- 0:56Speaker 2: Heather MacDonald. Juicy Scoop. Hello, and welcome to Juicy Scoop.
- 1:04Speaker 2: You guys, you've got a great show ahead of you.
- 1:07Speaker 2: I had the most incredible week in Palm Beach, Florida,
- 1:10Speaker 2: doing four shows there. We had so much fun. I
- 1:14Speaker 2: brought my son, Brandon, who was my tour manager for
- 1:17Speaker 2: the week because he was on spring break. I met
- 1:19Speaker 2: so many incredible people in Palm Beach. It was just
- 1:23Speaker 2: a utopia, the most fun ever. And, I mean, you
- 1:27Speaker 2: guys have got to go over to my Patreon because
- 1:29Speaker 2: on Friday I'm going to tell you everything that really
- 1:31Speaker 2: happened on the week. It was so juicy. I hung out.
- 1:34Speaker 2: I had a two-hour lunch with Ramona Singer, and it
- 1:37Speaker 2: was amazing. I hung out with Jill Zarin, which you're
- 1:40Speaker 2: going to hear a little bit of that because later
- 1:42Speaker 2: in the show– I went to Jill's house and I
- 1:45Speaker 2: interviewed Jill and the stew, Barbara, who also came to
- 1:49Speaker 2: my show about what really happened on Below Deck because
- 1:53Speaker 2: it has made quite the splash, no pun intended. And
- 1:56Speaker 2: people are like, oh my God, Jill said it was
- 1:58Speaker 2: supposed to be the most difficult passenger ever. We're going
- 2:02Speaker 2: to get all into that later in the show. There
- 2:05Speaker 2: was housewives everywhere that came to see my show. It
- 2:08Speaker 2: was just so fun. And I'm going to Save all
- 2:12Speaker 2: that for Friday. Get that Patreon at HeatherMcDonald.net. Okay. But
- 2:17Speaker 2: the biggest news happened when I was at Jill's house
- 2:21Speaker 2: getting ready to call a Lyft to take me to
- 2:24Speaker 2: the airport just yesterday. And I hear this voice that
- 2:28Speaker 2: sounds very familiar. It's mine. I'm like, what is that?
- 2:32Speaker 2: And Jill's like, oh, my God, Heather, Ali just sent
- 2:35Speaker 2: this to me. Britney Spears just posted you. And I'm like, what?
- 2:39Speaker 5: What?
- 2:40Speaker 2: So it is me doing an impression of Drew Barrymore
- 2:43Speaker 2: interviewing Britney. So now so many people were writing me
- 2:49Speaker 2: at friends, relatives, juicy scoopers. What is the scoop here?
- 2:55Speaker 2: She posted it. Britney posted it on her 42 million
- 2:59Speaker 2: followers on Instagram. And it is, people didn't know if
- 3:03Speaker 2: she reposted me. At first she tagged me, I guess originally, no,
- 3:07Speaker 2: she didn't tag me. At first she had her comments
- 3:09Speaker 2: on and people were writing and tagging me saying, oh
- 3:13Speaker 2: my God, that's Heather McDonald. Then she took her comments off,
- 3:16Speaker 2: which most of her posts are always comments off. And
- 3:20Speaker 2: she wrote, this was so funny. This is a Drew
- 3:24Speaker 2: Barrymore impressionist on my birthday. So now, Juicy Scoopers, let
- 3:30Speaker 2: me tell you how this story came about. It was December,
- 3:35Speaker 2: which is, I think her birthday is December 2nd. I
- 3:38Speaker 2: can't remember if that was her exact birthday, but she
- 3:40Speaker 2: was out celebrating. And I was at, was invited to
- 3:45Speaker 2: a private dining club experience in Hollywood. And I was
- 3:50Speaker 2: there with two other people and I went to the
- 3:53Speaker 2: bathroom and I was like, oh, I've been going out
- 3:57Speaker 2: a lot. It's the holidays. I probably should have gone
- 3:59Speaker 2: out tonight. I'm really quite tired. I drove there. I'm like, oh, Jesus.
- 4:04Speaker 2: show me a sign that it was worth it for
- 4:05Speaker 2: me to even have left my house today. And just
- 4:08Speaker 2: then I walked out of the bathroom and in the
- 4:11Speaker 2: corner of my eye, in my peripheral vision, I see
- 4:16Speaker 2: this blonde hair, girl, sunglasses. I'm like, what? And it
- 4:21Speaker 2: is Britney Spears. I am like, how? Christmas miracle, what
- 4:26Speaker 2: is happening? So I go and I sit down. I
- 4:29Speaker 2: make my friend move so I can watch. And she's
- 4:32Speaker 2: with one other person, this guy, I don't know if
- 4:34Speaker 2: he was her boyfriend, her bodyguard, her friend, I don't know.
- 4:38Speaker 2: And they're just having dinner and laughing and whatever. And
- 4:42Speaker 2: it's a private dining club. And, you know, she, people
- 4:46Speaker 2: are not even taking, no one's taking a photo of
- 4:49Speaker 2: her because you don't do that at these places. It's
- 4:51Speaker 2: like Hollywood exclusive. So no one's taking a photo. If
- 4:55Speaker 2: She or anybody else is choosing to smoke. Nobody cares.
- 4:58Speaker 2: The rules don't count. It's pretty happening. So I'm like,
- 5:02Speaker 2: oh my God. So then I see that she's with
- 5:06Speaker 2: her manager who I've met before, Kate Hudson, and he
- 5:09Speaker 2: calls me over and I act real cool. I'm like, oh, hi,
- 5:13Speaker 2: I read your book. And she's like, and she's got
- 5:15Speaker 2: her little Ray-Ban sunglasses on. She had brown boots on,
- 5:19Speaker 2: sensible brown boots and a white outfit. And she was
- 5:23Speaker 2: in a great mood and she was happy. And then
- 5:27Speaker 2: I left because I didn't want to be that person
- 5:29Speaker 2: like I was many years ago when I sat down
- 5:31Speaker 2: with Jerry Seinfeld, Unwanted. It's a classic Heather story. So anyway,
- 5:35Speaker 2: I leave and he texts me and he's like, come back.
- 5:37Speaker 2: She wants to talk to you more. I'm like, goodbye
- 5:39Speaker 2: to my friends. Go right over there. And he says,
- 5:43Speaker 2: Heather is an incredible comedian. She does all these impressions.
- 5:47Speaker 2: Do Drew Barrymore. And I just, and right, and she goes,
- 5:50Speaker 2: oh my God, and right when I start, She just
- 5:52Speaker 2: whips out her phone. Again, you're not supposed to be
- 5:54Speaker 2: filming at these places, but it's Britney Spears and nobody cares.
- 5:57Speaker 2: And her light's on and she starts filming me. And
- 6:00Speaker 2: I just go for it. I don't think it was
- 6:01Speaker 2: my best performance as Drew, but you know, she's my
- 6:04Speaker 2: favorite to do. So I start going, oh my God, Britney,
- 6:09Speaker 2: I am such an incredible fan. You are so special.
- 6:13Speaker 2: It's like, hit me one more time with this incredible bookkeeper.
- 6:16Speaker 2: I don't even know what I was saying, but she's
- 6:19Speaker 2: laughing and filming it. And I'm like, It was back
- 6:23Speaker 2: in December. I'm like, what am I going to wake
- 6:25Speaker 2: up to tomorrow? And we went on. We had some
- 6:29Speaker 2: other fun conversation. Also that night, Kanye and his wife
- 6:34Speaker 2: Bianca were in the corner of the room. But I
- 6:36Speaker 2: did not go over there. And at that time, she was,
- 6:39Speaker 2: I think, wearing more than just nylon. So it had
- 6:42Speaker 2: not reached the peak that it's at yet. It was
- 6:45Speaker 2: an epic night. But I was trying to be cool L.A. lady. So,
- 6:48Speaker 2: you know, that's why I didn't come and tell the
- 6:50Speaker 2: juice then. But now that she's decided that I'm this
- 6:54Speaker 2: Drew Barrymore impression, I don't know what happened because I
- 6:57Speaker 2: just for the first time told that story on stage
- 7:00Speaker 2: in Palm Beach. And I was like, there's no way
- 7:02Speaker 2: someone in Palm Beach like let her know. I really
- 7:04Speaker 2: think the universe just worked out. And I think she
- 7:06Speaker 2: was just scrolling through her phone, thought it was funny
- 7:09Speaker 2: and posted it. And I'm so flattered. And she was
- 7:12Speaker 2: really sweet and fun. And then they were going to
- 7:15Speaker 2: go to an after party. They're like, do you want
- 7:18Speaker 2: to go to a dancing after party? Oh, the other
- 7:22Speaker 2: thing I forgot to tell you is after she filmed
- 7:26Speaker 2: me doing Drew, I think she says, do you do me?
- 7:30Speaker 2: And I go, oh, yes, I do. And I took
- 7:32Speaker 2: off my jacket and she screamed with glee, like so excited.
- 7:36Speaker 2: And then I just did what I know how to do.
- 7:39Speaker 2: And I just did her dancing in her foyer and
- 7:43Speaker 2: her spinning and her dancing and her showing off her outfits.
- 7:46Speaker 2: And she's like, film me it. She goes, oh, you're
- 7:49Speaker 2: doing my Instagram. And I go, oh yeah, you know,
- 7:51Speaker 2: I can't, I don't, I don't sing as well as you.
- 7:54Speaker 2: So I just, I'm going to do your dancing on
- 7:56Speaker 2: your Instagram. But she had a good attitude about it.
- 7:59Speaker 2: She was fun. And then they invited me to go
- 8:02Speaker 2: to the after party, the dancing after party. And as
- 8:05Speaker 2: much as The old Heather would have loved to have gone.
- 8:08Speaker 2: The new Heather, which was only about two days old, decided,
- 8:11Speaker 2: you know what, girl, you got everything you want. This
- 8:14Speaker 2: was amazing. Maybe God will bless you and she'll post this.
- 8:18Speaker 2: And even though it took many months, she did post it.
- 8:22Speaker 2: I hope to hang out with her more. It was
- 8:23Speaker 2: great to see that she was out and having fun. And,
- 8:28Speaker 2: you know, people weren't bothering her or anything. So hopefully
- 8:31Speaker 2: she'll go out. Hopefully we can go hang out in Calabasas.
- 8:35Speaker 2: We can go on a hike, girl. We can go
- 8:38Speaker 2: to Joey's. We can go to the Cheesecake Factory with
- 8:40Speaker 2: Kanye and Bianca at the Westfield Mall in Topanga. Whatever
- 8:45Speaker 2: you want, girl. 818 till I die. Call me.
- 8:47Speaker 5: Okay.
- 8:49Speaker 2: Now, speaking of new hot child stars that have taken
- 8:54Speaker 2: a turn, JoJo Siwa. I mean, my gosh, she was
- 8:59Speaker 2: one of the originals of the Abby Lee Dance Mom
- 9:02Speaker 2: show where Abby Lee would like verbally abuse these little
- 9:07Speaker 2: perfect dancers. And she was one of them. After that,
- 9:09Speaker 2: she went on to be always have the bows in
- 9:12Speaker 2: her hair. And it was kind of I remember seeing like,
- 9:15Speaker 2: isn't she a little old to be still wearing these bows?
- 9:17Speaker 2: But she, you know, was huge on YouTube. She had songs.
- 9:21Speaker 2: She had clothes. She had all these things. Little girls
- 9:23Speaker 2: loved her. Then around 19, she came out as a lesbian,
- 9:29Speaker 2: and now this is her new emergence of her new song, Karma.
- 9:34Speaker 2: So she comes out at the iHeart Music Awards, and
- 9:38Speaker 2: she is dressed like this with this kind of– she
- 9:42Speaker 2: basically took a few characters from the rock group Kiss
- 9:46Speaker 2: and made her own fifth character, okay? And she's walking out,
- 9:51Speaker 2: and she's got black stars around her eyes. And she
- 9:54Speaker 2: has a really raspy voice. Things are going viral about it.
- 9:58Speaker 2: She's being interviewed, and this guy must have asked her
- 10:02Speaker 2: about her podcast. Didn't know, but of course she has
- 10:04Speaker 2: a podcast too. She goes, oh, yeah, who would be
- 10:07Speaker 2: my ideal guest on my podcast? Okay, let's get a
- 10:12Speaker 2: little crazy. One of my exes, an idiot's I don't
- 10:19Speaker 2: know why it's making me laugh so hard. Also, she
- 10:22Speaker 2: drives around a Tesla that is the JoJo Siwa Tesla
- 10:26Speaker 2: with her face not like this, like from when she
- 10:30Speaker 2: had the bows around it. And apparently people spot it
- 10:34Speaker 2: all over LA. It's all over TikTok. And she's like
- 10:37Speaker 2: cutting people off and stuff. I don't know. I'm obsessed.
- 10:40Speaker 2: I think it's so funny. There's also the dance that
- 10:44Speaker 2: she does this song, which is, let me just get
- 10:48Speaker 2: in my head and Karma's a bitch. And she's doing
- 10:52Speaker 2: this like really hard dancing. And it's kind of crazy.
- 10:55Speaker 2: It's really aggressive. It's really angry. But she is a
- 10:57Speaker 2: really great dancer. And she, you know, it's a different
- 11:02Speaker 2: kind of dancing too. But she really knows her dancing.
- 11:05Speaker 2: She's been dancing since she was little. And being that
- 11:08Speaker 2: she is kind of a more masculine fronting lesbian now
- 11:14Speaker 2: and her raspy little voice that are dancing in this.
- 11:17Speaker 2: I love it all. I think it was genius marketing.
- 11:21Speaker 2: The song is in my head and that some people
- 11:24Speaker 2: are being critical saying that In her interview, she's like,
- 11:27Speaker 2: nobody's done this before. I mean, nobody's made this kind
- 11:29Speaker 2: of transition from what I was before to this gay
- 11:32Speaker 2: pop kind of music I'm doing. And the video is
- 11:36Speaker 2: like her kind of aggressively like making out and humping
- 11:39Speaker 2: these different women. And I guess it's kind of a
- 11:41Speaker 2: tale of how she cheated on two girlfriends or they
- 11:43Speaker 2: cheated on her.
- 11:44Speaker 6: I don't know.
