- 0:00Speaker 1: Back to regretful parents i'm erica and i'm kristin this
- 0:04Speaker 1: is kristin hi kristin.
- 0:07Speaker 2: Okay hi erica what well you just like introduced me
- 0:11Speaker 2: as i was introducing myself which was interesting we're taking
- 0:14Speaker 2: too long i spoke immediately i spoke.
- 0:19Speaker 1: Immediate okay i'll be there We're here to react to
- 0:23Speaker 1: a regretful parents. And this is a post that I
- 0:26Speaker 1: was kind of hoping that Gabby would choose when she
- 0:29Speaker 1: was here reacting with me. So I'm going to force
- 0:34Speaker 1: it upon you.
- 0:34Speaker 2: Great. Sign me up.
- 0:38Speaker 1: This is titled Update. I posted about regretting parenthood, even though, quote,
- 0:43Speaker 1: I have it all. Now I'm unexpectedly pregnant with our third.
- 0:52Speaker 2: Dumbass. OK. Labeled dumbass next. Like, what is there to say?
- 0:59Speaker 2: You know, how do you how do you fuck that up?
- 1:01Speaker 2: You're how do you fuck that up? OK, keep going.
- 1:03Speaker 1: I know. I love when people get pregnant and then
- 1:05Speaker 1: they're like, how did this happen? Science will never tell us.
- 1:10Speaker 2: I know. I know. And then they're like, oh, woe
- 1:12Speaker 2: is me. I'm like, you could you could have solved this.
- 1:15Speaker 1: Would you like to tell people about your little candies?
- 1:18Speaker 2: I love these little candies. They're called squashies.
- 1:24Speaker 1: You know, if you had kids, you'd have to share
- 1:25Speaker 1: those with your fucking children.
- 1:27Speaker 2: None of them are sticky as shit from kids.
- 1:35Speaker 1: All right, here we go. They write, Hi, everyone. I
- 1:38Speaker 1: posted here back in December about struggling with parenthood despite having,
- 1:43Speaker 1: on paper, a very fortunate life. I have two wonderful children,
- 1:47Speaker 1: eight and five, a loving and involved husband. financial security
- 1:52Speaker 1: and family support. I love my children enormously, but I
- 1:56Speaker 1: find the actual task of parenting incredibly monotonous and exhausting.
- 2:01Speaker 1: And I was struggling with how much of myself seemed
- 2:04Speaker 1: to be disappeared into being a mom. She says mom,
- 2:08Speaker 1: so I take that to be someone not in America.
- 2:10Speaker 1: Do you agree?
- 2:11Speaker 2: Correct. Correct. I do want to stop right there, though,
- 2:14Speaker 2: which is like, How many of these posts do you
- 2:17Speaker 2: think are like them feeling the need to cover their
- 2:21Speaker 2: tracks in case like they get found? In case they
- 2:24Speaker 2: like somebody figures it out. Because I feel like when
- 2:27Speaker 2: people go above and beyond to be like, just so
- 2:29Speaker 2: you know, I'm obsessed with my kids. I'm obsessed with everything.
- 2:33Speaker 2: I just want you to know the specific tasks of
- 2:36Speaker 2: parenting is what I hate. Like, I just feel like
- 2:39Speaker 2: it's a little over the top, a little too trying
- 2:43Speaker 2: to cover my ass for me to believe it.
- 2:46Speaker 1: As opposed to what? Because I'm confused by what you're saying, actually.
- 2:51Speaker 2: I feel like this post in particular is reading to
- 2:54Speaker 2: me like scared of getting caught. And so they're just
- 3:00Speaker 2: like over the top. You know, like when like, oh.
- 3:04Speaker 1: Wait, so you're not saying like they're lying about details.
- 3:07Speaker 1: They're lying about how much they love it. So that
- 3:09Speaker 1: if somebody does catch them, they're like, look, I didn't
- 3:12Speaker 1: say that you were a bad husband.
- 3:14Speaker 2: Exactly.
- 3:15Speaker 1: Okay. Okay.
- 3:16Speaker 2: They're like, no, I love my kids. I love my kids.
