  produced some truly spectacular drill results.

  Well, good to see you again. And things are going well in the

  basement, I hear. Yeah, things are going well.

  There's, I mean, my, my audience who's joining us today loves
• 0:46
  silver. They love gold, they love
• 0:47
  copper. I know that Brixton checks all
• 0:50
  those boxes. But man, some unbelievable good
• 0:54
  news this morning from the Langus Project with Silver.

  Yeah, pretty remarkable. I mean, I guess I would say that
• 1:02
  cause yeah, eye popping. I mean we, you know, we are
• 1:06
  confident that we would hit some high grade this this program
• 1:09
  because every single campaign we've we've done out there,
• 1:12
  we've we're successful in doing that.
• 1:15
  But man, yeah, like 82,000 grams per ton, 26147 oz per ton.
• 1:24
  That's those are Troy oz per ton, you know, within a, within
• 1:29
  a pretty broad interval, as well as some good, good grade.

  If you if you look at the core in our news release, we did
• 1:35
  itemize the, you know, each sample interval, how much grade
• 1:38
  was was in there. But yeah, pretty remarkable.

  And again, this is a brownfields project.
• 1:44
  Langus was a past producing a silver mine.
• 1:48
  And, and so we're kind of drilling in, in and around the
• 1:52
  old workings, really trying to find what the old timers missed.
• 1:56
  And obviously, clearly and on, they shut the mine down in 1989
• 2:03
  really for metal price reasons, The price of silver hit 5 bucks
• 2:07
  an ounce and, and that was it. You know, the mine shut down and
• 2:11
  never, never came back on. And of course, you know,
• 2:14
  currently sitting at north of $70.00 an ounce of silver.

  You know, it's looking really exciting, exciting times for us
• 2:22
  on on this project. And I know Ron, we talked about
• 2:25
  Langus off and on over the years, but this year I think
• 2:29
  it's going to get more attention than we've ever seen and we plan
• 2:33
  to drill there all year and ramping up to a second drill
• 2:37
  come May. So we're going to get a lot of
• 2:39
  meters out of line just this year.
• 2:40
  And and really with the goal of the objective is to get enough
• 2:44
  drilling on this project to identify a a maiden resource
• 2:49
  which we don't currently have on on the project.
• 2:52
  So lots of good drilling. Obviously with these kind of
• 2:54
  results, you don't need a lot of material, material at those
• 2:58
  grace generate a lot of Oz. So we're pretty excited about
• 3:00
  that. Yeah.

  And and I think it's safe to say that the the outlook for the
• 3:06
  silver market is truly unbelievable.

  And Langus is located in Ontario, is that correct safe
• 3:14
  jurisdiction? I like what you know, you
• 3:17
  brought up a great point that they, they shut the mine down
• 3:21
  was at the late 80s because the silver price was below $5.00 an
• 3:25
  ounce. And now suddenly projects like
• 3:28
  this are looking attractive. And then you know when drove
• 3:31
  results come out like you shared with the the market today,
• 3:35
  that's very exciting. Yeah, we're we're quite
• 3:38
  intrigued by by this and what else can we find here?
• 3:43
  We're still, you know, drilling in and around the old workings.
• 3:46
  And, you know, I'm excited to see what else that they left
• 3:49
  behind. So there's lots of, lots of room
• 3:51
  on, on the project to find more here.

  So we're going to, we're really going to hit it hard this year
• 3:57
  and let's see what we can, you know, make of it.

  What you can establish there, I'm going to pull up the news

  release if that's OK with you. I think there were a few

  pictures in here that you wanted to look at, but I just want to
• 4:08
  read this highlighted point that I have on the screen for the
• 4:12
  viewer right now. You said that this represents
• 4:15
  the highest grade single sample ever reported by the company and
• 4:20
  to your knowledge, excuse me, one of the highest silver grades
• 4:23
  ever reported globally. Importantly, this result
• 4:27
  demonstrates that despite historic mining at Langus, the
• 4:30
  mineral system continues to host outstanding high grade silver
• 4:34
  potential. These results clearly indicate
• 4:36
  that mineralization remains to be discovered and reinforce
• 4:40
  Langus as a true unique primary silver project.
• 4:44
  Wow. And then there's the pictures.
• 4:46
  Gary, you want to speak on those for a few seconds?

  Yeah, so not only is it high grade, but, you know, native
• 4:52
  silver, which is is, you know, silver, basically raw silver in
• 4:57
  its native form you're seeing and it doesn't.