- 11:45Speaker 2: But what a viral moment. I don't know where she
- 11:49Speaker 2: got this idea from Kiss. I don't know if she
- 11:52Speaker 2: just discovered Kiss or how she decided this was going
- 11:54Speaker 2: to be her look. But if she would have just
- 11:56Speaker 2: shown up with like nipples out or her ass out
- 12:01Speaker 2: and it was like, oh, look at JoJo Siwon. Like
- 12:04Speaker 2: that would never have gotten the attention that this unexpected,
- 12:09Speaker 2: somewhat cringy, some would say, experience has gotten her. So listen, JoJo,
- 12:14Speaker 2: I too have a podcast and I would love to
- 12:16Speaker 2: have you on. I'd love to know about your whole life,
- 12:20Speaker 2: your childhood, you know. I know that she was nice
- 12:25Speaker 2: to Abby Lee when she was either sick or in prison.
- 12:27Speaker 2: I read somewhere she was the one little dance girl
- 12:31Speaker 2: that visited her. I would just love to hear all
- 12:33Speaker 2: about it. And the song is catchy. It's in my head.
- 12:37Speaker 2: I can't get enough of it. And I'm going to
- 12:39Speaker 2: try to do the dance soon. But a lot of
- 12:42Speaker 2: people are having a lot of fun with this. This guy,
- 12:45Speaker 2: he calls himself Corey Siwa. He was doing impressions, and
- 12:49Speaker 2: he made the outfit and the hair, and it's been
- 12:52Speaker 2: really funny. I do also want to say that, once again, JoJo,
- 12:59Speaker 2: I'm sorry, but I beat you to it. Because when
- 13:02Speaker 2: my sister Shannon and I were very little, KISS was
- 13:04Speaker 2: a huge deal, and my brother was a huge fan.
- 13:06Speaker 2: And for Halloween, he made Shannon and I two of
- 13:10Speaker 2: the characters from KISS. And Shannon, as we speak, is
- 13:14Speaker 2: trying to find the photo from that Halloween. but he
- 13:17Speaker 2: put foil on our boots. He cut us out a guitar.
- 13:22Speaker 2: He did all the makeup. He was really good at art.
- 13:25Speaker 2: And so I can't wait to get those photos, but
- 13:28Speaker 2: good for you, Jojo. Oh, some of these comments are
- 13:31Speaker 2: so funny. They're like, Jojo dances like her vibrator is
- 13:34Speaker 2: stuck in her pants. But then also some people said
- 13:39Speaker 2: she's still, she's kind of reverting back to like the
- 13:42Speaker 2: whole look because when she doesn't have the black stars
- 13:44Speaker 2: around her eyes, She's got the sparkly beads in her hair.
- 13:48Speaker 2: She's wearing the ponytails again. So she's kind of going
- 13:50Speaker 2: back to that 12-year-old girl that she was when she
- 13:54Speaker 2: was like 20, but she's still going like 12.
- 13:56Speaker 4: I don't know.
- 13:57Speaker 2: I'm fascinated. I like what she's doing. Come on. Now, J-Lo,
- 14:01Speaker 2: I've talked about the last couple episodes where she's kind
- 14:03Speaker 2: of had a lot of backlash, a lot of people
- 14:07Speaker 2: calling her out for her bodega, her bodega. ordering that
- 14:14Speaker 2: it's not authentic and they don't believe that she was
- 14:16Speaker 2: really going to the bodegas and living in the Bronx.
- 14:19Speaker 2: So she went out the other night, girls night, just
- 14:22Speaker 2: like every other girl, took a photo of herself going
- 14:25Speaker 2: out and went out to dinner. And I looked at
- 14:27Speaker 2: it and she looks really pretty at this dinner with
- 14:29Speaker 2: this woman. And she's like, oh, you know, girls night.
- 14:32Speaker 2: And then somebody, I noticed right at the top, somebody
- 14:35Speaker 2: wrote this. And it said, well, I work at the
- 14:38Speaker 2: restaurant where I had dinner today. She was very regal.
- 14:42Speaker 2: I had the honor of presenting her salad. I'm like,
- 14:45Speaker 2: that is so weird. Why would a waiter write that?
- 14:48Speaker 2: And right under it, somebody wrote, oh my God, her
- 14:50Speaker 2: team has actual bots in her comments now. So then
- 14:53Speaker 2: I clicked on the person who supposedly presented the salad
- 14:57Speaker 2: and it had 10 posts, like no followers, a very
- 15:02Speaker 2: fake looking blonde woman. And I'm like, oh my God,
- 15:06Speaker 2: I think because there's all these TikToks that have been
- 15:09Speaker 2: saying that, oh, she doesn't want to look people in
- 15:11Speaker 2: the eye and whatever these stories are with servers or
- 15:15Speaker 2: people that have worked for her or her friends, that maybe,
- 15:18Speaker 2: now maybe she didn't do it, maybe super fans are
- 15:21Speaker 2: doing it, trying to change the narrative that, hey, I
- 15:24Speaker 2: worked at this restaurant and when I gave her her salad,
- 15:26Speaker 2: she was great. But just the way this is written,
- 15:29Speaker 2: presented her salad, sounds like it might be a bot
- 15:32Speaker 2: in which something was translated. I don't know, a lock
- 15:35Speaker 2: A lot of what I've discovered in the past six
- 15:37Speaker 2: months makes me think that. Not saying that it's J-Lo
- 15:41Speaker 2: who ordered it that this happened, but I thought that
- 15:43Speaker 2: was a very interesting thing, being that we've talked about
- 15:46Speaker 2: it in the last couple weeks and how a team
- 15:48Speaker 2: or fans might try to infiltrate to change it to
- 15:52Speaker 2: be a positive thing versus all the ones that are negative. Lizzo,
- 15:57Speaker 2: following up, Lizzo now has said, you know, I– A
- 16:01Speaker 2: lot of people are like, I think she listens to
- 16:03Speaker 2: Juicy Scoop because I said, you know, maybe you just
- 16:06Speaker 2: need to quit listening to all the haters. And that's
- 16:08Speaker 2: what she said. She goes, I'm quitting my attitude of
- 16:10Speaker 2: listening to haters. I'm going to go back to singing
- 16:12Speaker 2: and doing music. And she says this while she's wearing
- 16:15Speaker 2: like a green one-piece suit. She looks really good. But
- 16:19Speaker 2: now she says she's going to go back to her
- 16:21Speaker 2: original name, Melissa. And she wrote this like blog kind
- 16:25Speaker 2: of about her life and her childhood and And I
- 16:28Speaker 2: think that's the right thing. But I think she needs
- 16:30Speaker 2: to just go away. I think she needs to take
- 16:32Speaker 2: care of whatever the disgruntled employee dancers have going on.
- 16:38Speaker 2: Settle that, whatever that is. Work on new music. Do
- 16:41Speaker 2: her thing. Come back. But, sure, come back as Melissa.
- 16:46Speaker 2: I mean, P. Diddy's changed his name five times. That
- 16:48Speaker 2: seemed to have worked out for him. Morgan Wallen. Not
- 16:52Speaker 2: to be confused with my other favorite country singer, Morgan White.
- 16:56Speaker 2: I'm going to make you love me. Morgan Wallen, last
- 16:59Speaker 2: night we let the liquor talk. Okay, so excited for Stagecoach.
- 17:03Speaker 2: Hope this doesn't screw up his appearance there. But I
- 17:08Speaker 2: guess he may have let the liquor talk, the liquor whatever.
- 17:13Speaker 2: And he threw a chair off of a country bar,
- 17:15Speaker 2: honky-tonk bar, the other night in Nashville. Now, he's been
- 17:20Speaker 2: in trouble in the past. They had him saying a
- 17:23Speaker 2: racial slur in which he apologized for. He had something
- 17:26Speaker 2: else happen right around an SNL appearance. He's not, you know,
- 17:30Speaker 2: but he still, everyone loves his songs. But this one,
- 17:34Speaker 2: nobody was hurt. So there was, I think he was arrested.
- 17:37Speaker 2: He was out on bail. It's going to be a
- 17:39Speaker 2: little something. Just please still come to Stagecoach because I would,
- 17:43Speaker 2: I really do like your music, but just don't throw
- 17:45Speaker 2: any chairs and don't let the liquor talk. The car
- 17:48Speaker 2: is beautiful. Where did you end up going for it?
- 17:51Speaker 2: This exclusive place that Dad has connections with. They have
- 17:54Speaker 2: more cars for more dealerships than like anywhere else.
- 17:56Speaker 1: You have to put me in touch.
- 17:58Speaker 2: What's it called?
- 17:59Speaker 4: It's Dunaidial.
- 18:01Speaker 5: Where?
- 18:02Speaker 2: Dunaidial.
- 18:03Speaker 6: There's an accent on the E.
- 18:07Speaker 2: Do you mean.
- 18:07Speaker 5: Yes, I got it on Dundale Cars. Lift?
- 18:09Speaker 2: Please. Are you going past Kimmage?
- 18:12Speaker 5: Oh, Kimmage. No.
- 18:14Speaker 2: Dundale Cars.
- 18:15Speaker 1: You couldn't possibly go anywhere else.
- 18:18Speaker 7: I'm Darman, and this is What Happens Next. Each week
- 18:21Speaker 7: on the show, I sit down with extraordinary people who
- 18:24Speaker 7: have faced tremendous setbacks and yet somehow have found a
- 18:28Speaker 7: way to turn them into their greatest strengths.
- 18:31Speaker 1: Life is one long lesson of chaos. I'm heading to
- 18:35Speaker 1: the Emmys, and I have police complaints filed against me.
- 18:38Speaker 6: When your free will was about to be taken from you,
- 18:40Speaker 6: what would you do if it was given back?
- 18:42Speaker 7: Where did that need come from where you thought that
- 18:45Speaker 7: you had to succeed in order to feel loved?
- 18:48Speaker 4: He said, I have a work dad.
- 18:49Speaker 8: I need a home dad.
- 18:50Speaker 7: What happens next?
- 18:51Speaker 2: When I came in, he started crying.
- 18:53Speaker 7: Everybody in life encounters hardships. What defines them is not
- 18:57Speaker 7: those hard moments that they go through. It's about what
- 19:00Speaker 7: happens next.
- 19:01Speaker 4: I decided to risk it all.
- 19:02Speaker 8: I realized how valuable every day was.
- 19:04Speaker 6: You're worth the work. Listen, Dara, I'm not going to
- 19:07Speaker 6: pull punches.
- 19:07Speaker 5: You can use your voice even if it's shaped.
- 19:09Speaker 7: The stories are different, but the impact is the same.
- 19:13Speaker 7: Only one question matters. What happens next?
- 19:24Speaker 2: Okay, you guys, sad news in the Gypsy Rose Blanchard world.
- 19:30Speaker 2: This D is on fire. Well, as we know, she
- 19:33Speaker 2: is getting divorced. This did not work with the D
- 19:36Speaker 2: that was on fire. And her husband, who seemed to
- 19:40Speaker 2: really enjoy the limelight, has come forward and said that
- 19:45Speaker 2: you're going to see it all of what made us
- 19:47Speaker 2: break up because there is another documentary I guess they
- 19:50Speaker 2: filmed them doing all their press, part of something, and
- 19:55Speaker 2: we're going to see what broke them up. She since
- 19:58Speaker 2: has been out and seen with her boyfriend. So I
- 20:01Speaker 2: guess there was a boyfriend either before the one that
- 20:05Speaker 2: killed her mom, or maybe there was Maybe there was
- 20:10Speaker 2: another one that she met in prison before this one
- 20:12Speaker 2: that she married. Anyway, she's out with an old flame.
- 20:15Speaker 2: They got matching tattoos. And then she also announced she's
- 20:19Speaker 2: getting plastic surgery. And she showed her first photo after
- 20:22Speaker 2: her nose job, which we knew this was going to happen. Listen,
- 20:27Speaker 2: podcasting is on its way. She's going to have a podcast.
- 20:31Speaker 2: And when she gets tired of that and realizes how
- 20:34Speaker 2: hard it is, she's going to. do OnlyFans. I'm sorry.
- 20:37Speaker 2: And whatever that is, that's going to happen. And I
- 20:40Speaker 2: hate to always predict the people's futures, but I do.
- 20:43Speaker 2: And I don't know how interested people are. I feel
- 20:47Speaker 2: like this got so much hype a couple of weeks ago,
- 20:50Speaker 2: and I don't know how much people really care why
- 20:52Speaker 2: she broke up with the Diaz on fire, former teacher
- 20:56Speaker 2: guy that she met in prison.
- 20:57Speaker 5: I don't know.
- 20:58Speaker 2: Who cares? Well, I guess I do because I just
- 21:00Speaker 2: talked about it. Okay. Now, Aoki Lee Simmons. daughter of
- 21:05Speaker 2: Russell Simmons and Kimora Lee Simmons. She is, I think
- 21:12Speaker 2: she's only 21, but she was out seen dating and
- 21:17Speaker 2: love kissing in St. Bart's with this 65-year-old restaurant group founder.
- 21:25Speaker 2: His name is Vittorio Asif. And they're just having a
- 21:30Speaker 2: great time. And, you know, They are in their swim shorts,
- 21:35Speaker 2: and she's in her bikini, and they're kissing and in love.
- 21:40Speaker 2: And so people were kind of freaked out because it
- 21:43Speaker 2: is like a 40-year age difference. But, hey, you know,
- 21:48Speaker 2: pretty juicy, pretty juicy.
- 21:50Speaker 7: Okay.
- 21:51Speaker 2: Also, Miley Cyrus's ex-husband, Liam Hemsworth, posted some great after-workout
- 22:01Speaker 2: gym selfies. And apparently, Noah Cyrus, who is her younger sister,
- 22:08Speaker 2: who is either about to get married or engaged, but
- 22:11Speaker 2: also Noah dated their mother's now husband before he dated
- 22:17Speaker 2: the mother. They dated, okay? So somehow, the internet discovered
- 22:25Speaker 2: that Noah liked Liam's selfie after workout. Just liked it.
