- 0:00Well, well, well. We've enjoyed an incredible year
- 0:03in the price of silver and gold and I think most of us would
- 0:07agree that the future looks even brighter.
- 0:11But there are some people out there, in particular on silver
- 0:16that are saying 2025 may not be the year that many of us
- 0:22expected to be. So today we're going to look at
- 0:25all the reasons why we can be optimistic about the future for
- 0:30gold and in particular silver. But we're also going to look at
- 0:34what they're saying and why we may hit right.
- 0:36Look, we've talked about this many times.
- 0:39It's not going to be just a straight ride up.
- 0:41Even if we do consolidate and they're talking about $4045
- 0:46silver, that will still be OK. And we got a lot to cover,
- 0:51right? Somebody predicting $10,000
- 0:54gold. We're going to look at the
- 0:55biggest, the biggest, the largest, the most mammoth factor
- 1:00that underlies everything that's going on, in particular with the
- 1:04prices of silver and gold. And I think at the end of this
- 1:07video, we're going to feel warm and fuzzy about our decision to
- 1:12invest in silver, gold and precious metal mining stocks.
- 1:15But I want to tell you, I feel warm and fuzzy knowing that you
- 1:18right now live have decided to join me.
- 1:21We've got thousands of people joining me down here in the
- 1:25basement, 20, thirty, 50,000 people.
- 1:28The channel is exploding and that's good thing because that
- 1:32means more and more smart cookies like you are deciding to
- 1:37learn about precious metals. And we got a lot to be grateful
- 1:40for. So thank you for being down
- 1:42here. Please, I want you to come back.
- 1:45It's just a cold, dark basement, dark and dank right without you.
- 1:50So please subscribe to the channel, hit the bell
- 1:53notification thing so you get notified, leave a comment in the
- 1:58comments section. You can say whatever you want.
- 2:01Trust me, I've heard it all. I like when you disagree with
- 2:04me. That gives me an opportunity to
- 2:06learn and you are a smart person.
- 2:08Listen to what I say, listen to what other people say and chart
- 2:12your own future within the world of precious metals.
- 2:15We got a lot to cover guys, a ton of fun stuff to cover.
- 2:18We're going to do it with a smile on our face.
- 2:20Let's get started right now. We're going to go out the to
- 2:23Kitco. Actually, we're going to go to
- 2:24Kitco for a couple articles here and I'm going to move quickly
- 2:28because we have, like I said, a lot to cover today from our
- 2:31friend Neil's Christiansen. I'm a big fan of Neil's.
- 2:35Silver's next move could be $75 or $40 because of its
- 2:41volatility, says Bloomberg's Mcglone, Mcglone, Mcglone,
- 2:47Mcglone. All right, and yellow.
- 2:49Mike Mcglone, senior market strategist at Bloomberg
- 2:52Intelligence, said that Silver's parabolic rally is, quote, a
- 2:57little scary. And because of the metals
- 2:59volatile nature, he sees potential for prices to rally to
- 3:04$75.00 an ounce or fall back to $40.00 an ounce.
- 3:08Well, thank you, Mike for giving us a nice tight prediction
- 3:12there. You've left yourself some leeway
- 3:14to say the least. And we are going to talk about
- 3:16the guy from TD Securities next or next to next, whatever, the
- 3:21guy that predicted the silver squeeze and see what he has to
- 3:24say as well. Nonetheless, Mike says prices
- 3:28are up 100% this year and are seeing their best annual gains
- 3:33since 1979 when I was nine years old.
- 3:36How old were you? With annual market volatility of
- 3:40around 30%, Mcglone warned that one standard deviation move in
- 3:46price could push silver to 40 or $75 per oz in red, although
- 3:50momentum indicator signal that silver is significantly
- 3:54overbought. We like technical analysis when
- 3:58it points towards higher prices, not lower prices.
- 4:00Many analysts have said that technical price action is
- 4:04playing second fiddle to market fundamentals.
- 4:08Silver's parabolic move, sorry, one of my twin daughters just
- 4:13screamed upstairs moves comes as growing demand has put
- 4:16significant pressure on limited supplies.
- 4:19Five years of market deficits driven by robust industrial
- 4:24demand have significantly depleted above ground
- 4:27stockpiles. What we like to refer to as the
- 4:30silver rainy day fund. You know like when you put 2 or
- 4:34$3000 to the side for a rainy day and then eventually you use
- 4:38it and it's gone. We've been using up the silver
- 4:40rainy day fund in purple. Meanwhile, the threat of
- 4:43potential tariffs on silver after the US government
- 4:47classified as a critical element is adding supply chain turmoil
- 4:51and market liquidity issues. The final piece of silver's
- 4:55recent record highs has been surging global investment
- 4:59demand. Right.
- 5:00We saw a big lines outside of stores in Singapore, but in the
- 5:04United States, what I'm hearing guys from my sources is that
- 5:08it's the opposite right now. There's been a lot of silver
- 5:11being sold. So we'll see how that all plays
- 5:14out. Analysts note that growing
- 5:15economic uncertainty has renewed expectations for aggressive
- 5:19easing from the Federal Reserve. We're going to hear about that
- 5:22this coming week when our friend Jerome Powell releases his
- 5:25latest decision on monetary policy.
- 5:28While at the same time, inflation pressures remain
- 5:31fairly elevated. All this is creating the perfect
- 5:35environment for hard assets like silver.
- 5:38We love you, Niels. Although silver will remain
- 5:41volatile, analysts have said that there's no end insight to
- 5:44the current market deficit as mine production remains
- 5:47constrained and further tightness in the marketplace due
- 5:50to supply chain issues could continue to support prices at
- 5:54elevated prices. Hey, how do you feel about all
- 5:57that, right? The guy says, well, you know,
- 5:58silver could go to $40. But when we really take a step
- 6:02back and look at everything going on, right, the big
- 6:05picture, and don't forget later, we're going to talk about the
- 6:09one fundamental factor that rules the day, right?
