- 0:00Speaker 1: What's up, everyone, and welcome to another episode of the
- 0:03Epstein Chronicles. In this episode, we're going to bounce across
- 0:08the pond and we're gonna check in on the Joe
- 0:11exotic of the Windsor family. Because now the calls for
- 0:16the police to be involved and to really investigate Andrew
- 0:20are growing, and I have to tell you, I'm pretty shocked.
- 0:25I never thought that we get to a point where
- 0:28there'd be calls in the UK for Andrew to really
- 0:31answer for what he was up to. And remember, I'm
- 0:35not just talking about the alleged sexual abuse. I'm talking
- 0:39about all of it. And at some point, when you
- 0:41keep the company that Andrew kept, those chickens are going
- 0:45to come home to roost. Whether somebody ends up getting
- 0:48hemmed up and flips on you during a trial, whatever
- 0:51it might be, there's no honor amongst thieves and there
- 0:55are certainly no friendship amongst human traffickers. Today's article was
- 1:00published by The Independent and the headline former Minister joins
- 1:05calls for police to investigate Andrew over Epstein ties. This
- 1:10article was authored by Athena Stavro. Authorities are facing renewed
- 1:16pressure to launch a full investigation into Andrew mount Baton
- 1:19Winsaw and his ties with Jeffrey Epstein after a former
- 1:23business secretary urged them to examine his role as UK
- 1:27Trade Envoy. And at this point, I think that's a
- 1:31universal call. And I know I've said it once, but
- 1:35I'll say it again. If you were Prince Andrew and
- 1:37you were really innocent, wouldn't you welcome this? Wouldn't you
- 1:41want there to be an investigation to clear your name? Hey,
- 1:44look this was looked at, I was cleared I had
- 1:47nothing to do with this, and then afterwards you can
- 1:50start suing people, right Prince Andrew so broke. I think
- 1:54that him suing people would be a great idea for
- 1:56him if he had a case. But that's the thing.
- 2:00He doesn't have a case, and he doesn't want to
- 2:02go to discovery. As we saw with Virginia. If he
- 2:05had all the evidence he said he had, if he
- 2:08never did the things that he was accused of doing,
- 2:10do you really think he would have set on fire
- 2:13what little legacy he had left because there was no
- 2:16coming back from that settlement. Everybody knew that. And let's
- 2:21not act like he's just some rich guy who can
- 2:23pay that shit to go away. That's not what happened.
- 2:26He had to go hat in hand to his family
- 2:28to get the money to make it go away. So
- 2:32all signs point to Prince Andrew being guilty. Okay, they
- 2:37always have and in my opinion, unless there's something drastic,
- 2:41they always will. According to emails released by the US
- 2:48Department of Justice, mister mount Bountain Winsor appeared to have
- 2:52forwarded official reports on trips to Singapore, Hong Kong, and
- 2:56Vietnam in twenty ten and twenty eleven to Epstein when
- 3:01he was a government trade envoy. And I think this
- 3:05is going to be the downfall for a lot of people.
- 3:08A lot of the people that were in Epstein's orbit
- 3:11will probably be protected from the most heinous of charges,
- 3:15whether it's statutal limitations, whether there's not enough evidence, whatever
- 3:19it might be. But when it comes to shit like this,
- 3:22when it comes to financial crimes, when it comes to
- 3:25trading state secrets, well if there is a paper trail,
- 3:29if there is evidence, that is a surefire away to
- 3:33put these people behind bars. And as far as I'm concerned,
- 3:36that's where they all belong. Ser Vince Cable, whose time
- 3:41as a business secretary between twenty ten and twenty fifteen
- 3:45overlap with Andrew's envoy. Roll said the activity was totally
- 3:50unacceptable and urged the police to launch a full investigation
- 3:53into his role. He told the BBC we need a
- 3:56police or DPP Director of Public prosper Secutions check on
- 4:01whether criminal corruption took place and a government investigation into
- 4:05how this was allowed to happen. Well, the uncomfortable truth
- 4:09is a lot of it had to do with the Queen.
