Transcript
- 0:19Hello, everyone.
- 0:20It's Michael Jaco with Unleashing Intuition Secrets, joined once again
- 0:23by a- Attorney Peter Ticktin, who is the founder and senior managing
- 0:27partner of the Ticktin Law Group, www.legalbrains, legalbrains.com.
- 0:34With decades of courtroom experience, he has handled cases at both
- 0:38the state and federal levels.
- 0:40Mr. Ticktin has known President Donald J. Trump since he … the two were
- 0:4516 years old, and they have remained close friends throughout their lives.
- 0:49He authored the book What Makes Trump Tick?, which details the truth about
- 0:54his long history with President Trump.
- 0:57Peter Ticktin possesses extensive knowledge regarding Donald J.
- 1:01Trump's legal case against Hillary Clinton and continues to be actively
- 1:05involved in high-profile legal battles.
- 1:08His work includes a defamation case against The Boston Globe, a
- 1:12voter fraud matter involving Tina Peters who we just saw recently.
- 1:17So she's doing great, so congratulations on that victory, and efforts to seek
- 1:21justice for the January 6th community.
- 1:24He is also advocating for Joby Weeks who we had on also, a Bitcoin
- 1:28pioneer and crypto figure who, according to Ticktin, was denied due
- 1:33process, bail, and a speedy trial.
- 1:36Mr. Ticktin, thanks so much for coming on again.
- 1:38It's my pleasure.
- 1:39It's good to be here.
- 1:41Yeah, I saw you speak at the the Fraud Fighter event and
- 1:44fantastic stage presence.
- 1:45Good job.
- 1:46Oh, thank you.
- 1:46I appreciate it.
- 1:48Yeah.
- 1:48Yeah.
- 1:49So we y- we had Tina Peters come on stage.
- 1:52Congratulations.
- 1:53You … That was a great one vi- victory getting her, out of jail.
- 1:57Do you want to tell us a little about, little bit about that?
- 2:00I think we played it just right.
- 2:01You have to- we had a deal with Governor Polis, and we used some
- 2:06outside counsel to help communicate between Polis and and others.
- 2:13And ba- but basically, you gotta play it just right.
- 2:17If you… It- it's a carrot and a and a stick kind of situation.
- 2:21If you use too much stick then they're not gonna go your way.
- 2:24If you use too much carrot, they're not gonna go.
- 2:26You gotta… It w- it was just played beautifully.
- 2:29Yeah I agree.
- 2:30And I'm sure she's very happy.
- 2:32She was… She seemed very happy.
- 2:33She… I was surprised how healthy she looked so must have some good help,
- 2:37once she got out of prison unfortunately to get somebody to, look at her and
- 2:41get her back to s- back up to speed.
- 2:43Yeah.
- 2:44She's not all there yet.
- 2:45She's coming back, and- Yeah … and you can see it.
- 2:47I can imagine.
- 2:48Yeah, but it the first two weeks were the most dramatic in terms of
- 2:52even her voice changed slightly.
- 2:54I could… I talked to her so much before that I can tell the
- 2:57difference from before and after.
- 2:59A little bit more youth and vigor in her voice.
- 3:03Yeah, I bet.
- 3:04Wow.
- 3:04Man, must be after being in prison for that length of time, and not knowing
- 3:09if you're ever gonna… she was gonna get out eventually, but for years
- 3:12they were gonna have her in there.
- 3:13So First Amendment you're doing a…
- 3:16You just won another case, a First Amendment case which all of us that are
- 3:20podcasters are very happy about that.
- 3:22Tell us a little bit about that one.
- 3:24Okay, so that's Joe Altman.
- 3:26Joe Altman is being sued by Eric Coomer, who for libel.
- 3:32And, the way I look at it I don't think that the guy…
- 3:35is a term called libel proof?
- 3:37What it means is that your s- your reputation is so terrible that nobody
- 3:41can actually harm it any further.
- 3:45And this guy Coomer, who worked for Dominion Machines, he's a…
- 3:49he's up there in, in terms of his abilities and intellect, in terms
- 3:53of programming and making sure these machines are able to, fix the vote.
- 4:00But and by fix broken, kinda like when you fix a dog.
- 4:04But the, … when, and when I talk about his reputation, I'm talking
- 4:08about a guy who proudly sent a letter to his sadomasochist group bragging
- 4:17about how he urinates on his wife-
- 4:21Wow
- 4:21… and he pulls on her nipple rings, and makes her bark like a dog, and
- 4:26if she doesn't bark loud enough, he tells her, "Bark like you mean it."
- 4:30This is a … A- and this guy is suing for defamation.
- 4:33Wow.
- 4:34Okay?
- 4:36And meanwhile, while the lawsuit was going on, and is going on regarding the
- 4:40defamation suit, they brought another charge against him in another case where
- 4:46they basically tr- attempted to get a, an order against him to restrain him-
- 4:53from being within so many feet and so on.
- 4:56The kind of thing you get for domestic violence.
- 4:58Except the fact is he was never violent, and he never actually threatened violence.
- 5:02What he talked about on his podcast was the, which I tend, I agree
- 5:07with him that that Eric Coomer deserves the death sentence.
- 5:11Wow.
- 5:11But not privately.
- 5:13He deserves to be tried, and he should be found guilty of treason,
- 5:17because that's what this man is.
- 5:19Anyone who's been participating in the insurgency of taking over the
- 5:23election process, anyone who's been participating in that, whether they're
- 5:28judges or whether they're people working for Dominion machines or
- 5:33It doesn't make any difference.
- 5:34If they're acting in such a way that they're committing treason,
- 5:38then they should be tried for that.
- 5:41Now, our DOJ is not pursuing any of it- … and that's what's really crazy.
- 5:45They go after us, and they go after our people that are not breaking
- 5:49the law and that are doing decent things, because they're MAGA.
- 5:54So they target us, and we're so afraid to target them that we've lost our manhood
- 6:02in terms of what we're able to do.
- 6:04We- we're just weak.
- 6:06These people are … we know who they are.
- 6:08We're the people that planned Ja- January 6th, for instance.
- 6:12That's why I challenged Todd Blanche, prosecute these people that we're
- 6:16laying out in our complaint on the January 6th itch complaints.
