- 20:13Speaker 7: insighting me, especially, you know, uh, paying honor to you know,
- 20:20Speaker 7: one of my mother's nigga boy. Yes, I'm still you
- 20:27Speaker 7: know I'm still I'm not hurt, but I miss I
- 20:34Speaker 7: miss her somewhere because it's it's like you lost not
- 20:41Speaker 7: a family member. For her ancestors.
- 20:44Speaker 9: We know she's in a better.
- 20:45Speaker 7: Place, but at the same time it's a distance.
- 20:50Speaker 4: Mm hm.
- 20:50Speaker 10: So I steel.
- 20:54Speaker 7: Trying to video, still trying to get over you know,
- 20:58Speaker 7: the news, and still trying to you know, wrap my
- 21:01Speaker 7: mind around you know where we go from here, you know,
- 21:04Speaker 7: the busiest, one of the giants from you know, our
- 21:08Speaker 7: community that gave us the boys, They gave us the
- 21:11Speaker 7: power to uh express ourselves, to give us the power
- 21:14Speaker 7: to you know, be a homeless you know, because he
- 21:18Speaker 7: strong in our truth, be strong with ourselves. Right. So
- 21:26Speaker 7: I'm deeply honest to night. It's not the knight. So
- 21:28Speaker 7: thank you so much for opportunity, and I'm excited. I'm
- 21:32Speaker 7: excited to you know, join the conversation.
- 21:35Speaker 3: Well, thank you for joining. And I would love for
- 21:38Speaker 3: you to share with the audience just a little bit
- 21:42Speaker 3: about doctor Gary. Who is doctor Garry.
- 21:47Speaker 7: Absolutely uh So, I am doctor Carry is probably from Birmingham, USA.
- 21:53Speaker 7: I am a writer, author, sensor uh a newer black
- 22:02Speaker 7: so uh. I actually got started with uh in writing
- 22:09Speaker 7: when I was young, a young man basically trying to
- 22:13Speaker 7: use uh an avenue to basically aspress myself. I was
- 22:18Speaker 7: one of those quiet keys, so you know, I had
- 22:22Speaker 7: the tendency to swallow everything. That's all my feelings, and
- 22:26Speaker 7: I needed that. I haven't especially expressed myself. So I
- 22:29Speaker 7: actually turned to poetry.
- 22:32Speaker 9: To actually do that.
- 22:34Speaker 7: Uh one of the and it was funny, we're talking
- 22:36Speaker 7: about our great writers. You know, I've turned to you know,
- 22:39Speaker 7: the life of your life in huge your Mary barakas
- 22:42Speaker 7: UH need your body tight fashions to actually see the
- 22:48Speaker 7: strength as far as being expressive about our truth. And
- 22:54Speaker 7: basically after that, Uh, I went to college, went to
- 22:59Speaker 7: graduate school, UH, got my doctors and so forth, and basically,
- 23:05Speaker 7: you know, I told myself that I wanted to commit myself,
- 23:08Speaker 7: you know, to a career where not only I'm elevating
- 23:12Speaker 7: myself as a writer, but I wanted to elevate others
- 23:15Speaker 7: as well. UH, just because you know, I truly believe
- 23:20Speaker 7: in the power of the written word, in the words
- 23:23Speaker 7: will UH spaking for our community, could you know, think
- 23:28Speaker 7: about it, Think about this for a moment. At one
- 23:31Speaker 7: point in time, it was against the law for people
- 23:35Speaker 7: like us to read and write.
- 23:40Speaker 4: And it's you know, we think about that.
- 23:42Speaker 7: You know nowadays you know the power behind expressing ourselves,
- 23:48Speaker 7: the power to communicate, the power to elevate each other,
- 23:53Speaker 7: you know, just by a simple conversations. Right, and so
- 23:58Speaker 7: now you know I had all I that came myself,
- 24:01Speaker 7: my career to you know, elevating others. That through you know,
- 24:04Speaker 7: teaching college courses at the OUs college reization, you hearing outside,
- 24:09Speaker 7: that's through you know, me writing for treading for and
- 24:14Speaker 7: so forth. Just release my person novel Shadow that's done down. Uh,
- 24:21Speaker 7: just got released this past poor doing really well. Uh
- 24:26Speaker 7: and yeah, it's like said, basically, I'm decided, you know,
- 24:30Speaker 7: to continue the career, you know, as a writer as
- 24:33Speaker 7: a profession. Uh, just to not all elevate myself, but
- 24:36Speaker 7: also the elevators. That's my that's my place.
- 24:40Speaker 3: Wow. That that that that is amazing. That is definitely purpose.
- 24:46Speaker 3: You you found your purpose. You you found that that
- 24:50Speaker 3: you're supposed to be doing to impact the universe, because
- 24:55Speaker 3: we all have something that we're supposed to be doing
- 24:59Speaker 3: to impact lies. You know, I tell people oftentimes we
- 25:03Speaker 3: didn't get dropped out of the sky. You know, we
- 25:05Speaker 3: were strategically placed here to impact in whatever way that
- 25:09Speaker 3: we were supposed to impact. So you're definitely doing that
- 25:12Speaker 3: in your own rights. Definitely want to know, how have
- 25:18Speaker 3: you tied your poetry, your writing into from your personal
- 25:24Speaker 3: life into your professional life or due to two intertwine?
- 25:31Speaker 7: Oh they uh uh like growing up, use poetry to
- 25:41Speaker 7: you know, help you know, buy fear as far as
- 25:44Speaker 7: public speaking of that kind of thing.
- 25:47Speaker 4: Uh.
- 25:47Speaker 7: And the more you know, the more apple and the
- 25:51Speaker 7: more our growth. Uh, the more confident I got into
- 25:55Speaker 7: public speaking, and in turn, you know, you writing poem,
- 26:00Speaker 7: ubs and books and and so forth. He turned into
- 26:03Speaker 7: uh me, you know, getting an opportunities actually teach college courses, uh,
- 26:08Speaker 7: mainly English, competition, literature and so forth. And then even
- 26:13Speaker 7: now where now I am, you know, advising you know,
- 26:17Speaker 7: other writers and in college as publishing, performing and so
- 26:23Speaker 7: on and so forth. While off so you know, uh,
- 26:27Speaker 7: looking at the great you know and how they wrote,
- 26:29Speaker 7: how they so you know, that kind of thing. But
- 26:34Speaker 7: at the same time, allowing students to find their own
- 26:38Speaker 7: books give them a confidence to you know, of their
- 26:41Speaker 7: own stories. H.
