🚨 Unveiling the Secrets of Silver: Price Surges, FOMO, and Inflation 🚨 · SILVER / GOLD / $UFD: Surviving Global Economic Shifts | RONS BASEMENT

0:00
Should we have silver right now it $95.60.
0:05
We're going to talk about that and I'm going to tell you why.
0:08
But are people afraid to buy silver?
0:11
Are you afraid to buy silver? And what will change that?
0:16
What will bring a new wave of buyers?
0:19
And I mean. It could be absolutely crazy.
0:22
I got to write a note down. Something else just popped into
0:24
my mind right now regarding that.
0:28
I'm telling you guys, it's getting interesting in the world
0:31
of precious metals and it's back the big secret factor that will
0:35
also propel the price of gold and silver higher.
0:39
But let's just dive right in right now about how we could get
0:43
$95.60 silver. And I'm not talking about a long
0:48
shot. I'm talking about something they
0:50
could and some would argue should be the case right now.
0:54
I was listening to Rafi Farber, actually.
0:56
Rafi is gonna be joining me tomorrow.
0:59
We're gonna be recording an interview, so he won't be on
1:02
tomorrow's live stream, but we're gonna be recording.
1:05
And I'm you're probably like me. I'm a big fan of Rafi Farber.
1:09
He's a very, very popular person within the silver and gold
1:14
community. He was talking about the gold to
1:17
silver ratio. And guys, I've said this as
1:20
well. If you look at a long term.
1:26
Sorry I'm getting texts up here from all kinds of people.
1:28
If you look at a long term chart of the gold to silver ratio we
1:33
are in sky high territory. Who says the gold to silver
1:37
ratio? That's the number of Oz of
1:39
silver you need to buy. One ounce of gold should be as
1:43
high as 8085, above 90 not. Too long ago historically,
1:49
right, it's been as low as 7 to 112 to one Rafi was arguing 20
1:54
to one. I thought what if it was 25 to
1:56
one? What do you say like we'll be a
1:58
little more conservative right What if we had a 25 to 1 gold to
2:03
silver ratio right then right there the price would be right
2:07
now, right divide 2390 that's the that's the going price for
2:13
one ounce of gold. Can you believe that?
2:15
We're happy about it, right? But it yet to drag silver up
2:20
with it. But 2390 / 25 and you get that
2:25
clickbait thumbnail title that I put out there.
2:29
Yeah, I know I'll get some heat. That's OK.
2:31
But you get $95.60. OK, think about this.
2:38
If the ratio were to go lower, some people say they could see a
2:41
10 to 1 gold to silver ratio. That's $250 silver.
2:46
If gold continues, worst case scenario, gold continues and
2:51
that's not really a worst case scenario, but you know what I'm
2:54
saying? If let's say gold goes to $3000
2:57
an ounce and we get a a gold to silver ratio of 60, that's fifty
3:03
an ounce for silver. Silver is primed on so many
3:06
levels. It is getting so exciting and we
3:09
got a lot, lot, lot more to talk about that and OK, here we go.
3:14
25 to 1 gold to silver ratio, I believe, or 20 to 1 is what it
3:21
hit back in the 1980s. Remember right when silver went
3:25
to $50 per oz, the gold to silver ratio was at 25 to one.
3:30
But think about this. Silver did not have the all,
3:35
wasn't really being used in solar panels.
3:38
I mean, electronics were around, but nowhere near like we are
3:42
today. Think about the demand for
3:43
electronics, solar panels, electric cars, processor chips
3:49
for artificial intelligence. Yes, that's right.
3:51
Someday you'll be watching some artificial intelligence version
3:55
of me and my basement squawking. But until then, basement
3:59
dwellers, we get to be live with each other right now.
4:02
By the way, time for me to butter you up, buttercup.
4:07
Thank you for being here, right? Whether your name's Neil, Jake,
4:12
Debbie, Otis, Juan, great, any of you, every, every, each and
4:17
every one of you, Ron included. You're a very unique individual.
4:20
It's a big deal that you're here.
4:22
Thank you. Please give this a thumbs up.
4:24
Subscribe if you haven't already and super chats are always super
4:28
appreciated and I try to put them up on the screen but
4:30
sometimes I miss because I am just average so.
4:34
Yes, You know, can we get a 2025 to 1 gold to silver ratio?
4:39
Yes. Come on, man.
4:41
We can get 15. We can get the lower it goes,
4:44
the higher the price of silver goes.
4:45
And we're still rooting for gold to go higher and higher as well.
4:50
That's gold to silver ratios like an elastic band.
4:52
It's built up. It's like if you stretch an
4:54
elastic band as far as you can, right?
4:57
Has all this energy in it. Gold goes higher, Silver
5:01
slingshots. That's what Michael Oliver talks
5:03
about. That's what all these guys talk
5:05
about. That's what we're talking about,
5:07
baby. Huh, Slingshots?
5:10
Who doesn't like slingshots? I was at a woodworking shop in
5:16
Branson, MO on spring break. Branson's an interesting place,
5:19
but there's a really cool old woodworking shop back in the
5:22
corner of this crummy antique mall.
5:25
And this there was some cool. That's where I got my wooden
5:27
barrel. By the way, I was hoping you
5:29
guys would send me some constitutional silver.
5:31
Hold on one SEC. I'm gonna show you this by the
5:35
train whistle from Don. That's wooden.
5:38
But I got this wooden barrel. It's the coolest thing ever.
5:43
It's made out of real cedar. I.
5:44
Love it. You know when you see something.
5:47
I don't buy much. I'm very frugal, OK?
5:50
I'm very cheap. I'm very resourceful, but when I
5:53
saw this, I think it was like 20 bucks or something like that, I
5:56
was like, I'm getting it. I mean, it's made.
5:59
It was made by a 95 year old man.
6:01
I'm going to try to fill it with constitutional silver here.
6:04
We'll get started right now. Silvershire sent me these
6:07
quarters. Listen, hopefully my new Mike's
6:11
picking that up. Oh, you hear that clink?
6:16
That's the sound of real silver. Anyway.
