- 0:10Speaker 1: Wait, true insurance.
- 0:11Speaker 2: I'm true.
- 0:13Speaker 1: I'm a check up with chance. Get a true than is.
- 0:32Speaker 3: Hey, everybody, welcome to Conspiracy The Show. I'm your host,
- 0:36Speaker 3: Adam Todd Brown joining me as co host this week. Hey,
- 0:40Speaker 3: Connor mcspadden's here. How's it going, man, grazy to be
- 0:42Speaker 3: back for another RFK week. Hell yeah, it is r
- 0:46Speaker 3: f K year around these parts.
- 0:49Speaker 2: We're coming up on the anniversary. This is going to
- 0:51Speaker 2: come out right right by the anniversary, right the fifth.
- 0:53Speaker 3: Oh, that's right, yeah, two days from now, as people
- 0:57Speaker 3: are listening to this. June fifth, I think is the anniverse.
- 1:01Speaker 3: I was going to do the math in my head
- 1:02Speaker 3: and figure out, like how many years it's been, but.
- 1:05Speaker 2: Oh, I have nine, right, that would be forty nice,
- 1:10Speaker 2: But I think it was sixty eight and then fifty
- 1:11Speaker 2: seven years.
- 1:13Speaker 3: I'm also here Jen Scott's also to get to that.
- 1:20Speaker 4: I mean, it was way funnier to do that than
- 1:22Speaker 4: to not do that. Yeah, yeah, that was listener I
- 1:25Speaker 4: would have laughed.
- 1:26Speaker 2: Yeah. I think we all thought it was a strong
- 1:27Speaker 2: choice until you did the second part where you explained it.
- 1:31Speaker 4: No, it's so much better when you explain it, don't
- 1:33Speaker 4: you think.
- 1:33Speaker 2: Yeah, honestly, yes, I mean those are always the best jokes,
- 1:37Speaker 2: the ones you have to explain.
- 1:39Speaker 4: If you have to explain it, that that's what makes
- 1:41Speaker 4: it a really good joke.
- 1:42Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:42Speaker 3: Yeah, you want people to go away from your bits
- 1:45Speaker 3: feeling like they learned some stuff.
- 1:47Speaker 4: Yeah. I always like go into comedy hoping that I'm
- 1:50Speaker 4: thinking about more later.
- 1:52Speaker 2: Yeah yeah, yeah.
- 1:53Speaker 3: So we're talking about the RFK files again, but just
- 1:56Speaker 3: sort of because for one thing, these five else keep changing.
- 2:01Speaker 3: When I first looked at them, there were twenty three
- 2:04Speaker 3: pages of files, and by that I mean each page
- 2:07Speaker 3: has a link to fifty pages of files, and it's
- 2:11Speaker 3: got like ten links. So at first there were twenty three.
- 2:15Speaker 3: There are now one hundred and seventy five of those pages,
- 2:19Speaker 3: and all of the first pages are different shit than
- 2:22Speaker 3: they were when I first started looking into these.
- 2:25Speaker 2: Oh so they're really trying to punish you for giving
- 2:27Speaker 2: a shit about this.
- 2:30Speaker 3: Yeah, It's it's really weird how it's happening. Like everything
- 2:35Speaker 3: I had saved to my computer, I don't know where
- 2:38Speaker 3: else I would have it saved. It's like meaningless now
- 2:41Speaker 3: I don't know where in the order it is. But
- 2:44Speaker 3: on the last episode, I just kind of casually mentioned
- 2:49Speaker 3: that there's a theory out there that maybe the security
- 2:54Speaker 3: guard who was escorting RFK through the kitchen the night
- 2:59Speaker 3: he was shot is actually the one who shot and
- 3:02Speaker 3: killed him. And what I did not know until I
- 3:06Speaker 3: started looking into these files, this guy's name comes up
- 3:09Speaker 3: in the files I looked at most recently, which is
- 3:12Speaker 3: why we're talking about this. I never knew there was
- 3:14Speaker 3: a documentary in nineteen seventy three called The Second Gun
- 3:18Speaker 3: that is very much about that exact idea that this
- 3:23Speaker 3: security guard named Fane Eugene Sesar is actually the one
- 3:30Speaker 3: who killed Kennedy.
- 3:32Speaker 2: And however racist you thought a guy named Thane Eugene
- 3:35Speaker 2: would be, I assure you he's a little bit more
- 3:38Speaker 2: racist than that. Even.
- 3:40Speaker 3: Yeah, he seems like a fucking character, that's for sure.
- 3:44Speaker 2: Yeah. He seems like sort of a nineteen sixties version
- 3:47Speaker 2: of like a Fox News Grandpa a little.
- 3:50Speaker 3: Bit, yeah, but a young guy.
- 3:52Speaker 2: Yeah, well, you know there's young Grandpa's out there.
- 3:55Speaker 4: The more I learned about this, the more my brain
- 3:57Speaker 4: imagines it as an among us game, just like the
- 4:02Speaker 4: little like characters running around and everyone's scared of which
- 4:05Speaker 4: person could be the killer.
- 4:06Speaker 2: Just fingering each other and fucking saying I didn't do it.
- 4:09Speaker 2: It's kind There's like twelve people in there, and like
- 4:12Speaker 2: half of them had guns. There's a lot of shit
- 4:14Speaker 2: that could have saying.
- 4:15Speaker 4: I'm saying, like, who could it be? At this point
- 4:17Speaker 4: they all are very likely suspects to me.
- 4:20Speaker 3: So this documentary really comes from a different time in history.
- 4:25Speaker 3: This would be on like Gya or something now, Yeah,
- 4:30Speaker 3: what's gya?
- 4:32Speaker 2: Guya is a is a streaming platform for insane people
- 4:36Speaker 2: like myself who want to educate ourselves on a lot
- 4:41Speaker 2: of alternative theories of the universe.
- 4:42Speaker 4: Jen, I think I gotta get into it.
- 4:46Speaker 3: I cannot believe you've not never used it.
- 4:49Speaker 2: The amount of shit on Guya that I like, scroll
- 4:51Speaker 2: past that I go. I bet if I believe this,
- 4:53Speaker 2: I would believe the whole fucking thing is like hilarious
- 4:57Speaker 2: to me.
- 4:57Speaker 4: How do I spell gaya ga? A conscious media streaming
- 5:02Speaker 4: yoga videos and more?
- 5:04Speaker 3: I would not have Oh that and more is doing
- 5:06Speaker 3: a lot of heavy lift in there.
- 5:08Speaker 2: Yeah, there's a lot of ad more is.
- 5:10Speaker 4: It like in any direction of uh? Like kind of
- 5:14Speaker 4: in the.
- 5:14Speaker 2: Woo woo spirituality? Uh kind of mary An Williamson's space.
- 5:20Speaker 4: So I would fit in there.
- 5:22Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, water's warm, Come on in all the the
- 5:25Speaker 2: other me and the other crystal mommies we'll have. We'll
- 5:27Speaker 2: welcome you with m my.
- 5:30Speaker 4: Whole dressers covered in crystals. So well let's go.
- 5:33Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 5:33Speaker 3: But back when this came out, this kind of shit
- 5:36Speaker 3: was normal. This wasn't really called a conspiracy theory. It
- 5:39Speaker 3: was just called government.
- 5:41Speaker 4: They were like, we're collecting data.
- 5:42Speaker 3: And the media was all for it. They were asking
- 5:46Speaker 3: the tough questions that are raised in this documentary. And again,
- 5:50Speaker 3: it really is just a thing. I feel like you
- 5:52Speaker 3: would not at all see now.
- 5:54Speaker 2: Well today it would be like, hey, if you don't
- 5:57Speaker 2: ask us that question, you can come to a pool parl.
- 6:00Speaker 2: Like it wouldn't even be like, uh, they're they're not,
- 6:05Speaker 2: They're hardly even fucking trying anymore. Like you know, yeah,
- 6:08Speaker 2: and you're right.
- 6:09Speaker 3: Access is such a big thing too, where if you
- 6:12Speaker 3: ask the wrong questions, they'll just stop letting you come
- 6:15Speaker 3: ask questions.
- 6:16Speaker 2: If you want to ask you some nice questions, you
- 6:17Speaker 2: just got to buy some of this meme coin and.
- 6:19Speaker 3: Then exactly which we probably should buy some mean coin
- 6:23Speaker 3: on this podcast, right, just to keep us out of
- 6:26Speaker 3: the crosshairs.
- 6:26Speaker 2: I've gotta let deeper into the crypto space than I
- 6:28Speaker 2: care to admit, and I'll say that a lot of
- 6:30Speaker 2: these fucking coins have absolutely no use case whatsoever. Their
- 6:34Speaker 2: value proposition is that the their coin is going to
- 6:38Speaker 2: be the future money of Earth, and it's just not reasonable.
