- 0:12[SPEAKER_01]: I'm also Logan, Ply's instructor, and fit this business coach.
- 0:16[SPEAKER_01]: I've trained thousands of people around the world, and the number one thing I see stopping people from achieving anything is self-doubt.
- 0:24[SPEAKER_01]: My friends, action brings clarity, and it's the antidote to fear.
- 0:30[SPEAKER_01]: Each week my guests will bring bold, executable, intrinsic, and targeted steps that you can use to put yourself first and be it till you see it.
- 0:40[SPEAKER_01]: It's a practice, not a perfect, let's get started.
- 0:48[SPEAKER_01]: Hi, we have babe, how are you?
- 0:50[SPEAKER_01]: Welcome to our right-hand episode, the F-O-Yup, the F-O-Yup, the F-O-Yup, the inspiration station, the quickie hit that you need to remember that you want to be perfect or great the way you are and be until you see its process.
- 1:00[SPEAKER_01]: Yay, I'm so happy you're here.
- 1:01[SPEAKER_01]: So, I'm super super excited because I'm this is really inspired me.
- 1:04[SPEAKER_01]: So, it's something, three things to say before you go to bed.
- 1:07[SPEAKER_01]: And maybe this came across your feed, but if not, I'll put in the links below.
- 1:11[SPEAKER_01]: Alright, number one, an affirmation of gratitude.
- 1:13[SPEAKER_01]: Thank you for all the blessings of my life big and small.
- 1:16[SPEAKER_01]: Number two, affirmation of release.
- 1:18[SPEAKER_01]: I release all negativity from today and welcome calm into my being.
- 1:22[SPEAKER_01]: An affirmation of intention.
- 1:23[SPEAKER_01]: I am ready to wake up as a magnet for abundance, peace, and clarity.
- 1:28[SPEAKER_01]: Let's say that one more time.
- 1:29[SPEAKER_01]: This is the third thing to say before bed.
- 1:31[SPEAKER_01]: I am ready to wake up as a magnet for abundance, peace, and clarity.
- 1:35[SPEAKER_01]: I will say I didn't put this as a win, but I recently started
- 1:39[SPEAKER_01]: listening to meditations before bed, like these sleep meditations that are guided.
- 1:46[SPEAKER_01]: You have to find a voice that you like, but I do like listening to the abundance was.
- 1:50[SPEAKER_01]: I actually sleep so deeply.
- 1:51[SPEAKER_01]: So anyways, I'm really, really loving.
- 1:53[SPEAKER_01]: I used to be like sleep music and now it's not sleep music because my ADHD just doesn't like certain sounds that are coming through.
- 1:58[SPEAKER_01]: So anyways, all right, that inspired me.
- 2:00[SPEAKER_01]: I hope you can use those.
- 2:01[SPEAKER_01]: Again, the link will be in the show notes.
- 2:03[SPEAKER_01]: You can actually screenshot those.
- 2:05[SPEAKER_01]: and then put them somewhere before your bed.
- 2:07[SPEAKER_01]: So you don't have to look at your screen because that'd be really great.
- 2:09[SPEAKER_01]: Like, like, write them up post it.
- 2:10[SPEAKER_01]: All right.
- 2:11[SPEAKER_01]: When of yours is something we do?
- 2:13[SPEAKER_01]: So this one we're going to do a bunch from our lovely Ainsley just because she sends in so many and I love that Ainsley keeps in a min.
- 2:21[SPEAKER_01]: You guys, you can send your wins in to be a pod.com slash questions.
- 2:24[SPEAKER_01]: You could put a question for the podcast, press answer or your wins.
- 2:28[SPEAKER_01]: And I really do enjoy hers because they're so thoughtful and from the heart.
- 2:33[SPEAKER_01]: I also've known ANSI for so many years and it's just so fun to see how she has, how all these ones have helped her become who she is today and how she uses these wins to just keep propelling new things.
- 2:45[SPEAKER_01]: So she said,
- 2:46[SPEAKER_01]: All booked into summer camp and day pass weekend, great lineup and excited to film my cup, realize how close and April is.
- 2:53[SPEAKER_01]: So I've been inspired to put some thoughts down for an end of May or June event.
- 2:58[SPEAKER_01]: Two new mat clients started up and signed up and I got a beautiful message from a newish client saying how polis is changing her life.
- 3:05[SPEAKER_01]: She now feels alive again.
- 3:07[SPEAKER_01]: And Spring Clean totally inspired by a member here to clear out some clutter.
- 3:11[SPEAKER_01]: I heard a new client of mine say, sells pre-loved clothes.
- 3:14[SPEAKER_01]: She popped around about and bought a chunk to resell and gave me three hundred and thirty pounds for it.
- 3:19[SPEAKER_01]: Could I have earned more and doing it myself?
- 3:21[SPEAKER_01]: Yes, but it opted to cherish the time and spend that time working on my business instead.