- 26:44Speaker 9: So you know, vat of fear is basically you know.
- 26:47Speaker 7: It's it's instants like basically, you know as therapy used
- 26:51Speaker 7: to be where you know, I thought his party just
- 26:53Speaker 7: from me, but I found that I find I found
- 26:58Speaker 7: that it's more the wars devating others is a life world.
- 27:06Speaker 7: Come on, when they see, hey, this is this is
- 27:12Speaker 7: something that they take me. This is something that I
- 27:15Speaker 7: could use to televate other people that they have the same.
- 27:18Speaker 9: Story that may not have come.
- 27:23Speaker 2: Wow.
- 27:24Speaker 3: Wow that I'm telling you, that's that's my message all
- 27:28Speaker 3: the time, Like I was just telling I don't know
- 27:31Speaker 3: if it was Shanette or shaneering you, but we was
- 27:33Speaker 3: just having this conversation. But I was telling them. And
- 27:37Speaker 3: I believe this because one of my mentors, she tell
- 27:39Speaker 3: me this all the time. She said that that you
- 27:42Speaker 3: do for other, God would do for you. So I
- 27:44Speaker 3: believe that if you're desiring something for yourself, if you
- 27:48Speaker 3: pour it and you saw it into someone else, then
- 27:50Speaker 3: it'll you. You have no choice but the reap what
- 27:52Speaker 3: you sown. So with you saying that, yeah, I truly
- 27:57Speaker 3: believe that, I'm gonna go ahead and bring up our
- 28:01Speaker 3: next Yes, doctor Chen, she is actually like Wow, she's
- 28:09Speaker 3: near and dear to my heart. She's one of the
- 28:12Speaker 3: amazing hosts over on the Crew podcast. For those that
- 28:17Speaker 3: follow and support me on a constant basis, I am
- 28:22Speaker 3: the visionary behind the Crew podcast, and she is one
- 28:24Speaker 3: of them. Dp us over there on the Crew podcast,
- 28:28Speaker 3: Doctor Chen are you here?
- 28:31Speaker 4: You know Green Tanks three Blessings is a listener. It's
- 28:38Speaker 4: an honor and privilege to gets Franks for bringing us
- 28:41Speaker 4: together to have this type of conversation, because you know,
- 28:45Speaker 4: I don't say come to it, I'm really hailing right
- 28:49Speaker 4: now out of Saint Croix. You refer to it as
- 28:52Speaker 4: I the space of reverse here in the Virgin Islands,
- 28:57Speaker 4: and it's really a pleasure to be able to have
- 29:00Speaker 4: this opportunity to share some words sound, power and strength
- 29:05Speaker 4: around those vibrations that you've already shared. I have an
- 29:10Speaker 4: opportunity to tune in with you frequently with this true
- 29:15Speaker 4: podcast of the phenomenal I've got to keep make sure,
- 29:19Speaker 4: I say that of phenomenal collective of sister Queens and
- 29:25Speaker 4: having an opportunity to work through the publication portion that
- 29:30Speaker 4: you have really spearheaded to make sure that persons have
- 29:33Speaker 4: an opportunity to publish creative works, creative poetic verse pros
- 29:39Speaker 4: et cetera results an honor and a privilege as well.
- 29:42Speaker 4: And tonight I'm very excited on the different areas, the
- 29:47Speaker 4: different elements that we'll be able to share together. Okay,
- 29:52Speaker 4: it's always wonderful to be able to offer some context
- 29:56Speaker 4: to things that are linked to culture, human arts, technology
- 29:59Speaker 4: and tuality because it really restores light and it facilitates
- 30:04Speaker 4: our ability to not get called up in the distraction.
- 30:08Speaker 7: Not a very common sometimes and now we just get
- 30:12Speaker 7: into like a.
- 30:12Speaker 4: Low hanging element instead of highlighting the elevation. So I'm
- 30:19Speaker 4: really excited about the ceasing. I'm again giving words out
- 30:23Speaker 4: power and strength for the newly ascended ancestress, the honorable
- 30:30Speaker 4: doctor Nikki Giovanni. We pray with her journey into how
- 30:35Speaker 4: to stout Beamenta, the heavenly realms is unfettered, not interfered with,
- 30:41Speaker 4: very peaceful, and that the family and friends, students stands
- 30:48Speaker 4: are able to balance on what may appear to be lost.
- 30:52Speaker 4: And now you really have to worry about what you do.
- 30:54Speaker 4: Now you really have to think about her spiritual energy
- 30:58Speaker 4: that is eternal. Right, And it just made me reflect
- 31:02Speaker 4: as I was listening to the lestious doctor that it
- 31:06Speaker 4: made me remember seeing her present a keynote at Massachusetts
- 31:14Speaker 4: College of Libical Arts in twenty nineteen, and it was
- 31:18Speaker 4: just amazing to see that even in the realm of eldership,
- 31:23Speaker 4: she still.
- 31:23Speaker 11: Had that niche.
- 31:24Speaker 4: She was going to tell you that she might forget
- 31:26Speaker 4: what she kind of thing, but she didn't forget. So
- 31:31Speaker 4: it's just wonderful to be able to reflect on her.
- 31:36Speaker 4: And I know there's a particular piece that always stuck
- 31:38Speaker 4: for me, and I'm sure everybody remembership and that's Eagleship things.
- 31:42Speaker 4: So I'm looking forward for us to speak some truth
- 31:45Speaker 4: and bringing into the heights as we deal with theseversations.
- 31:51Speaker 3: Well, I want you to share with those that are
- 31:54Speaker 3: listening a little bit about yourself if you would.
- 32:00Speaker 7: Of course, of.
- 32:01Speaker 4: Course, because we tend to talk about you know, academics
- 32:04Speaker 4: and until I we'll talk about them build a lot.
- 32:06Speaker 4: So sometimes we forget to do that in these factor
- 32:09Speaker 4: platforms because we're like, we think we're doing it over again.
- 32:12Speaker 4: So I'll give this short concise version here. So persons
- 32:15Speaker 4: refers to me as a real and giving story narrative
- 32:21Speaker 4: that follows our ancestral legacy and to and into contemporary science.