- 6:21But, that, that's not what they're interested in which
- 6:24I just can't even understand.
- 6:26And then they prosecute cases that were started under Biden
- 6:29that are against our people.
- 6:32And they still go ahead with those.
- 6:35So it's it's a mystery to me how they do all this.
- 6:39They've learned to shield themselves from us.
- 6:42It's supposed to be we have the we have the rights to, petition
- 6:45them and and call them out.
- 6:47But they've built a shield around themselves- … to keep
- 6:50us from actually interfering in their, their treasonous actions.
- 6:54Yeah.
- 6:54Good advice.
- 6:55It'd be great to see you as attorney general, so
- 6:58I did what I could to get in that position, but it, it wasn't gonna happen.
- 7:01It wasn't in the cards because, I, I think Todd Blanche was told if he starts getting
- 7:06these things done, he'll get the position, and he started getting them done.
- 7:09Good.
- 7:09Now I hope he doesn't stop.
- 7:11Yes.
- 7:13And it, and he's a politically, he's got the political verbiage right.
- 7:17You just call it out.
- 7:18I, I love the way you just call it out.
- 7:20It's "Yeah, they're, they should be tried for treason." And you don't
- 7:23have someone at that position usually that will call that kind of stuff out.
- 7:28Because you gotta get Democrats and Republicans that are kinda like
- 7:32barely Republicans vote you in.
- 7:33So you have to have the political correctness voice.
- 7:36And you- … are basically the politically correct for the American people.
- 7:41So I don't know how we get back to that, but what are your thoughts?
- 7:45Yeah, I have the the advantage of not being a m- part of the government,
- 7:49i'm a private citizen, so I, as far as I'm concerned, I outrank them all.
- 7:55You do.
- 7:56Yeah.
- 7:56Both of those… Yeah, really.
- 7:57Yeah.
- 7:58They work for me.
- 7:59I pay their salaries.
- 8:00Absolutely.
- 8:01And they work for you the same.
- 8:03Yeah.
- 8:03So we're free.
- 8:03We can say whatever we want.
- 8:05We can't get fired.
- 8:08Brilliant, yeah.
- 8:09Very good.
- 8:10So I, I have another guy that's been on my show.
- 8:13It's Eric Holt.
- 8:14He's also in Colorado.
- 8:16Colorado seems to be having some problems with the First Amendment and
- 8:19so forth and the election process.
- 8:21So he was a fire chief in this one county, and they came in and used
- 8:26his fire station to vote, and he had a video during the timeframe, 'cause
- 8:32that's, the way the station's set up.
- 8:34And he went back and he noticed that there were some problems
- 8:37with the election process.
- 8:38The people that were voted in had people coming in over and
- 8:42over again, and they were messing with the ballots and so forth.
- 8:45So he called that out, and they said, "You don't have First Amendment
- 8:48rights to even speak out about this."
- 8:50So they he took them to court, and the district of Colorado, shot him down,
- 8:55said, "Yeah, you don't have First Amendment rights." So it's kinda like
- 8:59what we're talking about, but then
- 9:00he not… How can he not have First… Oh, because he's an
- 9:03employee and he's… I don't-
- 9:06Yeah I don't… Yeah, so they said that they dismissed it because he
- 9:10was the fire chief, and that was part of his salary or something, so he
- 9:13didn't have First Amendment rights, which is, sounds ridiculous to me.
- 9:17All of us do n- no matter where you're at and what station.
- 9:21It just shows, how far-reaching the election fraud is in Colorado.
- 9:26Colorado is a captured state.
- 9:29Yeah.
- 9:29See, this is what happens.
- 9:30Once the voting is secured once the election process is overcome, let's put
- 9:36it that way- then the next thing that you start seeing is abuse of power,
- 9:43ridiculous positions, because nobody has to be going along with what the majority
- 9:47of the people are gonna want anymore if you've got the election process beat.
- 9:53And that's what this is all about.
- 9:54And what happens is you, the first thing you lose is the, your freedoms.
- 9:58You lose your freedom of speech.
- 10:01People have no idea how much that's ingrained and taken for granted.
- 10:08Speech is words, and words are labels for concepts So when you start losing
- 10:17your freedom of speech, you start losing your freedom of thought.
- 10:24Oh.
- 10:24Like for instance, if I talk to you now and start talking to
- 10:28you about the color blue, okay?
- 10:30Now, I bring that to mind.
- 10:32Without me mentioning it, I didn't bring it to mind.
- 10:35I… But I did.
- 10:36Then I could put it together with something that you're not
- 10:38used to seeing, like a blue owl.
- 10:42Now you got a whole new concept of something that never existed before.
- 10:45And so what we do is we, the more we're able to think, the
- 10:50more we're able to invent.
- 10:52The United States is only 4% of the population of the
- 10:57world, and yet we've got, what?
- 11:0025% of the GNP, 27% of the GNP of the world.
- 11:04Wow.
- 11:05We've got more inventions than, I'm not sure where we are in terms of
- 11:09that, but we're probably, what, about 50% of the inventions in the world?
- 11:14We've got all of this because of the freedom of speech.
- 11:20Because once it's curtailed and you're not allowed to talk about
- 11:24something, then you absolutely s- stop thinking about those things.
- 11:29And you look at, the Uni- United the United Kingdom right now, the UK.
- 11:35They're arresting 30 to 50 people every single day- for
- 11:39what they write on the internet.
- 11:41Th- there's a story about, I can't swear that it's true
- 11:45because it was passed on to me.
- 11:47I didn't receive it from a great source but I heard it from a couple
- 11:51of ways so it's probably true, that this, there was a woman that was raped
- 11:57and she got on the internet and spoke about this Islamist that raped her,
- 12:03and she got more time for what she said than what he got for raping her.
- 12:11Goodness, wow.
- 12:14Yeah.
- 12:14Or backwards.
- 12:15Yeah, it's getting to be crazy.
- 12:17And this kind of craziness only comes when the election system
- 12:22is taken over or where somebody takes over as a despot altogether.
- 12:26And that's what we're facing, and that's the… we're the last ones left.
- 12:30Believe me, Australia's gone, Canada's gone, the UK is
- 12:34gone, most of Europe is gone.