- 6:13The God of it all when it comes to silver and gold prices.
- 6:17But nonetheless, you know, yeah sure, maybe we can go to 44 even
- 6:20if we go to $45 per oz silver. Okay and create a new base.
- 6:25I'm not predicting that. I know you aren't either.
- 6:27Nonetheless, right guys, that's still way higher than we were
- 6:31not too long ago. Let's go to the next Kitco
- 6:34article. This one's quicker.
- 6:36I know the last one I had a lot that I read to you.
- 6:39Just to reiterate, physical is king.
- 6:42OK? That right, this is, is one of
- 6:45the key factors. This was Phil Baker, Silver's
- 6:49Phil Baker who was the CEO of Hekla Mining for 20 plus years.
- 6:54The United States biggest silver miner is driven.
- 6:58OK Silver's record-breaking run is being driven less, less by
- 7:01hedge funds and more by a wave of physical demand.
- 7:06Remember, right, guys, The COMEX and the what?
- 7:10Oh, I'm not sharing it. Thank you, Susie.
- 7:13I should be. Oh, I'm not sharing the screen.
- 7:17There we go. Sorry, guys, You had to look at
- 7:19me. I apologize.
- 7:21Let's try that one more time. Anyway, physical demand, right?
- 7:26The physical is overwhelming the paper markets in purple, Baker
- 7:32said. Quote.
- 7:32The physical market is driving the financial market in a way
- 7:36that it hasn't done in my career, right?
- 7:39And before he worked at Hekla, he also worked at other mining
- 7:42companies. He's been around probably 30,
- 7:45maybe 40 years in the mining sector sector in his career.
- 7:49He's never seen this. Describing what he heard at the
- 7:53London Bullion Market Association's recent annual
- 7:56meeting. Quote.
- 7:57It was interesting. I was at the LBMA annual meeting
- 8:02and the quote of the meeting was physical is king.
- 8:07The physical market is ruling the day in silver.
- 8:12All of that. And I don't want to keep teasing
- 8:14you, but we are going to talk about the big, the biggest
- 8:16underlying factor that that will support higher silver and gold
- 8:20prices in the coming months, quarters, years and decade as
- 8:25well. OK, All right, let's go on.
- 8:27Let's talk about the next negative thing that's been out
- 8:30there about silver, because this guy from TD Securities predicted
- 8:34the silver squeeze this year, as far as I remember, was very
- 8:38accurate. And now he's coming out and
- 8:40saying something that's not so positive about silver.
- 8:44And guys, I'm not going to, we're not going to shelter,
- 8:46right? Look, I know that we're going to
- 8:48get much, much higher. I believe in my lifetime we're
- 8:50going to have silver prices way above a hundred, way above 500,
- 8:54way above numbers that we can't even imagine.
- 8:57But it's not going to be a straight up ride in this guy
- 9:00from TD Securities is pointing out some things that we want to
- 9:03listen to because we need to be emotionally prepared as we as we
- 9:07navigate the waters of precious metals.
- 9:10There's going to be a lot of UPS.
- 9:11There's going to be some downs as well.
- 9:14The key factor is the long term trajectory of the metals.
- 9:21Thank you for being here. All right, let's go out and see
- 9:24what the guy. Let's look at the bad news.
- 9:26Don't get mad at me, OK? I didn't say this.
- 9:28This comes from Ernest Hoffman from Kit Go Gold can go up to
- 9:33$4400 per oz. Silver down to the mid 40s.
- 9:38OK, this is according to TD Securities.
- 9:41And just a couple things, in their 2026 commodities outlooks,
- 9:47TD said that they don't predict a route for gold in the cards
- 9:51next year and instead expect to see new all time highs for gold.
- 9:56Now let's go to silver. I'm not going to read all that
- 9:59to you. You guys would leave me, I don't
- 10:00blame you. Turning to Silver, make sure I
- 10:04got the right screen up and thank you to upstairs.
- 10:06Susie, my lovely wife and assistant who just loves to
- 10:09watch me during the live streams and pointed out to me that I had
- 10:12not shared the screen. As you may see on my desk, I
- 10:14have a walkie-talkie that she communicates with me via.
- 10:18Turning to Silver, TD Security said that if you like if you
- 10:23liked the Silver Squeeze, you have to like the Silver flood.
- 10:27What are they talking about? OK, I'll tell you heading into
- 10:312026, an epic scaled silver flood has resulted in the single
- 10:37largest wave of repletion. I think that means like
- 10:41replenishment in the LVMA, the London Billion Market
- 10:45Association, who I'm not very fond of, free floating
- 10:48inventories on record. With more than 212 million
- 10:53ounces of silver now likely freely available in the LBMA's
- 10:58vaults. London silver markets have
- 11:00already unwound a year's worth of drain in London inventories.
- 11:05This is the guy from TD Securities, Daniel Golly.
- 11:08I think it is quote in purple. This amount covers nearly two
- 11:12years worth of global deficits with evidence that we've reached
- 11:16the strike price necessary, meaning the current silver price
- 11:20to open the taps from scrap and private vaults, you know, like
- 11:24grandma's tea set, that type thing in green.
- 11:27The analyst said this massive replenishment should have a big
- 11:31impact on the outlook for silver because the price no longer
- 11:36needs to rise to refill global inventory pools.
- 11:39I'm with you. I don't like reading this
- 11:42either, but like I said, we're going to always look at both
- 11:44sides of the coin, he said. Yet prices haven't collapsed
- 11:50post silver flood. Lease rates have collapsed from
- 11:54historic levels. Remember that was what, like 5-6
- 11:57weeks ago? The lease rates on silver were
- 11:59like crazy historic eyes, but prices haven't.
- 12:02Prices have only traded violently near the all time
- 12:05highs, clashing with a statistically significant
- 12:09relationship between the commodity volatility and
- 12:13inventories. All right, one last thing in
- 12:15green. TD believes this will end the
- 12:18current chapter of the silver squeeze.
