- 0:30Speaker 1: Thank you for letting me say that this is going to be on fire.
- 0:36Speaker 1: I went to the business profile because I am so excited to have Elise Smith with us today.
- 0:43Speaker 1: She's a Christian business strategist and speaker, empowering women entrepreneurs to reach their sales goal by partnering with God Come on.
- 0:52Speaker 1: Empowering their mindset I'd say another come on, but that would be a little obnoxious and teaching them to implement biblical business strategies, including organic lead generation.
- 1:03Speaker 1: Elise is also a certified coach with the International Coaching Federation.
- 1:08Speaker 1: That's about filling in the holes that our clients are experiencing in their business to increase sales and the divine guidance to help them build the business in the Lord's way.
- 1:17Speaker 1: Elise is my ideal person.
- 1:20Speaker 1: That intro alone, hey, help me welcome Elise Smith.
- 1:25Speaker 1: Hey, elise, it's so nice to have you, thanks so much, teresa.
- 1:28Speaker 2: I'm excited to be on the show today.
- 1:30Speaker 2: Yeah, I said that I.
- 1:32Speaker 1: Elise is also with Girl Power Alliance on top of all her other things, and so it's just so awesome to be able to chat with someone in the business mindset, but, yeah, it's still keeping us here for lane.
- 1:43Speaker 1: So who knows what we're going to talk about, because these are all my favorite topics.
- 1:46Speaker 1: We probably talk about artificial intelligence.
- 1:48Speaker 1: This is a little journey, a little journey backstory of how you got into your business with that kind of mindset.
- 1:56Speaker 1: Yeah, absolutely.
- 2:00Speaker 2: So I've always been an entrepreneurial type of person.
- 2:02Speaker 2: Right, I remember the lemonade stand, of course, but I would color pages in my coloring book and sell them to my neighbors around town.
- 2:14Speaker 2: Who buys some other kids coloring?
- 2:15Speaker 2: I love that.
- 2:15Speaker 2: So luckily, they supported me in my entrepreneurial endeavors.
- 2:21Speaker 2: But, yeah, I've always loved just being in business for myself and sold the vacuums and all sorts of fun things in my life.
- 2:31Speaker 2: But really I started out in the corporate world when it came to coaching, wow, and I worked for a Fortune 500 company and it was amazing to be able to look at it from the bat lens and I just knew that I was good at coaching, which was pretty cool.
- 2:47Speaker 2: But I knew I wanted to take it further and so I was on a flight from Utah to Texas because I went back and forth for six years every other week.
- 2:57Speaker 2: Yeah, I got a lot of daily daddy-daughter time on the plane with my Heavenly Father.
- 3:03Speaker 2: But I asked, I was looking at this book called Success Principles by Jack Canfields Such a good book.
- 3:11Speaker 2: Yeah, I've heard of him.
- 3:12Speaker 2: Yeah, and in the book he says something to the effect of the most successful people in the world are the ones who they love what they do, they're good at what they do and they can get paid pretty well for what they do.
- 3:24Speaker 2: And I was like that is coaching for me, wow.
- 3:28Speaker 2: And so I got my CPC with the International Coaching Federation and I asked God.
- 3:33Speaker 2: I said who do you want me to serve?
- 3:34Speaker 2: Because I was coached to coach on anything.
- 3:39Speaker 2: Right, I can help you with weight loss, I can help you with whatever.
- 3:43Speaker 2: But that's not where my heart was.
- 3:44Speaker 2: And so I asked him and he said actually I was in church one day and someone said you'll never hear God and personal development in the same phrase.
- 3:57Speaker 2: And I was like wait, what Wait?
- 3:58Speaker 2: I said that's not right.
- 4:00Speaker 2: And so I asked her afterwards.
- 4:02Speaker 2: I was like why did you say that?
- 4:03Speaker 2: Yeah, and she said it's because most of the time, personal development is a me.
- 4:08Speaker 2: I can do this, I'm going to, I have the strength within me and I have the answers within me.
- 4:13Speaker 2: Oh, wow.
- 4:13Speaker 2: And God, when you have that relationship with God, it's leaning on him.
- 4:18Speaker 2: And I said I want to help people find that balance, because God wants to be part of every part of our lives, our personal and our business, especially because we are doing God's work through our businesses.
- 4:31Speaker 2: So I vowed that I was going to change that, and that's the niche that I decided to go into is Christian women Entrepreneurs.
- 4:39Speaker 2: And then, real quick, basically how the whole thing came together for me, is I prayed about how I can help women entrepreneurs to be able to make $10,000 plus months in their business.
- 4:52Speaker 2: Like I knew, there's a divine business blueprint that God has, and you have to be careful with what you ask for, right, teresa?
- 4:59Speaker 2: I love it.
- 5:02Speaker 1: Maybe I'm asking wrong.
- 5:04Speaker 1: Go ahead yeah.
- 5:04Speaker 2: Yeah, you won't, because and it doesn't always happen this way I'm just very blessed in this moment.
- 5:09Speaker 2: But a few days later, at 4 am, that magical time, he woke me up and it was just.
