- 0:00I know Amanda Stills the seat Whip see brought to you by JDP Electric.
- 0:05Well, we told you yesterday, Jana Kramer said, Travis Kelsey is always
- 0:08drunk in a bad influence on Taylor Swift. That was kind of the highlight
- 0:12of her her statement in her podcast that is bad if you hear her say
- 0:16it, but just on paper, it's like pretty accusatory. Oh hear yeah.
- 0:20Travis responded basically by saying, I'm taken back by the comments because I
- 0:23don't even know who she is, and I kind of don't believe that.
- 0:27I kind you don't believe that Travis Kelce, I feel like he knows Janet
- 0:31Kramer. I think he think sees he takes me for a one Tree Hill
- 0:34guy. What is he a thirty five year old dude, Like, of
- 0:37course he knows who Janna Cram. That's how. That's how. As soon
- 0:40as I heard that, I went, dude, come on now, now
- 0:43you're just trying to act like I'm Taylor Swift's boyfriend. I'm way above everybody
- 0:47else, because I bet a year and a half ago you would have went
- 0:51out with Jana Kramer. To be completely honest with you, I mean let's
- 0:54be honest. We're just like, okay, are you saying jan just on
- 0:58paper? If you just showed me a photo, if you were going photos,
- 1:02I could see that. But then you go track record and stuff.
- 1:04Well of course he's gimme Taylor Swift. I'm just saying, all right.
- 1:07Anyway, He does go on to say that she was probably doing it to
- 1:11get attention for her podcast. I'm like, is this the Battle of the
- 1:15podcast? Like, go on now, guysidding, But speaking of that,
- 1:19the Kelsey Brothers yesterday, and I really like Jason, I really do.
- 1:23They were talking about the Tom Brady roast boys. I'm just not here for
- 1:27this. I just do not get the rose. I don't understand why people
- 1:30do them because it's comedy is good. First of all, just shut up,
- 1:36Just shut up, Travis. This comedy anyway? Over that, okay,
- 1:41Sorry from the top. I just do not get the rose. I
- 1:42don't understand why people do them because it's comedy is good. That being said,
- 1:49I really don't get it. I don't get why people do roast I
- 1:51don't get why they're saying ha ha, yeah, my family's ruined. It's
- 1:57so funny. Everyone's laughing it's great, right, Please know I laugh at
- 2:00all these jokes. They're fucking great. Tom was a good sport about it,
- 2:05knowing that he was taking an aggressive straight hey boys, and you know
- 2:08I love these boys. I know. It just makes you think like maybe
- 2:12he does belong with Jana Kramer. Meanwhile, his girlfriend just releases like thirty
- 2:16one song poem and here he is, by the way, speaking of that,
- 2:23Rose Nicki Glazer has been catching some heat over her comments that she made
- 2:27about Giselle. Again, it was supposed to all be funny, she said.
- 2:30I'm not taking any of it back, but I do apologize to Gizelle.
- 2:34If I ever run into her, I'll say I'm sorry. I'm sure
- 2:38she'll be very happy to hear that. There's been some rumors too that this
- 2:40roast could get Giselle to move to Brazil. I don't see that because they're
- 2:44still co parenting and raising kids. That feels really extreme, it does.
- 2:49How old are those kids? I think the oldest because it's with Bridget Monaham
- 2:53and I want to say maybe just around my graduation something like that. And
- 2:58I feel like the youngest is probably like eleven, really spitball in hair,
- 3:00hang out not quite moving to Brazil age anyway, No, no, I
- 3:05don't think so. I heard it still lovely. Tom Brady's good's age sixteen
- 3:09is the oldest. I didn't care that much. Oh okay, just like
- 3:14if you knew, great, But I don't need this all right. I
- 3:17was really just trying to get you some information. Thank you. I know
- 3:23you're going to sleep tonight knowing not knowing the Tom Brady you know, like
- 3:28I could ballpark it. You know, I've figured it was between ten and
- 3:30seventeen. That was my guess what month did you say they were born?