- 3:18Speaker 2: I just don't love, like, the little things. Like, the
- 3:21Speaker 2: little things.
- 3:21Speaker 1: Interesting.
- 3:22Speaker 2: Like, it's like, okay. And I'm sure, you know, and
- 3:26Speaker 2: I'm sure that's true for people. Like, I don't doubt
- 3:28Speaker 2: that that is a thing. But, like, I question it.
- 3:31Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 3:31Speaker 2: I question it.
- 3:32Speaker 1: It's like, thou doth protest too much.
- 3:35Speaker 2: Yeah. Yeah. Healthy skepticism. Okay.
- 3:40Speaker 1: Yeah. I could see that. Why wouldn't you just... lie about, like,
- 3:44Speaker 1: ages and stuff, though, to cover your tracks.
- 3:46Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 3:47Speaker 1: Maybe she did.
- 3:48Speaker 2: Maybe they did.
- 3:48Speaker 1: Okay. She writes, I received so many beautiful comments on
- 3:54Speaker 1: that post. People were incredibly kind and honest, and it
- 3:57Speaker 1: genuinely made me feel much less alone. So I suppose
- 4:01Speaker 1: I'm coming back because I feel a little bit like
- 4:04Speaker 1: that again. About a month ago, I found out I'm
- 4:10Speaker 1: If I'm getting this correct, she was like, people were
- 4:12Speaker 1: so nice to me then that now that I'm in
- 4:14Speaker 1: a shit place, I'm going to come back and hope
- 4:16Speaker 1: that I get all the same love and support that
- 4:18Speaker 1: I got before. Is that how it's reading to you?
- 4:20Speaker 2: Yes.
- 4:21Speaker 1: Okay, great. This was completely unplanned. I was on birth
- 4:26Speaker 1: control and genuinely did not think pregnancy was a possibility.
- 4:30Speaker 1: I happened to be with my mom, sister-in-law, and sister
- 4:34Speaker 1: when after joking about how tired I've been, My sister
- 4:38Speaker 1: convinced me to take a pregnancy test that she had. Oh, no. Oh, no.
- 4:46Speaker 1: I took it fully expecting to be negative. It wasn't. Girl,
- 4:51Speaker 1: if you don't want to be pregnant, you can't be
- 4:54Speaker 1: taking a pregnancy test in front of other people because
- 4:55Speaker 1: that's then accountability if people are not going to support
- 4:59Speaker 1: you in having an abortion.
- 5:01Speaker 2: Yeah, 100%. That was dumb. I mean, it's like, okay,
- 5:04Speaker 2: I do get that she was like, well, I'm on
- 5:05Speaker 2: birth control. This is probably not the case, but for funsies,
- 5:08Speaker 2: I'll do it.
- 5:09Speaker 1: But still, what's the funsies?
- 5:11Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 5:13Speaker 1: There's no funsies here. It's a lose-lose.
- 5:16Speaker 2: May you all have learned this woman's lesson.
- 5:19Speaker 1: Yeah, she didn't think this through. So she said, I
- 5:21Speaker 1: took it fully expecting it to be negative. It wasn't.
- 5:24Speaker 1: So my family essentially found out at the same time
- 5:27Speaker 1: I did. And since then, everyone has been so excited. Stupid.
- 5:34Speaker 1: So stupid. What a stupid choice to make.
- 5:38Speaker 2: But also, like, would that change the outcome? Like, would
- 5:42Speaker 2: she have gotten an abortion if they didn't know? Like,
- 5:46Speaker 2: probably not. Probably not.
- 5:49Speaker 1: I just don't understand people who are this way. I'm like,
- 5:51Speaker 1: if you're not happy being a mom, why would you
- 5:54Speaker 1: have another kid? Just... Say goodbye. Yeah. I mean, you
- 5:58Speaker 1: still could do the same thing and just be like,
- 5:59Speaker 1: I am miscarried. How would anyone know? That's what I'm saying.
