_00: So it's it's a scary, very scary thing.
• 20:38
SPEAKER_00: I didn't really know what was going on.
• 20:40
  SPEAKER_03: Yeah, that makes sense.
• 20:42
SPEAKER_03: I have this book, um, I don't know where it is.
• 20:43
SPEAKER_03: I think it's something about psychic, the art of psychic protection or something like that.
• 20:47
SPEAKER_03: And she like describes this like corner, kind of like um green translucent translucent like pyramid that you can like put around yourself in your house or whatever.
• 20:55
SPEAKER_03: And sometimes, like like the other night I woke up and I went to the bathroom and I came back and you know, in my room, like my my the door to my room is like the kitchen's on the other side.
• 21:05
SPEAKER_03: So we have these like solar tubes.
• 21:07
SPEAKER_03: So at night it reflects the moonlight as well.
• 21:09
SPEAKER_03: So it's like sunlight and moonlight.
• 21:10
SPEAKER_03: But I saw this little shadow like moving, and I I just I got so scared.
• 21:15
SPEAKER_03: I got in bed and I was just like, protect me.
• 21:18
  SPEAKER_03: Like I don't want to like.
• 21:19
  SPEAKER_03: Yeah, that's scary.
• 21:20
SPEAKER_03: But yeah, I know that had nothing to do with like dreams, but um, just like that whole like I think protecting yourself and being aware um and like discerning, you know, what what what is you know, I guess it's interesting as you're kind of like elevating these entities that sort of like come in and pull on you.
• 21:38
SPEAKER_00: And I don't know if that's what that was, but just kind of I mean it it could have been.
• 21:43
SPEAKER_00: And also like when you are a spiritual warrior, when you have had so many past lives and you're very, very powerful in this lifetime, and you are um, you know, have a very high regard in the spiritual realm and they see that you're realizing your power, then Then there's going to be even more darker energies that are going to be trying to bring you down because they know how powerful you actually are.
• 22:06
  SPEAKER_03: Yeah, that makes sense.
• 22:08
SPEAKER_03: When you went to like the shaman after that, or like to sort of like clear that energy.
• 22:13
SPEAKER_03: So I know you said that you kind of like did a prayer.
• 22:16
  SPEAKER_03: What was the pull?
• 22:17
SPEAKER_03: Like, was there something that pulled you towards that specific like person?
• 22:22
SPEAKER_03: Or was like like shaman work something that you had already done before?
• 22:25
SPEAKER_03: Was it something that like dropped in?
• 22:28
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, it was something that just dropped in.
• 22:30
SPEAKER_00: And now we're actually uh very good friends.
• 22:33
SPEAKER_00: She's one of my best friends.
• 22:34
SPEAKER_00: Uh, she was just a spiritual healer in my community, and I just didn't know what to do.
• 22:40
SPEAKER_00: And I just started Googling uh healers in my community, and she just kind of called to me.
• 22:48
SPEAKER_00: And I went to her, and she was someone who really, really helped me through my spiritual awakening.
• 22:54
SPEAKER_00: And um it's just like it's like she understood exactly where I was coming from and we we understood each other from a soul level.
• 23:01
SPEAKER_00: And I think that's why it worked so quickly as well, because we were both able to bring our spirit teams together.
• 23:07
SPEAKER_00: And um yeah, I was just kind of called to her and she really changed my life.
• 23:11
SPEAKER_00: And that's why I am doing what I'm doing.
• 23:14
SPEAKER_00: It's also because of her, because I felt so alone and I didn't know what to do.
• 23:20
SPEAKER_00: And to have someone there that had been through the experience and understood and made me feel seen was really, really what I needed to be able to continue forward.
• 23:31
  SPEAKER_03: Yeah, I love that.
• 23:33
SPEAKER_03: I think, yeah, so many times we feel like we need to do things alone.
• 23:37
SPEAKER_03: And I was just watching um a YouTube video, just like on like Scorpio season and things like that.
• 23:41
SPEAKER_03: And like part of that whole like underworld journey that we go through, I think when we're awakening and we're kind of like coming online to our gifts, and something that the person that I was watching was saying was just like all of these, like even like in all mythological stories, there's always a guide, you know, for the person like navigating those things and like reaching out and like kind of like following that.
• 23:59
SPEAKER_03: Um, especially somebody who's been through it, you know, obviously is so helpful to like help you navigate your journey.
• 24:05
SPEAKER_03: How did you um kind of like going back to that full moon you saw the angel?
• 24:09
SPEAKER_03: Like, how did you discern and like how did you begin to sort of like trust?
• 24:12
SPEAKER_03: Because I think that, you know, so many people when I like post anything about like astrology or surrender, and they're like, What does surrender even mean?
• 24:19
SPEAKER_03: Like I it is a thing, right?
• 24:21
SPEAKER_03: We want to so control the narrative.
• 24:23
SPEAKER_03: And it's like how I think that's a big question a lot of people have.
• 24:26
SPEAKER_03: It's like, how do you actually surrender and like trust this thing that doesn't make sense?
• 24:32
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I I totally get that.
• 24:33
SPEAKER_00: And I'm actually going through that right now with my own um journey, uh, the twin flame journey, which is a whole nother thing.
• 24:41
SPEAKER_00: Um, surrendering to what you cannot see is is and trusting that the universe is going to put people, places, and things in your um in front of you to uh move you along.
• 24:55
SPEAKER_00: Um, and also I think that constantly being aware of what was in my mind and what was in my heart.
• 25:04
SPEAKER_00: So dropping down and being like, is this in my head or is this something that's actually outside of me?
• 25:10
SPEAKER_00: And so using discernment was huge.
• 25:13
SPEAKER_00: And then understanding what was, again, me and what was my spirit team.
• 25:19
SPEAKER_00: So it's really practice, I think, was huge when connecting with my spirit team.
• 25:24
SPEAKER_00: And and I'm clear audience and um clairvoyant.
• 25:28
SPEAKER_00: So I see images and I also see um I hear.
• 25:32
SPEAKER_00: Um, so the difference between my spirit guide and my own mind was um difficult to understand.
• 25:42
SPEAKER_00: But when I hear my spirit team, it's it's my voice, but it's um soft and it's a flow and it's very wise.
• 25:51
SPEAKER_00: There's this wisdom, this ancient wisdom that comes with it.
• 25:54
SPEAKER_00: So I think just just learning as you go and trusting that what you're hearing, what you're feeling is true.
• 26:02
SPEAKER_00: Um, you really kind of just learn as you go, to be honest.
• 26:06
  SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
• 26:06
SPEAKER_03: What does your practice look like with your guides?
• 26:11
SPEAKER_00: Um, so generally in the morning, I've always had troubles meditating.
• 26:16
  SPEAKER_00: I'm a very anxious person.
• 26:17
SPEAKER_00: So dropping down and like having my brain shut off never really worked.
• 26:21
SPEAKER_00: But I actually will usually put on some um 90s hip hop music in the morning and just dance, just you know, loosen it up a little bit, especially from dreaming like all night.
