Transcript
- 0:11Speaker 1: Nice. It's time nice. Hell no, no alone no. Welcome
- 0:15Speaker 1: to the Naughty but Nice Show. I'm your host, Rob Shooter.
- 0:18Speaker 1: It's Wednesday. Normally, our dear friend Donnie joins us from
- 0:22Speaker 1: California every Wednesday, but his mommy is in town visiting.
- 0:25Speaker 1: Mommy's in town, So Donnie, I hope you're having a
- 0:28Speaker 1: fantastic time with your mommy. Allow alloo, alloo. I'm sure
- 0:33Speaker 1: you're listening. Maybe not, Maybe you're a little bit too busy.
- 0:36Speaker 1: All is good. Don't worry, noughties, we have a ton
- 0:39Speaker 1: of gossip to get to. Should we jump right in?
- 0:42Speaker 1: What time? Is it? My friends? It is tea time
- 0:46Speaker 1: big story at the top of the show. So Gwyneth
- 0:48Speaker 1: Peltro is weighing in on Megan Markle's lifestyle pivot, and
- 0:52Speaker 1: she's not throwing any shade. She's actually being really nice.
- 0:56Speaker 1: Gwyneth said the following quote. Everyone deserves an attempt, Isn't
- 1:01Speaker 1: that nice? Some people are saying it's a little bit
- 1:03Speaker 1: shady because the word attempt means that she hasn't quite succeeded.
- 1:08Speaker 1: She's attempting this. So Gwenneth, who is the Queen of Goop,
- 1:14Speaker 1: is reacting to a brand to Meghan's brand that some
- 1:17Speaker 1: people say is a rival to hers, its competition to
- 1:21Speaker 1: hers well in any case, Gwenneth is giving Meghan's latest
- 1:25Speaker 1: business venture her stamp of approval. The Goop Mogula shares
- 1:30Speaker 1: her candid thoughts about the Duchess of Sussex's latest move
- 1:35Speaker 1: into the lifestyle space. Let me tell you exactly what
- 1:39Speaker 1: she said on the cover of Vanity Fair quote. Everyone
- 1:42Speaker 1: deserves an attempt at everything they want to try. So
- 1:47Speaker 1: I think that is a nice statement. I'm going to
- 1:50Speaker 1: take that as Gwenneth being Gwenoth. Everything Gwenneth does has
- 1:53Speaker 1: a little bit of a sting. It's never quite easy,
- 1:57Speaker 1: remember conscious and coupling. Gwenneth. That's away with words, doesn't she?
- 2:02Speaker 1: But I do believe here that she's trying to be nice.
- 2:05Speaker 1: And then she added, and I think this is really
- 2:08Speaker 1: really beautiful. She said she was raised to see other
- 2:12Speaker 1: women as friends, not foes. She credited her mommy blife
- 2:18Speaker 1: Danna for telling her another woman is never your competition.
- 2:23Speaker 1: What is right for you you will find I really
- 2:29Speaker 1: love that advice, because sometimes we are in such competition
- 2:33Speaker 1: with other people think we're in such competition with other people.
- 2:36Speaker 1: We're in reality, we're only in competition with ourselves. Is
- 2:41Speaker 1: there enough room in the world for another lifestyle brand, Yes,
- 2:44Speaker 1: of course there is. You know, Martha Stewart was the original,
- 2:48Speaker 1: one of the originals here and then Gweneth developed Delivered
- 2:52Speaker 1: Goop and people were like, oh, Martha's going to be angry. No,
- 2:56Speaker 1: she wasn't. There's room too for Jessica Elba for her brand,
- 3:00Speaker 1: and so there is room here for meg and Markle.
- 3:03Speaker 1: Gwyneth goes on to say that she's only really met
- 3:05Speaker 1: her once, she doesn't know her, but she really wants
- 3:08Speaker 1: her to succeed, and she said, deep down I have
- 3:11Speaker 1: a strong instinct to stand up for her, meaning here
- 3:15Speaker 1: that the underdog is somebody that Gwyneth really wants to support. Now,
- 3:19Speaker 1: is it difficult to call a duchess who lives in
- 3:23Speaker 1: a fourteen million dollar house with a prince an underdog?