- 6:41Speaker 2: A value proposition of this coin allows you to talk
- 6:43Speaker 2: to the President of the United States. That is a
- 6:46Speaker 2: real value proposition. That is a good investment like that
- 6:49Speaker 2: that you could get something for that, not financial advice.
- 6:52Speaker 3: I'm an NFT, you are an NFT.
- 6:56Speaker 4: Yeah, like a couple different emotions.
- 6:58Speaker 2: And nefarious fucking thought.
- 7:01Speaker 4: Yeah with that, No, Like, I did this photo shoot
- 7:08Speaker 4: with this photographer who is super famous, and she like
- 7:11Speaker 4: did a huge collection of different emotions of different like people,
- 7:16Speaker 4: and so I'm like three different emotions and this giant
- 7:18Speaker 4: collection of NFTs.
- 7:20Speaker 2: I don't remember what sounds expensive?
- 7:23Speaker 4: Yeah, no, I don't. I think that fine art. Crypto
- 7:26Speaker 4: versus is real confusing at this point.
- 7:28Speaker 3: Yeah, it sure is. And I should add now that
- 7:32Speaker 3: these files have been changed and there's new shit. The
- 7:35Speaker 3: first file that you click on is from I think
- 7:40Speaker 3: twenty twelve, and it's RFK Junior lobbying the American government
- 7:46Speaker 3: to reopen this investigation, but based on different evidence that
- 7:52Speaker 3: we'll talk about another time.
- 7:54Speaker 4: This whole podcast is just this.
- 7:57Speaker 3: I'd be fine with that, you're still all in.
- 8:00Speaker 2: I'm not surprised that RFK Junior can't even like think
- 8:03Speaker 2: his dad got assassinated in a sketchy way, the wrong way, Like,
- 8:07Speaker 2: I'm not surprised that he even has a shitty take there.
- 8:10Speaker 3: Yeah, so this documentary, it begins with a chorus of
- 8:14Speaker 3: people talking about how this is an opening shotcase. Everyone
- 8:18Speaker 3: saw Sirhan Sirhan do this, so they were committed to
- 8:23Speaker 3: not having another Dallas on their hands, meaning all of
- 8:27Speaker 3: the shit that happened after the JFK assassination, and they
- 8:31Speaker 3: immediately have another Dallas on their hands because it seems like,
- 8:37Speaker 3: I mean, it doesn't seem like. But the main sticking
- 8:40Speaker 3: point with this whole conspiracy is the fact that every
- 8:45Speaker 3: witness says Sir Hans Sirhan was a few feet away
- 8:49Speaker 3: from RFK when he was shooting. But the shot that
- 8:53Speaker 3: killed RFK was fired point blank range behind his ear,
- 8:57Speaker 3: and the other shots that hit him also were fired
- 9:00Speaker 3: from behind. So how the fuck would sir Han, Sirhan
- 9:05Speaker 3: have done that.
- 9:06Speaker 2: And there was like powder burns in the flesh that
- 9:08Speaker 2: were only consistent with gunshot wounds that were fired from
- 9:11Speaker 2: a very short distance, where that powder coming out of
- 9:14Speaker 2: the barrel could really burn the shit out of you.
- 9:17Speaker 2: And he had all these like flexor shit embedded in
- 9:20Speaker 2: there that just couldn't have happened if the son was
- 9:22Speaker 2: three feet away, like they said.
- 9:23Speaker 3: Yeah, and the guy who they end up pointing to
- 9:27Speaker 3: in this as being the possible shooter, he had gunpowder
- 9:32Speaker 3: residue on his face, which that's also.
- 9:34Speaker 4: To me that seems likely it was him in some way.
- 9:39Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 9:40Speaker 3: The only thing that I found weird about that guy
- 9:44Speaker 3: is how comfortable he was talking to the people interviewing him.
- 9:49Speaker 3: Like if you're actually the guy that shot Kennedy and
- 9:52Speaker 3: you're still just like sitting down for it, like I'd
- 9:55Speaker 3: be like, no, man, I'm too fucking I'm too broken
- 9:57Speaker 3: up about this to even comment on it. You can't me.
- 10:00Speaker 2: Yeah, that takes some real fucking acting, you know. That's
- 10:03Speaker 2: that's some difficult even if just on a level of nerves,
- 10:06Speaker 2: you've got to squash that shit down, you know.
- 10:08Speaker 4: Yeah, Well I kind of think that because there's so
- 10:12Speaker 4: much theorized hypnosis involved in it, Like, why does that
- 10:17Speaker 4: have to just be to one person?
- 10:18Speaker 2: Oh, that's interesting. You think they got one of the
- 10:20Speaker 2: fucking one of the pigs guarding the ambassador hotel that night?
- 10:24Speaker 4: Why not? Why would not? Everyone in everyone involved seems
- 10:28Speaker 4: so fucking confused, you know, like it seems like they're
- 10:31Speaker 4: so confident in saying whatever they're saying, but they seem
- 10:33Speaker 4: confused about anything that is outside of that story.
- 10:36Speaker 2: Yeah, and all the people in charge of telling you
- 10:38Speaker 2: that it's everything's fine, stop uh looking into it, shut
- 10:42Speaker 2: up with some master gas lighting. They were all like, well,
- 10:45Speaker 2: you'd have to talk to Bob, and Bob's like you'd
- 10:47Speaker 2: have to talk to Dave, and Dave's like, well you'd
- 10:49Speaker 2: have to talk to Tim, and Tim's like, well, just
- 10:50Speaker 2: ask Bob. You know.
- 10:52Speaker 4: One of the easiest things to do with like hypnosis
- 10:55Speaker 4: and like trying to stick to his story is to
- 10:57Speaker 4: triangulate people. And that's so clearly done to me here,
- 11:00Speaker 4: Like it's just like, well, I don't know, ask your
- 11:02Speaker 4: father type shit, or like oh, as a kid when
- 11:05Speaker 4: that happened to you, if you go between your parents
- 11:07Speaker 4: twice you've given up, you know what I mean, Like,
- 11:09Speaker 4: it's so easy to triangulate people, and it's actually so
- 11:13Speaker 4: much easier to hypnotize people than you think, so much easier.
- 11:17Speaker 3: One of the things I found interesting really early on
- 11:21Speaker 3: is they bring up the girl in the polka dot dress.
- 11:24Speaker 4: My girl.
- 11:25Speaker 3: She is one of the biggest talking points in this conspiracy.
- 11:30Speaker 3: And we mentioned on the first of these RFK file
- 11:34Speaker 3: episodes that there were two different witnesses who both said
- 11:38Speaker 3: they saw Sir Hans Sirhan with a girl in a
- 11:40Speaker 3: polka dot dress, and they both independently of each other,
- 11:44Speaker 3: recanted their story and said it was a hoax. So
- 11:48Speaker 3: two people who didn't know each other came up with
- 11:51Speaker 3: the same lie to tell to these investigators. And now
- 11:55Speaker 3: in this documentary, right off the bat, you get two
- 11:59Speaker 3: more witnesses who say they saw Sir Hans Sir Haan
- 12:03Speaker 3: with a girl in a polka dot dress.
- 12:06Speaker 2: And then don't they try out a chicken, a polka
- 12:08Speaker 2: dot dress that's the wrong color dress with the wrong
- 12:10Speaker 2: size of poka dots on it.
- 12:12Speaker 3: Yeah, they try to say that the woman everyone identified
- 12:18Speaker 3: actually came forward and had nothing to do with it,
- 12:21Speaker 3: But one of the witnesses here is like, I'm not dumb.
- 12:26Speaker 3: That is a blonde, white woman and the woman I
- 12:29Speaker 3: saw he called her swarthy and says she was Mediterranean looking,
- 12:33Speaker 3: which that comes up every time. These people that sir
- 12:37Speaker 3: Han Sirhan was seen with are described.
- 12:40Speaker 2: Sir Han Sirhan, the bitch with a mustache. We gotta
- 12:42Speaker 2: find her.
- 12:44Speaker 3: On the last episode, we mentioned that investigators actually got
- 12:49Speaker 3: a tip as to who the girl in the polka
- 12:51Speaker 3: dot dress might have been, and it was a woman
- 12:53Speaker 3: named Carol Frandon, and they never followed up on it
- 12:56Speaker 3: because within ten days of this, they had decided the
- 13:00Speaker 3: girl in the polka dott dress was a hoax and
- 13:02Speaker 3: that they didn't need to go talk to Carol Frandon,
- 13:05Speaker 3: which leads me to believe Carol Frandon is totally it.
- 13:08Speaker 2: Well, because they just they didn't want to investigate anything
- 13:11Speaker 2: that might lead to an investigation.
- 13:13Speaker 4: Yeah, yeah, Well, the polka doont dress is theorized as
- 13:17Speaker 4: the trigger, so like when.
- 13:18Speaker 2: She appears of diamonds, right when.