- 12:38There's, there are a few other places left.
- 12:40There's the Dominion Re- Dominion Republic, there's Costa Rica.
- 12:44There's places where you can still speak your mind.
- 12:47But, o- once, once the US goes, it's all gonna go.
- 12:53And the world, this is the thousand years of darkness that President
- 12:58Reagan spoke of where we're gonna go.
- 13:00Yeah.
- 13:01So you're right, the election is is very key, and we're seeing that's being
- 13:05compromised in a lot of different areas.
- 13:07What do you see happening going forward?
- 13:09Are we gonna get the, Save America Act passed and be able to have good
- 13:14elections, or is that not gonna happen?
- 13:16I- Well- I and many other people have said that we might not see this this midterm.
- 13:21It might have to get pushed 'cause of fraud
- 13:24it could happen, and frankly, I know it's in the… it's
- 13:27all over the place apparently.
- 13:29CNN started it, Newsweek picked it up.
- 13:31Everybody's saying the story of what I spoke to the president about last
- 13:36week because they know that this is something that is of a concern to me,
- 13:41and they put two and two together, and they ended up with 16, not with 4.
- 13:45They just assume that I'm gonna talk to the president about taking
- 13:51over the elections and declaring an emergency and so on, but it doesn't
- 13:55work that way with the president.
- 13:57You, this… He's the President of the United States.
- 14:00I don't get to just say anything I wanna say, he controls
- 14:04conversations, number one.
- 14:06Number two I was there as the attorney for Tina Peters.
- 14:09She was the real invitee.
- 14:11I was just tagging along, because, I wanted to see my old friend as well, I
- 14:16do know Donald Trump for a long time, and for 65 years, that's a long time.
- 14:23Yeah.
- 14:24Definitely.
- 14:24Yeah.
- 14:25And so- And- so I,
- 14:28I- he was pushing hard for Tina Peters' release, and through your, like you were
- 14:32just talking about, your, expertise and finesse, you were able to finally get her
- 14:36out 'cause that was… I was surprised they even let her out, so fantastic job.
- 14:42Yeah.
- 14:42We did have one other fellow that was g- doing a little bit of shuttle
- 14:45demo- di- diplomacy and so on.
- 14:47We were a team.
- 14:48Tag team.
- 14:50And I played my end of it, and I think I did it right to not interfere with the
- 14:56progress that was being made by others.
- 14:58But I can't take credit and I got her out.
- 15:01I can't do that because- … geez, John Case did more than I did in terms of that,
- 15:05in term… it, but it's a team effort
- 15:08Very good.
- 15:09So you've you've been to Ca- you talk about Canada as kinda pretty much gone.
- 15:13I agree with you unfortunately.
- 15:15Hopefully we can get Edmonton to break free or something.
- 15:18But as, as far… You've been- you've-- I guess you've lived in
- 15:21Canada and worked as attorney up there and worked in their Supreme Court
- 15:26and so forth and passed some stuff.
- 15:27What- where do you see, these other countries like you were talking about?
- 15:31Can we have an impact on them going forward, helping them?
- 15:34I'm with you.
- 15:35I'm hoping that Alberta succeeds out of Canada and comes to the be part of the US.
- 15:40That would be a cat's meow.
- 15:43That- Yeah … that would be a coup.
- 15:45Also the Saskatchewan, Manitoba, they might wanna come over
- 15:48and rural British Columbia.
- 15:50I don't think Vancouver would be part of it, but the rest of British
- 15:54Columbia is more conservative.
- 15:56I'm not sure what's gonna happen, but Alberta's the one we need.
- 16:00That's where you've got the oil sands and- Yeah … your oil
- 16:04production coming from there.
- 16:05That's the rich province, they're the ones that are supporting the
- 16:08others and just giving it all up, and they're getting sick of it.
- 16:12Yeah.
- 16:12Especially, when you've got this, leftist-
- 16:17crazy type of DEI woke mentality government that's making them
- 16:23do things that are just ki- a- against the way they stand.
- 16:27Against, against their characters.
- 16:29Their it it's getting very weird.
- 16:32This is the way you take over a country and bring in communism.
- 16:35You do it piece by piece, and you convert the institutions into straying far away
- 16:42from your, from the obvious and good values that the country would have.
- 16:47And, that's, why?
- 16:48You have to ask yourself why.
- 16:49Why are they so pushing in terms of having children change their sex?
- 16:54It's all over the place that they're doing this kind of thing.
- 16:57But why?
- 16:58How does that help them become a communist?
- 17:00How does that help their effort?
- 17:02It does because it undermines who you are and what you are
- 17:05and your strength of character.
- 17:09Yeah.
- 17:09I heard President Trump talking at the NATO meeting.
- 17:11He talked about communism and how it's starting to infiltrate America too.
- 17:16We're seeing it in New York in Seattle LA.
- 17:19So these communists are basically starting to come in a big way.
- 17:22He said that the threat of communism here in America is one of the greatest
- 17:25threats we've ever gone through.
- 17:27World War I, World War II, 9/11 Pearl Harbor.
- 17:30He said this is one of the greatest threats to America.
- 17:32What do you think?
- 17:33It is.
- 17:34He's absolutely right.
- 17:36And not only that, but we've had foreign countries that are interfering
- 17:39with our election proc- system.
- 17:41You've got China is making the machines, you had Venezuela, who was basically
- 17:48programming and having the Serbians also help with the program of these machines to
- 17:52be able to manipulate the election results in 72 different countries, including the
- 17:58United States as being one of the 72.
- 18:01So if you wanna know what's going on in the world, just understand that
- 18:05all these countries are losing their ability to have free and fair elections.
- 18:11And, so-
- 18:12this has never worked.
- 18:13I can't imagine how people think this time's gonna be different.
- 18:17It's it's crazy.
- 18:18I think a long time ago they infiltrated our school system, and
- 18:21they control it now from, K all the way through higher education.
- 18:26And what are they teaching these people?
- 18:29They're teaching them all these things that are just wonderful.
- 18:32Every … No one will have anything, and everyone will be happy.
- 18:37Okay?
- 18:37Which is absolutely not the way it works.
- 18:40No.