- 3:26Speaker 1: Maybe not my definition of an underdog. HI have friends
- 3:30Speaker 1: who went to school with me in Great Barb Birmingham,
- 3:33Speaker 1: this little industrial town in Britain that certainly don't have
- 3:36Speaker 1: anywhere near what Meghan Markle has, So I don't know
- 3:40Speaker 1: if she's necessarily the underdog. Do not feel bad for Megan.
- 3:43Speaker 1: She's doing great. She's one of the most famous people
- 3:45Speaker 1: in the world. She always wanted to be that. She's
- 3:47Speaker 1: married to a prince, she's in love, she's got two
- 3:50Speaker 1: beautiful children. She lives in our house that we would
- 3:53Speaker 1: dream about living in, and she's got all the celebrities
- 3:57Speaker 1: on speed Doll. So Meghan's going to be just fine here.
- 4:00Speaker 1: It is interesting. Gwyneth could have gone the other way.
- 4:03Speaker 1: Gwyneth could have all been about business here and wanting
- 4:05Speaker 1: to shut down Megan. But no, she isn't. She said,
- 4:09Speaker 1: welcome to this world, this world of lifestyle. Welcome to it.
- 4:14Speaker 1: We all deserve an attempt at everything we want to try. Now,
- 4:20Speaker 1: Gwyneth has not seen Meghan's new show yet, she's not
- 4:23Speaker 1: tried her products, but she's open to it. What do
- 4:26Speaker 1: you think about this, this inclusiveness, this idea that all tides,
- 4:31Speaker 1: The more more tide, the more water, the more boats
- 4:35Speaker 1: we raise, And so I think I like that idea.
- 4:39Speaker 1: There's plenty for everybody. Look at all the podcasts out there,
- 4:43Speaker 1: there's probably millions of them, millions of podcasts. I'm not
- 4:47Speaker 1: in competition with any of them. I'm really not. I
- 4:50Speaker 1: don't feel that way. I don't listen to that many
- 4:53Speaker 1: other podcasts because I don't want to be influenced. I
- 4:55Speaker 1: love podcasts, but I listened to other genres. I love
- 4:58Speaker 1: her true crime, listen to music podcasts. I don't listen
- 5:02Speaker 1: to many, if any, entertainment podcast because I want us
- 5:05Speaker 1: to be truly original. I don't want to fit into
- 5:08Speaker 1: that box. And if they're all doing the same thing
- 5:10Speaker 1: like Entertainment Tonight and Access Hollywood and E News and Extra,
- 5:14Speaker 1: I don't want to be that. I don't want to
- 5:16Speaker 1: be I want to stand out, and I think that's
- 5:18Speaker 1: part of the success of this show. Thank you to
- 5:21Speaker 1: you nor Teas for embracing it. But think about it.
- 5:23Speaker 1: What do you think? Which brings us to our pong
- 5:26Speaker 1: question of the day. Gwyneth Peltrow is giving Meghan Marko's
- 5:30Speaker 1: latest business venture her seal, her stamp of approval. Will
- 5:35Speaker 1: Meghan now try to contact Gwenneth? We know Meghan loves
- 5:41Speaker 1: famous people who can forget. George Clooney was invited to
- 5:45Speaker 1: her wedding in London and didn't really know her. Oprah
- 5:51Speaker 1: Wheedfrey went to the wedding and just sort of become friends.
- 5:55Speaker 1: So a lot of celebrities were at this wedding who
- 5:59Speaker 1: were a little bit it's sort of perplexed about it.
- 6:01Speaker 1: They wanted to go. If I got an invite, I'll
- 6:03Speaker 1: go through that, but they didn't really really feel that
- 6:08Speaker 1: close to her. So Gwenneth, who can be a bit distant,
- 6:11Speaker 1: She's very much about her family, her kids, her very
- 6:14Speaker 1: unusual relationship with her ex, her new husband, and so
- 6:18Speaker 1: I think here it'd be hard to break into Gwenev's
- 6:20Speaker 1: world really as a friend. She has her friends, and
- 6:23Speaker 1: she's not really looking for any more, and she only
- 6:26Speaker 1: likes publicity on her own terms. So she's not going
- 6:29Speaker 1: to be sharing that with Meghan, I don't think. But
- 6:31Speaker 1: do you think Meghan will reach out? I think she will.