- 5:16Speaker 2: He just poured out biblical business strategy to how to take Fortune 500 company principles and view them through the lens of the Bible, so that you not only reach yourselves goals but you gain a closer relationship with God in the process.
- 5:31Speaker 2: And I remember being warm and tucked in my bed and I was like this is great, God, I will.
- 5:36Speaker 2: I will definitely write it down when I get up.
- 5:38Speaker 2: And I was like get your butt out of bed right now and go write this down.
- 5:43Speaker 2: So I was a profitable servant.
- 5:45Speaker 2: I was very faithful to what he said and I got up and for the next six hours it flowed for me and that's really how all of that started.
- 5:53Speaker 1: That's so beautiful.
- 5:54Speaker 1: I believe witty ideas come to you in the middle of the night, so let's dig in there on that story.
- 5:59Speaker 1: So you had this pastor say that personal development and God don't mix, but something hits your heart, which was a Holy Spirit.
- 6:09Speaker 1: Was that the ground?
- 6:11Speaker 1: Was that the baseline, where you're like no, this, there's something more here.
- 6:16Speaker 1: Is that what was the baseline?
- 6:18Speaker 2: for you to move you forward 100%.
- 6:20Speaker 2: I have been a believer since I was a little girl.
- 6:23Speaker 2: I remember my first testimony of my heavenly father was I was just little, I don't know four or five or something and I was in my room and my parents, they had turned out all the lights and everything and I was afraid of the dark and so I asked God to turn on our porch light and you know what happened he turned on the porch light and so from that point on I just always remember being a believer and luckily my parents raised me in the church and all those things.
- 6:54Speaker 2: But I had to look back on that moment when that lady said that in church and I had to say there's no way that I would have been able to achieve what I've achieved in my life and helped the people that I have been able to help if it wasn't for God.
- 7:10Speaker 2: And we have to include him.
- 7:14Speaker 1: Yeah, that is the most raw truth in business.
- 7:18Speaker 1: I think I've heard in quite a while that you have this relationship with God.
- 7:23Speaker 1: That's it.
- 7:25Speaker 1: It's going to flow into everything and I like it.
- 7:28Speaker 1: Can I just say this?
- 7:31Speaker 1: Yeah, you can say it, teresa, I am very disturbed when I see the poverty mindset hit the religion.
- 7:39Speaker 1: Can you talk on that?
- 7:40Speaker 1: Why does that happen?
- 7:41Speaker 1: What could you say to encourage someone?
- 7:44Speaker 1: I'm not trying to judge anyone, but that probably frustrates me the worst.
- 7:51Speaker 1: Maybe I had a poverty mindset earlier on, I don't know.
- 7:54Speaker 1: But what would you say to?
- 7:56Speaker 2: that.
- 7:56Speaker 2: Yeah, it hurts my heart too because of the fact that the church in general I think a lot of people in the church they feel like that if you are rich, that you are not doing something right or that you are being prideful.
- 8:16Speaker 2: The fact of the matter is that it actually says in Genesis.
- 8:21Speaker 2: It says basically that gold is good.
- 8:24Speaker 2: Yes, there was lots of gold in the land and it was good.
- 8:28Speaker 2: There's so many stories of how, when you have something, you take the story of the man who was beat on the side of the road, but Samaritan the hunter.
- 8:42Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, and all these people passed by him, but the person who stopped, he helped him get into the inn and then he paid the innkeeper more than enough to take care of him for his entire time.
- 8:55Speaker 2: The idea that we have to be poor and humble in that way to be able to have a relationship with our Heavenly Father is a lie from Satan.
- 9:07Speaker 2: Because, yes, money is just a magnifier.
- 9:11Speaker 2: It just makes more of who we are, and if we are good people, then that just means we can do better things in the world More things in the world.
- 9:20Speaker 2: Think about when my husband and I have a goal of making $53,588.33 a month.
- 9:27Speaker 2: It's a whole long story, but an even $2 million eventually, that's really what we're going for.
- 9:35Speaker 2: That's really the point.
- 9:36Speaker 2: We've got the tithing check on that.
- 9:38Speaker 2: You know, 100% of that is amazing.
- 9:41Speaker 2: It can help to make a difference in people's lives.
- 9:46Speaker 2: It can really help bring up the kingdom of God in such a powerful way.
- 9:50Speaker 2: So this concept we can be humble and we can be rich at the same time it's all in our hearts.
- 9:57Speaker 2: That's the thing to remember.
- 9:59Speaker 2: God wants to bless you with every desire of your heart.
- 10:03Speaker 2: There is no need to think that just because you have riches, you won't have a relationship with Heavenly Father.
- 10:10Speaker 2: That's up to your heart.
- 10:12Speaker 1: That is so good because I believe everything business, ministry it's got to come from the overflow of your relationship with Him.
- 10:19Speaker 1: I'll never forget it's been quite a few years ago and I was struggling financially and I was reading about Moses and I was no.
- 10:26Speaker 1: Who was it Moses?
- 10:27Speaker 1: Someone was building the temple.
- 10:28Speaker 1: I think it was Moses, I don't know, maybe Solomon, maybe people were giving and they had to say, hey, wait a minute, we have more than enough, you can stop giving.
- 10:39Speaker 1: I can't wait for a church to come on TV and say why we got more than enough, stop giving.