- 22:33Speaker 2: And I mean, but the way they write it, like
- 22:34Speaker 2: Enos writes, it looks like Noah Cyrus adores Liam's Hemsworth
- 22:39Speaker 2: recent gym selfie. Adores? So now is like now turning
- 22:44Speaker 2: to adores or was just Enos like looking up different
- 22:48Speaker 2: words to use besides like, I don't know. But could
- 22:52Speaker 2: it be that she never stopped following him? Could it
- 22:54Speaker 2: be that she had an assistant who liked it? Could
- 22:56Speaker 2: it be that this was a moment to try to
- 22:58Speaker 2: get a little bit of press? Or was it, was
- 23:01Speaker 2: it just like a, Oh, I'm not even thinking about it,
- 23:04Speaker 2: but he was my brother-in-law at one time and good
- 23:06Speaker 2: for him for working out. I don't know, but I
- 23:09Speaker 2: think the story really is how people make such a
- 23:11Speaker 2: big deal out of possibly liking something and it wasn't
- 23:14Speaker 2: even like a conscious type of situation. Okay, in sad
- 23:20Speaker 2: divorce news, Sasha Baron Cohen and Isla Fisher, they've been
- 23:24Speaker 2: married for quite a while. They have three kids. We
- 23:28Speaker 2: never really heard about their marriage. They didn't do lots
- 23:31Speaker 2: of talk shows where they were You know, they weren't
- 23:34Speaker 2: Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos, okay? They weren't one of
- 23:37Speaker 2: those people that made their PR moments about their marriage,
- 23:41Speaker 2: even though she's a very good comedic actress. Of course,
- 23:44Speaker 2: he's a great comedic actor, very funny. But they did
- 23:47Speaker 2: announce they've been living separately for about a year. They
- 23:51Speaker 2: wanted the kids to know about it, accept it, see
- 23:54Speaker 2: how it goes. So they are getting divorced, and apparently
- 23:58Speaker 2: it was fights over parenting and different schedules and things.
- 24:03Speaker 2: That's what people are reporting. That's why they broke up.
- 24:07Speaker 2: But of course, they want to be great parents for
- 24:08Speaker 2: their kids. When it first came out, people thought, does
- 24:12Speaker 2: this have anything to do with the fact that Rebel Wilson,
- 24:15Speaker 2: who has her book out, I think it's maybe out
- 24:17Speaker 2: tomorrow or maybe it's out this week, but all these
- 24:20Speaker 2: articles have come out in which she said it was
- 24:23Speaker 2: Sacha Baron Cohen that asked her to do these awful things.
- 24:27Speaker 2: He wanted her to stick her finger in his butt
- 24:29Speaker 2: in a scene that wasn't in the script. And she
- 24:32Speaker 2: said he acted like an a-hole. According to her, he
- 24:36Speaker 2: denied it. Anyway, it was just kind of interesting timing
- 24:40Speaker 2: that the announcement of their divorce came out shortly after that.
- 24:44Speaker 2: Makes me wonder, did Isla be like, yeah, we're done.
- 24:51Speaker 2: We don't need to milk this out any longer. I
- 24:54Speaker 2: want to get on with my life. I don't like
- 24:56Speaker 2: the press that my ex is getting. And I'd like
- 24:59Speaker 2: to start here, separating myself officially from him, let people
- 25:03Speaker 2: know this has been going on for a while and
- 25:06Speaker 2: like have a clean break because she is a really
- 25:08Speaker 2: great actress. But when I think about it, I don't remember.
- 25:11Speaker 2: I remember she was so funny in The Wedding Crashers.
- 25:14Speaker 2: That's where I feel we were introduced to her. And
- 25:16Speaker 2: I don't know that I've seen her in that much
- 25:18Speaker 2: since then. I mean, she's raising a family and everything.
- 25:21Speaker 2: So maybe this is like, okay, I'm ready to like
- 25:24Speaker 2: start it. I'm ready to start working again. And I
- 25:26Speaker 2: don't want to be tied to someone that treated women poorly,
- 25:31Speaker 2: even if it's only Rebel's account. So there we go
- 25:35Speaker 2: with that. Speaking also of divorce, the horrible Selling Sunset,
- 25:39Speaker 2: Christine Quinn situation going on with her husband, where she
- 25:45Speaker 2: alleges that he threw a bag of glass at her
- 25:48Speaker 2: and it hit their child. He now has filed for divorce.
- 25:51Speaker 2: There's back and forth trying to get restraining orders against
- 25:54Speaker 2: each other. I think she did get one. And he
- 25:57Speaker 2: tried to get one against her. That was denied. But
- 25:59Speaker 2: he has now, in fact, filed for divorce. And we
- 26:03Speaker 2: want to get her and Chelsea back on selling Sunset.
- 26:06Speaker 2: We want them in their tiny outfits, meaning billionaires, going
- 26:10Speaker 2: on jets, and selling $ 18 million homes. So let's see
- 26:15Speaker 2: that happen. Now, latest on Angelina and Brad Pitt, the
- 26:23Speaker 2: never-ending long, horrible divorce. is just getting worse because now
- 26:28Speaker 2: she has come out and said that there was physical
- 26:32Speaker 2: abuse on, you know, domestic abuse between him onto her, allegedly,
- 26:39Speaker 2: before the incident on the plane in which right after
- 26:43Speaker 2: that incident on the plane where the stories were that
- 26:48Speaker 2: he was drunk and he was physical with, I believe, Maddox,
- 26:53Speaker 2: that there was something going on with her. He has,
- 26:55Speaker 2: you know, denied that it's just gotten uglier and, you know,
- 27:01Speaker 2: just makes you, I think that the reason people aren't
- 27:05Speaker 2: as up in arms about these allegations against Brad Pitt. Well,
- 27:10Speaker 2: one is there, there, there are allegations. There's, I don't
- 27:14Speaker 2: know if there's a way to prove if any of
- 27:16Speaker 2: it is, is true. And if, if that's something that
- 27:18Speaker 2: she wants to do or not, but it seems like
- 27:21Speaker 2: he's had like a little resurgence. He's, always looking great
- 27:25Speaker 2: I feel like he was recently on the red carpet
- 27:27Speaker 2: and kind of getting back into it he said he's
- 27:30Speaker 2: been sober but you know once again I feel like
- 27:37Speaker 2: even though she I think she's an incredible mother and
- 27:39Speaker 2: a great actress and she's been doing so much I
- 27:42Speaker 2: feel that people are still like you know Brad cheated
- 27:46Speaker 2: on Jen Aniston when they were doing Mr. and Mrs.
- 27:50Speaker 2: Smith and they were so insensitive and once they fell
- 27:55Speaker 2: in love and pursued their relationship, I remember there was
- 27:59Speaker 2: this huge spread of them, just Brad and Angelina when
- 28:03Speaker 2: they were just dating. I don't even know if the
- 28:05Speaker 2: divorce was over yet with Jen Aniston. And they did
- 28:08Speaker 2: this kind of 1960 chic spread and they had all these,
- 28:13Speaker 2: it's before they had kids of their own. It was only,
- 28:16Speaker 2: I think Angelina only had Maddox and Pax at the time. And, um, Yes.
- 28:23Speaker 2: And they had all these cute little kids that looked
- 28:26Speaker 2: like them all dressed like, you know, like they were
- 28:29Speaker 2: in the 1960s playing around in like a Palm Springs backyard.
- 28:34Speaker 2: And then they went on to like have all these
- 28:35Speaker 2: kids and be this like perfect family for the cameras.
- 28:38Speaker 2: And then we find out that it wasn't and they
- 28:41Speaker 2: aren't together. And I still feel like people think of
- 28:44Speaker 2: her as the vixen that stole the man from Jen
- 28:50Speaker 2: and not The anger wasn't for Brad then, and I
- 28:53Speaker 2: feel like the anger isn't for Brad now. And I
- 28:56Speaker 2: think that's just an interesting observation of how fans react
- 29:00Speaker 2: and how women treat other women. But as Jen would say, oh, God,
- 29:06Speaker 2: I am sorry. I am sorry that this is happening.
- 29:09Speaker 2: But God, karma's a bitch. Karma's a bitch.
- 29:12Speaker 5: No, no, no, no.
- 29:13Speaker 2: I mean, really. JoJo and Jennifer Aniston need to go
- 29:17Speaker 2: and get in her Tesla and go to Sunset Tower.
- 29:19Speaker 2: It's one of Jen Aniston's favorite restaurants. And then Brittany
- 29:22Speaker 2: and I will join her. And so will Drew Barrymore
- 29:25Speaker 2: as me. Okay. What a fun day. Now, this isn't fun.
- 29:28Speaker 2: This is another lawsuit, part of the Bravo reality reckoning situation.
- 29:38Speaker 2: Vanner Pump Rules. Face Stowers. she was the girl who
- 29:43Speaker 2: was on a lot of episodes apparently apparent to this lawsuit,
- 29:49Speaker 2: wasn't a regular, was never like in a poster, but
- 29:52Speaker 2: on the show as one of the friends, also working
- 29:54Speaker 2: at the restaurant, and The juicy storyline with her is
- 29:59Speaker 2: it gets revealed that while Jax and Brittany were not married,
- 30:03Speaker 2: they were an in-love couple, it gets revealed that one
- 30:06Speaker 2: night he went and apparently he and Faith had sex,
- 30:11Speaker 2: not on camera, not while they were filming, but while she,
- 30:15Speaker 2: her side gig, because apparently, according to this lawsuit, She
- 30:18Speaker 2: only made $ 5, 000 total ever working on Vanderpump Rules. So
- 30:22Speaker 2: she was like a hospice care nurse or something or caregiver,
- 30:28Speaker 2: elderly caregiver. And while she was at some elderly caregiver
- 30:31Speaker 2: person's house, Jax came over and they apparently had sex.
- 30:36Speaker 2: And it gets revealed on the show. And that's when
- 30:38Speaker 2: Brittany goes, Rot in hell, Jax.
- 30:41Speaker 6: Rot in hell.
- 30:43Speaker 2: But she forgave him. They got married. They are now,
- 30:46Speaker 2: they had a child, they booked the Valley, and now
- 30:49Speaker 2: they two are separated, Brittany and Jax. And every interview
- 30:53Speaker 2: I see with Brittany sounds like, I don't really know
- 30:56Speaker 2: that they're going to make it. It sounds like she's
- 30:57Speaker 2: liking her time separately. And it sounds like he's not
- 31:00Speaker 2: crawling on his knees, begging for her to back and saying,
- 31:04Speaker 2: I'm a piece of poo, which is what he needs
- 31:05Speaker 2: to do. So I don't know. Maybe they are happy
- 31:08Speaker 2: living this situation right now. But she has gotten the
- 31:13Speaker 2: same attorneys, Mark Garagos. As well as Leah from Real
- 31:20Speaker 2: Housewives of New York. Leah, of course, is suing saying
- 31:23Speaker 2: they made her do all these encouraged her to drink
- 31:26Speaker 2: and everything on set and do humiliating things. She, too,
- 31:30Speaker 2: says she didn't get paid very much doing the Real
- 31:32Speaker 2: Housewives of New York and that she made more on
- 31:35Speaker 2: OnlyFans in two weeks than she ever did on an
- 31:37Speaker 2: entire season of Real Housewives of New York.
- 31:40Speaker 5: So.
- 31:41Speaker 2: They're revealing we know that they don't pay much until
- 31:43Speaker 2: you've been a seasoned person on these shows for years.
- 31:47Speaker 2: But in this lawsuit, she says storylines were manipulated. There
- 31:52Speaker 2: were racial slurs her way, which I don't believe were
- 31:57Speaker 2: ever captured on camera when this affair broke out. This
- 32:02Speaker 2: is where Kristen Stassi got in trouble for speaking about
- 32:06Speaker 2: her on their podcast and took them off the shows
- 32:10Speaker 2: for many years. So it's all getting bubbled up again.
- 32:13Speaker 2: And it's just interesting that this lawsuit came this week
- 32:18Speaker 2: because on the Valley, they address all of this. They
- 32:22Speaker 2: address how Kristen got kicked off of Vanderpump Rules based
- 32:25Speaker 2: on things that she said and did during this time
- 32:27Speaker 2: and during 2020 and that she's back. And then there's
- 32:31Speaker 2: conversations with the new cast members where a new cast
- 32:34Speaker 2: member where they were accusing her of being a Republican
- 32:38Speaker 2: and therefore she was racist. So everyone's talking about that.
- 32:41Speaker 2: And it's like the Valley. And then there's this couple,
- 32:45Speaker 2: that one that this couple, Melissa and her husband, they
- 32:49Speaker 2: are meeting with a marriage counselor who's actually a life coach.
- 32:54Speaker 2: He's not a marriage counselor, but he's a life coach.
- 32:55Speaker 2: But anyway, he gave pretty good advice. And their marriage
- 32:58Speaker 2: we're seeing is in a lot of trouble. They since
- 33:01Speaker 2: have announced that they're either separated or getting divorced. So
- 33:05Speaker 2: there is a lot of real juice that is coming
- 33:08Speaker 2: out of the Valley, and not just because I live here,
- 33:12Speaker 2: but it's very good. That show has really surprised a
- 33:16Speaker 2: lot of people, and that comes right after Vanderpump. So
- 33:19Speaker 2: watch it all. It's unfolding. Also, Brandi Glanville is not
- 33:23Speaker 2: happy because a producer from, executive producer Lisa Shannon has
- 33:30Speaker 2: submitted her statement saying that her recollection between the Brandi
- 33:36Speaker 2: Glanville and the Caroline Manzo incident in The Ultimate Girls Trip,
- 33:40Speaker 2: which unfortunately we probably will never see that season, she
- 33:45Speaker 2: says she recalls Caroline Manzo saying she felt uncomfortable but
- 33:49Speaker 2: not sexually violated. But Brandi's like, that doesn't do anything
- 33:53Speaker 2: for me. I'm still distraught over these accusations. My life,
- 33:57Speaker 2: you know, I've had medical issues and stress because of
- 34:00Speaker 2: all of this. And So I'm not sure if that
- 34:04Speaker 2: was a deposition or what's going on with that whole case. But,
- 34:06Speaker 2: of course, Caroline is also part of the reality reckoning
- 34:10Speaker 2: ensuing NBC and Bravo and the production company for what
- 34:14Speaker 2: happened on that trip where she said she felt sexually
- 34:17Speaker 2: violated by Brandy. So, oh, my God, a lot there.
- 34:22Speaker 2: Latest on P. Diddy, his son also has been now
- 34:26Speaker 2: accused of sexual assault. His son is Christian.
- 34:30Speaker 5: He's 26 years.
- 34:31Speaker 2: And the case says it's filed by Grace O. Marquet.
- 34:36Speaker 2: Grace worked as a steward on Diddy's yacht, and she
- 34:39Speaker 2: claims that Christian assaulted her during a trip in December
- 34:42Speaker 2: of 2022. She said that he pressured her to consume alcohol,
- 34:46Speaker 2: groped her, and attempted to force her to perform oral sex.