- 18:40That's just a crazy concept that, and- You know, when I was younger, I enjoyed
- 18:48listening to John Lennon sing Imagine.
- 18:52It's a beautiful song.
- 18:54But imagine there's no religion, nothing above us, only sky.
- 18:59No nothing to live for and nothing to die for
- 19:05I, I don't think I can live that way
- 19:08Yeah.
- 19:08Me.
- 19:09Most most Americans as well, and that's why I think we're
- 19:12rebelling, we're pushing back.
- 19:14It's working really well.
- 19:16I think that we've been very calm and cool as Americans.
- 19:19In the past we've, we just had the 250th celebration revolution, so we have pushed
- 19:24back on a lot of this stuff in the past.
- 19:25But we have been very cool, I think.
- 19:28Myself, former Navy SEAL, CIA for 35 years, and I, fought for our country
- 19:34for all that time and I thought I was keeping all that away from us.
- 19:38And now I'm seeing that we've been infiltrated horribly.
- 19:41So there is a lot of people that are waking up to, how far we've gone.
- 19:46But I think we're coming back.
- 19:47I think a lot of people are starting to s- appreciate America again.
- 19:51Even Europeans that are visiting us for the FIFA they're saying, "Wow, we, we
- 19:56didn't realize America was so great.
- 19:58We've been told that it's been… it's horrible here, but we're loving
- 20:00it." People are starting to see a difference, so I think that's good.
- 20:03That's all because of Donald Trump.
- 20:05If, God help us- … if anything ever should happen to him,
- 20:07we're, our gooses are cooked.
- 20:09There's nobody that… Maybe, mayb- maybe Vance could step up and maybe
- 20:13he could get the country behind him.
- 20:16But right now, it, at our, at the best, we're only getting
- 20:19half the country behind us.
- 20:21Although these figures are really nonsense as well.
- 20:23You can't believe the polls, you can't believe any of these things
- 20:26because they're all part of the cabal.
- 20:29They're all part of what's ta- trying to take us over.
- 20:32And they're all connected.
- 20:34Everything is connected.
- 20:35Tina Peters has to deal with election fraud.
- 20:38J6 was planned in advance by the left and by, by other countries,
- 20:43to break the windows, go into the building, g- get to the doors, open
- 20:47the doors and usher the protesters in.
- 20:50That wasn't something that happened spontaneously.
- 20:53And, do you think 274 FBI agents and confidential informants and so on all
- 20:59congregated there just spontaneously- No … that day, taking their roles and
- 21:03pushing people into the Capitol Building?
- 21:06It didn't happen that way.
- 21:08That was a PSYOP.
- 21:09Yeah.
- 21:10And it, it was a s- And you indicated your background, so
- 21:13you… the way I look at it is this.
- 21:16It, when you have a new technology come out, right?
- 21:20Like the iPhone is a perfect example.
- 21:23All right?
- 21:24You only… You get s- people that are called by business people,
- 21:28this is what the… There's a term for them, the ones that buy early.
- 21:32Those are called early adopters.
- 21:34They will adopt that technology and bring it into their lives.
- 21:39They then take their phone, if they're the ones who first bought the iPhone,
- 21:42they took it to the office, they showed everybody else the office.
- 21:45"Oh, my God, that's great, I gotta get one." So that's how it spreads
- 21:49to the rest of the population.
- 21:51In a way, the J Sixers were like the early adopters.
- 21:55They could see exactly what was going on.
- 21:58We all could see.
- 22:00Yeah.
- 22:00Let's be… That, anybody who says that, that's the big lie, they're the liars.
- 22:06Yeah.
- 22:06Okay?
- 22:07'Cause who was fooled?
- 22:10We went to sleep whe- they stopped the count.
- 22:14No, no state in the history of the United States, once they started counting the
- 22:19ballots, no state ever stops before.
- 22:23It didn't matter if it was during a war, it didn't matter if it was hurricanes,
- 22:27it didn't matter, nothing mattered.
- 22:29No state stopped the count.
- 22:31And then all of a sudden you got four swing states where Trump is well ahead,
- 22:36all stop the count at the same time?
- 22:39And oh, what, isn't that a coincidence?
- 22:41How stupid do they think we are that we were gonna fall for that?
- 22:46But it doesn't, didn't matter to them because they knew
- 22:49what their next steps were.
- 22:50They knew not to just rig the election, but that they had to
- 22:53also control the narrative after the rigging of the election.
- 22:59And if you were to go and get all of your early adopters that want the iPhone
- 23:05and arrest them all before they could buy the iPhone, the product would fail
- 23:09because th- there would be nobody… That, that slice of our population
- 23:17the people that will actually buy these things early, would be gone.
- 23:22And the, and if without early adopters, the product will fail.
- 23:27In fact, this is a well-known business principle that if you don't get
- 23:30a sufficient percentage of early adopters, your product will fail.
- 23:35That was what it was all about, to get rid of these early adopters, to
- 23:39get rid of the people that saw that our election was stolen- that our
- 23:42country was… Our election was rigged.
- 23:44Our country is what's being stolen.
- 23:46It was stolen for four years.
- 23:48That's the biggest theft in the history of the world.
- 23:51I agree.
- 23:51Yeah.
- 23:52And and getting these J Sixers is all part and parcel of it.
- 23:57Going after lawyers like Stephanie Lampert and Matt Deperno, and charging
- 24:02them with criminal offenses like they did Tina Peters, that's all part of it.
- 24:07All these different elements.
- 24:08And that's why I tie in the idea of the sex change the prerogatives
- 24:13and programs basically to, To hone in on young children that are
- 24:18impressionable, that want the attention.
- 24:21And
- 24:22Yeah, ex- excellent points about J6.
- 24:23I was there that day and saw a lot of anomalies like you were talking about.
- 24:27Later I was at a trial for Cindy Young, who was one of
- 24:31the people that got pushed in.
- 24:32She's this elderly woman, a very sweet person.
- 24:35Didn't do anything.
- 24:36All the video just showed her wandering around asking, "How do I get back
- 24:39out of here?" And then they took her to court, and I couldn't believe it.
- 24:43And so I went, I supported her.
- 24:44I, had her on several shows, and I was there for her trial.
- 24:48And I could not believe the injustice at that trial.
