- 0:00Speaker 1: Insight from the inside. This is seven ten wors Mark
- 0:06Speaker 1: the Moon Show.
- 0:08Speaker 2: Well, the great Jimmy Fayla. He's got a wonderful show
- 0:11Speaker 2: every night here on wo R nine to midnight, great show,
- 0:15Speaker 2: very funny, nine to midnight every night. And he does
- 0:18Speaker 2: the best late night talk show on television Saturday nights
- 0:21Speaker 2: at ten o'clock on the Fox News channels, one of
- 0:24Speaker 2: President Trump's favorite shows. He's said so many times, Jimmy Fayla,
- 0:29Speaker 2: how you doing?
- 0:30Speaker 1: You know what, I'm pretty good, man. I am starving
- 0:34Speaker 1: myself into TV shape because I just got the word
- 0:37Speaker 1: mark that I'm going to be hosting from the White
- 0:39Speaker 1: House Correspondence Dinner down in DC.
- 0:41Speaker 2: Oh.
- 0:41Speaker 1: And I don't know if you know this, but I'm
- 0:44Speaker 1: the only TV host who's not on ozembic. It is
- 0:48Speaker 1: just me. And that's why all of these cable news
- 0:50Speaker 1: people are so angry all the time. They're starving.
- 0:54Speaker 3: I figured it out.
- 0:55Speaker 1: That's why they're mad. They're just they're all hungry.
- 0:57Speaker 3: That's why I'm always in a good mood. I'm clearly eating.
- 1:00Speaker 3: But I guess I got to get my life together.
- 1:02Speaker 1: They just told me a little while ago, so I
- 1:04Speaker 1: got a couple of weeks to pull it together.
- 1:06Speaker 2: Yeah, have you seen Oprah lately? She's like a toothpick.
- 1:08Speaker 1: Now, I saw that, like the Oprah. What I don't
- 1:13Speaker 1: get is because she said she used one of those drugs.
- 1:15Speaker 1: But if you have Oprah money, you could literally pay
- 1:18Speaker 1: somebody to make it fun and karate.
- 1:19Speaker 3: Kick the food out of your hands.
- 1:22Speaker 1: You know, I was Oprah'd hire one of those MMA guys.
- 1:25Speaker 3: To come and tackle me when I went for the pizza.
- 1:27Speaker 1: At least make it interesting, you know, you can get
- 1:30Speaker 1: a shot like the rest of us boring.
- 1:32Speaker 2: Hey, the White House correspondence doing it first time in
- 1:35Speaker 2: a long time. The President will be there. President Trump
- 1:38Speaker 2: will be there and he loves you.
- 1:39Speaker 1: Yeah I didn't. Yeah, that's good news. I'm hoping to
- 1:42Speaker 1: interview him before the show, although we may see him
- 1:46Speaker 1: on the red carpet during it.
- 1:47Speaker 3: They're working out all of those logistics.
- 1:49Speaker 1: Now. You know the problem is if I go to
- 1:51Speaker 1: the White House, I have to pass a background check,
- 1:54Speaker 1: which is you know, so Mark, The last thing they
- 1:57Speaker 1: need me to do it is getting purp walked out
- 1:59Speaker 1: of the white That was with a camera crew because
- 2:02Speaker 1: some guy I cut off in my taxi twelve years
- 2:05Speaker 1: ago and never paid the fee or something crazy. But
- 2:09Speaker 1: he's gonna be there and it's gonna be a high
- 2:11Speaker 1: ocane night because he did not go at any point
- 2:13Speaker 1: during his first term. He skipped last year. But he's
- 2:17Speaker 1: showing up. He's going to do a routine and I'll
- 2:20Speaker 1: have three hours on the red carpet with a somebody
- 2:23Speaker 1: else who shows up, and it's pretty wild. I did
- 2:25Speaker 1: this two years ago, and you'd be surprised who winds
- 2:30Speaker 1: up on your show, even as a Fox show. Like
- 2:33Speaker 1: two years ago, I had Lesser Holt on, I had
- 2:36Speaker 1: you know, outroke around. I even had Savannah Guffrie on
- 2:39Speaker 1: obviously in a better time for her. I had the
- 2:41Speaker 1: cast of The Gaily Show on because everybody kind of
- 2:45Speaker 1: is forced to coexist for one night. It's kind of
- 2:48Speaker 1: like a wedding where the bride's parents got divorced, but
- 2:51Speaker 1: it works. You know, there's an open bar, so it
- 2:53Speaker 1: all comes together in the end. So yeah, I'm hyped
- 2:56Speaker 1: up for this.
- 2:57Speaker 2: Is it?
- 2:59Speaker 1: It's Saturdy April twenty seven.
- 3:01Speaker 2: Oh okay, so it's like a month away.