- 13:21Speaker 4: She appeared, that's what triggered is the hypnosis to do
- 13:23Speaker 4: the shooting. Right, so they had triggered that in a
- 13:26Speaker 4: bunch of people.
- 13:27Speaker 3: Well, one of the theories along those lines is that
- 13:31Speaker 3: there were multiple possible shooters in the room and who
- 13:35Speaker 3: did the shooting was going to depend on what way
- 13:38Speaker 3: Kennedy went when he left the stage. So yeah, the
- 13:42Speaker 3: thinking there would be that they were probably hypnotized in
- 13:45Speaker 3: some way. Also, and if Kennedy came.
- 13:48Speaker 2: In a role in the triangulation of the shots, yep.
- 13:52Speaker 3: And the reason I bring up Carol Frandon.
- 13:55Speaker 2: Who's now dating the guy in the Grassy Knoll they're
- 13:58Speaker 2: very happy together.
- 14:01Speaker 3: Well, this one of the reasons this doctor who tipped
- 14:05Speaker 3: off the FBI about her maybe being the girl in
- 14:07Speaker 3: the Poka Dot dress. One of the things he was
- 14:09Speaker 3: suspicious about was well, she has been described as Mediterranean looking,
- 14:14Speaker 3: and this woman's got a ton of arm hair, So
- 14:17Speaker 3: Carol Frandon could be very innocent.
- 14:19Speaker 4: Also, I wonder if sales of PoCA Dot dresses went
- 14:22Speaker 4: up or down after this.
- 14:23Speaker 3: It's a good question. I wonder if people cosplay as
- 14:26Speaker 3: the girl in the Polka dott dress.
- 14:28Speaker 4: That's my Halloween costume this year, and I'm going to
- 14:30Speaker 4: get so many people shot.
- 14:32Speaker 2: It's the new summer look to kill for.
- 14:36Speaker 3: We did do an episode about the Darren Brown Shelton. Yeah,
- 14:42Speaker 3: assassin where he basically programmed someone to carry.
- 14:46Speaker 4: Out prove that it could happen easily.
- 14:48Speaker 2: Yeah yeah, yeah, and he didn't even have an entire
- 14:52Speaker 2: decades long program of mind control research to draw from.
- 14:56Speaker 4: No, he doesn't have a government.
- 14:58Speaker 2: Yeah yeah, there's no, he doesn't have MK anything. He
- 15:00Speaker 2: doesn't even have any case.
- 15:02Speaker 4: Just one gay witch, yeah.
- 15:04Speaker 2: Just just one gay sorcerer. I feel like the gays
- 15:09Speaker 2: are more of a warlock.
- 15:11Speaker 4: Gay witch just has such a good ring to it.
- 15:14Speaker 2: It does witch.
- 15:17Speaker 3: I like the part where they hypnotize Sir Hans Sir
- 15:21Speaker 3: Haan on the stand during his trial, and it could
- 15:24Speaker 3: not be more obvious that everyone talking to him is
- 15:28Speaker 3: just trying to coach him into saying what they want
- 15:31Speaker 3: him to say.
- 15:32Speaker 4: They're like off so bad.
- 15:35Speaker 3: Yeah, they're like no, no, no, no, no you remember this.
- 15:38Speaker 4: You want to him so illegal?
- 15:41Speaker 3: Yeah, and that is the kind of ship that held
- 15:44Speaker 3: up in court in this case.
- 15:45Speaker 4: So to hypnotize him, give him a gun that's not loaded,
- 15:49Speaker 4: and have somebody wearing a pokaont dress walk by for
- 15:51Speaker 4: fuck sake, dumbasses.
- 15:53Speaker 3: Yeah, try that they won't. An expert does come on
- 15:58Speaker 3: and say the exact same thing. If you listen to
- 16:00Speaker 3: those tapes, they're clearly trying to lead him into saying
- 16:04Speaker 3: what they want him to say. I had never heard
- 16:06Speaker 3: about the different handwriting, that the handwriting in the notebooks
- 16:10Speaker 3: they found doesn't really match Sir Hans sir Han's handwriting,
- 16:14Speaker 3: which Courtney Love.
- 16:15Speaker 2: And Sir hansir hand doing a lot of right forging
- 16:18Speaker 2: of notes.
- 16:19Speaker 3: Yeah, there's a doctor who was involved in the trial
- 16:22Speaker 3: who said he believed the notebooks were forgeries. And then
- 16:26Speaker 3: they get to talk into the medical examiner, who seems
- 16:29Speaker 3: like he was a bigger deal in this story back
- 16:32Speaker 3: when it happened, and history has sort of forgotten about him.
- 16:37Speaker 3: But that's a man of science who is like, no, no, no, no, no,
- 16:40Speaker 3: he was shot right behind the ear. He was shot
- 16:42Speaker 3: right here.
- 16:43Speaker 2: Oh the corner guy. Yeah, I liked that guy a lot.
- 16:45Speaker 2: I really thought that guy was I like to go,
- 16:48Speaker 2: I got no sense of fuckery coming from him.
- 16:51Speaker 4: No, No, he didn't seem like anyone was like in
- 16:53Speaker 4: his ear paying him off.
- 16:54Speaker 3: Which probably explains why he got fired very shortly.
- 16:58Speaker 2: But there was someone in Kennedy's ear, you know what
- 17:00Speaker 2: I'm saying.
- 17:05Speaker 4: That's somebody but no, wait, side note, I kind of
- 17:08Speaker 4: think that handwriting shit is bullshit, Like of all the
- 17:11Speaker 4: things that people analyze, people are so insistent that handwriting
- 17:15Speaker 4: stuff is like so clear, and I just never see
- 17:18Speaker 4: real examples of it.
- 17:19Speaker 2: My handwriting looks different every single time I write any word,
- 17:22Speaker 2: all amount of effort I put into it, you.
- 17:24Speaker 4: Know, no, I barely signed my name the same. Yeah, way,
- 17:28Speaker 4: I think it's bullshit, just saying.
- 17:30Speaker 3: That said, the Courtney Love handwriting thing is nuts.
- 17:33Speaker 2: That thing that isn't fucking I tell that to everybody.
- 17:35Speaker 4: That's definitely know this is it different.
- 17:39Speaker 2: Her lawyer found a piece of paper with her practicing
- 17:42Speaker 2: Kurt's handwriting on it, like fell out of her purse
- 17:45Speaker 2: during a meeting he had with her.
- 17:47Speaker 3: Oh no, yeah, And if you look at his suicide note,
- 17:51Speaker 3: the writing at the end is one the only part
- 17:54Speaker 3: that sounds like a suicide note, and it looks like
- 17:56Speaker 3: completely different handwriting.
- 17:58Speaker 2: It's really weird.
- 17:59Speaker 3: Yeah, Carl Yucker, let's talk about this guy.
- 18:03Speaker 2: I think I think El Duca killed Robert F. Kennedy
- 18:07Speaker 2: from the Mentors.
- 18:09Speaker 3: With a train, So, Carl Yuker, he is a pretty
- 18:15Speaker 3: important figure in this. I think he's the guy I'm
- 18:18Speaker 3: always talking about when I mentioned that there is this
- 18:22Speaker 3: A and E documentary about the RFK assassination that also
- 18:26Speaker 3: suggests that Sir Hans Sir Hunt didn't do it. And
- 18:29Speaker 3: they have this clip where someone is talking to this
- 18:31Speaker 3: witness and just trying to get this witness to say, oh, yeah,
- 18:35Speaker 3: he was like behind him in shooting or whatever, and
- 18:38Speaker 3: the guy just keeps saying no, he was like about
- 18:40Speaker 3: as far from you as I am right now, and
- 18:44Speaker 3: he was shooting straight ahead. And I think that clip
- 18:47Speaker 3: comes from this documentary, and it's the filmmaker talking to
- 18:50Speaker 3: a guy named Carl Yuker who was an employee at
- 18:54Speaker 3: the Ambassador Hotel, and he never waivers in what he's saying.
- 19:00Speaker 3: It's just nope, he was right in front of him,
- 19:02Speaker 3: firing straight ahead.
- 19:04Speaker 2: Inside they asked him about the girl in the Polkadad
- 19:06Speaker 2: dress and he said, you girl, I barely.
- 19:08Speaker 3: Know her, right, And so yeah, he weirdly is the
- 19:14Speaker 3: prosecution star witness. But also his testimony kind of refutes
- 19:18Speaker 3: their version of events.
- 19:20Speaker 2: They really like square peg round holed this thing and
- 19:23Speaker 2: just jammed it in and just like decided on an
- 19:27Speaker 2: official narrative and shoved it down our throats, like every
- 19:31Speaker 2: step of the way, there's bumps and questions and well,
- 19:35Speaker 2: what's up with that?
- 19:36Speaker 3: Did they hypnotize the fucking jury too?