- 24:52Ugh.
- 24:53And so thank you so much for sticking up for the J6ers and, of course,
- 24:56President Trump for pardoning them.
- 24:58But wow, what a…
- 24:59You're right.
- 25:00So that early adoption coming in hard and crushing any of the people that
- 25:05were talking about, the election fraud.
- 25:07And now, just now I just- I'm starting to see how it's
- 25:11starting to really be revealed.
- 25:13It's taken this long.
- 25:14It's crazy.
- 25:15Because they're that good.
- 25:16They're that smart.
- 25:17They're that clever.
- 25:19Frankly, we wouldn't have… some of your audience may be asking
- 25:23how could there be election fraud?
- 25:24We got Donald Trump as the president.
- 25:26How did he get elected if these machines are doing what Tipton says they're doing?
- 25:30And and so there's an answer for that because frankly, the machines didn't
- 25:35do it in 2024 because of people like Patrick Byrne, who worked together with
- 25:44somebody at the Department of Defense that basically went into the computers
- 25:48in a data center in Belgrade, Serbia and knocked out that data center.
- 25:54That would've been controlling our machines.
- 25:56Wow.
- 25:57That's how Donald Trump is elected because there was no
- 26:00interference from that data center.
- 26:02Otherwise, tho- those extra 8 million votes that Biden got,
- 26:06Kamala Harris would've got.
- 26:08Wow.
- 26:08In fact, Kamala Harris was sure she was going to win.
- 26:11Yeah.
- 26:12That's why she was so devastated, because she knew she was going
- 26:15to win because the fix was in.
- 26:17Yeah.
- 26:18Same with Hillary.
- 26:19She, she was convinced she was gonna win, too.
- 26:21Yeah.
- 26:21She was not happy.
- 26:23Yeah, but their system wasn't as sophisticated at that time.
- 26:26It's gotten much more sophisticated very quickly.
- 26:29At this point they don't even need to be able to corrupt the voter
- 26:32rolls in order to make it all work.
- 26:34Really?
- 26:34According to some experts that I, I've spoken to.
- 26:38Oh, wow.
- 26:38Yeah.
- 26:39Yeah.
- 26:39That's, that was one of the things that we covered at the last fraud conference.
- 26:43That was, … the amount of fraud that's out there right
- 26:45now is un- it's staggering.
- 26:47And across the world.
- 26:49It's happening across the world, too.
- 26:50So it's almost United States, if we can get control of that fraud, we
- 26:54could help the rest of the world, and I think that's why a lot of people
- 26:56look to America the- these days.
- 26:59We need to, because if we lose this, we lose everything.
- 27:02The whole world i is gonna be gone.
- 27:04There, there'll be no beacon of light.
- 27:07There'll be no freedom of speech, no freedom of assembly,
- 27:10f- no freedom of any kind.
- 27:13We'll all be controlled.
- 27:15And, then there's also the ideas of what they wanna do
- 27:19to the rest of the population.
- 27:21Apparently we're not really needed.
- 27:25No,
- 27:25that's why they brought in all of the illegal migrants to, to replace us, so-
- 27:30Well- no, I mean in terms of what the World Economic Forum wants to do.
- 27:34Oh yeah.
- 27:34People like Bill Gates who wanna see no more than 500
- 27:37million people on the planet.
- 27:38Good point.
- 27:39So they wanna kill 15 out of 16 people on Earth.
- 27:44And, and I'm not sure if you realize what the COVID shots did.
- 27:48I don't know if you got the COVID shot or not, but
- 27:50… No I didn't.
- 27:51I had my channel knocked down quite a bit warning people about that,
- 27:54and, we're talking about free speech, so I really … That's one of the
- 27:57reasons why I really appreciate you're pushing on that s- as hard as you are.
- 28:01We, we have gotten them back to a certain extent.
- 28:04We're still monitored.
- 28:05We still can't talk about certain things, but yeah I went through
- 28:0817 different YouTube channels.
- 28:09At one time I had a quarter million subscribers.
- 28:12Built it back up, got it knocked down again.
- 28:14They just, for I think two years, if my name was on a YouTube
- 28:19video, it would get taken down.
- 28:21So we've come a long way, but we still have a long way to go.
- 28:25Now, we can go backwards- Sure … very quickly as well and
- 28:29it, and that may be in the cards.
- 28:32Oof.
- 28:33There are people like Todd Callander, really bright guy
- 28:36right up to speed in terms of the viruses that could be released-
- 28:40Yeah
- 28:41That they're now putting together.
- 28:44Which would have … there, there is something called
- 28:47antibody-dependent enhancement.
- 28:49Have you ever heard of that?
- 28:51What is it again?
- 28:52Antibody-dependent enhancement.
- 28:55No.
- 28:57In 2002 we had SARS, and these COVID viruses, they only
- 29:01infect humans a- and cats.
- 29:03I'm not sure if there's anything else.
- 29:05Supposedly bats, but but cats, things in the cat family.
- 29:09Remember when COVID was going on, they … There was a tiger in the zoo,
- 29:12and you hear that it got infected, and they, … So members of the cat family.
- 29:16So in 2002 when they had, when we had SARS, they made a vaccine for
- 29:20that, and they used ferrets for the laboratory animals to, to deal with it.
- 29:27And the … I don't know how many hundreds of or thousands of ferrets
- 29:33that they used, but I … There, there must have been a large number of them.
- 29:38Apparently the side effects didn't really bother them too much, and,
- 29:43there was some efficacy to the vaccine.
- 29:46But when they were later exposed to a different COVID virus,
- 29:53the antibodies acted backwards to what they normally do.
- 29:55Normally, they kill the virus.
- 29:57They gobble them up or deal with them, what- I'm not sure how other
- 30:01than to basically gobble them up.
- 30:03But once you've had the vaccination, your antibodies actually work
- 30:08backwards, and it allows the viruses to get through the cell walls where
- 30:15they normally have a difficulty.
- 30:16That's the hardest part of… for the virus' cycle, is to
- 30:20get through the cell walls.
- 30:21Once they're in the cell, then all the amino acids that are part of the RNA and
- 30:26DNA in the cell are all available, and can be then taken apart and reassembled so
- 30:33that they mirror the the DNA of the virus.