- 6:35Speaker 1: I think Megan will send a little note saying thank you,
- 6:37Speaker 1: or I think Meghan might even send her one of
- 6:40Speaker 1: those famous jams that she's making. Megan will see this
- 6:43Speaker 1: as an opportunity, and I mean that with respect. I'm
- 6:46Speaker 1: not putting it down here. I think Megan will think,
- 6:48Speaker 1: my goodness, a photograph of me and Gweneth, or if
- 6:51Speaker 1: we try each other's jams or products, we could help
- 6:55Speaker 1: each other not a bad idea. What do you think?
- 6:58Speaker 1: Will Meghan reach out to Gwenneth? Hey, go vote on
- 7:02Speaker 1: our Twitter page at Naughty nine. Rob our facebook page
- 7:05Speaker 1: is Naughty Gossip and be sure to check back to
- 7:08Speaker 1: morrow to hear your results. So yesterday, Tracy Morgan was
- 7:13Speaker 1: hospitalized after a violent court side vomit. He looked really,
- 7:18Speaker 1: really bad. Now we know what's going on. He is
- 7:20Speaker 1: blaming food poisoning. Tracy Morgan shocked everybody at Madison Square
- 7:25Speaker 1: Garden when he was really, really sick. He was sitting
- 7:28Speaker 1: courtside during a nixt showdown. He loves his Nicks, and
- 7:32Speaker 1: suddenly the crowd was not watching the game. They were
- 7:35Speaker 1: watching Tracy, and actually the game was halted for about
- 7:39Speaker 1: ten minutes. An eyewitness I spoke to said the scene
- 7:42Speaker 1: was both horrifying and bizarre. They wanted to say one
- 7:46Speaker 1: second he was laughing, the next moment Tracy was doubled
- 7:50Speaker 1: over and people didn't know what to do. They didn't
- 7:53Speaker 1: know whether to call the medic or to get out
- 7:55Speaker 1: of the splash zone. There's a photograph, a video him
- 8:00Speaker 1: sitting there. He's next to Steven Spielberg's daughter. It's the
- 8:03Speaker 1: first time I think she ever went to the Nick
- 8:05Speaker 1: gains Nick's games. That's what they're called. Sorry, my sports
- 8:08Speaker 1: knowledge is not great. I blame Taylor Swift for all
- 8:11Speaker 1: this I do. I've had to learn sports because of
- 8:14Speaker 1: Travis and Taylor's so getting there slowely said the Knicks game.
- 8:18Speaker 1: So there, he was looking really, really sick. He was
- 8:21Speaker 1: wheeled out, honestly, put in a wheelchair, and people were
- 8:24Speaker 1: really concerned about his health. Some people said he was
- 8:27Speaker 1: even bleeding from his nose. Well, yesterday, he put out
- 8:31Speaker 1: a statement from his hospital bed, flashing a thumbs up
- 8:35Speaker 1: on Instagram and reassuming fans that it was nothing more
- 8:40Speaker 1: than a nasty case of food poisoning. He went on
- 8:44Speaker 1: to write, quote, thank you for all your concern. I'm
- 8:48Speaker 1: doing okay now, and the doctors say I have food poisoning.
- 8:51Speaker 1: I like this too. He did the one say I
- 8:53Speaker 1: appreciate my Madison Square Garden family for taking such good
- 8:58Speaker 1: care of me, and I need to shout out the
- 9:01Speaker 1: crew that had to clean it up. Appreciate you. I
- 9:05Speaker 1: spoke to a friend of Tracy's last night who said
- 9:07Speaker 1: he is going to send that crew a fantastic gift.
- 9:11Speaker 1: I'm not sure if it's going to be cookies or
- 9:14Speaker 1: booze or flowers, I don't know, but I know he
- 9:18Speaker 1: will acknowledge this. He plans to be back and seeing
- 9:21Speaker 1: more games. He loves it there. It's his real, real pleasure.