- 12:20Well, you know what guys? Look, we've talked about this
- 12:23and when we've looked at the chart a million times for the
- 12:26last 18 months, when you look at the silver chart, it's been a
- 12:29pretty steady increase driven by like overwhelming physical
- 12:34demand. So I never really thought that
- 12:37we were having a quote UN quote silver squeeze, right?
- 12:41Maybe I then we said this not too long.
- 12:43It's not a it wasn't a so I'm going to look at you in the eye.
- 12:45Then we'll finish that green paragraph.
- 12:48We've said this all along. This was different.
- 12:50I mean, Phil Baker just said it making headline news after being
- 12:54at the LBMA conference, right? That physicals king in the way
- 12:58we described it us down here in the basement was it's not a
- 13:01silver squeeze that it's a silver squeeze, right?
- 13:09A long term squeeze driven by physical demand.
- 13:13So I don't know. I don't know this guy, Dolly
- 13:16Golly, whatever his name is, it's Ed Securities.
- 13:19But I don't know that I agree with him and that's OK.
- 13:22Just like you don't have to agree with me.
- 13:24I don't have to agree with Daniel Golly.
- 13:25Let's get back to the article. That's what you're here for and
- 13:30the next chapter in the Silver Squeeze saga will necessitate.
- 13:34OK. This is what they say we need to
- 13:36see happen. A more significant erosion of
- 13:39above ground inventories in Shanghai and New York or 2 forms
- 13:46of export controls that would that could inhibit rebalancing
- 13:49mechanisms including Section 232 terrace blah, blah, blah, blah,
- 13:53blah, blah. So they're saying that we either
- 13:55need more of the inventory to get eaten up or we need
- 13:59countries to basically become nationalistic, meaning that
- 14:03China says we are. Didn't they say that no, don't,
- 14:06didn't we hear that right? That they say no, we're going to
- 14:09limit exports on silver or the United States say no, we're not,
- 14:13We're not letting any silver leave our country bought
- 14:17whatever. So that's what they're saying
- 14:19could happen. I don't know.
- 14:20What do you think we're going to go to $10,000 gold next?
- 14:24But before I do that, I do want to say thank you to channel
- 14:28sponsor first met right there, you can see the logo.
- 14:32More importantly, what I would encourage you to do if you're
- 14:34looking to buy silver, go out to their website, shop around.
- 14:38They've got great selection, great prices in a real premium
- 14:42experience when you buy from them.
- 14:43I bought silver online, gosh, probably for the last 10 years
- 14:48from a number a whole bunch of different people.
- 14:50I will tell you the experience, the packaging, the quality of
- 14:53the products that I've got from first Mint are second to none.
- 14:58Here, I'll show you this one. This is their year of the snake
- 15:01round. I mean it is.
- 15:03Let's see the camera can really look at that.
- 15:05Look at that. It is absolutely beautiful here.
- 15:09I'll bring you out to their website real quick where you can
- 15:11check them out for yourself. They're owned by First Majestic
- 15:14Silver, Keith Newmeyer's huge silver mining company.
- 15:19So something really cool about First Mint is the silver is
- 15:23mined in Mexico by First Majestic.
- 15:27It then gets shipped to Las Vegas, NV here in the United
- 15:30States, like you're saying on your screen right now.
- 15:33And then it goes straight to you from the mine to the mint to
- 15:37you. So I think it's safe to say it's
- 15:39like the freshest silver on the market #1 but #2 right.
- 15:43Just as important, that silver is never touched by the paper
- 15:48markets, by the COMEX, by the LBMA.
- 15:51No, it is helping people around you know that are that are
- 15:55customers of First Mint, right to protect themselves by getting
- 16:00silver and taking silver off these paper markets.
- 16:03So check them out. Here's their website
- 16:05firstmint.com. Free shipping on orders over
- 16:08$299. There is a discount code.
- 16:12It does not apply to their Cyber Monday sale, but applies to
- 16:16everything else. They've got a Cyber Monday sale
- 16:18going on bars, but it does there, there it is right there
- 16:22on your screen right now, but it does apply on all the other
- 16:25products. The discount code is VIP because
- 16:29you're a very important person and you're from Ron's basement.
- 16:33VIPRB. OK, check it out.
- 16:36Great company. Let's talk about $10,000 gold
- 16:42and if I share the right screen, which I am right now, this came
- 16:45from AIA Gold. AIA Gold, we get a bold call
- 16:50from Saxo Bank that gold could hit $10,000 per oz in 2026.
- 16:57More than today's price. Well, thank you for that
- 17:00complicated mathematics that you did for us in purple.
- 17:04After last month's pullback, gold has rebounded to 4200 and
- 17:08remains in a bullish uptrend. Technicals point to $5700 an
- 17:13ounce while tail risk scenarios by quantum crypto meltdown.
- 17:17I don't know what that means or I know what this means.
- 17:20A gold backed global currency. Wait, do you do you remember
- 17:24hearing something about that maybe yesterday and the day
- 17:27before could drive gold to six or $10,000.
- 17:32We'll go back to that green point with rising dollar
- 17:35weakness and a hawkish Fed. We're going to talk more about
- 17:37that later too. The big reason why gold and
- 17:40silver are going to continue to go up bets hawkish Fed bets
- 17:44fading. Many see gold as the ultimate
- 17:46safe haven in green. Let's just touch on this.
- 17:49We got big breaking news on Friday.
- 17:51What are they calling it? The BRICS?
- 17:53BRICS, Brazil, Russia, India, China, South Africa have created
- 17:58something called the BRICS unit, which is a gold backed unit that
- 18:04they're using for like trading purposes between them.
- 18:08But it's back 40% by gold and the remaining 60% is back 12%
- 18:14each by each currency of the countries.