- 19:38Speaker 2: Yeah, you wonder, huh.
- 19:40Speaker 4: I think that it's easy to get a jury to
- 19:44Speaker 4: be beaten down, if anything, with the same narrative over
- 19:46Speaker 4: and over and over again.
- 19:48Speaker 2: Well, especially when it's like I don't know, probably a
- 19:50Speaker 2: lot of those people loved Robert Kennedy. He was a
- 19:53Speaker 2: very popular figure. He was like running for president quite
- 19:55Speaker 2: successfully when all this happened.
- 19:56Speaker 3: Yeah, and I mentioned on an earlier episode that a
- 20:00Speaker 3: lot of these files that have been released are just
- 20:03Speaker 3: letters from the public, and so many of them are
- 20:05Speaker 3: like why are we even having a trial? Like it's
- 20:09Speaker 3: everyone saw it. There were so many witnesses, We know
- 20:11Speaker 3: what happened. Why even spend tax payer money on a
- 20:14Speaker 3: trial for this guy? So I wouldn't doubt that the
- 20:18Speaker 3: jury wasn't the most impartial.
- 20:20Speaker 2: Less right, more bread more circuses.
- 20:23Speaker 4: Well, people didn't want to investigate it because they were like, no,
- 20:26Speaker 4: this this guy just did it, like we know what happened,
- 20:29Speaker 4: blah blah.
- 20:30Speaker 2: Yeah, our long national nightmare is over kind of thing,
- 20:32Speaker 2: Like we just fucking can we kill this guy already
- 20:35Speaker 2: and get him out of our face? I think people
- 20:37Speaker 2: wanted got it?
- 20:38Speaker 3: Yeah, And also yeah, like some degree of well the
- 20:41Speaker 3: case is closed, let's just move on.
- 20:43Speaker 4: People were not questioning every reality they were told yet.
- 20:47Speaker 2: Yes, yeah, exactly, that was not around.
- 20:50Speaker 4: I was like, wait, that doesn't make any sense to
- 20:51Speaker 4: me because of how much everyone just comes up with
- 20:55Speaker 4: their own narrative for everything now, so must have been
- 20:58Speaker 4: nice to have a collective thought.
- 21:00Speaker 2: Yeah, a little bit of monoculture.
- 21:02Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 21:03Speaker 3: So yeah, they talked to the coroner a whole bunch,
- 21:07Speaker 3: and he says all of the shots that hit Kennedy
- 21:11Speaker 3: were fired from behind. He said gunpowder would not be
- 21:15Speaker 3: present if the fatal shot was fired from two feet away,
- 21:18Speaker 3: because that's the range. Seems to be like one to
- 21:22Speaker 3: three inches is how far away the shot was fired.
- 21:26Speaker 3: And at one point they interviewed one of these cops
- 21:28Speaker 3: and he's like, no, actually the range was like one
- 21:30Speaker 3: inch to two feet. It's like where it doesn't say
- 21:33Speaker 3: that anywhere, Like you're just making shit up. And like
- 21:36Speaker 3: I said, this corner ends up getting fired for incompetence
- 21:41Speaker 3: related to this autopsy. But it's also the autopsy. They
- 21:45Speaker 3: used to charge Sirhan Sirhan with murder, So how incompetent
- 21:49Speaker 3: could it have been? I think this guy got fired
- 21:52Speaker 3: for talking probably uh.
- 21:54Speaker 2: The didn't he get reinstated towards the end of the
- 21:57Speaker 2: thing the corner?
- 21:59Speaker 3: Oh did he?
- 21:59Speaker 2: I believe he did, which was a nice happy ending
- 22:02Speaker 2: because I did like that that guy, and I think
- 22:04Speaker 2: they fired.
- 22:05Speaker 4: Him, hypnotized him, rehired him. Now watch that, pesty brain
- 22:10Speaker 4: You gotta do an hr thing.
- 22:13Speaker 3: We need you to watch a video.
- 22:15Speaker 4: You do what charity? You watch this film, and.
- 22:18Speaker 2: If you don't, we're gonna find another Palestinian guy to
- 22:20Speaker 2: kill you. I was thinking about it. Of course they
- 22:23Speaker 2: used the if you're going to brainwatch someone for a
- 22:25Speaker 2: political assassination, of course you want to do it to
- 22:27Speaker 2: somebody who comes from a country that has no un
- 22:29Speaker 2: voting rights, you know.
- 22:31Speaker 4: Yeah, no, it makes an unfortunate amount of sense.
- 22:36Speaker 2: It's yeah, it's a real bummer. It's kind of there's
- 22:38Speaker 2: sort of like a burner phones for human beings to
- 22:41Speaker 2: the evil.
- 22:42Speaker 4: Oh god, I.
- 22:45Speaker 2: Mean, isn't that what happened to fucking poor sir Hand.
- 22:47Speaker 2: Sir Hand back in his country, his name was Sir Hans,
- 22:50Speaker 2: Sir hands, Sir hand, but they changed it at Ellis Island,
- 22:52Speaker 2: my sick Nation.
- 22:55Speaker 3: So at this point the documentary they get into talking
- 22:58Speaker 3: about the security guard Fane. Eugene saysar he was one
- 23:03Speaker 3: of the guards escorting Kennedy through the kitchen, and the
- 23:06Speaker 3: thing about the bullets that hit Kennedy, the trajectory is
- 23:10Speaker 3: all wrong. They're all coming from down and shooting upward,
- 23:15Speaker 3: and Sir Hans, Sir Han never was in that kind
- 23:18Speaker 3: of position. So that's one of the reasons people have
- 23:22Speaker 3: focused on the staining. Eugene saysar, guy he also had
- 23:26Speaker 3: a gun that night. He's given conflicting statements as to
- 23:30Speaker 3: when he pulled that gun, which that alone is weird
- 23:34Speaker 3: to me.
- 23:35Speaker 2: It seems like something you'd remember, Yeah, but if I
- 23:37Speaker 2: threw an eggs at Tom Brady during the Super Bowl,
- 23:41Speaker 2: I'd be like, I threw exactly three eggs. I would
- 23:43Speaker 2: remember how much, you know.
- 23:45Speaker 3: Yeah, And the filmmaker actually interviews this guy and gets
- 23:50Speaker 3: him to say that at one point he was on
- 23:53Speaker 3: the ground with his gun pulled, and that's really important
- 23:56Speaker 3: because what he told investigators was that he didn't pull
- 24:00Speaker 3: his gun until after he got back up after falling.
- 24:04Speaker 3: So I kind of wonder if this is along the
- 24:08Speaker 3: same lines as my fave jfk assassination theory.
- 24:13Speaker 2: Oh the accidental bullet that he.
- 24:15Speaker 3: Got shot on accident, Like maybe this guy fell back
- 24:18Speaker 3: and accidentally fired. But even then, how do you get
- 24:21Speaker 3: like point blank range to fire the shot that killed him?
- 24:25Speaker 3: But I could see this guy, if he like fell
- 24:27Speaker 3: backwards and had his gun pulled already, that he would
- 24:30Speaker 3: accidentally fire. But they actually ask him that and he's like, nope,
- 24:33Speaker 3: I would have had to do it on purpose.
- 24:34Speaker 2: I did that. Yeah, he said a gun wasn't cock
- 24:36Speaker 2: It would have had to pull the trigger pretty hard,
- 24:38Speaker 2: you know. Yeah, which I mean that was the best
- 24:42Speaker 2: excuse he had the whole movie.
- 24:43Speaker 3: But yeah, not super convincing.
- 24:46Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 24:47Speaker 4: I love how much of this investigation just to defies
- 24:50Speaker 4: physics at all costs.
- 24:52Speaker 3: Yeah. Yeah, it actually reminds me of the Kurt Cobaine
- 24:57Speaker 3: death a little bit, because all of the most damning
- 25:00Speaker 3: shit when it comes to the idea that he was
- 25:03Speaker 3: murdered is all like forensic evidence and like scientific evidence
- 25:07Speaker 3: and crime scene evidence. It's not like circumstantial shit.
- 25:10Speaker 2: It's like if you had this much heroin in your system,
- 25:12Speaker 2: you couldn't hold a shotgun like this and fire it
- 25:14Speaker 2: with your foot. Yeah, you know, it's just logistically impossible.
- 25:17Speaker 2: On a biological level.
- 25:18Speaker 3: The location of the shotgun show it should have been
- 25:23Speaker 3: on the other side of his body based on how
- 25:26Speaker 3: he would have been holding the gun when it was fired.
- 25:28Speaker 3: So the fact that it's on the opposite side kind
- 25:32Speaker 3: of implies it hit something and then bounced over. So
- 25:35Speaker 3: what did it hit? Was it someone who was fucking
- 25:38Speaker 3: murdering him?
- 25:39Speaker 4: Do you think that Courtney killed him?
