- 1:00We have Trevor McGregor and you can learn what he can help you with
- 1:04by heading over to trevormcgregor.com.
- 1:06I'm going to have that as a clickable link in the show notes.
- 1:09But you've just started wrapping up a book as well.
- 1:13It's going to be released in August called Rich Beyond Belief.
- 1:16And there was a subtitle there too you probably want to share with everybody.
- 1:21But I always have to ask what in the world possessed you from going through that
- 1:26torture of writing a book?
- 1:29What's such a great question. And really,
- 1:31if I go back just a step before that,
- 1:33you know, as a high performance master platinum coach,
- 1:36you know, after working for Tony Robbins for half a decade and after being
- 1:40a real estate investor for 20 years,
- 1:42and after helping over 45,000 people,
- 1:46you know, navigate their life,
- 1:48their business, their real estate,
- 1:50their franchise, I've got just a wealth of knowledge about you know what
- 1:54keeps people stuck, Jack, and what allows them to achieve phenomenal success.
- 1:57And so I thought I'd take this opportunity to really put some of
- 2:01the biggest lessons into the book.
- 2:03So again, the book is called Rich Beyond Belief.
- 2:06And the tagline to it is how to create extraordinary wealth in every area
- 2:11of your life, right? Because after doing this work on the planet for as long
- 2:14as I've done, about two decades now,
- 2:17I often find that people like you and I and people like the guests that
- 2:20you have on your show are really optimizing for financial freedom,
- 2:25time freedom, location and lifestyle freedom.
- 2:28Right? The freedom to impact people through real estate predominantly
- 2:32or business and then relationship freedom where you get to hang out with people like
- 2:36you, people that are here on purpose and with purpose to do some amazing things.
- 2:40And so I've taken all of that and put it into the book and I'm very,
- 2:43very excited about the release of it as I think that people are going
- 2:46to really enjoy it.
- 2:48Well, I really liked how you started that off.
- 2:50You know, we all talk about this concept of financial freedom.
- 2:54But I actually don't think people sit down and actually define it like you just did.
- 2:59And what that encompasses, you know,
- 3:01you mentioned the time freedom and the,
- 3:03and the financial freedom and the and being able to wherever you want to go.
- 3:10I don't think people have sat down and actually defined what what that actually
- 3:14means. You know, it's such a vague term as this concept of financial freedom.
- 3:22Well, it is again, and it means different things to different people.
- 3:25Some people think it's ultimately a certain net worth.
- 3:28Some people think it's a certain amount of active or passive income coming in.
- 3:32Some people think it's about leaving a generational wealth or leaving
- 3:36a legacy to the kids and the grandkids.
- 3:38And that's what's beautiful about it.
- 3:40But again, I love that you share that not enough people sit down to identify what
- 3:45it really means to them.
- 3:46nor quarterback a playbook on how to move towards it,
- 3:49right? Because ultimately, we often say in my coach and mentor,
- 3:53Tony Robbins said that people often overestimate what they can do in
- 3:57a short period of time.
- 3:59but they underestimate what they could do in two,
- 4:01three, five, 10, 15, 20 years.
- 4:03And for anyone that's investing in real estate or anybody that's leveraging
- 4:08AI like you help people with, I mean,
- 4:10I don't believe it's ever been easier to create that plan and then find what
- 4:15I call who's or super who's to help you get there.
- 4:18A who is a really powerful person in your life,
- 4:21but a super who is worth 10 who's.
- 4:24So at the end of the day, finding somebody that can help you to find deals,
- 4:28fund deals, underwrite deals, run the asset,
- 4:32and literally you run your business,
- 4:34again, leveraging AI, I'm telling you there's never been a better time
- 4:38to find those professional pillars and really lean into it,
- 4:41because it's available to anyone who's defiantly committed to it,
- 4:45Jack.
- 4:45I'd be curious and I'm sure a lot of people are wondering too,
- 4:48if you wouldn't mind sharing the journey you had there in working towards eventually
- 4:54working with Tony Robbins. I mean,
- 4:56he's probably, everybody knows he's probably the highest performer,
- 5:01the first person that comes to people's mind.
- 5:04Well, a thousand percent. You know,
- 5:06and again, when I backed the truck way up prior to that,
- 5:09you know, I'll tell you my story because it's a very interesting story
- 5:12on how I ended up coaching all together.