- 10:43Speaker 1: Sure, there's some out there that don't.
- 10:45Speaker 1: But that hit me because I struggled after I quit my radio job and I had to be dependent on my husband who was in construction and that was off and on until the last 10 years.
- 11:02Speaker 1: He just did little, small jobs.
- 11:04Speaker 1: In my heart I knew that from God I could do something and create income.
- 11:13Speaker 1: Sadly, I'm going to say this I'm glad my husband died because now I have the freedom to do that.
- 11:19Speaker 1: I feel like I'm starting over.
- 11:21Speaker 1: I'm going to use you and ask and you're going to coach me on this episode, because this is going to help someone else.
- 11:27Speaker 1: At least I feel like I'm starting over.
- 11:32Speaker 1: I just last October was calm down enough and went through some good therapy to get to this point where I've got a dream.
- 11:42Speaker 1: Is it too late?
- 11:43Speaker 1: I'm 60 years old.
- 11:44Speaker 1: I got a dream with Girl Power Alliance, but I really got a dream with this AI business.
- 11:51Speaker 1: What would be the principles?
- 11:53Speaker 1: I'm an organic leads.
- 11:55Speaker 1: What would be some principles that I could focus on?
- 11:58Speaker 1: I feel like I'm just getting started, but I feel like I turn the corner now because I have products to offer.
- 12:05Speaker 1: What would be a game plan With from the source of my relationship with Jesus?
- 12:11Speaker 1: That's my Jesus here.
- 12:14Speaker 1: He gets the first two hours of my life, so that's a done deal.
- 12:17Speaker 1: What would be some basic principles?
- 12:23Speaker 2: The thing that is most striking to me about Jesus is the love that he has for other people.
- 12:30Speaker 2: He has that love because he talks to them.
- 12:34Speaker 2: He's got all the examples in the scriptures where he went to where those people are In our business.
- 12:41Speaker 2: We can't just put up a sign, so to speak, in social media and say, hey, I'm in business and I expect people to throw credit cards at me.
- 12:50Speaker 2: No, wouldn't that be nice?
- 12:51Speaker 2: It's not that way Some people think it is.
- 12:54Speaker 2: They think if we look at other social media influencers or something like that, they've worked on the relationships.
- 13:01Speaker 2: That's what we all are craving and need is relationships.
- 13:04Speaker 2: When we go into organically generation.
- 13:08Speaker 2: The best way to do that on social media is social media posts are great, but they're taking you from those posts into the DMs.
- 13:17Speaker 2: That's where you want to start building those relationships, that direct message.
- 13:22Speaker 2: We're afraid of that oftentimes because we don't want to come off as spammy or sneaky or salesy, because we've all had that person who says hey, teresa, I know I don't know you, but I think you've got a new product Away from that.
- 13:37Speaker 1: Even sometimes I'll see someone constantly talking about this business called GPA and I'm like, oh, it repels me.
- 13:46Speaker 1: But then God says we'll do the opposite.
- 13:49Speaker 1: Don't forget your call to action when you need to do a call to action.
- 13:52Speaker 1: If you think about it.
- 13:54Speaker 1: I love it because I know I have a friend who gets all her business from DMs and Instagram.
- 14:01Speaker 1: It's not like she has 50K.
- 14:03Speaker 1: I'm like you are such a good example for me.
- 14:06Speaker 1: I love this.
- 14:09Speaker 1: What do you do when?
- 14:10Speaker 1: See, I've been known for coaching and devotionals.
- 14:15Speaker 1: I have three devotionals on Amazon.
- 14:17Speaker 1: What do you do in the midst of it?
- 14:19Speaker 1: Let's say, someone I'm just thinking someone else will love this answer what do you do when you're making the shift?
- 14:25Speaker 1: Like I'm doing webinars free but I'm getting the reps in, meaning I'm getting out there and you're welcome to come in and I'm going to teach you something and you're going to walk out the door with some valuable AI tools?
- 14:38Speaker 1: Is it just a matter of doing the reps?
- 14:40Speaker 1: Yeah, I think can I run with that.
- 14:41Speaker 1: Yeah of your presentation, creating relationships as best you can through DMs, because I don't have time to be everyone's friend.
- 14:48Speaker 1: I'm sure you don't either.
- 14:49Speaker 1: Sorry, guys, I just that sounds terrible, but you only have so much emotional capacity, yeah.
- 14:55Speaker 1: So what do you think about that?
- 14:58Speaker 2: Absolutely it's.
- 14:58Speaker 2: It is building those relationships on things that were already, that are already available to us Networking events and social media and that kind of thing and when you bring them to the direct message, the greatest prospecting conversation ever had is Jesus and the Samaritan Woman at the Well.
- 15:17Speaker 2: Wow, you read that story from a prospecting perspective.
- 15:21Speaker 2: Wow, you see that Jesus Christ made it all about the other person.
- 15:26Speaker 2: They're all tuned in to WII FM radio, which is what's in it for me, right?
- 15:31Speaker 2: Yes, that's right.
- 15:32Speaker 2: But what we need to do is flip it and say, whiffed, what is it for?
- 15:36Speaker 2: What is in it for them?
