Mega Edition: Maxwell Tries to Leverage Her Ties To The Clintons Into A Light Sentence (10/21/26) · The Epstein Chronicles

• 0:00
Speaker 1: What's up everyone and welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles.
• 0:05
Speaker 1: One of the biggest elephants in the room that nobody
• 0:08
Speaker 1: in the legacy media ever wants to talk about or
• 0:11
Speaker 1: in fact dig deeper into is the connections between the
• 0:15
Speaker 1: Clintons and Ghislaine Maxwell and Jeffrey Epstein. Now those of
• 0:20
Speaker 1: us who have been following this case from the beginning
• 0:23
Speaker 1: and who aren't wearing tribalistic glasses, well we understand real quick.
• 0:29
Speaker 1: that the Clintons were as close to Epstein as just
• 0:32
Speaker 1: about anybody. Look, you don't get invited to Chelsea Clinton's
• 0:36
Speaker 1: wedding if you weren't close, okay? And furthermore, we have
• 0:40
Speaker 1: heard from several of Epstein's own lawyers who said that
• 0:45
Speaker 1: the Clintons and Epstein and Maxwell worked together to launch
• 0:49
Speaker 1: this Clinton Global Initiative. Where's the legacy media asking questions
• 0:56
Speaker 1: about all of this? Why aren't they asking Angel Arena,
• 1:00
Speaker 1: who is, excuse me, Angel Urena, who is Bill Clinton's spokesman,
• 1:04
Speaker 1: real questions. He gave one canned ass statement in like
• 1:08
Speaker 1: 2019 denying all this stuff. And you mean to tell
• 1:11
Speaker 1: me we've learned nothing new since then? What about the
• 1:14
Speaker 1: 17 trips to the White House that were documented? Nobody's
• 1:18
Speaker 1: going to ask anything about that, huh? But yet, if it's, say,
• 1:22
Speaker 1: somebody like Acosta or Elon Musk in a photobomb picture,
• 1:28
Speaker 1: everyone wants to go crazy, huh? All you're doing when
• 1:31
Speaker 1: you do that sort of thing is exposing yourself as
• 1:33
Speaker 1: somebody who truly doesn't care about justice in this case.
• 1:38
Speaker 1: If you're following this case and you're hoping for tribalistic outcomes,
• 1:42
Speaker 1: you're following the wrong case. Because scumbags from both sides
• 1:46
Speaker 1: of the political aisle were in bed with these people,
• 1:49
Speaker 1: literally and figuratively. And the fact that nobody wants to
• 1:54
Speaker 1: hold Bill Clinton accountable is just beyond the pale. Look
• 1:58
Speaker 1: at how hard they went after Prince Andrew in the UK.
• 2:02
Speaker 1: And you can't even get one of these scuzzy-ass, blue-checkmark,
• 2:06
Speaker 1: wannabe-ass journalists to do their job here in America and
• 2:10
Speaker 1: ask the same kind of hard questions about Bill Clinton.
• 2:14
Speaker 1: This guy gets up there through his spokesperson and says
• 2:18
Speaker 1: he's never been to the island. He's never been to
• 2:20
Speaker 1: Zorro Ranch. And we have direct accounts from witnesses going
• 2:25
Speaker 1: counter to that. So are we just supposed to believe
• 2:29
Speaker 1: Bill Clinton? Everything he says? Because, you know, he's never
• 2:31
Speaker 1: lied before. He's been a straight shooter with the American
• 2:34
Speaker 1: people for his whole life. And then the audacity of
• 2:39
Speaker 1: people to put him on shows like this James Corden show. Like,
• 2:42
Speaker 1: we should all get up here and clap about this guy. Sorry,
• 2:46
Speaker 1: that's never going to happen. The dude is gross, he's disgusting,
• 2:50
Speaker 1: and he was a lot closer to Jeffrey Epstein than
• 2:53
Speaker 1: all of his handlers in the legacy media would like
• 2:55
Speaker 1: to let on. And it really, you know what it
• 2:57
Speaker 1: really comes down to, folks? It comes down to, they
• 3:00
Speaker 1: don't want to provide ammunition for the other side. That's
• 3:03
Speaker 1: what it comes down to. How petty. How disgusting. And
• 3:07
Speaker 1: yet people are falling hand over fist to keep giving
• 3:10
Speaker 1: these legacy outlets money every month for subscriptions. And I'll
• 3:14
Speaker 1: just never understand it. These people look at you with disdain.
• 3:18
Speaker 1: Most of us that are listening to this podcast, these
• 3:22
Speaker 1: journalists wouldn't spend five minutes in a room with you. Unless,
• 3:24
Speaker 1: of course, they're trying to pilfer some information from you.
• 3:28
Speaker 1: They've all graduated from Yale. They all come from upper crust,
• 3:31
Speaker 1: white bread ass families for the most part. You know
• 3:34
Speaker 1: what these... editorial room should be doing they should be
• 3:38
Speaker 1: going to community colleges and getting some journalists from community
• 3:41
Speaker 1: colleges but no it's an elitist industry filled with the
• 3:46
Speaker 1: elite and they don't have any desire to go after
• 3:49
Speaker 1: their faves as Nancy Pelosi's own daughter said so I
• 3:54
Speaker 1: guess that leaves it up to us huh well in
• 3:57
Speaker 1: the words of Doc Holliday I'm your huckleberry because I'm
• 4:02
Speaker 1: not going to let go of this bone I am
• 4:05
Speaker 1: so tired of the Clintons avoiding the fire here, avoiding
• 4:09
Speaker 1: the fallout. And for what reason? It's not like they
• 4:13
Speaker 1: can provide receipts and act like they weren't close with
• 4:16
Speaker 1: Epstein and Maxwell. We have pictures. We have firsthand reports.
• 4:20
Speaker 1: We have reports from the survivors themselves. But yet, the
• 4:24
Speaker 1: legacy media continues to drag their feet. They continue to
• 4:28
Speaker 1: talk about BS that doesn't matter to you. Meanwhile, an
• 4:32
Speaker 1: ex-president who is still being carried on the shoulders by
• 4:35
Speaker 1: some was completely and utterly in bed with Jeffrey Epstein. Now,
• 4:42
Speaker 1: with that said, nobody has come forward and said that
• 4:44
Speaker 1: Bill Clinton abused any girls with Jeffrey Epstein. I've never
• 4:48
Speaker 1: said that because I don't have that evidence. But I
• 4:51
Speaker 1: can tell you this, the relationship between the Clintons and Epstein,
• 4:55
Speaker 1: it is undeniable. And anybody who's trying to deny it
• 4:59
Speaker 1: or act like it wasn't deep or tight, they're lying
• 5:02
Speaker 1: to you. So just keep that in mind when you're
• 5:04
Speaker 1: listening to content creators or people talking about this story.
• 5:09
Speaker 1: Be very, very mindful of that. Because the Clintons play
• 5:12
Speaker 1: a huge part here in the whole enabling process. And again,
• 5:16
Speaker 1: I've heard it from a survivor themselves talking about how
• 5:19
Speaker 1: Bill Clinton enabled this abuse. And it doesn't matter if
• 5:23
Speaker 1: it's directly or indirectly. The fact that he's still out
• 5:26
Speaker 1: here talking about, oh, I had nothing to do with Epstein.
• 5:29
Speaker 1: I hardly knew the guy. It's just laughable at best.
• 5:32
Speaker 1: And I can't believe people are just going to accept
• 5:34
Speaker 1: it and continue to accept it. Well, guess what? We're
• 5:37
Speaker 1: not going to accept it here on this podcast. We've
• 5:39
Speaker 1: never have and we never will. So today. Let's get
• 5:43
Speaker 1: into the article that has inspired this, oh, I don't know,
• 5:47
Speaker 1: five-minute rant. Today we have an article from the DailyMail.com
• 5:51
Speaker 1: and the headline, Ghislaine Maxwell touted her connection to Bill
• 5:54
Speaker 1: Clinton and how she helped launch his global initiative, to
• 5:58
Speaker 1: prove her desire to do good in the world, as
• 6:01
Speaker 1: she seeks a lower sentence for trafficking underage girls for
• 6:04
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein. And you notice how anytime one of these
• 6:07
Speaker 1: rich people gets busted, it's always, oh, look at my
• 6:10
Speaker 1: charitable work. Look at all the work I've done in
• 6:13
Speaker 1: this charity. Oh, look at all the people I've saved. Meanwhile,
• 6:17
Speaker 1: there's a trail a mile long of broken lives that
• 6:21
Speaker 1: we can see right here in front of us. So
• 6:24
Speaker 1: save your charitable work for somebody who cares. Save that
• 6:27
Speaker 1: shit for when you get up to heaven and you're
• 6:29
Speaker 1: looking at those pearly gates and you're denied access. Tell
• 6:32
Speaker 1: your story then. Because the people, right, the majority of us,
• 6:36
Speaker 1: we don't give a fuck anymore. We know what you are.
