  Speaker 1: bit more even than it is. I So we find

  Speaker 1: out Do Flamingo's power and I can't remember if it's

  Speaker 1: the thread, thread, the fruit, I feel like it was

  Speaker 1: something like that. But apparently Do Flamingo can attach himself

  Speaker 1: to clouds, So when I was like a bit puzzled

  Speaker 1: at the fact that he can apparently fly. As we

  Speaker 1: see episodes and episodes ago. At this point, it turns

  Speaker 1: out like, strictly speaking, not really, it looks like that,

  Speaker 1: you know, stringstring, says Sarah Faim stringstring fruit, thank you,

  Speaker 1: but it is a I was just really surprised that

  Speaker 1: he has this kind of like very specific limitation because

  Speaker 1: it obviously when he's just in a bunch of he's

  Speaker 1: on his way to the island to track down our friends,

  Speaker 1: I am paying attention to how quickly he is traveling.

  Speaker 1: I am paying attention to the fact that he doesn't

  Speaker 1: need ground to walk on. I'm paying attention to all

  Speaker 1: of that, But I'm not at all paying attention to clouds,

  Speaker 1: you know, like that wasn't even on my radar at all.

  Speaker 1: Kind of kind of pun intended actually now that I

  Speaker 1: say that. And so the way that it looked when
• 4:25
  Speaker 1: he was traveling seemed very much to me to be like,
• 4:30
  Speaker 1: there are no limits to this, he can just do this.

  Speaker 1: And finding out that he has limits, it's surprising and
• 4:36
  Speaker 1: also kind of a welcome surprise, because I really was
• 4:43
  Speaker 1: feeling like this guy is a little bit overpowered, isn't
• 4:47
  Speaker 1: he If the brook can just fly now, granted, this
• 4:50
  Speaker 1: being able to attach oneself to clouds. It's a rare
• 4:54
  Speaker 1: day that you have no clouds in the sky at all.
• 4:58
  Speaker 1: I mean, I guess I say that, and it's certainly
• 5:01
  Speaker 1: like dependent on where you live, so I'm being very
• 5:07
  Speaker 1: flippant with that, I guess. But I do feel like
• 5:14
  Speaker 1: there's clearly other stuff going on with him, and I'm
• 5:16
  Speaker 1: not really sure what the other uses for this power are,
• 5:19
  Speaker 1: because there's eventually a point where Sonji can't seem to move,
• 5:24
  Speaker 1: and my assumption is that he uses these threads to
• 5:29
  Speaker 1: bind Sanji in place somehow that it's basically like I
• 5:34
  Speaker 1: can use them to like hang myself from the clouds
• 5:38
  Speaker 1: and move forward, but also I can use them to
• 5:45
  Speaker 1: if I attach in two places so that somebody can't
• 5:47
  Speaker 1: move in either direction. And that is fully an assumption
• 5:52
  Speaker 1: that I think is based in pretty fair understanding of
• 5:56
  Speaker 1: how a lot of these powers have seemed to work.
• 5:59
  Speaker 1: So we'll see. Oh, Seraphim says, perfect power for a
• 6:04
  Speaker 1: manipulative puppet master. That's an interesting angle to take. I
• 6:11
  Speaker 1: like that, you know, conceptually, that's kind of fun. So

  Speaker 1: the fight between him and Sanji, it's like, first he
• 6:21
  Speaker 1: manages to knock Sonjy down and it is a pretty
• 6:26
  Speaker 1: brutal hit. Sanji goes down hard, bloody, like it's looking
• 6:32
  Speaker 1: like this guy is out already, and I was like, really,
• 6:35
  Speaker 1: this fight's been like thirty seconds long, and he is
• 6:39
  Speaker 1: sailing for the ship and then you hear Nami call
• 6:43
  Speaker 1: his name, And I don't know if it's like a
• 6:48
  Speaker 1: lot of times when a particular woman inspires Soanji in
• 6:55
  Speaker 1: a certain way, it will sort of be portray in
• 7:01
  Speaker 1: the moment while he's like hearing them as like I
• 7:04
  Speaker 1: can't let her down, or he'll like the sound of
• 7:08
  Speaker 1: her screaming, her outline, her silhouette will be like on
• 7:12
  Speaker 1: the screen for a moment to let us know that,
• 7:14
  Speaker 1: like this person is the voice that he heard that
• 7:17
  Speaker 1: really galvanized him. And they do not do that here.