- 6:03Speaker 2: So, like, I don't think it would have changed the
- 6:05Speaker 2: outcome anyway because it doesn't sound like she would have
- 6:07Speaker 2: gotten an abortion, period. So now she's just, like, wallowing
- 6:10Speaker 2: because people are excited and she's not happy. Mm-hmm.
- 6:13Speaker 1: People just make this needlessly difficult for themselves. You know? She's, like,
- 6:18Speaker 1: talking about how everyone's, like, so happy and she's struggling
- 6:22Speaker 1: with it and she doesn't feel excited. Girl. Why are
- 6:25Speaker 1: you listening to anyone but yourself? I know that's easier
- 6:27Speaker 1: said than done. As somebody who chronically does not listen
- 6:30Speaker 1: to herself.
- 6:32Speaker 2: Sure, but this is like literally the biggest life decision
- 6:35Speaker 2: one can have happen to them. Yeah.
- 6:39Speaker 1: Okay, so she says, and I just don't feel excited yet.
- 6:42Speaker 1: I feel horrible admitting that. I know people will understandably
- 6:46Speaker 1: point out that I have options.
- 6:48Speaker 2: Yes.
- 6:48Speaker 1: She said, I'm very pro-choice, but when it comes to
- 6:51Speaker 1: my own pregnancy, termination is something I feel incredibly conflicted
- 6:55Speaker 1: about and ultimately don't think I want. I've been there.
- 7:00Speaker 1: And now I'm on the other side, girl. Just move on.
- 7:04Speaker 2: Yeah. Yeah, I mean, I have a hard time sympathizing
- 7:10Speaker 2: with people like this. You know, like.
- 7:14Speaker 2: If you don't want the baby, don't have the baby.
- 7:16Speaker 2: Don't go to a bunch of people on the internet
- 7:18Speaker 2: who made you feel good once, and so, like, now
- 7:21Speaker 2: you think, like, these people will make you feel good again. Bitch,
- 7:23Speaker 2: you are on the regretful parent subreddit already. Like, that
- 7:27Speaker 2: in and of itself is enough for me to say...
- 7:29Speaker 2: Enough for me to understand that you don't really like
- 7:32Speaker 2: being a parent. You can sugarcoat it as much as
- 7:34Speaker 2: you want by trying to say, oh, I love my kids,
- 7:35Speaker 2: I love my kids. You don't like being a parent.
- 7:38Speaker 2: Why are you doing it to yourself? Your response, like.
- 7:43Speaker 2: You're ultimately responsible for your own life. Mm-hmm. And I
- 7:47Speaker 2: don't feel bad when people just go through things when
- 7:49Speaker 2: they have, like, half-assed reasoning. And this is a half-assed reason.
- 7:52Speaker 2: It's like, well, I don't like, I just, like, don't
- 7:54Speaker 2: think it's, like, good for me. Like, I just, like,
- 7:56Speaker 2: don't want, it's like, shut the fuck up. Then shut
- 7:59Speaker 2: the fuck up. Like, why are you here? Right.
- 8:02Speaker 1: I mean, I think she's looking for people to support
- 8:04Speaker 1: her in doing it, but it's like, if you're okay
- 8:07Speaker 1: with it for other people, why are you not okay
- 8:08Speaker 1: with it for yourself?
- 8:10Speaker 2: But to me, it's also like, if you want people
- 8:12Speaker 2: to support you, Go to the parents subreddit because at
- 8:15Speaker 2: this point you've basically decided you want to be a parent.
- 8:18Speaker 1: So I'm saying she wants people to support her in
- 8:20Speaker 1: having an abortion. I think that's my sense is that
- 8:22Speaker 1: she wants people to be like, just do it. It's fine.
- 8:24Speaker 1: And then she can feel like validated. But it's like, girl,
- 8:27Speaker 1: you don't need anybody to tell you that it's OK
- 8:28Speaker 1: to have an abortion. You're saying yourself your choice.