• 26:33
SPEAKER_00: Um, so kind of getting out of my body a little bit.
• 26:36
SPEAKER_00: And then I usually go straight into automatic writing.
• 26:39
SPEAKER_00: So I've been journaling and writing for since I was seven years old.
• 26:43
SPEAKER_00: And so putting on some meditation music and just allowing uh what's coming through uh to be put into writing.
• 26:52
SPEAKER_00: So generally when I'm automatic writing, um, it's like I I just see the words come into my mind's eye and I just write it.
• 27:00
SPEAKER_00: So it's channeling on paper.
• 27:02
SPEAKER_00: And so I don't even really know what I wrote until it's it's done.
• 27:06
  SPEAKER_00: And that takes practice.
• 27:08
SPEAKER_00: Um, I think you know the difference between if it's coming from a place of this ancient wisdom or like your own mind, right?
• 27:17
  SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
• 27:17
SPEAKER_00: Um, I know when I first started, tarot was huge for me to understanding my spirit team and trusting the messages that were coming through.
• 27:26
SPEAKER_00: And then signs and synchronicities are also very uh very important as well.
• 27:32
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 27:33
SPEAKER_03: Yeah, I was just having a conversation with somebody too about that.
• 27:36
SPEAKER_03: Like, I think when you're open to it and you're receptive to it, right?
• 27:40
SPEAKER_03: Like there's always messages that are coming through.
• 27:42
SPEAKER_03: Yesterday I was like moving through something and I was feeling so frustrated.
• 27:46
SPEAKER_03: And then I went on social media and like the first two things that I saw, it like so like deep like recognition of like that was the message.
• 27:53
SPEAKER_03: And I just like closed the app and I was like, That that's all I needed right now.
• 27:57
SPEAKER_03: And like immediately it like shifted my mood.
• 27:59
  SPEAKER_03: I was like, Okay, I have I I've I've received that feels good.
• 28:02
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, yeah, exactly.
• 28:04
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, and like I find it's like after a while, you can only say, Well, that was a coincidence so many times, and then you start trusting, okay, no, it wasn't a coincidence.
• 28:16
SPEAKER_00: This is coming from a higher place, right?
• 28:21
  SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
• 28:22
SPEAKER_03: What so what when you hear things, um, you know, I know you said it's kind of in your voice, it's it's more like flowy and and sort of like that has that wisdom to it.
• 28:30
SPEAKER_03: But do you always only hear your voice or do you hear like random things or random voices?
• 28:38
SPEAKER_00: Uh I generally just hear my own voice.
• 28:41
SPEAKER_00: Uh I would say it's just in us, it's just in a more subtle way.
• 28:46
SPEAKER_00: Now, there was times when I was going through my spiritual awakening, and actually when I was younger, which I was just remembering, I was started as I started uh drifting to sleep.
• 28:56
SPEAKER_00: So I get a lot of messages in between falling asleep and being asleep and awake, essentially.
• 29:03
SPEAKER_00: And this is the Theta state.
• 29:05
SPEAKER_00: And I specifically remember I was getting messages of like neighbors talking.
• 29:12
SPEAKER_00: It was like I was a fly on the wall or I was playing telephone with someone and I could hear people's conversations, and it was clear as day.
• 29:20
SPEAKER_00: And so it was like I was turning um the radio station to a different station every two minutes.
• 29:27
SPEAKER_00: And so it was all these different people in different conversations.
• 29:30
SPEAKER_00: And so that was a little freaky.
• 29:33
SPEAKER_00: Um, but for the most part, it's it's usually just my voice.
• 29:37
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 29:38
SPEAKER_03: Were these like people that you knew, or it was just like on random?
• 29:42
SPEAKER_00: No, I think this was just uh a telepathy kind of deal.
• 29:47
SPEAKER_00: Uh, it could have been in like, I don't know where it was coming from, my neighborhood.
• 29:50
SPEAKER_00: I don't know whose voices they were.
• 29:52
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 29:54
SPEAKER_00: It was kind of freaky because I was, I could literally hear it like I was talking on the phone with the person.
• 30:00
SPEAKER_03: And this was like in that state between waking and sleeping.
• 30:04
  SPEAKER_00: Yes.
• 30:04
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 30:05
SPEAKER_00: So I receive a lot of my messages uh through that.
• 30:08
SPEAKER_00: Um, and then also every morning I wake up with a song in my head, but it's a specific lyric.
• 30:15
SPEAKER_00: And that's usually um what I bring into my TikTok channel um through channeling um is usually those types of messages.
• 30:24
SPEAKER_00: There a lot of them are like old school love songs, is kind of what I've been picking up lately.
• 30:28
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 30:29
  SPEAKER_03: I love that.
• 30:29
SPEAKER_03: I'll sometimes like wake up with a and I'm like humming a random song.
• 30:32
SPEAKER_03: I'm like, why am I thinking about that?
• 30:33
SPEAKER_03: I'll have to like pay more attention next time it comes.
• 30:36
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, yeah, totally.
• 30:37
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 30:37
SPEAKER_00: Um music is a great way for your angels and your ancestors to bring in messages, especially ones that you're like, where is that coming from?
• 30:45
SPEAKER_00: Or I haven't heard that in years.
• 30:47
  SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
• 30:48
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 30:48
SPEAKER_00: Or it's just the beat or the melody.
• 30:49
SPEAKER_00: Sometimes I don't even know the lyrics, so I have to look them up.
• 30:52
  SPEAKER_00: But yeah.
• 30:53
SPEAKER_03: That makes so sense, so much sense.
• 30:55
SPEAKER_03: And I think I do think that we're like guided in such like a like a practical and logical way, but then we we overlook it.
• 31:03
SPEAKER_03: We don't even, you know what I mean?
• 31:05
SPEAKER_03: It's just like, I don't know if we're just everything is too quick that we just don't acknowledge that it's coming from something, right?
• 31:12
SPEAKER_03: Like, I think, you know, sometimes we're like, oh, like show me a sign or like give me an answer, and then we get it, but we don't even recognize that we get it.
• 31:18
SPEAKER_03: You know, like even just something little as that, like noticing the songs that pop into my head like super randomly.
• 31:25
SPEAKER_03: You know, it's like it is an answer to something.
• 31:28
  SPEAKER_00: Totally.
• 31:29
SPEAKER_00: It's it's almost like we overlook it.
• 31:31
SPEAKER_00: It's like, oh no, it can't be.
• 31:33
SPEAKER_00: But the more that you trust it, the louder the signs and the synchronicities get, where it's like you have to trust.
• 31:40
SPEAKER_00: Like if you don't trust, then that's your own fault.
• 31:42
SPEAKER_00: But like they're making it obvious.
• 31:44
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 31:45
  SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
• 31:45
SPEAKER_03: I think like no, yeah, noticing the little things and trusting in the little things, even when they don't make sense, you know, yeah, like starts to build that trust to like now.