- 18:18There's five BRICS countries the so times 12% that makes the
- 18:22other 60%. So that is and that but that's
- 18:25early phases as I understand handed that's what they're
- 18:28calling that. It's in a pumpkin patch phase
- 18:31where it's like being tested. But the bricks are showing.
- 18:35And we know by the by the purchases by the central banks
- 18:39that we've heard from the bricks right of gold that they
- 18:43certainly let's just say have an interest in trading with each
- 18:47other in a more stable gold backed unit of measure, which is
- 18:53what we're getting right now. All right, let's go one more to
- 18:55gold. Let's remember, right, This is a
- 18:59post from like a week, week a week ago, but I think it's even
- 19:02more pertinent now. Jesse Colombo.
- 19:06And yes, I'm sharing the right screen.
- 19:08Jesse is one of the most respected analysts now in the
- 19:13precious metal sector. He's got the bubble, bubble,
- 19:16What's it called? Sub stack.
- 19:19You can subscribe to it, but this guy knows a lot about gold
- 19:23and silver, knows a lot about technical analysis.
- 19:26And look, this was a week ago, but I think it's just as
- 19:29pertinent, even in my opinion, more and more important and
- 19:32pertinent now is that gold broke out of a triangle pattern,
- 19:36setting the stage for what Jesse is saying could be a Santa Claus
- 19:40rally to over $5000 for gold. OK.
- 19:45And this is what he's talking about right here.
- 19:47And again, this was about a week ago, but we had several triangle
- 19:52patterns and when things when, when anything price of anything
- 19:55gets into you see those blue lines?
- 19:58All right, there's one there, there's one here.
- 20:01Triangle. Eventually the price has to
- 20:04break out. It broke out to the upside on
- 20:06this one. OK, all right, let's get rid of
- 20:09all that. And then we had a recent
- 20:11triangle, the fall of 2025 triangle pattern, which we broke
- 20:17out of right here, as you can see.
- 20:20And that was just right at the end of November, maybe I don't
- 20:25know specifically, but let's say about about about a week ago, we
- 20:30broke out, but now another week has gone by and we are still up
- 20:35here outside of that. And he's saying that we could
- 20:38see $5000 gold by Christmas. Wait a minute.
- 20:49Do you think it's possible $5000 gold by Christmas, $6570 silver
- 20:56by Christmas? I think it is OK and I think
- 20:59we've got a lot of reasons why. Next we're going to look, we got
- 21:02a lot more to cover guys we're but we're going to look at some
- 21:06very encouraging data regarding overall gold purchases.
- 21:10And don't forget, gold is the king.
- 21:12Gold is the granddaddy of all the precious metals.
- 21:15Before we do that, say thank you to 1st Mining Gold.
- 21:19Speaking of gold, their development stage gold company
- 21:23in Canada. They've got 2 huge gold projects
- 21:27in Canada, spring pull in Ontario, du Parquet located in
- 21:32Quebec. Both of these projects
- 21:34individually have millions of Oz of gold in the ground.
- 21:39They're working through the development phase, like the
- 21:42permitting phase and, and all that that goes before mines are
- 21:46built. The key thing that I like about
- 21:48the company, and it's a stock that I owned long before they
- 21:51sponsored me is that it's big amounts of gold in the ground in
- 21:56Canada. OK.
- 21:57And that is very becoming very, very valuable.
- 22:01It's the big mining companies need to replenish their
- 22:03pipelines and want to grow, right.
- 22:06The companies like First Mining Gold could become very
- 22:09attractive to them. You can learn more about the
- 22:12about First Mining Gold at firstmininggold.com.
- 22:16Let's look at some more positive news.
- 22:19You know, look, it's it's so exciting to be in the precious
- 22:25metal sector right now. I'm so excited that you're down
- 22:27here in the basement with me. OK, I hope you feel like you
- 22:30found a little home away from home.
- 22:32Like I said earlier, I want you to come back.
- 22:34Please subscribe to the channel. I won't beg you to do that
- 22:37anymore, but take a look at. This comes from the Kobesi
- 22:42letter and should be on your screen right now.
- 22:45Central banks are ramping up their gold purchases.
- 22:52They already ramped them up there.
- 22:54Let's call that a double rimpity ramp ramp up.
- 22:56Global central banks purchased 53 tons of gold in October, the
- 23:01most since November of 2024. Don't worry, we got a chart to
- 23:06look at in purple. This marks a 194% jump compared
- 23:11to July. Wow, that's almost 200% and the
- 23:15third largest monthly acceleration in the 1st 10
- 23:19months of the year. Central banks have purchased 254
- 23:23tons tonnies of gold. On track for the fourth highest
- 23:27annual purchase this century. Not decade.
- 23:33OK, not in the last 50 years, but century.
- 23:38And here's the chart that I promised you.
- 23:40See if I can get this on full screen for you.
- 23:43Central Bank Goldmine has picked up pace in recent months.
- 23:47OK, this goes back. I was looking at it earlier all
- 23:50the way. I don't even have to get my
- 23:52virtual crayons out all the way to January of 2024.
- 23:56So this chart actually shows 2 years.
- 23:58I mean, look at what's happened. But that would have been what?
- 24:02July, August, September. This is July.
- 24:06Yeah. Wow.
- 24:07I do have to get the virtual crayons up or we'll use a
- 24:10different color. Look at this, guys.
- 24:13This is crazy. This is what is happening in the
- 24:16world. This right here or that little
- 24:19green arrow is would be July, right?
- 24:22Yeah. July.
- 24:25Don't worry. I think I know how to say the 12
- 24:27months. July, August, September.
- 24:29So from July, I mean look at that move up in purchases of
- 24:36gold by the central banks. Why is that important?
- 24:39That's important on many, many levels.
- 24:41One of which we're going to talk about it toward the end of this
- 24:44video. That I think is the biggest
- 24:45factor that will will continue to be a driving force, a
- 24:50tailwind for the precious metals.