- 8:31Speaker 2: Maybe. I mean, she's basically saying I lean this way. Again,
- 8:34Speaker 2: the only other alternative is like she's convinced somebody will
- 8:37Speaker 2: find this. And so she wants them to think. That
- 8:40Speaker 2: she did not want an abortion. And so if something
- 8:43Speaker 2: were to happen, I don't know. I know it's a
- 8:46Speaker 2: conspiracy theory, but like she came on too strong to
- 8:49Speaker 2: me with the whole, I love my kids. I love
- 8:51Speaker 2: my kids. I want to keep the baby. Something feels
- 8:54Speaker 2: a little odd to me.
- 8:56Speaker 1: I could see that. I could see that. She says
- 8:58Speaker 1: she doesn't think that's what she wants. I'm married, financially
- 9:02Speaker 1: secure and have a wonderful. Again, she is laying it on.
- 9:05Speaker 1: She's laying it thick. Have a wonderful husband and already
- 9:09Speaker 1: have two children. I know none of those things mean
- 9:11Speaker 1: I have to continue a pregnancy. But emotionally for me,
- 9:15Speaker 1: it just isn't that simple. She doesn't say why, though. No,
- 9:21Speaker 1: I'm not done. I actually used to be somebody who
- 9:24Speaker 1: was like, I'm not against abortion. Well, there was a
- 9:26Speaker 1: time when I was like, oh, abortion is bad because
- 9:28Speaker 1: I was in a cult. Then I went to, I'm
- 9:32Speaker 1: okay with abortion, but I would never have one. I
- 9:34Speaker 1: would just have the child. And then now I'm in
- 9:36Speaker 1: a place where I'm like... Even if there's not a
- 9:38Speaker 1: pregnancy in there, just abort.
- 9:42Speaker 2: It. Just to be safe.
- 9:44Speaker 1: Just clear out whatever's in there. It's fine. And so
- 9:49Speaker 1: I do kind of feel like I just want to
- 9:51Speaker 1: push these people off a ledge to be like, it's girl,
- 9:54Speaker 1: just do it. It's fine. Yeah.
- 9:56Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 9:56Speaker 1: We're giving too much morality to something that's not a moral.
- 10:00Speaker 1: or immoral decision.
- 10:01Speaker 2: Right.
- 10:02Speaker 1: Right. She says at the same time, I'm just so
- 10:04Speaker 1: annoyed that she doesn't explain like for me, it's not
- 10:06Speaker 1: that simple. Why? Yeah. Well, that's the thing.
- 10:09Speaker 2: I get the sense that this person is not thinking
- 10:11Speaker 2: like it's giving it's reading immature. Yes.
- 10:15Speaker 1: Agree. Too immature for somebody that already has two kids
- 10:17Speaker 1: and allegedly a wonderful husband.
- 10:19Speaker 2: Like an eight-year-old kid. Like, you've been at this for
- 10:22Speaker 2: a while. Come on.
- 10:23Speaker 1: Yeah, come on. Let's be real. At the same time,
- 10:28Speaker 1: I feel almost a sense of grief about starting again.
- 10:32Speaker 1: My youngest has fully started school full-time. I recently went
- 10:36Speaker 1: back to work two days a week, not because we
- 10:38Speaker 1: needed the money, but because I desperately wanted something to
- 10:41Speaker 1: do outside of motherhood. I finally felt like I was
- 10:43Speaker 1: getting a little piece of myself back. So depressing to
- 10:47Speaker 1: be in a situation where you're like, I don't need
- 10:51Speaker 1: the money, but I'm going to go work just so
- 10:54Speaker 1: that I can do something for myself.
- 10:58Speaker 2: That's the crazy part to me. It's like, you know,
- 11:01Speaker 2: I just posted a video on TikTok today about like
- 11:04Speaker 2: people who like love to have kids because they have
- 11:07Speaker 2: like no identity outside of like the standard life script.
- 11:10Speaker 2: And then also people who love like LinkedIn and love
- 11:14Speaker 2: their careers like through corporate America are obsessed with that
- 11:18Speaker 2: because they have no identity outside of that as well.
- 11:21Speaker 2: And this is that. This is like the woman who
- 11:23Speaker 2: had kids who like has no identity. And so she's like, OK, well,
- 11:26Speaker 2: now I need to go to work and so I
- 11:27Speaker 2: can get a piece of me back. It's like that
- 11:30Speaker 2: is so embarrassing.