6:18
Where was I? Oh, yeah, slingshot.
6:20
They had slingshots. Wooden, real wooden slingshots
6:22
with big rubber bands. And I was like, ask my kids.
6:25
I'm like, you want one of those? And they're like, Nah.
6:27
Like, you know what you can do with it?
6:29
They're like, Nah. And I thought, you know what?
6:31
That's probably for the best, right?
6:33
Let's get back to gold and silver.
6:34
That's what you're here for. Let's talk about something.
6:42
Let's talk about something we haven't talked about for a
6:44
while. That is the most unbelievable
6:48
good news for gold and silver investors, but in particular for
6:53
silver investors, right? Maybe 5080 hundred $120.00
6:58
silver is not so crazy after all, because we're gonna talk
7:01
about the rule of eight. We haven't talked about that for
7:04
a long time right now, right? One in a hundred of us is
7:09
actually a active silver stacker.
7:12
I mean, somebody maybe even lower than that.
7:14
Maybe one in 200. But we're gonna be conservative
7:17
and say one in 100. Yes, you are a part of an elite
7:21
group. You're like the Navy Seals of
7:23
the investing world. We invest in silver.
7:26
Now, again, this pertains to gold, but we're gonna focus on
7:30
silver. One in a hundred of us.
7:32
OK, guys, when people really wake up, and maybe they're
7:36
starting to wake up, maybe we've gone from .5 to one in 100.
7:40
But if people really wake up, when inflation really takes off
7:45
and this time nobody's going to fall for it, everybody's going
7:48
to be like, no way. We can't.
7:51
I remember what happened in 2022.
7:54
Larry Summers, the 71st Treasury Secretary.
7:58
Hold on a second, the 71st Treasury Secretary of the United
8:07
States even said we had to close to 20% inflation.
8:11
They're gonna run to silver. You've already got yours, you
8:17
little sneaky snake in the grass, right?
8:19
Silver snake in the grass. I've got mine.
8:23
People are going to be going crazy.
8:24
You're going to go to websites, online bullion dealers, they're
8:28
going to say, sorry, we don't have any.
8:30
We're we're, it's gone, right, OK, it's going to go from one in
8:34
100 to 4 in 104 times the amount of money.
8:39
But you know what's going to happen next?
8:41
Because silver buyers buy more as the price goes up easily,
8:47
people are going to double the amount they're buying.
8:49
We could easily see and I mean in the the the drop.
8:53
Of a hat. The the prick of a pen feathers
8:56
will be flying. And what we're going to see
8:59
right are 4 out of 100 people, they're going to be buying twice
9:02
as much. We're going to have eight times
9:04
as much money in the silver market.
9:06
Hey, Snake Bite, thank you for the Super chat.
9:10
Those things light up. They light up my mood.
9:12
Thank you snakebite 8 times you know what happens when eight
9:16
times as much money comes into the silver market No silver for
9:19
you no silver for me Well, you already have your silver I
9:24
already have my silver the the retail market Mike from Pinbex
9:29
and I've got more big news from Mike he.
9:32
Sent me a couple paragraphs to give us an update on what he's
9:35
seen. Right, an executive in an online
9:39
bullion dealer right now. Yeah, this is news as of this
9:42
morning. But he shared with me before,
9:44
like you have to realize the retail silver and gold bullion
9:50
is just a it's like a it's like a small layer of the total
9:54
demand profile, but it's very important, right?
9:57
Prices are set on the margin. All right, OK, that's the fact
10:03
and. We can get in a situation where
10:05
your local coin shop. No silver, right?
10:08
Online bullion dealers, No silver.
10:10
It can happen, and it can happen very, very quickly.
10:14
OK, something we need to be What about gold?
10:20
What about gold? What is gold?
10:22
Yeah, gold. What about 20,000?
10:26
I didn't say this. Don't get mad at me again.
10:28
OK, $20,000 gold, $200,000 gold. OK, Matthew Pipenberg, do you
10:36
know him? He works with that guy.
10:38
Ergon gone. These are the smart guys.
10:40
I think they're in Switzerland or something.
10:42
Gold, Switzerland. I don't know, These are like the
10:44
sophisticated hedge fund super smart.
10:48
They're the gold goobers. He, he has an article.
10:51
It was on Zero Hedge. Hold on here, let me show you
10:53
this. But I'm gonna show you
10:55
something, a chart that he has that shows.
10:58
It actually says, I believe we're gonna, we're gonna refresh
11:01
our memories together here, $200,000 gold, $20,000 gold.
11:06
But it makes sense. That's the thing, guys, all this
11:10
makes sense, $100 silver makes sense.
11:15
Keith Newmayer is not a crackpot, right?
11:17
He's the, he's like a warrior in the silver community.
11:21
Triple digit silver. It makes sense.
11:24
Can you work a calculator? Yes.
11:27
Right. Can you look at the US debt
11:28
clock? Yes, right.
11:30
Can you look at the can you look at how much the dollar?
11:34
And this is gonna shock you. The dollar has lost in value
11:39
against gold since 1971. And then extrapolate, which
11:44
means, I don't know, apply that forward.
11:47
Because when you do, right, you get you, you, you get.
11:52
I'm not wearing socks. That's about, you know, people
11:55
always ask me behind the scenes. I'm wearing sandals.
11:57
I hate socks. I will wear them nonetheless.
12:00
This will knock my. Knock your sandals off.
12:02
If you're wearing sandals, knock your shorts off.
12:05
Knock whatever off. All right, enough of that.
12:07
Let's go check this out. It's time for your socks to be
12:09
knocked. Knock socks.
12:11
Where'd it go? Here it is.
12:14
OK, let me make sure you can see this.
12:17
Yes, you should. Thank you, Snake Pipe, snake
12:21
Bite for the Super chats. Super chats go a long way.
12:24
All right, here we go guys. This was it's an article on Zero
12:27
Hedge. I'm going to talk more about it
12:29
in the coming week. But Matthew Pipenberg and he
12:33
brings up this chart. Look at the top.