- 24:53But think about, I want you to think about something.
- 24:56The reason why we want to pay attention to the central banks.
- 25:01I got a little secret for you. They're the insiders, right?
- 25:05The central banks, they're the ones who know more about what's
- 25:08going on in the world from a financial, economic perspective
- 25:13than anybody, even more than us down here in the basement.
- 25:16But the key, I got a secret for you.
- 25:18The key is to not to, to not listen.
- 25:22Don't listen to what the central bank say because they have a,
- 25:28let's say, a very consistent record of doing different things
- 25:32than what they say. The key is to watch what they
- 25:36do. And when the world central
- 25:38banks, the most sophisticated financial institutions, the most
- 25:42in the know financial institutions in the world that
- 25:46exist in the universe right now are buying gold, the granddaddy
- 25:51of all precious metals. What does that tell you?
- 25:55We don't listen to what they say.
- 25:57Look, we're going to hear from this guy, our old friend, your
- 26:00own pal. Not supposed to open this box.
- 26:03But yeah, you know, will we break the rules?
- 26:05We're going to hear from him this week.
- 26:08Look, either him or Ben Bernack or any of the other ones, right?
- 26:11They would say one thing. Everything's fine, everything's
- 26:13great, everything's right away. Whatever, right?
- 26:17Watch what they do, OK, And wait till you see later what they
- 26:21did. I'll share with you some very,
- 26:23very stunning information about what that that that the Federal
- 26:28Reserve has done over the last, what, over 100 years?
- 26:32That will make your skin crawl, but will also make you feel
- 26:36very, very good about the fact that you own silver and gold.
- 26:39Like we said at the beginning, it's not it's not a straight
- 26:42ride. We're going to have pull backs.
- 26:44We could see silver go down to 4045.
- 26:48I don't care. Right, right.
- 26:50Long term, right, long term, which you've been, I've been all
- 26:55along. We are in great, great shape.
- 26:57OK, here, let's take a little break.
- 27:00Let's watch something for one minute that I think is very cool
- 27:03to see. This shows you again.
- 27:05Well, this comes back to what we just talked about, right?
- 27:09Watch what they do, watch what they do, and we watch how much
- 27:13gold visually are owned by the countries around the world.
- 27:17It's absolutely stunning. I have some precious metals eye
- 27:20candy for you that I am going to share, right?
- 27:25Hold on right now comparison of countries with the largest gold
- 27:34reserves. Thailand, Austria.
- 27:38Wait till you see this goes on for about another 40 seconds.
- 27:47UK. That's where the LDNA is
- 27:49located. London.
- 27:51William Martin's association. I didn't know Saudi Arabia has
- 27:54more gold. Look at Portugal has more gold
- 27:57than the UK. Poland was a foolish.
- 28:00They're loving their gold. India.
- 28:13Switzerland. OK, China.
- 28:23Thank you, Susie. Russia, France.
- 28:34Germany. What?
- 28:37Who's that? the United States of America.
- 28:44Excuse me. One second.
- 28:45Hold on. One second.
- 28:46Susie's trying to talk to me upstairs.
- 28:47Susie, hold on one second. That's the goal that we
- 28:50supposedly had at Fort Knox. Let's check in.
- 28:52This is upstairs. Susie, my lovely wife and
- 28:55assistant. Susie, were you trying to
- 28:57communicate something to me over?
- 28:59I was just saying you had 180, right?
- 29:04Oh, 200 and I thought that video was really cool.
- 29:08Oh thanks. OK, thank you sweetheart.
- 29:11Over. And Susie said we have 180 likes
- 29:15on this video. Can we get it to 200?
- 29:17And I'm sure then she'll pipe in and let us know that we did it
- 29:20rah rah. OK, so that's all the gold.
- 29:22That's again the reason I showed that videos.
- 29:24It's really cool to watch. But #2 it shows us right?
- 29:28Gold is the foundation the the of the world's monetary system.
- 29:34I've get I'll be quick on this, but I don't.
- 29:36And I don't know how you feel about this, but I think it's an
- 29:39important part, a point for us to remember.
- 29:41I've said this, I don't think that the world ever went off the
- 29:44gold standard, right? Yeah.
- 29:46Nixon, the Romans, all you study history, they're on.
- 29:50They're off. We're going to end the gold
- 29:52standard. 1971's. When Nixon did it temporarily,
- 29:55he even said temporarily. OK, But we've always been on the
- 30:04gold standard. I got to check in with Susie.
- 30:06Wants me to communicate something with you.
- 30:07What was that last thing you said?
- 30:09Over? I'm here at 47.
- 30:12OK, so you guys are getting Susie excited upstairs. 247
- 30:16thumbs up. Thank you.
- 30:18I need to remind it. All right, we'll ring the golden
- 30:20gong later. It's the foundation.
- 30:23Gold and silver. Read about the, the story, The
- 30:26Wizard of Oz, the, you know, the movie The Wizard of Oz.
- 30:30Google it. Not now.
- 30:31I don't want you to leave yet the basement, but Google it.
- 30:33It's it's about gold and silver. It's always it always will be.
- 30:38OK. And guess what?
- 30:40There's only so much gold and silver on the planet.
- 30:43It's God's money or whatever. I'm not.
- 30:45I'm not. It's not a religious channel or
- 30:47a political channel for that matter, right?
- 30:50It always has been, always will be.
- 30:52And don't forget, I know you guys love it, so I'll do it
- 30:54right now. Most people, right?
- 30:57You're ahead of the curve, right?
- 30:59You're looking around the corner.
- 31:00You're smarter than the average bear because most people out
- 31:03there, OK, the 95 percent, 96% of people that don't own
- 31:09precious metals, right? They're going to learn.
- 31:12And we like to affectionately refer to those people as the the
- 31:17sheeple. And we love them, right?
- 31:21They'll learn and hopefully they'll still be some silver and
- 31:25gold left for him. Just my opinion.