- 11:33Speaker 1: Like, why not like take an art class?
- 11:35Speaker 2: Yeah, there's so many other things you could do that
- 11:38Speaker 2: are like Like, you know, she was like, oh, I mean, granted,
- 11:41Speaker 2: I don't know what she does for work. Maybe she's
- 11:42Speaker 2: like a stripper and having a great time. But my
- 11:45Speaker 2: read is that this is like probably a boring ass
- 11:47Speaker 2: job that she's doing. Like a desk job.
- 11:50Speaker 1: Like a corporate job.
- 11:51Speaker 2: Instead of like, you know, like I go work at
- 11:53Speaker 2: the cookie store because I think it's fun. I love baking,
- 11:55Speaker 2: you know? Right, right, right. Yeah, totally.
- 11:58Speaker 1: And now I'm looking.
- 11:59Speaker 2: Okay.
- 12:00Speaker 1: And now I'm looking at nappies, feeds, sleepless nights and
- 12:03Speaker 1: being a full time stay at home mom again. Okay,
- 12:08Speaker 1: if you thought that she was laying it on thick before,
- 12:10Speaker 1: just hold on to your britches. My husband is genuinely
- 12:15Speaker 1: fantastic and a very involved father, but I am still
- 12:19Speaker 1: the primary parent. Okay. Shocker. So although this baby changes
- 12:28Speaker 1: both of our lives, I know that practically it will
- 12:31Speaker 1: change mine more. I think what I'm finding hardest is
- 12:34Speaker 1: that everyone around me is so happy. My family talks
- 12:37Speaker 1: excitedly about the baby, and I love that this child
- 12:41Speaker 1: is already so wanted by them. Are you having a migraine?
- 12:47Speaker 2: Obviously! Obviously! This isn't fucking rocket science. Like, obviously your
- 12:54Speaker 2: family is going to think you want this and they're
- 12:56Speaker 2: going to be happy for you and they don't have
- 12:57Speaker 2: to fucking do any of the work. So why wouldn't
- 13:00Speaker 2: they be happy?
- 13:00Speaker 1: They're going to love it.
- 13:02Speaker 2: Cute things for the kid at Christmas. They get to
- 13:05Speaker 2: like benefit in like the same way when your friend
- 13:08Speaker 2: gets a fucking puppy. You're like, hell yeah, my friend
- 13:11Speaker 2: has got a puppy and I get to play with
- 13:12Speaker 2: that puppy every once in a while because it doesn't
- 13:14Speaker 2: affect my life and it's day to day. So yeah,
- 13:17Speaker 2: you dumbass.
- 13:18Speaker 1: Of course.
- 13:22Speaker 2: People exhaust me.
- 13:24Speaker 1: I know. Me too. Me too. I don't want to
- 13:27Speaker 1: be on this planet.
- 13:28Speaker 2: I really.
- 13:29Speaker 1: How come?
- 13:30Speaker 2: Gee whiz. It's so weird to me because like I
- 13:33Speaker 2: would normally abort this baby because I'm clearly not happy
- 13:36Speaker 2: about it. But like my friends and family think like, oh,
- 13:40Speaker 2: that's cool. Like they're like, wow, cool. And so therefore
- 13:43Speaker 2: I'm going to I'm going to risk my life and
- 13:45Speaker 2: throw away the next you know, at least minimum 18
- 13:49Speaker 2: years because they think that it's cool if I have
- 13:52Speaker 2: a kid. Like, what's wrong with you? Like, grow a
- 13:55Speaker 2: fucking spine.
- 13:58Speaker 1: I know, dude. I know. It's crazy. I mean, this
- 14:01Speaker 1: person is so addicted to what other people think. Yeah.
- 14:05Speaker 1: It's from top to bottom. She's like, I loved what
- 14:08Speaker 1: people said on my last post about her grandparent. I
- 14:11Speaker 1: love that my family is so excited for me. I'm
- 14:14Speaker 1: okay with other people having abortions but not for me
- 14:17Speaker 1: because who knows what people might think of me it's
- 14:19Speaker 1: like bitch think about yourself a little bit.