12:36
OK, 1971 gold, $35 from 1971 to 2024.
12:44
OK, the dollar has dropped 98.5% against gold to today's price
12:51
2300, which really is much more closer to 2400.
12:55
So we can say probably lost 98.8% of its value.
12:59
If it goes down, Go to the right side to the red box.
13:02
From here, a further 90 to 99% between 2025 and 2030.
13:12
Twenty. $1000 Gold or $200,000 gold.
13:17
So let me ask you a question. This is where it gets so
13:21
interesting. OK, from 1971, right?
13:25
I that's I was born in 1970 through.
13:27
Today, I think it's safe to say that the United States enjoyed
13:32
the most conducive environment for the US dollar.
13:37
We ruled the world, OK? We, you know, sure, we had
13:41
difficulties, but we ruled the world.
13:44
We had everything in our favor or many big factors in our favor
13:49
between 1971 and 2024. And we I, I, I mean, I just have
13:55
to say it. I usually know it's Saturday.
13:56
I'll get dirty. We pooped the bed.
13:59
OK, Look, the dollar went down 98% during the best of times.
14:05
That's the blue box. The best of times, the dollar
14:09
went down almost 99%. We'll round up.
14:12
OK, 'cause that number's higher. Go over here.
14:16
Do you, let me ask you a question.
14:17
Don't you feel like the next 40 or 50 years are going to be much
14:22
more difficult, challenging for the United States, right?
14:27
Heck, we got two wars going on right now.
14:29
We've got the national debt. We've got domestic social
14:34
problems. We have domestic political
14:36
problems. We have fiscal monetary
14:40
problems. We have banking problems.
14:42
We have. We got, you know, Bidenomics.
14:49
I think that we're in very, I mean, if we lost that much
14:52
during the best of times, I think it's safe to extrapolate
14:57
that in the future we're going to lose more and we're going to
15:00
lose a lot more quickly. And if you do the math on that,
15:03
yeah, guys, you know, it's not me.
15:05
Don't get mad at me. We get 20,000 or two, $200,000
15:10
gold. Let me see here, $200,000 gold.
15:13
I'm going to you stay with me. I'm going to have a drink of
15:15
coffee and do some math on $200,000 gold.
15:20
And where is this here? Hold on a second.
15:23
Hold on. My kids are texting me.
15:28
OK, hold on. Yep, my kids are coming home at
15:30
5:00. Just so you know.
15:31
Let's see, we have $200,000 gold.
15:34
OK, And let's say the the gold to silver ratio goes to 40.
15:41
Oh, that's only $5000 silver. Are you ready to see my pretty
15:48
smiling face again? I bet you are.
15:52
What are we going to talk about now, $50,000 silver?
15:56
Whatever, $40,000 silver. Oh, we're going to talk about
15:59
people being scared. There's all this talk about
16:02
people are scared to buy silver. Well, a lot of people.
16:05
And there is. There's a wall.
16:07
OK, we're going to well, let's, let's talk about what Mike from
16:10
Pimbeck said, OK, I contact him every couple weeks.
16:13
I'm like, hey, what's going on? What's your feel for the market?
16:16
This guy's. Living the silver and gold
16:19
market every day and Mike and Brian, the brothers that run
16:23
Pimbecks are the best. You know what, I'm gonna do my
16:25
commercial here real quick because I use Pimbecks when I
16:29
buy metals. I'd highly recommend you
16:31
consider checking them out next time you buy metals because I
16:35
know what you'll find. You'll find they have the most
16:38
competitive prices, they have all the selection you want, and
16:44
they're a company you can trust. And it's a little added bonus.
16:47
The packages come wrapped up like Fort Knox.
16:50
Yes, you better have scissors, maybe a razor knife.
16:53
It's going to take you a little while to get to your silver, but
16:56
you'll know that it came to you in the perfect condition as it
17:01
was shipped. Check out pimbex Pi MB E
17:04
xpimbex.com. But let's hear what Mike had to
17:06
say about the bullion industry, right?
17:12
He's living this every day. All right, so I copied this so I
17:15
could read it to you. He said, hey, Ron.
17:18
And this is the kind of guy he is very nice, very quality guy.
17:22
Hope you and the family are well.
17:24
Here's our insight. He said, quote, quote, this week
17:30
experienced A slight pullback of retail volume compared to the
17:34
last eight weeks of activity. Yeah, people are are kind of
17:37
slowing down. Still demand exists at this new
17:40
price floor. What's also interesting is we're
17:44
receiving more calls from folks looking to sell some of their
17:48
gold to exchange for silver. Very interesting people, right?
17:53
These people, people are thinking if I can trade one
17:56
ounce of gold for 80 ounces of silver, Yeah, that makes that
18:00
makes sense. I'd say the silver bulls are out
18:03
in force. And we're picking up that
18:06
sentiment through the phone lines every single day.
18:09
I think. Yeah, You know, I want to add
18:13
this. Forget who I was talking to, but
18:16
but guys, the silver investor, oh, we were talking about the
18:20
silver squeeze and the potential.
18:23
I was talking with the silver hermit, our good friend, the
18:25
silver hermit, talking about a silver squeeze, right.
18:27
Remember the big silver squeeze back three years ago, almost
18:31
exactly three years ago. And and I how do you feel about
18:36
this? To me, yeah, That brought a
18:37
spike in the silver price, a spike in the number of people
18:42
who were interested in silver, but it kind of quickly fell off.
18:46
And it feels like to me, definitely, and this probably
18:49
includes you over the last three or three years, the new breed,
18:53
the people that have joined the silver movement are much more
18:57
solid, much more long term oriented.
19:01
And that's what we want, right? And right now we know, right,
19:05
the supplies of silver are under massive, massive amounts of
19:10
stress. And as a result of that, right,
19:13
if we get in a situation where there is a supply shortage on
19:17
the retail side, right, it's probably not going to be the
19:21
same short term spike that we saw last time.
19:24
So I think that we have a new breed of silver stackers.
19:29
OK, looking around the broader retail space, oh, this is
19:34
interesting. 2024 Eagles are back ordered out as far as June.