• 31:54
SPEAKER_03: It's like when random things will happen.
• 31:55
  SPEAKER_03: I'm just, you know, I'm like, I don't know.
• 31:57
SPEAKER_03: I'm it's it's not, it doesn't make sense, but we're just gonna go with it.
• 32:00
SPEAKER_03: We're gonna see what you know what happens.
• 32:01
SPEAKER_03: But then sometimes I get tripped up in my own mind where it's like if I hear something like, oh, go here, and like is what is it just me making that?
• 32:09
  SPEAKER_01: I don't know.
• 32:10
  SPEAKER_01: Right.
• 32:11
SPEAKER_01: But I guess in the direction you go.
• 32:13
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah, yeah, exactly.
• 32:15
SPEAKER_03: Yeah, but I just I try and move with those things.
• 32:17
SPEAKER_03: Whereas like, let's, you know, when I think about like going to a coffee shop to work today, I'm like, okay, we'll just go and see what happens.
• 32:21
SPEAKER_03: Sometimes some something, you know, and sometimes nothing happens.
• 32:24
SPEAKER_03: And it's like, all right, cool.
• 32:25
  SPEAKER_03: Maybe I don't know.
• 32:27
SPEAKER_03: Maybe it was just the butterfly effect of like me being there help somebody else do something.
• 32:30
  SPEAKER_03: Who knows?
• 32:31
  SPEAKER_03: Yeah, exactly.
• 32:33
  SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
• 32:34
SPEAKER_03: So okay, so I did go on your TikTok and I know that like I love tarot.
• 32:39
SPEAKER_03: That's something that I've kind of recently been getting into, like this year, like more so studying.
• 32:44
SPEAKER_03: Um, and how what was your practice like with that?
• 32:48
SPEAKER_03: Like, how did how do you use um I'm trying to figure out how to word my question?
• 32:54
SPEAKER_03: Yeah, I guess like just how maybe how did you come into tarot as a practice and how has it supported you?
• 33:00
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I think tarot was the turning point almost in my spiritual journey because this was at a point where I was really down the dumps.
• 33:10
SPEAKER_00: I was living in my parents' basement suite.
• 33:13
SPEAKER_00: I had gone through the breakup, I was in this really bad spot.
• 33:16
SPEAKER_00: And I remember I was on YouTube and I went across this tarot reading.
• 33:20
SPEAKER_00: And at this point, I wasn't even really spiritual at all.
• 33:22
SPEAKER_00: And I came across this tarot reading that was exactly what I was going through.
• 33:26
  SPEAKER_00: And I'm like, what?
• 33:28
  SPEAKER_00: Like, that's wild.
• 33:30
SPEAKER_00: And then I just kept on following um this person, and it was like every message resonated with me.
• 33:35
SPEAKER_00: I'm like, this is really big, and it really helped me understand what I was going through from someone's a different perspective.
• 33:43
SPEAKER_00: And that's really what got me into tarot.
• 33:47
SPEAKER_00: And for me, it was just uh, it gave me a different point of view, um, almost from like the angel's point of view.
• 33:56
SPEAKER_00: And it just gave me clarity and direction around a lot of things.
• 33:59
SPEAKER_00: So I think tarot was really the turning point with like how powerful these tools can be to navigate your spiritual awakening.
• 34:09
SPEAKER_03: Did you study tarot or was it more like an intuitive practice where you just kind of like threw out like the rule book?
• 34:18
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I actually took a course.
• 34:19
SPEAKER_00: I took a few courses from this person that I had actually been following.
• 34:24
SPEAKER_00: Um, she was the one that really woke me up.
• 34:26
SPEAKER_00: Uh, it's called Soulful Revolution.
• 34:29
SPEAKER_00: Uh, she was actually a news anchor, and then she quit her job because she just she's like, there's something more here for me.
• 34:36
SPEAKER_00: And she does uh she's on YouTube as well.
• 34:39
SPEAKER_00: Um, but I took her tarot course and then yeah, I kind of just went along with what was coming through intuitively.
• 34:47
SPEAKER_00: Um I I'm more of the go with the flow kind of girl.
• 34:50
SPEAKER_00: Um, when I do my personal readings, I will have more structure to it.
• 34:54
SPEAKER_00: But I also just love channeling and and seeing what comes up.
• 34:58
  SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
• 34:59
SPEAKER_03: What are your so what does that look like for you then when you're doing like a personal reading?
• 35:04
SPEAKER_03: What is that like how do you prepare for it or like what is the or do you need to now at this point?
• 35:09
SPEAKER_03: Like, are you just such in a practice with the channeling and opening up and recognizing that?
• 35:14
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I think for me, um, there needs to be a point when you're someone who's so intuitive, like who who goes with the flow almost too much, there needs to be a little bit of structure there as well.
• 35:28
SPEAKER_00: Um, so usually when I'm going into these readings, um, clearing and cleansing is very, very important.
• 35:35
  SPEAKER_00: So it sounds funny.
• 35:36
SPEAKER_00: I usually take a shower because that's cleansing my energy before I actually go into the reading.
• 35:40
SPEAKER_00: And I also get a lot of downloads um in the shower.
• 35:43
SPEAKER_00: And I always wondered why I took so many showers throughout the day, but it's because I was absorbing other people's energy.
• 35:49
SPEAKER_00: And so that's just something that really grounds me.
• 35:52
SPEAKER_00: Um, and then going into meditation, um, doing a prayer over the client and asking any messages and clarity to come through.
• 36:02
SPEAKER_00: Um, and then cleansing all my cards.
• 36:04
SPEAKER_00: Uh, and then generally, yeah, having some sort of spread depending on what they're looking for.
• 36:11
SPEAKER_00: Um, and then clearing and cleansing afterwards because I don't want to take that energy on throughout the day.
• 36:17
  SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
• 36:18
SPEAKER_03: Shower makes so much sense.
• 36:19
SPEAKER_03: I I I feel like I get so much clarity in the shower too.
• 36:23
SPEAKER_03: But then I'm like, I don't have anything to write it down.
• 36:25
SPEAKER_03: I have to like jump out sometimes.
• 36:26
  SPEAKER_03: Oh yeah.
• 36:27
  SPEAKER_03: Like get it down.
• 36:28
SPEAKER_03: Um, how do you so you had mentioned anxiety?
• 36:31
SPEAKER_03: How do you like or can you like kind of set that aside when you're channeling, or does that sort of like leave, or like what does the process look like?
• 36:40
SPEAKER_03: Because I mean, for myself, I notice sometimes like if I'm like super anxious, it's really hard for me to like clear out and like be in the moment.
• 36:46
SPEAKER_03: Like it takes me a minute to like I have to like just for a while and then I can feel it like kind of like tap in.
• 36:52
SPEAKER_03: But yeah, I'd be curious what that looks like for you.
• 36:54
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, totally.
• 36:55
SPEAKER_00: That's um one of the biggest challenges for me.