- 31:27Don't make any financial decisions.
- 31:29I'm not a financial advisor. There's a lot to remember when
- 31:32you're down here hanging out with a great group of people
- 31:34like you anyway. But there's only so much gold
- 31:38and silver on the planet. This next piece of data I was
- 31:41stunned to see. And Tavi Costa, you know Tavi
- 31:45Costa, one of my favourites again, another one of the
- 31:48smartest minds out there in the precious metal sector, said
- 31:52this. Who would have thought that with
- 31:58gold at $4200 an ounce and silver nearing $60.00 per oz,
- 32:03total CapEx across the mining industry would still be as
- 32:07depressed as it is now. The reason why this is important
- 32:11guys is because CapEx in the mining industry provides future
- 32:17supply of the metals, OK? And it's depressed.
- 32:21Wait till you see this chart. I got a chart for you that we're
- 32:23going to look at. Only the smartest people out
- 32:26there are out there now mining silver, exploring for silver,
- 32:29building silver companies. Same thing even with gold,
- 32:33right? But The thing is the CapEx
- 32:35levels relative to adjusted for the price of gold are very, very
- 32:40low. So what that means is that the
- 32:43future supply of these metals, it's not like we've got waves of
- 32:48money being spent on exploring and developing new silver and
- 32:52gold mines. And on top of that, I believe it
- 32:56also means that the gold and silver mining stocks and the
- 32:59developers and the explorers are still undervalued.
- 33:03He says in red, when you adjust gold prices, aggregate CapEx is
- 33:08currently at one of the lowest levels in history.
- 33:13Sorry, I'm yelling yellow. Almost 90% lower than its
- 33:19previous highs, 90% lower. And like he says, we're sitting
- 33:24with all time highs in both gold and silver are pretty darn close
- 33:29to it. Here we go.
- 33:30Here's the chart. OK, gold miners, CapEx adjusted
- 33:36for gold prices. Look at that.
- 33:38OK, This goes all the way back to what, 2009?
- 33:42Look at 2011. Look at where it was back then.
- 33:45OK, point OO3, right, our point, Yeah, point OO3.
- 33:51What are we at now? We're at point OOO, four.
- 33:57I can't do that math in my head, but it's a fraction now of where
- 34:03it was just back in 2011. So that bodes very well for two
- 34:09things I believe the future of the silver and gold price, but
- 34:13also the future of the miners prices.
- 34:17Again, I'm not giving financial advice, but I personally, if I
- 34:22own gold, gold and silver mining stocks feel very good about what
- 34:27the next 10 years could look at because there just hasn't there.
- 34:31But look, the reality is, and this is good for the metals as
- 34:34as well. And you can look at the data
- 34:36shows this over the last 10-15 years, there's not been a lot of
- 34:39big discoveries of gold and especially silver.
- 34:43Silver's been like a ghost town. Only the smartest people were
- 34:47out there operating and building silver mines.
- 34:50And you can say the same about gold and exploring for gold and
- 34:53silver over the last 10-15 years I was there.
- 34:57OK, it was a ghost town. There were there were very few
- 35:00of us that were interested in that sector.
- 35:03That's changing now and I think that's really going to change in
- 35:06the next 10 years. I could be wrong, but I'm often
- 35:10right and I feel very strongly about that.
- 35:12Now let's talk about the one big factor that underlies
- 35:16everything. She's very active today.
- 35:22I could not even remotely understand what you just said.
- 35:29Oh, we got 300 thumbs up. All right, we're going to ring
- 35:31the golden gong. But let's talk about something
- 35:34very important, and that is we can look at all these market
- 35:37factors, supply, demand, mining, some, all that stuff.
- 35:40It's very important, no doubt about it.
- 35:42And it's enough alone for us to be super optimistic about the
- 35:47price of silver and gold. But there's one big key thing
- 35:51that underlines it all right? If we're measuring the value,
- 35:55the price, if we're using the US dollar is the unit of measure,
- 36:00which that's what most of us do, right?
- 36:02Even people around the world right talk about the gold and
- 36:06silver price in U.S. dollars. Guys, the dollar can only go in
- 36:12One Direction at this point unfortunately.
- 36:15I'm not cheering for it. I'm not happy about it.
- 36:18The founding fathers of the United States of America are not
- 36:21happy about it. But because of the poor decision
- 36:24making and short sighted decision making over the last
- 36:27several decades and not a political statement because both
- 36:31sides did it, OK, we are headed for an environment that will,
- 36:36because of the devaluation of the dollar, create major, major
- 36:41buckle up butter cups, OK, major, major tailwinds for the
- 36:47price of both gold and silver. I'm going to share with you
- 36:49quickly a couple key things that can, that can make you very
- 36:53optimistic and prove the point. The first one I've got here is
- 36:57from Money Metals, an article the feds run the biggest
- 37:01October. Oh, I got to say, OK, I'm going
- 37:04to do super chance and the and the golden gong and thanks
- 37:07again. If you haven't given this a
- 37:08thumbs up, please do give it a thumbs up because the feds ran
- 37:12the biggest October budget deficit ever, ever, despite
- 37:18record tariff revenue. So we had this great record
- 37:22tariff revenue, but somehow we also had look at this, the Trump
- 37:28administration spent 284 billion more than it took in to kick off
- 37:36fiscal 2026. Wow, guys, here's the chart down
- 37:42here, OK, U.S. Federal budget deficit in
- 37:46October from 2000 through 2025 S the last 25 years.
- 37:52Look at that. OK, look at that.
- 37:54We are not on a road to, to, to creating more confidence in the
- 38:01US dollar. And when I did some basic math,
- 38:03all right, if you figure there's about 300 million U.S. citizens,
- 38:08correct me if I'm wrong, but 300 billion, I'll round up divided
- 38:15by 300 million U.S. citizens means about $1000 per citizen,
- 38:21right? That means like the, the, that
- 38:22your, that your government basically went out and added
- 38:25$1000 to your credit card debt. If you have credit card debt,
- 38:28which I would recommend you don't just in October alone, it
- 38:32must have been a good Halloween at the White House.