- 15:38Speaker 2: Exactly?
- 15:38Speaker 2: And as we do that as we you notice that Jesus does not come right out in that conversation with this woman and say hey, by the way, I'm the savior of the world, right?
- 15:48Speaker 2: Wow, he doesn't lead with his offer, so to speak.
- 15:51Speaker 2: Jesus is so good, and so he makes it about her.
- 15:55Speaker 2: He says, hey, we're both at this point.
- 15:56Speaker 2: Let's have a conversation.
- 15:58Speaker 2: My words, not his.
- 15:59Speaker 2: Obviously, go read the scriptures.
- 16:00Speaker 2: But yeah, I'm so embarrassed in here.
- 16:03Speaker 2: Yeah, but we find that connection point.
- 16:06Speaker 2: So here's exactly what I tell everybody who wants to, whether you're starting from scratch or you feel like you have to want to build your audience.
- 16:14Speaker 2: Go to such something like Facebook groups, right, find some kind of familiarity that you have with those groups it could be a dog lovers group, it could be a women entrepreneur group, whatever.
- 16:27Speaker 2: That is Okay and then start interacting with the posts that are in those groups.
- 16:31Speaker 2: Oh, good Friend, that person.
- 16:33Speaker 2: And talk about Jacob's.
- 16:35Speaker 2: Well, hey, we're both in the same Facebook group.
- 16:38Speaker 2: Wow, tell me what brought you here?
- 16:40Speaker 2: Or are you an entrepreneur too, or whatever that question is.
- 16:43Speaker 2: If you keep that with those questions on them, and then you introduce yourself when you feel like the time is right, meaning that you've identified a need and that your solution can fulfill that need introduce yourself and leave them gently into what it is that you have.
- 17:02Speaker 2: Because we my husband has a headache I'm going to say take ibuprofen, right, there's no problem with that.
- 17:09Speaker 2: Think about prospecting in that same way.
- 17:11Speaker 2: You are looking for their need and then you have a solution to their need and you offer that with heart and they take it or leave it.
- 17:19Speaker 1: I have never heard, and I'm going to keep it forever Jesus and the woman at the well is a marketing plan.
- 17:26Speaker 1: That's brilliant.
- 17:27Speaker 1: And you know that woman's name, by the way, was potini, and she later became one of the considered one of the greatest apostles.
- 17:35Speaker 1: The religion, the church, pulled that down, but if you look up the name of potini P H O T I N I you will be amazed.
- 17:44Speaker 1: And the reason I say that it's just one person, it's just Jesus, focused on the one and I'm emphasizing this is my heart.
- 17:52Speaker 1: You're talking my heart, but I never thought of putting some of these Bible verses together and you give me encouragement that I am doing it the right way, or I'm, my heart is set to do the right way.
- 18:03Speaker 1: So that is exciting.
- 18:04Speaker 1: I can't tell you.
- 18:06Speaker 1: So I'm going to start with you.
- 18:08Speaker 1: Tell us about your retreats.
- 18:09Speaker 1: That's probably a kicker that you have, or do you have these events, excuse me events, tell me about that.
- 18:14Speaker 1: That's fascinating.
- 18:16Speaker 2: Absolutely so.
- 18:17Speaker 2: We host virtual free networking events.
- 18:20Speaker 2: You can go to m2networkingcom and we actually have 30 events every single month that you can choose.
- 18:28Speaker 2: So there are women events, there are men's events, there are co-ed events.
- 18:34Speaker 2: We also have social media posting parties every single month so that you can come and get more, higher algorithms on your social media and get them seen by different audiences.
- 18:44Speaker 2: So our concept is that we really want to help you to connect with those people that you are meant to serve, that God has called you to serve, and we do devotionals at our networking events so that you can feel the spirit and have that start to your connections.
- 19:02Speaker 1: So that should really, if anyone's listening and thinking I'll have to just put Jesus down.
- 19:07Speaker 1: No, bring him in.
- 19:08Speaker 1: He's the one who gave you the desire and the heart to impact.
- 19:12Speaker 1: So I think that what you're talking about these m2 networking events I think you just spoke my dream and I wasn't the creator of it, because I have so wanted to bring ministry and business together.
- 19:27Speaker 1: I retired from my radio and I was really lost and I remember learning a lot about marketing.
- 19:35Speaker 1: I just went right online to study and there wasn't Facebook live back there.
- 19:39Speaker 1: There wasn't all these things.
- 19:42Speaker 1: But my always my thought was you can harness the power of the internet to spread your message, and it took the church a long time to catch up.
- 19:52Speaker 1: But I like the fact that they are very smart, proverbs type men and women who are meant to occupy a place in the internet, in business, to impact.
- 20:07Speaker 1: And, yes, money.
- 20:10Speaker 1: We can't do much without money, but that's goddess setting up People to handle the money.
- 20:17Speaker 1: But they're not just handling it, they're using it to train others, and I feel like you and your husband are definitely doing that.
- 20:23Speaker 1: So, on behalf of all these marketers, I said thank you and the way you bring the Bible and I love that.
- 20:30Speaker 1: So let's talk this how much are you using Artificial intelligence, chat, GPT?