- 3:37I think this share birthday with you, Pike. The virgo's perfect. I
- 3:39mean, you feel bad because she's not the one who signed up for the
- 3:42roast, correct, but you just gotta kind of brush it off. I
- 3:46know easier said than that. I'd probably be in shambles right now if I'd
- 3:49been roasted, and Pike, you were just telling me about it a couple
- 3:52of days ago. Baby Reindeer on Netflix. It's a hit show right now,
- 3:55and the woman who was doing the stocking, her name is Martha,
- 4:00is actually firing back. So she's sitting down with Piers Morgan to tell her
- 4:03side of the story. She's saying, quote, it's a bunch of rubbish.
- 4:08So the guy who's in the film is actually the guy who is telling
- 4:14the story. He went through everything. Yeah, the mini series on on
- 4:15Netflix. But yeah, so it's a true story. This guy, the
- 4:18actor Josh Gadd, had gone through where he was being stalked. He's a
- 4:21struggling comedian and then he at one point is being abused or sexually abused by
- 4:28a writer. And that's allegedly a true story. And so yeah, this
- 4:31woman, it'll be interesting to hear what she says. If she's anything like
- 4:33the character that's the portrayal of her, it should be interesting. Well,
- 4:39she is saying she's considering legal action. She says she doesn't have the money,
- 4:42but I'm perfectly capable of being the lawyer that I am and I can
- 4:46represent myself. Very eerie because again I'm not all the way through it yet.
- 4:50So I'm to a place right now where she scares me. And so
- 4:54now to see her sit down with Piers Morgan and she looks identical to this
- 4:59actress to some degree, Yeah, it was like, oh oh boy,
- 5:01nailed it. Interesting unsettling to say the least, How many times do people
- 5:08threaten legal action for like libel or whatever. Defamation of care never goes anywhere.
- 5:13Have you ever heard of anybody winning that case or just threatening legal actions?
- 5:16Well there was this guy named Johnny Depp who he okay, one,
- 5:21there's one in the morning, big nutty eight point seven. You want a
- 5:27spect a thing when you hear that telephone room? By spread what's like to
- 5:33never this lesson? By spread the sun? He wants by bike springs time.
- 5:42And of course you know, in honor of Mother's Day, we've been
- 5:44doing this little thing here. Oh it's a big thing with Mother's Day coming
- 5:47up on Sunday. It's called the Supermum Hotland. Thank you Meta. Yes,
- 5:50And of course I wanted to kill two birds with one stone. Some
- 5:54people might call that lazy me. I call it creativity, creative and just
- 5:59a resourceful And so we're gonna call the winner of our Super Mama Hotline right
- 6:02now. Are you ready? Hello? Is this Lincoln Elementary? Yes,
- 6:14this is Calie Gardner. Callie Gardner. My gosh, good morning, it's
- 6:16piking to Mandy in the morning. Hello, good morning. How are you
- 6:20guys doing good? Really good? Really good? How are you. I'm
- 6:25doing pretty good. Well, thank you. I know this is weird that
- 6:28a local, popular, local morning radio show would call you, but we
- 6:31had something very special we wanted to kind of surprise you with, so CALLI
- 6:34in honor Mother's Day being Sunday, We've done this thing called the Super Mom
- 6:39Hotline, where we've invited people to call in and leave voicemails telling us why
- 6:43their mom is a super mom. Okay, and we got a really interesting
- 6:47one from somebody you might recognize. Okay, do you got a second?
- 6:51Can I play it for you? Yep? Please do? All right,
- 6:54here we go, Hi, it's a list. I just wanted to tell
- 7:00you about my mom. She's the best mom, shoot a flute supermom,
- 7:03and she is a teacher, and she raised me and my siblings, and
- 7:10she always gave us milk and cookies. We were always fed. And I
- 7:14just wanted to honor her on Mother's Day. And I love the show.
- 7:16I think you guys were great and almost as great as my mom, which
- 7:20is why I'm calling the Super Mama Hotline. Thank you guys. Ah,
- 7:26how sweet is that? That was so sweet? Now that was your daughter?