- 3:03Speaker 1: That's what I mean. So I've got one month. They
- 3:05Speaker 1: basically like when.
- 3:07Speaker 3: Whenever you get a big assignment like this, said.
- 3:09Speaker 1: Fox, you know it's coming because the wardrobe team shows
- 3:12Speaker 1: up to empty out your fridge. That's how you know.
- 3:15Speaker 3: It doesn't even start with clothing.
- 3:17Speaker 2: You don't have to lose what Hey, You and President
- 3:19Speaker 2: Trump love pretty much the same size.
- 3:21Speaker 1: Aren't you, I guess, but he's the president.
- 3:26Speaker 3: Like, I don't know, I don't know it works.
- 3:27Speaker 1: I mean, the truth is, I'm not you know. I
- 3:29Speaker 1: talk about about myself like I'm seven hundred pounds, but
- 3:32Speaker 1: the truth is, I'm like a two hundred and forty
- 3:34Speaker 1: pound guy who's trapped in a seven hundred pound guy's
- 3:37Speaker 1: body because I come from one of those.
- 3:39Speaker 3: Big Italian My family's half Italian, half.
- 3:42Speaker 1: Sicilian, excuse me, half Polish, and they just never stop
- 3:46Speaker 1: feeding you like ever.
- 3:47Speaker 3: There it's like a hazing ritual.
- 3:49Speaker 1: It's not even dinner. And so that being my background,
- 3:53Speaker 1: my default is to talk to you about food at
- 3:55Speaker 1: all times.
- 3:56Speaker 2: How many times you've seen a big star who's fat.
- 3:58Speaker 2: They lose all their weight and they don't look as good,
- 4:00Speaker 2: and they're not as funny, and they're not as whatever.
- 4:02Speaker 2: It happens all the time. Even Oprah doesn't look so good.
- 4:06Speaker 1: No, because what happens is you really do lose the
- 4:10Speaker 1: energy in your face a lot. We all know somebody
- 4:12Speaker 1: who's lost too much weight. You know, Al Roker and
- 4:16Speaker 1: Al Sharpton have a similar issue. They don't look well.
- 4:18Speaker 1: They're healthier, but they don't look healthier, you know what
- 4:20Speaker 1: I'm saying, Because you kind of lose a little of
- 4:23Speaker 1: the soul in your face. That I mean, I'm not
- 4:25Speaker 1: I'm dead serious. That's why I would never do it,
- 4:28Speaker 1: you know, because you know, your job as a comedian,
- 4:31Speaker 1: if you think back to Rodney Dangerfield, is to show
- 4:33Speaker 1: up and be goofy. Yeah, it's not that nobody wants
- 4:37Speaker 1: to look at a comedian with abs. Okay, we're supposed
- 4:41Speaker 1: to make you feel better about yourself. Well, you buy
- 4:44Speaker 1: the two drinks and eat the potato skin. You know.
- 4:48Speaker 2: Hey, Jimmy Fayler, today is the sixth anniversary of the
- 4:53Speaker 2: day we locked down the whole country and the pandemic
- 4:56Speaker 2: lockdown began.
- 4:58Speaker 1: Wow, well that's crazy, and you think about that?
- 5:03Speaker 2: What did you go?
- 5:04Speaker 1: I yeah, so my this is funny story. My radio
- 5:07Speaker 1: show Fox Across America launched five five days earlier. We
- 5:11Speaker 1: launched on March ninth, twenty twenty. The premise of the
- 5:14Speaker 1: show was Fox across America. He's a comedian, he's in
- 5:17Speaker 1: all these markets. We're going to send him on the road.
- 5:19Speaker 1: And five days in the show became Fox across Zoom
- 5:23Speaker 1: and Uh. I spent the next six months doing radio
- 5:27Speaker 1: on Zoom like I was in Ayatola in hiding. And
- 5:32Speaker 1: all I can say to people because everybody got you know,
- 5:35Speaker 1: some people gained weight, some people you know, grew their
- 5:37Speaker 1: hair too long. You know, all I can say is,
- 5:40Speaker 1: you know your drinking was bad if you got kicked
- 5:43Speaker 1: out of a Zoom cocktail party, which, sorry, we got
- 5:48Speaker 1: to mute you.
- 5:48Speaker 2: That was me. Hey, speaking of that Ayatola, he's now
- 5:52Speaker 2: threatening a marriage, just issued another statement where he's going
- 5:55Speaker 2: to go after us. So should we be worried about
- 5:57Speaker 2: this new Ayatola?
- 5:59Speaker 3: Yeah, I just it's because you've never been threatened.