- 34:51Speaker 2: And it led to her termination, actually. His actions led
- 34:56Speaker 2: to her being terminated, caused her mental health. anxiety, panic attacks,
- 35:00Speaker 2: suicidal thoughts, and eating disorder, epileptic seizures. So the lawsuit
- 35:06Speaker 2: also names Diddy as the defendant, accusing him of aiding
- 35:08Speaker 2: and abetting his son in the alleged assault. So this
- 35:13Speaker 2: is all part, and this was, this is all, oh,
- 35:19Speaker 2: she claims that the complaint that was around this time,
- 35:22Speaker 2: Christian boarded the yacht to record with music producer Rodney
- 35:26Speaker 2: Little Rod Jones. That is who has also filed a
- 35:30Speaker 2: lawsuit accusing Diddy of all this sexual assault. Also, these
- 35:35Speaker 2: three of the women that were listed in that lawsuit
- 35:38Speaker 2: as his sex workers, they have all denied that they
- 35:41Speaker 2: were his sex workers. So there's a lot of, you know,
- 35:45Speaker 2: a lot going on with the with this case. Meanwhile,
- 35:48Speaker 2: he was seen like enjoying himself on his vacation. P.
- 35:52Speaker 2: Diddy and his attorneys are like, this is a witch hunt.
- 35:55Speaker 2: This is we didn't need this many. people coming to
- 35:58Speaker 2: raid the houses, what's going on with this. But we'll see.
- 36:01Speaker 2: What did they find in his two residents? And then,
- 36:05Speaker 2: of course, this lawsuit's a whole separate thing with his son. Okay. Also,
- 36:12Speaker 2: $ 30 million was stolen. A lot of people think there's
- 36:15Speaker 2: a connection there somehow. Like, how could this happen? Why
- 36:18Speaker 2: did this not go to a bank? It went to
- 36:21Speaker 2: this vault on Easter. They definitely think it's like possibly
- 36:25Speaker 2: an inside job. how they put all this money in
- 36:28Speaker 2: this vault. They went like through the wall. It wasn't
- 36:31Speaker 2: at a bank. It's just, there's a lot of strange
- 36:34Speaker 2: things happening. But now for a very juicy thing. Like
- 36:38Speaker 2: I said, a lot of people were interested in Jill
- 36:41Speaker 2: Zarin's trip on Below Deck. It was featured the last
- 36:46Speaker 2: two episodes. You see her as a guest. She was
- 36:50Speaker 2: not a primary. She was a guest. We're going to
- 36:52Speaker 2: hear all about it right now. And the cute girl, Barbara,
- 36:56Speaker 2: who worked on the boat, she was there as well
- 36:58Speaker 2: when I interviewed them both at Jill's house. They both
- 37:01Speaker 2: came to my show. She tells what it's like, how
- 37:03Speaker 2: she got on the show. Get ready for a really fun,
- 37:06Speaker 2: juicy interview straight from Jill Zarin's mouth. Who has a
- 37:09Speaker 2: Diet Coke? I'm not happy. Hello and welcome to Juicy Scoop.
- 37:13Speaker 2: I have Jill Zarin here and Barbie who is on
- 37:16Speaker 2: Below Deck. Welcome Barbie.
- 37:17Speaker 5: I want to hear a little from Barbie.
- 37:19Speaker 2: Say hello.
- 37:19Speaker 6: Hello.
- 37:20Speaker 4: Nice to meet you.
- 37:21Speaker 5: You came to my show last night. You guys are friends.
- 37:23Speaker 2: A lot of people couldn't believe I was still going
- 37:26Speaker 2: to stay friends with you because they watched Below Deck
- 37:30Speaker 2: and they said, oh my God, Jill Zarin was so demanding.
- 37:33Speaker 6: I know.
- 37:34Speaker 5: And everything on the Below Deck. I know. But I
- 37:37Speaker 5: watched it and I didn't think it was that bad.
- 37:40Speaker 6: Thank you.
- 37:41Speaker 2: But I understand some people were a little confused by it.
- 37:45Speaker 2: So first, I'm going to make you say what you
- 37:47Speaker 2: said before. We have some technical difficulty. Tell me about
- 37:50Speaker 2: how you got invited by your friend.
- 37:53Speaker 5: Right. And you thought it would be a great idea.
- 37:55Speaker 2: You weren't at all worried how you might come off.
- 37:58Speaker 5: Because I know I've been offered I'd have to pay
- 38:01Speaker 5: as well. Right. But I just imagined them screaming that I.
- 38:05Speaker 2: You know, I'm paying all this money. I would want
- 38:07Speaker 2: a buttery Chardonnay. If it was a dry Chardonnay, if
- 38:09Speaker 2: it wasn't from the Napa Valley, I'd be a little
- 38:11Speaker 2: bit bummed. And I imagine them saying, oh God, who
- 38:14Speaker 2: did this old wino wants her wine?
- 38:16Speaker 4: Like I was always a man.
- 38:17Speaker 5: I knew exactly where it'd be. Also, I didn't want
- 38:20Speaker 5: to see the backside of me like going down a slide.
- 38:23Speaker 6: I have to say that was the best part of
- 38:24Speaker 6: the whole show for me. Me in a pink bathing suit.
- 38:26Speaker 6: That was the best part of the show for me.
- 38:28Speaker 6: I never looked so good in a bathing suit. I've always,
- 38:30Speaker 6: I never, let me say something. I have never worn
- 38:32Speaker 6: a bathing suit on Housewives or any television show. I
- 38:35Speaker 6: said I will never, I don't even take photos in
- 38:36Speaker 6: bathing suits. But for some reason, I had lost some weight.
- 38:39Speaker 6: Thank you, semi-glute type. And I was feeling good. And
- 38:43Speaker 6: I did wear a bathing suit, so that was the
- 38:45Speaker 6: best part.
- 38:46Speaker 5: That's really all I should care about.
- 38:47Speaker 2: So you were saying the deal was you fly there,
- 38:51Speaker 2: you spend the night in a hotel, and then you guys.
- 38:54Speaker 5: Get on, and it's really only a few meals.
- 38:56Speaker 6: Okay, so let me explain. First of all, it was
- 39:00Speaker 6: in Granada, and Granada is actually very expensive to get there.
- 39:02Speaker 6: There aren't that many flights. So for Miami, it was
- 39:05Speaker 6: like $ 800 a ticket for coach, which was, I think,
- 39:07Speaker 6: a lot. So we paid for our own flight. We
- 39:09Speaker 6: paid for the hotel, and we contributed to the tip,
- 39:12Speaker 6: and the tip was not little. I'm actually going to
- 39:16Speaker 6: do a survey on my Instagram or whatever and ask
- 39:20Speaker 6: people what they think a tip, Should be a generous
- 39:23Speaker 6: tip should be when you're on a yacht of that
- 39:25Speaker 6: size and you're paid. We paid $ 45, 000 for literally five meals.
- 39:30Speaker 6: And I'll tell you how it goes. And remember, you're
- 39:34Speaker 6: enjoying it, but you're also being filmed. So we're actually,
- 39:37Speaker 6: even though I'm not paid, not only am I not paid,
- 39:39Speaker 6: we're paying. We're contributing to making the show. And of course,
- 39:42Speaker 6: I went in with the attitude. I want to make
- 39:44Speaker 6: a good show. And I was me. I literally was me.
- 39:47Speaker 6: I wasn't not me. I was me the way I
- 39:48Speaker 6: am in my real life. If I like my Diet Coke,
- 39:51Speaker 6: I want another. You know, if I don't like it,
- 39:52Speaker 6: I'm going to send it back. If I don't like
- 39:53Speaker 6: my food, I send it back. Most people do. And
- 39:56Speaker 6: this is definitely a service industry on a mega yacht.
- 39:59Speaker 6: This is not a yacht. This was a mega yacht.
- 40:01Speaker 6: This was 190 foot with, I don't know, how many crew? 15?
- 40:05Speaker 6: I think we were 10. 10, but it should be
- 40:07Speaker 6: like 13 or 14. It should be.
- 40:09Speaker 5: So you were down a few people.
- 40:10Speaker 4: We were definitely down. We were down two, I think,
- 40:12Speaker 4: when you got there, or one. I don't know if
- 40:14Speaker 4: Dylan got there already.
- 40:14Speaker 6: You were down one upstairs. Dylan got there.
- 40:16Speaker 4: We were down one inside.
- 40:18Speaker 6: You were down one inside. But really, you're down two
- 40:20Speaker 6: on a regular size.
- 40:20Speaker 5: And how many guests were there against? Only six total?
- 40:22Speaker 6: No, there were eight.
- 40:23Speaker 5: Eight of you guys.
- 40:24Speaker 6: So imagine there's only one. So, I mean, I would
- 40:27Speaker 6: rather you explain how it works with what, who does what,
- 40:30Speaker 6: like when you have three people. I assume when you
- 40:31Speaker 6: have three, let me go back to how much it costs.
- 40:34Speaker 6: Let me finish that. So it's $ 45, 000 for two nights.
- 40:40Speaker 6: You get on the boat at 12 o'clock. Right away
- 40:42Speaker 6: you get lunch and you get an explanation, which I
- 40:45Speaker 6: actually taped on my phone and I'm going to post,
- 40:47Speaker 6: of Frasier explaining the layout of the next two days.
- 40:52Speaker 6: In fact, one of the things he emphasizes, which is ironic,
- 40:55Speaker 6: is that there'd be snacks and food all the time everywhere.
- 40:58Speaker 6: He actually emphasized that and completely didn't deliver. And I
- 41:02Speaker 6: have to tell you, when I think about the trip,
- 41:04Speaker 6: it was the head stew's job to make sure things
- 41:07Speaker 6: went seamlessly. And I kind of blame him for the
- 41:10Speaker 6: trip not being kind of a total disaster for my friends,
- 41:13Speaker 6: who I felt terrible for. They spent an enormous amount
- 41:16Speaker 6: of money. They hadn't been on a ship like this before.
- 41:19Speaker 6: I wanted them to have an amazing experience because I'd
- 41:22Speaker 6: been on them and they are an amazing experience. You
- 41:25Speaker 6: asked me why did I do the show. I did
- 41:27Speaker 6: it because my friends wanted to go on television. I
- 41:30Speaker 6: don't blame them. A lot of people do. And I
- 41:32Speaker 6: didn't mind doing it with them because as long as
- 41:35Speaker 6: I'm me, I'm good. And the problem was, no offense,
- 41:40Speaker 6: is that the crew really reamed me. And I think
- 41:44Speaker 6: that if the crew had a different attitude towards me
- 41:46Speaker 6: and said, oh, Jill, she's a little pushy. She's a
- 41:48Speaker 6: Jewish mother. She's a little bit of a know-it-all. I
- 41:50Speaker 6: think everybody would have leaned into it.
- 41:53Speaker 5: Okay, well, let me just tell you, as my friend.
- 41:55Speaker 2: Yeah, I'm a little.
- 41:56Speaker 5: I know that I am. Okay, so I knew I
- 41:57Speaker 5: was coming out to see you this week.
- 41:59Speaker 2: As I'm getting ready, I think, to get on the plane, whatever,
- 42:03Speaker 2: I'm doing my makeup, and I called you, and I
- 42:07Speaker 2: was like, Jill, don't defend yourself.
- 42:10Speaker 5: Don't answer the hate. Lean into it.
- 42:13Speaker 4: It's funny.
- 42:14Speaker 5: It's TV.
- 42:15Speaker 2: It is. No offense to how cute Barbie is, but
- 42:18Speaker 2: I feel like Below Deck wasn't getting a lot of
- 42:21Speaker 2: buzz until this episode aired. of course I follow all
- 42:24Speaker 2: the shows and I wasn't getting like the talk and
- 42:26Speaker 2: maybe because the crew is new, the captain's new, that
- 42:28Speaker 2: type of thing. But I always love it. The shows
- 42:30Speaker 2: always do great.
- 42:31Speaker 5: But I was like, just, it'll be okay.
- 42:35Speaker 2: And, It was so funny, and when you were on
- 42:38Speaker 2: my show earlier, we talked about the Diet Coke and
- 42:41Speaker 2: how a Coke has to be cold already.
- 42:43Speaker 4: Before you put it on the ice.
- 42:44Speaker 5: So who got the instruction? Did you originally get the
- 42:47Speaker 5: instruction of how to make a Diet Coke?
- 42:48Speaker 4: I received the instruction with the ice and the Coke.
- 42:51Speaker 6: Did you know that about Coke, that it had to
- 42:53Speaker 6: be cold?
- 42:54Speaker 4: I did it, and my father worked for Coca-Cola for
- 42:56Speaker 4: 25 years.
- 42:57Speaker 6: Did he agree with me?
- 42:58Speaker 4: He did. He says that he agrees.
- 43:00Speaker 6: So your father worked for Coca-Cola for 25 years.
- 43:03Speaker 4: And he says it's supposed to be colder.
- 43:04Speaker 6: It goes flat. Thank you very much. Thank you so much.
- 43:09Speaker 6: And you know what? So I come from a place
- 43:11Speaker 6: for people who don't know me, but if they see
- 43:13Speaker 6: me on TV, I'm exactly the way I am. I
- 43:15Speaker 6: come from a place of always from love and teaching.
- 43:18Speaker 6: I'm always trying to help people. I see myself as
- 43:21Speaker 6: a 60-year-old Jewish mother who's had a lifetime of wisdom.
- 43:23Speaker 6: My parents are alive, thank God, and they're still teaching me.
- 43:26Speaker 6: And I want to pay it forward and I want
- 43:28Speaker 6: to share it. So I see. So when I met
- 43:31Speaker 6: Barb on the boat, she was she said, I'm a fangirl.
- 43:33Speaker 6: I love housewives. So I had an immediate attraction to you.
- 43:37Speaker 6: So I felt very motherly towards you. So when I
- 43:39Speaker 6: was telling her things, it wasn't to reprimand her at all.
- 43:43Speaker 6: And it may have come off that way. And it
- 43:44Speaker 6: wasn't even reprimanded. But I wanted to help her and
- 43:47Speaker 6: teach her that, like, don't pour warm soda on on
- 43:51Speaker 6: ice because it goes flat. Um, but the way they
- 43:53Speaker 6: edited it, and I don't want to blame the edit,
- 43:55Speaker 6: but all you saw was me talking. If you had
- 43:56Speaker 6: heard anyone else talking in my group, they're not mute.
- 43:59Speaker 6: They're not deaf. They do speak. They all have a voice.
- 44:02Speaker 6: Gary has the biggest voice, um, and the loudest and
- 44:06Speaker 6: the funniest. He was completely cut out of the show.