- 7:30No, that was not my nast Oh it wasn't. No, it
- 7:36sounded like you is that like a grown nan trying to be your daughter?
- 7:41What an odd thing to do? All right, cal okay, let me
- 7:44try again. Okay, because we do this thing called Pike's prank, and
- 7:46I thought I would do two things at once, and it really was still
- 7:49really felt fell flat. Uh, I go to try to make mothers about
- 7:53you, Pike. All right, let's pay it here. Let me try
- 7:56this one here. I got another voicemail. It went like this just is
- 8:00really the most superman because she is a teacher and meaning she has the mom
- 8:07all the other kids, and she has a little toddler as well as a
- 8:13teenager. She's really just doing the most that she can and I love her
- 8:18for it. She always knows where everything is in our house like something,
- 8:24she'll be able to know where it is, and she's really just the best.
- 8:31Crying How about that one? Did that sound familiar? That sounds very
- 8:35familiar of her. Oh and you're a second grade teacher, I am.
- 8:43I have kids coming in an eight minutes, so they're going to get me
- 8:46crying. Oh gosh. Well, we wanted to give you a call really
- 8:50quick and just let you know that your daughter is amazing, you raised a
- 8:52good one, and you won an awesome prize pack. You're going to get
- 8:58one hundred and twenty nine dollars gift card for a signature facial over to Advanced
- 9:01Medspot, a huge bouquet of followers from Classic Floral with a one hundred dollars
- 9:05gift card, and also one hundred dollars gift card to TLC Cleaning. Oh
- 9:09my god, that's amazing, Callie. It sounds like you are an amazing
- 9:15mom and you've raised a wonderful daughter, and so we just wanted to honor
- 9:18you. And it sounds like you know, you've got it all. You
- 9:20you know where everything is in the house, which is my favorite, a
- 9:22great mom quality to have. She didn't mention anything about the milk and cookies
- 9:30though from the first one. No, that was so strange. I was
- 9:33waiting for, Oh, thank you, Callie. We appreciate you. Thank
- 9:37you, guys, I appreciate you. Take in a minute in the morning.
- 9:43It's been a painful week. I was in the hospital just the other
- 9:46day for a stomach issue. Turned out to be I was full of Bowie
- 9:48Easy Easy, easy on that I was in the hospital. I it's hospitalized.
- 9:54You literally went to the walking in clinic. I took an ambulance to
- 9:58the walk in clinic. You took your knees. I drove with urgency to
- 10:05the walking clinic because you had to tell where I had to be x rayed.
- 10:09You know, the fear, you know what I was going through my
- 10:11head as I was getting x rayed, Amanda, that's a serious procedure,
- 10:15trust me, I know. And when the doctor sat me down and said,
- 10:18I want you to look at this picture here. You see that there
- 10:20and she pointed there was a mass, I'm like, oh no, she
- 10:24said, that is a bunch of stool. She said, you gotta go
- 10:31get some laxatives. And that's it. I know. I'm happy to be
- 10:35healthy and although we're still waiting for that big movement, so I'll keep you
- 10:39all posted. But did you know, Amanda, that one in three Americans
- 10:43are living in constant pain? That fine blowing to me because there are certain
- 10:48things eggs, pains, that people live with forever and you just like that's
- 10:52just the way it's supposed to be, or I'm fine with that. You
- 10:54really you have to you have to appreciate the moments where you don't feel pain
- 10:58like currently managed are feeling any pain? No, I'm actually feeling real good.
- 11:01Sometimes my lower back I have kind of a Actually I didn't realize it
- 11:05until last year when I had my appendix taken out when they went in for
- 11:07an X ray, that like, my lower back is bone to bone and
- 11:11so it's just yeah, it's really, what are you supposed to have?
- 11:15Not good? Some bone marrow I believe is in there, like they're supposed
- 11:18to be cartilage or something, and it's just like just laying on, laying
- 11:22on there after a couple of kidsikes, So that'll hit every once in a
- 11:24while. But ever part you and I feel great, Meaning the next person
- 11:28to walk in this door is going to be living in pain, constant pain.