- 9:25Speaker 1: Anybody that goes to this event in New York pretty
- 9:28Speaker 1: much will bump into Tracy Morgan. He's there at pretty
- 9:31Speaker 1: much every single game, and so now it's nice to
- 9:34Speaker 1: know he is going to be just fine. And also
- 9:36Speaker 1: to what a gentleman here. Sometimes you forget, particularly when
- 9:40Speaker 1: you're sick, all the people that help you. The last
- 9:44Speaker 1: time a friend of mine was hospitalized, my goodness, we
- 9:48Speaker 1: were all worried, we were all nervous, and I remember
- 9:49Speaker 1: sitting there, and what distracted me or helped me or
- 9:53Speaker 1: encouraged me was to see all these hard working professionals, doctors, nurses,
- 9:58Speaker 1: everybody else in that hospital doing their best. Tracy, we
- 10:02Speaker 1: are sending you our best to okay, moving along, This
- 10:06Speaker 1: is a bombshell. Don Lemon, who used to work at CNN,
- 10:10Speaker 1: is now claiming he was sexually harassed at the company.
- 10:14Speaker 1: So Don Lemon is calling out double standards and he's
- 10:17Speaker 1: not holding back. The former CNN anchor claimed he was
- 10:22Speaker 1: sexually harassed by both men and women during his time
- 10:27Speaker 1: at the network. He went on to say that it
- 10:29Speaker 1: was ridiculous, but did as add that the incidents were
- 10:33Speaker 1: nothing nowhere near like the Harvey Weinstein level, but it
- 10:38Speaker 1: was a draw jaw dropping moment. In the interview, and
- 10:41Speaker 1: Lemon recounted a time when a female colleague allegedly touched
- 10:46Speaker 1: him inappropriately at CNN headquarters in Atlanta in the cafeteria.
- 10:50Speaker 1: I've been there, he said, quote, this young lady tweaked
- 10:53Speaker 1: my nipples and said, oh, it's cold in here. He
- 10:57Speaker 1: was stunned by it. Now, he admits that he didn't
- 11:00Speaker 1: go to human resources because he didn't take it that seriously. However,
- 11:06Speaker 1: I spoke to some CNN people who were really pushing
- 11:08Speaker 1: back to day saying Don would have been the first
- 11:11Speaker 1: to not only call HR, but he would have been
- 11:13Speaker 1: on the Oprah Winfrey Show if Don had been sexually
- 11:15Speaker 1: harassed at SN. He would not hold back. This is
- 11:19Speaker 1: somebody who certainly certainly has a real fire and a
- 11:23Speaker 1: real passion. He's not a quiet, shy person. I think
- 11:26Speaker 1: you can see that by all the interviews. I don't
- 11:29Speaker 1: know about this story because we should never, never doubt
- 11:34Speaker 1: somebody that says they were sexually harassed, sexually assaulted. But
- 11:39Speaker 1: Don threw it into conversation so flippantly, so casually. I
- 11:44Speaker 1: don't know quite how to take this now. He does
- 11:47Speaker 1: have his own podcast, and I think he has a
- 11:50Speaker 1: YouTube channel too, so maybe he will explain more. Maybe
- 11:54Speaker 1: he will name names, and I think he probably should.
- 11:57Speaker 1: If somebody inside CNN is sexual harassing people, we need
- 12:02Speaker 1: to know about that. It is not something to say
- 12:05Speaker 1: to get your publicity, to get your attention. And let's
- 12:08Speaker 1: admit it, Don is a showponer. He loves all this attention. Now.
- 12:13Speaker 1: I hope I'm not blaming the victim here, and I'm
- 12:15Speaker 1: getting very close to that line, so let me tread carefully. Don.
- 12:18Speaker 1: I think this story needs more explanation. It's a bombshell.
- 12:22Speaker 1: You might not realize quite what you've said here, but
- 12:25Speaker 1: it's really really big. And it doesn't matter if it's
- 12:28Speaker 1: not quote Harvey Weinstein level, any inappropriate touching, any inappropriate suggestions,
- 12:36Speaker 1: behavior talk, it's not right, Don, and you've got to
- 12:39Speaker 1: stand up because if they're doing it to you, I
- 12:42Speaker 1: guarantee they are doing it to somebody else within that
- 12:45Speaker 1: company who does not have your power. This is your
- 12:48Speaker 1: moment to use your power to stop this. Okay, let's
- 12:52Speaker 1: get onto something a little bit more fun here. Bad
- 12:54Speaker 1: Buddy is breaking the internet with extreamy Kelvin Clarin campaign.