- 3:25[SPEAKER_01]: I am so grateful that she walked over two big bags and that money's going to go towards my Vegas Elevate Trip where there's a will, there's a way, and she'll be back in August to buy winter.
- 3:35[SPEAKER_01]: I've been asked to my clients to have some online classes for them to buy so they can keep moving when they are traveling.
- 3:41[SPEAKER_01]: Exciting.
- 3:42[SPEAKER_01]: Now I need to figure out the simplest way to do this.
- 3:45[SPEAKER_01]: What fun wins so many good ones and their aimsly?
- 3:49[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, it's just really what I love about you is that you don't go, oh, I can't afford that.
- 3:54[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, I can't do that.
- 3:55[SPEAKER_01]: You're like, no, I want to do this thing.
- 3:57[SPEAKER_01]: I feel called to do this thing.
- 3:59[SPEAKER_01]: How do I do this thing?
- 4:01[SPEAKER_01]: Right, and I hear this.
- 4:02[SPEAKER_01]: I'm not going to include myself in that.
- 4:03[SPEAKER_01]: I hear a lot of people go, oh, I'd love to do that, but you know, maybe next year or in two years, right?
- 4:08[SPEAKER_01]: And it's like, you can say that.
- 4:10[SPEAKER_01]: You can say, oh, we'll do it next time.
- 4:12[SPEAKER_01]: But if you don't put a plan behind how next time is going to happen, you won't do it the next time.
- 4:17[SPEAKER_01]: I know.
- 4:18[SPEAKER_01]: I have the same events every single year.
- 4:20[SPEAKER_01]: And I have people here.
- 4:21[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, oh, next time.
- 4:22[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, next time.
- 4:23[SPEAKER_01]: And it's like at the next.
- 4:24[SPEAKER_01]: And I'm like, hey, you said next.
- 4:25[SPEAKER_01]: I'm like, oh, I can't this time.
- 4:26[SPEAKER_01]: How about next time?
- 4:27[SPEAKER_01]: It's like, and tell you make a plan.
- 4:29[SPEAKER_01]: You won't.
- 4:29[SPEAKER_01]: So if there's a will, there's a way.
- 4:31[SPEAKER_01]: And when you have a will, you plan the way.
- 4:33[SPEAKER_01]: And so I love that you're like, I'm going to clean up my clothes.
- 4:35[SPEAKER_01]: And yes, I can make more money for myself, but she'll do it.
- 4:37[SPEAKER_01]: She's an expert at it.
- 4:39[SPEAKER_01]: And so everyone wins.
- 4:40[SPEAKER_01]: You win.
- 4:40[SPEAKER_01]: You get time to work on your business, which will make you more money.
- 4:42[SPEAKER_01]: And then they get to do something I love wins like that.
- 4:45[SPEAKER_01]: So thank you, Ainsley for sharing that with us because I bet you inspire someone to clear out their closet and sell their stuff.
- 4:50[SPEAKER_01]: All right, my win.
- 4:52[SPEAKER_01]: So this already happened because I'm recording this before this happened.
- 4:57[SPEAKER_01]: And then we're calling this a free leave on our tour.
- 4:59[SPEAKER_01]: They got to get ahead of these things.
- 5:00[SPEAKER_01]: So this win is a couple of months old, but I love sharing your wins that are older and my wins are older because we to remind ourselves when these episodes come out like, oh, I had that amazing win.
- 5:09[SPEAKER_01]: So long ago, oh, I can do epic things.
- 5:11[SPEAKER_01]: So
- 5:12[SPEAKER_01]: I was like, oh, I'm so excited for June to be a travel free month.
- 5:16[SPEAKER_01]: I can't even wait.
- 5:17[SPEAKER_01]: And my husband went on a camping trip and he took the dog and like I had the house to myself and I did a, and he comes back and he's like, what do he's going to go camping?
- 5:24[SPEAKER_01]: And as I call on these weekends and I was, I said, yes, to a weekend, I said, yeah, I could do that weekend, but thinking no way it's going to happen because it's like in three weeks from when he asked.
- 5:33[SPEAKER_01]: And two weeks from when that weekend was coming to pass, he's like, hey, the boys can go camping that weekend.
- 5:38[SPEAKER_01]: So we're going to go camping that weekend.
- 5:40[SPEAKER_01]: And I was like, oh, okay.
- 5:42[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, I don't want to do that, but I also was like had said, yes, I'd go.
- 5:46[SPEAKER_01]: And of course, I want to camp with these people.
- 5:48[SPEAKER_01]: I want to be with my friends.
- 5:49[SPEAKER_01]: So I am celebrating this as a win.
- 5:51[SPEAKER_01]: I said, yes, to a trip with two weeks to go.
- 5:54[SPEAKER_01]: I said, yes, to a tour of a two weeks to go.
- 5:58[SPEAKER_01]: You know what?
- 5:59[SPEAKER_01]: It got, if you listen to the Wednesday in this month, one of the things that I was like, okay, I'm gonna just say, I'm just gonna go.