- 32:26Speaker 4: I also serve as an education currently a professor at
- 32:30Speaker 4: the University of the Version Islands and specific to proving
- 32:35Speaker 4: studies and communication technologies. I have the opportunity to serve
- 32:41Speaker 4: as a communication technologist, so a lot of persons look
- 32:45Speaker 4: with that type of skill set and a lot of
- 32:47Speaker 4: my work which extends to serving as a creative artidents
- 32:52Speaker 4: and the activists that uses art for our agorivism. And
- 32:56Speaker 4: I am also also in cultural hair to researcher personally
- 33:02Speaker 4: refer to me in a varietal way is my most
- 33:04Speaker 4: important part of my bio is that I'm a lover,
- 33:09Speaker 4: I'm a grandmother. I also am an ordain increases, so
- 33:14Speaker 4: I have the honored privilege to provide that spiritual guidance
- 33:18Speaker 4: and support. Again especially earlier around culture hurricanes orts, technology
- 33:24Speaker 4: and spirituality, but specificicure in stereo work that helps her family,
- 33:31Speaker 4: helps our wo mental, helps our mental.
- 33:34Speaker 7: Take their children balance and strong ya.
- 33:37Speaker 4: And part of my other background is around holific matropractic therapeutics,
- 33:44Speaker 4: so I have the opportunity to just help persons to
- 33:46Speaker 4: do things as naturally as possible. And I work around
- 33:52Speaker 4: what people in the words referred to duma and as
- 33:56Speaker 4: a signed Goma and the African tradition so that we
- 33:59Speaker 4: can help families and the mothers gives birth that the
- 34:03Speaker 4: father has to be present the office strength and stability.
- 34:06Speaker 4: So we really work on helping families to deal with
- 34:10Speaker 4: natural perthing as much as coomfortable. And that has taken
- 34:13Speaker 4: me literally around that blow, and then just being involved
- 34:18Speaker 4: in communitarian efforts, really helping around areas that rule beyond
- 34:25Speaker 4: the barriers of colonization. As quite as it's kept, there
- 34:30Speaker 4: are still many colonies in the global community. So we
- 34:33Speaker 4: work very diligently to use the most effective means possible,
- 34:39Speaker 4: especially true education and tacticism that allows for communities.
- 34:44Speaker 7: To address ways of which can.
- 34:47Speaker 4: Decolonize to self the power to be economically stable and
- 34:52Speaker 4: of course sustainable, which means.
- 34:54Speaker 7: We have to deal with our environment and our environment
- 34:57Speaker 7: at the same time.
- 34:59Speaker 4: I think that that will be.
- 35:03Speaker 3: Wow and an understatement because I see all that you do,
- 35:09Speaker 3: I watch you, I follow you, and of course I
- 35:13Speaker 3: knew that when Millie Girls connected us, I knew that
- 35:19Speaker 3: she was connecting me with someone powerful, because that's all
- 35:23Speaker 3: she ever does. So I was just humbled as I
- 35:28Speaker 3: just watched you. I tell you, this season has been
- 35:32Speaker 3: nothing shy of amazing on the Crew podcast, because you
- 35:37Speaker 3: came in a blazing and you haven't stopped, and I
- 35:42Speaker 3: see you and you are doing so much, and I
- 35:45Speaker 3: just I thank you. We actually have a collar in Q, y'all.
- 35:50Speaker 3: We got a collar in Q. We got collar number one.
- 35:53Speaker 3: Calling in collar number one, if you would tell me
- 35:57Speaker 3: your name and where you're calling from.
- 36:01Speaker 4: Hey, girls, Jerry Petito from New Jersey. Hey, Jerry, how
- 36:07Speaker 4: are you, sweetheart?
- 36:08Speaker 3: I'm good, I'm good. I can't complains good good.
- 36:12Speaker 4: I want to say hello to both of your guests.
- 36:15Speaker 4: I enjoyed listening to everything they both said. I have
- 36:18Speaker 4: so much in common with your queen there because I
- 36:21Speaker 4: also am an atriopathic and nutritional health coach and all
- 36:25Speaker 4: that good stuff. So wow, beautiful. But I have a
- 36:30Speaker 4: poem I would love to share tonight. Okay, okay, this
- 36:35Speaker 4: is in my book and it's called My Story. I
- 36:41Speaker 4: thought i'd share my story in a more poetic way
- 36:44Speaker 4: to give you guys some insight on what I want
- 36:47Speaker 4: to say. I grew up in a crazy Italian home
- 36:50Speaker 4: where boundaries did not exist, no such thing as personal space.
- 36:55Speaker 4: As I grew up, I started to resist. My sign
- 36:58Speaker 4: is a pissy than it really true. I'm artistic and
- 37:01Speaker 4: curious with all that I do. My heart on my
- 37:04Speaker 4: sleeve is where it was worn. That good in that
- 37:07Speaker 4: bad fish always made me feel torn. There was to explore.
- 37:12Speaker 4: My bucket list was.
- 37:13Speaker 10: Huge and.
- 37:16Speaker 4: Got me into trouble, from art school, into drugs, traveling
- 37:19Speaker 4: all over, sing somebody, getting pregnant and married, and of
- 37:25Speaker 4: course came divorced. I loved myself unmanaged. Singing was forced
- 37:31Speaker 4: outside of the boxes. Whenever I wronged, I fought structure
- 37:37Speaker 4: and rules and never regretted. I only worried with ned
- 37:40Speaker 4: small stuff, never sweated. Being self employed, too young and
- 37:44Speaker 4: making too much money he got me into trouble. Now
- 37:46Speaker 4: life was not so funny, being so young and being
- 37:49Speaker 4: so sick. I woke up and thought I need help quick.
- 37:52Speaker 4: So I stopped all the crap and begged God to
- 37:55Speaker 4: hear me. He saved me that day, and he decided
- 37:58Speaker 4: to spare me, saved my life and gave me my calling.
- 38:02Speaker 4: Now go help others, the ones that are falling. My
- 38:05Speaker 4: entire life since I was young was finding the broken
- 38:08Speaker 4: who I was among. Thirty three years later, God said,
- 38:13Speaker 4: write your book. I smiled and thought Okay, now I
- 38:16Speaker 4: know this is what it took. I'll never regret my
- 38:19Speaker 4: choices because I'm the person I am today. I'll always
- 38:22Speaker 4: pay it forward if I can help in any way.