• 6:38
Speaker 1: We know who you are. And the whole, well, we
• 6:42
Speaker 1: had no idea what was going on. I'm a good person.
• 6:45
Speaker 1: It was really Epstein's fault. That shit's not going to fly.
• 6:50
Speaker 1: This article was authored by Daniel Bates. And I got
• 6:53
Speaker 1: to tell you what, folks. I go hard on the
• 6:55
Speaker 1: legacy media here, right? But the Daily Mail, and people
• 6:59
Speaker 1: can say what they want about the Daily Mail. And
• 7:01
Speaker 1: a lot of it's true. But when it comes to
• 7:03
Speaker 1: the Epstein case and following Prince Andrew and Clinton and
• 7:07
Speaker 1: the rest of them... The Daily Mail has taken the
• 7:10
Speaker 1: gloves off completely and they're doing such a good job
• 7:13
Speaker 1: covering this story that they deserve credit. And certainly Daniel
• 7:17
Speaker 1: Bates deserves a nod of the cap because this guy
• 7:21
Speaker 1: right here continues to tell the truth. Seems like everybody
• 7:24
Speaker 1: else is scared of Bill Clinton. Like nobody else wants
• 7:27
Speaker 1: to take this guy on. As if some second rate,
• 7:31
Speaker 1: has-been-asked politician who should be scorned and mocked is anyone
• 7:36
Speaker 1: to fear at this point. but yet people continue to
• 7:39
Speaker 1: shy away from outing him for his part in Epstein's operation.
• 7:46
Speaker 1: Ghislaine Maxwell used her connections to Bill Clinton in an
• 7:49
Speaker 1: effort to get herself a lower sentence for trafficking underage
• 7:52
Speaker 1: girls for Jeffrey Epstein. The disgraced socialite human trafficker, pointed
• 7:57
Speaker 1: to her work for the former president's philanthropic endeavors three
• 8:01
Speaker 1: times as she argued she should serve just four years
• 8:04
Speaker 1: in jail at her sentencing on June 28th. So not only, folks,
• 8:09
Speaker 1: did Ghislaine Maxwell use the relationship with Clinton, her and Epstein,
• 8:14
Speaker 1: to get girls into their grasp, but now, three times here,
• 8:20
Speaker 1: she's trying to use the relationship with Bill Clinton to
• 8:23
Speaker 1: try and get a lighter sentence. So, once again, she
• 8:26
Speaker 1: is looking to use the relationship. Remember, use the relationship
• 8:31
Speaker 1: that they have, that they've built. And she's mentioning it here,
• 8:34
Speaker 1: hoping that that's going to get her a bit of
• 8:35
Speaker 1: a stay of execution. But do you think that she'd
• 8:38
Speaker 1: be mentioning this in court documents? Do you think that
• 8:41
Speaker 1: Epstein's lawyers themselves would come out and say this if
• 8:45
Speaker 1: it wasn't true? So don't you think this deserves a
• 8:48
Speaker 1: more A hard look from the legacy media? I mean,
• 8:52
Speaker 1: a full on investigation, launching reporters to his house and
• 8:56
Speaker 1: the whole thing like they do with other people? I mean,
• 9:00
Speaker 1: look what they did for the creator of that dumb
• 9:02
Speaker 1: ass libs of TikTok. Look at the big hubbub about
• 9:05
Speaker 1: unmasking who that person is. As if who really cares?
• 9:09
Speaker 1: But they'll go crazy over that because it moves the
• 9:11
Speaker 1: political needle in their direction. If they can manipulate one
• 9:15
Speaker 1: of these stories or one of these situations to get
• 9:18
Speaker 1: you hating each other more, that's what they're going to do.
• 9:21
Speaker 1: But when it comes to really holding people of power
• 9:24
Speaker 1: to account, they've forgotten their role. That is what the
• 9:27
Speaker 1: fourth estate is supposed to do. But they don't do it.
• 9:31
Speaker 1: They carry water. They're all activists. And the rest of us, well,
• 9:35
Speaker 1: just take a look at the polling numbers for the
• 9:38
Speaker 1: legacy media. Nobody believes them. Nobody trusts them. And this
• 9:41
Speaker 1: is why. Maxwell claimed that helping to launch the Clinton
• 9:46
Speaker 1: Global Initiative demonstrated she had a desire to do good
• 9:50
Speaker 1: in the world. Maxwell, 60, will be sentenced next Monday
• 9:54
Speaker 1: after she was found guilty of trafficking and sexually abusing
• 9:57
Speaker 1: underage girls last December. She has asked to serve just
• 10:01
Speaker 1: four years and three months in jail when she is
• 10:03
Speaker 1: sentenced later this month and claims she is getting death
• 10:07
Speaker 1: threats in prison. Look, I don't doubt that. As far
• 10:11
Speaker 1: as the death threats go, we've talked about that since
• 10:13
Speaker 1: Jump Street here. And I've been trying to get some
• 10:16
Speaker 1: of my friends who have been in prison to come on,
• 10:19
Speaker 1: but a lot of them are not really into telling
• 10:23
Speaker 1: their stories, you know, in such a public way. Considering,
• 10:27
Speaker 1: you know, it's a little bit of a reach here
• 10:29
Speaker 1: on the podcast now. We have a significant amount of
• 10:32
Speaker 1: listeners and stuff. So people aren't really willing to come
• 10:35
Speaker 1: out and talk about what went down while they were
• 10:37
Speaker 1: in prison. And I get that. I have a lot
• 10:40
Speaker 1: of friends that did serious time, man. I have one
• 10:42
Speaker 1: friend who did two different stints, one six years, one
• 10:46
Speaker 1: 10 years. Dude's only 43. Shows you how long he
• 10:50
Speaker 1: was in prison for. I have another buddy who went
• 10:53
Speaker 1: to prison, came out, then, well, engaged in a robbery
• 10:58
Speaker 1: and got killed by the cops. So my point is,
• 11:01
Speaker 1: what goes on in jail and prison, it's not fun.
• 11:04
Speaker 1: It's not easy. And if Maxwell thinks she has it hard,
• 11:08
Speaker 1: try being somebody from East Las Vegas from a broken
• 11:11
Speaker 1: home with no support whatsoever and certainly nobody running around
• 11:16
Speaker 1: and championing your cause. So the whole Maxwell, oh, things
• 11:20
Speaker 1: are rough for me. It just doesn't hit home for me.
• 11:24
Speaker 1: But as far as her being threatened, that definitely does
• 11:27
Speaker 1: ring true. Somebody like her is going to be threatened
• 11:29
Speaker 1: on the main line. And this is just the beginning.
• 11:32
Speaker 1: Wait till she hits the real yard. Unless, of course,
• 11:34
Speaker 1: she goes to a federal camp. And if that's the case,
• 11:37
Speaker 1: then she's probably not going to have to worry about anything.
• 11:40
Speaker 1: Because people in those federal camps, the last thing they
• 11:43
Speaker 1: want to do is jeopardize their own status there and
• 11:46
Speaker 1: have to move to a more secure place, right? People
• 11:49
Speaker 1: want to go to these little camps because it's the
• 11:51
Speaker 1: closest thing to not being in prison. You have a
• 11:55
Speaker 1: lot more leeway to learn and feel safer and all
• 11:58
Speaker 1: of that. So it really depends on where she ends up.