- 13:00Speaker 1: So people are saying glasses to Kelvin Clyde because these
- 13:04Speaker 1: pictures have set the internet on fire the Puerto Rican megastaff.
- 13:08Speaker 1: You're not familiar with Bad Bunny, Oh, he's fantastic. His
- 13:11Speaker 1: music is so great. It's quite sexual, though very very romantic.
- 13:16Speaker 1: He's stripping down to his Kelvin clines for his new
- 13:19Speaker 1: cotton stretch underwear campaign and fans have officially lost it.
- 13:25Speaker 1: So he drops his briefs and one fan wrote, can
- 13:29Speaker 1: someone come over here and reese assitate me? Because I
- 13:32Speaker 1: am dead? Another person added, I am literally hyperventilating. I'm
- 13:37Speaker 1: told I hit the phones. I'm told so far Bad
- 13:41Speaker 1: Bunny has solved mournicahs than Justin Bieber. Then, when Justin
- 13:45Speaker 1: Bieber was the Kelvin Kleine model, bul the underwear went
- 13:49Speaker 1: through the roof with Justin, it did really, really well.
- 13:53Speaker 1: But I'm told there's more demand now that Bad Bunny
- 13:58Speaker 1: is letting them see that he he wears his Calvin's
- 14:01Speaker 1: okay quickly before we go to break a shocking story.
- 14:04Speaker 1: Did his jail house recording to Kanye West has now
- 14:09Speaker 1: leaked out? So we get to hear the prison phone
- 14:12Speaker 1: call It was leaked out where he was telling Kanye
- 14:15Speaker 1: to be careful and to tear down stadiums. So Puffy
- 14:19Speaker 1: made these bold statements behind bars where he warned Kanye
- 14:24Speaker 1: West that he was in danger. The theme of this
- 14:28Speaker 1: conversation was the two of them are so successful and
- 14:31Speaker 1: people are coming to get them, and you've got to
- 14:33Speaker 1: be careful, be careful out there. And did He is
- 14:36Speaker 1: completely convinced he will be vindicated on federal charges of
- 14:40Speaker 1: sex trafficking and racketeering allegations, also some sexual abuse too,
- 14:46Speaker 1: So he said, I'm going to beat this and when
- 14:48Speaker 1: I do, I can't wait to be next to you.
- 14:51Speaker 1: Will I would not be so confident about that, Puffy,
- 14:54Speaker 1: And I also too would not be doing calls with
- 14:57Speaker 1: Kanye West because you know he's going to leak them
- 15:00Speaker 1: now inside has telling me. Did he did not even
- 15:02Speaker 1: know his conversations were being recorded, however, did He has
- 15:07Speaker 1: had several conversations with in prison. In prison with other
- 15:11Speaker 1: celebrities who are outside prison. So who are they who's
- 15:15Speaker 1: taking did his cause? How is it possible for him
- 15:18Speaker 1: to call all these peoples. I don't know the rules
- 15:21Speaker 1: of prisons, but something needs to be looked at here.
- 15:25Speaker 1: And you don't want to feel bad for Puffy, not
- 15:27Speaker 1: at all. But Kanye, of all the people, to associate
- 15:31Speaker 1: yourself with a Nazi, that's the label Kanye has given himself.
- 15:35Speaker 1: I'm not giving him that. That's who Kanye wants to be,
- 15:38Speaker 1: wants us to know who he is, and so did he.
- 15:42Speaker 1: Of all the people when you're in a lot of trouble, Puff,
- 15:45Speaker 1: You're in a lot of trouble. I used to work
- 15:46Speaker 1: for Puff, and I know this is not sitting well
- 15:49Speaker 1: with him. All the people to associate with while you're
- 15:53Speaker 1: in the situation, not Kanye West. Okay, we're going to
- 15:56Speaker 1: take a quick break and we will be right back.