- 4:11She loved her baby boy, Andrew, and she was willing
- 4:15to go to great length to protect them. And we've
- 4:18saw that time and time again throughout this whole entire fiasco.
- 4:22How many times did the Queen protect Andrew? How many
- 4:25times were people turned away when they were looking for answers.
- 4:32So that's something that the royal family is going to
- 4:34have to grapple with and I think more people are
- 4:37going to become aware of that as time moves on.
- 4:39And we have to keep in mind that the vast
- 4:41majority of people are playing catch up now. They don't
- 4:45have all the details you have. They haven't been following
- 4:47along for years, they don't know all the nuance, they're
- 4:51not hit to all of the so called insider baseball, right,
- 4:55they don't know all of that yet, but once you
- 4:58start looking at it, and once you start downloading that information,
- 5:02it becomes rather obvious that the Queen played a gigantic
- 5:05part in being a roadblock between Andrew and any real
- 5:09consequential investigation into the allegations against them. And it wasn't
- 5:14until the eleventh hour where things were undeniable anymore, where
- 5:19the Queen acquiesced and got on board with Andrew doing
- 5:23what he did. It comes after the UK's top prosecutor,
- 5:27Stephen Parkinson, warned that nobody is above the law, as
- 5:31the Director of Public Prosecution said no, of course not
- 5:35when asked whether he thought that the royals were above
- 5:38the law. Well that's nice, huh. I mean, considering a
- 5:41royal has never been arrested, considering that nobody has access
- 5:45to their server, I would say that they're above the law,
- 5:49but it would be nice if they weren't. He added
- 5:52that he has total confidence that the police will be independent. Well,
- 5:55I hope so, but I don't know where he gets
- 5:57that confidence from. I mean, how long if we heard
- 6:00the police in the UK try and sweep this under
- 6:03the rug time and time again. Oh we took a
- 6:06look at that. Nothing to see here, Prince Andrew, hell
- 6:09of a guy, but even then it was obvious garbage.
- 6:14How many people came forward and corroborated that there was
- 6:17at least enough to investigate. That's the biggest problem here,
- 6:23that there was never even an investigation, not a real one,
- 6:26not robust, not one that touched on all facets, and
- 6:30certainly not one that included Prince Andrew. Emails released as
- 6:36part of the so called Epstein Files earlier this month
- 6:39appear to show the former Duke, who served as a
- 6:42trade endvoy between two thousand and one and twenty eleven,
- 6:46sharing confidential reports from his role as the UK's trade
- 6:50endvoy with the pedophile financier. And even if you don't
- 6:53believe all the other accusations, even if you're one of
- 6:56these people that thinks it's all made up, can you
- 7:00justify passing any kind of confidential information to anyone, never
- 7:06mind kai like Jeffrey Epstein? I mean, are you crazy?
- 7:11We all know the DUE was an asset. We all
- 7:13know the DUE was working for multiple intelligence services. So
- 7:17what happened to this confidential information? Did it make its
- 7:20way into the hands of an enemy of the state.
- 7:24And again, look, I don't know, I'm just asking questions.
- 7:27Trade envoys have a duty of confidentiality, and the King
- 7:31has made clear his profound concern over allegations of misconduct
- 7:35against Andrew, with Buckingham Pallas saying it stands ready to
- 7:40support the police if approached. And that's a pretty big
- 7:43statement because we all know that the Royal Family they
- 7:47really don't answer to anybody. But I think the storm
- 7:49is blowing so fiercely that they can't avoid it, right,
- 7:54so they have to answer it, they have to recognize it.