- 11:31They say that the most common pain people feel are not on loving guys
- 11:37in the neck. Believe it or not. No neck was number two?
- 11:41Did you get it though, pain in the neck. You're being a pain
- 11:43in the neck? I guess. I mean I hear pain in the bleep
- 11:48more often than I hear pain in suppose there, but that that body part
- 11:52did not make the list. Legs, however, did number one pain people
- 11:56feel? Just a random leg pain? Soort legs is one thing. Neck,
- 12:01shoulders top three? What would you say? Let me ask you this
- 12:05as a lady. I have a feeling. I know what you're gonna say.
- 12:07What's the worst pain you've ever felt? Of course, I think you're
- 12:11probably thinking when I gave birth right, That's what I'm thinking. No,
- 12:13I had an epidural and honestly, wasn't painful. I was one of the
- 12:16lucky ones that that process was easy, pasy. Really. I think the
- 12:22most pain that I had, to be completely honest with you, with you
- 12:26wish wish, wish you is ah. I think it was my appendix,
- 12:31how about you? Oh, I mean yes, back in the wrestling day.
- 12:37No, I did break my arm in ailment in wrestling in fifth grade.
- 12:39I remember being in such excruciating pain and like sitting in the emergency room
- 12:43at I probably merit care at the time. You know, I've never broke
- 12:46anything. It's horrible in my arm like looking it wasn't like a hairline fracture.
- 12:50Some people like, oh I broke my toe, was it one of
- 12:52the girls, like you see a storing injury. It's just like, okay,
- 12:56it wasn't a compound fracture. Like the bone wasn't sticking out of the
- 12:58arm, but it was pretty messed up, like my forum was broken in
- 13:03half, and it was so painful. And meanwhile, we're sitting in the
- 13:05er and you have you know, it's a full er at night, and
- 13:09I'm watching people who like I don't know, have a runny nose get in
- 13:15before me, Like are you serious unless I see something sticking out of somebody's
- 13:18body, Like let's get me. Let's get the sobbing ten year old into
- 13:22the room. So that was very painful. Otherwise, like I think,
- 13:24toothpain has got to be the worst. You're not wrong. I bet that's
- 13:28up there. That's probably I forgot about my wisdom teeth. That was.
- 13:33That was hell. I mean called the socket, dry socket, ice socket,
- 13:39Oh gosh, hop socket. I had the surgery and they were doing
- 13:43a root canal and so you hear like root canal growing up and it's like,
- 13:46I don't know, is that hurd or what. Well, they gave
- 13:50me nova cane and they gave me the most like one shot of novacane,
- 13:52which hurts in itself, like going into your mouth, just a sensation.
- 13:56Yeah. Anyway, so they start drilling away and it's obviously not working because
- 14:01I'm like crying in pain. Did you have laughing gas on top of it?
- 14:05No, So they stopped. They had to give me another injection.
- 14:07They start drilling again. I start crying again, like literally the worst paint
- 14:11ever. They gave me the most amount of novacaine they can give you before.
- 14:13After that, it's just like, okay, well, we're just gonna
- 14:16have to do it. I was clenching so hard as they were just drilling
- 14:18away at this tooth. Probably the worst pain I felt, Okay. Number
- 14:22two would probably be Packers losing to the Seahawks in twenty twelve. Is that
- 14:28when you punched it. I didn't punch the TV. It was just the
- 14:31worst day anyway. That's the worst, PA. Just so you know on
- 14:33the record, you're the one who brought up the garbage packers in this conversation.
- 14:37Okay, what I'm just saying, you're done. I hope you have
- 14:41a root canount today. And that's what. Now here's what you need to
- 14:46know. Interesting, just days after Miss USA resigned yesterday, miss Team USA
- 14:54called it quick, called it quit. What do you go Ford? Who?