- 38:25Speaker 4: My passion on my Roads radio show too. I love
- 38:29Speaker 4: helping others. It's what I'm made to do. My life
- 38:31Speaker 4: changing once made over thirty three years now, my debt
- 38:37Speaker 4: has been paid.
- 38:39Speaker 7: Here you go go.
- 38:43Speaker 3: Wow, nice, nice, thank.
- 38:47Speaker 4: You, Thank you. God saved my life thirty three years ago. Guys,
- 38:51Speaker 4: And I pay it forward. And I'm listening to you
- 38:54Speaker 4: guys and I'm like, Wow, you guys are beautiful, all
- 38:59Speaker 4: three of you.
- 39:01Speaker 3: Wow, you are too. And your guests from last night.
- 39:07Speaker 3: Jerry Is she don't like to share her acculades, but
- 39:12Speaker 3: Jerry and and sometime I mess up all of them.
- 39:15Speaker 3: But Jerry has been inducted into the International Radio Hall
- 39:19Speaker 3: of Fame. I think she has like two or three
- 39:24Speaker 3: records over there. I think she's uh ensured as a
- 39:27Speaker 3: broadcaster and as a lifetime achiever. And I think she's
- 39:32Speaker 3: won the Anna Wadell Award twice as well as we
- 39:38Speaker 3: have a Battle of the Stars. I think she's won
- 39:42Speaker 3: that twice. She's she's beat me twice.
- 39:45Speaker 6: I know.
- 39:47Speaker 3: Because I've had to go up against her twice. Like y'all,
- 39:50Speaker 3: she's my competition. She is the reason why I have
- 39:54Speaker 3: to go so hard, because Brother Oh put me in
- 39:58Speaker 3: between two amazing hosts that are enshrine into the Hall
- 40:03Speaker 3: of Fame. They are in the International Lifetime Achievers.
- 40:10Speaker 7: They are.
- 40:12Speaker 3: Anna Wardell Award winners, and they always win in the
- 40:15Speaker 3: Battle the Stars. So I have no choice but to
- 40:18Speaker 3: to to to push. So you see why I push, doctor.
- 40:27Speaker 4: You know, I have to say the tuny's messaging me
- 40:31Speaker 4: that you're amazing too, and you are. Okay, listen, you
- 40:36Speaker 4: will steal my crown from last night tonight. Okay, fingers
- 40:39Speaker 4: crossed throw, You're gonna get the championship. I want, I
- 40:43Speaker 4: want to yes, I want to tell you who my
- 40:45Speaker 4: guest is in January. There's a reason why you need
- 40:48Speaker 4: to know. Okay, it's our Honeydee.
- 40:52Speaker 7: Our brother Oh.
- 40:54Speaker 4: And we're gonna do a show together called a Conversation
- 40:58Speaker 4: between Friends. Wow, January seventh.

- 41:17Speaker 10: In two thousand and nineteen in the National in the
- 41:20Speaker 10: rail on the Fame Broadcasting is running. In the same
- 41:23Speaker 10: year she won our Horsty year, which is the Animals
- 41:25Speaker 10: and the War Act. She's never won it twice, only
- 41:28Speaker 10: one person that wanted twice for some opportunity. However, she
- 41:32Speaker 10: is for twenty twenty one and that's in the Rail
- 41:35Speaker 10: Only Think Broadcasting Lifetime, Chi Jer Juell, Jerry, Patito, Becau's talking.

- 41:49Speaker 10: you guys.

- 42:02Speaker 3: I just want to thank you guys. I asked you, guys,
- 42:06Speaker 3: if you would prepare a piece for tonight to share
- 42:11Speaker 3: or bring a piece to share something of your own.
- 42:14Speaker 3: I know that you both are poets in your own right. Actually,
- 42:19Speaker 3: Doctor Carry is one of the numberees for the twenty
- 42:27Speaker 3: twenty five Poet of the year. So I'm excited about that.
- 42:35Speaker 3: We want to share some poetry. So, doctor Chen, do
- 42:39Speaker 3: you have anything you want to share poetry tonight?
- 42:44Speaker 4: Absolutely, let's go to the public for Princeton the Fans
- 42:49Speaker 4: of Time, the Legacy Chronical Journey to Time and Eternity
- 42:53Speaker 4: by the Way editors and brought together by Sister Queen
- 42:57Speaker 4: Angel how podcast. All right, We're gonna share this piece,
- 43:04Speaker 4: one of the tree that I haven't here called jo
- 43:08Speaker 4: It means I remember, I remember not knowing how to
- 43:13Speaker 4: sit in life situation, making the alien almost everywhere.
- 43:17Speaker 7: I remember learning.
- 43:19Speaker 4: Actually growing, being believed to welcome and touch now sank
- 43:25Speaker 4: and sound, affirming being an incomplete person by non kinfolks
- 43:31Speaker 4: who look different, talk different. That's different, like kin folks
- 43:36Speaker 4: who look the strame hap the streames live the same,
- 43:41Speaker 4: saying all we are one, living as betrayer and taptiseer,
- 43:47Speaker 4: saying you ain't done here. You need to go back
- 43:50Speaker 4: where you come from. You have an alien and different culture.
- 43:55Speaker 4: Life is a term cultural terms planted. You just said,
- 43:59Speaker 4: man bog In, I've just got amani gans so called
- 44:04Speaker 4: I've got Hispanic Latina americam being a child of an
- 44:09Speaker 4: omnipt creator. It could have been lost, as it has
- 44:15Speaker 4: been for others before us. Some check out early our
- 44:21Speaker 4: design causes great time ancestral Blaso will not let you
- 44:28Speaker 4: go until this time glow forward in strength to a
- 44:35Speaker 4: point I remember, wow, wow, wow, that's the English version.
- 44:56Speaker 3: That was That was beautiful, That that was beautiful? Truly
- 45:02Speaker 3: what inspired that particular piece?
- 45:07Speaker 7: I mean I didn't hear.
- 45:10Speaker 3: What what inspired that particular piece.
- 45:16Speaker 12: Glowing up from a being from the Caribbeans and being
- 45:20Speaker 12: being what people like to call migrants or moving into
- 45:25Speaker 12: spaces in the northeast US.
- 45:29Speaker 4: And and it's like four parts to that particular piece.
- 45:33Speaker 7: It's a it's a.
- 45:34Speaker 13: Longer piece of sharing what that vibration, that shift is
- 45:38Speaker 13: being and being a person of African ancestry, not through
- 45:43Speaker 13: spaces that are socially different and not only language, but
- 45:48Speaker 13: more so just the cultural nuances that were different, you know.