- 16:00Speaker 1: Welcome back to the Naughty Bernicia on your Hostbold Shooter.
- 16:02Speaker 1: He done is off today with his mommy. I hope
- 16:04Speaker 1: you're having a lovely day you two. Hey, let's get
- 16:06Speaker 1: to the polls DA DA. Last year we talked about
- 16:11Speaker 1: Kim Kardashian just wishing that Bethany Frankel would shut up.
- 16:14Speaker 1: Bethany is giving unsolicited advice about parenting, and that's something
- 16:20Speaker 1: that you really shouldn't give anybody else advice about if
- 16:23Speaker 1: they don't ask. It's none of your business how you
- 16:26Speaker 1: raise your children. It's up to you. So Bethany's trying
- 16:30Speaker 1: to get back in the news, trying to get some attention,
- 16:32Speaker 1: and it worked. We're talking about it always works. She's
- 16:35Speaker 1: a brilliant marketing p R hustler, like she really always
- 16:40Speaker 1: has that hustle on for at tension. It's made her very,
- 16:42Speaker 1: very wealthy. So no disrespect there. But what do you
- 16:45Speaker 1: think do you think do you wish that Bethany would
- 16:48Speaker 1: shut up too? So not just kime? What do you
- 16:50Speaker 1: think that you're sick of Bethany? Frank Call eighty nine
- 16:52Speaker 1: percent said, yes, Bethany shut up. You've had a good
- 16:56Speaker 1: run a reality staff for what over a decade, made
- 16:59Speaker 1: it ton of money, but ah, she woke, go away. Okay,
- 17:05Speaker 1: don't forget to vote on today's pole good Twitter page
- 17:08Speaker 1: at Naughty Knights. Rob our facebook page is Naughty Gossip
- 17:12Speaker 1: and be sure to check back tomorrow to hear your results.
- 17:16Speaker 1: And now it's time for our noisest of the day.
- 17:20Speaker 1: Pete Davidson has ditched Hollywood romances for a mystery lady.
- 17:24Speaker 1: Let me explain. Pete is dating a game. He's officially
- 17:28Speaker 1: moved on, and this time not with a famous face.
- 17:31Speaker 1: So he's had a lot of famous exes, including Ariana Grande,
- 17:34Speaker 1: Kim Kardashian. Well, now he has a new flame. It
- 17:37Speaker 1: is a non celebrity. Sources tell me she's very different
- 17:40Speaker 1: from everyone else he has ever dated before. She respects
- 17:43Speaker 1: his privacy and get this, this is really important, the
- 17:47Speaker 1: seal of approval. His mom and his sister are on board.
- 17:50Speaker 1: They've both met the lady. They really really like her.
- 17:55Speaker 1: At the moment, we don't know who it is, and
- 17:57Speaker 1: I kind of love that. I hope we don't find
- 18:00Speaker 1: out for a really long time. Peter, you've learned a
- 18:03Speaker 1: lesson dating in the spotlight. Maybe not the best idea.
- 18:08Speaker 1: Congratulations had nicest of the day and now and autous
- 18:11Speaker 1: of the day, Nod nod no to an autous of
- 18:14Speaker 1: the day with a little bit of love. Here is
- 18:16Speaker 1: Mariah Carey. So Mariah accepted an Icon Award at the
- 18:20Speaker 1: iHeartRadio Music Awards. It was fab youles, well, there's a
- 18:25Speaker 1: meme now of Mariah that has stole the show. So
- 18:28Speaker 1: Mariah was sitting in the audience when Tory Kelly and
- 18:33Speaker 1: Mooney Long took the stage to perform a medley of
- 18:37Speaker 1: her greatest hits. My Goodness, she has song after song
- 18:40Speaker 1: after song. While they were performing, the cameras cut to
- 18:45Speaker 1: the Queen of Christmas, who had a very very very
- 18:48Speaker 1: different reaction. Mariah seemed to be giving side eye, not
- 18:53Speaker 1: really enjoying the performance. This is another gift that Mariah carry,
- 19:00Speaker 1: Mariah that will go down in history. I don't know her,
