Christchurch mansion offered free to anyone who can move it
An Edwardian mansion could be on its way to demolition in Christchurch, unless someone is willing to take it off a local developer's hands. The sweetener? You can have the house for free. The catch? You have to be able to move the four-bedroom, 320 metre-square structure. M Group Properties director of operations, Sean McCrory spoke to John Campbell.