- 5:14And again, to go right back to it,
- 5:17I'm from Canada, right from Vancouver and ultimately,
- 5:20you know, born and raised in Edmonton,
- 5:22Alberta, Canada in the prairies where
- 5:25You know, all you ever want to do is play sports as a Canadian kid.
- 5:28Hockey was my number one passion,
- 5:30a little bit of skiing, a little bit of,
- 5:32you know, all of those winter sports.
- 5:34And I thought I was going to be an NHL hockey player,
- 5:36Jack. And I had the speed, but I didn't have the size.
- 5:39So I traded in that dream, went off to college like most people do our university.
- 5:44I studied business and then I went and worked in corporate.
- 5:48And I literally was working in this hospitality company in my mid-20s,
- 5:52my late 20s, and in my early 30s,
- 5:54they came to me and said, Trevor,
- 5:56we love that you're on the team.
- 5:58You've risen through the ranks.
- 5:59We'd like to offer you an opportunity to invest in the company's expansion.
- 6:03And so I thought, wow, what a great time to lean into it,
- 6:07because I was married and had two small kids.
- 6:09And so what did I do? Well, I took all of my savings.
- 6:13I then cashed in all of my 401k.
- 6:16And I even convinced my own parents who believed in me and loved me to take
- 6:19out a six figure second mortgage on the family home.
- 6:23And I dumped all of that money into this hospitality expansion plan.
- 6:27And for the first two years, it went really,
- 6:30really good until it didn't. And to make a long story short,
- 6:33we were expanding across Canada,
- 6:35five major cities. got in over our head and I lost all of that money that
- 6:40I put into this expansion. All of it gone forever.
- 6:44And I'm sure you can imagine what that might feel like being in your early 30s,
- 6:48married, two kids, just lost all of that money.
- 6:51And you don't even know how you're going to tell your parents,
- 6:53you know, that the family home is in a challenging predicament.
- 6:57So what do you do then? Well, I didn't know what to do.
- 7:00And one of my friends said, Trevor,
- 7:02you need to find a coach or a mentor.
- 7:06And I said, what's a coach? What's a mentor?
- 7:07I didn't even know what it was.
- 7:09And he said, it's somebody that has a little bit more experience that
- 7:11can help you navigate no matter whatever it is you're going through.
- 7:14And so I found a coach and a mentor in Vancouver,
- 7:18Canada, who was an amazing and accomplished human being.
- 7:21And he took me under his wing.
- 7:22And he said this, Jack, he said,
- 7:24I'm really sorry what's happened to you,
- 7:25but you're still a young man. You got to get up,
- 7:27dust yourself off, and find a way to keep on keeping on.
- 7:31And I said, yeah, but I don't know.
- 7:32I'm going to pay back all of these loans or take care of my family.
- 7:35And he said one thing that changed my life forever.
- 7:38He said, have you ever thought of investing in real estate?
- 7:42And I said, real estate? I don't know anything about real estate.
- 7:45He says, you can borrow other people's money,
- 7:47buy properties, fix them up, and then either refinance them or rent them
- 7:52or sell them and just keep going.
- 7:54And my back was up against the wall.
- 7:56I didn't have any other ideas.
- 7:57And so he was a very successful man and I followed his lead.
- 8:00I bought one little townhouse using other people's money,
- 8:04fixed it up, and Vancouver was going through a beautiful appreciation.
- 8:08So I took the money out of that and bought another condominium.
- 8:11After that, I took the money out of both of those and bought my first duplex.
- 8:15And I don't know about you, but that was where I literally understood what cash flow
- 8:19was. And I leveraged those three to buy another duplex and another
- 8:23one and then another one and then four plexes,
- 8:25single family homes, got into small apartments.
- 8:28And that's when people started to come to me and say,
- 8:30Trevor, you're buying all this property.
- 8:32You're doing all this. Can you show me how?
- 8:35And I said, well, sure, sit down,
- 8:36buy me a drink and I'll be happy to share my playbook.
- 8:39And that's when the coaching bug bed.
- 8:41And it was around that same time that I was just about to go to a Tony Robbins event
- 8:47in California. And a friend of mine said,
- 8:50you know what, let's go but let's do one of those preliminary calls before you go.
- 8:54And that's when I met this coach that was working for Tony Robbins.
- 8:57His name was Dave. And I absolutely created this relationship with him,
- 9:02went to the event, fell in love with personal growth.
- 9:05And I said in that moment, that's what I want to do.