• 12:02
Speaker 1: And we'll have a lot more to go on, obviously,
• 12:04
Speaker 1: come next week. But the whole four years in prison ask,
• 12:08
Speaker 1: that is just ludicrous. If that was the case, I
• 12:11
Speaker 1: swear to you, folks, if she gets some kind of
• 12:13
Speaker 1: sentence like that, I'm going to have to go and
• 12:15
Speaker 1: protest in front of the Department of Justice. Stand out
• 12:18
Speaker 1: there with a sign saying, And let them know my
• 12:21
Speaker 1: anger because somebody like this getting less time than somebody
• 12:26
Speaker 1: like my loved one who didn't commit a violent crime
• 12:30
Speaker 1: is just unbelievable to me. And it just shows you
• 12:33
Speaker 1: how unequitable things are, inequitable things are. The whole entire
• 12:40
Speaker 1: justice system is broken. And when you have rich people
• 12:42
Speaker 1: like Maxwell who are bending the ear of the very
• 12:45
Speaker 1: people who are putting this policy in place and they
• 12:48
Speaker 1: have said nothing for years, now they end up in
• 12:51
Speaker 1: prison and they have a problem all of a sudden. Well, sorry,
• 12:53
Speaker 1: nobody wants to hear that. Where were you for all
• 12:56
Speaker 1: of these years when you had the power to bend
• 12:59
Speaker 1: a couple of years in the direction of reform? She
• 13:04
Speaker 1: also claimed that the guards inside the prison where she
• 13:07
Speaker 1: is currently being held are told her there was concern
• 13:10
Speaker 1: she could be shot by a sniper. I don't even
• 13:13
Speaker 1: know what that means. That's like the Epstein story about
• 13:16
Speaker 1: the ninja in front of his house, shot with a sniper, what,
• 13:18
Speaker 1: through the wall? What are they using, thermobaric rounds? They
• 13:22
Speaker 1: go over to Ukraine and get themselves a couple of
• 13:25
Speaker 1: weapons and they're going to set up shop on top
• 13:27
Speaker 1: of the World Trade Center and shoot you from there?
• 13:30
Speaker 1: What does that even mean? The explanation was supposedly the
• 13:35
Speaker 1: reason why she was held in such high security conditions
• 13:38
Speaker 1: at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, New York. Her
• 13:42
Speaker 1: legal filings accused prosecutors of scapegoating Maxwell by making her
• 13:46
Speaker 1: a proxy for the crimes of Epstein, who hanged himself
• 13:49
Speaker 1: while awaiting trial in 2019, allegedly. In her 77-page filing,
• 13:55
Speaker 1: Maxwell references Maxwell's history of philanthropy, charitable work, and helping others,
• 14:00
Speaker 1: namely her work with the Clinton Global Initiative. Ah, fellow
• 14:04
Speaker 1: travelers and all. Imagine if this had someone else's name
• 14:07
Speaker 1: attached to it. Insert politician everybody hates here. What if
• 14:12
Speaker 1: the name was Ron DeSantis? How do you think the
• 14:14
Speaker 1: legacy media would be reacting to this right now? And
• 14:18
Speaker 1: I just, before we even got onto the podcast today,
• 14:21
Speaker 1: I went on Google and I just, a simple search,
• 14:24
Speaker 1: Ghislaine Maxwell and Bill Clinton. This story didn't pop up.
• 14:28
Speaker 1: None of the legacy media is running this story. None
• 14:30
Speaker 1: of them. Now, do you think that would be the
• 14:32
Speaker 1: same case if it was reversed and it was somebody else?
• 14:36
Speaker 1: Say low-hanging fruit that the legacy media doesn't like. Say
• 14:39
Speaker 1: it was Acosta. What then? And then you see my point, right?
• 14:44
Speaker 1: While I believe that Acosta is a piece of shit
• 14:46
Speaker 1: and he should have been held to the fire, I
• 14:49
Speaker 1: also believe that the same is true of someone like
• 14:51
Speaker 1: Bill Clinton. And when you continuously hear these reports about
• 14:55
Speaker 1: how close the Clintons were to Maxwell and Epstein, you
• 14:59
Speaker 1: would think that somebody out there, one of these hard-charging journalists,
• 15:04
Speaker 1: where's Julie K. Brown, by the way, and the rest
• 15:06
Speaker 1: of the people that gained so much notoriety from this story,
• 15:09
Speaker 1: why have you stopped? Have you accomplished whatever goals you
• 15:13
Speaker 1: wanted to accomplish? Because if that's the case, then it
• 15:17
Speaker 1: doesn't look real good on you because there's a long
• 15:19
Speaker 1: road to be traveled. And it sure seems like the
• 15:22
Speaker 1: people that have gotten their pockets super fat from all
• 15:25
Speaker 1: of this, they don't have any interest anymore. Their pockets
• 15:29
Speaker 1: are fat. They made their dough. So what the hell?
• 15:33
Speaker 1: But you better believe that people like Bill Clinton and
• 15:37
Speaker 1: the rest of these folks, they should all be absolutely
• 15:42
Speaker 1: blasted by the legacy media, and they should all get
• 15:46
Speaker 1: the Prince Andrew treatment. The filing states, Ms. Maxwell has
• 15:52
Speaker 1: always worked hard. Her many educational, occupational, and avocational accomplishments
• 15:58
Speaker 1: include becoming an emergency medical technician, a helicopter pilot, a
• 16:04
Speaker 1: submersible pilot, a banker, partnering with the Cleveland Clinic to
• 16:08
Speaker 1: establish a telemedicine platform to enable people in remote areas
• 16:12
Speaker 1: to obtain quality medical treatment, helping develop the Clinton Global Initiative,
• 16:17
Speaker 1: and supporting a variety of non-profit and charitable organizations. How
• 16:22
Speaker 1: many times are they going to mention the Clintons here?
• 16:25
Speaker 1: Are you folks paying attention yet? I know those of
• 16:27
Speaker 1: you who are following this story and who aren't playing
• 16:30
Speaker 1: tribalistic politics are. And I know you're pissed. I've seen
• 16:33
Speaker 1: the emails. Believe me, I feel the same way you do.
• 16:39
Speaker 1: In a later section in the document, it states that
• 16:42
Speaker 1: Maxwell is not an heiress, villain or vapid socialite. Her
• 16:46
Speaker 1: lawyer wrote she has energy, drive, commitment, a strong work
• 16:50
Speaker 1: ethic and a desire to do good in the world.
• 16:53
Speaker 1: She has supported friends and family through tough times and
• 16:56
Speaker 1: personal crisis and currently is assisting women in her unit
• 16:59
Speaker 1: at MDCC. Oh, I'm sure she is. I'm sure she is.
• 17:05
Speaker 1: You know, Ghislaine Maxwell, just the greatest person in the world,
• 17:08
Speaker 1: like Prince Andrew, the consoler of widows, the feeder of
• 17:12
Speaker 1: orphan orphan children. The protector of the polar bears, the
• 17:16
Speaker 1: whole thing. Meanwhile, we all know who she is. You
• 17:20
Speaker 1: can say whatever you want, but the facts are the facts.
• 17:25
Speaker 1: She has endeavored to contribute to society by helping to
• 17:28
Speaker 1: launch the Clinton Global Initiative. I mean, wow. Wow, wow, wow, wow, wow.
• 17:33
Speaker 1: How many times are they going to say that? And
• 17:36
Speaker 1: I just want to drive the point home. Remember... The
• 17:40
Speaker 1: Clintons and their canned ass response to all of this
• 17:43
Speaker 1: through their spokesperson, Angel Arena. And still to this day,
• 17:47
Speaker 1: he's never updated that statement. They always refer to that
• 17:51
Speaker 1: in an article in Newsweek. He said they referred him
• 17:54
Speaker 1: to the 2019 statement. You have nothing new to add
• 17:58
Speaker 1: with all of the new developments. There's nothing you'd like
• 18:00
Speaker 1: to add to this, huh? Because from where I'm sitting,
• 18:04
Speaker 1: it sure looks like all of you were engaging in
• 18:06
Speaker 1: a big ass lie here. Not that we should be
• 18:09
Speaker 1: shocked coming from the Clintons or anything, but, you know,
• 18:11
Speaker 1: here we are. The claim puts renewed spotlight on links
• 18:16
Speaker 1: between Maxwell, Epstein, and Clinton. Epstein claimed to have helped
• 18:20
Speaker 1: Clinton launch the CGI, and the former president flew on
• 18:23
Speaker 1: his private jet, known as the Lolita Express, dozens of times.
• 18:28
Speaker 1: One photo taken as the jet was about to depart
• 18:30
Speaker 1: shows Maxwell standing with Clinton on the plane's steps, the
• 18:34
Speaker 1: two smiling warmly. Of course they were. And only the
• 18:38
Speaker 1: most ridiculous, bought-in partisan at this point would deny it.
• 18:45
Speaker 1: The friendship between Epstein, Clinton, and Maxwell dates back to
• 18:48
Speaker 1: the mid-90s, at least, when they were all photographed together
• 18:52
Speaker 1: at the White House. Clinton has denied any wrongdoing in
• 18:55
Speaker 1: relation to Epstein and said he never visited his private
• 18:58
Speaker 1: island in the Caribbean, as some reports claimed. So he's
• 19:01
Speaker 1: calling Virginia a liar. And frankly, when we look at
• 19:05
Speaker 1: Bill Clinton's track record, he probably shouldn't be calling anyone
• 19:08
Speaker 1: a liar. The claim about Maxwell being targeted by a
• 19:15
Speaker 1: sniper was made during a section of the pre-sentencing filing
• 19:18
Speaker 1: which talked about Maxwell's treatment in the MDC while awaiting trial.