- 15:01Now? I remember Miss USA quitting? But now it's suspicious that the
- 15:05teen USA quit right, So on Monday, when Miss USA stepped down,
- 15:09she referred to mental health and self care in her statement. Will yesterday,
- 15:13miss TENUSA called quit, saying that her personal value is no longer fully aligned
- 15:16with the direction of the organization. Of course, all very odd, and
- 15:20nobody really paid attention to last Friday when Miss USA is social media director,
- 15:24quit like okay, right, no right. The reason behind it though,
- 15:30this is pretty telling, she said. I feel the way the current management
- 15:33speaks about their title holders aka Miss USA and Miss teen USA is unprofessional and
- 15:39inappropriate. I just avow workplace toxicity and bullying of any kind. So there's
- 15:43some stuff going on behind the scenes. A bill designed to protect ticket buyers
- 15:48in Minnesota is now law. Governor Waltz signed the Ticket Transparency Bill. The
- 15:52Taylor Swift Bill requires ticket sellers to give the full price for each ticket before
- 15:56the purchase, including all the fees. By the way, listen to the
- 16:00Taylor Swift kicking off her arras tour tonight in France, so she's gonna be
- 16:03there till May twelfth, and people in France are saying that they're having more
- 16:10people come to this from America than they are for the Olympics. I mean
- 16:14that just goes to show. It's like Taylor is just what can you say
- 16:17this point? There's just so many yeah, so many crazy stats with that
- 16:19tour. But would you rather go to Olympic to Paris? For it's in
- 16:25Paris? Right? Is that where she's playing? I couldn't name another French
- 16:26city. Would you rather go for the Olympics or for the Aras tour?
- 16:30Or give me a third option? The Eiffel Tower. So the Eiffel Tower,
- 16:36that would be. That would be the reasoning I feel I could be
- 16:38underwhelming. I mean I've been to Vegas. They got one right there on
- 16:41the strip's got to be there's no it's gotta be just a that'd be a
- 16:45long airline flight. That's where That's what gets me is the flights around.
- 16:48Have you ever been to Europe? No, the furthest I've ever gone is
- 16:52the Dominican Republican. That was a four hour flight. That long flight.
- 16:56Well, I'll let you know. We're going to Italy and August, so
- 17:00that'll be a good eight nine something hours. Did you when you booked it?
- 17:03Did you get one of those pods? Or are you just sitting in
- 17:06Yeah, man, I'm a gazillion are and so of course we booked the
- 17:08pod just out of curiosity. I don't know how with the flight situation.
- 17:11I for life, Baby, Listen. You can make fun of me for
- 17:15being short all you want, but when it comes time to cram into an
- 17:18airline, fine way, We've got a part. We got it. Ain't
- 17:23so bad, now, is it, Daddy Longlegs? Yeah, Yeah.
- 17:27Disney and Warner Brothers, Discovery they just announced they're doing a triple play bundle,
- 17:33so they already have Disney Plus and Hulu wrapped into one big package.
- 17:37Now they're throwing Max in. They have not given a price on it,
- 17:40but they are saying it's going to happen here in the summer, all right.
- 17:42I like the more, the more bundling, the better. It makes
- 17:45me feel like I'm not spending as much. For some reason. It's like
- 17:48that, oh, I'm getting all four of those for five hundred dollars,
- 17:52super. I know that's how they trick you, because they think you're getting
- 17:55a deal. But it's like, well, would I have got Max if
- 17:56it wasn't part of the Dumble Pro? Probably not, because I just canceled
- 18:00Max because I joined Peacock and it's I mean, they are just getting us.
- 18:03They really got us, you know. You know, here's what happened
- 18:06to us. We just got a different phone plan because you know, we
- 18:08were on this like grandfathered phone plan which was apparently expensive, so they got
- 18:12us to this current one, which is much cheaper. But the grandfather account
- 18:17we were on had HBO Max included. This one doesn't. So it's like
- 18:21a little give and take. There got it. And the t Wolves,
- 18:23you know, the hottest team of the world right now you can watch on
- 18:26Max. So I had to subscribe again just so I could watch the Wolves
- 18:29games. Do you guys have Hulu? Yeah? Yeah, Family Guys on
- 18:33Hulu, so gonna need that Family Guy. Yeah. I have Netflix only
- 18:38for Seinfeld and I have Family Guy or Hulu for Family Guys. This really
- 18:41speaks volumes. I am a thirty three year old man. What do you
- 18:45want me to do? I grew up with Chris Peter in The Gang.