- 38:37And because we don't look at this enough and as often as we
- 38:40used to, we're going to look at the US dollar here.
- 38:44Now this I want to be, I want to give you a quick, quick, quick
- 38:46education. This is the DXY index, which is
- 38:51currently right around 99. As we are recording this video,
- 38:55we're going to go back and look at the DXY index over all time.
- 39:00The important thing for you to remember when looking at the DXY
- 39:03index, they people say, oh, the value of the dollars dropping,
- 39:07the value of the dollars going down.
- 39:09That's just that's just comparing.
- 39:12This just compares the US dollar to a bunch of other cruddy
- 39:17currencies. This measures the dollar versus
- 39:20like the Japanese yen. What's the other one?
- 39:24The euro can almost forgot that, right?
- 39:28It's like the old analogy. It's like compare.
- 39:30It's like the makes the US dollar the best horse in the
- 39:34glue factory. I'm all for animal rights and
- 39:37niceness. Nothing or the best the US
- 39:40dollars the best used car on a crappy used car lot.
- 39:44I've heard people say it's like, you know, five guys jumping off
- 39:47the top of the Empire State Building in the US dollars.
- 39:50The one saying, you know, I'm falling, I'm falling the
- 39:53slowest. But they're all going down in
- 39:55value in real terms, the dollars going down.
- 39:58But when we look at the the US dollar index over a long period
- 40:03of time, let's get the crayons out, because this can be.
- 40:06Useful for looking at the price of a gold and silver.
- 40:12There's 100 right here. OK, which, sorry, all right,
- 40:18there's 100 right there. And if we draw a straight line
- 40:23all the way back to 1985. So this is about 40 years of
- 40:30data, as you can see. And this was a big deal, right?
- 40:33The dollar index over a number of years was above 100 in this
- 40:39period right here, OK, When we broke below it, which if you
- 40:42look right here, you can see that was a big deal, OK?
- 40:47Because the lower the dollar index goes, despite all the
- 40:50other factors, that will be a big tailwind for the price of
- 40:55gold and silver. And Donald Trump, most people
- 40:59say, and I think he's even said it or hinted at it, they want a
- 41:03weaker dollar. So you think below 100, below
- 41:06100, Oh, my gosh, you know, how low can we go?
- 41:09Well, if we look back, this is where it gets interesting.
- 41:11If we look back at history, we broke below 100 in the early
- 41:172000s, OK, and went down, down, down, down, down for about,
- 41:22let's say, 10 years. You know, what happened during
- 41:24this? So from about the year 2000.
- 41:28Oh, shoot, hold on. From about the year 2000 range
- 41:352001 through about 2011, this period of time right in here
- 41:40where I drew that red line. During that period of time, just
- 41:43as an example, the silver price went from under $5 per oz.
- 41:50You want me to add a zero to that to right around $50 per oz
- 41:57during that time period that I pointed out right there when the
- 42:03US dollar dropped below 100 and went as low as 75.
- 42:08So we're going to keep a close eye on that because the value,
- 42:11the real. Now this is more an index which
- 42:15compares things. What we're talking about, what
- 42:18really is the biggest key factor underlying everything is the
- 42:22real value of the dollar. Excuse me.
- 42:29And this next piece of data is take your blood pressure
- 42:33medicine because this next piece of data may may make you mad and
- 42:39glad all at this very, very, very same time.
- 42:42Before I do that, if you're looking for a great gift idea,
- 42:45hold on, don't forget guys check out dirty man safe, OK, I've got
- 42:50one right wrong hand right here right.
- 42:54There's a dirty man hanging from the ceiling.
- 42:56They have a discount code Ron 10.
- 42:59They've got a number of different sizes, like the big
- 43:02one that I just pointed out to you.
- 43:03They've got small, medium and large, and they have this new
- 43:07micro version. They call it crypto version on
- 43:10their website, which is very cool.
- 43:12I bet you could put like, I don't know, gosh, you could
- 43:15probably put probably put hundreds of thousands of dollars
- 43:18worth of gold inside this thing. You dig a little hole, you bury
- 43:22this sleeve in the hole. OK, this is the actual safe and
- 43:27this one, the micro crypto version like 100 bucks.
- 43:31These things are super cool, super robust, right?
- 43:34I was like I've heard some other people say I thought, oh, it's
- 43:37some PVC pipe. I mean this the the build
- 43:40quality on this is really cool like stainless steel cords.
- 43:44Anyway, you dig a hole, you put that in there, you put this down
- 43:48in this is the safe all right. And then there's a cap, a little
- 43:52slot that's on top, and then right, it's buried.
- 43:58Only you know about it. You're like a pirate.
- 44:00You got your treasure buried in the yard, worked for thousands
- 44:03of years. Yes, you can have a safe.
- 44:05Yes, you can have a safety deposit box.
- 44:07You can have tokenized gold and silver, whatever.
- 44:10But this is another option to keep anything.
- 44:13It just doesn't have to be precious metals.
- 44:15You can put your keys in there. You could put, I don't know,
- 44:17whatever floats your boat in there.
- 44:19But you can bury it like the pirates did and keep it safe
- 44:23from fire, flood every form of natural disaster, even
- 44:26earthquakes. OK.
- 44:28And it's very, very cool. Let me show you.
- 44:29I just want to open this up because just as an example,
- 44:33inside this one, the bottom unscrews.
- 44:37And what did I put in this one? Can you guess?
- 44:40Hold on here. Look what I have in here.
- 44:46This is upstairs. Susie's one of her favorites.
- 44:49That's a 5 oz bar which is on the Cyber Monday sale from First
- 44:55Mint. See the First Mint logo on
- 44:56there? So super cool.