  Speaker 1: But the way that I interpreted this moment was very
• 7:27
  Speaker 1: much that, like she screams and that is what makes
• 7:31
  Speaker 1: Sanji get it together for a second, like he had
• 7:34
  Speaker 1: been about to I won't say that he was about
• 7:38
  Speaker 1: to give up, because I feel like that's a little
• 7:40
  Speaker 1: bit too harsh, but I will say that it's like

  Speaker 1: he had been less motivated all of a sudden, like
• 7:50
  Speaker 1: he was just sort of startled out of his reverie
• 7:55
  Speaker 1: and is galvanized to keep going here and he gets
• 7:59
  Speaker 1: it back to and he goes after do Flamingo and
• 8:05
  Speaker 1: he begins his uh, he's got a bunch of like
• 8:10
  Speaker 1: French names for these attacks that I am not even
• 8:13
  Speaker 1: gonna pretend guys about pronunciation here, because it is not
• 8:18
  Speaker 1: it's not gonna be pretty. I'm not doing it. But
• 8:21
  Speaker 1: he starts kicking, and it's that fire leg like repeated kick.

  Speaker 1: It goes on for a long time, and it does
• 8:31
  Speaker 1: look really impressive. But I was feeling like, as he's kicking,
• 8:35
  Speaker 1: we hear do Flamingo, go wow, he's not bad. And
• 8:42
  Speaker 1: as soon as you hear a villain who's being attacked
• 8:46
  Speaker 1: react this way, it's like, for me, it's a very
• 8:53
  Speaker 1: bad sign if they are so unaffected by an attack
• 8:57
  Speaker 1: that they have the ability to sort of sit back
• 9:01
  Speaker 1: and critique it, you know, like it just doesn't seem
• 9:06
  Speaker 1: like this is bothering him very much. So indeed, he
• 9:11
  Speaker 1: then like this is when he does the thing that
• 9:14
  Speaker 1: freezes sanjy up, and again I just really was a
• 9:20
  Speaker 1: little bit saddened because I know that Soanji technically doesn't
• 9:28
  Speaker 1: have any superpowers like he does but you know what
• 9:32
  Speaker 1: I'm saying, he like in this world, he has the
• 9:34
  Speaker 1: kinds of superpowers that like, there's superpowers to us, but
• 9:38
  Speaker 1: in this universe they can be achieved just by being
• 9:41
  Speaker 1: an incredibly hard worker who is super devoted to whatever
• 9:44
  Speaker 1: it is that you pursue in this In our universe,
• 9:51
  Speaker 1: having your legs light on fire and kick this insanely
• 9:53
  Speaker 1: hard is definitely counts as a superpower, but I understand
• 9:58
  Speaker 1: why it wouldn't, do, you know what I'm saying. So anyway,

  Speaker 1: he doesn't have a devil fruit and I am I'm
• 10:09
  Speaker 1: not dumb. I understand that that means likely going up
• 10:13
  Speaker 1: against somebody who does have a devil fruit power, that
• 10:17
  Speaker 1: he may be out of his depth on this a
• 10:19
  Speaker 1: little bit. And yet I wasn't thinking that it was
• 10:25
  Speaker 1: gonna be as short a fight as it turns out
• 10:29
  Speaker 1: to be, because the two of them, it's like there's
• 10:35
  Speaker 1: no comparison. It goes He goes down so hard from
• 10:39
  Speaker 1: being completely frozen up like this. It made me so
• 10:45
  Speaker 1: sad to see, and it's like I don't want this
• 10:49
  Speaker 1: to come across as like, wow, Sanji, you really are
• 10:53
  Speaker 1: like not as good at this. It's I guess more
• 10:56
  Speaker 1: me being like, do Flamingo's better than I expected? I

  Speaker 1: don't even know if that's true, though. I think it's

  Speaker 1: that he just outclasses Sanjy more than I expected, because
• 11:08
  Speaker 1: I expected dofle Mingo to be a pretty worthy adversary.