- 6:01Speaker 1: By a piece of cardboard before, you know, Like, this
- 6:05Speaker 1: guyin't alive. Somebody wrote that statement for him. If he
- 6:09Speaker 1: is alive, he's barely alive. And the idea that they're
- 6:12Speaker 1: talking tough and some of the liberal networks are trying
- 6:15Speaker 1: to make the case that a RAN's doing well. I'm like, guys,
- 6:18Speaker 1: they just inaugurated their last leader at Staples.
- 6:21Speaker 3: Okay, it was.
- 6:23Speaker 1: A printout of a photo. That's not an inauguration, that's
- 6:27Speaker 1: not a country intact. So hopefully they stay the course because,
- 6:31Speaker 1: you know, as good as it was to maybe get
- 6:33Speaker 1: rid of the nukes and the ballistic missiles, the endgame is,
- 6:36Speaker 1: you know, you do need a friendlier regime there. If
- 6:39Speaker 1: it just winds up being his family or their family,
- 6:41Speaker 1: then we're going to wind up back here in a
- 6:43Speaker 1: few years. So I'm hoping they just clean the thing
- 6:45Speaker 1: out completely.
- 6:46Speaker 2: Yeah, when you get a statement from him, it's like
- 6:48Speaker 2: getting one from Joe Biden, it's an auto pen job.
- 6:51Speaker 2: You don't know who wrote it. So hey, Jimmy Fayla,
- 6:56Speaker 2: these Democrats, where did they get the nerve to complain
- 6:59Speaker 2: about gas prices? All they do is drive up gas prices?
- 7:03Speaker 1: Yeah, I mean never it was five oh one under Biden.
- 7:06Speaker 3: I mean on Long Island where I grew up in Levittown.
- 7:09Speaker 1: You know, I mean you know what it was in
- 7:10Speaker 1: the city. My cab drivers that gas up at the BP,
- 7:13Speaker 1: which might have become a shell over on Tenth Avenue.
- 7:16Speaker 1: You're paying like six twenty five on the West side
- 7:19Speaker 1: of Manhattan under Biden, so we're three dollars below that.
- 7:23Speaker 1: So it's again when Democrats tell you the gas prices
- 7:26Speaker 1: are too high, it's like Bill Cosby telling you the
- 7:29Speaker 1: drinks are too strong. It's like, I don't know.
- 7:33Speaker 2: So, hey, Jimmy fails on wr every night nine to midnight.
- 7:37Speaker 2: It's a great show. It's really funny. Interesting. You should
- 7:40Speaker 2: listen to him nine to midnight every weeknight. Who do
- 7:42Speaker 2: you have on tonight?
- 7:44Speaker 1: Ooh, Kennedy's back, So we got to get the dumb
- 7:47Speaker 1: button ready.
- 7:48Speaker 3: She'll be back to talk MTV.
- 7:51Speaker 1: And we're getting it funny. We have a special gas
- 7:53Speaker 1: coming from the White House. But this is one of
- 7:55Speaker 1: those weeks where they don't tell me who. Sometimes they
- 7:57Speaker 1: do that. I think I mentioned these once before. We'll
- 7:59Speaker 1: get an like, hey, we have a guest for you
- 8:01Speaker 1: tonight in the second hour of the show, and be like.
- 8:03Speaker 3: All right, great, I'll start working on it.
- 8:04Speaker 1: Who's coming on? And they don't tell you. I'm not kidding.
- 8:07Speaker 3: It's the funniest thing in the world. The last time
- 8:09Speaker 3: Tom Holman was on, I didn't know he was on
- 8:11Speaker 3: until I.
- 8:11Speaker 1: Got a knock on my studio door and he was
- 8:13Speaker 1: there in studio with secret service like you got. I'm like, yo, Homan,
- 8:17Speaker 1: you got to give me time to hide my drugs. Man,
- 8:19Speaker 1: you can't show up like this.
- 8:21Speaker 2: So well, surprise guest tonight and don't miss it nine
- 8:25Speaker 2: to midnight every weeknight on WOR. And if you haven't
- 8:28Speaker 2: watched it, make sure you start watching his Saturday night show,
- 8:31Speaker 2: best late night show in television, Saturday Night's at ten
- 8:34Speaker 2: Fox News Channel and follow him on Twitter and all
- 8:37Speaker 2: that stuff. Jimmy Fayala, always great talking to you, Thanks
- 8:40Speaker 2: for being with us, the best, buddy Mark, all right,
- 8:42Speaker 2: take care and don't forget Buck and Clay will be
- 8:45Speaker 2: here noon today, noon to three. Then you got Sean
- 8:48Speaker 2: Hannity from three to six, the most listened to radio
- 8:52Speaker 2: show in America. Jimmy Fayala, as we just said, nine
- 8:55Speaker 2: o'clock every night, and you know, Curtis Sliwa is back.
- 8:58Speaker 2: Curtis is on every morning with Larry Mente here on
- 9:01Speaker 2: seven ten WR