- 25:40Speaker 3: I don't think she pulled the trigger, but I think
- 25:44Speaker 3: she was involved.
- 25:46Speaker 2: And it's kind of like why it sort of makes
- 25:48Speaker 2: sense that Puffy killed Biggie because it's like who stands
- 25:51Speaker 2: the most to profit from, Like you could profit from
- 25:53Speaker 2: his death in perpetuity, Like at that point you already
- 25:56Speaker 2: knew the guy was going to be a T shirt forever.
- 25:58Speaker 4: I don't really know much about Kirk Paine's death or
- 26:01Speaker 4: like any of that in general, but I just am
- 26:03Speaker 4: curious because it seems like everybody kind of just assumes
- 26:07Speaker 4: that she was involved if they know anything about it.
- 26:10Speaker 2: I'm very reticent to believe like a woman Hayten conspiracy
- 26:14Speaker 2: without like some proper evidence. But like I remember when
- 26:18Speaker 2: we looked into it really deep quite a few years ago,
- 26:21Speaker 2: it was it was just a lot of shit that
- 26:23Speaker 2: I would like just not have an answer for her things.
- 26:26Speaker 4: Yeah, yeah, no, I have no idea. I have no
- 26:28Speaker 4: idea at all. But it just seems like, uh so.
- 26:30Speaker 2: You know, I don't want to I'm gonna go around
- 26:32Speaker 2: accusing her of murder, but I'm.
- 26:34Speaker 4: Just wondering how much of anything could be hypnotism at
- 26:36Speaker 4: this point. I'm so.
- 26:39Speaker 2: Me and Adam are both We're just doing this to
- 26:42Speaker 2: keep you from actually starting a real insurrection. Make it
- 26:44Speaker 2: some real change.
- 26:45Speaker 3: Don't give me psychosis right now, Connor, there are suggestions
- 26:52Speaker 3: that Courtney Love was like attached to MK ultra.
- 26:55Speaker 2: She kind of fucked up another music scene before she
- 26:58Speaker 2: got involved with grunge, right.
- 27:00Speaker 3: There's a few music scenes that she pops up at
- 27:03Speaker 3: when they're starting to get huge, which that part is weird.
- 27:06Speaker 4: That is weird.
- 27:08Speaker 3: But there's also this thing where at one point her
- 27:10Speaker 3: family just sent her to live with her psychiatrist in
- 27:13Speaker 3: Australia for a few months. And it's a psychiatrist who's
- 27:17Speaker 3: like tied to mk Ultra and shit, it's very strange.
- 27:20Speaker 4: It seems like an actress playing a role all the time,
- 27:23Speaker 4: is what I think about her in general.
- 27:25Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, yeah, and she figured out how to play
- 27:28Speaker 2: you know, Kurt's dream woman. I guess, yeah, I guess.
- 27:31Speaker 3: There's a documentary called Soaked in Bleach on I think
- 27:34Speaker 3: it's on HBO about Kurt Cobain's death, and what I
- 27:38Speaker 3: like about it is it mostly just focuses on the
- 27:42Speaker 3: crime scene and how weird all of that is. And
- 27:45Speaker 3: then that's also where the handwriting thing with Courtney Love
- 27:48Speaker 3: comes up, where they're interviewing their entertainment lawyer and she's like,
- 27:53Speaker 3: and I think Courtney Love did that shit.
- 27:55Speaker 2: But you're right on just on a level of bullet
- 27:57Speaker 2: trajectories and powder burns. It's very because it's just the
- 28:00Speaker 2: shit does not add up on a material level in
- 28:03Speaker 2: any way.
- 28:03Speaker 3: Yeah, exactly. And so there's a witness who says the
- 28:08Speaker 3: guard behind Kennedy returned fire. And what's interesting about this
- 28:12Speaker 3: guy is he seems like the only person who actually
- 28:16Speaker 3: saw the security guard pull this gun, which is nuts
- 28:19Speaker 3: to me, but it does make sense if Sir Hans,
- 28:21Speaker 3: Sir Hans starts shooting. You're gonna look there.
- 28:24Speaker 2: Yeah, it's a big kerfuffle going on.
- 28:26Speaker 3: Yeah, so that this one guy managed to see it,
- 28:30Speaker 3: that's interesting. But I believe him, like his story. They
- 28:33Speaker 3: talked to him in this documentary and he's very believable.
- 28:36Speaker 3: He's like, no, no, that security guard right behind Kennedy
- 28:40Speaker 3: returned fire, and the security guard says he didn't, which
- 28:44Speaker 3: that's weird. Why didn't you?
- 28:45Speaker 2: For one thing, he also sold the gun he used
- 28:48Speaker 2: to a friend up state like a year after.
- 28:51Speaker 3: And does it come up in the documentary that when
- 28:54Speaker 3: he sold the gun he told the guy it had
- 28:56Speaker 3: been used to commit a crime.
- 28:58Speaker 2: I don't recall.
- 28:59Speaker 3: I was looking into this guy, like what happened after
- 29:03Speaker 3: the documentary? For one thing, he moved to the Philippines.
- 29:05Speaker 2: But always a totally normal sign that everything's perfectly chill.
- 29:10Speaker 4: Just leave the country fully, yeah, totally.
- 29:12Speaker 2: Yeah, someplace that doesn't extra dight to the US.
- 29:15Speaker 3: M normal and uh yeah. He apparently when he sold
- 29:20Speaker 3: this gun was like it just heads up to spend
- 29:23Speaker 3: Houston crime, so make no which imagine hearing that and
- 29:26Speaker 3: being like, all right, pleasure.
- 29:28Speaker 4: Why did you not keep it? The fuck?
- 29:30Speaker 3: No?
- 29:31Speaker 2: Wonder I'm getting a deal. Also also funny check out
- 29:34Speaker 2: a new crime gun.
- 29:35Speaker 4: About how many people are in this room that this
- 29:38Speaker 4: happened in total?
- 29:39Speaker 3: Do we think it seemed like maybe close to one hundred?
- 29:42Speaker 3: It was pretty packed?
- 29:44Speaker 2: Okay, oh in the ballroom or in the pantry where
- 29:46Speaker 2: he got shot.
- 29:47Speaker 4: Where he got shot in the pantry, because I was
- 29:48Speaker 4: gonna say, I thought.
- 29:50Speaker 2: There was like between eight and twelve in the pantry.
- 29:53Speaker 4: I think it was like, yeah, like ten, twenty people maybe, Yeah,
- 29:56Speaker 4: twenty five percent of people are difficult to hypnotize. So
- 30:02Speaker 4: how many out of the ten and or twelve people?
- 30:04Speaker 2: The other fifteen were all just playing their role?
- 30:08Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 30:08Speaker 4: Maybe the guy that fucking saw said he saw what
- 30:12Speaker 4: happened left the country. That's so, that's so, Oh, we
- 30:15Speaker 4: can't hypnotize you get out, we'll pay you.
- 30:17Speaker 3: Well, No, that's the guy that people think shot him
- 30:20Speaker 3: is the one who left the country. Oh, okay, the
- 30:22Speaker 3: guy who sold the gun, right right right, the security
- 30:25Speaker 3: guard who sold the gun.
- 30:27Speaker 2: The guy saw him firing, but he claims he didn't
- 30:29Speaker 2: fire because he never cocked his gun, and it's really
- 30:31Speaker 2: hard to shoot a gun that's not cocked. Apparently, so.
- 30:35Speaker 4: I'm like imagining a situation where people somebody like had
- 30:39Speaker 4: the click Adam Sandler capability, every gun shoots it in
- 30:43Speaker 4: every direction, pressus play again.
- 30:48Speaker 3: This same witness, he gave a statement like fifteen minutes
- 30:52Speaker 3: after Kennedy was shot, and he said that Kennedy was
- 30:55Speaker 3: shot three times, and after the third shot, the guard
- 30:59Speaker 3: started returning fire. And a thing happens to him that
- 31:04Speaker 3: you see a lot in this where police I don't
- 31:08Speaker 3: know if it's the LAPD, FBI, a combination of both.
- 31:11Speaker 3: Probably We'll get these people in a room and their
- 31:15Speaker 3: entire goal is, Okay, you didn't actually see what you saw.
- 31:19Speaker 3: So that's how this interview is going to go. We're
- 31:22Speaker 3: going to get you to say you didn't actually see it.
- 31:24Speaker 3: And that happens to this guy too. He like a
- 31:27Speaker 3: bunch of different times police FBI are like, Nah, that's
- 31:32Speaker 3: not what you saw, though, really right, you didn't see that.
- 31:35Speaker 3: You saw something else, and it's I think retty see.
- 31:38Speaker 3: I don't know is that a cover up or is
- 31:40Speaker 3: that them being like, we're fucking done with this, we
- 31:44Speaker 3: solved it.