- 9:08I want to coach people, but I want to take all of my real estate experience
- 9:12and help them get into what I feel is the greatest wealth vehicle on the planet.
- 9:17So I'll put a pin in that because that's a fire hose of information,
- 9:20but I'll throw it back to you.
- 9:22Yeah, that is a fire hose of hose of information.
- 9:25It's always interesting, though,
- 9:27that there seems to be a like,
- 9:30I can't tell you how many people have been on the show who've kind of had that,
- 9:34that huge ebb and flow like this,
- 9:36where they've, they built it up,
- 9:37they lost everything. I mean, this is a consistent thing in the real estate world.
- 9:42You're not alone on that.
- 9:45That's correct. And again, I felt horrible when it happened and I,
- 9:48you know, really, you know, felt like,
- 9:50you know, as a failure.
- 9:52But really within two and a half to three years,
- 9:54not only did I create that portfolio where,
- 9:57you know, it started to cashflow,
- 9:59but I made enough money to pay back my parents,
- 10:02pay back the loans, pay off everybody.
- 10:04And I had a beautiful cash flowing portfolio on top of it.
- 10:07And so as I went to this Tony Robbins event,
- 10:10you know, they said that they were looking for part-time coaches to come
- 10:15and join Tony's team because there was an influx of people that wanted one-to-one
- 10:19coaching. And I thought, well,
- 10:21I don't have any form
- 10:22experience, but they said you don't need it.
- 10:24You come in if you've got a passion for business,
- 10:27a passion for real estate, and a passion for people.
- 10:30We'll let Tony and the team coach you on what you need to know.
- 10:33And so I dove in head first, Jack.
- 10:35I flew down to Orlando, Florida.
- 10:37I did my coach training. I went to all the events.
- 10:40I read all the books. I listened to all the CDs about 10 times that Tony offered.
- 10:44And when the dust settled, I went to work for the man,
- 10:47the myth, the legend, Tony Robbins for over half a decade.
- 10:50And it was amazing because they sent me all of the people that had
- 10:54a real estate background.
- 10:56So whether you are a real estate investor or a real estate agent
- 10:59or real estate broker, it had something to do with real estate.
- 11:03And so literally, I started to coach people all over this beautiful country where
- 11:08I met some pretty spectacular people.
- 11:10mean, one of my clients, you probably know him,
- 11:12his name is Joe Fairless. Right?
- 11:15Joe Fairless went from owning four single family homes when I first met
- 11:19him to now having $2.7 billion in AUM.
- 11:23$2.7 billion.
- 11:25And it wasn't a straight line,
- 11:27but I helped Joe for the last 10 years really go up,
- 11:31identify his skill set, his heart set,
- 11:33his mindset, and execute to where now life looks a lot different than
- 11:38it did a decade ago. And I've got story after story of doctors that wanted
- 11:43to get into real estate, attorneys that wanted to get into real estate,
- 11:46Fortune 500 executives. I mean,
- 11:48you name it, because I believe that high performers have multiple streams of income.
- 11:54And if you're a high performing professional who's probably got a tax problem,
- 11:57real estate is the answer to your prayers.
- 12:00And so as I got into more and more and more of this,
- 12:02I started to do one to one coaching,
- 12:04group coaching, masterminds. And now we do retreats all over the world.
- 12:09In fact, I'm speaking to you today from Asia.
- 12:12I'm in Japan. I'm in Tokyo today.
- 12:14After this, we head to Europe for another one this summer,
- 12:18then back to Australia for some this fall,
- 12:20then back to North America, because I'm a big believer
- 12:23in what I shared before, that when you start to find financial freedom
- 12:28and get a little time freedom,
- 12:29it gives you what I call location and lifestyle freedom.
- 12:33and my wife and I and our three sons are blessed to be able to
- 12:36now do life differently and it's not us beating on our chest,
- 12:39it's just we identified, you know,
- 12:41what are our highest values? What's important to us?
- 12:44And so helping more people, whether it's in a one-to-one or a group setting
- 12:48or a mastermind or a retreat is something we love to do.
- 12:51And ultimately we make a lot of income,
- 12:53but most of all we make a lot of impact.
- 12:56Yeah. Well, let's let's dive into some of the things you've learned,
- 13:00especially regarding these real estate professionals that you've been working with.
- 13:04Are there some recurring things that you run into?