- 30:38Viruses are like cells.
- 30:39They have DNA.
- 30:41They are life but they don't have a cell structure.
- 30:46They just have a form of a protein shield or a coating.
- 30:52But meanwhile, so once they get into the cell and they can then use all the RNA
- 30:57and DNA in the cell like a smorgasbord, and then o- out come all the replicated
- 31:04viruses, and then they all get into cells.
- 31:07And then they out come all the ones that they multiply to be,
- 31:11and they all get into cells.
- 31:13It's a geometric progression.
- 31:15Wow.
- 31:15And it leads to something called a cytokine storm- … which leads to
- 31:19multiple organ failure and death.
- 31:21And when they re-expo- when they exposed all of these vaccinated ferrets,
- 31:28they all died, and that's when they realized there was another mechanism.
- 31:34They figured it out, and they gave it the name ADE or
- 31:37antibody-dependent enhancement.
- 31:39And then when I've had b- You know, I had a lot of information coming to me.
- 31:43I still do, because for nine months I was the one marshaling the evidence on January
- 31:496th, directly reporting to the president And and I s- I, from what, I, I, believe
- 31:57me, I saw a lot of things, the things that didn't even have to do with J6.
- 32:00Wow.
- 32:01Okay.
- 32:01People who thought that I could get information to the president,
- 32:03which I could, and often did.
- 32:06Excellent.
- 32:06D- depending, if I thought it was something that I should pass on or not and
- 32:10with certain rules that I made for myself.
- 32:11So I can't recommend people.
- 32:13I don't tell the pre- I don't s- make suggestions to president as to who would
- 32:17be a good candidate to be endorsed.
- 32:20I don't give him my opinions because- … everybody's got opinions.
- 32:22I just pass on information.
- 32:27I did get to see a video, but that person didn't leave it with me.
- 32:31They felt it was too dangerous for them- Wow … to leave that with me.
- 32:36But that was a meeting of individuals in the World Economic Forum.
- 32:40It was a, it was a like a guy teaching class for all these new members and and
- 32:47what he was saying was what we needed was a means of reducing the population,
- 32:52which is a euphemism for the greatest mass murder in history- … ever by far.
- 33:00And he said what we needed was a means of reducing the population without violence,
- 33:05and then he said, "And we have it.
- 33:08Now we have it." You wonder w- what were they talking about, and then when you
- 33:13look at the vaccination and everything surrounding it, where the, was massive
- 33:19information that was controlling it.
- 33:22Why in the world do they need to give a six-month-old the vaccination
- 33:27or a five-year-old the vaccination?
- 33:30Children weren't getting it, and if they did get it, it was gone
- 33:33the next day, and they weren't transmitting it even if they had it.
- 33:37They didn't need to have the shots, but yet it was pushed and pushed.
- 33:42Why?
- 33:44Yeah, I think the reason why they got the children the kids vaccinated
- 33:47because there was a law that was passed during Reagan's timeframe, I
- 33:50believe, where if the children were approved to get the vaccination,
- 33:54then the companies couldn't be sued.
- 33:56But I'm…
- 33:58they built in protections- … in, in the legislation right
- 34:00away for this, for COVID.
- 34:01They couldn't be sued anyway.
- 34:03Wow.
- 34:04So is it possible that the motivation was to make sure that seed of
- 34:09death, of ADE, was basically put into as many people as possible?
- 34:15Because I believe that it's about six billion worldwide.
- 34:20Goodness, how many have got it?
- 34:21Ugh.
- 34:22Yeah, 70% of the population here in the United States got at least
- 34:25one shot it's pretty concerning.
- 34:28But if that's right, if I'm right about that, and Todd Callender,
- 34:32if he's right about that-
- 34:33Yeah
- 34:34and others, okay?
- 34:35He's
- 34:35a good
- 34:35man,
- 34:36yeah.
- 34:37Then, the effects of this thing can wear off in time, so they need to move quickly,
- 34:41and they have a g- agenda of 2030.
- 34:44So I wouldn't be terribly surprised to see another virus get released.
- 34:50And in that regard, I recommend to you and your readers that you
- 34:54get a really good supply of two things: ivermectin- and zinc.
- 35:01Excellent.
- 35:02Excellent recommendation.
- 35:03I totally agree.
- 35:05Yeah, and that's been one of the things that, I was recommending.
- 35:08Make your own hydroxychloroquine, your own… get a lot of ivermectin.
- 35:12There's… It's still hard to get it.
- 35:14They really locked it down.
- 35:15Well- There's a couple sources that I've used in the past and
- 35:18they're no longer available.
- 35:19So they come in and they if someone's, making it available
- 35:23they'll come in and shut them down.
- 35:25You know this Simone Gold has a kind of a I'm not sure whether it's
- 35:31a charity or what it is, but it's a, it's $10 a month or something
- 35:35like that, and she will provide the ivermectin, whatever a person needs.
- 35:40Yeah.
- 35:40Excellent.
- 35:41Yeah, so I'd look her up, Yeah … Dr. Simone Gold.
- 35:43She's an MD.
- 35:46Very good.
- 35:47Thank you.
- 35:47Thank you for recom- that recommendation.
- 35:50Now we see Mitch McConnell.
- 35:51He's been out for a few weeks.
- 35:53We don't know that, what's going on with him.
- 35:55Laura Loomer said that, sh- her sources said that he was brain
- 35:59dead, he was never coming back.
- 36:01And then we hear John Thune saying, "Yeah, I just… I talked to him. He's
- 36:04doing well." And it's And the Save America Act is, it's up to the s- the
- 36:09Senate to really get that passed, and those guys have been sitting on it.
- 36:13So I agree.
- 36:13I think we're in a very particular situation where if we don't get good,
- 36:18a good election or the guarantee that we're gonna have a good election
- 36:22in the midterms, something, some executive order or something has to
- 36:25stop it until we can get hold of it.
- 36:28It's a nightmare scenario for the midterms.
- 36:30Yeah.
- 36:31And the nightmare scenario is this.
- 36:32There's 22 Republican senators that are up for re-election.
- 36:37If these machines can basically change the vote-
- 36:41Yeah
- 36:42… which it can.
- 36:43I promise you, I assure you that they can.
