Seance is one of my favorite Kiyoshi Kurosawa films so far. I’m talking about the couple’s chemistry, Junko’s psychic abilities, the decision that changes their lives, and the way guilt and regret take over the story. Some effects feel dated, but its ideas and ending made this a 5/5 for me.