- 44:08Speaker 5: So are, have you talked to your friends since it aired?
- 44:12Speaker 6: I have to say Barbie coming to my defense and
- 44:14Speaker 6: not even to my defense, Barbie just saying what really happened. Um, Um, or,
- 44:20Speaker 6: or actually just feeling bad about what you said, whatever
- 44:22Speaker 6: you said, your feelings really helped me because nobody would
- 44:25Speaker 6: come to say anything.
- 44:27Speaker 5: And how did it happen? You just DM'd her or
- 44:29Speaker 5: you had each other's numbers?
- 44:31Speaker 6: We had already been in contact with each other. In fact,
- 44:34Speaker 6: Barbie had done an interview for Entertainment Tonight and completely, well,
- 44:37Speaker 6: what did you say? Do you remember?
- 44:39Speaker 4: I said I love Jill. You know, she was a
- 44:40Speaker 4: little complicated, but I love her and I love her rugs.
- 44:43Speaker 6: I love you.
- 44:44Speaker 4: And then I made it on my story.
- 44:45Speaker 6: I'm like, I wanted Jill's hair and rugs.
- 44:47Speaker 8: She did.
- 44:47Speaker 5: This was like a month ago.
- 44:49Speaker 6: So I obviously got this surprise. This was before it aired.
- 44:51Speaker 5: Right.
- 44:51Speaker 6: This was before it aired.
- 44:52Speaker 4: I didn't even know.
- 44:53Speaker 2: Okay, so like little things when, so you didn't know
- 44:56Speaker 2: where the plug was for the hair dryer.
- 44:58Speaker 5: I wouldn't have known that either.
- 44:59Speaker 2: Now- After that, in showing the next round of guests,
- 45:04Speaker 2: did you point it out where the plug was hidden
- 45:06Speaker 2: in the drawer?
- 45:07Speaker 5: No. Well, don't you think you should have?
- 45:09Speaker 6: Probably. At least you're owning it, right? I never went
- 45:13Speaker 6: to the drawer. It's not intuitive. I mean, I wouldn't
- 45:15Speaker 6: think it's in the drawer.
- 45:16Speaker 2: I would have known to look inside of the drawer
- 45:17Speaker 2: for a hairdryer. And then you went on to say,
- 45:19Speaker 2: what about, yeah, you need a mirror, but you also say,
- 45:23Speaker 2: you know, normally on these mega yachts, you come in
- 45:26Speaker 2: and the toiletries are stocked. And I had the pleasure
- 45:31Speaker 2: of staying on a friend's yacht for a few days.
- 45:34Speaker 5: And that was the case.
- 45:35Speaker 2: I was like, oh my God, I didn't even like
- 45:37Speaker 2: have to bring anything if I didn't want to.
- 45:39Speaker 6: Well, I didn't. I didn't bring stuff because I knew
- 45:41Speaker 6: it would be on the boat, like toothpaste. Like I
- 45:43Speaker 6: had to borrow from my friend because, you know, but
- 45:45Speaker 6: they did end up bringing me something.
- 45:46Speaker 5: Okay, so now I had.
- 45:48Speaker 2: you you would never heard that in your training or
- 45:50Speaker 2: that wouldn't have been your job no matter what that
- 45:51Speaker 2: would have been the head person's.
- 45:53Speaker 5: Job to stock.
- 45:54Speaker 4: Right so you do the provisions it's Fraser and then
- 45:57Speaker 4: Zandy so Zandy's more in charge of the housekeeping so
- 45:59Speaker 4: Zandy should have been in charge of making all these
- 46:01Speaker 4: things and they are very common on mega yachts this
- 46:04Speaker 4: is what you do on a mega yacht this is
- 46:06Speaker 4: like normal normal standard.
- 46:08Speaker 5: Stuff so they say they dropped the ball there.
- 46:11Speaker 4: A hundred percent Zandy dropped the ball.
- 46:12Speaker 5: There okay And so you're like, oh, you know, but then,
- 46:16Speaker 5: so then you tried to make do with like a
- 46:18Speaker 5: little like goodie bag.
- 46:19Speaker 6: By the way, I didn't ask for it. I didn't.
- 46:22Speaker 6: Did I ask for it? I don't think I asked
- 46:24Speaker 6: for it. I think you just said, I just said
- 46:26Speaker 6: normal days and that was the end of the conversation.
- 46:28Speaker 6: And then she came back with this thing and I'm like,
- 46:30Speaker 6: what did I say? I said something like, you scrambled
- 46:34Speaker 6: because I was like, you scrambled. Like I didn't, I listen,
- 46:37Speaker 6: you know, you hear me going down the steps, right?
- 46:39Speaker 6: I'm so empathetic. I'm going down the steps saying, I
- 46:42Speaker 6: am so exhausted. I don't know how these guys are
- 46:45Speaker 6: going to keep working tonight. Like, I was giving them
- 46:47Speaker 6: so much props. The last thing I wanted to do
- 46:50Speaker 6: was bother them with anything. But I needed to find
- 46:52Speaker 6: the blow dryer. I wasn't going to be able to
- 46:54Speaker 6: go to dinner. So that was the truth. And only
- 46:56Speaker 6: because you were in my room did I bring up
- 46:57Speaker 6: the other stuff. I wouldn't have called her in to say,
- 46:59Speaker 6: do you have this and that? It was just a
- 47:01Speaker 6: friendly conversation.
- 47:02Speaker 2: Some people were very disturbed by the fact that you said,
- 47:05Speaker 2: you know what you should have.
- 47:06Speaker 5: You know what you should have. I'm just saying. But
- 47:08Speaker 5: then I'm making yats. A little bell. A little bell
- 47:10Speaker 5: to let people know.
- 47:11Speaker 6: I'm going to talk about the bell right now.
- 47:12Speaker 5: Okay. Ding dong.
- 47:14Speaker 4: Ding dong.
- 47:15Speaker 6: And I'm going to be like really realistic, okay? At
- 47:18Speaker 6: the moment I said that, which I said half jokingly
- 47:21Speaker 6: but not jokingly, was we had been sitting at the
- 47:24Speaker 6: table for 45 minutes.
- 47:25Speaker 5: Is this when you were waiting for the hamburger?
- 47:26Speaker 6: We were waiting for the hamburger. No, actually, I'm not sure.
- 47:29Speaker 6: Was it the hamburger meal?
- 47:30Speaker 2: I want to say I'd be a little bummed if
- 47:32Speaker 2: the lunch was a hamburger.
- 47:34Speaker 5: Off the bat.
- 47:34Speaker 6: It was so bumming. Okay.
- 47:35Speaker 4: I messed up lunch.
- 47:36Speaker 5: I own that.
- 47:36Speaker 6: No, no, but it was a hamburger. That wasn't your fault.
- 47:38Speaker 4: What did you offer?
- 47:39Speaker 5: Why did he decide on a hamburger?
- 47:40Speaker 6: You didn't offer a hamburger. He offered a hamburger.
- 47:42Speaker 4: I don't know why he decided hamburger, but I messed
- 47:44Speaker 4: up those burgers.
- 47:45Speaker 6: No, no, no, but the offering of a burger was
- 47:48Speaker 6: not the right meal for a mega yacht when you're
- 47:51Speaker 6: on for five meals.
- 47:52Speaker 5: I would think there would be like sashimi, salads.
- 47:57Speaker 4: Multiple offerings.
- 47:58Speaker 5: You know, with all the different, you know.
- 48:01Speaker 2: gluten and this and that, just a really good chicken
- 48:04Speaker 2: breast situation.
- 48:05Speaker 6: Well, she doesn't eat chicken. What I would have done.
- 48:07Speaker 5: I understand it was very hard with everyone's restrictions. No, no,
- 48:10Speaker 5: what I would have done is a salad bar. And
- 48:11Speaker 5: you were the only one that didn't have any restrictions except.
- 48:14Speaker 6: For I love Diet Coke. I said, just give me
- 48:15Speaker 6: more food. Just give me more food. I was like
- 48:17Speaker 6: 10 Cokes a day. And by the way, I don't
- 48:18Speaker 6: drink 10 Cokes a day. It was because I tend
- 48:20Speaker 6: to leave them around. That was the reason I said that.
- 48:23Speaker 6: And I just didn't want to run out. And wait,
- 48:26Speaker 6: what was I just saying?
- 48:27Speaker 5: So we were talking about the doorbell.
- 48:30Speaker 6: Okay, so the doorbell was, we had been sitting at
- 48:32Speaker 6: the table, we had been called to lunch, okay? So
- 48:34Speaker 6: we all came like soldiers to sit at lunch, and
- 48:36Speaker 6: we were literally, I don't remember the order of things,
- 48:39Speaker 6: but I think you asked us what we wanted, but
- 48:40Speaker 6: then everyone disappeared. Now, when I say everyone, there's only
- 48:43Speaker 6: three of them. The staff, three of them. Zandy, okay,
- 48:46Speaker 6: and also, they don't work 24 hours a day at
- 48:48Speaker 6: the same time. They can't. Somebody's got to be sleeping, right?
- 48:51Speaker 5: Right.
- 48:51Speaker 6: So I don't know who was off. For all I know,
- 48:52Speaker 6: Zandy might have been off for a period of time,
- 48:55Speaker 6: so they may have only had two.
- 48:57Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 48:57Speaker 6: But usually, somebody's cleaning the staterooms. or doing the laundry.
- 49:01Speaker 6: That's like a job. That's like a full day job.
- 49:03Speaker 6: And then there's another person doing the food. And there's
- 49:06Speaker 6: another person possibly with another guest. Like there's a lot
- 49:08Speaker 6: of things going on. You can't be in the same
- 49:10Speaker 6: place at all times. And just like the crew communicates
- 49:13Speaker 6: through our walkie talkies, we didn't have that pleasure of
- 49:16Speaker 6: having communication. So we were like deer in headlights. It
- 49:19Speaker 6: was our first meal. We just got on the boat.
- 49:21Speaker 6: We're sitting at the table. For 45 minutes, nobody came
- 49:24Speaker 6: to say hello. Can I have a drink? Anything. Frazier
- 49:28Speaker 6: just left us there. So when he came back, if
- 49:31Speaker 6: you listen to that scene, right before he walks in
- 49:34Speaker 6: the room, my friend Noah says, Oh, it's been like,
- 49:38Speaker 6: you know, 45 minutes, something like that. He says, it's
- 49:41Speaker 6: been a really long time since we've seen anybody. So
- 49:43Speaker 6: I said, because I was trying to make their life easier,
- 49:47Speaker 6: not harder, is that if they had a way to communicate.
- 49:50Speaker 6: So the bell was funny when I go ding, ding, ding,
- 49:52Speaker 6: because I'm making good television people. I'm trying to be funny.
- 49:55Speaker 6: That's my sense of humor. Get it or don't get it.
- 49:58Speaker 6: But my point was mega yachts have iPads. They have
- 50:01Speaker 6: ways of communicating with guests. You can't expect when you
- 50:04Speaker 6: have a 20,000 square foot boat, there's four decks, it's
- 50:09Speaker 6: 190 feet long, do the math, 15,000 square feet, and
- 50:12Speaker 6: you have three people, and one's probably taking a nap.
- 50:15Speaker 6: So if I'm upstairs, and what am I supposed to do,
- 50:18Speaker 6: get up and go to the galley? Am I supposed
- 50:19Speaker 6: to go get an apple? So I ask them, please
- 50:22Speaker 6: have food or snacks out. All I want is an
- 50:24Speaker 6: apple so I can get something to eat if I want.
- 50:26Speaker 6: on my own and not bother you the thing is
- 50:29Speaker 6: i don't want to bother them so i was trying
- 50:32Speaker 6: to get i'm an experienced boater i own my own
- 50:34Speaker 6: boats in fact you know i get these epilepsy which
- 50:37Speaker 6: that i don't know if it's going to make it
- 50:39Speaker 6: on the show but the captain actually makes me an
- 50:41Speaker 6: honorary captain on the boat am i right he gives
- 50:44Speaker 6: me four stripes not three and i'm going to wear
- 50:46Speaker 6: them with pride because he actually respected my knowledge of
- 50:52Speaker 6: the boating and you see at the end of the
- 50:54Speaker 6: um Well, you haven't seen anything yet, but I know
- 50:57Speaker 6: that at the end of the trip, I'm like literally
- 51:00Speaker 6: commenting on his docking about how the wind is and
- 51:04Speaker 6: the difficulty. Most people wouldn't even know that.
- 51:05Speaker 2: And did your friends, the primaries and stuff, did they,
- 51:10Speaker 2: when it was either cut or not filmed, were they like,
- 51:14Speaker 2: This is pretty annoying.
- 51:15Speaker 5: Or did they, did they just let you take the lead?
- 51:18Speaker 6: Like, first of all, the nicest people. Okay. So Melinda
- 51:20Speaker 6: and Noah are the nicest people you've ever met. So like,
- 51:24Speaker 6: if you really can't stand me, that's how much you're
- 51:26Speaker 6: going to love them because they're the complete opposite, right?
- 51:29Speaker 6: Opposites attract. So they were completely mellow and I, they
- 51:34Speaker 6: knew that I was an experienced boater. They knew. And,
- 51:37Speaker 6: and I do tend to take charge, um, somebody has
- 51:40Speaker 6: got to be, I don't want to say the boss,
- 51:42Speaker 6: but someone's got to take the lead because they don't
- 51:45Speaker 6: want to hear from eight different guests. It's harder.
- 51:47Speaker 7: Okay.
- 51:48Speaker 5: I have a question.
- 51:48Speaker 2: If you're going on the, if you're going on the yacht,
- 51:51Speaker 2: let me ask directed to you.
- 51:52Speaker 4: That's a good question.
- 51:53Speaker 2: So like, I always think about what I would do
- 51:55Speaker 2: and I would be a bit more specific, not just
- 51:59Speaker 2: about like what I don't like. I would be like
- 52:02Speaker 2: for lunch, I would like to have sashimi salads, this
- 52:06Speaker 2: and that for lunch for dinner. Um, I would like
- 52:09Speaker 2: an Italian and I want like two pastas and a
- 52:11Speaker 2: fish or whatever. Is it helpful when guests are like that?
- 52:15Speaker 2: Or is it really up to the chef to like
- 52:17Speaker 2: kind of come up with a menu based on their
- 52:20Speaker 2: likes and dislikes?
- 52:21Speaker 4: I feel like that's why we have the preference sheet.