- 36:46Oh, yeah.
- 36:47And if they have the will to do it and the audacity the nerve, the gall to do
- 36:51it, which they have, we know because they did 2020 with no hesitation.
- 36:57And they could make some kind of a fuss beforehand that they
- 37:01could blame the results on.
- 37:04They could get enough senators to be able to remove anyone the
- 37:08House impeaches, and which is 67.
- 37:14Okay, they need two-thirds.
- 37:17So imagine if that were to take place.
- 37:19Imagine that they would have such a, a- an ability to do that, then, what happens?
- 37:25The election is November 3rd.
- 37:27We find out about it November 4th, 62 days later, and it- and it's a
- 37:34fast 62 days where nothing happens because you got Thanksgiving, you
- 37:38got Christmas, you got New Year's.
- 37:40It's not really a time of year when things are really moving.
- 37:45And-
- 37:4762 la- days later, they're in their chambers being sworn in
- 37:53on, on, on January 5th, 2027.
- 37:58That's what's gonna happen.
- 38:00So the first thing they're gonna do is they're gonna elect their speaker.
- 38:04And in the House, the speaker is no doubt going to be Hakeem
- 38:09Jeffries.
- 38:09Yeah.
- 38:10I don't think anybody doubts that
- 38:14then the next order of business is impeachment.
- 38:17And everybody just figures they're going to inde- impeach Donald Trump,
- 38:22but they're thinking short-sightedly.
- 38:24Okay?
- 38:26They're going to impeach Donald Trump and JD Vance together.
- 38:31And then once that happens and, after they impeach him, it goes to the
- 38:35Senate, Senate removes him, who's the President of the United States?
- 38:40Hakeem Jeffries
- 38:42Yeah
- 38:42Very scary scenario-
- 38:44Yeah … because if that
- 38:45happens w- when that-
- 38:46That almost happened with Nancy Pelosi.
- 38:48That would've been another nightmare if that had gone through.
- 38:50So yeah, we're facing that once again.
- 38:52It's crazy.
- 38:53Yeah, so that means that everybody's gotta get out and vote.
- 38:56Now, I know it sounds crazy because I'm saying w- you know, we've got
- 39:00these machines that are in play, but at the same time, if we can't
- 39:04actually win the vote fair and square, then it won't make any difference.
- 39:09If, 'cause we can deal with the issues of the machines.
- 39:12Things can happen-
- 39:14Yeah
- 39:14… if this nightmare scenario occurs.
- 39:16I don't think the president is gonna just let himself get kicked out of
- 39:20office when he sees that the elections are being manipulated by China.
- 39:23That, I think sooner or later, the president's gonna have to
- 39:26stand up and say, "No we're making some radical changes here.
- 39:30This is a real emergency, and we need to deal with it."
- 39:35Very good
- 39:36Okay.
- 39:36And I know that the story is out there that I've … This
- 39:39is what I told the president.
- 39:42No we talked about different things, and I'm not gonna talk about what we
- 39:46did talk about, but I can tell you this is not something that I spoke
- 39:49to the president about at this time.
- 39:52And it's almost we're fighting an enemy right now, and y- you don't wanna give
- 39:56them a heads-up of what we're gonna do.
- 39:58So it could be a last-minute thing.
- 40:00As a former Navy SEAL and CIA, you don't tell the enemy what you're gonna do.
- 40:05You just spring it on them.
- 40:07So it seems to be the way that President Trump has masterly done a
- 40:10lot of things going, and has won a lot of things, because he's done that.
- 40:15So I'm just very, observant.
- 40:17I don't get too wrapped up in, "I, this has gotta happen." It doesn't
- 40:21need to happen now because if
- 40:24'Cause I remember when Arizona I used to live in Arizona, and we had election fraud
- 40:29happen there where the voting machines, stopped on the day of election 'cause
- 40:33we … So everybody's "Day of elections, go in," 'cause they're gonna manipulate
- 40:36the mail-in ballots if you mail them in.
- 40:39So everybody went to the vote, and they had the machines compromised because they
- 40:43knew that's what our, what we're gonna do.
- 40:45So you have to be very careful, with revealing information.
- 40:50Yeah.
- 40:51But I only, all I can speak of is theory.
- 40:54The president doesn't call me and confide in me and tell me what he's gonna do.
- 40:57Okay.
- 40:59So you know I'm not giving, I'm not giving any private information out.
- 41:03If I did have such information i- it would never get discussed
- 41:11Professor Clement he's like you.
- 41:14He's very much for trials military tribunals a- and sending
- 41:20people to Guantanamo, but that really doesn't have to happen.
- 41:22We can have JAG officers conduct those in the States.
- 41:25Is that correct?
- 41:27If there's martial law.
- 41:29Okay.
- 41:30If
- 41:30there's military law, then military tribunals will prevail.
- 41:33All right.
- 41:34Okay?
- 41:34We had that happen in the United States after a- after Abraham Lincoln was shot.
- 41:39The, his whole investigation, all of that was done by military…
- 41:42That was military tribunals.
- 41:44That's the way that would have to happen.
- 41:47But, if it has to happen, if we have to suspend our government or sus- suspend
- 41:52the election process in order to fix it,
- 41:58we're gonna need to do that.
- 42:00And frankly, I don't know whether the president's given thought to
- 42:02this or not, but I know that was a consideration after the 2020 election
- 42:12And we know that he didn't invoke any emergency at that
- 42:19police action at that time.
- 42:21But I don't think that … I think at that time he realized
- 42:25somehow he could get back in.
- 42:28But after this one, there'll be no way to get back in.
- 42:32It w- th- the whole process would just never be corrected.
- 42:39Yeah.
- 42:39Because I will tell you that these people are smart.
- 42:41They never make the same mistake twice.
- 42:44And since their computers were compromised by letting them overheat, by basically
- 42:49turning off the fans and letting the chips cook, and that's what they
- 42:54did, they, they melted the chips, and apparently that's what Israel did, the
- 42:59same kind of procedure when they when they compromised the centrifuges in Iran.
- 43:05I'm not sure if you remember that.
- 43:06There was this- … yes, that, that- Stuxnet.
- 43:08… Yeah.