- 20:36Speaker 1: How have you integrated that into your business?
- 20:39Speaker 1: I know you're high.
- 20:40Speaker 2: Yes, I know, I just I had a course on this too.
- 20:43Speaker 2: It was incredible.
- 20:44Speaker 2: It's Interesting when you think about chat, gpt and AI.
- 20:49Speaker 2: There's the fear mindset and there's the faith mindset.
- 20:53Speaker 2: Yeah, and God has not given us the spirit of fear, but of faith and of a sound mind and a power.
- 21:00Speaker 2: And so Think about chat, gpt or AI as just a tool.
- 21:05Speaker 2: Amen, yeah, it's.
- 21:07Speaker 2: A tool can be used for good and a tool can be used for bad.
- 21:11Speaker 1: That's exactly what I always say.
- 21:13Speaker 1: See this pin.
- 21:14Speaker 1: It can be used for good, it can be used for bad.
- 21:16Speaker 1: Come on, I'm the devil, my goodness.
- 21:20Speaker 1: I know there's a few of those, but I think I pretty much cleared that out.
- 21:25Speaker 1: But anyway, I appreciate you bringing that up?
- 21:27Speaker 2: Yeah, definitely.
- 21:28Speaker 2: And so when I teach my clients how to use chat GPT, the number one thing that I say is start with prayer.
- 21:36Speaker 2: That's how you know that tool is going to be used for good, because whatever it's, just a tool it's, it's not a human being, right, and so it's not like it's coming up with that original prompt.
- 21:51Speaker 2: In order to use chat GPT, you have to have an original prompt or beginning prompt, and so you're beginning prompt.
- 21:58Speaker 2: Guess where that comes from that?
- 22:00Speaker 2: You from God, yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 22:03Speaker 2: That can absolutely come from you, of course, but that can be Holy spirit lead.
- 22:09Speaker 2: And so, just as that's holy spirit led in the very beginning, when you are working with chat GPT, just like you would an assistant, right, if you're training an assistant or working with the copywriter, you're not going to just let them write whatever it is that they want to write.
- 22:25Speaker 2: You're going to tweak it as you go, and I've actually come up with a way that you can train your chat GPT To be able to talk like you and for you to your divine clients, and that really is the key is just keeping God partnered in through it throughout the whole process and the prompts are everything.
- 22:45Speaker 1: Yeah, I remember I was.
- 22:47Speaker 1: This is how you can be God inspired.
- 22:49Speaker 1: I remember I always had this section in one of my courses where I really wanted them.
- 22:53Speaker 1: I already trained it to talk like me.
- 22:56Speaker 1: It already stuffed it with a lot of me anyway In the beginning stage.
- 23:00Speaker 1: And then, just as you use it and I was one night, I'm like I want to help these people talk.
- 23:05Speaker 1: I have the, they have their idea clients in there.
- 23:09Speaker 1: But I really and this is God, I don't know, I've never heard anyone teach this.
- 23:13Speaker 1: Maybe it's out there.
- 23:14Speaker 1: But then, all of a sudden, god said what's the emotion?
- 23:17Speaker 1: Okay, he said, ask the question with an emotional driver of empathy, inspiration.
- 23:25Speaker 1: It's just made all the difference.
- 23:28Speaker 1: So then, all of a sudden, I call him he.
- 23:30Speaker 1: I know it's an it, but I can't get around.
- 23:32Speaker 1: He too, he pulls out these.
- 23:36Speaker 1: So I'm already got it, knowing my voice.
- 23:38Speaker 1: Okay, I know my ideal audience, but it was like that one element of empathy Just just amazed me.
- 23:47Speaker 1: I was like so excited I'm like I haven't been taught this.
- 23:50Speaker 1: Then, god's excuse me.
- 23:51Speaker 1: Oh, yes, I haven't taught by you, father.
- 23:54Speaker 1: Thank you, and I do pray.
- 23:56Speaker 1: I'm like I'm gonna tell this guy what, everything, how good he is, and I'm then just give me the prompt.
- 24:02Speaker 1: I'm gonna get the prompt.
- 24:04Speaker 1: I am blessed because I'm with the super connectors, with Chris Winfield and Jen Gottlieb.
- 24:10Speaker 1: Chris is one of the.
- 24:11Speaker 1: He's known all over because he's just a head, a premier guy, in Chat dbt, but you don't have to be a premier person to use this tool and I'm sorry you said earlier, if something, if you enjoy something, it's probably this lights me up, is all I'm gonna tell you.
- 24:28Speaker 1: Coaching doesn't light me up as much.
- 24:30Speaker 1: I have gee, we have GPA.
- 24:32Speaker 1: I can throw them in there.
- 24:33Speaker 1: I love coaching though, don't get me wrong and I think it's so cool that God knows and puts in you what lights you up and you can go forward in that.
- 24:42Speaker 1: My heart, this is the bottom line of my heart whatever I do, I want to help women who feel voiceless because of trauma discover transformation by finding their voice in identity and and speaking, serving the person they once were.
- 25:01Speaker 1: I'm thinking AI, because Podcasts are so much easier now, using AI, all the different AI things.