- 13:08Like whether it's, it's a mindset issue or just kind of low hanging fruit that
- 13:13you run into fairly common?
- 13:15Yeah, you're singing from my song sheet Jack because I'll tell
- 13:18you it's pretty consistent across the board and most people come to me
- 13:23as a Coach and they say Trevor give me a strategy show me how to
- 13:26buy real estate Show me how to identify the markets show me how to identify
- 13:30the job growth or the you know All the different metrics that go into choosing
- 13:35and I'll say that's great But we're gonna start with that after we first
- 13:38of all check in with your mindset
- 13:41Because I'm telling you strategies are available to anybody that wants
- 13:45to buy real estate. But where most people get stuck,
- 13:47whether you're new to real estate,
- 13:49maybe you're an intermediate in real estate,
- 13:51or maybe you feel like you're an expert,
- 13:53there's another level for us to ascend to.
- 13:56And I find that people really,
- 13:58before you get to that strategy,
- 14:00have to first look into what I call the three previous S's.
- 14:04And so the three previous S's are three words that also start with the letter
- 14:09S that literally talk
- 14:11about
- 14:11your state, which is your focus,
- 14:13your story, which is whatever narrative you're telling yourself,
- 14:17and your standards. That's what level are you going to play at?
- 14:22Because most people that come to me that just want to jump into the fourth S,
- 14:25which is strategy, need some work on the first three because the focus
- 14:30is number one. Most people are focused,
- 14:32Jack, on what they don't want or why it's not going to work.
- 14:36or why their Uncle Bob told them,
- 14:37away from real estate, it's risky,
- 14:39or interest rates are changing,
- 14:41cap rates are changing, different people are migrating from different places
- 14:46to different places, and their focus is on the problem instead of focusing
- 14:50on the solution. That also plays into the story they tell themselves.
- 14:54They might say, well, I'm a doctor,
- 14:56what do I know about business or real estate?
- 14:58or I'm a lawyer, or I'm a Fortune 500 executive at Microsoft or American Express.
- 15:03And so they tell themselves they're too old,
- 15:05they're not educated enough, they should just stay in their lane.
- 15:09And so when you have a challenged state and a challenged story,
- 15:12I'm telling you, that's where we've got to right the ship before we ever move
- 15:17on to the third or the fourth S,
- 15:18because that third S is their standards.
- 15:21And the standard is really just a question.
- 15:23mean, do you want to maintain where you're at,
- 15:26or do you want to raise the bar?
- 15:27Right? Do you want to continue to have Groundhog Day or are you ready
- 15:31to get a second stream of income,
- 15:33meet new people, have a new adventure?
- 15:35Because I tell you the state, the story and the standards and the quality that
- 15:40the people that come to me have by improving those absolutely totally change
- 15:45how they go after real estate when it comes to that fourth S,
- 15:48which is the strategy.
- 15:50So state, story and standards is mindset,
- 15:53strategy is execution and ultimately I've thousands upon thousands upon thousands
- 15:59of people no matter what asset class they're in,
- 16:02right? Maybe they buy a portfolio of single family,
- 16:05maybe they're in small multifamily,
- 16:07maybe they're in apartments, could be self storage,
- 16:11assisted living, mobile home parks.
- 16:13I've got people that flip land,
- 16:15I've got people that make money off historic buildings.
- 16:17I got people doing something in real estate in about 38
- 16:20different states in the US right now and they're all optimizing for the same thing.
- 16:25Growth, success, freedom. Because when you go after growth,
- 16:30success, freedom and you got the right state,
- 16:32story, standards and strategy,
- 16:34I'm telling you it's a beautiful recipe for success.
- 16:36So you well now you're gonna get me on my soapbox here in a second.
- 16:40But before we do I want to remind everybody head over to Trevor McGregor
- 16:46I'm gonna have that as a clickable link in the show notes if you found some value
- 16:49in what we're chatting about so far do us a favor share this episode with somebody
- 16:55that needs a kick in the butt and then the Second is if you found some value
- 17:01in what we're doing a like and subscribe really goes a long way
- 17:05into feeding that algorithm. So,
- 17:08Trevor, this is one of those things that I've been,
- 17:10you know, and I'm going to say I struggle with it myself.
- 17:13There's this there's this ceiling that everybody kind of puts in place
- 17:19on our earning potential. And I think we see it as our in our society,
- 17:23regarding like, we just kind of go with the status quo,
- 17:26we might have a nine to five job,
- 17:28and we kind of just accept the little stipend increase we get every year.
