Pay to Slay is here to stay
The Palestinian Authority paid stipends to security prisoners and to families of so-called “martyrs” at PA post offices over the weekend , despite publicly claiming to have ended the practice, dubbed Pay to Slay.
This was revealed by Palestinian Media Watch.