• 19:22
Speaker 1: The document states the treatment imposed on Ms. Maxwell was
• 19:26
Speaker 1: unnecessarily and intentionally degrading and threatening. While in isolation, a
• 19:31
Speaker 1: high-ranking prison guard told Ms. Maxwell that there was concern
• 19:34
Speaker 1: that she would be shot by a sniper. You notice
• 19:37
Speaker 1: how they don't give a name, right? It's just like
• 19:38
Speaker 1: when they made the allegations of abuse, how they didn't
• 19:41
Speaker 1: give the name or a badge number of the guard. Well,
• 19:44
Speaker 1: I don't believe you. This is a very general statement
• 19:47
Speaker 1: you're making. Oh, some guard told me this? Okay, sure.
• 19:50
Speaker 1: I believe you. Putting aside the reason and propriety of
• 19:54
Speaker 1: dispensing this alarming information, the security concerns resulting in her
• 19:59
Speaker 1: transfer to general population appears correlated to Ms. Maxwell having
• 20:04
Speaker 1: been sufficiently safeguarded to fill Epstein's empty seat. Oh, yeah. See,
• 20:09
Speaker 1: it's all about Epstein, right? It's all about what Epstein did.
• 20:12
Speaker 1: And they're saying that Maxwell had no part in that. Well,
• 20:16
Speaker 1: the facts, they don't bear that out, folks, as you
• 20:18
Speaker 1: all know at this point. And I find all of
• 20:20
Speaker 1: this repetitive and ridiculous on the behalf of Maxwell's team.
• 20:27
Speaker 1: The filing includes a number of letters from friends of Maxwell,
• 20:30
Speaker 1: including Jeffrey Roth, the archivist at the New York Times. Oh,
• 20:34
Speaker 1: that's shocking, huh? A guy from the New York Slimes
• 20:37
Speaker 1: writing letters in support of Glenn Maxwell? And then you
• 20:40
Speaker 1: wonder why the legacy media doesn't go hard here. Folks, look,
• 20:44
Speaker 1: I don't know how much more clear we can make it.
• 20:47
Speaker 1: I have a direct line for you. from the desert
• 20:50
Speaker 1: to the oasis. The question is, how many people are
• 20:53
Speaker 1: going to drink? He was seen during multiple pre-trial hearings
• 21:00
Speaker 1: sitting with the Maxwell family and sat on the front
• 21:03
Speaker 1: bench with her siblings during the trial. He writes that
• 21:06
Speaker 1: he has known Maxwell for 50 years and finds her
• 21:09
Speaker 1: to be forthright, kind, and respectful. Maxwell should serve substantially
• 21:13
Speaker 1: less than the 50 year maximum sentence at the hearing
• 21:16
Speaker 1: on June 28th. Her lawyers claimed in court documents published Wednesday.
• 21:20
Speaker 1: They said that the higher sentence would be absurd and
• 21:23
Speaker 1: that Maxwell does not present a containing danger to the public. Well,
• 21:27
Speaker 1: I think the survivors feel differently about that. And I
• 21:30
Speaker 1: think what they have to say come victim impact statement
• 21:33
Speaker 1: time should go a long way here. The filing said
• 21:38
Speaker 1: that Maxwell's life has been ruined and an inmate in
• 21:40
Speaker 1: her prison said the extra 20 years in jail would
• 21:43
Speaker 1: be worth it for the money they would get for
• 21:46
Speaker 1: killing her. It also revealed that her marriage to tech
• 21:49
Speaker 1: tycoon Scott Borgerson, 46, had foundered as a result of
• 21:54
Speaker 1: the scandal, and disgrace heaped upon her after she was
• 21:57
Speaker 1: arrested for child sex abuse. Yeah, because going into it,
• 22:01
Speaker 1: there was no signs that Ghislaine Maxwell was a bipedal serpent.
• 22:05
Speaker 1: There were no signs that Ghislaine Maxwell was some sick
• 22:08
Speaker 1: lady who was hanging out with Epstein and engaging in
• 22:10
Speaker 1: all kinds of perverse and disgusting behavior. No signs at all. So,
• 22:15
Speaker 1: you know, it took this trial for Scott Borgerson to
• 22:17
Speaker 1: figure that all out. Because, you know, he's such a
• 22:19
Speaker 1: brilliant man and all. The guy who left his kids,
• 22:22
Speaker 1: the guy who left his wife, for Ghislaine Maxwell's disgusting ass.
• 22:27
Speaker 1: How gross do you have to be to even think
• 22:30
Speaker 1: about leaving your family for this lady? I just don't
• 22:33
Speaker 1: understand it. I'll never understand it. And I don't think
• 22:36
Speaker 1: there's any way for me to understand it. And the
• 22:41
Speaker 1: filing detailed a letter sent to the court from Maxwell's brother, Philip,
• 22:44
Speaker 1: and sister, Anne. It said abuse she'd suffered at the
• 22:47
Speaker 1: hands of their newspaper tycoon father, Robert Maxwell, had ultimately
• 22:52
Speaker 1: left her vulnerable and open to manipulation from her pedophile boyfriend,
• 22:57
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein. Oh, I'm sure that that was all there
• 22:59
Speaker 1: was to it. All that abuse that this poor rich girl, Maxwell,
• 23:03
Speaker 1: suffered at the hands of her father. Give me a break.
• 23:07
Speaker 1: How many people sitting in prison suffered severe abuse growing up?
• 23:11
Speaker 1: And was that an excuse used at court or an
• 23:13
Speaker 1: excuse that was accepted at court for why they committed
• 23:16
Speaker 1: their crime? Well, it shouldn't be accepted for Maxwell either.
• 23:21
Speaker 1: She did what she did. There's no excuse for it.
• 23:24
Speaker 1: And there is no explanation for it. All right, folks,
• 23:28
Speaker 1: that's going to conclude part one of this story. We're
• 23:32
Speaker 1: going to hit part two right now, and it'll be
• 23:34
Speaker 1: the next episode that gets posted. If you'd like to
• 23:38
Speaker 1: contact me, you can do that at BobbyCapucci at ProtonMail.com.

Speaker 1: That's B-O-B-B-Y-C-A-P-U-C-C-I at ProtonMail.com. You can also find me on
• 23:49
Speaker 1: Twitter at B-O-B-B-Y underscore C-A-P-U-C-C-I. The link that we discussed
• 23:56
Speaker 1: can be found in the description box. All right, welcome
• 24:00
Speaker 1: back to the program. This is part two of the
• 24:05
Speaker 1: article from the Daily Mail by Daniel Bates about the
• 24:09
Speaker 1: relationship between Ghislaine Maxwell and the Clintons. Detailing the blood-curdling
• 24:15
Speaker 1: threat allegedly made against the disgraced socialite, human trafficker, the
• 24:20
Speaker 1: filing said, recently an inmate in Ms. Maxwell's unit threatened
• 24:24
Speaker 1: to kill her, claiming that an additional 20 years incarceration
• 24:27
Speaker 1: would be worth the money she'd receive for murdering Ms. Maxwell.
• 24:32
Speaker 1: On information and belief, one of the female inmates in Ms.
• 24:35
Speaker 1: Maxwell's housing unit told at least three other inmates that
• 24:38
Speaker 1: she had been offered money to murder Ms. Maxwell and
• 24:41
Speaker 1: that she planned to strangle her in her sleep. Now,
• 24:44
Speaker 1: we'll have to hear more about this from the investigation
• 24:47
Speaker 1: that the jail is obviously going to do. I have
• 24:51
Speaker 1: no idea if this is legit or not, but the
• 24:53
Speaker 1: real question is, if somebody offered money, who is the
• 24:56
Speaker 1: group or person who offered that money? And... Are we
• 25:00
Speaker 1: going to hear anything about that? Or, more likely, it's
• 25:03
Speaker 1: just an inmate running their mouth trying to get some cred,
• 25:06
Speaker 1: trying to get some notoriety. The inmate who made the
• 25:11
Speaker 1: threat has been moved to the SHU, Special Housing Unit,
• 25:14
Speaker 1: presumably to protect Ms. Maxwell. This incident reflects the brutal
• 25:18
Speaker 1: reality that there are numerous prison inmates who would not
• 25:21
Speaker 1: hesitate to kill Ms. Maxwell, whether for money, fame, or
• 25:25
Speaker 1: simple street cred. Well, you're the ones who asked to
• 25:28
Speaker 1: put her in general population. Everybody who knows what goes
• 25:32
Speaker 1: on in prison warned you against it, but here we are.