19:40
But Please note Pendeks is currently shipping out by 4:26.
19:44
So if you want to get some Eagles, I'm not telling you what
19:47
to do, but in the, in the, the premiums on the Eagles are still
19:52
reasonable. Guys, a year ago right now or a
19:56
little under a year ago right now after the bad situation,
20:00
people were paying like 100% premiums on American Silver
20:04
Eagles coin shop. Chris told me they were selling
20:06
Eagles at the height of that situation for like $52 each, you
20:13
know, And I think silver at the time was like 2627 anyway.
20:18
The premiums on Eagles remain reasonable for now, right?
20:21
I don't have a crystal ball, just telling you my thoughts.
20:24
Wholesalers are still receiving regular shipments, but
20:27
everything is stretching out and we're seeing the start of a
20:30
supply crunch possibly. We hope the US Mint can step up
20:34
their efforts, but only time will tell.
20:36
Take care, Mike. Thank you Mike from Pinbex for
20:39
that. Hey, let's come back here.
20:41
Hold on guys, I apologize. This is driving me crazy, but
20:45
I'm getting oh, Susie's on. Hey, Susie, hold on, everybody.
20:50
Say hi to Susie. I didn't know she was home.
20:53
I thought she left me again. Hi, Susie.
20:57
I have Milwaukee on. OK.
20:58
I got to do the pocket pinger and cool, Now I know where Susie
21:02
is. I got I was like, I couldn't
21:04
find Susie. You know, when you've got a
21:08
great wife like I do, I got to kind of keep track of her.
21:11
You know, I'm going to do this is 100 thumbs up.
21:14
We're going to do the pinger. It's fun to do.
21:17
Oh, you know, what can I do this hold on.
21:26
This is the pocket pinger. There you go, guys.
21:33
Thank you for the thumbs up. Thank 500 people.
21:35
And we got so much more to. So why are people scared?
21:40
Why are people scared to buy silver?
21:42
And what is going to happen is going to make a wave of new
21:45
people come in. I'm gonna tell you why people
21:47
are scared, OK? Because Big Brother or the
21:51
government, whoever, what they set out to do in 1974, they're
21:56
succeeding up till now. Will that change?
22:00
But why? Why?
22:01
How? And why are they scaring people?
22:04
Let's have a drink of coffee. Hold on.
22:15
OK. The mic should be back on.
22:17
This is why OK, my coin shop retail contacts are are the same
22:23
what Mike says and I'm listening to other people as well.
22:25
People are both buying and selling but but but but there is
22:31
a a movement of people selling back just to pay their bills.
22:35
OK, but why are people afraid to buy silver?
22:39
We're going to get to that. Don't you worry.
22:41
Basement dwellers. OK, premiums are ticking up like
22:43
Mike said. I've also heard from other
22:46
people that 10 oz bars, bigger denomination silver bars are
22:51
picking up as well. People are moving to that
22:54
because premiums are starting to take up prices.
22:56
But why aren't people buying? Why yet aren't people buying?
23:01
And this is real easy. And I promise I won't show this
23:04
to you again, but we got to cover it one more time.
23:07
And it's real easy because that's what the government
23:10
wants. They want you to be discouraged.
23:14
They want silver investors to throw.
23:16
Just like those people that joined us during the Silver
23:20
Squeeze think. About it, why did?
23:22
They leave, right? Remember, we had like 100,000
23:25
people or 150,000 people that joined Wall Street Silver.
23:29
They were, oh, we're gonna be. So we're gonna, you know, and
23:32
Wall Street Silver's still great.
23:33
So is the silver Dijon. Club.
23:35
Now I bet it's a much different crowd of people there.
23:39
OK, why did those short timers give up?
23:42
Because of volatility? And who?
23:45
And that's the plan. That's how they want to trick
23:48
people out of being in silver. We could still have it again,
23:51
right? That's what the smashes are.
23:53
That's the manipulation of the silver price it was done on.
23:57
Purpose and I I'm sorry, but we just have to go through it here
24:01
one more time. If this was a leaked document as
24:05
they were setting up the, the, the, the futures markets, the
24:10
COMEX and the LBMA, OK, The major impact of private US
24:14
ownership, limited official use. This is OK for public
24:18
consumption. Now, now that they've succeeded
24:21
and discouraging people from buying silver and gold, big
24:24
paragraph to the dealer's expectations will be the
24:29
formation of a sizable gold futures market.
24:32
They're talking about gold, but they're doing the same thing
24:35
with silver, OK? Each of the dealers expressed
24:39
the belief these are the guys that are setting up the futures
24:42
market, that the futures market would be of significant
24:45
proportion and physical trading would be minuscule by
24:50
comparison. The futures market would be
24:53
massive compared to the actual physical market, OK, Right.
24:58
And they've succeeded in that. We know with silver there's
25:01
like. Hundreds of Unicorn fart dust
25:04
paper make believe silver oz is being traded every day.
25:07
We know in the COMEX on these days when we have the price of
25:11
silver go down by like $2.00 per oz, they'll trade like 10% of
25:17
the entire year's production. I mean, it's insane.
25:21
It's absolutely insane, but they're.
25:22
Talking if this is 1974, when they're setting this up, they're
25:26
saying we'll dominate the physical market with the paper
25:32
contracts underlined in red. Also expressed was the
25:36
expectation that large volume futures dealings would create a
25:43
highly volatile market like we just talked about.
25:47
Why are people afraid to buy silver?
25:49
Why did all the silver squeeze people from three, three years
25:52
ago? Leave volatility, big price
25:54
swings, frustration. OK, we'll create a volatile
25:58
market. In turn, the volatile price
26:02
movements would diminish the initial demand for physical
26:07
holding volatility, right? Would keep people from even
26:11
wanting that initial demand, the initial purchase of physical
26:15
silver or gold. They didn't fool you, did they?
26:20
They didn't fool me. No.
26:22
Uh huh. Sorry, boys, I was four years
26:24
old. You may have fooled me for a few
26:26
years in the beginning, but you're not fooling me now.