- 18:48King of the Hill it's on there too, They're making new episodes. I
- 18:53love King of the Hi Simpsons. Are we just naming the greatest animated shows
- 18:57of all time? If you got the Big Three. Any questions about South
- 19:02Park? I wish that was that was my next one? That was my
- 19:06next one. Wipe and Amanda in the morning on sage seven. You know
- 19:11how you text says a lot about you, specifically your age. So I
- 19:14want you to think about grabb your phone. Think about if you were to
- 19:15fire off a text right now, how you do it means a lot.
- 19:19A viral TikTok explains this phenomenon. Oh gosh, it's got me good.
- 19:25Specifically, Texters who can type fast and accurately using one hand probably belong to
- 19:30what generation gen Z gen Z you got it. I mean they're the experts,
- 19:34right, But there was a time, I will say for US millennials
- 19:37parts when like you know, no Kia phones were thinking blackberries, when T
- 19:41nine word was a thing. I don't know if anybody's ever been able to
- 19:45construct a paragraph quicker without looking than me. I mean, you could like
- 19:48one hand behind your bad wipe, so mine is super fast. That's funny
- 19:53you say that, Amanda, because those who swipe text most likely are a
- 19:59millennial born between nineteen eighty one and nineteen ninety six. I've never swiped to
- 20:03me, it's ridiculous. Oh I love it. I mean, I guess
- 20:07I haven't done it, so I can't really speak on it. But it
- 20:08just seems silly. It just seems say, it's so easy. Then you
- 20:11got the people who are using both thumbs. That is so painful to watch.
- 20:18It is horrible, but it's not as bad as the final one.
- 20:19Here both thumb texting belongs to most likely a millennial or a zoomer. And
- 20:25then you got the people who use a thumb and the index finger. And
- 20:27now you can imagine somebody doing this basically holding a phone with one hand,
- 20:32point her finger on the other hand, oh like ready to strike, and
- 20:37likely a set of readers on yep, and looking at the phone like you
- 20:40know, it's a foreign language. Gat I'm thinking of my mom, and
- 20:42then just using their pointer fingers just like pounding the keys. That's my my
- 20:47Grandma Serrano. And it's the emojis that are just so good that she will
- 20:52send off. There's like a Grandma emoji. She'll go love and then she'll
- 20:56put the Grandma emoji. It is so good. I call that the the
- 21:00boomer urge, or like the gen x urge to select the emoji because like,
- 21:04let's say you're on an iPhone and if I type the word a potato,
- 21:08it's gonna suggest the potato emoji O G. Yeah, and so they
- 21:12just cannot resist the urge to select that. And the funniest part is when
- 21:17they're like angry typing or you see it on Facebook or something. But even
- 21:19then, even though they're typing like a really angry argument or something, they
- 21:23still select the emoji. Yeah. So my grandma was talking about her foot
- 21:27here, so there's a little foot emoji. It's just it's adorable. I
- 21:30absolutely love it. I just love that they're in that, when they're in
- 21:36that generation of one aid to text, like for me being able to send
- 21:38them pictures and they can see them so they don't have to wait for my
- 21:41dad or somebody to come over and be like, can you pull up that
- 21:45JB? What is that thing called that? That Facebook? Yeah? I
- 21:48can see. It is nice when you see like an older person like really
- 21:52embracing it because like it's incredible what you know technology can do. Totally.