• 25:35
Speaker 1: You made a big-ass stink about getting her out of
• 25:38
Speaker 1: the shoe, and now that she is, and she's dealing
• 25:41
Speaker 1: with threats and shit, oh, it's everybody else's problem? Well,
• 25:44
Speaker 1: put her back in solitary confinement. Put her back in
• 25:48
Speaker 1: the shoe. Nobody will bother her in there. But no,
• 25:51
Speaker 1: she can't do that, right? She has to have human contact.
• 25:54
Speaker 1: Nothing's good enough for these people. And nothing's ever going
• 25:57
Speaker 1: to be good enough. And all they're going to do
• 25:59
Speaker 1: is complain, bitch, and moan like they've done every single day, basically,
• 26:05
Speaker 1: since she's been in there. What, a hundred complaints she's
• 26:08
Speaker 1: filed since she's been in the lockup? I mean, really?
• 26:11
Speaker 1: We get it, Ghislaine. Prison sucks. Maxwell, 60, was convicted
• 26:17
Speaker 1: in December of recruiting and trafficking underage girls for the
• 26:20
Speaker 1: late pedophile Jeffrey Epstein. Her sentencing was delayed while the
• 26:24
Speaker 1: court resolved questions over whether a juror unfairly influenced the
• 26:29
Speaker 1: jury by failing to disclose his history of sexual abuse.
• 26:33
Speaker 1: A judge subsequently found he did not. In their 77-page
• 26:37
Speaker 1: sentencing submission and 29-page legal argument, Maxwell's lawyers said that
• 26:42
Speaker 1: she should not be made a proxy for Epstein. She's
• 26:45
Speaker 1: not being made a proxy for Epstein. That's just such BS.
• 26:49
Speaker 1: And that totally discounts what all of the girls who
• 26:52
Speaker 1: have been abused by Maxwell have said. So we should
• 26:55
Speaker 1: just discount what they have to say? And this is
• 26:58
Speaker 1: just some jihad or crusade by the government to go
• 27:02
Speaker 1: after Epstein? That's ridiculous! Ghislaine Maxwell needs to be held
• 27:07
Speaker 1: responsible for her part in this. I don't want to
• 27:10
Speaker 1: hear no, by proxy? What does that even mean? The
• 27:14
Speaker 1: pedophile hanged himself in a Manhattan jail, allegedly, while awaiting
• 27:18
Speaker 1: trial in 2019, and attention turned to Maxwell, who became
• 27:22
Speaker 1: his replacement, the document claims. The filing states, in sentencing Ms. Maxwell,
• 27:27
Speaker 1: the court cannot be influenced by this inexorable drumbeat of
• 27:31
Speaker 1: public condemnation calling for her to be locked away for good.
• 27:35
Speaker 1: The court cannot heal the wounds caused by Epstein by
• 27:38
Speaker 1: heaping on Ms. Maxwell's shoulders the pain of every one
• 27:41
Speaker 1: of his victims, the outrage of society, the public scorn
• 27:45
Speaker 1: of the community, and then driving her out of the
• 27:48
Speaker 1: community forever. That's exactly what we're doing, okay? Sorry. This
• 27:52
Speaker 1: isn't some cancel culture jihad. This isn't some lady who
• 27:56
Speaker 1: said something untowards on her social media and there's some
• 27:59
Speaker 1: hard-charging knuckleheads trying to get rid of her. This is
• 28:03
Speaker 1: a lady who has ruined lives, a lady involved in
• 28:05
Speaker 1: molesting kids, a lady involved in human trafficking. So save
• 28:09
Speaker 1: the whole, oh, you can't blame her for Epstein for
• 28:12
Speaker 1: somebody else. That shit is not going to work here.
• 28:15
Speaker 1: And frankly, I'm tired of it. While that may assuage
• 28:21
Speaker 1: the public and give the perception that justice was done,
• 28:24
Speaker 1: that is not justice. That is scapegoating. Ms. Maxwell must
• 28:28
Speaker 1: be sentenced on the record before the court and not
• 28:31
Speaker 1: these external pressures. Arguing that Maxwell was treated far more
• 28:35
Speaker 1: harshly than any other suspect held in custody ahead of
• 28:38
Speaker 1: their trial, the filing claims her life has been ruined.
• 28:42
Speaker 1: I'll just be straight up and say it. Ghislaine Maxwell's
• 28:45
Speaker 1: lawyers have straight up lied in these court filings time
• 28:48
Speaker 1: and time again, not only about her treatment, but how
• 28:52
Speaker 1: she's being treated worse than anybody else. Again, do you
• 28:57
Speaker 1: have to go and listen to the Kalief Browder story?
• 29:00
Speaker 1: Or do you remember what happened to him? And how
• 29:04
Speaker 1: many other Khalif Browders are there in the system that
• 29:06
Speaker 1: we don't even know about? So when Maxwell and her
• 29:11
Speaker 1: team get up here and act like she has been
• 29:14
Speaker 1: abused down at Guantanamo and waterboarded in some black site
• 29:19
Speaker 1: in Saudi Arabia, it's laughable at best. Her life has
• 29:23
Speaker 1: been ruined. How about all of the lives that she
• 29:26
Speaker 1: ruined while she was out there running around raping and
• 29:28
Speaker 1: molesting people with Jeffrey Epstein? How about that? It continues, Ms.
• 29:35
Speaker 1: Maxwell cannot and should not bear all the punishment for
• 29:38
Speaker 1: which Epstein should have been held responsible. Ms. Maxwell has
• 29:41
Speaker 1: already experienced hard time during detention under conditions far more
• 29:46
Speaker 1: onerous and punitive than any experience by a typical pre-trial detainee,
• 29:51
Speaker 1: and she is preparing to spend significantly more time behind bars. Um, yeah,
• 29:56
Speaker 1: that's exactly what she should be preparing for. Five years?
• 30:00
Speaker 1: Zero chance. Come on, man, really? Anyone who thinks Maxwell
• 30:04
Speaker 1: should get five years is certainly not playing with a
• 30:07
Speaker 1: full deck. This lady should get five years times ten.
• 30:10
Speaker 1: Fifty sounds about right to me. Her life has been ruined.
• 30:16
Speaker 1: Since Epstein's death, her life has been threatened and death
• 30:19
Speaker 1: threats continue while she is incarcerated. It would be a
• 30:22
Speaker 1: travesty of justice for her to face a sentence that
• 30:25
Speaker 1: would have been appropriate for Epstein. It would have been
• 30:28
Speaker 1: appropriate for the both of them. So you mean to
• 30:30
Speaker 1: tell me that Sammy the Bull Gravano shouldn't get the
• 30:33
Speaker 1: same sentence as John Gotti got? Of course he should.
• 30:36
Speaker 1: And if it wasn't for Sammy the Bull ratting and
• 30:38
Speaker 1: stool pigeoning, it would have been a whole different story.
• 30:42
Speaker 1: But when you're in a leadership position of an organized
• 30:45
Speaker 1: crime group, and folks, let's not mince words here, that's
• 30:49
Speaker 1: what the Epstein group was, a criminal enterprise, then you're
• 30:53
Speaker 1: going to get slapped with leadership charges. You're going to
• 30:56
Speaker 1: get slapped with a whole slew of charges that you
• 31:00
Speaker 1: might not have gotten if you weren't part of the
• 31:01
Speaker 1: leadership structure. But that's what Maxwell was, wasn't she? Part
• 31:05
Speaker 1: of the leadership structure. Epstein's right hand. Epstein's underboss. In
• 31:13
Speaker 1: seeking to explain Maxwell's background, her lawyers blamed her conduct
• 31:17
Speaker 1: on her late father, the disgraced newspaper tycoon Robert Maxwell,
• 31:21
Speaker 1: who died in mysterious circumstances after falling off his yacht
• 31:25
Speaker 1: in 1991. A letter from Philip and Anne Maxwell said
• 31:28
Speaker 1: her relationship with Epstein began at a moment of extreme vulnerability.
• 31:32
Speaker 1: Ghislaine's life after the tragic death of our father, he,
• 31:36
Speaker 1: our father, was a powerful and dominant figure. Well, that
• 31:39
Speaker 1: would be a good reason if that was the case.