  The pictures don't do it justice because it just looks white
• 5:03
  here, doesn't it? When you see it, it's super
• 5:05
  bright. It glistens, it's very obvious
• 5:08
  when when you see a native solar, you know, much like you
• 5:12
  see when you see native gold, when you see the gold it's it's
• 5:15
  pretty obvious and and usually you do not see a silver like
• 5:19
  this. This is very unusual to see this
• 5:23
  concentration of silver in in a, you know, core if you look at
• 5:28
  the interval there. So it's not, you know, 10s of
• 5:32
  meters of, of this kind of mineralization, but demand
• 5:35
  spectacular grades here. Again, you don't need a lot of
• 5:38
  this kind of material to, to make a big, big amount of Oz.
• 5:42
  And, you know, not far from that zone, there was a, there's a,
• 5:46
  there's a whole underground working that was about 90 feet
• 5:49
  wide. So they've got some really juicy
• 5:51
  material out of out of this area, which is why we're in and
• 5:54
  around drilling. And what we did here is we, we
• 5:57
  took a, there's a micro XRF scanning technique that's being
• 6:03
  use more commonly now. And what's good about it is
• 6:06
  that, you know, while we see sulfides on the left picture,
• 6:09
  the native silver's obvious because it's really shiny and,
• 6:12
  and like you see, it looks kind of white here, but it's less
• 6:15
  obvious on what the other sulfides are.
• 6:17
  So when we did the micro XRF scanning on this thing, you can
• 6:22
  see on the right image there the pink is showing up as, as
• 6:25
  cobalt, the cobaltite, and then you get the blue, which is
• 6:28
  showing up as nickel sulfide. And then you got some transition
• 6:32
  in there where it's probably a mix of cobalt and nickel.
• 6:34
  But it's pretty clear on, on that map too that you know,
• 6:38
  where where the silver is relative to the rest of it.
• 6:41
  So yeah, pretty, pretty eye popping, pretty impressive.
• 6:44
  We we've never seen anything quite like this ourselves.

  No to to to see actual like you said, native silver in those in
• 6:53
  that drill core is is quite spectacular.
• 6:56
  So I imagine your plans are to keep drilling throughout the
• 7:00
  summer. Any any future plans you can
• 7:03
  share with us? Yeah.

  Well, the plan is, yeah, continue to drill marching along
• 7:08
  these structures, marching along the old workings to see what
• 7:11
  else they missed here. So lots of work to do there.

  Come May, we plan to have mid-May probably a second drill
• 7:17
  turning. So a lot of meterage.
• 7:20
  You know my rule of thumb on these things is you know, 2500
• 7:23
  to 3000 meters per drill per month and you can just do the
• 7:27
  numbers and it just kind of ramps up from that.

  So you know the other great thing about working in this area
• 7:32
  is because of the infrastructure, our drilling
• 7:34
  costs are are super low. We're in the one coming in right
• 7:37
  now. Our budgets are coming in about
• 7:39
  $150.00 a meter all in costs, which are, are definitely on the
• 7:44
  lower end of cost curve for, for drilling operations globally.
• 7:47
  So we're getting a lot of, a lot of bang for a buck, a lot of
• 7:50
  meters for, for the dollars. And yeah, we, we plan to hit it
• 7:53
  hard and, you know, see what we can.
• 7:55
  Yeah, see what else we can stir up here.
• 7:58
  Yeah. I mean, it's, it's not like the
• 7:59
  project is out in the wilderness or in South America or anything
• 8:04
  like that. It's it has this advantage of
• 8:06
  being, I'd imagine close to major highways, the urban city
• 8:11
  that that type of thing. Yeah, exactly.
• 8:13
  Well, it was a, you know, that it's a famous old mining camp,
• 8:16
  but it's a silver mining camp that produced about 500 million
• 8:20
  ounces of silver at quite high grades.
• 8:24
  You know, it hasn't operated. In fact, Langus was the last
• 8:26
  head frame standing here in 1989.
• 8:29
  So it shut down and operated, you know, for a long time, you
• 8:34
  know, in in the camp itself. That's called the cobalt camp.
• 8:37
  But it's, it's really a silver mining camp.
• 8:40
  So it does have a lot of history, great infrastructure,
• 8:43
  you know, lots of little communities there.
• 8:45
  You can grab your coffee and head out to the rig And there's,
• 8:48
  you know, there's power rail, gas, you know, all the
• 8:52
  infrastructure you need for, you know, for a mining operation
• 8:55
  because it's a well known a mining community and, and lots
• 8:58
  of support locally for, you know, for mining.

  Sorry. No, I, I apologize, but there's
• 9:04
  also other metals in this deposit as well, obviously
• 9:07
  cobalt and possibly did I hear you say nickel as well.