• 36:58
SPEAKER_00: I'm so lucky now that I have time freedom because I'm able, I I'm not stuck in this nine to five work, work, work, and then I have to go home and do a private reading.
• 37:07
SPEAKER_00: You know what I mean?
• 37:08
SPEAKER_00: Like I have all this time to um allow my nervous system to calm down.
• 37:13
SPEAKER_00: So um really just being aware of how my body's feeling and if I need to move that energy before my readings, I'll go for a run or you know, have these grounding exercises um to do before I go into it.
• 37:28
SPEAKER_00: And if anxiety does come up, um I am a perfectionist and I've heard this thing where even on like a perfectionist's worst day is someone's like really good day.
• 37:39
SPEAKER_00: So I always try to bring that in.
• 37:41
SPEAKER_00: Like, you know, if I feel like, oh, I didn't do good enough, or maybe there was some anxiety there, I still think I did a pretty good job.
• 37:48
SPEAKER_00: So yeah, I try to think of it that way.
• 37:50
  SPEAKER_03: Yeah, I love that.
• 37:51
SPEAKER_03: I pulled your human design chart, but I didn't pull your astrology chart.
• 37:54
SPEAKER_03: Do you know like your big three in astrology?
• 37:58
SPEAKER_00: Um, oh, like my sun, moon rising?
• 38:00
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, yeah.
• 38:02
SPEAKER_00: So I'm uh, and of course I'm fine of the twins.
• 38:05
  SPEAKER_00: It makes sense.
• 38:05
SPEAKER_00: I'm a Gemini sun moon and then a Virgo rising.
• 38:09
SPEAKER_03: Okay, I was gonna say which is the perfectionism, right?
• 38:12
  SPEAKER_03: That's what you're talking about.
• 38:13
SPEAKER_03: I was like, there's gotta be Virgo in there.
• 38:14
SPEAKER_03: Let me see if I have your because um oh, where is it?
• 38:19
SPEAKER_03: Yeah, this is your chart.
• 38:20
SPEAKER_03: Yeah, so you're uh manifesting generator, sacral.
• 38:23
SPEAKER_03: Uh, are you familiar with human design?
• 38:25
SPEAKER_03: Like have you used it?
• 38:27
  SPEAKER_00: Um, I haven't really.
• 38:29
SPEAKER_00: I have I did know that I'm a manifesting generator, but I don't know a whole lot about it.
• 38:34
  SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
• 38:34
  SPEAKER_03: So I mean, you're pretty open.
• 38:36
SPEAKER_03: You have a lot of open centers.
• 38:37
SPEAKER_03: You just have your throat, your ego, and then your sacral defined.
• 38:40
SPEAKER_03: And it's it is literally in that, it's it's a single definition.
• 38:43
SPEAKER_03: So they're all like talking to each other, which is kind of nice because you know, like any split in your energy, we're kind of like always seeking to like fill that out.
• 38:50
SPEAKER_03: But of course, like with so much, like your pressure centers are open, like everything around it's almost like I don't know if you can you can see it.
• 38:56
SPEAKER_03: And and are you okay if I kind of like put it up there?
• 39:01
SPEAKER_03: Oh yeah, okay, because I I can cut it out.
• 39:03
  SPEAKER_03: No, that's fine.
• 39:04
SPEAKER_03: I don't know if you can if you can see that, but oh so you just have like these three defined, right?
• 39:08
SPEAKER_03: And everything around it is where you're just like open and you're taking in energy, you know.
• 39:14
SPEAKER_03: So especially with those pressure pressure centers, like I have my pressure centers um open as well.
• 39:18
SPEAKER_03: And I do feel that sometimes, which like, you know, for me when it comes to like sort of spiritual practices or sessions, or yeah, if I'm feeling super anxious, I just feel like it's like that pressure is just like pushing on me.
• 39:29
SPEAKER_03: And so that's why I kind of like asked that too.
• 39:31
SPEAKER_03: I really relate to that, you know, kind of part of your story where it's like, how can we like let that go and recognize that it's not necessarily ours that we're feeling too sometimes, especially when you're taking in the amplifying, right, of somebody else.
• 39:44
SPEAKER_03: Because if you're sitting in a session, this is why I love human design, but like if you're sitting in a session with somebody who has like a very defined root center, right?
• 39:51
SPEAKER_03: And they're pushed like energetically, you're just feeling it, you know?
• 39:55
SPEAKER_03: And it's like that pressure to like, you know, whatever it is, like to show up or provide or something like that, you know, or just like that adrenaline, adrenaline type energy.
• 40:05
SPEAKER_03: Um, but and then yeah, like emotion, your emotions um are open as or undefined as well.
• 40:11
SPEAKER_03: And yeah, I don't it's just it's it's always so interesting when I s when somebody has just like a lot of openness.
• 40:17
SPEAKER_03: Um, because my daughter, she has just two centers defined and everything else is open.
• 40:22
SPEAKER_03: And I'm like, I'm like, I feel like she needs so much support.
• 40:26
SPEAKER_03: And she's super anxious too, right?
• 40:27
SPEAKER_03: Because it's this, and especially she's 15, so she doesn't understand the things that are coming in, aren't necessarily hers, right?
• 40:34
SPEAKER_03: And so she just like absorbs she's like a little sponge.
• 40:36
SPEAKER_03: And I'm like, you have to have a practice to like come back to yourself.
• 40:39
SPEAKER_03: And and so I'm hoping you know, over time that she'll be aware of that.
• 40:43
SPEAKER_03: But you know, MGs, they're you know, multi-passionate, you know, you're just like kind of like going on to the next thing.
• 40:49
SPEAKER_03: And I think that's a huge shadow a lot of times where it's like, I know I because I'm also a manifesting generator, but like growing up, it was very much like like you quit everything, you don't finish things, and it's really like honoring that like cycle of like this is what feels good, right?
• 41:01
SPEAKER_03: And like, and to keep going with that and like maybe saying no to the things that don't feel good, right?
• 41:05
SPEAKER_03: And like, and you know, that undefined uh solar plexus for you, you know, it can be like people pleasy, where it's like you feel the pressure to like say yes, right?
• 41:13
SPEAKER_03: So really discerning and like coming into yourself to be like, no, this actually doesn't feel good, right?
• 41:17
SPEAKER_03: And then just like doing the things that are aligned.
• 41:20
  SPEAKER_00: Totally.
• 41:21
SPEAKER_00: And I feel like for your daughter too, if she's so open, she's most likely an empath, right?
• 41:26
SPEAKER_00: And so she's she's taking on all of these other energies.
• 41:30
SPEAKER_00: And things I think that's why we have high anxiety as well, because we're taking on energies that aren't even ours on top of ours as well.
• 41:37
SPEAKER_00: And then plus the perfectionism and the um people pleasing and you know, not saying no, boundaries as well, I think is huge.
• 41:47
SPEAKER_00: Um, so even asking your guides or your angels uh for protection um as you walk throughout the day, you know, have a have a big shiny bubble around you or something like that.