• 31:44
Speaker 1: But we know that Maxwell and Epstein met previous to
• 31:48
Speaker 1: the death of Robert Maxwell. And I don't care what
• 31:50
Speaker 1: the official narrative says. The evidence points in a completely
• 31:54
Speaker 1: different direction. And as elder siblings, we witnessed our father
• 31:58
Speaker 1: taking Ghislaine under his wing, whereby she became over-dependent on
• 32:02
Speaker 1: his approval and vulnerable to his frequent rapid mood swings,
• 32:06
Speaker 1: huge rages, and rejections. They act like this dude was
• 32:09
Speaker 1: beating her up and down the house with a belt.
• 32:12
Speaker 1: Go pick out a switch and let me beat you
• 32:14
Speaker 1: with it. So ridiculous. And what it really does is
• 32:18
Speaker 1: it takes the look away from real child abuse. Real
• 32:22
Speaker 1: people out there who are really abusing their children. Now,
• 32:25
Speaker 1: was there some mental abuse? Probably. When you have powerful
• 32:29
Speaker 1: people like this, that usually occurs. But I don't believe
• 32:34
Speaker 1: the scenario that they're putting out there before us. I
• 32:37
Speaker 1: see it more as a Circe-Lannister-Tywin-Lannister relationship where she's at
• 32:42
Speaker 1: his knee learning the family trade. This led to her
• 32:45
Speaker 1: becoming very vulnerable to the abusive and powerful men who
• 32:49
Speaker 1: would be able to take advantage of her innate and
• 32:52
Speaker 1: good nature. Wow, this is so ridiculous. Who would believe this? Honestly,
• 32:57
Speaker 1: who believes this? The document stated that he would subject
• 33:02
Speaker 1: his children to verbal abuse every Sunday. Well, every Sunday,
• 33:07
Speaker 1: when I go over and watch the football games with
• 33:10
Speaker 1: my parents and my family, I was subjected to verbal
• 33:13
Speaker 1: abuse too. but not by my family, by watching the
• 33:17
Speaker 1: game and the announcers telling me that my team sucked.
• 33:20
Speaker 1: I mean, let's be real. All kidding aside, she probably
• 33:24
Speaker 1: had a bunch of verbal abuse. No doubt about it.
• 33:27
Speaker 1: That's the kind of guy Robert Maxwell was. But to
• 33:29
Speaker 1: frame that and use that as the explanation for what
• 33:33
Speaker 1: she did is just mind-boggling. And it doesn't even begin
• 33:40
Speaker 1: to explain away Ghislaine Maxwell's actions. Robert Maxwell would explode,
• 33:45
Speaker 1: threaten and rant at the children until they were reduced
• 33:48
Speaker 1: to pulp. Mr. Maxwell was relentless, with children ending up
• 33:52
Speaker 1: in tears, punishments being doled out, and the whole family
• 33:55
Speaker 1: in utter distress, the filing claims. And it's convenient that
• 34:00
Speaker 1: all of the blame is falling on the dad who's
• 34:02
Speaker 1: dead here, huh? All the honor in this Maxwell family.
• 34:05
Speaker 1: What a great group of people. The document states Mr.
• 34:10
Speaker 1: Maxwell employed corporal punishment on his children. Ghislaine vividly recalls
• 34:15
Speaker 1: a time when at age 13, she tacked a poster
• 34:18
Speaker 1: of a pony on the newly painted wall of her bedroom.
• 34:21
Speaker 1: Rather than mar the paint with tape, she carefully hammered
• 34:24
Speaker 1: a thin tack to mount the poster. This outraged her father,
• 34:28
Speaker 1: who took the hammer and banged on Ghislaine's dominant hand,
• 34:31
Speaker 1: leaving it severely bruised and painful for weeks to come.
• 34:34
Speaker 1: If somebody hits your hand with a hammer, it's not
• 34:36
Speaker 1: just going to bruise. You're probably going to have fractures
• 34:39
Speaker 1: and a broken hand. I don't believe that story. Sorry.
• 34:42
Speaker 1: The filing notes that Maxwell's estranged husband, Scott Borgerson, was
• 34:45
Speaker 1: besieged by media coverage and lost his employment and professional relationships.
• 34:50
Speaker 1: It states, sadly, the marriage could not survive the negative
• 34:53
Speaker 1: impact of this case, nor a husband's association with his
• 34:57
Speaker 1: dishonored wife. Well, why did he get with her in
• 35:00
Speaker 1: the first place again? I have no empathy for these people. None.
• 35:04
Speaker 1: Did they have any empathy for all of the girls
• 35:06
Speaker 1: and people they molested and hurt? Of course they didn't.
• 35:10
Speaker 1: Borgerson married Maxwell on Christmas Day of 2016, her 55th birthday,
• 35:16
Speaker 1: and dumped her during a heated phone call while she
• 35:18
Speaker 1: was in solitary confinement. He has since moved on and
• 35:22
Speaker 1: was reported to be seeing a yoga teacher mom of
• 35:24
Speaker 1: two called Chris McGinn earlier this year. The sentence of
• 35:29
Speaker 1: 51 to 63 months was appropriate as Maxwell has never
• 35:33
Speaker 1: been accused of any sex offenses or any crimes for
• 35:36
Speaker 1: that matter in almost a 20 year period since the
• 35:39
Speaker 1: conduct at issue in this case ended the filing claims.
• 35:43
Speaker 1: So just because of that, she shouldn't get the real
• 35:46
Speaker 1: time she deserves. And how do we know what she's
• 35:49
Speaker 1: been up to? Look, we don't know. That's the point.
• 35:55
Speaker 1: And their team, the legal team, they're grasping at straws here.
• 36:00
Speaker 1: It states that there is absolutely no evidence that Ms.
• 36:03
Speaker 1: Maxwell is attracted to minors or has the sort of
• 36:06
Speaker 1: uncontrollable impulses that would compel her to reoffend. According to
• 36:10
Speaker 1: the trial record, it was Epstein who had such proclivities,
• 36:14
Speaker 1: whereas Ms. Maxwell's role was to facilitate Epstein's sexual abuse. Indeed,
• 36:19
Speaker 1: after she moved on from Epstein in the early 2000s, Ms.
• 36:22
Speaker 1: Maxwell was involved in two long-term relationships with men who
• 36:26
Speaker 1: had young children and was actively involved in their lives
• 36:30
Speaker 1: without even the slightest hint of impropriety. Most importantly, the
• 36:33
Speaker 1: government concedes that Ms. Maxwell is not a danger to
• 36:37
Speaker 1: the community. Well, the survivors don't feel that way. And
• 36:40
Speaker 1: I think that their opinion and their feelings, for once anyway,
• 36:45
Speaker 1: should be recognized and they should be the guiding light here.
• 36:51
Speaker 1: The government never made the assertion in connection with Ms.
• 36:54
Speaker 1: Maxwell's numerous bail applications, and there is no evidence whatsoever
• 36:58
Speaker 1: to support such a claim. Put simply, Ms. Maxwell is
• 37:01
Speaker 1: not dangerous, and there is no risk that Ms. Maxwell
• 37:04
Speaker 1: will ever repeat the offense. Um, okay. I don't care.
• 37:10
Speaker 1: How about that? She did what she did, now she
• 37:12
Speaker 1: has to be punished, just like the rest of us
• 37:15
Speaker 1: would be. And the whole entire relationship with the Clintons,
• 37:19
Speaker 1: that needs to be put on blast. And that needed
• 37:21
Speaker 1: to happen yesterday. All right, folks, that is going to
• 37:25
Speaker 1: conclude this two-part series of Ghislaine Maxwell trying to maneuver
• 37:32
Speaker 1: and use her friendship with the Clintons to get a
• 37:34
Speaker 1: lighter term. If you'd like to contact me, you can

Speaker 1: The link that we discussed can be found in the
• 37:56
Speaker 1: description box. What's up, everyone, and welcome to another episode
• 38:00
Speaker 1: of the Epstein Chronicles. Well, it only took the better
• 38:05
Speaker 1: part of two decades, a global scandal, a suicide in
• 38:08
Speaker 1: a federal cell, a conviction, a mountain of civil suits,
• 38:12
Speaker 1: and a billion unanswered questions, but at long last the
• 38:15
Speaker 1: Clintons have received a subpoena in the Jeffrey Epstein matter.
• 38:19
Speaker 1: Not an accusation, not an indictment, just a subpoena. A
• 38:23
Speaker 1: formal request for information, and yet the sheer fact that
• 38:26
Speaker 1: this moment is newsworthy, tells you everything about how long
• 38:30
Speaker 1: they've been insulated from even basic scrutiny. And let's not
• 38:35
Speaker 1: pretend that the Clinton connections were obscure. Epstein visited the
• 38:40
Speaker 1: Clinton White House at least 17 times, a number that
• 38:43
Speaker 1: surpasses casual acquaintance and edges into routine access. These weren't
• 38:48
Speaker 1: just one-off encounters at state dinners. They were logged, documented,
• 38:52
Speaker 1: and ignored. Ghislaine Maxwell, meanwhile, was seated prominently at Chelsea
• 38:57
Speaker 1: Clinton's wedding, a guest that was so familiar that her
• 39:00
Speaker 1: presence barely raised an eyebrow. And this wasn't ancient history.