- 44:58But if you want you're interested, Dirty Man Safe, what
- 45:01a great gift idea. If you have a stacker on your
- 45:04Christmas list or somebody that likes that Berry stuff in their
- 45:07yard, check out Dirty Man Safe. Don't forget I have a link to it
- 45:11in the description of this video.
- 45:13And there's a discount code Ron 10 like Ron's basement Ron 10.
- 45:20You'll get 10% off. So thank you, dirty man, for
- 45:23sponsoring Ron's Basement 1970s. OK, well, yeah, two more things
- 45:27to look at. This will make your blood curl
- 45:30because this shows us why. Why we why we know gold and
- 45:35silver are a just an unbelievable safe long term way
- 45:41to store value. This, this visually sums it up.
- 45:46And there's a chart. Don't you worry.
- 45:48Here we go from AIA Gold Urgent warning. the US dollar has
- 45:51almost completely lost all of its buying power in purple.
- 45:57Since 1913, the birth of the Federal Reserve, the US dollar
- 46:00has lost 99% of its purchasing power. 99%.
- 46:05That means one. I got something crazy to show
- 46:08you next. That means $1.00 today buys what
- 46:12just one penny would buy in 1913.
- 46:16Think about that $1.00 today, $1.00 buys what 1 penny bought
- 46:23in 1913. I'll skip the rest of that.
- 46:26I'll pull this up. This is a chart.
- 46:28And that was the year that the Federal Reserve was created, as
- 46:32you can see on here. OK, 1913 it's been a big, big
- 46:40ride down for the real value of the US dollar right here and
- 46:43says in 19 you probably can't read this, but in 1913 it said
- 46:49that I didn't realize this $1.00.
- 46:51What would This is what it says. What $1.00?
- 46:55Hold on. Maybe it's better I go back
- 46:57here. Hold on, guys.
- 46:58Yeah, here we go. Get the crayons out one more
- 47:01time. And what $1.00 used to buy and
- 47:06in 1913 with $1.00, you could buy 30 Hershey's chocolate bars
- 47:13and they were probably like 3 times bigger than they are today
- 47:16because of that shrink flation that they've done to us.
- 47:19That's what's going on. One more here, another one.
- 47:22Let me pull this up for you just to show how much the dollar has
- 47:26lost its value. This came from actually from
- 47:28Facebook. I did a screenshot from Varis
- 47:30Quadri says one word, inflation. These are home advertisements
- 47:35from like the early 1970s. two-bedroom home for $7450.
- 47:41Maybe it was the 60s, but you get the point.
- 47:44Here's another one. Look at that.
- 47:45That must be like in California or something.
- 47:47It's got palm trees, 3 bedroom, 1 bath screen with a screen
- 47:51porch. What?
- 47:52I want that house, $7900. Unbelievable.
- 47:58All right, I want to go out. We're going to ring the golden
- 48:00gong. Before I do that, if you're
- 48:01looking to do something nice this holiday season, there's a
- 48:05charity that I feel really good about.
- 48:07I'm not being paid to say this. I'm not officially affiliated
- 48:11with them in any way, but I did talk to the president and a
- 48:14couple other people at this charity.
- 48:16It's called Hope Walks. They help kids all around the
- 48:20world that are born with a condition called Clubfoot, OK.
- 48:24In the United States and the Western world, clubfoot is very
- 48:28common, OK, but it gets treated immediately in poor parts of the
- 48:32world, which is where this charity primarily operates.
- 48:35They don't have the money and sometimes the expertise to do
- 48:38so. They are helping treat children
- 48:41all around the world that are born with with clubfoot and it
- 48:44makes a huge, massive difference in their life.
- 48:47I mean, it's very common. Troy Aikman, Mia Hamm, the great
- 48:52women's soccer player, were born with clubfoot.
- 48:55But these kids in these poor countries that are born with
- 48:57clubfoot, if they don't get treated, it really has a massive
- 49:00negative impact on their life. And for for it only cost $500
- 49:05per kid to come do the complete treatment.
- 49:08OK, if you have, if you feel like doing something nice, go
- 49:12out, check them out. They are hope walks.
- 49:15Let me pull up their website right now.
- 49:17Here it is right there. OK, You can read all about them.
- 49:20I feel 100% confident. I mean, they've done great work
- 49:24throughout the world already. There's a lot of information on
- 49:27their website. And right now they've got a
- 49:29wealthy donor who's matching any contributions that are made, I
- 49:35think up to $50,000. So if you donate $5, that person
- 49:39matches your donation and it makes a huge difference.
- 49:42If you take a step back and think about some kid and it
- 49:46takes like 5 years for the treatment, they have like a
- 49:49brace they have to wear at night and there's all this information
- 49:52again, you get it. But it makes a big, big
- 49:54difference. And I know people like to do
- 49:55good things, do nice things. So again, check out Hope Walks.
- 50:00I'm very, very happy and excited to get to spread the word about
- 50:05what I think is a charity that's doing great work all around the
- 50:08world. I want to say thank you up Wrong
- 50:10screen. Sorry.
- 50:11Let's go back here. You're still there.
- 50:14Thank you for the Super chat from Mr. J Anderson.
- 50:20Let's pull you up. Thank you Jay.
- 50:22Super chats are always super appreciated, never expected.
- 50:25So thank you Jay for that. And I want to say thank you to
- 50:27all of you that gave us a thumbs up.

- 50:43the basement. Thank you knock you on the head.
- 50:46Thanks for being down here. I want you to come back.
- 50:49I hope you enjoyed your time in the basement with me.
- 50:51I believe look, who knows what can happen on the in months or
- 50:55quarters even. But man, when we look out to me,
- 50:58this is a long term journey together.
- 51:01I've been in silver and gold for decades.
- 51:03I believe we got a great ride together.
- 51:05So thanks for being here. I hope you enjoyed your time.
- 51:09I want you to come back, take care of yourself and I will see