- 17:33And that becomes our expectation.
- 17:36How do we break through that? What do we have to do to reset our mindset
- 17:42to be in a proper value so that we feel like we can earn the level that we can?
- 17:48Well, it's such a great question,
- 17:49Jack, and thank you for asking,
- 17:50and thank you for being a little bit vulnerable because I'm the same way.
- 17:54mean, ultimately, it becomes our beliefs,
- 17:56our values, and our rules that dictate who we are and how we show up.
- 18:01But you got to start with the first one.
- 18:03What do you truly believe? And ask an even a better question.
- 18:06Where did you get those beliefs from?
- 18:08Well, you probably got them from your parents.
- 18:11And where did they get their beliefs?
- 18:12From your grandparents, right?
- 18:13Or growing up at a different time.
- 18:15And so you got to really think of it as like a supercomputer today or AI today,
- 18:20where if you used information from your parents' era or your grandparents'
- 18:24era and tried to run today's supercomputers or super AI computers,
- 18:29it would laugh at you because the world has changed.
- 18:32It's sped up. It's different, right?
- 18:34AI has leveled the playing field as you know and ultimately as I know that anyone
- 18:40who rewrites
- 18:41that first thing we call beliefs has potential.
- 18:44And when you rewrite your beliefs to have potential,
- 18:47right, then you can go out there and identify not just what do you want to do,
- 18:52but who you need to be to do it.
- 18:54Because at the end of the day,
- 18:55it all comes down to your identity and your self-worth,
- 18:58your self-wealth, and your self-esteem.
- 19:01And most people throw themselves under the bus.
- 19:04They say, I'm not worthy of more success.
- 19:06That's for other people. Or I'm not worried of more money,
- 19:09right? I should be happy with what I have.
- 19:11Or I'm not worthy to go out there and crush it,
- 19:13right? I should just be, you know,
- 19:15happy to be a doctor, an attorney,
- 19:17or you know, a business owner.
- 19:19And I really challenge people's thinkings because really,
- 19:23when I say that all decisions are belief and value decisions,
- 19:27what if we go over to the other side of the page and we ask better questions?
- 19:32What if we identify that, you know what,
- 19:33this is the greatest time in history to create wealth?
- 19:36What if we identify that, you know what,
- 19:38you're not just doing it for yourself,
- 19:40you're doing it for your family,
- 19:42for your spouse, for your kids,
- 19:43for your grandchildren? Because when people have a big enough why,
- 19:47Jack, the how starts to show up.
- 19:50And so what I really ask people out of the gate is,
- 19:53you know, which three positions are you really in?
- 19:55Do you want to maintain the status quo because position one is maintenance?
- 20:01Or do you want to go to position two,
- 20:02which is growth? Because in order to move from maintenance to growth,
- 20:06you got to take intelligent and inspired action.
- 20:08Where intelligent means smart and inspired means not because you have to,
- 20:12but because you get to. So to move from position one,
- 20:16maintenance, to position two, growth,
- 20:18is a huge step for some people.
- 20:21But I say even why stop at growth when you can move to the third and final position,
- 20:25which is scale.
- 20:27Right? Now we don't just maintain what we're doing,
- 20:29we grow, but we also see a pathway to potentially,
- 20:33you know, 5x, 10x, 100x what we're doing.
- 20:36And that's where I think that when you surround yourself again with
- 20:39the right people that are working in their ZOG,
- 20:42which is their zone of genius,
- 20:44and you work in your ZOG or your zone of genius,
- 20:47that's when sparks fly and magic happens.
- 20:50So to back up the truck there,
- 20:52some people love looking for deals and talking to brokers.
- 20:56Some people love underwriting deals,
- 20:58right? Some people love raising capital.
- 21:02Some people love running the asset.
- 21:04So ultimately, if we really ask,
- 21:06what's the hierarchy of your zone of genius?
- 21:09What do you love to do? What do you kind of like?
- 21:11I'll do it, but it's not my favorite.
- 21:13And what's something that I absolutely do not like?
- 21:16We start to see a formula. And if you can work in your zone of genius,
- 21:20and again, you find other people working in their zones of genius and you
- 21:24Yeah, I really like what you're saying there.