• 39:05
Speaker 1: It was well into the years when Epstein's reputation was
• 39:08
Speaker 1: already a matter of public concern. And then, there's the
• 39:11
Speaker 1: financial angle, which rarely gets the attention it deserves. Epstein
• 39:15
Speaker 1: didn't just socialize with the Clintons, he funded them. His
• 39:19
Speaker 1: early donations helped jumpstart the Clinton Foundation. This is the
• 39:22
Speaker 1: same man later charged with trafficking minors across international borders.
• 39:27
Speaker 1: If we apply even a modest standard of due diligence,
• 39:30
Speaker 1: this should have triggered alarm bells. Instead, it raised campaign funds.
• 39:36
Speaker 1: And the ties weren't limited to money and appearances. Ghislaine
• 39:39
Speaker 1: Maxwell's nephew secured a job at the State Department during
• 39:42
Speaker 1: Hillary Clinton's tenure as Secretary of State. And that's not speculation.
• 39:47
Speaker 1: It's publicly documented. Whether that hiring was a result of
• 39:50
Speaker 1: favor trading or coincidence is worth asking, but for years,
• 39:54
Speaker 1: no one did. And then, of course, there is the photograph,
• 39:58
Speaker 1: the image of Bill Clinton receiving a massage from one
• 40:00
Speaker 1: of Epstein's known trafficking victims, not an anonymous masseuse, not
• 40:04
Speaker 1: a footnote, a woman who has since testified to being
• 40:08
Speaker 1: trafficked by Epstein and Maxwell. And yet, Clinton's response was
• 40:13
Speaker 1: to deny any wrongdoing and insist he knew nothing. And somehow,
• 40:17
Speaker 1: that line... has held up longer than it should have.
• 40:22
Speaker 1: So now with subpoenas beginning to fly toward individuals long
• 40:25
Speaker 1: considered out of reach, the obvious question is, why did
• 40:28
Speaker 1: it take this long? Why were the Clintons with all
• 40:31
Speaker 1: these connections documented, visible, relevant, so conspicuously absent from the
• 40:36
Speaker 1: center of the investigation for so many years? Maybe the
• 40:40
Speaker 1: answer is as simple as this. The political cost of
• 40:43
Speaker 1: asking hard questions used to be higher than the public
• 40:46
Speaker 1: demand for answers. But that balance... might finally be shifting.
• 40:50
Speaker 1: And for the first time in a long time, the
• 40:53
Speaker 1: Clintons don't get to walk around the Epstein controversy. They
• 40:56
Speaker 1: have to walk through it. And this article was published
• 40:59
Speaker 1: by the New York Post. Headline, Bill and Hillary Clinton,
• 41:03
Speaker 1: former AGs and FBI directors, subpoenaed for Jeffrey Epstein testimony.
• 41:08
Speaker 1: The author of this article is Josh Christensen. House Republicans
• 41:13
Speaker 1: subpoenaed nearly a dozen former federal officials and politicians, including
• 41:17
Speaker 1: Bill and Hillary Clinton, as well as records from the
• 41:20
Speaker 1: Department of Justice on Tuesday, amid an expanding probe into
• 41:24
Speaker 1: the deceased pedophile Jeffrey Epstein. The officials, including former FBI
• 41:30
Speaker 1: Director James Comey and Robert Mueller, as well as six ex-U.S.
• 41:34
Speaker 1: Attorney Generals, were compelled to testify before the House Oversight Committee.
• 41:39
Speaker 1: And look, I hate to be doom and gloom all
• 41:41
Speaker 1: the time, But when we're talking about this topic, it's
• 41:44
Speaker 1: very difficult to find sunshine and good news. And while
• 41:49
Speaker 1: on the surface this looks like a great idea, and
• 41:51
Speaker 1: the fact that the Clintons are going to be called
• 41:53
Speaker 1: on the carpet is certainly a good thing, when you
• 41:56
Speaker 1: go and look deeper and you look at the people
• 41:58
Speaker 1: that are getting called, no Mukasey, no Philippe, no Acosta,
• 42:03
Speaker 1: no Villafana, no Menschel, not one single person that was
• 42:07
Speaker 1: around or in charge when it was time to sign
• 42:10
Speaker 1: the NPA. And if we want to get to the truth,
• 42:13
Speaker 1: all transparency leads directly to and through the NPA. Because
• 42:18
Speaker 1: any committee that's hearing about this topic that doesn't hear
• 42:21
Speaker 1: from the architects of the NPA, that committee is not
• 42:24
Speaker 1: doing their job. Either that, or they're just putting on
• 42:28
Speaker 1: a show. The question is, which is it going to be?
• 42:32
Speaker 1: Oversight Chairman James Comer announced the move less than two
• 42:35
Speaker 1: weeks after DOJ officials interviewed Epstein's late accomplice, you mean co-conspirator,
• 42:41
Speaker 1: You mean fellow child abuser? You mean bipedal serpent? Who
• 42:45
Speaker 1: is serving a 20-year sentence in a federal prison for
• 42:48
Speaker 1: conspiring to sexually abuse young girls? No, for actually abusing
• 42:51
Speaker 1: those young girls. The facts and circumstances surrounding both Mr.
• 42:56
Speaker 1: Epstein and Ms. Maxwell's cases have received immense public interest
• 43:00
Speaker 1: and scrutiny. Comer wrote, in all the letters, while the
• 43:04
Speaker 1: department undertakes efforts to uncover the publicly disclosed additional information
• 43:09
Speaker 1: related to Mr. Epstein, and Ms. Maxwell's cases, it's imperative
• 43:13
Speaker 1: that Congress conduct oversight of the federal government's enforcement of
• 43:16
Speaker 1: sex trafficking laws, generally and specifically its handling of the
• 43:21
Speaker 1: investigation and prosecution of Mr. Epstein and Ms. Maxwell. The
• 43:26
Speaker 1: investigation kicked off after President Trump faced backlash over a
• 43:30
Speaker 1: two-page memo released by his DOJ and FBI July 6
• 43:34
Speaker 1: that found a systematic review of evidence uncovered no Epstein
• 43:38
Speaker 1: client list, of rich and well-connected associates implicated in his
• 43:43
Speaker 1: sickening crimes. Epstein, 66, committed suicide in a Manhattan jail cell, allegedly,
• 43:49
Speaker 1: August 10, 2019. Multiple federal and independent medical investigations determined,
• 43:56
Speaker 1: but as well-documented links to Hollywood stars, high-powered attorneys, politicians,
• 44:01
Speaker 1: and influential business leaders have caused furious speculation for years.
• 44:06
Speaker 1: The person who wrote this article, I forget their name already,
• 44:09
Speaker 1: They have no idea what they're talking about. The autopsy,
• 44:13
Speaker 1: that was disputed. And the medical examiner didn't even sign
• 44:17
Speaker 1: off on it being a suicide for a little while
• 44:20
Speaker 1: because they were trying to figure out what was going on.
• 44:22
Speaker 1: And then all of a sudden, miraculously, after Bill Barr
• 44:25
  Speaker 1: gets involved, we're told it's a suicide. I don't believe it. Sorry.
• 44:30
Speaker 1: I believe what Dr. Michael Bodden said. If you want
• 44:32
Speaker 1: to believe the state of New York, if you want
• 44:34
Speaker 1: to believe the federal government, that's on you. Go ahead.
• 44:37
Speaker 1: But I'm not going to be dog walked by a
• 44:39
Speaker 1: bunch of liars who have traditionally not told me the truth.
• 44:42
Speaker 1: Trump's current attorney general, Pam Bondi, has indicated a client
• 44:46
Speaker 1: list was sitting on her desk for the review in
• 44:48
Speaker 1: February and the FBI's New York field office was in
• 44:51
Speaker 1: possession of thousands of pages of documents related to the
• 44:55
Speaker 1: investigation and indictment of Epstein. I told you for years
• 45:00
Speaker 1: now that there was no list. There's never been a list,
• 45:02
Speaker 1: not a traditional one. You want a list? Go get
• 45:05
Speaker 1: the list of the underage girls that were funneled through
• 45:08
Speaker 1: MC squared. How about that list? But the July 6th
• 45:13
Speaker 1: memo said there was no credible evidence found that Epstein
• 45:16
Speaker 1: blackmailed prominent individuals as part of his actions and no
• 45:20
Speaker 1: evidence that could predicate an investigation against uncharged third parties.