- 25:10Speaker 1: Oh, my goodness, I used to really struggle and Now it's just to throw it in that IA, throw it in that AI?
- 25:17Speaker 1: Okay, I need a description.
- 25:20Speaker 1: I needed a description.
- 25:21Speaker 1: So I looked at your thing.
- 25:22Speaker 1: I threw your, your bio, into chat, gpt and I think I threw it in Bard, and I got all these great titles that sound like you.
- 25:30Speaker 1: So what people?
- 25:32Speaker 1: I know you're saying why is Teresa so excited?
- 25:34Speaker 1: Why is she going crazy?
- 25:35Speaker 1: Because this is it.
- 25:37Speaker 1: I Want you to use less time on the things that are demanding.
- 25:43Speaker 1: I want you to spend 10 more hours with your children rather than those 10 hours working.
- 25:47Speaker 1: That's where I get.
- 25:49Speaker 1: That's my motivation, and people who want to get their voice out.
- 25:52Speaker 1: I want to help you get your voice out easier.
- 25:55Speaker 1: So all you got to focus about is who am I gonna interview today, or even rack out who you're gonna interview and Does that?
- 26:03Speaker 2: make sense 100%, and I completely agree with you, especially because God gives us these tools for a reason yeah, he wants us to be more efficient and effective and stay in the zone of genius that we'd love to do, because I don't know about you, but I am not a huge fan of writing emails or titles or descriptions, like my brain just stops and it's not that creative.
- 26:28Speaker 2: When I got Figured out AI and how to make it work for me, especially chat GPT Was able to get so much more time back for my family and for the church and for, yeah, some things like that.
- 26:41Speaker 2: Why would that be a bad thing?
- 26:43Speaker 2: Why would that, yeah, especially please the gift of discernment that he's given us?
- 26:48Speaker 2: Thank you, as we're going through it, we can have his spirit and we'll know that we are still creating his Message.
- 26:56Speaker 2: We, we are just using a long.
- 26:58Speaker 2: It's a difference between longhand math and using a calculator.
- 27:02Speaker 2: Nobody ever fights about a calculator.
- 27:04Speaker 2: Let's use a calculator, even in our kingdom business.
- 27:08Speaker 1: Wow, that is so cool.
- 27:09Speaker 1: And what's cool is you can.
- 27:11Speaker 1: You can sit down in an hour and get your whole week's content if you want to.
- 27:15Speaker 1: But I think it's also important to say two things.
- 27:19Speaker 1: One, check for accuracies.
- 27:21Speaker 1: And two, don't just copy and paste.
- 27:24Speaker 1: Yes, you copy the ideas and then, crew, make sure you stay in your voice.
- 27:29Speaker 1: Now I, the more I use chat GPT, the less I have to do that.
- 27:35Speaker 1: There's certain words I don't use but I'm like I Quim, that's me, I.
- 27:40Speaker 1: How did he do that?
- 27:41Speaker 1: That's me.
- 27:42Speaker 1: I would say something like that I love, and I don't do that all the time, but when I have something really I want to say I Love it and I love teaching a few of my friends like I was in a session, a counseling session or cycle, and she had the thing on her lips she was wait a minute, tea.
- 28:00Speaker 1: I.
- 28:00Speaker 1: And I said I'm going to my.
- 28:03Speaker 1: I thought she meant she's going to a nurse like a Facilitator book.
- 28:06Speaker 1: I said what are you going to?
- 28:08Speaker 1: She goes I'm going to what you taught me.
- 28:10Speaker 1: And then I came with this she added it to with some health and chat to be on her phone.
- 28:17Speaker 1: She was able to clearly say what she wanted to say to me.
- 28:20Speaker 1: Tell me, that isn't just too cool.
- 28:22Speaker 1: Oh Wow, so Try you encouraging people in your businesses to to learn more chat GPT how does that work?
- 28:32Speaker 2: Yeah for sure.
- 28:33Speaker 2: In fact, with girl power Alliance, my course is being it's put up in the the courses February 1st, so it's being released February 1st through girl power Alliance, which is awesome.
- 28:45Speaker 2: And I do encourage people to get familiar with chat GPT because it can help you in so many ways.
- 28:51Speaker 2: It can help you to take the message that is in your heart and say it better yeah, and it's stronger, and say it with more emotion so that you can better reach your audience.
- 29:02Speaker 2: Oh, sometimes we get in our own heads and we get stuck and we're fighting our inner dream stealer and all that kind of stuff.
- 29:10Speaker 2: Let's just let go of all of that and just work through that and it's not just copy and paste like you said yeah, really Finessing it to make sure that's the message that God wants us to share.
- 29:21Speaker 2: And chat.
- 29:21Speaker 2: Gpt has the Bible scriptures in its little Brain and so definitely check for accuracy, like Teresa said, but I love the fact that I can have.
- 29:31Speaker 2: I was Doing a video with my son.
- 29:33Speaker 2: He's 11 months old and we read scriptures together and I like to do video of that, at least when he was younger not so much now because he's way too wiggly but I wanted to help apply the scriptures to the people who are watching, and I Put in chat GPT Okay, these are the scriptures that we're gonna we're gonna focus on here today.