26:28
And and this is the big part that's I don't know why it's not
26:32
underlined in red, but anyway, and most likely negate long term
26:39
hoarding. Are we hoarders by U.S.
26:45
citizens? Take a look at my basement.
26:48
I mean, who would who in their right mind would say we're
26:51
hoarders? Take a look around here, guys.
26:54
Huh. You know I got the old toilet
26:56
seat down. I mean what the?
26:58
Heck. Oh, if you could only see what
27:00
else is down here. Yeah, I'm a hoarder.
27:02
I'll hoard. Silver, sorry, sorry, Comex and
27:06
LBMA sorry. U.S. government trying to trying
27:10
to negate us from buying silver and gold trying to dissuade us
27:14
from buying. Sorry.
27:15
You know what? Because you know why Basement.
27:18
You know why? Because you, you were.
27:21
You were forced. In high school to learn about
27:24
the United States Constitution. And we're sorry, but but what
27:28
those guys did is against what the founding fathers stood for,
27:33
for you and me. And don't worry, I'm not going
27:35
to go on that big speech. But those founding fathers at
27:38
great risk to their own personal safety and the safety of their
27:42
families. Some of them had their houses
27:43
burnt down. They wrote the Constitution and
27:46
in that document expressly it says silver and gold are real
27:52
money. Hey, thank you to channel
27:54
sponsor first Mining Gold. You can learn more about them at
27:58
firstmininggold.com. They have two multi million
28:01
ounce development stage projects in Canada and they have four
28:04
other projects in which they own a significant interest.
28:08
All development stage gold projects.
28:11
Lots of gold in the ground in Canada.
28:14
Check them out. It's a stock I own.
28:15
I'm not getting financial advice.
28:17
I also own a big position in Fortuna Silver, Full disclosure,
28:23
they're a channel sponsor. It's a company I love.
28:26
The CEO is a guy that I really look up to.
28:29
Jorge Genoza, for almost 20 years, has built it into a
28:33
silver and gold producing juggernaut.
28:36
You can learn more about them at fortunasilver.com.
28:39
Where was I? Volatility.
28:41
So that's why nobody's fine. But what's going to change that?
28:45
OK, FOMO, FOMO, fear of missing out.
28:51
That's what's going to change it.
28:53
OK, FOMO will kick in. I got the number for you.
28:57
OK, at $34.50, when silver hits $34.50, watch out.
29:04
That's when the Costco crowd comes rushing in even more.
29:10
And when I say the Costco crowd, there's us.
29:13
Think about us. We're one layer of silver and
29:16
gold investors. We're smart.
29:17
We buy our metals from specialist companies like
29:20
Pendex, right? Who know how to package silver
29:23
and gold, know how to get the best products, the best prices.
29:26
Then you get the Costco crowd, OK, and, and, and and, and.
29:31
They're the newbies, right? They're, you know, talking to
29:35
their friends. Oh, yeah, I bought some gold
29:37
from Costco, Round, round, round.
29:39
Well, then, right when the price gets to 35 an ounce, that's when
29:45
it's it. The floodgate opens, right?
29:47
That's when we get that eight times the amount of money coming
29:50
into the silver and gold market. It's gonna come rushing in.
29:53
Don't forget, guys, don't forget.
29:57
I wish I had it, but just envision there's a massive large
30:03
cup and handle right here. Looks like this.
30:08
See, there's my kids. Hey, I'm, it's, I had made this
30:12
cup for Susie and then she dropped it and so and I other
30:17
Susie and me a long time ago at the beach.
30:19
That's when our girls were babies.
30:20
Anyway, this is about silver. It's at starts in 1980.
30:25
Well, I, I can't tell which way is right and left.
30:28
Anyway, 198050 dollars, 2011, $50 It makes a cup and right now
30:35
we're in the handle and the handle shoots up and I'm going
30:38
to tell you, I'm going to tell you.
30:40
This is one of my favorite pictures.
30:42
Then I'm done showing her. I know, I know.
30:46
Aren't they cute? That was like 10 years ago.
30:50
Anyway, then the price goes. Through the roof, roof, roof,
30:54
roof, roof. You want to see a picture of me
30:56
and Mama? You want to see a picture of me
30:58
and Mama? You who Mama is?
31:00
I got the best mommy in the world and dad, OK, and they're
31:03
still alive. They're, I don't know, let's say
31:07
in the 80 range. My mom's still very beautiful.
31:10
People don't believe how how young or, or well, anyway, they
31:13
think she's a lot younger. I'm on thin ice right now, baby.
31:18
But there's another lady I know named Mama.
31:20
I talk about her on a regular basis.
31:22
She shows up to clean the building where I do a little
31:25
work at from time to time, Monday through Friday evenings.
31:29
She's from Venezuela. She loves silver and gold.
31:32
I saw her today. I got a picture of Mama.
31:34
I'm going to show it. I put it on the community tab
31:36
earlier. Let's see.
31:38
Which one am I gonna use? This one?
31:39
Hold on. Where's Mama?
31:41
Me and Mama, anyway, We were talking about silver and gold
31:46
this morning. There we are.
31:48
That's a fake background, by the way.
31:49
We're really not in the mountains.
31:53
She has, like, kids, a bunch of grandkids, and she works and
31:56
she's lovely. She lived through a
32:00
hyperinflation guys. She lived through and then she's
32:04
Venezuelan. Did I say that already?
32:05
She's from Venezuela, I think she's been here like 2 years
32:08
now. Sweetest lady in the world.
32:10
She has she. Knows.
32:12
And I'll ask her and I'll say what about did silver?
32:15
Gold. Oh yes.
32:16
Oh my gosh. Her eyes light up.
32:18
She's like silver and gold saved people.
32:21
OK, Venezuela had just the craziest.
32:27
Let's see if I can find it here quickly.
32:29
I mean, you know the price of silver in Venezuela.
32:33
You can't even I think there's not a I'm not even going to do.
32:35
There's not a computer screen big enough to show how high it
32:39
went up. OK, It's absolutely crazy.
32:43
She knows and and she knows the exactly.