• 45:26
Speaker 1: In other words, go get screwed. That's what they told us.
• 45:29
Speaker 1: And then all this other stuff started happening. So if
• 45:32
Speaker 1: you have no information, you have no evidence. Why are
• 45:35
Speaker 1: you engaging in all this other background noise? Why are
• 45:39
Speaker 1: you going to meet with Glenn Maxwell? Why is she
• 45:41
Speaker 1: getting moved? Why is Congress subpoenaing people to give their testimony?
• 45:46
Speaker 1: I thought there was nothing left to see here. Obviously,
• 45:48
Speaker 1: there's a lot left to see. The problem is they
• 45:51
Speaker 1: want to manage how much of it's going to be
• 45:53
Speaker 1: for public consumption. And if history is any guide, we're
• 45:56
Speaker 1: not going to get any transparency from any of these
• 45:59
Speaker 1: agencies that are involved. All of a sudden, they woke
• 46:02
Speaker 1: up and they turned a new leaf. And they're going
• 46:04
Speaker 1: to conduct business a different way now? We're talking about
• 46:08
Speaker 1: the same people that sold crack in the streets of America.
• 46:11
Speaker 1: The same people that get in front of Congress on
• 46:13
Speaker 1: a daily basis and lie about black operations that they're
• 46:16
Speaker 1: involved in. But now they're going to be honest? Now
• 46:19
Speaker 1: they're going to tell the truth? On July 17th, Trump
• 46:22
Speaker 1: posted on Truth Social, based on the ridiculous amount of
• 46:26
Speaker 1: publicity given to Jeffrey Epstein, I have asked Attorney General
• 46:29
Speaker 1: Pam Bondi to produce any and all pertinent grand jury
• 46:33
Speaker 1: testimony subject to court approval. This scam, perpetuated by the Democrats,
• 46:38
Speaker 1: should end right now, he added. Cool, release all the documents,
• 46:42
Speaker 1: Donnie diddles. Quit complaining, quit crying, quit unleashing your hounds
• 46:47
Speaker 1: to try and destroy people who are asking questions, and
• 46:50
Speaker 1: just release the information that you said you were going
• 46:52
Speaker 1: to release. This whole ass dog and pony show could
• 46:54
Speaker 1: have been avoided if he would have just done what
• 46:56
Speaker 1: he said he was going to do. So everything that
• 46:59
Speaker 1: comes after that as far as criticism... That's on him
• 47:02
Speaker 1: because accountability matters, especially when we're talking about elected leaders.
• 47:07
Speaker 1: They can't run on something during the campaign and then
• 47:10
Speaker 1: just turn around and call it a hoax and say
• 47:12
Speaker 1: it's a big scam that's being unleashed on them. What
• 47:15
Speaker 1: it does is it makes you look guilty. That's what
• 47:18
Speaker 1: it does. And the only scam is the scam that
• 47:21
Speaker 1: we had run on us when we were told that
• 47:23
Speaker 1: this was going to be the most transparent administration in
• 47:25
Speaker 1: the history of administrations. Trump also told reporters of the
• 47:29
Speaker 1: public's right to previously undisclosed Epstein information, anything that's credible,
• 47:34
Speaker 1: I would say, let them have it. Well, who's going
• 47:37
Speaker 1: to be the arbiter of what's credible or not? And
• 47:40
Speaker 1: the more I think about it, the more I think
• 47:42
Speaker 1: that we need a special prosecutor to handle this whole
• 47:45
Speaker 1: matter to make sure that it gets handled correctly. Deputy
• 47:49
Speaker 1: Attorney General Todd Blanch interviewed Maxwell July 24th and 25th
• 47:54
Speaker 1: at the U.S. Attorney's Office in Tallahassee, Florida, before she
• 47:57
Speaker 1: was shuffled to a spacious correctional center in Bryan, Texas
• 48:00
Speaker 1: last week. You know, when they talk about Club Fed,
• 48:03
Speaker 1: this is what they're talking about. Camps just like this one.
• 48:08
Speaker 1: The discussions came amid speculation that the former Epstein Associates
• 48:12
Speaker 1: legal team could be seeking clemency for their client, who
• 48:16
Speaker 1: was convicted in December of 2021 and sentenced in June
• 48:20
Speaker 1: of 2022. Her lawyers have already appealed her conviction to
• 48:25
Speaker 1: the U.S. Supreme Court. arguing that she should have been
• 48:28
Speaker 1: off-limits to prosecutors under a plea agreement reached when Epstein
• 48:32
Speaker 1: was first charged with sex crimes. The justices will consider
• 48:36
Speaker 1: her petition in late September. The disgraced financier pedophile had
• 48:41
Speaker 1: to register as a sex offender after pleading guilty to
• 48:44
Speaker 1: Florida charges of soliciting sex from a minor in 2007,
• 48:49
Speaker 1: but went on to host lavish parties and enjoy professional
• 48:52
Speaker 1: relationships with associates like Prince Andrew, and Microsoft founder Bill Gates.
• 48:58
Speaker 1: Bill Clinton rode on Epstein's private jet abroad, nicknamed Lolita
• 49:03
Speaker 1: Express several times. Following Epstein's arrest on sex trafficking charges
• 49:07
Speaker 1: in July of 2019, a rep for Bill Clinton told Newsweek,
• 49:12
Speaker 1: the former president had not spoken to Epstein in well
• 49:15
Speaker 1: over a decade and knows nothing about the terrible crimes.
• 49:19
Speaker 1: Hillary Clinton is been asked to appear October 9th, while
• 49:22
Speaker 1: Bill Clinton was ordered to sit for his deposition on
• 49:25
Speaker 1: October 14th. Their reps did not immediately respond to requests
• 49:29
Speaker 1: for comment. Mueller's deposition is scheduled for September 2nd. Comey's
• 49:34
Speaker 1: is scheduled for October 7th. Also summoned were former President
• 49:38
Speaker 1: Joe Biden's AG Merrick Garland, Trump AGs Bill Barr and
• 49:42
Speaker 1: Jeff Sessions, former President Barack Obama's AG Loretta Lynch and
• 49:47
Speaker 1: Eric Holder, as well as former President George W. Bush
• 49:50
Speaker 1: AG Alberto Gonzalez. Who's missing? That's right, Mukasey, Philippe, Acosta, Menchel, Villafana,
• 50:00
Speaker 1: all the people I talked about previously. Barr, who did
• 50:04
Speaker 1: not immediately respond to a request for comment, is set
• 50:07
Speaker 1: to be deposed August 18th, Gonzalez on August 28th, Lynch
• 50:11
Speaker 1: on September 9th, Holder September 30th, and Garland on October 2nd.
• 50:17
Speaker 1: Reps for the DOJ declined to comment. Gonzalez did not
• 50:20
Speaker 1: immediately respond, while Comey, Mueller, Garland, Sessions, Lynch, and Holder
• 50:26
Speaker 1: could not immediately be reached for comment. The Justice Department
• 50:30
Speaker 1: has given until August 19th to turn over the full complete,
• 50:34
Speaker 1: unredacted Epstein files. and it looks great on its face.
• 50:38
Speaker 1: It looks like they're making moves, and it looks like
• 50:40
Speaker 1: they're now interested in finding out what went down. But
• 50:43
Speaker 1: how are you going to get to the bottom of
• 50:44
Speaker 1: things if you don't bring the key players in? And
• 50:47
Speaker 1: if you're not bringing in Mukasey, you're not bringing in Philippe,
• 50:51
Speaker 1: you're not bringing in Acosta, and the rest of the
• 50:53
Speaker 1: gang that couldn't shoot straight, then as far as I'm concerned,
• 50:57
Speaker 1: you're not trying to get to the bottom of anything.
• 50:59
Speaker 1: Because make no mistake about it, all of this stuff
• 51:02
Speaker 1: hinges on that NPA. And if that NPA was done
• 51:05
Speaker 1: away with, I think that the dam would break. And
• 51:08
Speaker 1: I think everybody that was involved would end up being prosecuted.
• 51:12
Speaker 1: The problem is, I doubt that they're going to do that.
• 51:15
Speaker 1: There's been no signals that they're going to do that.
• 51:18
Speaker 1: That's something that the DOJ could do without really asking
• 51:21
Speaker 1: for anybody else's permission. But they haven't done it. Instead,
• 51:25