  Speaker 1: But anyway, so that is, uh, you know. Eventually we
• 11:19
  Speaker 1: have the moment where dolfl Mingo is like, all right, well,
• 11:23
  Speaker 1: I am about to fucking kill you. He does this
• 11:26
  Speaker 1: thing where there's like a shot of fire that comes
• 11:30
  Speaker 1: out of his hand and they're like, is that a whip?
• 11:33
  Speaker 1: What even is that? And Sanji is yelling down to
• 11:37
  Speaker 1: the straw hats on the ship, what are you doing?
• 11:40
  Speaker 1: Use a coup to burst and go? And of course, naturally,
• 11:45
  Speaker 1: as they always do, they say, uh, we aren't leaving
• 11:49
  Speaker 1: without you, are you insane? So as they are screaming
• 11:56
  Speaker 1: at him saying we're not leaving you, and as this
• 11:59
  Speaker 1: whip is like traveling across and about to smack into Sanjy,
• 12:04
  Speaker 1: we see law and he has you. Guys. I was
• 12:09
  Speaker 1: so confused by this. We see him like moving through
• 12:16
  Speaker 1: the air, but right before he appears, it's like a
• 12:21
  Speaker 1: piece of wood was flying through the air. So did
• 12:25
  Speaker 1: he throw the wood and then like change places with
• 12:30
  Speaker 1: it and become you know what I'm saying, Like what
• 12:34
  Speaker 1: exactly happened here? I feel like there is some other
• 12:38
  Speaker 1: element to Law's abilities that I wasn't getting because this
• 12:43
  Speaker 1: moment was like I really watched it a couple times.
• 12:50
  Speaker 1: I'm rewinding it now. Also, I thought that I kind
• 12:54
  Speaker 1: of understood it, and now that I'm watching it again,
• 12:56
  Speaker 1: I'm like, did I Because it's like a tumbling log
• 13:01
  Speaker 1: basically in the air, and it's like we see Law's legs,
• 13:08
  Speaker 1: we hear him yelling room, and we go from his
• 13:12
  Speaker 1: legs on shore to the log in mid air, and
• 13:16
  Speaker 1: then the log is Law. So is that what happened?

  Speaker 1: Saraphim says, laws power needs him to swap with an object,
• 13:27
  Speaker 1: So yes, he threw the wood then swapped with it. Okay,
• 13:32
  Speaker 1: I genuinely do not remember that that swapping with an
• 13:37
  Speaker 1: object power, And I'm certain that this is not the
• 13:41
  Speaker 1: first time we're seeing this, Like this is obviously something
• 13:45
  Speaker 1: that everybody seems to understand how it works, because usually
• 13:48
  Speaker 1: when somebody unveils a new power nobody has seen before.
• 13:50
  Speaker 1: In this show, there's a pretty long like moment of
• 13:55
  Speaker 1: everybody staring and gasping, and then an explanation of it,
• 14:00
  Speaker 1: like we get with the string string fruit, you know,
• 14:05
  Speaker 1: but yeah, this this For some reason, I am much
• 14:10
  Speaker 1: more like affected by the memory of being able to
• 14:13
  Speaker 1: swap people's bodies, being able to cut people's hearts out,
• 14:17
  Speaker 1: all of that stuff. And I don't know exactly when
• 14:22
  Speaker 1: I stop and like consider those powers. The way that
• 14:28
  Speaker 1: they relate to each other is hard for me to now.

  Speaker 1: It was at the room room fruit, because he yells room,

  Speaker 1: and that means that he creates a space in which
• 14:40
  Speaker 1: he can like control whatever is in the space, right,
• 14:46
  Speaker 1: so that this is how he can get people's like

  Speaker 1: bodies switched if they are in a space that he controls,
• 14:53
  Speaker 1: or he can cut somebody's heart out by using his
• 14:57
  Speaker 1: control over the space to like cut people into pieces basically,
• 15:01
  Speaker 1: And it's not fatal, it doesn't seem unless he wants
• 15:08
  Speaker 1: it to be, right. I'm just really this is one
• 15:15
  Speaker 1: of those where I, oh, it's I'm looking at the
• 15:18
  Speaker 1: list here from Florian and it says op op fruit

  Speaker 1: right because operating room Okay, I remember that. How does

  Speaker 1: that like mesh with the changing places with an object?