- 45:52Speaker 9: So and it was a part of some of it is.
- 45:55Speaker 13: Definitely linked to my own lived experience and then share
- 46:00Speaker 13: and that I.
- 46:00Speaker 4: Write a lot when I was younger, and as I
- 46:04Speaker 4: grew and became a mother and open and the grandmother,
- 46:08Speaker 4: I shared.
- 46:08Speaker 7: These This is my way of telling the story without
- 46:11Speaker 7: a sound.
- 46:12Speaker 12: And so.
- 46:13Speaker 4: Pet she has a way that you can say it
- 46:16Speaker 4: and it can still be a teachable.
- 46:18Speaker 7: Moment, but it's not so harsh. People just blocked out
- 46:22Speaker 7: the truth.
- 46:23Speaker 3: Right right and and and that is a way of
- 46:29Speaker 3: leaving something and empowering and leaving and leaving something. Because
- 46:36Speaker 3: our topic tonight, you know what, it's being intentional about
- 46:41Speaker 3: purpose and how to keep our flame lit.
- 46:44Speaker 6: And in.
- 46:47Speaker 3: Doing my studies over the last couple of months, that
- 46:51Speaker 3: word frame, it's just like what it was given to me.
- 46:59Speaker 3: It's like the spirit do with me with words. And
- 47:02Speaker 3: that word flame it stands for being focused, knowing that
- 47:10Speaker 3: you are limitless because of what's on the inside of you,
- 47:16Speaker 3: that you can do anything if you learn to tap
- 47:20Speaker 3: into the spirit ram that's come with being aligned, that
- 47:25Speaker 3: A and flame aligned. And then how you keep that
- 47:30Speaker 3: flame going is by staying motivating. How do you stay motivating?
- 47:36Speaker 3: And then the E stands for in power, you know,
- 47:41Speaker 3: once you get empowered, paying it for it. Like both
- 47:45Speaker 3: of you guys are saying, you know, sharing, you know,
- 47:49Speaker 3: being teachers, y'all are porn and so and sees in
- 47:55Speaker 3: two others and it's just amazing. Mister carry if you would,
- 48:03Speaker 3: I would love for you to share peace.
- 48:12Speaker 10: That's I guess.
- 48:15Speaker 7: I mean this one. I actually shared this one UH
- 48:21Speaker 7: as part of.
- 48:23Speaker 6: UH.
- 48:24Speaker 7: It's called kids. It's just the same when you hear
- 48:30Speaker 7: about the one who calls you daughter or son. Yet
- 48:35Speaker 7: his name was not on the versaticipate becauld. There be
- 48:38Speaker 7: an intimate relationship with there was no sale, no confiss
- 48:42Speaker 7: nor after which his grace here you've never seen you say.
- 48:56Speaker 4: All the thanks.
- 48:57Speaker 7: It's a woman of problem as a quietness as he's
- 49:01Speaker 7: thinking about his mercy. It's a a lacking love that
- 49:04Speaker 7: other comes in itself out that appearance in your life.
- 49:06Speaker 7: He turns your I tent to the ideal a woman
- 49:10Speaker 7: as a victim to a story of it. To read it,
- 49:13Speaker 7: to read it's an interesting thing of keeping your sects
- 49:15Speaker 7: coming down from it's expression. Just by putting his name
- 49:30Speaker 7: mixed to.
- 49:31Speaker 3: Your alight, you keep me out side. You got to
- 50:00Speaker 3: get back on. I don't know what's going on with that.
- 50:04Speaker 3: That's never happened MK, Yeah that it never happened before.
- 50:26Speaker 3: I don't know what's going on, but he keeped me
- 50:29Speaker 3: out so now I got to get back in.
- 50:40Speaker 4: Enter your pin, followed by the pounty. If you are.
- 50:45Speaker 6: You are joining the online studio, your line is muted.
- 50:50Speaker 6: Only the hosts can unmute your line. Raise your hand
- 50:53Speaker 6: using star too, so the host knows when you want
- 50:56Speaker 6: to speak.
- 51:01Speaker 7: He will now enter the contraence need because it's so
- 51:08Speaker 7: important for all of us to be able to share
- 51:10Speaker 7: and care. The roads diverse and a yellow, and sorry
- 51:17Speaker 7: I couldn't, I couldn't travel both and beyond trattle along,
- 51:21Speaker 7: I stood, and then as far as I could to
- 51:24Speaker 7: where it's been in the undergrowth, and then took the
- 51:28Speaker 7: other just as affair, and having perhaps the better claim
- 51:33Speaker 7: because of it was grassy and wanted where so as
- 51:37Speaker 7: for the pastor there and one than really about the fame.
- 51:42Speaker 7: And on that morning evenly laid and leaves no step
- 51:45Speaker 7: and try and black able first for another day, yet
- 51:50Speaker 7: knowing how all leeds on the way, I doubt if I.
- 51:55Speaker 9: Should ever come back.
- 51:57Speaker 7: I actually be telling us with the sigh to rules
- 52:04Speaker 7: the verse and would and I I, I, and I
- 52:09Speaker 7: to the lester drave a bob, and that has made
- 52:14Speaker 7: all of the difference.
- 52:17Speaker 4: Now that.
- 52:20Speaker 3: H Now, I'll tell you I don't know what's going on,
- 52:23Speaker 3: but it's a lot of I don't know what's going on,
- 52:31Speaker 3: but anyhow, I hope that you guys can hear me,
- 52:34Speaker 3: because it's never happened. I've never got kicked off before,
- 52:39Speaker 3: but I just got kicked off the enemy. Be busy, boy,
- 52:45Speaker 3: doctor Chen. I know you have a lot, a lot
- 52:49Speaker 3: going on, and you are doing a lot. How have
- 52:56Speaker 3: you managed to truly be an intentional about your purpose
- 53:01Speaker 3: and incorporated in everything that you do.
- 53:09Speaker 4: I would be remiss if I were to say that
- 53:13Speaker 4: it was about the singular me. It's about a collective
- 53:18Speaker 4: that's grounded in my knowingness of the power the creators.
- 53:27Speaker 4: By all the names which we use for whether people
- 53:31Speaker 4: are saying that's a lousling, your whole holah, yeah, wah, God,
- 53:39Speaker 4: all those terms.
- 53:41Speaker 7: If it were not for that.