- 21:56You got the ones that are like, oh, it's stupid, as we're
- 21:57ruining the world, which is probably true. However, the fact that you
- 22:00can FaceTime with your grandchild. That's pretty cool. That is truly the most
- 22:04amazing. I mean we talked about COVID and all the different things. It's
- 22:07like there was one huge thing that came of that face timing was in zooming
- 22:12and all of that I think is great. But then also like sports and
- 22:15stuff like now you can YouTube different sports in different places. We used to
- 22:19not be able to do that at all. Remember you ever attend a live
- 22:22stream wedding during twenty twenty A couple of them, actually, I know,
- 22:26and I think I had a couple baby showers. It was so stupid though.
- 22:30I remember going into one only because I thought there would be a way
- 22:33for them to see who actually showed up. I'm like, well I got
- 22:34at least log in. I'm not going to watch this thing. You didn't,
- 22:38No windy live stream in a park, you can't see, you can't
- 22:42hear, And then you got everybody else in the zoom or whatever. You
- 22:47know, they can't turn their mics off, so you got that nightmare going
- 22:49up. That's the one that is a struggle just in general when people.
- 22:52I was just on one the other day. It's like I can't get my
- 22:55camera to work. I can't do this. It's like, oh boy,
- 22:57just a disaster. We've been having it for a few years. We gotta
- 23:02get it down like it a minute in the morning on Big Nutty eight point
- 23:07seven. You know your wedding day in the biz A man, I'm djaying
- 23:11weddings now. It's every wedding. It's the super Bowl, you know what
- 23:15I mean. You get one shot every detail. Well you might get a
- 23:21read go for the one shot, but you know, for that wedding anyway,
- 23:25you get the one one shot at it. And so everything has to
- 23:27go right, and anytime something goes wrong, it's brutal because it's like it's
- 23:32not like, let's do it again from the top. Start the ceremony over.
- 23:34So this bride is going viral because at her ceremony, beautiful wedding out
- 23:40in Oklahoma, Okay, sort of a countryside wedding. The video shows the
- 23:44bride having her moment walking down the aisle. Oh that is that's one of
- 23:48my favorite fun fact. Yeah, one of my favorite moments is when the
- 23:52bride is walking down. But do you know what I like to do?
- 23:55This is wild look at the groom, like the look on the groom's face
- 24:00when the bride is walking down the aisle is just it's that moment's powerful.
- 24:04Yeah, you know, then you got like the dad ye bringing his daughter
- 24:08to Honestly, I get a litle teary eyed myself. However, this bride,
- 24:11her name is Mystique. She's walking down the aisle, Dad's holding her
- 24:15arm emotional. When the camera pans off into the distance. I mentioned it
- 24:19was sort of a countryside wedding. There's a field by a lake nearby,
- 24:23and there appears to be maybe a cow. Upon further review, it's not
- 24:30big enough to be a cow, kind of looks like a cat, but
- 24:34too big to be a cat. Literally in the distance there is a woman
- 24:38dressed as a cat, behaving like a cat, walking around on all fours.
- 24:42You've maybe seen videos of people who do this what like a furry either
- 24:47what you would call a theory, in which is a person who identifies as
- 24:52a non human animal and engages in behaviors associated with their animal identity. In
- 24:56this case, a woman identifies as a cat. She like, yeahow,
- 25:02like making all these weird noises like hissing and can you hear the I know
- 25:10this sounds of cat very good. Are they Are they able to hear this
- 25:15person or just see this. It's just seeing it, but you know everybody's
- 25:18looking at it. Of course, it was like, what the heck is
- 25:21that this is distracting, so distracting, and so it just essentially ruined it
- 25:26because now, you know, years from now, when everybody looks back at
- 25:29Mystique's wedding, they're not going to talk about how amazing she like walking out
- 25:33of the aisle. I could talk about the weird old cat lady that's parading
- 25:37meow and around in the field next door. And my uh, at my
- 25:40first wedding, everybody's still talking about my cousin who was wearing the peach dress
- 25:44that you could see through. It was very skin tone, and I was
- 25:47there. It's all that's all people talk about. I don't know what you
- 25:49serve for food? Did you have a DJ? I have no idea.
- 25:53Did you actually get married? I mean that is genuinely what was like.