  Speaker 1: Though I don't understand how like it. I think this

  Speaker 1: me has felt really like I don't feel like this

  Speaker 1: entirely makes sense, but it's hard for me to say

  Speaker 1: a clear vision of it or explanation of it. I

  Speaker 1: don't know. But yeah, So this this moment, like when

  Speaker 1: he yells shambles, it's like very very quick because all

  Speaker 1: of a sudden, Oh my god, do Flamingo he is

  Speaker 1: like way further away, and the whip crack that he
• 16:22
  Speaker 1: had been about to do now law is in the
• 16:26
  Speaker 1: spot that do Flamingo was, and do Flamingo is in
• 16:29
  Speaker 1: the spot that the log was, right, So I think
• 16:35
  Speaker 1: that it's just that everything happens so quickly, And because
• 16:39
  Speaker 1: I wasn't fully getting what was what his power was,
• 16:43
  Speaker 1: I was like, wait, how did this just happen? And
• 16:47
  Speaker 1: when he yells shambles, I don't the last time that
• 16:51
  Speaker 1: he did anything that's where he used that word, it
• 16:56
  Speaker 1: resulted in the bodies being switched of our friends. So

  Speaker 1: I think that's what I was expecting, was like that

  Speaker 1: he and honestly I kind of like this idea a
• 17:08
  Speaker 1: little bit more than what it winds up being. But
• 17:11
  Speaker 1: I was kind of thinking that what he was about
• 17:14
  Speaker 1: to do was that Law was going to switch do
• 17:18
  Speaker 1: Flamingo into Sanji's body, and Sanji was going to suddenly
• 17:23
  Speaker 1: have these crazy powers to work with. Now, I don't
• 17:29
  Speaker 1: know if there's any hope that Sonji could have made
• 17:32
  Speaker 1: use of powers like that when he doesn't have experience
• 17:37
  Speaker 1: with it. You know, I am not certain that would
• 17:39
  Speaker 1: have been the kind of advantage that I was hoping for,
• 17:44
  Speaker 1: But I really I will say that I am like
• 17:53
  Speaker 1: more excited about Law and his quick thinking here because
• 17:58
  Speaker 1: what his abilities have been able to do so far
• 18:00
  Speaker 1: have been very impressive and super helpful, Like being able
• 18:04
  Speaker 1: to carry around Caesar's heart as a threat has been
• 18:08
  Speaker 1: clutch pun intended, but there has been an element of like,
• 18:17
  Speaker 1: what's the wording I want here? It's almost like what
• 18:20
  Speaker 1: Law can do is so incredibly dramatic that it feels
• 18:25
  Speaker 1: like it's it might not be as exciting to watch
• 18:29
  Speaker 1: in combat because it's so he has the ability to
• 18:34
  Speaker 1: upend what's happening so utterly that it would just be like,
• 18:39
  Speaker 1: why bother, why is anybody even trying to fight him?
• 18:41
  Speaker 1: You know, and in a group, when he's dealing with
• 18:45
  Speaker 1: a bunch of people, I think that would still be
• 18:48
  Speaker 1: probably true, and that's part of what's so intimidating about him.

  Speaker 1: But I really did like getting to see it here
• 18:54
  Speaker 1: where it's just a couple of people and he is
• 18:57
  Speaker 1: is managing to like do something very sly like this.