- 8:00But to do that exposes them. So the King has decided, hey, look, Andrew,
- 8:06you've been voted off the island, my friend, and if
- 8:08the police come for you, we're not stepping in. And
- 8:12that's great, right. I think that's a good step. But
- 8:15it's about, oh, I don't know, a decade too late,
- 8:21because Prince Andrew and his relationship with Jeffrey Epstein, and
- 8:25his relationship with all these scoundrels in fact, should have
- 8:29been investigated a long time ago. Much of the work
- 8:34of the Royal family in recent weeks has been overshadowed
- 8:37by the Epstein scandal. Despite the King's attempt to draw
- 8:40a line under the matter when he banished Andrew and
- 8:43removed his titles. Again, too little, too late. You can't
- 8:48wait for the ship storm to show up and then
- 8:51may pretend you care. You have to proactively be out
- 8:53in front of it. And if you're not, people are
- 8:56gonna have questions. And that's what we're seeing now right. Well, okay,
- 9:01it's great that the king's acting, but what took so long?
- 9:04Why didn't the Queen do it? Why were people so
- 9:06willing to defend Andrew for so long when the writing
- 9:10was on the wall. The truth is, they never thought
- 9:13that this bill was going to come due. They thought
- 9:16that it was going to get swept under the rug
- 9:18and that we were never going to get answers. Well,
- 9:21guess what they were wrong, and now we want those answers.
- 9:27Liberal Democrat leader At Davey claimed the files had made
- 9:31it clear that Andrew had abused his position as trade
- 9:34endvoy and called for a public inquiry. The Epstein revelations
- 9:38were hugely damaging the public trust in our institutions. It's
- 9:42clear Andrew mount Batten Windsor abused his position as trade endvoy,
- 9:47sharing sensitive information about the UK's interest with his friend
- 9:51and convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein. He told The mal online
- 9:56the police are rightfully looking into this as we need
- 9:59full trans to get justice for the victims of this
- 10:03abhorrent abuse. That must also include a public inquiry. Labor
- 10:09and P Sarah Owen, who heads the Commons Women and
- 10:12a Qualities Committee, this week, said Andrew must answer to
- 10:15the police and Parliament over the allegations, while Labor MP
- 10:19Rachel Mascal told BBC the former Duke should be stripped
- 10:23of his succession rights to the throne. Well, that sounds
- 10:26like a pretty good idea. No last thing you want
- 10:30is Uncle Touchy anywhere near the throne, unless, of course,
- 10:34that throne happens to be a bathroom somewhere that he's cleaning,
- 10:39because that's the only job he's qualified for. Right with
- 10:42all the bullshitt he's out here spewing all the bullshitt
- 10:45he's involved in, definitely be somebody that cleans toilets. We
- 10:51need to know what was happening in those circles, and
- 10:54therefore I think it would be right to be able
- 10:56to scrutinize, have transparency and get to the bottom of
- 11:00all these dealings. She said, all of these titles and
- 11:03positions need to be addressed, so we're just left with
- 11:06Andrew the citizen, and the citizen that is fully accountable.
- 11:11It comes as Tames Value Police said last week that
- 11:14they have held discussions with specialists from the Crown Prosecution
- 11:18Service about the allegations that Andrew shared confidential reports. Before
- 11:23said while we cannot provide time scials over when a
- 11:26decision as to whether a criminal investigation will be opened,
- 11:30we can assure you that Tames Value Police is making
- 11:33progress as quickly as possible. Assistant Constable Oliver Wright said
- 11:39they were leading the assessment of allegations relating to misconduct
- 11:42in public office, which specifically related to documents within the
- 11:47United States Department of Justice Epstein files. And I think
- 11:50for Prince Andrew that's where the most exposure is because
- 11:54he obviously was using his position for personal gain, and
- 11:58I think that there's plenty of evidence that backs that up.
- 12:02So now the question is what's the endgame. Is Prince
- 12:07Andrew held accountable or are we going to get the
- 12:10UK version of just move On. All of the information
- 12:16that goes with this episode can be found in the