- 53:44Speaker 4: Force, that infinite creating force and source that I have
- 53:52Speaker 4: had to openly surrender to, then most of the things
- 53:59Speaker 4: that I do, which may appear like a lot, and
- 54:03Speaker 4: sometimes those of us do work and do it from
- 54:09Speaker 4: the heart beyond the mind. We are authentically always thinking
- 54:15Speaker 4: that we can do more, and so spend with that
- 54:19Speaker 4: type of intentionality of person really pushing but at the
- 54:27Speaker 4: same time just letting it be you know, doing as
- 54:30Speaker 4: much as I am to restore truth, justice, order, reciprocity
- 54:34Speaker 4: balanced in my righteousness and harmony, which is an ancestral
- 54:39Speaker 4: principle that people refer to my heart and what I
- 54:43Speaker 4: do and what I live, and praying that it's reciprocated,
- 54:47Speaker 4: and even when it's not, making sure that I keep
- 54:52Speaker 4: the highest form of that purpose, that highest form of
- 54:57Speaker 4: not just having a purpose, but living that perfect and
- 55:02Speaker 4: making sure that I get the grace and the honor
- 55:05Speaker 4: and the reverence you know, to ancestors and grace by
- 55:09Speaker 4: our cret.
- 55:12Speaker 7: Wow short version.
- 55:15Speaker 3: Wow wow wow Wow. Yes, you you're dropping some nuggets tonight.
- 55:21Speaker 3: I tell you, you definitely are dropping some nuggets tonight.
- 55:25Speaker 3: I'm honored to be in your miss I often, like
- 55:30Speaker 3: I said, I I'm often back behind the scenes listening
- 55:34Speaker 3: to the conversations that you you have, and it's always
- 55:40Speaker 3: about empowering. It's always about you know, staying connected and
- 55:47Speaker 3: grounded to our to our ancestors and and remembering those
- 55:52Speaker 3: that have come before us, and you know, trying to
- 55:57Speaker 3: create a legacy. So I I thank you for that.
- 56:00Speaker 3: I do because you you may not realize it, but
- 56:05Speaker 3: you are one of the ones that keep me going,
- 56:10Speaker 3: keep me thinking that I can do more, nigga, that
- 56:16Speaker 3: I can do more. I can do more, I can
- 56:18Speaker 3: do more, like I truly believe that. And I'm grateful
- 56:25Speaker 3: for people like you because it's people like you that
- 56:28Speaker 3: make me get that and gravitate to that. So just
- 56:33Speaker 3: thank you for just showing up and being who you are.
- 56:36Speaker 3: I have to give a shout out to Brother Oh
- 56:39Speaker 3: because I didn't hear all of the poem because I
- 56:42Speaker 3: don't know what was going on, but what I did here,
- 56:47Speaker 3: he is amazing with everything that he do, but thank
- 56:51Speaker 3: you for sharing that I wouldn't be. I'm telling you,
- 56:54Speaker 3: I wouldn't be half of the person that you guys
- 56:59Speaker 3: think I am, especially with the Crew Podcast. If it
- 57:03Speaker 3: was not for him, there would be no Crew Podcast.
- 57:08Speaker 3: He is the reason that I do what I do
- 57:12Speaker 3: over at the Crew Podcast. He is the reason five
- 57:16Speaker 3: years April, I would be a part of this network.
- 57:22Speaker 3: So I'm grateful, and I hope to see five more
- 57:26Speaker 3: and five more and five more. But yeah, I'm definitely
- 57:31Speaker 3: grateful just for the opportunity to be able to share
- 57:35Speaker 3: and hopefully, you know, pay it forward to someone coming
- 57:38Speaker 3: behind me. You know, hopefully someone will be able to
- 57:42Speaker 3: see something and say, hey, I want to press forward,
- 57:46Speaker 3: I want to move past where I am to you know,
- 57:49Speaker 3: strive for something better. Doctor Carrey, How have being intentional
- 57:57Speaker 3: about your purpose aid into you being a professor and
- 58:05Speaker 3: being able to touch those kids lines that you come
- 58:09Speaker 3: in contact with.
- 58:15Speaker 10: Uh.
- 58:17Speaker 7: I would say that basically m h. Being truthful with myself, ah,
- 58:24Speaker 7: understanding my strengths and also under saying that you know,
- 58:32Speaker 7: I'm only human h h, and then forgive myself for the.
- 58:38Speaker 4: Oh.
- 58:39Speaker 9: It has allowed me to.
- 58:43Speaker 7: In inventory and myself uh it almos felt humbles me espessially,
- 58:49Speaker 7: like if I have like all their comfort ah, when
- 59:07Speaker 7: I go to the classroom, so and so forth.
- 59:12Speaker 6: Uh.
- 59:13Speaker 7: I always tell the kids all the time that it's
- 59:15Speaker 7: not a monologue a dialogue because I'm not trying to
- 59:19Speaker 7: say and I'm teaching them something and they're teaching me something.
- 59:25Speaker 7: And it has allowed me to see different perspectives, see
- 59:30Speaker 7: different at the viewpoints in the other world. And it
- 59:35Speaker 7: also allows me to recognize that there are different uh talent,
- 59:44Speaker 7: different energy that are necessary you know to keep things moving,
- 59:52Speaker 7: to keep you know, keep things you.
- 59:53Speaker 10: Know going uh huh.
- 59:57Speaker 7: So with that, uh, like my sister was saying as
- 1:00:03Speaker 7: far as so recognizing those before us, that that paved
- 1:00:07Speaker 7: the way.
- 1:00:08Speaker 4: Ah.
- 1:00:11Speaker 7: One thing that the one thing that you also got
- 1:00:13Speaker 7: to learner that they were accessible, uh where they were
- 1:00:21Speaker 7: able to breach others in a way that people don't
- 1:00:34Speaker 7: are not intimidated with their presence or with their enerview.
- 1:00:40Speaker 7: And I always try to you know, uh immota with
- 1:00:45Speaker 7: my high students or with anybody whatever. You know. Yeah,
- 1:00:48Speaker 7: you know we have gostor head for writing books and
- 1:00:51Speaker 7: so and social at that end of the day, we
- 1:00:56Speaker 7: still want to be able to, you know, uh be
- 1:01:00Speaker 7: accessible to those dad you know, want.
- 1:01:03Speaker 14: To mar themselves, want to learn, want to uh you know,
- 1:01:10Speaker 14: gain more knowledge, want to uh basically become better other people.