- 21:26One of the things that I've really have learned to just kind of accept
- 21:29is the fact that as humans, we will do anything we can to avoid pain
- 21:35or perceived pain in any way. And the only thing that overrides that
- 21:40is establishing the level of why that you just laid out.
- 21:44And
- 21:46And I actually think that if you actually find your zone of genius
- 21:51and like you mentioned, not only is that something that you feel more comfortable
- 21:57in and you enjoy, but it becomes your obligation.
- 22:00And that becomes something that you need to provide to the people around you.
- 22:06Yeah, it's just fantastic. Trevor.
- 22:09One of the things I was hoping that we can spend a little time on today
- 22:12is and I this is a mindset thing where you're going to you're going
- 22:16to hopefully break people's mindset break through some walls here today because
- 22:21I want you to tackle the concept of what we're talking about.
- 22:25And coaching. I would say that
- 22:30outside of real estate investing and any investing for that matter,
- 22:34investing your yourself in some sort of coaching program is likely going
- 22:40to have the biggest return on that investment that anything else could provide.
- 22:44And you gave some great names,
- 22:46you know, mentioned Joe Fairless and a few others,
- 22:48I would make the I would guess that they're probably would make the same argument.
- 22:52But for some reason, people just struggle with with that concept.
- 22:58Can you can you talk a little to that?
- 23:00Yeah, it's one of those things when real estate investing is really
- 23:03the only occupation I've ever had,
- 23:05where the community is so open with information,
- 23:10and they're really welcoming, you know,
- 23:12it is one of those tide lives all boats.
- 23:14And I think there's a there's a prevalent mindset in this type
- 23:17of community that that's really something to take advantage of.
- 23:21I mean, it's it's great in that record.
- 23:23I have yet to really have a
- 23:25of another real estate investor where I've had a question that they
- 23:28are not willing to just open book share it all.
- 23:31Well, I have to ask you about AI a little bit.
- 23:34You know, that's my core thing.
- 23:36So I'm going to pull you into that a little bit.
- 23:38Because a lot of the conversations I have are people who are looking
- 23:43to scale and now they may be hiring people.
- 23:47And before they do, they're now exploring some options.
- 23:50And to get them to let go of certain things,
- 23:54I keep running into people who are busy all day long.
- 23:59however they're busy with the wrong things.
- 24:01And it's just like reprioritizing and the the mindset that you were talking about
- 24:06earlier is probably the answer to that.
- 24:09But what would you say to help people with something like this?
- 24:12Well, Trevor, this has just been fantastic.
- 24:14We could just keep going. I'm going to say we're going to there's going
- 24:18to be round two hopefully in the near future.
- 24:20Just to remind everybody, trevormcgregor.com.
- 24:24Before we start diving into the rapid fire and start closing out this episode,
- 24:28Trevor, is there anything else we should have tried to hit on?
- 24:30Trevor. This has been fantastic.
- 24:32Again, it's trevormcgregor.com.
- 24:35That's going to be a clickable link in the show notes.
- 24:37But if you're ready, Trevor, we'll dive into the rapid fire and close
- 24:40out this episode.
- 24:41What lie do real estate investors often tell themselves?
- 24:44If you could go back in time and give your younger self one piece of advice,
- 24:48what would it be?
- 24:49Yeah, I'm gonna even add to that,
- 24:50you know, just kind of struck me too,
- 24:52when you were saying the 80 20 rule.
- 24:54But those people that consume 80 % of that,
- 24:57you know, 80 % of those people that consume that content will never take
- 25:01the action to do something about it,
- 25:03too. It's that 20 % that become the next great real estate investor.
- 25:08Do you have a book recommendation or what are you reading right now?
- 25:11And finally, what single process or tool have you implemented that
- 25:14has had the biggest time saving impact?
- 25:16Yeah, this is frankly the biggest leveling of the playing field I think we've seen
- 25:21since the internet. It's pretty crazy.
- 25:25Yeah, yeah, I've heard multiple people say you're not going to be replaced by AI,
- 25:30you're going to be replaced by somebody who is using AI.
- 25:34So I really appreciate your time,
- 25:37Trevor. Again, make sure you check out the book when it comes out in August,
- 25:41rich beyond belief. And I'll try to update the episode to make sure that link
- 25:45is available when that book comes out.
- 25:47But more importantly, head over to Trevor McGregor.com
- 25:51Clickable link in the show notes.
- 25:52Really appreciate it, Trevor. I hope you'll consider coming back again real soon.