- 52:23Speaker 4: We have a preference sheet where we ask you, what
- 52:24Speaker 4: do you want, what do you like, and what kind
- 52:26Speaker 4: of stuff do you want? And people write there, like,
- 52:28Speaker 4: I want this theme, I want this food, I want
- 52:29Speaker 4: this dinner.
- 52:30Speaker 6: But how much time do you have to read it?
- 52:31Speaker 6: That's the problem, right?
- 52:32Speaker 4: So does the chef get it at the beginning of
- 52:34Speaker 4: the season? It is on our kitchen, on the wall,
- 52:36Speaker 4: and we have it all there to look.
- 52:37Speaker 5: At 24 hours. No, but you're saying how much preparation?
- 52:41Speaker 5: A day.
- 52:41Speaker 6: See, that's unfair to Anthony, right? Because in the real world,
- 52:45Speaker 6: they would have it way before they get on the
- 52:47Speaker 6: boat because how do you provision? So if he doesn't
- 52:49Speaker 6: see our preference sheet before you get on the boat,
- 52:51Speaker 6: how does he provision for a vegetarian or a vegan?
- 52:54Speaker 6: And you guys had a vegetarian, a.
- 52:56Speaker 5: Vegan, a gluten-free, and a something else free.
- 52:59Speaker 6: It's not fair to him because it is a television show,
- 53:02Speaker 6: but the disadvantage is that they're trying to make good
- 53:05Speaker 6: television and getting the crew to be shorthanded and to
- 53:07Speaker 6: rush and to be at the whim of these demanding guests.
- 53:11Speaker 6: But at the same time, these demanding guests are paying $ 45, 000.
- 53:15Speaker 6: In fact, the tip that you got for $ 30, 000 was
- 53:18Speaker 6: a three-night trip. They don't tell you that. How many
- 53:22Speaker 6: are there on the boat? How many three-night trips were there?
- 53:24Speaker 5: Only one.
- 53:25Speaker 6: There was only one. So the week before us was
- 53:27Speaker 6: a three-night trip, so they get $ 30, 000. So they're going
- 53:30Speaker 6: to make us look like we're cheap, but we're not.
- 53:32Speaker 6: We're paying the same, $ 10, 000 a night.
- 53:33Speaker 2: So I had a friend on who, ironically, when I
- 53:36Speaker 2: came home last night, it was a rerun on Bravo,
- 53:38Speaker 2: and it was hers. It was probably like six years ago.
- 53:42Speaker 2: And it was with Captain Sandy. And they were not
- 53:47Speaker 2: portrayed as being troublesome guests. And they left and they
- 53:51Speaker 2: were like, this was so beautiful. They went up on
- 53:53Speaker 2: this thing and set up a meal in Capri and
- 53:55Speaker 2: they were.
- 53:55Speaker 5: Like crying about it.
- 53:57Speaker 2: And, you know, and she goes, well, guys, this was
- 54:00Speaker 2: not great tip, but that's what yachting is.
- 54:03Speaker 5: You're each getting whatever. Like I said, it's like a
- 54:06Speaker 5: while ago. I don't even think each of them got $ 1, 000.
- 54:08Speaker 2: But, she had reached out to me because they were
- 54:13Speaker 2: scrambling for guests and it was only six people.
- 54:17Speaker 5: And I'm like, I don't think anyone thought about the
- 54:19Speaker 5: fact that it's only six people. It would have been
- 54:23Speaker 5: less demanding, less people to do it. And therefore it
- 54:26Speaker 5: should be less of a tip.
- 54:27Speaker 6: That's right.
- 54:28Speaker 2: But you know, I felt badly for her because they're
- 54:31Speaker 2: on and now someone's watching this for the first time
- 54:33Speaker 2: last night and it's now been years and And they
- 54:37Speaker 2: might be like.
- 54:38Speaker 5: Oh my God, I know this couple.
- 54:40Speaker 6: They're not cheap. Right.
- 54:41Speaker 5: Or, wow, why were they cheap? And it's like, there
- 54:44Speaker 5: were only six of them.
- 54:45Speaker 3: Right.
- 54:45Speaker 6: And that's why the $ 30, 000 and $ 20, 000 is very misleading.
- 54:48Speaker 6: And I'm going to have to put that on my
- 54:50Speaker 6: Instagram because I'm getting so much heat about everything. Is
- 54:53Speaker 6: that we did pay $ 10, 000 a night. And by the way,
- 54:55Speaker 6: probably it was... 45% of what we paid. Imagine going
- 55:01Speaker 6: on vacation, paying $ 45, 000 for five meals and two nights,
- 55:05Speaker 6: and then giving a $ 20, 000 tip on top of that.
- 55:08Speaker 6: That's unbelievably generous.
- 55:10Speaker 5: No?
- 55:10Speaker 8: It is.
- 55:11Speaker 5: Okay, so let me ask you, Barbie, how old are you?
- 55:13Speaker 4: I'm 29.
- 55:15Speaker 6: And drop dead gorgeous.
- 55:16Speaker 5: How long have you been doing this for?
- 55:18Speaker 4: I've been doing this for six years.
- 55:19Speaker 5: How did you decide to get into this industry?
- 55:22Speaker 4: My friend owns a yacht, and his stew canceled on
- 55:26Speaker 4: him last minute. And I was in the car, and
- 55:27Speaker 4: he's like, do you want to be my stew? Ever
- 55:29Speaker 4: since then, I never got off the boat.
- 55:31Speaker 5: And did you grow up here in Florida?
- 55:32Speaker 4: Argentina.
- 55:33Speaker 5: Oh, Argentina. So when did you start it? Did you
- 55:37Speaker 5: start trading here or there? Here.
- 55:39Speaker 4: Here six years ago.
- 55:40Speaker 2: I started.
- 55:40Speaker 5: Oh, okay. So how old were you when you came
- 55:42Speaker 5: over from Argentina?
- 55:43Speaker 4: Gosh, I think I was like eight.
- 55:45Speaker 5: Oh, okay.
- 55:45Speaker 2: Cool.
- 55:46Speaker 4: That's really impressive.
- 55:47Speaker 6: I read that you speak multiple languages. I do.
- 55:49Speaker 4: What do you speak? I speak English, Spanish. I'm learning
- 55:52Speaker 4: Hebrew and a little bit of Yiddish.
- 55:54Speaker 6: A little bit of Yiddish.
- 55:55Speaker 5: I love it. Are you Jewish?
- 55:57Speaker 4: I'm converting.
- 55:58Speaker 6: Oh, awesome. Good for you.
- 56:00Speaker 4: Thank you.
- 56:00Speaker 6: I have to give you my book, Secrets of a
- 56:02Speaker 6: Jewish Mother.
- 56:02Speaker 7: I know.
- 56:03Speaker 6: Shameless plug.
- 56:03Speaker 4: I won't.
- 56:04Speaker 6: But I do have to give it to you. And
- 56:05Speaker 6: you have one. Well, sort of.
- 56:07Speaker 2: So now, when you started six years ago, were you
- 56:12Speaker 2: a fan of Below Deck?
- 56:13Speaker 5: And did you watch it?
- 56:15Speaker 4: No, but when I started yachting, my friends were like, oh,
- 56:17Speaker 4: you're like below deck. Like when people are like, what
- 56:19Speaker 4: do you do? And you tell them yachting, you're like, oh,
- 56:20Speaker 4: it's like below deck. And that's how I first started.
- 56:22Speaker 4: I was like, what's below deck? And I watch it
- 56:24Speaker 4: and I was like, oh, I'm going to end up
- 56:26Speaker 4: eventually on that show.
- 56:27Speaker 5: And how did you end up on the show?
- 56:29Speaker 4: Um, so I ran into a casting director while I
- 56:32Speaker 4: was working and she offered me to try out.
- 56:35Speaker 5: Wait, what do you mean you ran into her?
- 56:37Speaker 6: She was on a boat.
- 56:38Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 56:39Speaker 6: Oh, she was on the boat. And I was working.
- 56:41Speaker 6: As a guest or whatever? A guest, guest, a guest
- 56:43Speaker 6: of a guest.
- 56:44Speaker 4: And I was working and she asked me if I
- 56:46Speaker 4: wanted to apply. And I went through the whole interview process,
- 56:48Speaker 4: which is long.
- 56:49Speaker 6: Was it hard?
- 56:49Speaker 2: It was long.
- 56:50Speaker 4: It's hard and long.
- 56:51Speaker 2: So what I've heard from, you know, people in the industry, um,
- 56:56Speaker 2: particularly the captain of the yacht that I was lucky
- 56:59Speaker 2: enough to stay on for a few days of my friends.
- 57:01Speaker 2: Of course, I always ask about below deck, like I
- 57:03Speaker 2: was obsessed. And, um, and he said, I won't hire
- 57:08Speaker 2: anybody that's been on below deck. It's career suicide for it.
- 57:13Speaker 2: So as you decided to go on it, you're like,
- 57:17Speaker 2: I hope this propels me to a different career, obviously,
- 57:20Speaker 2: because you don't plan on going back and doing this for,
- 57:23Speaker 2: so you kind of did it.
- 57:25Speaker 5: This is like the last shebang, or what's the deal?
- 57:27Speaker 4: Right, this is my retirement charter.
- 57:29Speaker 5: Okay.
- 57:30Speaker 4: My retirement season. No, this is definitely career suicide. I
- 57:33Speaker 4: am not getting hired on another yacht, like a regular one.
- 57:36Speaker 6: Do they know that you won the show?
- 57:37Speaker 4: For sure, they find out.
- 57:38Speaker 5: Yeah, and they don't want it because why? Because.
- 57:41Speaker 4: Because it's drama and you're fighting. Nobody wants a crew
- 57:45Speaker 4: member that's going to come and bring below deck drama
- 57:47Speaker 4: on their boat.
- 57:48Speaker 6: No, no, but if you tell them it's off the television.
- 57:50Speaker 4: It's not, though, because below deck is real and everything
- 57:53Speaker 4: we're doing is very real and our reactions are very real.
- 57:56Speaker 2: I would think that they wouldn't want a below deck
- 57:58Speaker 2: person because their aspirations were not solely to be a
- 58:01Speaker 2: great person in yawning.
- 58:03Speaker 5: Right.
- 58:04Speaker 2: And therefore, like, if I have a choice of somebody
- 58:06Speaker 2: else that's, like, not hoping to be on TV or
- 58:09Speaker 2: gain followers... they might just be a more dedicated employee.
- 58:14Speaker 4: That's a good point.
- 58:14Speaker 5: So that's what I think it really probably is.
- 58:17Speaker 6: Well, for me doing the show, if I could go
- 58:19Speaker 6: back and do it, I really thought that the show
- 58:22Speaker 6: was about the crew and that they would, I knew
- 58:24Speaker 6: I would be on it. I thought they would make
- 58:27Speaker 6: me funny because I was giving them funny things with
- 58:29Speaker 6: the Diet Coke and with the, whatever it was. Because
- 58:32Speaker 6: I didn't think I did anything bad. And the things
- 58:35Speaker 6: that they cut out were like, I mean, I haven't
- 58:37Speaker 6: seen the rest of it, but so far, like you
- 58:40Speaker 6: haven't seen me get the things and we played games
- 58:42Speaker 6: and we went in the jacuzzi. I mean, there were
- 58:44Speaker 6: other things that we did. It looks like we just
- 58:45Speaker 6: like complained, ate at the meal and then left. I
- 58:48Speaker 6: don't know. It was a little bit choppy for me,
- 58:51Speaker 6: but I would say that I would not do it again.
- 58:54Speaker 6: I mean, I just, I would, I don't, I don't
- 58:56Speaker 6: know anybody who should spend that much money and put
- 58:59Speaker 6: their reputation at risk where someone could say something about you.
- 59:02Speaker 2: I mean, the only reason I thought about doing it
- 59:04Speaker 2: a couple of years ago and I was like, well,
- 59:07Speaker 2: first of all, this is a few years ago, and
- 59:09Speaker 2: I certainly didn't want to pay for the whole thing myself.
- 59:12Speaker 5: So I was like, who are some thirsty rich friends
- 59:14Speaker 5: that might want to join? You know? So I reached
- 59:16Speaker 5: out to them.
- 59:17Speaker 6: You didn't call me.
- 59:19Speaker 5: You know what?
- 59:19Speaker 6: I didn't.
- 59:21Speaker 2: Actually, it didn't occur to me. I think because I
- 59:24Speaker 2: thought of you being... you know, such a big, like
- 59:28Speaker 2: celebrity Bravo person.
- 59:29Speaker 6: I don't know.
- 59:29Speaker 2: I didn't, I just thought, and all I was hoping
- 59:33Speaker 2: for was like, you know, of course I would want
- 59:36Speaker 2: to get something out of it. So I was like, Oh,
- 59:37Speaker 2: we'll do a podcast on the, on the show or something,
- 59:41Speaker 2: or just mention it, whatever. So then I went to
- 59:44Speaker 2: my friend and my friend is a Bravo fan. And
- 59:49Speaker 2: she was like, yeah, maybe, you know, maybe we'd be interested, whatever.
- 59:53Speaker 2: So I'm staying in her house in Tampa and doing
- 59:56Speaker 2: standup and she comes like running down the stairs and
- 59:58Speaker 2: she's like, oh, we are not doing that show.
- 1:00:01Speaker 5: She's like, I was just watching it. There's no way.
- 1:00:04Speaker 5: I can't imagine what they would say about us and
- 1:00:07Speaker 5: this and that. And I was naive.
- 1:00:10Speaker 2: I mean, one thing I've noticed about reality TV, I
- 1:00:12Speaker 2: don't think that a lot of people think about it
- 1:00:14Speaker 2: is like, nobody really knows what you look like from
- 1:00:16Speaker 2: the back until you're on reality TV or on TV.
- 1:00:20Speaker 5: Like you look at yourself in the mirror and you're like, okay.
- 1:00:23Speaker 2: And not until you realize like, oh my God, I
- 1:00:24Speaker 2: have like a fucking crazy cowlick in the back of
- 1:00:27Speaker 2: my head.
- 1:00:27Speaker 5: So it's like, there's all of that.
- 1:00:28Speaker 6: No, I don't think like that.
- 1:00:29Speaker 5: Also, I don't like my ass.
- 1:00:30Speaker 6: That's Heather. Heather thinks that.
- 1:00:32Speaker 5: So I don't like my ass. And I'm like, of
- 1:00:33Speaker 5: course I would be like.