• 41:57
SPEAKER_00: Ask for some sort of protection so that you're protecting yourself from all these other energies, especially because she's most likely vibrating a very high vibration.
• 42:06
SPEAKER_00: There's a lot of people that want to come in and take advantage of her light.
• 42:10
SPEAKER_00: And so that's something to you know be aware of.
• 42:13
  SPEAKER_03: Yeah, she's also a Gemini.
• 42:15
  SPEAKER_03: So she's got that.
• 42:16
  SPEAKER_04: Oh, I got that.
• 42:18
SPEAKER_03: But um, no, I know, and and tarot for her actually, because I, you know, she just watches me and what I do and things like that.
• 42:23
SPEAKER_03: And I always try and, you know, when she's curious about something, I just will answer her, but I don't try and like push anything on her.
• 42:28
SPEAKER_03: But tarot has been one practice that, and you know, she'll like looks through the books or like I'll hear her on the phone with her friends and they're like kind of giggling and I'm like, Well, you know, what's happening?
• 42:36
SPEAKER_03: She's like, Oh, so-and-so wanted to know about this boy.
• 42:38
SPEAKER_03: And I was like, Oh, you'll you'll learn, like you can't like predict things like you know, like whatever.
• 42:42
SPEAKER_03: But um, but it has been like a source of comfort for her, right?
• 42:45
SPEAKER_03: Where she can kind of like go and ask the tarot, and it's something outside, I think, I think just like outside of what everybody's trying to like tell her, you know, it's just like her and her own connections.
• 42:54
SPEAKER_03: So I'd like to honor her little process in that.
• 42:56
  SPEAKER_03: But yeah, you're right.
• 42:57
SPEAKER_03: I I sometimes she'll tell me things that like adults have said to her, and I'm like, they said, like, why would they think that's okay to say to a 15-year-old?
• 43:05
  SPEAKER_03: Like that's crazy.
• 43:06
SPEAKER_03: But I think it's just like the energetic openness, right?
• 43:10
SPEAKER_03: And like you said, like being an empath and things like that.
• 43:12
SPEAKER_03: So yeah, it's it's it's been an interesting, interesting journey.
• 43:16
  SPEAKER_03: I bet, yeah.
• 43:17
  SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
• 43:18
SPEAKER_03: So when you are channeling and when you're um, you know, I mean, with tarot and all that, all things like that, like are you?
• 43:26
SPEAKER_03: I guess my question is, what are you sensing like collectively?
• 43:29
SPEAKER_03: Like, do you do collective readings?
• 43:31
SPEAKER_03: Like, what are you sensing collectively?
• 43:32
SPEAKER_03: Or is like there a theme?
• 43:34
SPEAKER_03: I mean, obviously there is a huge theme right now, like astrologically, you know, that I've been working with that.
• 43:39
SPEAKER_03: But like, what is it?
• 43:40
SPEAKER_03: Is there anything that you're receiving that feels important right now?
• 43:45
SPEAKER_00: Um, yeah, I think it really depends on like what timeline you are, because I I have like a specific collective um and timeline that I'm usually on.
• 43:54
SPEAKER_00: And for the most part, it's actually the same timeline that I'm on.
• 43:58
SPEAKER_00: So usually you are who you attract.
• 44:00
  SPEAKER_00: Right.
• 44:01
SPEAKER_00: I think for I mean, for me, it's been a huge thing around um love, twin twin flames specifically, because I feel like there's this new wave of uh twin flames coming in.
• 44:15
SPEAKER_00: If you don't know what twin flames are, it's just a very spiritual telepathic connection between two people.
• 44:20
SPEAKER_00: And I feel like um for divine feminines, we've really been called to call our energy back and receive in love at this time.
• 44:30
SPEAKER_00: And for divine masculine, um, it's really about so generally it's the runner-chaser kind of vibe has been coming up a lot in my readings.
• 44:38
SPEAKER_00: And so when they meet a this beautiful creature, unicorn, it's like they want to run because that's scary.
• 44:45
SPEAKER_00: And then we want to chase, right?
• 44:47
SPEAKER_00: And so the divine feminine is being called to really uh receive in love at this time and feel worthy of receiving, and divine masculine is um understanding that they actually deserve this love too, and to allow their emotions to come up and vulnerable vulnerability is sexy, I'm gonna say, and um, and then having the courage to actually come forward and together um rising as a as a union so that we can um really operate on more of a high frequency, uh, so that you know everyone's vibration can rise.
• 45:21
SPEAKER_00: And generally with with these these two divine unions coming together, most likely this is going to be in the spotlight as well.
• 45:30
SPEAKER_00: So being on a bigger platform, sharing your stories, uh authenticity.
• 45:35
SPEAKER_00: And so I feel like around that uh love journey, that's really what's happening right now, at least in the collective that I've been tapping into.
• 45:43
  SPEAKER_03: Yeah, that's interesting.
• 45:45
SPEAKER_03: I I've been personally been doing a lot of work around what that looks like.
• 45:48
SPEAKER_03: Cause yeah, in the past, I think I've definitely done a lot more chasing than I'd like.
• 45:53
SPEAKER_03: And it just like it was exhausting, you know.
• 45:55
SPEAKER_03: And I mean, we would get to a point where I'm like, I I, you know, I had to do the work of like my own self-worth, right?
• 46:02
SPEAKER_03: And coming into that more receivership.
• 46:04
SPEAKER_03: But once I kind of like sat back and was just okay with whatever happened, right?
• 46:09
SPEAKER_03: And then I think it allows people to sort of like occupy their roles, I guess, in a sense, just in in in that dynamic, right?
• 46:17
SPEAKER_03: Of like, yeah, instead of chasing, actually being in my power.
• 46:23
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 46:23
SPEAKER_00: And that's a it's a really hard place to be in, especially when you're someone who's so anxious.
• 46:29
SPEAKER_00: Um just trusting that what you're feeling is really what's going on, and knowing that if that person doesn't come back, then there's going to be um someone even better.
• 46:40
SPEAKER_00: But you pass the test, you learned the lesson, right?
• 46:43
  SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
• 46:44
SPEAKER_00: And so that's I guess that's all you can do.
• 46:47
SPEAKER_00: Um, as long as you're sitting in your own power, then that's that's on you and that's on them.
• 46:53
  SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
• 46:54
  SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
• 46:54
SPEAKER_03: I like, I like that you bring up anxiety around that too, because um, I think that's I don't know.
• 46:59
SPEAKER_03: I I've definitely witnessed for myself that's a huge thing in in navigating relationships or new things or just like dating, where it's like, uh yeah, I think as soon as you sort of like I or for me, when I start to feel something, I get so anxious, right?
• 47:12
SPEAKER_03: And I'm just recently, yeah, that's kind of been my thing where it's like just sit back, just watch it happen.
• 47:17
SPEAKER_03: Um, I think I've like kept myself from having feelings a lot in my dating history where it's like, I'll notice like one red flag or two red flags.