- 14:23Speaker 2: Spot on i think it's just like immaturity like this
- 14:25Speaker 2: is like all it is it's like i care so
- 14:27Speaker 2: much about what other people's perception of me is that
- 14:30Speaker 2: i can't do anything that's true to myself.
- 14:32Speaker 1: It's immaturity but it's also women are so socialized to
- 14:35Speaker 1: just think about what everybody else wants and not about
- 14:38Speaker 1: what your your own self wants and then our thought
- 14:41Speaker 1: yeah To only do what they want. And, like, women
- 14:43Speaker 1: never get that for themselves. And it's really annoying. Just
- 14:46Speaker 1: choose yourself.
- 14:46Speaker 2: But as we age, we generally do, right?
- 14:49Speaker 1: As we age, but that's when people are like, we
- 14:52Speaker 1: don't want to hear from you anymore. Yeah.
- 14:56Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean, we don't know how old this girl is. Like,
- 14:58Speaker 2: she could have had a baby at, like, 18 for
- 14:59Speaker 2: all we know. And, like, she's only 26 or something.
- 15:02Speaker 1: I'm assuming that she's younger because she reads like a
- 15:04Speaker 1: younger person.
- 15:05Speaker 2: Yeah, I hope. I hope. Because if you're in your mid-30s, girl,
- 15:09Speaker 2: and you're still, like, a little... bitch a little baby
- 15:13Speaker 2: ass bitch like no yeah we gotta go to therapy
- 15:17Speaker 2: we gotta finish this yeah the family's so excited and
- 15:19Speaker 2: she says but sometimes i'm sitting here thinking why don't
- 15:22Speaker 2: i feel like you do maybe the difference with an
- 15:24Speaker 2: unexpected third baby is that this time i know exactly
- 15:28Speaker 2: what having a baby means i know.
- 15:30Speaker 1: How much i will probably love this little person that
- 15:33Speaker 1: doesn't mean that they gotta be here probably But I
- 15:38Speaker 1: also know exactly how relentless raising them will be. Has
- 15:42Speaker 1: anyone else been there? Particularly anyone who had an unexpected
- 15:47Speaker 1: third after finally getting out of the baby slash toddler years.
- 15:51Speaker 2: So specific. It is.
- 15:55Speaker 1: Did you feel dread, grief, or ambivalence during the pregnancy
- 15:59Speaker 1: and still end up happy that your child came along?
- 16:02Speaker 1: I think I just need to hear that I don't
- 16:04Speaker 1: know if I want to do this all over again
- 16:07Speaker 1: and I will love this baby can exist at the
- 16:09Speaker 1: same time. Thank you all so much. That is the
- 16:14Speaker 1: worst fucking reason to have a child.
- 16:16Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 16:17Speaker 1: I don't want this kid, but maybe I will love
- 16:20Speaker 1: them and everyone else will be happy.
- 16:22Speaker 2: I'm telling you, this dumbass is a dumbass. Like she
- 16:30Speaker 2: literally spelled it out, but it's like two plus two
- 16:33Speaker 2: equals four, bitch. It doesn't equal five. Stop.
- 16:37Speaker 1: And no one telling you that it equals five is
- 16:39Speaker 1: going to make it equal five for you. Exactly.
- 16:42Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 16:43Speaker 1: First comment says your feelings about your pregnancy are your feelings.
- 16:47Speaker 1: But when I terminated, I felt oddly maternal about it. Like, OK,
- 16:52Speaker 1: this baby gets to stay in the ether somewhere and
- 16:55Speaker 1: be safe from the evils of the world. I love that.
- 17:00Speaker 1: I feel like we don't hear that enough. That's really nice.
- 17:03Speaker 1: I know this might upset some people, but it felt
- 17:05Speaker 1: like a loving act, knowing that if they had been born,
- 17:08Speaker 1: I wouldn't have the capacity to love and parent them appropriately.