- 1:00:34Speaker 6: Heather has the sickest body. She came to dinner the
- 1:00:37Speaker 6: other night in this green dress. I'm like, by the way,
- 1:00:39Speaker 6: I think you should wear that green dress in the act.
- 1:00:41Speaker 6: I know you don't want to wear the shoes. They're
- 1:00:42Speaker 6: too high for an hour, but.
- 1:00:44Speaker 5: I'll be able to look for better shoes. But anyway, I.
- 1:00:47Speaker 6: So hot.
- 1:00:48Speaker 5: Thank you, dear. You do have the sickest body. So, but.
- 1:00:50Speaker 5: But I was, you know, so anyway, then after that,
- 1:00:53Speaker 5: we still thought about it.
- 1:00:54Speaker 2: And then I, there was a time where I'm like,
- 1:00:56Speaker 2: what if I did just pay for the whole thing
- 1:00:58Speaker 2: to get the promotion for Juicy Scoop? But then I'm like, no,
- 1:01:01Speaker 2: they're going to be saying things like, who doesn't have
- 1:01:03Speaker 2: a podcast? Who, why does this girl think she's young enough?
- 1:01:07Speaker 5: Or, you know what I mean? I imagine all the
- 1:01:09Speaker 5: things that they would say about me.
- 1:01:11Speaker 2: And of course, Bravo loved, I believe, loved that you
- 1:01:16Speaker 2: were the target.
- 1:01:17Speaker 5: I think they loved it. I think they.
- 1:01:19Speaker 2: Wanted it, loved it, and I think they would do
- 1:01:21Speaker 2: the same thing to me. I think they would make
- 1:01:24Speaker 2: me look like a complete asshole.
- 1:01:27Speaker 5: I think they'd make me look like a drunk. But
- 1:01:29Speaker 5: I also think they would make me look.
- 1:01:31Speaker 6: No, no, but I think there's other things that go
- 1:01:34Speaker 6: into it. Listen, I'll pay $ 50, 000.
- 1:01:35Speaker 2: I'm going to want some good buttery Chardonnay in the sun.
- 1:01:38Speaker 5: So I don't know if I might be a drunk.
- 1:01:40Speaker 6: Well, no, but like Barbie said, it's very real and
- 1:01:42Speaker 6: in the moment. I think it depends on what's going
- 1:01:44Speaker 6: on in the boat behind the scenes. So like Barbie
- 1:01:46Speaker 6: was giving the cold shoulder to Frasier.
- 1:01:48Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:01:48Speaker 6: So there wasn't a lot of interaction because she was
- 1:01:50Speaker 6: totally icing him out. So they had to, they have
- 1:01:54Speaker 6: to make a show, but they didn't have to make
- 1:01:55Speaker 6: it into two episodes. Like I saw one episode this
- 1:01:57Speaker 6: season that was only 33 minutes long. And then the
- 1:01:59Speaker 6: crew goes, they say goodbye and the crew's off, you know,
- 1:02:03Speaker 6: at night. It depends on what.
- 1:02:04Speaker 5: The crew's on the boat. I think if there's a
- 1:02:05Speaker 5: lot to happen, that's great. And if there's not, there's not.
- 1:02:07Speaker 6: They move on. But that's the thing about the show
- 1:02:09Speaker 6: is that if the people are boring... They'll either make
- 1:02:12Speaker 6: it a one day. Like I remember they had somebody
- 1:02:15Speaker 6: on and I was told that they made them, they
- 1:02:16Speaker 6: were boring. So they only gave them like one night
- 1:02:18Speaker 6: on the boat.
- 1:02:19Speaker 2: Oh, wow.
- 1:02:20Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 1:02:20Speaker 6: That's what I, that's what someone in casting told me.
- 1:02:22Speaker 5: What do you mean gave them one night? They just
- 1:02:24Speaker 5: showed one night. They didn't kick them off the boat.
- 1:02:26Speaker 6: No, but I think they only gave them for one night.
- 1:02:27Speaker 2: Wrap it up.
- 1:02:28Speaker 6: Actually, I don't remember exactly what the situation was. But
- 1:02:31Speaker 6: I do know that if there were multiple people on
- 1:02:33Speaker 6: the boat, everyone on the boat, except for one week
- 1:02:35Speaker 6: and was on three nights, was on for two nights.
- 1:02:38Speaker 6: Yet our episode is one or, you know, one and
- 1:02:41Speaker 6: a half episodes. And others are half an episode. So
- 1:02:44Speaker 6: it depends on what they get out of the people
- 1:02:45Speaker 6: on the boat.
- 1:02:46Speaker 5: So will you go back and do it again on TV?
- 1:02:48Speaker 6: Oh, I'm definitely going back.
- 1:02:49Speaker 5: No, not you.
- 1:02:50Speaker 4: Oh, okay.
- 1:02:52Speaker 5: Barbie.
- 1:02:52Speaker 6: No, I'm kidding. That was a joke.
- 1:02:54Speaker 5: Now, but you said you won't go back. Never. Barbie,
- 1:02:56Speaker 5: would you go as another? Okay, continue on.
- 1:02:59Speaker 4: Absolutely, I would.
- 1:03:00Speaker 5: And.
- 1:03:01Speaker 6: Well, if she's on, then maybe I'll go.
- 1:03:03Speaker 4: There we go.
- 1:03:05Speaker 5: If you want, I'll go back.
- 1:03:06Speaker 4: It'll be better.
- 1:03:06Speaker 6: Honey, are you kidding me? Asking me back? They're going
- 1:03:09Speaker 6: to pay me this time.
- 1:03:10Speaker 5: Yeah, but then you'll be all like watching your P's
- 1:03:13Speaker 5: and Q's and you won't be good.
- 1:03:14Speaker 6: I can't help who I am. You know, as much
- 1:03:16Speaker 6: as I always say I'm going to watch it, you
- 1:03:17Speaker 6: know I can't help myself.
- 1:03:19Speaker 5: Okay, now what about all.
- 1:03:22Speaker 6: I can't help myself. Now, do you have.
- 1:03:23Speaker 5: Any romances on the show or you can't tell us?
- 1:03:27Speaker 4: I can, I just don't like talking about it.
- 1:03:29Speaker 5: So you're currently at a romantic situation happen on this season?
- 1:03:33Speaker 5: Not yet.
- 1:03:34Speaker 4: We'll see. We'll see. Okay.
- 1:03:36Speaker 5: But in the past when it hasn't been filmed, you have.
- 1:03:39Speaker 4: Yeah, but it's never a good idea. Boatman says are
- 1:03:41Speaker 4: the worst. What about with something happens out at sea?
- 1:03:44Speaker 6: I know you're like stranded.
- 1:03:44Speaker 5: Has anything ever happened with a guest?
- 1:03:46Speaker 4: No, I've never crossed that line. I'm usually around married
- 1:03:49Speaker 4: men though.
- 1:03:50Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:03:50Speaker 8: I know.
- 1:03:51Speaker 6: I know she would never.
- 1:03:52Speaker 4: No way.
- 1:03:52Speaker 2: I'm just saying, they might have to ever try.
- 1:03:54Speaker 4: Yes, for sure.
- 1:03:55Speaker 6: I don't even know for sure.
- 1:03:58Speaker 8: Are you kidding me?
- 1:03:59Speaker 2: How have they tried and how did you turn them down?
- 1:04:02Speaker 4: You know, they want to give me an extra tip.
- 1:04:03Speaker 4: So they'll ask me for my number to Venmo me
- 1:04:05Speaker 4: or to Zell me. And I'll give them my number
- 1:04:07Speaker 4: to Zell me or Venmo me and then follows up
- 1:04:09Speaker 4: with a message. Hey, so beautiful. So nice meeting you.
- 1:04:13Speaker 4: And I said, yeah, it was nice meeting your family,
- 1:04:15Speaker 4: your wife, your children.
- 1:04:16Speaker 6: And he is my only fancy cat. I'm just kidding.
- 1:04:20Speaker 5: And then what?
- 1:04:21Speaker 4: And then I blocked them and I never returned.
- 1:04:23Speaker 5: Oh, then you do block them.
- 1:04:24Speaker 4: I do, I do.
- 1:04:25Speaker 5: After you got the tip.
- 1:04:25Speaker 4: Yeah, I'm not a homewrecker.
- 1:04:26Speaker 5: And then how much was the extra tip for, for
- 1:04:28Speaker 5: these people?
- 1:04:29Speaker 4: For the, oh, it wasn't that much. I think it
- 1:04:33Speaker 4: was like 600, 700.
- 1:04:33Speaker 5: That's pretty good for an extra tip on top of
- 1:04:35Speaker 5: your split.
- 1:04:36Speaker 4: No, that was just like my tip for that day. Like,
- 1:04:40Speaker 4: instead of just giving me cash, he was like, I'm
- 1:04:41Speaker 4: going to excel you. Give me your number. And I left.
- 1:04:44Speaker 4: And he was like, OK, here's.
- 1:04:46Speaker 8: $ 600, $ 700.
- 1:04:46Speaker 5: Oh, because it was like a one-day trip.
- 1:04:48Speaker 4: It was a one-day trip.
- 1:04:49Speaker 5: Oh, OK, OK, OK. Done.
- 1:04:50Speaker 6: By the way, I have a question for you. You
- 1:04:51Speaker 6: had said you had the last boat. The biggest boat
- 1:04:53Speaker 6: you worked on was 80 feet and now 190.
- 1:04:55Speaker 4: Which do you like better? Yeah, like 100 or something.
- 1:04:56Speaker 6: I mean, which do you like better in terms? Because
- 1:04:58Speaker 6: on a smaller boat, you have to do more things.
- 1:05:00Speaker 4: You do, but it's more fun. The people don't require
- 1:05:02Speaker 4: such service. On small boats, it's just like, you know,
- 1:05:05Speaker 4: like basic drinks, party, DJ, Miami life. It's way easier.
- 1:05:09Speaker 4: On a mega yacht, it's five star service giving four seasons.
- 1:05:14Speaker 6: Well, I'll tell you one thing that didn't happen on
- 1:05:16Speaker 6: the boat. We didn't get turned down at night. I
- 1:05:19Speaker 6: didn't complain or anything.
- 1:05:20Speaker 4: Zandy.
- 1:05:21Speaker 6: But I'm just saying we didn't get turned down. I
- 1:05:23Speaker 6: have to say it. I have to say, my shit
- 1:05:27Speaker 6: was all over the room. No, it wasn't. I'm actually
- 1:05:29Speaker 6: very neat. I actually was very neat.
- 1:05:31Speaker 5: Wait, hold on. They didn't turn it?
- 1:05:32Speaker 6: No, the sheet wasn't turned down.
- 1:05:34Speaker 5: Down with a chocolate.
- 1:05:35Speaker 4: The actual turned down.
- 1:05:36Speaker 6: With a chocolate.
- 1:05:36Speaker 5: Well, you did mention the chocolates. Did you guys have
- 1:05:38Speaker 5: the chocolates? No, no.
- 1:05:39Speaker 6: No chocolate. No chocolate. No chocolate.
- 1:05:42Speaker 5: And why didn't you guys, because you were a short one? Sandy.
- 1:05:44Speaker 6: Did I get water next to my bed?
- 1:05:46Speaker 5: Zandy was ahead of you.
- 1:05:47Speaker 4: Zandy was ahead of me and Zandy was also in
- 1:05:50Speaker 4: charge of everything housekeeping. So everything that was inside was
- 1:05:53Speaker 4: 100% Zandy. So those sheets being turned.
- 1:05:55Speaker 5: Where is Zandy today?
- 1:05:57Speaker 4: I really don't know and don't care.
- 1:05:58Speaker 5: Oh, you're not a fan. Not a fan.
- 1:06:00Speaker 6: I have a question for you. I actually have a
- 1:06:03Speaker 6: question for you from the night because I actually had
- 1:06:05Speaker 6: a few more things that I had on my little list.
- 1:06:08Speaker 5: Of complaints or what?
- 1:06:10Speaker 6: Not complaints. Whatever. The issues that happened on the tips.
- 1:06:14Speaker 6: And I didn't want to make them look bad, so
- 1:06:16Speaker 6: I actually sent it to Frasier. Listen, when I got
- 1:06:19Speaker 6: off the boat, I sent Frasier because we exchanged numbers
- 1:06:21Speaker 6: and we became actually very friendly.
- 1:06:23Speaker 5: Until he said you were the worst guest he's ever had.
- 1:06:26Speaker 6: Right, until that. And I sent him a list of things,
- 1:06:30Speaker 6: probably that's why, things that needed to be done. And
- 1:06:32Speaker 6: I said to him, I'd rather someone tell me.
- 1:06:33Speaker 5: Need to be done in the future.
- 1:06:34Speaker 6: Well, no, I'll tell you what they are. Because I
- 1:06:36Speaker 6: would want to know if I was you. And if
- 1:06:38Speaker 6: you don't want to know, then just rip it up
- 1:06:39Speaker 6: or whatever.
- 1:06:40Speaker 5: Right, right.
- 1:06:41Speaker 6: And I'll tell you what they were. And I actually
- 1:06:43Speaker 6: wrote because I don't want to make you guys look bad.
- 1:06:45Speaker 4: Okay.
- 1:06:46Speaker 5: Okay.
- 1:06:46Speaker 6: There are window shades in the bedrooms, right? And the
- 1:06:49Speaker 6: sun is very bright when you're on the water and
- 1:06:51Speaker 6: you want them down at night. So when you wake
- 1:06:52Speaker 6: up in the morning at five in the morning, it's
- 1:06:54Speaker 6: not on your face, which it was because we couldn't
- 1:06:57Speaker 6: turn down the shade in the bedroom. Are they electric?
- 1:06:59Speaker 6: One of them was left open and we didn't know
- 1:07:01Speaker 6: how to turn it down. Is it broken or.
- 1:07:03Speaker 4: You were in the VIP.
- 1:07:04Speaker 6: VIP downstairs. No, there was like a shade that went
- 1:07:07Speaker 6: up and down. You don't know. You don't remember. Anyway,
- 1:07:09Speaker 6: that didn't go down. Also, well, you're not going to
- 1:07:12Speaker 6: like this. Xander won't like this. But, you know, they left...
- 1:07:15Speaker 6: The housekeeping stuff was left in a room. It wasn't
- 1:07:18Speaker 6: my room. Bathrobe came back soaking wet. No, I'm just
- 1:07:24Speaker 6: telling you. I mean, these are the things. Oh, and
- 1:07:26Speaker 6: the TV was broken in the room, so we couldn't
- 1:07:28Speaker 6: watch TV. And not that I was watching TV, but
- 1:07:30Speaker 6: I like to go to sleep with the TV on.