- 25:56It was just a distraction. Yeah, we had you know, we got
- 26:00married at a golf course, and so the ceremony took place right by the
- 26:03eighteenth green at the golf course. So and so me and my whole bridal
- 26:07party. My groomsmen, all golfers are basically like throughout the whole ceremony,
- 26:11like one eye on the green watching the guy's putt and chip, watching the
- 26:15you know, approach shots come in. When I watched my wife, imagine
- 26:18if you guys had somebody who coming up on eighteen got a hole in one
- 26:22like Amanda, it was a long part for it that was not gonna happen.
- 26:26But if somebody holed out from like one hundred and fifty, can you
- 26:29imagine we're going to stop the ceremony. We're going nuts like it, Amnuda
- 26:33in the morning on big not to me. Like, there's a lot of
- 26:37people out there, millennials specifically I'm looking at you, that their pet,
- 26:41specifically their dog has sort of become their identity, right, I mean a
- 26:45lot of people just love their dogs and the dog life, which is fine.
- 26:49Of course, when I was single and only had a dog and didn't
- 26:52have kids, Yeah, I mean I was the girl who was having like
- 26:56birthday parties for my dog kind which is odd, right, hey do you
- 27:00but now people do her birthday apparently you know you didn't. You didn't put
- 27:04a dog and I just got her a cake, and it was just like
- 27:07her and I. Pet owners though, Millennials apparently they have very specific preferences
- 27:11though when it comes to the vets that they take their dogs to. Oh
- 27:15yeah yeah. It turns out that the preferences of a millennial include having curated
- 27:21animal art on the walls. You can't just go to any vet. You
- 27:23gotta have a vet that has some animal art. Think about the vet you
- 27:26go to. It doesn't check all these boxes. Yes they have yes,
- 27:30neutral colors and everything too off in there, comfortable couches, jars of treats,
- 27:38plants, and the kicker here Millennials after all, free cold brew?
- 27:44What the top it all off? You need to be able to do everything
- 27:47on an app Also, who had That's the perfect veterinarian office for a millennial.
- 27:53Otherwise they don't want anything to do with Who even thinks about that?
- 27:57If you can get me in, I need to go to the vet,
- 28:02and you're taking care of my dog, That's all I care about. Is
- 28:03it really crazy now because I hear stories of people trying to get into the
- 28:07vet. Is it like really hard to get an appointment? Yeah, it's
- 28:08kind of like sometimes with the dentist. I mean there's certain things. I
- 28:11mean, people are just super busy. Yeah, yeah, I mean Millennials
- 28:15apparently make up the largest section of pet owners in the country. Eighty six
- 28:21point nine million households have a pet. And thank you for all these facts.
- 28:25At A lot of them, you know, you forget a lot of
- 28:26these were thanks to the pet boom of twenty twenty. Oh yes, pandemic
- 28:32pets. Yeah, which is a whole thing on its own, because then
- 28:34you got people who, oh, let's get a dog, that'll be fun.
- 28:37Then let's get rid of the dog now that we can leave the house.
- 28:41It drives me crazy when you see stuff like that. Have you seen
- 28:44an I've heard about it, but have you seen an actual case of that
- 28:48happening. I do have a couple that I know that got a dog and
- 28:52got rid of it right away after it was just like no, like the
- 28:53husband and wife were not one hundred percent like don't you on the same page,
- 28:57And then they had kids and everything, and then the dad won and
- 29:00was like, no, we're not We're not keeping the dog. I mean,
- 29:03oh my gosh. I think there probably are valid reasons, but you
- 29:07see those like Facebook posts where people are like this cuddly little guy is looking
- 29:11for a new home. Yeah, And I just want to be like why
- 29:14why why is the cuddly guy looking for a new home. Sometimes either like
- 29:18temperaments and stuff like that change if you maybe you decide to have a family
- 29:22and then the dog doesn't get along with the baby, or when the dog's
- 29:23like, hey I was here first. Where's the Facebook post rehoming this baby.