- 1:01:20Speaker 7: So oh, I know there's a long degree basically just
- 1:01:25Speaker 7: uh being truthful with ourselves, with myself and then also
- 1:01:30Speaker 7: being humble through myself other truth m hmm.
- 1:01:36Speaker 3: Well, y'all, we have another caller. We have calling number
- 1:01:39Speaker 3: two in Q Calling number two. If you could please
- 1:01:43Speaker 3: tell me where your calliny am from in your.
- 1:01:46Speaker 4: Name my queen Angela, It's Holly, how are you and
- 1:01:52Speaker 4: calling from New Jersey right out pit of the city
- 1:01:55Speaker 4: work You choint.
- 1:01:56Speaker 3: I'm great, I'm great, I'm great. Thank you for calling in.
- 1:02:01Speaker 4: Yeah, I'm so glad to hear your voice and your gifts.
- 1:02:04Speaker 4: Oh my god, they're just so up listening.
- 1:02:07Speaker 7: So I'm so.
- 1:02:08Speaker 4: Excited to be on the call tonight. You know, you
- 1:02:11Speaker 4: never know what nights you're going to make it on,
- 1:02:13Speaker 4: and I'm not so good help wise at night, so
- 1:02:17Speaker 4: it's always a little tough. Yet I'm so happy to
- 1:02:20Speaker 4: be here. I got permission to share two little poems
- 1:02:23Speaker 4: with you. One is very short, and there's a story
- 1:02:26Speaker 4: behind both of them. So let me get into it,
- 1:02:28Speaker 4: so I don't pick up.
- 1:02:29Speaker 7: A lot of time.
- 1:02:31Speaker 4: So this first poem was written seven years ago when
- 1:02:35Speaker 4: I very first met the amazing Jerry Pepito. So I
- 1:02:40Speaker 4: don't know if she remembers this. I know she's still listening.
- 1:02:43Speaker 4: But when I first met her and she had me
- 1:02:45Speaker 4: on one of her shows, I wrote her poems. And
- 1:02:48Speaker 4: this is the poem, and it's called the Spirit Within.
- 1:02:52Speaker 4: You never know when it's going to shine. Our spirit within.
- 1:02:56Speaker 4: We were born in the same year, just a few
- 1:02:59Speaker 4: months apart. Paths never crossed, and many roads were different,
- 1:03:04Speaker 4: yet many roads were the same. Our spirit within our
- 1:03:08Speaker 4: personality plus attracted to my wild spirited personality, lover of Elvis,
- 1:03:16Speaker 4: lover of life, lover of the sun of life.
- 1:03:20Speaker 7: Our spirit within.
- 1:03:22Speaker 4: Now that our paths have converged, life is richer because
- 1:03:26Speaker 4: of that, because of you, Jerry Patito, our spirit within catch.
- 1:03:32Speaker 11: It while we can.
- 1:03:33Speaker 7: Timing is that of a higher calling.
- 1:03:37Speaker 4: You never know when it's going to shine our spirit within.
- 1:03:42Speaker 4: So that was for Cherry when I first met her,
- 1:03:45Speaker 4: and I just thought it would appropriate since she came
- 1:03:47Speaker 4: on and read one of her beautiful poems so empowering,
- 1:03:50Speaker 4: and then the other thing I have. We talked about
- 1:03:54Speaker 4: how to keep the flame alive and how you do
- 1:03:57Speaker 4: things could be positive. So I started line of empowering
- 1:04:02Speaker 4: purses and they benefit charities twenty one charities across the
- 1:04:07Speaker 4: country and right now I have a bigger project going on,
- 1:04:10Speaker 4: so they have taken a little bit of a back
- 1:04:12Speaker 4: burner yet yet we're still working. Manally just did a
- 1:04:16Speaker 4: diabetes awareness sitting with the bags and donated to diabetes
- 1:04:21Speaker 4: causes as well. Yet in each purse there's an empowering
- 1:04:25Speaker 4: message and I wrote all of those and there's like
- 1:04:27Speaker 4: twelve different women and so they're very short and simple,
- 1:04:33Speaker 4: yet they can kind of give you a little empowerment.
- 1:04:35Speaker 4: So this one is called how, and the bags are
- 1:04:37Speaker 4: based on who, what, when, wear, why, and how? So
- 1:04:41Speaker 4: this one is called how it is? How do we
- 1:04:45Speaker 4: make it through?
- 1:04:46Speaker 9: Is it prayer?
- 1:04:48Speaker 4: Is it meditation, yoga, running, sitting still, stroking a pet,
- 1:04:53Speaker 4: walking on the shore with the sand, swimming, biking? How
- 1:04:58Speaker 4: is the thought put into action? How is your creative energy?
- 1:05:05Speaker 4: How is what you get to your happy? How is
- 1:05:09Speaker 4: your way with your goodness, with your energy, with your attitude?
- 1:05:17Speaker 4: So that goes inside one of the persons, so people
- 1:05:20Speaker 4: can get inspired when they open them up. They also
- 1:05:23Speaker 4: have little get some things inside. So anyway, just wanted
- 1:05:26Speaker 4: to share.
- 1:05:27Speaker 7: Those with you.
- 1:05:27Speaker 4: I love your show tonight, I love your guests and
- 1:05:30Speaker 4: your spirit and your energy is just pouring out and
- 1:05:33Speaker 4: it's taking me in.
- 1:05:35Speaker 7: So thank you for that.
- 1:05:37Speaker 3: Well, I thank you Ava for always coming on sharing.
- 1:05:41Speaker 3: I love those inspirational poems, and I thank you that
- 1:05:47Speaker 3: you said you did seven years ago for Jerry. It
- 1:05:50Speaker 3: still resonate right here today because that is that that
- 1:05:55Speaker 3: that that that is Jerry, and it speaks. I often
- 1:06:00Speaker 3: say that poetry is like prophecy because you can write
- 1:06:06Speaker 3: poetry years ahead of years ahead of time. Because I
- 1:06:13Speaker 3: have a guy that often visits my program. He wrote
- 1:06:16Speaker 3: a bunch of poems thirty years ago. But these poems
- 1:06:20Speaker 3: are speaking right now to what's going on in society
- 1:06:23Speaker 3: and what's going on right now in this world. So
- 1:06:26Speaker 3: I don't I don't believe that it's a coincident. I
- 1:06:30Speaker 3: tell people that it's very important that we align. That's
- 1:06:34Speaker 3: a part of flame, aligning to that. That's how we
- 1:06:38Speaker 3: stay connected to our spirit aligned. But thank you able
- 1:06:42Speaker 3: for stopping by and sharing, always being a vessel, always
- 1:06:46Speaker 3: paying it for if you would when it's your next show.