- 17:12Speaker 1: I don't know if that's helpful, just sharing perspective. It
- 17:16Speaker 1: sounds like you are making thoughtful decisions. No, it doesn't. Yeah, no, this.
- 17:21Speaker 2: Is just her being nice, blowing smoke up her ass
- 17:23Speaker 2: to make her feel happy because that's what she came for.
- 17:25Speaker 1: Yeah. And I hope you get the space and support
- 17:29Speaker 1: you need to process this unexpected news.
- 17:31Speaker 2: Is that the most upvoted?
- 17:33Speaker 1: That's the most upvoted, yeah. And a lot of people
- 17:36Speaker 1: are saying, yes, getting an abortion can be an act
- 17:38Speaker 1: of love. Yes, yes, yes, blah, blah, blah.
- 17:40Speaker 2: Is OP replying to any comments or no?
- 17:43Speaker 1: That's what I'm looking for. No.
- 17:46Speaker 2: Can you go to her profile and see if she's
- 17:47Speaker 2: posted anything?
- 17:49Speaker 1: Good question. You know what's really interesting?
- 17:51Speaker 2: Hmm.
- 17:52Speaker 1: Like, I feel like Reddit names are always, like, hard
- 17:55Speaker 1: to judge because, like, sometimes, you know, it's just generated.
- 18:00Speaker 1: And I feel like you never really know. But her
- 18:04Speaker 1: username is usedindividual with some numbers after. Interesting. That feels bad,
- 18:12Speaker 1: doesn't it?
- 18:12Speaker 2: Interesting.
- 18:13Speaker 1: Yeah, I don't like that. Oh, they keep their posts hidden.
- 18:17Speaker 2: Yeah. A lot of people do now.
- 18:21Speaker 1: Damn.
- 18:21Speaker 2: Well. Listen, I don't know why I'm finding it so
- 18:24Speaker 2: hard to find some empathy for this person. I just
- 18:27Speaker 2: feel like this is just like a classic case of like.
- 18:31Speaker 1: Dumb bitch.
- 18:31Speaker 2: I know the answer, but I'm not doing it because
- 18:35Speaker 2: I'm I have no spine and I'm just like so
- 18:38Speaker 2: tired of it. I'm like in in the in the
- 18:42Speaker 2: age of 2026 when no one has a spine, grow
- 18:45Speaker 2: a fucking spine. We are beat down every single day,
- 18:50Speaker 2: and you can't do what's right for your own family. Like,
- 18:53Speaker 2: I don't trust you to do right by other people
- 18:55Speaker 2: in the world if you can't even do what's right
- 18:56Speaker 2: for your own fucking family. Just... Stop it up your ass.
- 19:01Speaker 1: I mean, that's a great point. Does your child deserve
- 19:04Speaker 1: a mom who's, like, so fucking over it?
- 19:07Speaker 2: Yeah. No. No.
- 19:09Speaker 1: Despite how wonderful your husband is, your secondary parent husband.
- 19:15Speaker 2: Yeah, exactly. Who's also not the primary parent. And again,
- 19:17Speaker 2: like we just did an episode on the UN climate
- 19:19Speaker 2: change updates. It's like the world is heading towards disaster.
- 19:23Speaker 2: You're not doing anything. You're not doing any favors for
- 19:26Speaker 2: this kid by having it.
- 19:27Speaker 1: All right.
- 19:27Speaker 2: Should we wrap it up?
- 19:29Speaker 1: We shall. Kristen, thank you for being here to react
- 19:32Speaker 1: to this with me. It's been a time. Folks, if
- 19:35Speaker 1: you're watching this and you enjoyed it, go ahead and
- 19:42Speaker 1: like and subscribe. In the meantime. What do we always
- 19:46Speaker 1: tell people, Kristen?
- 19:48Speaker 2: We always tell people, as this woman should have listened
- 19:51Speaker 2: to us, don't get pregnant.
- 19:53Speaker 1: Don't do it. Don't do it.
- 19:55Speaker 2: Don't do it.
- 19:57Speaker 1: Alright, love ya.