• 47:24
SPEAKER_03: I'm like, nope, not it, you know, because I just don't want to like go, I don't want to feel it.
• 47:27
SPEAKER_03: Yeah, I don't want to feel the anxiety.
• 47:29
SPEAKER_03: Uh, but yeah, it's it's it's interesting, an interesting journey.
• 47:33
SPEAKER_00: So I resonate with that.
• 47:35
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 47:36
SPEAKER_00: You're almost like an avoidant, but an anxious avoidant.
• 47:40
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 47:41
SPEAKER_00: So do you are you familiar with the attachment styles?
• 47:45
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 47:46
SPEAKER_00: Um, I mean, I guess there's just like is there just anxious attachment, um, avoidant, and there's a fearful avoidant, which is exactly what you described.
• 47:56
SPEAKER_03: It's a combination of the anxious and the dismissive, and it's usually rooted in some sort of trauma, like something happens.
• 48:01
SPEAKER_03: And then so it's like, it's kind of like this people please thing where it's like I'm super anxious inside, but then like I can appear very dismissive, right?
• 48:08
SPEAKER_03: Um, and it also depends on the dynamic of like who I'm calling in.
• 48:12
SPEAKER_03: So if I'm with somebody who's dismissive, which has been my pattern, and I've realized that I call in dismissive people so that I can be dismissive, but it creates chaos and anxiety in my mind.
• 48:21
SPEAKER_03: I become more anxious where I'm like, show me attention.
• 48:23
SPEAKER_03: Like, why are you running away?
• 48:25
SPEAKER_03: And then if I find somebody that's super anxious, then I'm the dismissive one.
• 48:28
  SPEAKER_03: I'm like, uh, I don't know.
• 48:30
  SPEAKER_03: I don't know about this.
• 48:31
SPEAKER_03: So, but like finding people who are secure is interesting, it's it's confronting, but it doesn't trigger either one too much, right?
• 48:40
SPEAKER_03: And so I I cycle through this thing on my own and I'm like, huh, this is interesting, but I don't have to like go to the extreme either way.
• 48:46
SPEAKER_03: I can like be in this.
• 48:48
  SPEAKER_03: So yeah.
• 48:49
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 48:49
SPEAKER_00: And it's it's so interesting that we always mirror like who we are as as a person, right?
• 48:54
SPEAKER_00: Like I always think like, what is the lesson is in this?
• 48:57
SPEAKER_00: What are what are they trying to tell us with this relationship?
• 49:00
SPEAKER_00: What are we trying to learn?
• 49:01
SPEAKER_00: Like we're here so that our our souls can evolve.
• 49:04
  SPEAKER_00: We learn the lessons.
• 49:06
  SPEAKER_00: Um, you know.
• 49:07
SPEAKER_00: And one thing that's really helped me through this process of being able to receive is I always put it on myself.
• 49:13
SPEAKER_00: Like maybe I'm not good enough.
• 49:15
SPEAKER_00: Maybe, you know, they don't like this part of me, but you never know what is happening on their end.
• 49:22
SPEAKER_00: Maybe they're feeling the exact same way.
• 49:24
SPEAKER_00: They ran because they don't feel worthy.
• 49:26
SPEAKER_00: They ran because they're, you know, don't feel good enough.
• 49:29
SPEAKER_00: So taking that pressure off yourself and not like projecting either way, I think has been very healing for me.
• 49:36
  SPEAKER_03: Yeah, 100%.
• 49:38
SPEAKER_03: Yeah, I I've often thought that too, where it's like, even um, you know, the four agreements, the book, The Four Agreements.
• 49:44
  SPEAKER_03: No.
• 49:45
  SPEAKER_03: Okay.
• 49:45
SPEAKER_03: So well, it's um actually no, I think it's it's not next to me.
• 49:48
SPEAKER_03: I usually have it like somewhere near me.
• 49:50
SPEAKER_03: Um, but it's just like four, I can't remember who wrote it.
• 49:53
SPEAKER_03: I think he's like a shaman, but it's just like four like life agreements, I guess.
• 49:56
SPEAKER_03: But it's assume nothing, take nothing personally, do your best and be impeccable with your words.
• 49:59
SPEAKER_03: So it's like if you can live by these, right?
• 50:01
SPEAKER_03: It's sort of like it's and I read this probably in like the beginning of my journey, but like especially when it relates to dating, I really try and apply that where, like, kind of what you said, I don't know what's going on with this person.
• 50:13
  SPEAKER_03: I have no idea.
• 50:14
SPEAKER_03: And just so sometimes I'll I'll go through these stories of like why they didn't text back or why I haven't heard from them.
• 50:20
SPEAKER_03: Oh, they must be out with somebody else.
• 50:22
SPEAKER_03: And then I'm like, I just sit, I'm like, Rochelle, you have no idea what they literally could be sleeping right now.
• 50:27
SPEAKER_03: They could be pass out, yeah, taking a nap, and you're stressing out.
• 50:30
  SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
• 50:32
SPEAKER_03: So it just exactly, yeah, it just like really helps ground me into like, yeah, you don't, you don't know.
• 50:37
SPEAKER_03: You don't know what you don't know.
• 50:38
SPEAKER_03: And like in creating this whole story, this whole narrative, I think then like brings that into your reality.
• 50:43
SPEAKER_03: Um, but I also like do believe too, like kind of what you said, like when I've always thought like if I'm feeling a certain way, I believe so much that our relationships are mirrors for us that that other person is feeling that way.
• 50:55
SPEAKER_03: But yeah, again, like they might be dismissive and don't know how to deal with it and just and their their response or their safety mechanism is by pulling away, you know.
• 51:03
SPEAKER_03: And so that's that's also helped me where it's like they probably are feeling this, they just don't know how to, they don't know what to do with it.
• 51:08
SPEAKER_03: And it's also not my responsibility to like hold their hand through it, you know, like sometimes.
• 51:12
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, exactly.
• 51:13
  SPEAKER_03: It's like a pattern.
• 51:15
  SPEAKER_03: Yeah, yeah, yeah.
• 51:18
SPEAKER_03: So yeah, how are you navigating?
• 51:20
SPEAKER_03: Um, like, are you in like a twin flames twin flame situation or just kind of like um experiencing little synchronicities or yeah, I'm I'm full-blown in it full-blown flame situation at the moment.
• 51:35
SPEAKER_00: Yes, and it's just been uh wild to say the least.
• 51:39
SPEAKER_00: I feel like I'm almost going through a whole nother spiritual awakening.
• 51:43
SPEAKER_00: Um, but it was something where the these feelings caught us both off guard and he ran.
• 51:50
SPEAKER_00: And then I just wanted to chase, and my guides are like, eh.
• 51:54
SPEAKER_00: Like you've learned all the lessons, but this is one last one where it's like, no, you gotta pull your energy back, girl.
• 52:01
SPEAKER_00: You gotta pull it back.