- 31:45Speaker 2: It's you do wonder. In a lot of conspiracy the
- 31:48Speaker 2: show episodes, what is malicious and what is just like
- 31:51Speaker 2: lazy incompetence. Yeah, when it comes to matters of killing
- 31:55Speaker 2: a really sort of genuinely left wing political candidate, I
- 32:01Speaker 2: would I would just guess malicious. That's that's that's when
- 32:03Speaker 2: you really break out the hypnotizing and all the fucking
- 32:06Speaker 2: big guns when you got a guy who's actually the
- 32:08Speaker 2: fucking white Gandhi over here doing all this fucking shit.
- 32:11Speaker 3: And you wouldn't want to be sloppy about an investigation
- 32:15Speaker 3: like this unless you wanted to be sloppy about it,
- 32:17Speaker 3: I think.
- 32:18Speaker 4: Yet they want to be confusing on purpose.
- 32:20Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, And an investigator on the side of the
- 32:25Speaker 3: official explanation says he looked for evidence of anyone having
- 32:29Speaker 3: like right wing leanings in the kitchen or pantry that
- 32:33Speaker 3: night and claims they found nothing. And so then this
- 32:35Speaker 3: filmmaker cuts to an interview with Thane Eugene says are.
- 32:39Speaker 2: The most racist monologue.
- 32:41Speaker 3: He says, I definitely wouldn't have voted for Bobby Kennedy
- 32:45Speaker 3: because he had the same ideas as John did. And
- 32:48Speaker 3: I think John sold the country down the road. He
- 32:51Speaker 3: gave it to the commis, he gave it to whoever
- 32:53Speaker 3: he wanted to he literally gave it to the minority.
- 32:56Speaker 2: The minority, not even like the black man or the
- 33:03Speaker 2: the minority.
- 33:05Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 33:05Speaker 3: God, they are one monolith, all non white people.
- 33:10Speaker 2: Equally inferior to our pasty dominance.
- 33:14Speaker 3: Yuck man. He also said he worked for the George
- 33:16Speaker 3: Wallace campaign and then he just like straight up starts
- 33:20Speaker 3: advocating for a race war.
- 33:23Speaker 2: He's just a very shelter skelter. Yeah.
- 33:25Speaker 3: Yeah. And this guy one was never called to testify
- 33:30Speaker 3: in the trial because he asked not to be and
- 33:33Speaker 3: they were like cool of course. Also, his gun was
- 33:36Speaker 3: never taken. Like we already mentioned, he sold this gun
- 33:40Speaker 3: so weird. When he was interviewed about it, he told
- 33:44Speaker 3: the police that he sold it in February, months before
- 33:47Speaker 3: the assassination. He actually sold it in September, so it
- 33:51Speaker 3: was after the assassination. So he lied about when he
- 33:54Speaker 3: sold the gun, and the police never took his gun.
- 33:58Speaker 3: I didn't realize the police didn't even take Sir Hans
- 34:00Speaker 3: Sirhan's gun at first.
- 34:02Speaker 4: Imagine there's all these bullets everywhere and they're like like like,
- 34:07Speaker 4: oh no, just keep your gun, hold, hang on to it.
- 34:10Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 34:10Speaker 3: Olympic athlete rayfer Johnson took Sir Hans Sirhan's gun out
- 34:14Speaker 3: of the hotel that night. What how again?
- 34:18Speaker 4: Intentionally confusing?
- 34:20Speaker 2: I bet you didn't even pick the shit up with
- 34:21Speaker 2: the tissue to particularly get out any prints and shit,
- 34:25Speaker 2: you know what I mean.
- 34:26Speaker 3: And that part actually reminds me of John Lennon. We've
- 34:32Speaker 3: had a guy on a couple times, a guy named
- 34:34Speaker 3: David Whalen who has he wrote a really good book
- 34:36Speaker 3: about the John Lennon murder, and you see that with
- 34:41Speaker 3: a John Lennon murder too. One of the witnesses is like, well,
- 34:45Speaker 3: the first thing I did is pick up the gun
- 34:47Speaker 3: and took it to another room and put it in
- 34:49Speaker 3: a drawer. And it's like what how Like why would
- 34:53Speaker 3: you fucking take the gun away from the scene and
- 34:55Speaker 3: put it in a drawer. That makes no fucking sense,
- 34:58Speaker 3: Like you wait for the police to show go up
- 35:00Speaker 3: and do that kind of shit. And it happens here too,
- 35:02Speaker 3: where someone's just like, yeah, I took the gun out
- 35:04Speaker 3: of there.
- 35:05Speaker 4: People think that guns are just shooting, so they've got
- 35:08Speaker 4: to put him somewhere else.
- 35:10Speaker 3: Yeah, don't get it.
- 35:13Speaker 2: Yeah that no one seems to like this is like
- 35:15Speaker 2: the one day if I was a security job guard,
- 35:18Speaker 2: I'd actually try to do my job. I'd be fucking
- 35:20Speaker 2: off every single other the day. The night Bobb Kennedy
- 35:22Speaker 2: got chat, I like, got shit, I gotta write a report.
- 35:27Speaker 3: Yeah, and especially after JFK has already been shot.
- 35:30Speaker 2: If only to keep the annoying conspiracy theorists like us
- 35:33Speaker 2: off your ass. You want to be answering weird questions
- 35:35Speaker 2: for me and Adam for the rest of your life.
- 35:37Speaker 3: Yeah, now here you are? The F stand for It's Gerald, right, Gerald?
- 35:43Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 35:44Speaker 3: Is it the same?
- 35:45Speaker 2: Wait? They both had the same that's kind of cute.
- 35:48Speaker 3: Did they have the same.
- 35:50Speaker 4: I never thought about it.
- 35:51Speaker 2: Francis, it's France. It's another fucking Irish name, Okay.
- 35:55Speaker 3: Francis, Francis Francis. So one of the things I found
- 36:01Speaker 3: really interesting. They very briefly do mention something that history
- 36:05Speaker 3: has brought up a lot about this, which is that
- 36:07Speaker 3: there's twelve bullet holes in the kitchen and Sir Hans
- 36:10Speaker 3: Sirhan's gun only held eight bullets, so someone else was
- 36:13Speaker 3: fucking shooting in that room.
- 36:16Speaker 4: But everybody keep their guns. We don't need to look
- 36:18Speaker 4: at them.
- 36:19Speaker 3: Nope, Nope, it's fine.
- 36:21Speaker 4: Hang out of those things.
- 36:22Speaker 3: But I found the people's exhibit fifty five thing that
- 36:26Speaker 3: they brought up really interesting. This somehow was completely missed
- 36:31Speaker 3: by the defense lawyers, it was missed by the judge.
- 36:35Speaker 3: But at one point they introduced evidence of bullets that
- 36:40Speaker 3: were tested that are said to match the gun Sir
- 36:44Speaker 3: Hans Sirhan used, and somehow only this fucking filmmaker notices, yeah,
- 36:50Speaker 3: it's the same kind of gun, but they have different
- 36:53Speaker 3: serial numbers, so they're different guns. That those bullets weren't
- 36:57Speaker 3: fired by the gun Sir Hans Sirhan used, but it
- 37:00Speaker 3: was presented that way in court as if, yeah, these
- 37:03Speaker 3: bullets match what we fired from his gun, but they
- 37:06Speaker 3: were actually firing a different gun which has since been destroyed.
- 37:11Speaker 2: That's weird. Yeah, that was a pretty.
- 37:12Speaker 4: Fascinating scene that gun.
- 37:14Speaker 2: Okay, Yeah, the amount of bullet forensics that you're able
- 37:17Speaker 2: to do, they like they like roll this bullet along
- 37:20Speaker 2: like a piece of clay or something, so that you
- 37:22Speaker 2: get like a three dimensional topographical map of all the
- 37:25Speaker 2: little permeentations along the shell created by the rifling and
- 37:28Speaker 2: the barrel, and it's like this is like literally like
- 37:30Speaker 2: a bullet footprint. So they show you like, beyond the
- 37:33Speaker 2: shadow of a doubt that this is like not the
- 37:35Speaker 2: same fucking firearm.
- 37:37Speaker 3: Yeah, and I'm not a ballistics expert, but I could
- 37:40Speaker 3: just look at those pictures and see that they weren't
- 37:43Speaker 3: the same bullet.
- 37:43Speaker 2: They looked, yeah, they once they kind of lined up
- 37:46Speaker 2: the significant parts, you'd be like, oh, yeah, that's the Okay,
- 37:48Speaker 2: there's a different bullet, but the same gun, the same
- 37:50Speaker 2: major patterns, you know.