32:46
And I asked her, I she speaks about as much English as I speak
32:50
Spanish. But I'm like, I'll show her the
32:52
paper dollars, you know, 'cause I always have a piece of silver
32:54
with me and, and paper. And she's like, yet she knows
32:57
paper money is going absolutely nowhere.
33:02
OK. Trust me.
33:05
Just wanted to prove to you Mama really exists.
33:08
Where were we? OK, Yeah.
33:15
Oh, there's two. Susie just yelled at me. 200
33:18
likes. Hold on.
33:18
Wait a minute, wait a minute. I got a did I get a super chat?
33:22
Oh, man, I I think I may have lost the Hey, metal sear.
33:26
How you doing? Huh.
33:29
Yes, Mike Maloney has said right this 44 year cup and he may have
33:34
put out a video about it. Go check it out.
33:37
OK. We are in a massive cup and
33:39
handle for silver. It could be absolutely crazy.
33:42
I got to ring the cowbell with the new microphone. having fun.
33:50
We. Got so much more to talk about.
33:52
Let's do an update. Let's look at hey, hey now let's
33:55
just go crazy about silver and gold.
33:59
Let's make believe. Remember that that document I
34:01
showed you earlier, which clearly showed that our
34:05
government wanted to manipulate the price of silver and gold?
34:09
Well, to me, I think it does clearly show let's go look at a
34:13
market. That doesn't want to manipulate
34:16
the price of silver and gold. As a matter of fact, I saw a
34:18
Chinese government or Chinese state media interviews with
34:23
refiners, with people that are in the silver and gold industry.
34:28
James Anderson from SD Bullion had a video out, I don't know,
34:31
six months ago he had these. Great.
34:33
Clips these refiners saying we need more silver.
34:37
You know, laughing at the United.
34:39
States saying, oh, it's based on what the Federal Reserve says
34:43
what you know that doesn't that doesn't shouldn't impact the
34:46
price of silver. All right, we talked about that
34:49
ad nauseam, but let's go look at China.
34:50
Let's do our update here quickly, quickly and see what
34:54
the price of silver is in a country that actually sells
34:59
silver on a physical basis. Our friend the Oriental ghost OK
35:04
says here. Oh, oh, I we talked about this
35:09
yesterday. That's OK.
35:10
We'll talk about it again today. Because we're going to talk
35:12
about panic. Panic does that?
35:15
Does a silver panic? Does that sound like silver
35:17
squeeze? OK, I'll read it quickly.
35:19
April 19th, the market data on the Shanghai Gold Exchange and
35:23
the Shanghai Futures Exchange. The silver vaults of the
35:27
Shanghai Futures Exchange dropped instead of new low since
35:31
the C19 pandemic. Investors here.
35:34
Think this is a guy? On the ground in China, China is
35:38
taking over the precious metal sector.
35:41
OK, I'm sorry, maybe they're in the process, somewhere in the
35:46
process of taking it over. But investors here, parentheses
35:50
in China think that if inventory continues to drop without
35:55
replenishment, it will trigger. My blood pressure's going up.
35:59
Let's highlight that and look. At that, everybody smile with
36:03
me. A silver panic.
36:06
Oh, John Little from thepickaxe.com had an article
36:10
out. If you're not, if you're not
36:12
subscribed to the pickaxe and the Silver Academy, you're
36:14
missing out. He puts out a great article
36:16
every single day. He had one from somebody whose
36:20
wife was on the ground in China, who speaks fluent Mandarin.
36:26
Who said that? The government.
36:28
Sit down, smile, everybody. The government in China is now
36:34
encouraging the citizenry to buy Silver Panic.
36:41
Silver Panic. I don't know.
36:43
I could be wrong, don't make any financial decisions based upon
36:46
anything I'm saying. But if again, look at silver on
36:50
the Shanghai Gold Exchange, the SGE, the top line go to the
36:55
right 31 dollar 8187 cents went up.
37:01
That's a physical market Shanghai Futures Exchange,
37:04
$31.87. China is taking all the world.
37:09
They're I hear they're take they're buying copper.
37:11
They're buying are they buying gold?
37:13
No, no, they're not buying gold. They're not buying any gold, are
37:18
they? No, no, they're not.
37:20
Oh hey, metal sear. Hold on, we got another shoe.
37:24
You guys are super. Oh oh, that one didn't come up.
37:27
Hold on. Metal sear.
37:28
Here it is. Show.
37:30
Here we go. I like his.
37:32
His old car says credit. Mike Maloney.
37:35
OK, I already had that one up. OK, got it.
37:40
Hey, I got a new microphone, Got a new computer.
37:42
Hopefully things are a little sound a little better.
37:45
Look a little better. I'm gonna get a whole new
37:47
basement before you know it, right?
37:49
I think I'll. Maybe I'll fill the basement
37:51
with silver bars. What do you think?
37:53
Anyway, China's taking over. OK, OK, here.
37:58
I'm gonna read this. Excuse me?
38:01
Read this for you after we have a sip of coffee.
38:12
OK, Silver Institute numbers, and I wrote this, which are a
38:18
bunch of BS to the downside. OK, the Silver Institute just
38:22
came out with their big report Indicate to us a massive upside
38:26
potential. Everybody's busting the Silver
38:29
Institute. I mean, there's been anyway.
38:33
So the real numbers a lot of people think are much different
38:36
than what the Silver Institute says.
38:38
And the real numbers some people think are much more favorable
38:46
that the supply numbers might be a little lower and the demand
38:50
numbers might be a lot higher is what I'm gathering.
38:53
OK, a massive upside potential right now though, even their
38:58
numbers, it's like it's crazy out there guys.
39:01
It's it's crazy. The supply demand fundamentals
39:04
are insane, even based on their numbers.
39:07
And, and on top of that, we've got the dollar even even with
39:12
the Silver Institute numbers, this massive deficit that we
39:17
have right now in the world of silver that that's fine, that's
39:20
great, the fundamentals, but they're probably even more
39:23
exaggerated than what the Silver Institute is showing.