• 52:03
SPEAKER_00: And it's it's a lot of um, you know, I I've told one friend that about this, and then she's like, no, that's ridiculous.
• 52:10
SPEAKER_00: A lot of it is uh telepathy, right?
• 52:13
SPEAKER_00: It's it's one day, his energy was whoosh right in my face.
• 52:17
SPEAKER_00: And I'm like, whoa, like this is so intense.
• 52:20
SPEAKER_00: And I'm dreaming about him.
• 52:22
SPEAKER_00: Um, you know, music is coming through with with different feelings, and it's like his energy is is in my face all day long.
• 52:31
SPEAKER_00: Um, it's almost, I don't want to say an obsession, but it's like my heart broke in half when he left.
• 52:38
SPEAKER_00: And it's so like we're still tied energetically so, so uh strongly.
• 52:44
SPEAKER_00: And so I'm just trusting that, you know, this is happening for a reason and that we are meant to be together, but we both need to learn, learn to, you know, some lessons before we can actually hold the space for this love.
• 52:58
SPEAKER_00: Because a love like this doesn't come around very often.
• 53:02
  SPEAKER_00: It's very rare, I would say.
• 53:04
SPEAKER_00: He's also in the public eye, uh, much more than I am.
• 53:07
SPEAKER_00: And so I think uh there's a lot that comes with that as well.
• 53:11
SPEAKER_00: Um, but also both deserving, knowing that we deserve this love.
• 53:15
SPEAKER_00: Because this is a love that, oh, I mean, my my angels showed me a little piece of what his heart is like.
• 53:22
SPEAKER_00: It's like they zoomed in on his soul, and it's it's uh it's unconditional love, is all I can say.
• 53:29
  SPEAKER_00: It's an unconditional love.
• 53:31
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 53:31
SPEAKER_00: Towards you or just like his heart in general?
• 53:35
SPEAKER_00: Well, I'm gonna say towards me.
• 53:38
SPEAKER_00: I think we both see each other.
• 53:40
SPEAKER_00: Like there's no words spoken, but we see each other like we haven't seen anyone else before.
• 53:46
SPEAKER_00: It's this very like romantic sh, you know, and then you kind of wonder, am I just delusional?
• 53:51
SPEAKER_00: Like, is this all delusion stalking?
• 53:53
SPEAKER_00: But when it's in your face all day long and there's signs, synchronicities, it's you can't not deny it.
• 54:01
  SPEAKER_00: So it's been it's been a lot though.
• 54:03
SPEAKER_00: It's been very, very overwhelming, um, to say the least.
• 54:07
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 54:08
  SPEAKER_03: I love it.
• 54:08
SPEAKER_03: I literally I've been I've been single for quite a while, and I could talk about like dating and single life and like all this and stuff that comes with it, like all day, because it's so interesting and so, you know, like I think when you're open to that, I was in one um, I wouldn't even call it a really more of like a situation um for years and I felt that like connection, but this person like would constantly pull away constantly.
• 54:32
SPEAKER_03: And I was like, why do I feel so much for somebody that like seemingly doesn't feel the same?
• 54:39
  SPEAKER_03: Um, and I yeah, I don't know.
• 54:41
SPEAKER_03: I've I've I feel like you've just in like the last, and this was like 2019, but I feel like just in like the last year, I've actually unhooked from it.
• 54:50
SPEAKER_03: Um, and not to say, you know, but that that was like such a hard one too, because I was just like, how can you feel so like connected?
• 54:58
  SPEAKER_03: Right.
• 54:58
SPEAKER_03: And I that's why I'm like sometimes it's like past lives, like karmic bonds that just don't make sense, that you know, aren't meant to be in this life, you know?
• 55:05
SPEAKER_03: It's just like it's that little say, what was that movie, like vanilla sky?
• 55:08
SPEAKER_03: It's like maybe in another lives and we're what maybe in another life when we're both cats, you know?
• 55:12
SPEAKER_03: It's like you just don't know, but but I do say like that relationship I learned so much and I learned how to love myself because I had to love myself so hard because I wasn't getting it.
• 55:23
SPEAKER_03: Um, and so that to me opened me up for newer things and to show up in this receiver energy because I that was the one relationship I chased and I chased and I chased.
• 55:34
SPEAKER_03: And I was like, I'm not, I'm not in my power in this dynamic, you know.
• 55:39
SPEAKER_03: And so whether uh I mean, if it was just a lesson, it you know, it is what it is, but yeah, that was a challenging one.
• 55:47
  SPEAKER_03: A doozy.
• 55:48
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, yeah, yeah.
• 55:49
SPEAKER_00: It almost sounds like a soul contract, right?
• 55:52
SPEAKER_00: Like your souls came here again together from a past life to to break that contract, right?
• 55:59
SPEAKER_00: You've been chasing this person your whole life in every lifetime.
• 56:03
SPEAKER_00: This is the lifetime where you'd be like, no, okay, I'm not chasing anymore.
• 56:06
SPEAKER_00: I'm gonna learn that lesson so I can hold the energy and the love for someone else.
• 56:10
SPEAKER_00: And so, yeah, like a karmic as well is is what's coming through.
• 56:15
SPEAKER_00: And also sometimes I think our angels send us a love that we feel so, so attached to, and it's like almost the real thing.
• 56:23
SPEAKER_00: And it's and it's showing us or asking us to like learn that lesson so our our soul can evolve so we can actually get into a real like a really loving relationship.
• 56:34
SPEAKER_03: Yeah, and that's what I feel because like my nervous system was so dysregulated that entire time.
• 56:39
SPEAKER_03: Um, and even just like, you know, I've even just like recent things that I've the people that I've dated, like I've noticed the difference of like that and then just feeling like peace, you know, and I'm like that, that maybe I had to go through that in order to be able to show up here in my worth in in just this like complete, peaceful, like showing up as I am kind of energy.
• 56:59
  SPEAKER_03: But yeah, I don't know.
• 57:01
SPEAKER_03: It's sometimes when I think about that, right?
• 57:02
SPEAKER_03: Like the contracts and like like it makes me feel sad because I'm just like, I yeah, I mean, I guess like lifetimes of whatever that connection is, just like me having to say no and walking away.
• 57:13
  SPEAKER_03: It's like, oh, it's hard.
• 57:15
SPEAKER_03: It's hard, especially when the person's like not a bad person, you know.
• 57:18
  SPEAKER_03: Yeah, yeah.
• 57:20
SPEAKER_00: It's just we we take our our traumas and uh whatnot to this lifetime until we can actually break that contract.
• 57:28
SPEAKER_00: So they've been running and not sharing their feelings for how many lifetimes before you, right?
• 57:34
SPEAKER_00: Like it's not just sad for you, it's sad for them.
• 57:36
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, right.
• 57:36
SPEAKER_03: Well, that's what I feel like my best place to this person because I know that that theme to me, it feels really lonely, right?
• 57:43
SPEAKER_03: Even though they seemingly are surrounded by a ton of people and things like that.