- 37:52Speaker 3: And I love that At one point, when reporters are
- 37:55Speaker 3: firing these questions off to the police, one of the
- 37:58Speaker 3: pops they're talking to is like, yeah, I mean, it's
- 38:01Speaker 3: not really even normal to take a picture of a
- 38:03Speaker 3: bullet in a situation like that. And then the filmmaker
- 38:07Speaker 3: just jumps in and is like, well, then why did
- 38:09Speaker 3: this company make a very expensive camera for that exact
- 38:12Speaker 3: purpose months before this happened. It's like, of course you
- 38:15Speaker 3: take pictures of shit like that, and see I think
- 38:18Speaker 3: that part, how is that not suspicious?
- 38:20Speaker 2: Like suspicion, that's like stuff where it's like we still
- 38:24Speaker 2: don't know where JFK's brain is. Fuck you you lost
- 38:27Speaker 2: the president's brain. Each shit, you lost it. No fucking way,
- 38:31Speaker 2: you lost the president's brain at all. Yeah, come on,
- 38:35Speaker 2: he never lost the guy damn brain.
- 38:39Speaker 4: Oh I put that thing, and.
- 38:42Speaker 3: Yeah, this other gun was never tested by the LAPD.
- 38:46Speaker 3: And it seems like this was a big deal in
- 38:49Speaker 3: the media at the time and it's just been sort
- 38:51Speaker 3: of lost to history, which there's so stuff like that
- 38:55Speaker 3: is so fascinating to me.
- 38:56Speaker 2: It was kind of it was kind of crazy to
- 38:58Speaker 2: see like a really sort of sprawling documentary made about this,
- 39:01Speaker 2: because I feel like we just don't really it's the
- 39:04Speaker 2: territory of like the YouTube nuts at this point in time.
- 39:07Speaker 2: You know, it's an info Wars thing. It's like, this
- 39:09Speaker 2: is some guy who's just going to make his own
- 39:11Speaker 2: loose change.
- 39:12Speaker 3: Yeah, this would be on Tucker Carlson, Now, Yeah.
- 39:15Speaker 2: In a segment called bullet Points.
- 39:17Speaker 3: So and OURFK Junior is one of like the biggest
- 39:21Speaker 3: proponents of the idea that RFK was killed by someone
- 39:25Speaker 3: other than Sir Hans. Sir Hans. So it's all like,
- 39:27Speaker 3: there's an article we linked to in the show notes
- 39:31Speaker 3: that's that exact thing. It's him being like bringing up
- 39:36Speaker 3: these questions about his dad's murder in this magazine article,
- 39:40Speaker 3: being like, yeah, but we already know Sir hansar Han
- 39:43Speaker 3: did it. And also here's why people believe conspiracy theories,
- 39:46Speaker 3: and it's like, this is probably not a conspiracy theory.
- 39:50Speaker 3: I mean it is in the technical sense, but I
- 39:52Speaker 3: think it's pretty clear Sir Hans sir Han at least
- 39:56Speaker 3: there was someone else in the room shoot.
- 39:58Speaker 2: There's so many things. If you just took one, if
- 40:00Speaker 2: it was just the twelve bullets and the eight round magazine,
- 40:04Speaker 2: then that's too many fucking discrepancies. If it was just
- 40:07Speaker 2: the fucking melted murder weapon, that is too many discrepancy.
- 40:11Speaker 2: But it's all of them.
- 40:12Speaker 3: Yeah, and all the witnesses who never put sir Han
- 40:16Speaker 3: Sirhan close enough to fire that shot, and.
- 40:18Speaker 2: The two guys who got cold feet randomly about their
- 40:21Speaker 2: random thing they both randomly didn't see at the same time.
- 40:24Speaker 3: Yeah, Yeah, there's so much that is I've always said,
- 40:27Speaker 3: I think this is the weirder of the two assassinations.
- 40:31Speaker 4: Weirder, and it's weirder that it's way less talked about.
- 40:34Speaker 3: Yes, yeah, And I mean along those lines, just think
- 40:37Speaker 3: of how big of a deal it was when Trump
- 40:40Speaker 3: announced he was releasing the JFK files. Everyone lost their shit,
- 40:44Speaker 3: and he released these files like six weeks ago, and
- 40:48Speaker 3: no one knows what.
- 40:49Speaker 4: I'm talking about if I talk about this, Yeah.
- 40:51Speaker 3: Yeah, it's insane. And so they also talked to this
- 40:56Speaker 3: attorney named Godfrey Isaac who hired an an independent investigator
- 41:02Speaker 3: slash ballistics expert, who determined that there were two guns,
- 41:06Speaker 3: both twenty two's, used in the shooting. And he believes
- 41:11Speaker 3: none of the shots fired by Sir Hans Sirhan hit
- 41:14Speaker 3: Kennedy because there were like five other people who got hit.
- 41:17Speaker 3: So yeah, it's it seems like everyone who knows even
- 41:21Speaker 3: a little bit about bullets is like, Nope, sir Han
- 41:24Speaker 3: Sirhan didn't do this. And so yeah, the last thing
- 41:28Speaker 3: that comes up is the thing about this gun that
- 41:32Speaker 3: fain Stays are sold.
- 41:35Speaker 2: It was like a Star Wars character.
- 41:38Speaker 4: Everyone in this situation has such a name.
- 41:41Speaker 3: They talked to the person who bought the gun and
- 41:43Speaker 3: he just confirms, yeah, it was way after Kennedy.
- 41:47Speaker 4: Where's that gun? Now?
- 41:48Speaker 3: That's the thing.
- 41:49Speaker 4: How who bought these guns?
- 41:52Speaker 3: How do you even after that after the guy, after
- 41:55Speaker 3: the guy has bought the gun. How as the police,
- 41:58Speaker 3: are you not like all right, get us that gun.
- 42:01Speaker 3: We are gonna go test it and see if it
- 42:03Speaker 3: was used in any way in this Like it makes
- 42:07Speaker 3: no sense unless they're actively trying to cover something up.
- 42:11Speaker 4: Yeah, they're like, go sell it, we won't look.
- 42:15Speaker 3: And it's mentioned in this documentary. All they would have
- 42:18Speaker 3: to do is get that gun and test it and
- 42:22Speaker 3: you could shut everyone up. And they're like, we don't
- 42:24Speaker 3: need to. It's like it seems like you need to though,
- 42:27Speaker 3: but that's kind of how it ends.
- 42:28Speaker 4: They're just like, nah, okay, girls, if you.
- 42:31Speaker 2: Keep asking questions, we'll just find another Palestinian guy with
- 42:35Speaker 2: nothing to lose. And yeah.
- 42:36Speaker 3: Yeah. The ending of this where they're kind of presented
- 42:40Speaker 3: in answer like just test these two guns and you
- 42:43Speaker 3: can shut everyone up, and they don't do it. It
- 42:45Speaker 3: reminds me of a documentary out there about a serial
- 42:50Speaker 3: killer named Edward Wayne Edwards.
- 42:52Speaker 4: What's all this double name shit?
- 42:54Speaker 2: Yeah, naming your kid Edward Edwards?
- 42:57Speaker 3: Fuck you his son, Like, addition to all the murders
- 43:01Speaker 3: we know Edward Wayne Edwards committed, his son also thinks
- 43:05Speaker 3: he was the Atlanta child murderer. He thinks he killed
- 43:08Speaker 3: Jimmy Hoffa and he's got like wow, pretty decent, like
- 43:13Speaker 3: not evidence but like reason to believe those things. But
- 43:16Speaker 3: he also thinks his dad was the Zodiac Killer. And
- 43:19Speaker 3: the way that documentary ends, he's like, well, I got
- 43:23Speaker 3: my dad's DNA and the San Francisco PD has the
- 43:25Speaker 3: Zodiac killers DNA, So what if what if you just
- 43:30Speaker 3: test them both and compare them and see if maybe
- 43:32Speaker 3: my dad really is the Zodiac Killer? And the San
- 43:35Speaker 3: Francisco PD is like, nah, we're not going to do that.
- 43:39Speaker 3: We don't need to do that. And I think in
- 43:40Speaker 3: that case, I think it's them not wanting to be
- 43:44Speaker 3: embarrassed knowing, Okay, well he was the Zodiac Killer, and
- 43:48Speaker 3: now what if he was the Atlanta child murderer too,
- 43:50Speaker 3: and you just let this motherfucker go to commit so
- 43:53Speaker 3: many more murders over the years. And I think that
- 43:56Speaker 3: might be their only motivation for not wanting to.
- 43:59Speaker 2: Compare white white. Let the egg on our face, you know,
- 44:02Speaker 2: easier to have let me be unsolved forever. Yeah. What
- 44:04Speaker 2: a fucking what a fucking sick house of cards we've
- 44:07Speaker 2: built in this nation. Nothing works.
- 44:09Speaker 4: It's just all built on men's embarrassments.
- 44:13Speaker 2: No shit, Like it's it's like we're still on like
- 44:16Speaker 2: a feudalist level emotionally.
- 44:19Speaker 4: It's so bad, it's so embarrassing, it's it hurts.