  Yeah. Well, what's interesting is and
• 9:13
  we're still trying to sort that out geologically what's going on
• 9:17
  there because we get these native silver.
• 9:20
  And if you saw our previous release that that we put out on
• 9:24
  March 18th, we also had some which is in that link in that
• 9:29
  news release, some quite high grade as well.
• 9:33
  I think that one was we had a 6.8 meters of 9400 gram, almost
• 9:39
  almost 10 kilos of silver there. But that was more native silver
• 9:44
  veins. We saw a little bit of cobaltide
• 9:45
  in that one. So what's interesting about this
• 9:48
  system is it's considered an extensional continental rift
• 9:51
  environment. So the rocks have been pulled
• 9:53
  apart here. And so we're seeing these native
• 9:56
  silver veins and vein that's and disseminated a little.
• 9:59
  Sometimes you get these little rosettes of silver and then
• 10:02
  sometimes you get silver with cobalt and these nickel
• 10:05
  sulfides. And occasionally we get a bit of
• 10:07
  gold and a bit of copper, but those are sort of here, here and
• 10:11
  there. It's it's primary silver.
• 10:13
  And then you get these cobalt nickel sulfides.
• 10:15
  And we're still trying to understand why that is.
• 10:18
  We don't quite fully understand that yet, but we're doing some
• 10:21
  work on it. They get silver, you get silver
• 10:24
  cobalt. Sometimes you get high cobalt,
• 10:27
  no silver. So there's something going on
• 10:30
  there that perhaps geologically that there's a reason why we get
• 10:35
  these spectacular native Silver zones and maybe not so much
• 10:39
  cobalt. So that's, that's a puzzle,
• 10:40
  geological puzzle that I think we'll work through it
• 10:43
  eventually, yeah. Yeah, thank you, Gary.

  So Brixton obviously has the Super exciting Langus project
• 10:53
  and opportunity that we just discussed.

  But I want to mention to our viewer, there's a lot, lot more

  within the company of Brixton. In our closing few minutes here,

  I want to chat about the other big projects.

  You've got the Thorn project up in British Columbia, which has a
• 11:08
  strategic investment with BHP, the mining giant.

  You have the Hog Heaven project in Montana, which is a copper,
• 11:17
  silver, gold project in Ivanhoe Electric is Robert Friedland's
• 11:21
  company is involved with that. And then you have Atlin as well.

  Can you run through them quickly?

  And I forgot to say with Thorne, that's Thorne's a huge copper
• 11:30
  gold related project. Can you give us a rundown on
• 11:33
  what's going on with the other projects that Brixton has as?
• 11:36
  Well, yeah, real exciting year Force.
• 11:38
  Happy to give you the quick rundown.
• 11:41
  So this will be the first time in the company's history that
• 11:44
  all four of Brixton's assets are getting drilled.
• 11:47
  So as you mentioned, Robert Friedland's Ivanhoe Electric in
• 11:51
  Montana, it's called Hog Heaven and they're drilling for the the
• 11:56
  deep causative copper porphyry. We know that there's lots of
• 11:59
  silver, gold shallow in the system and there was a historic
• 12:02
  quite a high grade direct ship or production profile there, but
• 12:07
  also some significant gold, silver and near surface
• 12:11
  mineralization. And but they're drilling deep
• 12:13
  into the porphyry trying to find the, the causative porphyry.
• 12:16
  So they're actively drilling there now.
• 12:19
  So stay tuned on on that. They're earning into the
• 12:22
  project. They have an option to earn 75%
• 12:24
  of that project by spending 40 million and paying Brixton four
• 12:28
  and a half million USD. Now shifting gears into British
• 12:32
  Columbia, we have a option with El Dorado Gold.
• 12:36
  So we stake the large land position in the famous Atland
• 12:40
  Gold Fields camp, which was a plaster gold district in the IT
• 12:44
  really was found in the and, and around the time the Yukon gold
• 12:47
  rush was happening, prospectors ventured off and found a lot of
• 12:50
  gold coming out of the creeks in Atlan.
• 12:53
  And so we staked up a big land position looking for the source
• 12:56
  of that plaster gold and we attracted El Dorado gold.

  They're going into the first drill program this year looking
• 13:04
  for Origenic high grade gold veins.
• 13:07
  We know there's lots of gold there.
• 13:08
  It's just, you know, they got to find it.
• 13:10
  So that's exciting. We also get some cash payments
• 13:12
  out of El Dorado on that. And then of course Thorne has
• 13:15
  been our flagship project in Northwest BC, 2900 square
• 13:20
  kilometer claim block, massive project which is what attracted
• 13:23
  BHP. It's a copper gold for free
• 13:26
  district. So we have big gold targets,
• 13:29
  we've got big copper targets. We've made several discoveries
• 13:33
  on that project, so we plan to do some more work on that.

  For gold, there are some gold specific targets with some very
• 13:40
  high grade gold as well. And last year we made a new
• 13:43
  discovery called catalyst copper gold, new copper gold for free
• 13:48
  from surface and it has that copper, copper to gold 1 to one
• 13:51
  ratio which we're excited about. So yeah, stay tuned.

  This year is going to be big news.

  Blow out of bricks in on lot, firing on all cylinders.