- 29:57Speaker 2: Give me some ideas of things that I can help apply to other people's lives or business.
- 30:03Speaker 2: And it was like, oh my heavens, I never even thought about it that way, and so it deepened my understanding of the scriptures and how to apply it.
- 30:12Speaker 2: How about?
- 30:13Speaker 1: that is that list.
- 30:14Speaker 1: Do you hear that guys?
- 30:15Speaker 1: Come on, that's just Taking a tool and using it with the inspiration of the Holy Spirit.
- 30:21Speaker 1: Yeah, and if you join to grow power alliance, you'll get your clock, your course right.
- 30:25Speaker 1: Yep, absolutely, awesome, awesome, awesome, wow.
- 30:31Speaker 1: This is so rich one as you're at this pinnacle of a place.
- 30:35Speaker 1: What are some of your heart desires of?
- 30:38Speaker 1: Of impacting people going forward from this point and further on?
- 30:43Speaker 1: Absolutely.
- 30:45Speaker 2: I think so.
- 30:45Speaker 2: I partnered with with my business partner, ali Porter, and she.
- 30:51Speaker 2: Her goal has always been to empower one million entrepreneurs to become millionaires.
- 30:57Speaker 2: Awesome and at first I was like, really, is that realistic?
- 31:00Speaker 2: Ali, if I'm gonna help take on this goal too, I have to make sure that this is realistic.
- 31:06Speaker 2: And she taught me something really powerful.
- 31:08Speaker 2: She said God-sized dreams are God-sized for a reason because you need God.
- 31:15Speaker 2: And so I gave a lot of thought and prayer and 100% that is.
- 31:21Speaker 2: Our goal right now is to empower one million Entrepreneurs to become millionaires in God's economy and gain closer relationship with God and believe in themselves to Accomplish their God-sized goal, oh good, oh, elise, that's so powerful.
- 31:37Speaker 1: What if someone's on the other end and they're just like I'm waiting?
- 31:39Speaker 1: Come on, how do I do this Talking you're talking about with my heart?
- 31:43Speaker 1: Where do I start?
- 31:44Speaker 1: What would you say to them?
- 31:45Speaker 1: Yeah, in setting a goal, just know and joining what you're doing.
- 31:50Speaker 2: Oh, yeah, for sure.
- 31:51Speaker 2: Yeah, it really starts with prayer, right?
- 31:55Speaker 2: Okay, I know, for me, one of my personal things that I really want to accomplish in my life is so my husband and I we struggled with infertility for 14 years and that was a rough road and, amazingly, god gave us our miracle baby.
- 32:15Speaker 2: He's just incredible, but I know the heartache of going for a goal and not being able to reach it.
- 32:22Speaker 2: Okay, and so we my husband and I we decided to pray about a specific number of Of how much money we wanted to earn and I encourage you guys to do this because because it's not necessarily about the money, it's about what you can do with the money.
- 32:38Speaker 2: Okay, and when you have that specific number, you really start to get clarity.
- 32:43Speaker 2: And so we decided to take a whole week and pray about it, are each individually and like journal it and write about it and all that kind of stuff.
- 32:51Speaker 2: And we came together that next Sunday and it was like a game show.
- 32:55Speaker 2: We like flipped over the number and it was the exact same number, that's fifty three thousand five hundred and eighty eight dollars and thirty three cents or more Is the number that God gave us.
- 33:07Speaker 2: We both got the exact same number, like how could that not be, god, really?
- 33:12Speaker 2: And so I was really.
- 33:16Speaker 2: A few months later I or actually maybe was about a year later I was frustrated about this number.
- 33:20Speaker 2: I'm like God, why wouldn't you put it on my heart to make $2,000 or $5,000?
- 33:26Speaker 2: Why $53,000?
- 33:27Speaker 2: That's a lot of money, is that per month?
- 33:30Speaker 2: Yeah, per month.
- 33:31Speaker 2: That that was definitely the goal.
- 33:33Speaker 2: And I Remember driving to work and I got to work because I was really frustrated.
- 33:39Speaker 2: I got to work and my friend came over and she had been having infertility issues too.
- 33:44Speaker 2: Hmm, we were jumping up and down for joy because a doctor had decided to pay for her IVF, which is anywhere between 15,000 to $20,000, just for one try to have a baby, and she could.
- 33:59Speaker 2: She couldn't afford it otherwise, and so I remembered that.
- 34:03Speaker 2: Thinking about that, my heart was just full of gratitude for her.
- 34:06Speaker 2: On the drive home and it hit me that God Wants us to make large amounts of money.
- 34:13Speaker 2: Yes, because we can make a bigger impact.
- 34:17Speaker 2: And I was driving home, I Was filled with Faces of women holding Wow, when I make $53,000 a month, 10% of that is One.
- 34:35Speaker 2: So every single quarter, we want to pay for one woman's IVF Every quarter and that is exactly 10%, $53,000 every single month.
- 34:47Speaker 1: It's beautiful.
- 34:48Speaker 2: I want to fill their aching arms and that's why God gives us God-sized dreams.
- 34:53Speaker 2: Yeah, we are meant to make a bigger impact on the world.
- 34:58Speaker 1: Amen.
- 34:58Speaker 1: Wow, that's so good.