  Speaker 1: I think that what this did was kind of make
• 19:06
  Speaker 1: me appreciate the way he thinks more than just what
• 19:11
  Speaker 1: his power actually is. So of course this does not
• 19:17
  Speaker 1: like stop do Flamingo, and he is coming back at
• 19:23
  Speaker 1: the sunny Law and Soanji are on the deck of
• 19:26
  Speaker 1: the ship. Law asks Sanji, hey, are you do like
• 19:31
  Speaker 1: making any progress on finding the factory, Like what's going
• 19:34
  Speaker 1: on with that? And La says, we did find it,
• 19:39
  Speaker 1: but it's apparently going to be a little harder to
• 19:42
  Speaker 1: take down than we expected. And Law says, we need
• 19:49
  Speaker 1: more time. And this is when we see the heart
• 19:52
  Speaker 1: in his hand, And like Caesar is so irritated at
• 19:55
  Speaker 1: being back on the ship and then to see that
• 19:57
  Speaker 1: Law does indeed still have his heart. He is very
• 20:01
  Speaker 1: very bummed out at the fact that nothing has materially changed.
• 20:06
  Speaker 1: He really thought he was going to be out of
• 20:08
  Speaker 1: this mess. And it's the way that this works. Law
• 20:17
  Speaker 1: tosses it this moment, you guys, hold on. He says,
• 20:22
  Speaker 1: I'm afraid this one's mind. I've had yours with me.
• 20:25
  Speaker 1: Never left my side. Oh that's right, because he does
• 20:28
  Speaker 1: the thing where he like holds it up and squeezes
• 20:30
  Speaker 1: it and he Caesar reacts as if it's you know.
• 20:37
  Speaker 1: And then when he says never left my side, as
• 20:42
  Speaker 1: he's holding this one, he just tosses it on the
• 20:45
  Speaker 1: ground and leaves it in front of Caesar for a moment,
• 20:48
  Speaker 1: and this like the way that he let's like he puts, Okay,
• 20:59
  Speaker 1: I'm sorry, guys, I know, oh that this is making
• 21:00
  Speaker 1: me sound like an idiot, but I paid attention. He says,
• 21:05
  Speaker 1: this one's mine. He holds it up. There's a hole
• 21:09
  Speaker 1: in his chest, and it looks like what he is
• 21:15
  Speaker 1: about to do is put it back into the hole
• 21:19
  Speaker 1: in his chest like he's saying, this is my heart.
• 21:26
  Speaker 1: And he pulls it out, pauses it. Caesar is looking
• 21:33
  Speaker 1: at it and says, oh, all my plans were thwarted,
• 21:37
  Speaker 1: and comes up and he starts to grab at the
• 21:40
  Speaker 1: heart that I am thinking Law just said is his
• 21:44
  Speaker 1: own heart, But then when the camera turns, there's no
• 21:50
  Speaker 1: hole in Law's chest anymore. So wait, is it supposed
• 21:57
  Speaker 1: to be that Law had Caesar's heart in the place
• 22:00
  Speaker 1: of his own heart, and now he's giving Caesar Caesar's
• 22:05
  Speaker 1: own heart back, And why would he do that? Why
• 22:10
  Speaker 1: would he give it back? That was the whole advantage
• 22:12
  Speaker 1: that he had. And if he's not, why would he
• 22:15
  Speaker 1: give him his heart Law's heart? Isn't Caesar understood to
• 22:21
  Speaker 1: be an enemy at this point still, and isn't giving
• 22:25
  Speaker 1: him his heart back completely losing any leverage, And isn't
• 22:29
  Speaker 1: giving him Law's own heart giving him additional leverage. I
• 22:33
  Speaker 1: don't get why he would do this, Like I kept thinking, oh, okay, no, wait,
• 22:39
  Speaker 1: that's his heart, and then I was like, but even
• 22:41
  Speaker 1: if it is, that still doesn't make sense. I don't
• 22:45
  Speaker 1: understand this, Like move here because Caesar is. It's not
• 22:51
  Speaker 1: like they did anything that has caused Caesar to be
• 22:56
  Speaker 1: on their side. They are just on the ship again

  Speaker 1: because they are holding him against Do Flamingo. Who needs
• 23:05
  Speaker 1: Caesar for his plan to carry off and do Flamingo.
• 23:11
  Speaker 1: As far as I remember, hasn't said anything that would
• 23:14
  Speaker 1: mean that he would lose Caesar's loyalty, right, Like, you know,
• 23:19
  Speaker 1: we have had moments where Caesar has said things that
• 23:23
  Speaker 1: have been projected out for all of his own henchmen
• 23:25
  Speaker 1: to hear, where he makes it clear that like, these
• 23:28
  Speaker 1: guys mean nothing to me, They're just guinea pigs whatever,
• 23:31
  Speaker 1: And then all of a sudden, you know, he's lost
• 23:33
  Speaker 1: the support of a bunch of dudes. But like, I
• 23:36
  Speaker 1: don't remember that happening with Doe Flamingo. So why as
• 23:40
  Speaker 1: he like, why would he give his heart? Okay, Saraphim
• 23:48
  Speaker 1: says he had Caesar's heart in his own chest to
• 23:51
  Speaker 1: hide it then swap them out. He's not giving Caesar
• 23:54
  Speaker 1: his heart back, just taunting him. But like, again, why
• 23:59
  Speaker 1: would you haunt by giving him your own heart, which
• 24:05
  Speaker 1: we have seen anybody can pick up and squeeze and
• 24:08
  Speaker 1: really fucking hurt you. Why would you It's basically handing
• 24:14
  Speaker 1: him a gun, like the equivalent of that to me.
• 24:18
  Speaker 1: And I don't get why he would take that risk
• 24:22
  Speaker 1: and do that. It feels incredibly dangerous, is it? Like
• 24:28
  Speaker 1: doing that doesn't work on himself because it's his own power.