39:25
But wait, there's more silver investors because gets like we
39:28
showed earlier with that gold chart, with the dollar losing
39:32
value against gold, well, guess what?
39:34
It's the exact same darn thing for silver.
39:38
So we've got the supply demand for silver, which is way
39:42
different than gold, right? Gold is an investment vehicle
39:45
and it's great for gold. We're rooting for gold, but
39:48
silver's way different, right this.
39:51
The Silver Institute said that the industrial use of silver was
39:55
like 710 million oz. The mining companies only dig up
39:59
800 and something million. Basically all the silver coming
40:03
out of the ground is being consumed by industry.
40:07
That means that what investors are buying is being sucked out
40:10
of the above ground inventory. That number is finite.
40:15
It's not. You can't print silver.
40:18
It's finite. OK, so we know that that that
40:22
above ground inventory that's being used to plug the deficit
40:26
is being chipped away at. Get out your get out your little
40:29
chipper. I don't have a chipper.
40:31
I need to get a hammer. But chipped away at, OK.
40:33
And it's not gonna last forever. We know that.
40:36
OK, It's. I'm sorry.
40:38
Getting a little wound up. Bear with me one thing that will
40:48
drive the price of gold and silver in the future.
40:50
Remember the one factor that every silver and gold stacker
40:53
learned about? Uh oh.
40:55
What's the one factor that we all learned about?
40:59
I teased you at the beginning with this, right?
41:01
The secret factor. What did we all learn about?
41:06
But when did you? When?
41:09
When did you? Become a So when did you become
41:12
a basement dweller? By the way, I'm glad you're
41:14
here. Please, thumbs up.
41:15
Subscribe. Super chats are always super
41:17
appreciated. But when did you learn about
41:19
silver and gold, the Fiat money system, paper money, money
41:23
printers, Unicorn fart dust, all that fun stuff?
41:27
When did you learn? I don't know, everybody's
41:30
different. I learned it about 20 years ago
41:32
and right. And at the end of the day, the
41:36
biggest reason, the biggest reason that we all learned was
41:41
inflation, right? Inflation is no matter.
41:44
Whether you're talking about inflation in U.S. dollars,
41:48
Japanese yen, EUR, Confederate dollars, German Deutsch marks,
41:57
whatever the Romans used, whatever, whatever U.S. dollars
42:02
today. Remember that chart earlier of
42:04
gold losing 98.5% of its value? The dollar lost against gold.
42:11
Inflation is the key, guys. OK.
42:15
And what are we hearing about now?
42:17
Oh, the Fed. Oh, let's get him out.
42:19
What do you say, guys? You want to say hi to Gomer
42:21
Pyle? Let's get Gomer out here.
42:23
He is, right? Remember him?
42:29
Oh, yeah, there he is. Yep, Yep.
42:32
Hold on. Guess what he's got in there
42:36
with him. Oh, man.
42:38
It's the prettiest thing in the world.
42:41
Get a couple of them while you can.
42:43
I'm telling you what, These things are beautiful.
42:47
Right. Here's the solution for Gomer.
42:50
Right. Put the silver eagle in the box.
42:53
What are we hearing about On serious note?
42:57
OK, let's talk about the Federal Reserve.
42:59
Let's be professional. More and more Federal Reserve
43:03
officials, the governors, what I like to refer to as the clown
43:07
show, have been coming out lately and saying that maybe
43:11
they're not going to be able to lower interest rates this year.
43:14
Yes. Remember just a few months ago
43:16
we were all told that there would be 6-5 or six interest
43:20
rate cuts in 2024. Well, no longer is that the
43:24
case, basement dwellers, because we got a little.
43:26
Problem Houston, we have a problem it starts with an I it's
43:32
called inflation. We're hearing about inflation
43:37
again. What did we just talk about?
43:39
What was the number one thing that all of us learned?
43:42
Why we buy silver and gold? Because.
43:45
It protects you against inflation.
43:50
Think about that for a second. Inflation you may not have
43:53
realized. I just realized.
43:56
Right. Maybe that has something to do
43:58
with why the price of gold and silver are going up.
44:01
Do you think inflation's going to get better?
44:03
Do you think the dollar, Huh. No, baby, that ship sailed,
44:08
right? Thanks.
44:08
To your irresponsible I'm sorry. Thanks to your irresponsible
44:12
politicians in Washington, that ship has sailed.
44:16
We will no longer be able to control inflation.
44:20
They're going to blame it on all kinds of things.
44:22
I mean, remember, wasn't it, didn't they try to blame it on
44:26
Vladimir Putin? Putin.
44:28
Whatever. I can never say his name, right?
44:30
I'm Susie's gonna yell at me when I go upstairs.
44:33
That amongst other things anyway.
44:35
Then they call it Putin's inflation.
44:37
During, when they, you know, I mean, come on, man.
44:40
How about we call it what it is, right?
44:42
Bidenomic inflation, money printing inflation, That's what
44:46
it is. And that's what gold and silver,
44:48
That's that's the secret factor. Look, I got news for you, OK?
44:55
the Fed, and I've been saying this for months now, everybody's
44:58
saying I was right about something.
45:00
You know, you come to the basement often enough, you're
45:03
going to hear something. That's right.
45:05
But I've said all on the Fed's not going to lower rates.
45:08
Fed's not going to raise rate. They can't lower rates.
45:11
They lower rates. Oh baby, inflation skyrockets If
45:15
they raise rates. The government goes bust
45:18
quicker. Corporations go.
45:22
Go bust quicker, right? The corporations are in no
45:25
better shape. But I mean, it's a joke.
45:29
Look at AT&T. Look at Here's two big stocks we
45:32
own, AT&T and 3M. Those are the big, you know, but
45:35
you look at any big major corporation, Fortune 500
45:39
company, they got debt through their ears.
45:42
A lot of them have more debt than they have assets.
45:44
They're upside down these rates and they got to refinance all
45:48
this debt going forward. They're going.
45:50
It's going to kill. Them just like the commercial
45:53
real estate, right, that would get killed at higher rates.