- 44:22Speaker 3: And there are so many like crimes out there where
- 44:26Speaker 3: innocent people went to prison and the only thing keeping
- 44:29Speaker 3: them in prison is that prosecutor just doesn't want to
- 44:32Speaker 3: be wrong, so they're going to stick to their fucking story.
- 44:35Speaker 4: No matter, God, boys, be wrong, just be wrong.
- 44:38Speaker 3: I hate it so And that's how this documentary ends too,
- 44:42Speaker 3: is there's an opportunity here. We could have compared these
- 44:46Speaker 3: two guns way back in the day to see if
- 44:49Speaker 3: maybe someone else was involved, and the police are just like, no, no,
- 44:53Speaker 3: we don't want wrong. We are not going to do that.
- 44:57Speaker 3: And that's really frustrating because this was a long fucking
- 44:59Speaker 3: time time ago. Now, who knows if any of these
- 45:02Speaker 3: guns even still exist, who knows what presidential library they're at.
- 45:06Speaker 2: I would think it would be the exact opposite, like, Hey,
- 45:09Speaker 2: I'm the new department head, I'm going to go right
- 45:12Speaker 2: the wrongs of my forefathers and get some good press
- 45:14Speaker 2: from my department.
- 45:16Speaker 4: Yeah, I have an opportunity to rise from failure here.
- 45:19Speaker 4: That's how they should look at it.
- 45:21Speaker 3: And that's when the members of your police department who
- 45:24Speaker 3: are also CIA sit you down and go look, oh.
- 45:29Speaker 4: Look, we're gonna hypnotize you.
- 45:33Speaker 2: What is my finger doing right now?
- 45:36Speaker 4: We got to poke.
- 45:37Speaker 3: Another one that is one of RFK Junior's claims is
- 45:41Speaker 3: that the division that headed up the investigation into his
- 45:46Speaker 3: dad's murder was also like just filthy with CIA, like
- 45:50Speaker 3: they were like working for the LAPD, but they were
- 45:53Speaker 3: CIA also, and that has to be a thing, Like
- 45:57Speaker 3: I'm sure, I don't doubt at.
- 45:59Speaker 2: All, big city Los Angeles, they must have an a presence. Yeah,
- 46:03Speaker 2: so yeah, the agencies aren't going to just talk to
- 46:06Speaker 2: each other because of more stupid macho shit.
- 46:10Speaker 4: TikTok has started giving me gay hot cop propaganda as
- 46:14Speaker 4: soon as the Pride Month came around, Like it's like
- 46:17Speaker 4: all of a sudden, there's like hot cops like making
- 46:20Speaker 4: tiktoks And I'm like, sure.
- 46:22Speaker 2: I don't like that.
- 46:25Speaker 4: I like was going to their profiles and trying to
- 46:28Speaker 4: see if it was real or just like a costume
- 46:30Speaker 4: and I could not tell.
- 46:32Speaker 2: I I don't know how to tell either like that.
- 46:34Speaker 3: Yeah, so yeah, I guess I agree with RFK Junior.
- 46:37Speaker 3: I think someone else killed his dad. Broken clocks right
- 46:41Speaker 3: twice a day yep. So good job, dude, Good job dude.
- 46:46Speaker 2: Think about how cool he could have turned out if
- 46:48Speaker 2: his dad had lived.
- 46:49Speaker 4: Oh god, yeah, that he's fucking crazy.
- 46:54Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 46:54Speaker 3: Insteady's staging bear homicides in Central Park in is fucking sixty. God,
- 47:01Speaker 3: I get that is my favorite detail of that story.
- 47:04Speaker 3: He was in his sixties.
- 47:05Speaker 2: He's in his sixties. That is insane. I don't know
- 47:07Speaker 2: if I would have had enough coming my balls for
- 47:09Speaker 2: that kind of stunt when I was twenty three.
- 47:11Speaker 3: Like, even if you were in your forties and did that,
- 47:13Speaker 3: I'd be like, you're a fucking adult. What are you
- 47:16Speaker 3: doing now? Imagine Grandpa comes home and it's like you.
- 47:20Speaker 2: And oh my god, hey, it's very able to set him.
- 47:24Speaker 4: And that's like what that's fine in America?
- 47:27Speaker 1: Is like.
- 47:29Speaker 4: Just Grandpa coming home and saying nothing.
- 47:33Speaker 3: So I think that's our episode. We'll link to this
- 47:35Speaker 3: documentary in the show notes if people want to watch it.
- 47:39Speaker 3: I think it makes a lot of very compelling points
- 47:41Speaker 3: that if nothing else, someone else was firing shots in
- 47:46Speaker 3: that pantry.
- 47:47Speaker 2: I would say, if you, just if you, if you
- 47:49Speaker 2: were only going to watch one RFK thing, kind of
- 47:52Speaker 2: lay it out for you. This is a pretty good
- 47:55Speaker 2: We've done a lot of RFK shows over the years,
- 47:58Speaker 2: and this really it all up in a bow, and
- 48:02Speaker 2: it was really cool that it did that as a
- 48:03Speaker 2: documentary done at the time, so it has these sources
- 48:06Speaker 2: and these interviews that are like close to the events,
- 48:08Speaker 2: like you could feel that it like it was possible
- 48:10Speaker 2: for them to solve this, and then they got steinmied.
- 48:12Speaker 4: You know.
- 48:12Speaker 2: It's very cool.
- 48:13Speaker 3: Yeah, And it's from that time before documentaries started trying
- 48:19Speaker 3: to be entertaining, So you get a lot of information
- 48:23Speaker 3: and I like that you get it in a very
- 48:26Speaker 3: short amount of time. It's an hour and forty minutes.
- 48:29Speaker 3: It's not six fucking episodes. Can you imagine how many
- 48:31Speaker 3: episodes this would be if it was a Netflix documentary
- 48:34Speaker 3: right now?
- 48:34Speaker 2: Yeah, and half of it, half of it would be
- 48:36Speaker 2: spooky music. There's not one music sing in the whole thing.
- 48:39Speaker 2: It's very dry. Yeah. Yeah.
- 48:42Speaker 3: It reminds me of Waco Rules of Engagement, which is
- 48:45Speaker 3: also one of the best conspiracy documentaries that is also
- 48:49Speaker 3: very dry, very packed with information, but it's for the best.
- 48:53Speaker 3: Got check that out and I think that's our episode. Connor, Jen,
- 48:57Speaker 3: thank you both for doing the pod. Appreciate it. What
- 49:01Speaker 3: do we have to plug before we get out of here?
- 49:04Speaker 3: We have new seasons of you don't even like sports?
- 49:08Speaker 3: Going right now? About show Hey Otani and you don't
- 49:12Speaker 3: even like this band? We're covering Queens of the Stone
- 49:15Speaker 3: Age right now, and then just smooth transition into John
- 49:18Speaker 3: Mellencamp after that. Okay, that guy's such a fucking character,
- 49:23Speaker 3: so go listen.
- 49:24Speaker 2: Yeah, my dad is in a John Mellencamp tribute band.
- 49:28Speaker 3: Love John Mellencamp that Love, Love Love, So yeah, go
- 49:32Speaker 3: check that out wherever podcast we're at. That's all I got, Connor,
- 49:34Speaker 3: what do you want to plug?
- 49:35Speaker 2: Oh boy? Follow me on social media at Connor mcspad
- 49:38Speaker 2: and across all platforms, and watch my comedy special Live
- 49:41Speaker 2: and Tucson on the YouTube dot com video site. And
- 49:47Speaker 2: while you're there, subscribe to my channel and the Mean
- 49:50Speaker 2: Boys podcast channel so that you can be up to
- 49:52Speaker 2: date when we do more Mean Boys shows, a cavalcade
- 49:55Speaker 2: of comedy, fun, monologue, jokes, sketches, games, more. It's a
- 49:59Speaker 2: good time. Adam has been on. I think Jen's been
- 50:01Speaker 2: on back in the day, right.
- 50:02Speaker 4: I have been on back in the day. You guys
- 50:04Speaker 4: should have me back. That would be fun and awkward.
- 50:06Speaker 2: We only do ten episodes a year, so something I
- 50:11Speaker 2: might not even doing any of this year. I don't know.
- 50:13Speaker 2: We haven't talked about it, but we've only done ten
- 50:14Speaker 2: a year for the last two years, so I just
- 50:16Speaker 2: a really controversial one.
- 50:19Speaker 3: Uh.
- 50:20Speaker 2: Every show with you is controversial, Jen.
- 50:24Speaker 3: Lightning, right, Jan, what do you want to plub.
- 50:27Speaker 4: I'm doing my show called Chat at Alesion. I believe
- 50:32Speaker 4: the dates just got confirmed for six, fourteen, six and seven.
- 50:36Speaker 2: Note luckily for all three of those shows you uncomfortable
- 50:39Speaker 2: that is.
- 50:41Speaker 4: Open for one of them, you can both open for