- 1:07:31Speaker 6: So I just gave them a list of a few things. Listen,
- 1:07:34Speaker 6: you know what?
- 1:07:35Speaker 5: I agree.
- 1:07:35Speaker 6: I was helping them.
- 1:07:36Speaker 5: I agree.
- 1:07:36Speaker 6: I don't give a shit. I'm getting off the boat.
- 1:07:38Speaker 6: I'm helping the next person, you know?
- 1:07:40Speaker 2: There's been times, you know, where I'm not being filmed
- 1:07:43Speaker 2: or whatever, but people know who I am and I'm
- 1:07:46Speaker 2: very scared of people saying that's right and but then
- 1:07:50Speaker 2: at the same time I've struggled because I'm.
- 1:07:52Speaker 5: Like if this was my business.
- 1:07:55Speaker 2: That's right I want to know to know so it's
- 1:07:58Speaker 2: like how do you do it like but then is
- 1:08:01Speaker 2: this person going to do a tiktok about what an asshole.
- 1:08:03Speaker 4: I am well obviously they did about me yeah that's
- 1:08:06Speaker 4: part of being in this world You know, you're exposing
- 1:08:08Speaker 4: yourself to other people, criticizing every little thing.
- 1:08:11Speaker 6: I mean, I was being nice to the next guest
- 1:08:13Speaker 6: because the TV was broken. So the next person's going
- 1:08:15Speaker 6: to complain. So instead of them complaining on camera.
- 1:08:18Speaker 4: And the next guests were, not all of them, but
- 1:08:21Speaker 4: like they were a lot.
- 1:08:22Speaker 6: You had some tough ones after?
- 1:08:23Speaker 4: We had some really tough ones.
- 1:08:24Speaker 6: That looked like a cupcake? That was actually rude.
- 1:08:27Speaker 4: I don't know about a cupcake, but like close.
- 1:08:29Speaker 6: Like a cookie with frosting? I'm not going to get
- 1:08:30Speaker 6: a cupcake.
- 1:08:31Speaker 2: No, but I mean, even if you have like an
- 1:08:32Speaker 2: Airbnb or whatever, you know, um, like i've stayed at
- 1:08:37Speaker 2: someone's house and they're doing it for airbnb they're like
- 1:08:39Speaker 2: any tips you have you know and i was like
- 1:08:42Speaker 2: you should walk around and film a little video of
- 1:08:45Speaker 2: how you do everything don't put it in the book
- 1:08:47Speaker 2: that's harder to comprehend do a little video this is
- 1:08:50Speaker 2: how the blinds shut this is this this is that
- 1:08:52Speaker 2: that's a good idea and then i was like you
- 1:08:54Speaker 2: should have bikes even if they're cheap go get bikes
- 1:08:57Speaker 2: for $ 100.
- 1:08:57Speaker 5: Have the bikes because whatever. And they loved that, you know.
- 1:09:02Speaker 6: I would want to know. What is a great guest
- 1:09:06Speaker 6: at life? Yeah, what is a great guest? What could
- 1:09:09Speaker 6: I have done better? In other words, in terms of communicating.
- 1:09:11Speaker 5: Unmute, I guess.
- 1:09:13Speaker 6: Not talk at all.
- 1:09:13Speaker 5: Helen Keller. I don't know.
- 1:09:15Speaker 4: I just think it was the amount of things. Like,
- 1:09:17Speaker 4: I think it was just like the amount of different things.
- 1:09:19Speaker 4: Even though all of those things were right, it was
- 1:09:21Speaker 4: just like hearing them back to back to back to
- 1:09:23Speaker 4: back as you're working is just kind of like, I know.
- 1:09:26Speaker 4: So my say is.
- 1:09:27Speaker 6: That if Frasier did his job, honestly, and had a
- 1:09:30Speaker 6: menu out, and had snacks out, and had the bathroom
- 1:09:35Speaker 6: with toothpaste and whatever, I wouldn't have had much to say,
- 1:09:39Speaker 6: would I? So if they had done their job, no offense,
- 1:09:42Speaker 6: but you guys had done your job in advance of
- 1:09:44Speaker 6: us getting on board, we wouldn't have had any issues.
- 1:09:47Speaker 6: And if the chef had read the preference menu and
- 1:09:49Speaker 6: provisioned correctly, there wouldn't have been a problem.
- 1:09:52Speaker 5: Right.
- 1:09:53Speaker 6: So that's why it upset me that I got so
- 1:09:55Speaker 6: much heat, because what did I do?
- 1:09:57Speaker 5: I'm the one carrying it.
- 1:09:58Speaker 8: Here's the things that would bum me out if I
- 1:10:01Speaker 8: was Cause sometimes I see this, um, if I want
- 1:10:05Speaker 8: coffee or a latte or whatever, I want it to
- 1:10:08Speaker 8: be really hot.
- 1:10:09Speaker 2: And sometimes I'm watching the show and I'm like, you know,
- 1:10:12Speaker 2: by the time they, I, I'll be watching it and
- 1:10:14Speaker 2: they'll be like making a latte for someone. And then
- 1:10:16Speaker 2: they have a conversation with someone else. And I'm like,
- 1:10:18Speaker 2: I'm sure that latte arrives and it's cold.
- 1:10:21Speaker 5: And then what are you supposed to do? God, do
- 1:10:23Speaker 5: you have a microwave?
- 1:10:24Speaker 2: Can I just like keep, I'm not enjoying this coffee
- 1:10:26Speaker 2: and I want to enjoy it with the sunrise.
- 1:10:28Speaker 5: Like there's certain things that you like.
- 1:10:29Speaker 6: And then you're going to complain and get, you know,
- 1:10:31Speaker 6: criticized for asking for anything.
- 1:10:32Speaker 5: Yeah, say that. Or like a Chardonnay being warm or whatever,
- 1:10:37Speaker 5: things like that. Or being in the jacuzzi and it's
- 1:10:40Speaker 5: been 25 minutes and you're like, I like my cocktail.
- 1:10:43Speaker 5: Where is the girl?
- 1:10:45Speaker 6: Well, if you had a bell... you'd be able to
- 1:10:50Speaker 6: not to annoy but to just say hello i'm alive.
- 1:10:54Speaker 2: What i didn't understand about the bell by the way
- 1:10:56Speaker 2: i said what i understand about the bell is the
- 1:10:58Speaker 2: bell would have to be like next to.
- 1:11:00Speaker 6: The jacuzzi absolutely but that that would.
- 1:11:03Speaker 5: Be a whole wiring thing for a boat.
- 1:11:05Speaker 6: I think that's wireless it's a doorbell wireless doorbell i
- 1:11:08Speaker 6: had them in do you remember my house in the
- 1:11:10Speaker 6: hamptons no did you remember that the outside was very
- 1:11:13Speaker 6: far from the kitchen The table.
- 1:11:15Speaker 4: All right.
- 1:11:15Speaker 6: Well, I guess that's a good idea. I thought if
- 1:11:17Speaker 6: somebody was in the kitchen, it could have been Gary.
- 1:11:19Speaker 6: It could have been Bobby. It could have been Allie.
- 1:11:21Speaker 6: Instead of screaming. And if I didn't have my phone,
- 1:11:24Speaker 6: I could just ding dong and someone would open the
- 1:11:25Speaker 6: kitchen door and say, what do you need? I'd be like,
- 1:11:27Speaker 6: we forgot the forks.
- 1:11:29Speaker 4: Right.
- 1:11:29Speaker 6: It's a communication thing.
- 1:11:31Speaker 5: So yes, if you're in the jacuzzi and you want.
- 1:11:34Speaker 6: To drink and they leave you alone because they're short
- 1:11:36Speaker 6: of staff and somebody else, another guest is downstairs and
- 1:11:39Speaker 6: somebody's sleeping and somebody's doing room service and I'm in
- 1:11:43Speaker 6: the jacuzzi and I want a drink. Now I got
- 1:11:44Speaker 6: to get out of the tub, get dry, go downstairs
- 1:11:47Speaker 6: and find someone. And I, and I, and what if
- 1:11:49Speaker 6: I can't scream? Like everybody's yelling at me about a doorbell,
- 1:11:53Speaker 6: but like, how am I supposed to find anyone? Cause I,
- 1:11:57Speaker 6: cause right.
- 1:11:58Speaker 5: The doorbell is so funny.
- 1:11:59Speaker 6: It's funny, but it's true. What I would do.
- 1:12:03Speaker 5: Is like, I would have like set up.
- 1:12:06Speaker 2: If someone's in the jacuzzi with the cocktail, I'd be like,
- 1:12:09Speaker 2: I'm going to be checking on you guys in the meantime.
- 1:12:11Speaker 6: That's what he said, but he didn't do it. He
- 1:12:13Speaker 6: left us alone for 45 minutes.
- 1:12:14Speaker 5: Here's a champagne in an ice bucket.
- 1:12:17Speaker 2: You can help yourself, but I will be checking on you.
- 1:12:19Speaker 2: But just in case, if you want to booze it up.
- 1:12:23Speaker 6: Do you think 45 minutes is too long to be
- 1:12:25Speaker 6: checked on?
- 1:12:26Speaker 5: I do.
- 1:12:26Speaker 6: Or is that reasonable?
- 1:12:26Speaker 4: You was really 45 minutes?
- 1:12:28Speaker 6: 45 minutes, and I've got eight people at the table.
- 1:12:31Speaker 4: It was really 45 minutes a lot.
- 1:12:32Speaker 6: And by the way, it was on the show that
- 1:12:34Speaker 6: someone else actually said ahead of me saying the doorbell.
- 1:12:36Speaker 6: He said, yeah, because it was 45 minutes.
- 1:12:38Speaker 5: Are you a little bit traumatized just like reliving it
- 1:12:40Speaker 5: right now as we're like asking?
- 1:12:41Speaker 4: Not really because now I know Jill personally and I
- 1:12:45Speaker 4: understand that Jill's not malicious. She doesn't have a malicious bone.
- 1:12:47Speaker 6: No.
- 1:12:48Speaker 4: She's just a mom and she's just giving her opinions.
- 1:12:50Speaker 8: Yeah.
- 1:12:51Speaker 4: And it's not malicious. So no, it's not traumatizing.
- 1:12:53Speaker 5: No. Well, I love it. I, you know, I would
- 1:12:59Speaker 5: do it if it was for free. I can't justify
- 1:13:02Speaker 5: spending the money.
- 1:13:04Speaker 6: But seriously, how do the other guests on the other weeks,
- 1:13:07Speaker 6: when you're short-staffed or not, you can't be everywhere. So
- 1:13:11Speaker 6: how do they communicate with you? How do they find you?
- 1:13:14Speaker 4: We really didn't have that big of a problem, I
- 1:13:15Speaker 4: don't think. I don't know. I have to tune in
- 1:13:17Speaker 4: and see if other people were missing us so much.
- 1:13:19Speaker 4: But I think it was the man down was really
- 1:13:21Speaker 4: what you felt.
- 1:13:22Speaker 6: Did any other weeks have a man down or just us?
- 1:13:24Speaker 4: I think just you guys.
- 1:13:26Speaker 6: So, yeah.
- 1:13:26Speaker 5: I mean, it was bad luck.
- 1:13:27Speaker 6: I know Captain Carrie was like, why did it have
- 1:13:29Speaker 6: to happen with Jill on the boat? Like, why did
- 1:13:31Speaker 6: the food have to be a disaster with Jill? And
- 1:13:33Speaker 6: it was two meals that were a disaster.
- 1:13:34Speaker 5: We thought it was a disaster.
- 1:13:35Speaker 4: We made great TV.
- 1:13:37Speaker 6: It was two meals in a row. We were starving.
- 1:13:38Speaker 6: And that's why I didn't have a snack box.
- 1:13:40Speaker 5: I mean, I was literally starving. That's why you never
- 1:13:43Speaker 5: looked better in that pink bathing suit.
- 1:13:44Speaker 6: There are benefits to it.
- 1:13:46Speaker 5: There really are.
- 1:13:47Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 1:13:48Speaker 2: Barbie, tell everybody if they want to find you on
- 1:13:51Speaker 2: Instagram where they can find you.
- 1:13:52Speaker 4: You can find me at BarbiePasquale with two L's at
- 1:13:55Speaker 4: the end.
- 1:13:56Speaker 5: And, of course, Jill Zarin is Mrs. Jill Zarin everywhere.
- 1:14:00Speaker 5: And her rugs are fabulous.
- 1:14:02Speaker 2: She has a brand new line of the cutest plates
- 1:14:06Speaker 2: and dishes.
- 1:14:07Speaker 5: I love it.
- 1:14:08Speaker 2: It's very Palm Beach, very Palm Springs, very Beverly Hills Hotel.
- 1:14:12Speaker 5: Great inspired. Of course, they have all the candles with
- 1:14:15Speaker 5: the crystals. And I love those, too, through your company
- 1:14:18Speaker 5: with Jill and Allie. And you guys are always bringing
- 1:14:21Speaker 5: new products. Yes. And you're just killing it. And thank
- 1:14:23Speaker 5: you for having me.
- 1:14:23Speaker 6: At your beautiful home. I got one more thing to
- 1:14:24Speaker 6: tell you.
- 1:14:25Speaker 5: What?
- 1:14:25Speaker 6: On the boat, when we left, I had brought candles, right?
- 1:14:28Speaker 6: And I gave everyone gifts. Gary wrote a poem for
- 1:14:31Speaker 6: the entire... Did he read it?
- 1:14:32Speaker 4: No, he didn't read the poem.
- 1:14:33Speaker 6: Gary wrote a poem for each of you. And they
- 1:14:37Speaker 6: wouldn't let us do it. So we did it. I
- 1:14:38Speaker 6: have it on my phone because he did it off
- 1:14:41Speaker 6: the boat. They wouldn't let us read the poem. I
- 1:14:43Speaker 6: left crystal candles for everybody. I left my pickleball paddles
- 1:14:46Speaker 6: and balls there. And I heard that the production company
- 1:14:50Speaker 6: took it and didn't give it to the crew. How
- 1:14:52Speaker 6: do you like that? I wonder where those candles ended up.
- 1:14:55Speaker 5: I wonder where those people are playing pickleball. Yep. Really, Bravo? Really?
- 1:14:59Speaker 2: Because Barbie would like, good thing that Barbie's here because
- 1:15:02Speaker 2: she's going home with a racket. thank you love you.
