- 0:02Speaker 1: This is part six of our Raw Milk Healing Series.
- 0:17Speaker 1: Hello and welcome. I'm doctor Troy. This is our sixth
- 0:20Speaker 1: installment out of seven of our Raw Milk Healing Series. Now,
- 0:25Speaker 1: this one is a fascinating one. So for those of
- 0:27Speaker 1: you out there that have arthritis, constipation, joint pain, stiffness,
- 0:33Speaker 1: you'll want to definitely listen to this one. Now, it
- 0:37Speaker 1: says here in the Annal Review of Biochemistry in nineteen
- 0:41Speaker 1: forty four, so that's where this journal article comes from.
- 0:45Speaker 1: It says a substance present in raw cream but not
- 0:50Speaker 1: in pasteurized cream prevents joint stiffness and the pain of arthritis.
- 0:57Speaker 1: So not long before this art was published, there was
- 1:01Speaker 1: a doctor Woolsn that had figured out that there was
- 1:05Speaker 1: this anti stiffness factor in certain foods, and of course
- 1:10Speaker 1: this particular young lady named it after herself, the wolves
- 1:14Speaker 1: In factor. So that's what they call this anti stiffness factor.
- 1:19Speaker 1: Though I don't know that if it's if it's ever
- 1:21Speaker 1: been isolated, I'm sure somebody has. I'll do some digging
- 1:24Speaker 1: and see if I can't actually get the molecular structure
- 1:29Speaker 1: of it and see what it might be close to.
- 1:31Speaker 1: I have a couple of products that have this anti
- 1:34Speaker 1: wolven or this anti stiffness, this wolvesnfactor in it. And
- 1:38Speaker 1: the thing is is that when I do it in
- 1:41Speaker 1: too high a doses with some folks, it actually aggravates
- 1:44Speaker 1: their constipation because oftentimes, when we're very stiff, we're not
- 1:50Speaker 1: pulling these factors or these chemicals, these waste byproducts of
- 1:56Speaker 1: cellular respiration or just simply doing their job, and so
- 2:02Speaker 1: those factors will sit into joint material and they'll cause problems.
- 2:09Speaker 1: Stiffness have a goal right now that comes in and
- 2:13Speaker 1: she can't make a fist. And so we've had her
- 2:16Speaker 1: on this and she's getting better and better, but it's
- 2:19Speaker 1: work because there's many many other issues that go into
- 2:23Speaker 1: helping a body just not feel stiff and not be
- 2:25Speaker 1: able to make a fist. However, it was fascinating that
- 2:29Speaker 1: way back here in nineteen forty four, we're talking, let
- 2:33Speaker 1: you know, eighty some years ago they knew this, and
- 2:37Speaker 1: yet how many of us have ever heard that, Hey,
- 2:40Speaker 1: if you're stiff, go drink raw cream. Well, of course
- 2:43Speaker 1: not so why not, Hey, instead you should just take
- 2:49Speaker 1: some ass sprin or some ibuprofen or something else. Here's
- 2:56Speaker 1: a drug that you could take. And so there's there's
- 3:00Speaker 1: not a lot of money in promoting raw milk raw cream,
- 3:04Speaker 1: but there is one hllacious amount of money in drugs.
- 3:09Speaker 1: So if you ever kind of wonder why we don't
- 3:11Speaker 1: know this, you don't have to go very far. So
- 3:14Speaker 1: this particular joint stiffness and pain of arthritis can be
- 3:19Speaker 1: certainly helped by arthritic pain. Now, why would a body
- 3:23Speaker 1: lay down calcium into joints and thus eventually be called arthritis?
- 3:31Speaker 1: Oftentimes it's because we can't seem to fix things like
- 3:35Speaker 1: inflammation and other degenerative processes in cells. Well, what do
- 3:42Speaker 1: the cells need in order to not do that? They
- 3:45Speaker 1: need trace minerals, they need vitamin A, they need vitamin C,
- 3:49Speaker 1: vitamin E, vitamin D, vitamin F which we would call
- 3:53Speaker 1: fatty acids. They need good fats, they need calcium, they
- 3:57Speaker 1: need all this stuff. Milk supplies all that, and so
- 4:01Speaker 1: it is excellent. But we also know that there happens
- 4:04Speaker 1: to be this anti stiffness factor in them as well.
- 4:08Speaker 1: So it should become a real, you know, crazy idea
- 4:13Speaker 1: to accept that, hey, raw milk may be helpful in
- 4:17Speaker 1: many other things, not just keeping my body healthy. Because
- 4:21Speaker 1: it's a raw, whole food, I think maybe it might
- 4:25Speaker 1: be helpful for other things. And so as I do
- 4:27Speaker 1: raw milk myself, I noticed that my joints are better
- 4:30Speaker 1: and better. My neck is less stiff, my hand's less stiff,
- 4:35Speaker 1: my knees less stiff. I've been an athlete for more
- 4:38Speaker 1: than forty years. I've been doing this a long time,
- 4:41Speaker 1: in my mid fifties. I know what stiffness feels like,
- 4:45Speaker 1: and so to be able to do something that's so
- 4:47Speaker 1: simple and so easy, and to have such great benefit,
- 4:52Speaker 1: it's a no brainer to me. But again, I'll do me,
- 4:55Speaker 1: you do you, and we'll both get there. But again,
- 4:58Speaker 1: if you wish, catch my other podcast where I talk
- 5:01Speaker 1: about these anti stiffness factors and other foods that you
- 5:03Speaker 1: can find them in. But until next time, I'm doctor Troy,
- 5:06Speaker 1: and remember there is way more right with you than
- 5:10Speaker 1: there is wrong with you.