- 43:09So it's the same kind of deal, and that's what they did then, and that's
- 43:12what they did to get Donald Trump, not to get him elected, but just
- 43:17to make sure that nobody's getting on… the machines weren't, we-
- 43:22weren't gonna change the results.
- 43:24Wow.
- 43:24Now, it's surprising to me the mail-in ballot situation that we've
- 43:28seen in California, unfortunately.
- 43:31The justices Supreme Court justices, got that case where mail-in
- 43:36ballots, they… We thought that they were gonna throw it out.
- 43:38"Yeah, you can't have mail-in ballots. You're gonna have to have
- 43:40same-day o- only mail-in ballots for certain military or certain,
- 43:44people that can't make it," whatever.
- 43:46That's the way it's always been here in America.
- 43:49But the S- Supreme Court justices allowed five days of mail-in ballots, as long as
- 43:54it was postmarked the day of the election.
- 43:57And we all know that's where the fraud comes in.
- 44:00That's what took President Trump out in 2020.
- 44:03So what are your thoughts on that?
- 44:05I c- it's very frustrating.
- 44:10I m- there are more than one method is going on, and we were too big to
- 44:14rig in terms of the ballot stuffing.
- 44:16That, that was true for what happened in 2024, because that did occur.
- 44:22But the machines actually, we've got… I understand in New York from
- 44:27Andrew Paquette I understand there's about 2 million modified duplicates.
- 44:34Okay, so what is a modified duplicate?
- 44:36So there could be… there's only one Peter Tichkun in, in,
- 44:40in the county where I registered.
- 44:43But there could be four, there could be eight Peter Tichkuns, wow, yeah.
- 44:47There could be two.
- 44:48And all the others will have my name, but maybe my middle name would
- 44:55be turning into a middle initial.
- 44:57That changes a little bit, but it has my exact Social Security number,
- 45:01has my driver's license number, has my home address, has my s- my
- 45:06phone number, my cell phone number.
- 45:09The one thing that's always different though, is that they have different voter
- 45:12identification numbers, and each one of them can vote even though there's a lot
- 45:17of aspects of each one that are duplicate.
- 45:21They're all in the archives.
- 45:23They're not in the, they're not in the list that you normally get.
- 45:26They're in the archives.
- 45:28Everything's in the archives.
- 45:29Nothing ever leaves, okay?
- 45:31When somebody dies and they know they need to remove them from the
- 45:34voter list, they don't delete them.
- 45:41What they do is they they put them in the archives.
- 45:47And these machines can come, and let's just say there's two million of these
- 45:51make-believe people that are just copies of real people, and then those
- 45:55machines can come in and they can pull these people out of our archives,
- 46:00put them in the regular part of it, vote them, pick them up again, and
- 46:03throw them into the archives again.
- 46:06And we know that this is what happened in back in Bexar County.
- 46:10It's spelled with an X in the middle.
- 46:11B-E-X-A-R County in Texas, where Weston Martinez was running.
- 46:19And he ordered a list of, … He had requested a list of the people that
- 46:23voted on the first day, and he did it on the first day, and they gave him a
- 46:26list, and you got all these duplicates.
- 46:29And, and they're all algorithmically separated in terms of maybe every 11 or
- 46:35whatever in terms of the tax ID numbers.
- 46:39We have proof that they were manipulating the election.
- 46:41The next day he asked for the same list, and by then they fixed it and so he got
- 46:47a li- But because they substituted out people that didn't actually vote, that's
- 46:51how sophisticated these programs are.
- 46:53Wow.
- 46:54Okay.
- 46:54And that's what, that's where they come in.
- 46:56The ballot stuffing is nothing in consi- conne- in, in r- comparison
- 47:02to the, what the machines do
- 47:06yeah, it's a mess.
- 47:07We can't have satisfaction against all this craziness out there and the
- 47:11possible upcoming new, bioweapon attack.
- 47:15When I was in the SEAL teams and the CIA we knew that the next war
- 47:18was gonna be fought with bioweapons, and sure enough, that's what we saw.
- 47:22So I think I agree with you.
- 47:23There's probably gonna be something greater unless we get control of
- 47:28this crazy people that are trying to control our world and our country.
- 47:33Yeah, and they, and it is craziness.
- 47:35It's kinda if you're on a lifeboat and you're, you got the two really big guys
- 47:39on the lifeboat, and there's only enough room for enough food, let's say, for two.
- 47:45You could figure, pretty well figure the two big guys are gonna throw everybody
- 47:48else overboard so that they can survive, and that's like the way the World
- 47:53Economic Forum is looking at things.
- 47:55Wow.
- 47:56They think that our global warming situation is so horrible
- 48:00that we're all gonna die.
- 48:01You've heard even crazy politicians talk about this and so on
- 48:07And they do, they, they do have their agenda, and they
- 48:10do have their date of 2030.
- 48:14They wanna have everything done by.
- 48:17We need to recognize that.
- 48:18We need to know our enemy and understand what they're thinking.
- 48:21So you gotta understand global warming just in order to understand
- 48:25the way our enemy is thinking and what they're planning.
- 48:28Very good points.
- 48:29Wow.
- 48:30So again, an honor and, absolutely incredible information
- 48:34you always bring in Mr.
- 48:36Peter Tichthin.
- 48:36So thanks a lot, and legalbrains.com.

- 49:08what happens in the next several months.
- 49:10It's gonna be very exciting.
- 49:11Oh, yeah.
- 49:11The, yeah, the next four or five months.
- 49:14We're only four months away from election day.
- 49:16Yeah.
- 49:17And we don't know what kind of civil unrest is gonna now be developing.
- 49:21We, w- we don't know what they're gonna do, but-
- 49:23Absolutely.
- 49:24Good point
- 49:25… but they're not gonna sit still.
- 49:27They've gotta make it look like the election was fairly
- 49:31swung in that direction.
- 49:33Yes.
- 49:34And they're very clever.
- 49:35They're very smart people.
- 49:37Yep.
- 49:37And, And
- 49:38evil.
- 49:38They're evil.
- 49:39Don't get me
- 49:39wrong.
- 49:39Absolutely.
- 49:40Psychopaths.
- 49:41Absolutely.
- 49:41So absolutely.

- 49:53That's true.