- 6:03[SPEAKER_01]: And not go, you just go, I can't, like, I'm gonna go one, I wanna see these people.
- 6:08[SPEAKER_01]: Like, it's not easy when you're an adult.
- 6:10[SPEAKER_01]: It's been time with friends, especially friends who don't live where you are.
- 6:12[SPEAKER_01]: So I'm gonna go, because then I can spend time with friends.
- 6:15[SPEAKER_01]: Two, I'm gonna go because I can call it my reconnecting data nature, because there's gonna be over those two and a half days over there.
- 6:21[SPEAKER_01]: There's gonna be almost twenty-four hours where I'm not gonna be on my phone for sure.
- 6:25[SPEAKER_01]: So I don't have the tech time, but I get to go hiking, which is a win that I had recently like, hey, we can go hiking there.
- 6:30[SPEAKER_01]: You know, it's a different place to hike and I won't get bored of going to the place to a hiking now.
- 6:34[SPEAKER_01]: So I said yes because there's all these different things about it, but mostly I wanted to be, I want to be a person who can say yes to things that are last minute.
- 6:42[SPEAKER_01]: You know, I know you're like two weeks in the last minute.
- 6:44[SPEAKER_01]: It is when you're planning a camping trip.
- 6:46[SPEAKER_01]: It is when you're
- 6:48[SPEAKER_01]: Brad and I, when you have to plan a ton of stuff like to be able to go on a trip.
- 6:53[SPEAKER_01]: We have to make sure that, you know, we're not affecting the elevate calendar.
- 6:56[SPEAKER_01]: We're not affecting the agency calendar.
- 6:57[SPEAKER_01]: We're not affecting the OPC filming calendar.
- 6:59[SPEAKER_01]: We're not affecting like there's all things, right?
- 7:01[SPEAKER_01]: I don't want to work on a weekend when I'm camping.
- 7:03[SPEAKER_01]: I want to be able to be off my phone.
- 7:04[SPEAKER_01]: So I have to make sure that like one I can leave early on a Friday and do that everything is done when I go.
- 7:10[SPEAKER_01]: So I'm just so proud of myself.
- 7:11[SPEAKER_01]: And so if you need to win to know that you too, like saying yesterday and something last minute,
- 7:17[SPEAKER_01]: Brilliant.
- 7:17[SPEAKER_01]: Brilliant win.
- 7:18[SPEAKER_01]: Way to go.
- 7:19[SPEAKER_01]: You slide.
- 7:20[SPEAKER_01]: You should pat yourself on the back for that, because not a lot of people do.
- 7:22[SPEAKER_01]: Most people would just say, no, next time.
- 7:24[SPEAKER_01]: No, next time.
- 7:25[SPEAKER_01]: And then have no plan for it.
- 7:26[SPEAKER_01]: So my love.
- 7:27[SPEAKER_01]: What are your wins?
- 7:28[SPEAKER_01]: I want to celebrate them.
- 7:29[SPEAKER_01]: I want to shout about here on the podcast.
- 7:31[SPEAKER_01]: Send them in to be at pod.com slash questions.
- 7:33[SPEAKER_01]: And also drop your questions for us to answer on the podcast on Thursdays.
- 7:36[SPEAKER_01]: And send an episode of the be a pod that was your favorite to a friend.
- 7:41[SPEAKER_01]: It's how this episode, the podcast grows.
- 7:43[SPEAKER_01]: And we can't grow without you, like little I'd just be talking to myself.
- 7:46[SPEAKER_01]: So, show this podcast with an episode, or an episode you like with a friend who needs to hear it, and you know what to do until next time, be it, tell you see it.
- 7:53[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, can't go yet.
- 7:55[SPEAKER_01]: Gotta give you a mantra, holy moly, and I saved this mantra for you.
- 8:00[SPEAKER_01]: I saved it for you and I almost let it go.
- 8:03[SPEAKER_01]: I'm what a habit.
- 8:04[SPEAKER_01]: I'm creating, which is not great.
- 8:05[SPEAKER_01]: All right.
- 8:06[SPEAKER_01]: So, we're going to get back on the wagon here with our mantras and here is the mantra.
- 8:12[SPEAKER_01]: I also put a link to this one because this one mantra came through on Instagram.
- 8:15[SPEAKER_01]: It really inspired me.
- 8:17[SPEAKER_01]: Your purpose is not the thing you do.
- 8:19[SPEAKER_01]: It's the thing that happens in others when you do what you do.
- 8:26[SPEAKER_01]: Your purpose is not the thing you do.
- 8:28[SPEAKER_01]: It is a thing that happens in others when you do what you do.
- 8:34[SPEAKER_01]: The purpose is not the thing you do.
- 8:35[SPEAKER_01]: It's a thing that happens in others when you do what you do.
- 8:38[SPEAKER_01]: That's from Dr. Caroline Leaf.
- 8:39[SPEAKER_01]: Brilliant.
- 8:40[SPEAKER_01]: Beautiful.
- 8:41[SPEAKER_01]: No notes.