45:56
The banking sector killed everything is going down the
46:00
tubes. They're not gonna raise rates
46:01
the only way, the only way that the Fed.
46:05
Can This is sad. The only way the Fed can really
46:09
control inflation is to let the economy crash.
46:12
A depression that would put prices down but that would kill
46:15
everything. Then you know it's a it's a big,
46:18
big, big mess. Inflation.
46:21
I'm gonna inflation is the king factor for precious metals
46:25
prices over decades, centuries and the Millennium.
46:29
Nothing has driven the silver and gold price higher like this.
46:32
That's a fact. Thousands of years inflation.
46:35
Inflation's the same thing as saying devaluation of paper make
46:40
believe currency, right? Like the Romans started clipping
46:45
silver out of their coins like pie pieces.
46:47
Anyway, it's back with a vengeance.
46:51
And the inflation is theft from the middle and lower class.
46:55
And it's only gonna get. Uh oh.
46:59
Could I hit the camera? Oh, no, I lost.
47:01
You guys. Hold on, hold on.
47:07
Uh oh. Settings.
47:09
Oh, here we go. No, I don't want the webcam.
47:13
Uh oh. Hold on, guys, if you can still
47:16
hear me, I'm coming back. Start Cam.
47:22
That's the webcam. We don't want that.
47:25
Hey, welcome to the home of of How did I unplug the camera?
47:31
Bear with me, see if I can fix this.
47:40
Come on. Why is that not working?
47:45
Hello. Hold on, guys.
47:52
Bear with me. Here we go.
47:57
This darn I bought this new laptop.
47:59
Well, I bought it used and the the connections are goofy
48:05
anyway. Sorry about that.
48:07
Sorry we lost the camera there for a second.
48:09
Where was I, darn it. Inflation.
48:11
The king factor. OK, Inflation theft.
48:13
It's theft from the middle class, OK, 'cause they could
48:16
either raise taxes on the rich or print money.
48:20
Think about, think about it in simple terms.
48:22
I mean, we're gonna, we're gonna learn something very critical
48:24
'cause you always heard, we hear, like, oh, inflation's
48:28
theft from the middle class and the lower class and even the
48:31
upper middle class. Inflation is theft.
48:33
Here's why. Let's say you got a country,
48:35
let's just be make believe that country that spends more money
48:38
than it brings in. OK, Right.
48:41
Yeah. Country like the United States.
48:44
Right, Joe Biden cannot work a calculator.
48:47
That I digress, and neither could the presidents before him.
48:50
So I'm not just busting on Joe Biden for that.
48:52
It's not a political show. None the less.
48:54
Country spends more money than they bring in.
48:58
OK, they got a choice, right? Basically, they can either can
49:03
they raise taxes? Well, the rich don't want that,
49:06
right? Or they can dilute the currency.
49:11
But here's where it gets interesting.
49:13
If they dilute the currency, things like stocks go up in
49:17
price. Things like real estate go up in
49:19
price, things like real assets. And who owns most of those?
49:23
The Ultra. Wealthy.
49:24
So that's the that's the situation.
49:28
Inflation is the king, right? The king factor that we got to
49:32
keep our eyes on. And then as a you want the final
49:34
little added bonus on top of that.
49:36
There's a big bonus on top of that geopolitical uncertainty,
49:41
war, and we've got that as well. We've got the perfect weather
49:45
system, right? If we were tornado chasers, we
49:49
would have the perfect weather system for tornadoes.
49:52
If we're gold and silver investors like you and I are,
49:56
we've got the perfect, absolute perfect weather system for much,
50:00
much higher because we've got the devaluation of the currency,
50:05
the inflation situation, check. But we also have a geopolitical
50:10
situation, war and BRICS. If you heard of Brazil, Russia,
50:15
India, China, South Africa, Iran, Saudi Arabia, Ethiopia,
50:19
Egypt and the United Arab Emirates, 10 countries that have
50:23
bound together. Oh yeah, Iran's in there with
50:27
China and Russia and Saudi Arabia and a whole host of like,
50:33
gosh, only knows 30 or 40 other countries that want to join
50:37
them. The world right at the same time
50:41
that the United States is fiscally and monetarily in the
50:44
worst condition it could ever possibly have gotten itself
50:47
into. It's like a dude who went to Las
50:50
Vegas and spent 50,000 on his credit card, right?
50:55
And now he's got to deal with reality.
50:56
That's where we are. And he gets home and his wife
51:00
says she's the bricks. I'm sorry, sorry, honey, I'm
51:03
leaving. You and the wife makes all the
51:07
money, OK? It is that that's the situation
51:11
that we're in right now. Not good.
51:14
And and it's not going to get any better.
51:17
Hey, we're in for some fun times.
51:20
We got big, big news coming to us in the next year.
51:25
Two years, three years. We could even have, you know,
51:29
guys, we got to remember something, OK?
51:32
Most of us haven't been around long enough to remember that
51:37
from like 2002 to 2012. Do you know what happened then
51:42
for gold investors and silver investors as well?
51:45
We had like Keith Newmeyer when I talked to him the other day
51:49
said it was like a 10 year bull market that it would go higher
51:52
than it would pull back and you'd think it's over and it
51:55
would just keep on going especially and we're at really
52:01
critical period right now with the metals.
52:05
It is different. Doesn't it feel different to you
52:07
what's going on with gold so far this year?
52:09
What's going on with silver? Everybody's saying it right, the
52:14
analyst, everybody's scratching their head and and wondering
52:18
what is exactly is going on. We had a very much fundamental
52:23
driven price increase in gold, silver starting to catch up and
52:29
even behind silver are the precious metal mining stocks.
52:33
The precious metal mining stocks have not caught up to this
52:36
massive increase that we've seen in the silver pricing, gold
52:40
price. We could see crazy gains in them
52:42
as well. Hey, I appreciate you being
52:44
here. I appreciate you putting up with
52:46
me through these technical issues and I hope I'll be back
52:51
tomorrow to see you. Have a great night.
52:53
Thank you, Thank you, Thank you to the moderators, thank you to
52:56
each.