- 35:00Speaker 1: I think, even as you speak and you speak numbers and you speak these, I think I really believe that God can activate in the spirit for people whose hearts because they're we all we have the same Holy Spirit is connecting with what you're saying.
- 35:14Speaker 1: So I'm excited to see whoever's connecting with this live or on the podcast.
- 35:19Speaker 1: You just go ahead and reach out and faith and we have a relationship with God.
- 35:24Speaker 1: Just reach out in faith For what Elise is saying.
- 35:29Speaker 1: It's not, she's not making up anything.
- 35:32Speaker 1: She's biblically sound, sharing her heart.
- 35:36Speaker 1: Maybe you have a fertility problem, or maybe you have a son who has a drug problem, or maybe you have such a freaking desire to do well in your business and you're like I want to do that.
- 35:47Speaker 1: I want to reach, get the blueprint from God.
- 35:53Speaker 1: I remember I got to tell you this as far as the blueprint from God, I remember this has been a number of years ago.
- 35:58Speaker 1: I'd be having my quiet time and I was in doing and I was like, I get these marketing plans.
- 36:04Speaker 1: I'm like, oh, I got pushing one.
- 36:05Speaker 1: And I remember Bill Johnson was like of Reading Bethel Readings.
- 36:09Speaker 1: You're having your time with your father and he's giving you an idea, don't you think you should write it down?
- 36:17Speaker 1: Don't push it away.
- 36:18Speaker 1: That freed me up.
- 36:19Speaker 1: I was like I'm not out.
- 36:20Speaker 1: I was like all my best marketing plans either came in the shower or my time with God.
- 36:23Speaker 1: I said, oh, that was a good idea.
- 36:24Speaker 1: God, thank you for that.
- 36:27Speaker 1: And then I'm the wealthiest person in the world, mainly because I have a roof over my head.
- 36:32Speaker 1: After my husband died, I have enough right now to pay my bills and I get to do this.
- 36:38Speaker 1: I get to, I'm healthy, I get to live To me.
- 36:41Speaker 1: That's great.
- 36:42Speaker 1: That's where I want to be, but I wouldn't mind.
- 36:44Speaker 1: My heart is also to be wealthy financially and I'm going to keep pressing.
- 36:49Speaker 1: I'm going to keep.
- 36:50Speaker 1: I'm going to use some of your techniques Michelle Tufford uses the same ones up, by the way and I'm going to this.
- 36:55Speaker 1: I want someone to join me.
- 36:56Speaker 1: We're going to go forward.
- 36:58Speaker 1: We may be at the beginning point because of life stuff, but let's go forward and make a difference.
- 37:03Speaker 1: Let's make money.
- 37:05Speaker 1: My heart's desire is to have enough money and more to be able to travel not sightseizing, no, no.
- 37:13Speaker 1: I want to travel and go places, and just one person's can impact an atmosphere.
- 37:18Speaker 1: I want to go to friends that need to say hey, I need to go to strangers and go places so I can bring the presence of God everywhere I go, whether it's on stage or whether it's behind a camera or whether it's physically someone.
- 37:31Speaker 1: I need money to do that and if God gave me the desire I'm talking to you, don't you think he'll give me the finances to go forward?
- 37:40Speaker 1: I'm saying that, yes, I mean I'm just in a little more beginning stages than Elise's, but yes, someone needs that.
- 37:51Speaker 1: That's for you, friend.
- 37:53Speaker 1: Come on, we're listening to an expert.
- 37:55Speaker 1: We can glean in her vineyard, get some amazing grapes and squish it, and we got wine.
- 38:01Speaker 1: Hello, come on, let's get some wine builders here.
- 38:04Speaker 1: Where do you get the wine?
- 38:06Speaker 1: You got to go to the house of wine.
- 38:08Speaker 1: Song of song, chapter two, verse four.
- 38:09Speaker 1: It says he transported me to the house of wine and I got to drink of his love divine, which is a passion translation.
- 38:18Speaker 1: I don't think you'll find that in New King James, but that's when I see you, elise.
- 38:22Speaker 1: It's just this vineyard and it's ripe and you're not afraid to share the grapes and you still have wine producing.
- 38:31Speaker 1: You still have finances producing.
- 38:33Speaker 1: That's beautiful, thank you, and I pray God continues that.
- 38:38Speaker 1: We need women like you in business and I'm so glad that we have an alignment with girl power alignment.
- 38:45Speaker 1: But more than that, I'm so glad that I'm going to be watching what you do.
- 38:48Speaker 1: I'm going to follow in your footsteps.
- 38:50Speaker 1: I never thought I'm going to do that.
- 38:54Speaker 1: I'm going to think about the woman at the well as my marketing plan.
- 38:59Speaker 1: That is so powerful.
- 39:02Speaker 1: So how can someone get in touch with you, or what's the best way to connect with you, elise?
- 39:09Speaker 2: Yeah, absolutely A couple of ways that.
- 39:12Speaker 2: We have, of course, our free virtual networking events.

- 39:47Speaker 1: I love it.
- 39:49Speaker 1: Oh, it's so much fun.
- 39:51Speaker 1: We bless you and thank you so much.
