Dani Fernandez Welcomes Us to the Nerd Universe
On this episode we talk curly hair maintenance and manifest a win for Newsom on the California recall (Ana Sheila and Brenda recorded on election day).
We talk to Dani Fernandez, an LA based writer and actress that we adore. She wrote in the best-selling book The Good Immigrant USA and has hosted for E! News, Nerdist, CW, and Disney. She can be seen in animated form, playing herself, in Disney’s Ralph Breaks the Internet.
Learn how Dani is making the nerd space more welcoming for people of color, and how she delights us with her bold tweets centered on mental health and representation.