• 57:45
SPEAKER_03: But it's like I know that if you're playing out that dynamic with me for all this time, like I know that that's a pattern as well for you.
• 57:51
SPEAKER_03: Yeah um, but yeah, it's just do you work with like past life like uh or like soul contracts or things like that, or those are just like things that kind of like come through?
• 58:04
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I would just say they they've come through.
• 58:07
SPEAKER_00: Um, I feel like I've been, I feel like I'm a very old soul.
• 58:11
SPEAKER_00: And so um I've been a lot of things in my past lives and I've learned a lot of lessons.
• 58:16
SPEAKER_00: And so yeah, these are generally themes that have come into my life that I'm like, oh, I remember this, or you know what I mean?
• 58:23
  SPEAKER_00: Like it's yeah, yeah.
• 58:25
SPEAKER_00: How do past life memories come to you?
• 58:28
SPEAKER_00: Um a lot through dreams, actually.
• 58:32
SPEAKER_00: Uh dreams, uh different locations, um, and then my clairvoyancy as well.
• 58:38
SPEAKER_00: Uh, so I see images, and then um I would say, yeah, I would say for the most part, it's it's my clairvoyant and my vivid dreaming where I'm kind of remembering.
• 58:51
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 58:52
SPEAKER_03: Do you like um before you go to bed?
• 58:56
SPEAKER_03: And you might have already answered this.
• 58:57
SPEAKER_03: So if you did, I apologize.
• 58:58
SPEAKER_03: But before you go to bed, do you do anything to like set the intention of like what's gonna happen in your dreams or like to guide it or to like remember it or anything like that?
• 59:05
SPEAKER_03: Or just they just come to you and you're just it just comes to me.
• 59:10
SPEAKER_00: At this point, sometimes I just want it to stop because it's exhausting.
• 59:14
SPEAKER_00: So sometimes we'll be like, hey guys, like can you just like not put me in a dream?
• 59:19
SPEAKER_00: Um, you know, because I I'm not sleeping, like I want some sleep.
• 59:23
SPEAKER_01: So it's not restful sleep.
• 59:25
  SPEAKER_00: So broken up.
• 59:27
  SPEAKER_00: Uh no, not really.
• 59:29
SPEAKER_00: It's um my doctor actually, because I talked to her about this, it's like a REM, a REM sleep.
• 59:34
SPEAKER_00: Oh, is that what it's called?
• 59:36
SPEAKER_00: Um, yeah, so it's constantly waking up and you're not in a full deep sleep, right?
• 59:42
  SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
• 59:44
SPEAKER_00: Do you nap during the day?
• 59:47
SPEAKER_03: No, I would love to though.
• 59:48
  SPEAKER_03: That'd be great.
• 59:50
SPEAKER_03: I know manifesting generative energy probably doesn't nap, but you never know.
• 59:54
  SPEAKER_03: No, no, yeah.
• 59:56
SPEAKER_03: But I guess that's the good thing about being a generator.
• 59:58
SPEAKER_03: We constantly have that like energy to tap into a lot to.
• 1:00:02
  SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
• 1:00:02
  SPEAKER_03: Yeah, yeah.
• 1:00:03
  SPEAKER_03: But yeah.
• 1:00:05
SPEAKER_03: Do you have maybe like any messages just for anybody listening?
• 1:00:09
SPEAKER_03: Um, around like because I I feel like a lot of people right now are struggling.
• 1:00:14
SPEAKER_03: Just there's so much, I think, subconscious work, there's so much like I I just feel like we're just in this massive like phase of shedding and releasing, and you know, the astrology speaking to it.
• 1:00:25
SPEAKER_03: And I think I think anybody who taps into energy is feeling it.
• 1:00:28
SPEAKER_03: Um yeah, do you have like any advice or just yeah, anything to share for anyone listening?
• 1:00:36
SPEAKER_00: Um yeah, I guess the when the the energies feel so heavy, I guess um honor what you're going through, honor your emotions, also allow yourself to release what's been holding you back.
• 1:00:51
SPEAKER_00: If you want to cry, crying is like the best way to release.
• 1:00:55
SPEAKER_00: Um alchemizing that energy, transmuting it into pain has been huge for me.
• 1:01:01
SPEAKER_00: So taking those lessons and moving forward, just being also gentle with yourself as you navigate um whatever emotions you're going through and just take care of your mind and your body and your soul.
• 1:01:14
SPEAKER_03: And um yeah, I think that's it.
• 1:01:17
  SPEAKER_03: Yeah, just so important.
• 1:01:19
  SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
• 1:01:21
SPEAKER_03: How can people find you?
• 1:01:22
SPEAKER_03: How can they work with you?
• 1:01:23
SPEAKER_03: Is there anything that you're currently working on or anything that's coming up?
• 1:01:28
SPEAKER_00: Um, yeah, so right now I'm mostly on TikTok um doing my channel messages, so SoulVides TV.
• 1:01:36
SPEAKER_00: And I also have a threads account as well where I do some of my automatic writing and channeling.
• 1:01:42
SPEAKER_00: Uh again, Soul Vibes TV, uh private readings as well.
• 1:01:45
SPEAKER_00: Uh, you can catch me on uh the TikTok there.
• 1:01:49
SPEAKER_00: Um and I am actually, I'm gonna be doing, well, I don't know if I want to, I don't, I don't know if I want to say it yet.
• 1:01:56
SPEAKER_00: But let's just say there's a really fun project that's coming up, and I'm working with um uh uh psychic Thomas.
• 1:02:03
SPEAKER_00: So he was on Seatbelt uh back, what is it?
• 1:02:05
SPEAKER_00: Um what is that show?
• 1:02:09
  SPEAKER_00: Seatbelt Psychic.
• 1:02:11
  SPEAKER_00: Okay.
• 1:02:12
SPEAKER_00: Is that no seatbelt psychic?
• 1:02:14
  SPEAKER_00: I can't remember.
• 1:02:16
  SPEAKER_00: Anyways, he's really cool.
• 1:02:18
SPEAKER_00: And um yeah, I'm gonna be working with him.
• 1:02:21
  SPEAKER_00: So Thomas John.
• 1:02:22
  SPEAKER_00: That's Thomas John.
• 1:02:24
  SPEAKER_00: Okay.
• 1:02:24
SPEAKER_03: So go follow Krista and see what's happening with her and Thomas John.
• 1:02:29
  SPEAKER_03: Yes.
• 1:02:29
  SPEAKER_03: Well, that's exciting.
• 1:02:30
  SPEAKER_03: That's exciting.
• 1:02:32
  SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
• 1:02:32
SPEAKER_03: Well, thank you so much for coming on, and and I hope that your first podcast, right, was uh good or good experience.
• 1:02:42
  SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
• 1:02:42
  SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
• 1:02:43
SPEAKER_03: Well, yeah, thank you for coming and sharing everything and having this conversation.
• 1:02:47
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, thank you so much.
• 1:02:48
SPEAKER_00: It was so much fun.