- 1:06:51Speaker 4: My next show is coming up next week, so we
- 1:06:54Speaker 4: have Monday evenings. It's my hand that's Network Popular up
- 1:07:00Speaker 4: at APM and then I'm back on this story Networks
- 1:07:04Speaker 4: both the same companies, Branch's office, this mort Anss and
- 1:07:10Speaker 4: then then I'll be back at nineteen thirty. So next week, guys,
- 1:07:12Speaker 4: it's the power week. So hope you continue, and thank you.
- 1:07:17Speaker 7: I love your guests.
- 1:07:19Speaker 3: Well, thank you. We have another caller. We have calling
- 1:07:23Speaker 3: number three in Q Calling number three, If you would
- 1:07:25Speaker 3: please state your name and where you're calling from.
- 1:07:30Speaker 4: Hi Angelus it's not the ordinary. This is unique.
- 1:07:33Speaker 7: How are you going?
- 1:07:34Speaker 4: I'm calling from Texas.
- 1:07:37Speaker 3: I'm fine.
- 1:07:37Speaker 4: How are you?
- 1:07:40Speaker 7: I'm fine.
- 1:07:41Speaker 4: I just want to call in and support this show
- 1:07:45Speaker 4: and just read one of the poems. And I'm co
- 1:07:49Speaker 4: authoring and want of your books for Christ and the Sands.
- 1:07:56Speaker 3: Amen.
- 1:07:57Speaker 4: My poem is My poem is boken words. We can
- 1:08:02Speaker 4: never say that we are without flaws or mistakes than
- 1:08:08Speaker 4: anyone else. Every day as a process we must learn,
- 1:08:13Speaker 4: grow and go through. We all make mistakes, but long
- 1:08:19Speaker 4: as we are true to ourselves and others, then we
- 1:08:24Speaker 4: mastered something great. Foken words or what we have. Losing
- 1:08:31Speaker 4: a loved one can leave us in despair, knowing when
- 1:08:37Speaker 4: we can breathe again or even come up for us
- 1:08:41Speaker 4: Through our storiance, we gain strengths. The ones we love
- 1:08:46Speaker 4: never go away. We learn to cope from day to day.
- 1:08:51Speaker 4: Foken words are all we have. The words we say
- 1:08:56Speaker 4: are innocent and truth, but the memory we give the
- 1:09:01Speaker 4: strength to endure. In the quiet of each day, many
- 1:09:07Speaker 4: teams might fall, making us feel like our ex against
- 1:09:11Speaker 4: the wall as we see the footprints in the sands.
- 1:09:16Speaker 4: We know You're always holding our hands. But through it
- 1:09:21Speaker 4: all folking words are all we have by unique and
- 1:09:26Speaker 4: I just want to let you know I thank you
- 1:09:29Speaker 4: for giving me the opportunity and that all of us
- 1:09:34Speaker 4: pull into each other that help us grow. And I'm
- 1:09:37Speaker 4: thankful for being a part of W being in as well. Brother,
- 1:09:43Speaker 4: Oh he's awesome and to me, W be in handstand
- 1:09:48Speaker 4: for all of us. William vouss nailing the network with faith,

- 1:10:35Speaker 3: We have calling number four in Q. And while we
- 1:10:39Speaker 3: are listening to the caller, I want my guests to
- 1:10:44Speaker 3: be thinking of all of their contact information and how
- 1:10:48Speaker 3: individuals can connect with them, because that's what I want
- 1:10:51Speaker 3: them to share next Calling number four, if you would please.

- 1:11:29Speaker 10: all right to do, If it's okay, Yeah, your.
- 1:11:36Speaker 4: Young man, young woman, you are gifts from above. Hear me,

- 1:12:24Speaker 4: not war against each other. Listen to the wind. You
- 1:12:29Speaker 4: know the sun in your blood. Rise to the occasion
- 1:12:34Speaker 4: and bring peace to one another with love of the heart.
- 1:12:39Speaker 4: Brand hole to the universe. Bring power to yourself and
- 1:12:43Speaker 4: others around you. Young man, young woman, Rise, young sister, Rise,
- 1:12:52Speaker 4: young brother.
- 1:12:56Speaker 3: Wow, Wow, that's nice. Sister Batsy. Sister Batsy is our
- 1:13:05Speaker 3: new commissioner. She will be our new commissioner effective January
- 1:13:11Speaker 3: the second, twenty twenty five. I am truly, truly excited.
- 1:13:15Speaker 3: I tell you the journey that this young lady has
- 1:13:19Speaker 3: been through. And I say young because nothing don't get
- 1:13:23Speaker 3: old but closed. So the journey that she has been
- 1:13:27Speaker 3: through since I've met her has been nothing but an
- 1:13:31Speaker 3: example of resilience. That will and the will that will
- 1:13:36Speaker 3: not let you quit. Is that it's her. I'm excited
- 1:13:40Speaker 3: about this new venture, this new elevation, this new step
- 1:13:45Speaker 3: that she's about to take, that's about to not just
- 1:13:49Speaker 3: you know, a title for here at the network, but
- 1:13:53Speaker 3: it gives her an opportunity to be an outlet within
- 1:13:56Speaker 3: the community. So I'm excited for her and what's about
- 1:14:01Speaker 3: to take place. I don't I don't count it likely.
- 1:14:04Speaker 3: I did not take that position likely. It is definitely
- 1:14:07Speaker 3: something that can help take you to the next level.
- 1:14:11Speaker 3: So I'm excited for you, Sister Betsy. You know I'm
- 1:14:13Speaker 3: always praying for you. I call your name out every

- 1:15:06Speaker 3: doctor Chen, because I don't know if she have to leave,
- 1:15:09Speaker 3: because again she she her time is a different from
- 1:15:14Speaker 3: us too, so I don't know what her schedule is.
- 1:15:17Speaker 3: But I truly appreciate her sacrificing and coming on because
- 1:15:21Speaker 3: I see her, I see her working, I see her impact,
- 1:15:24Speaker 3: and I see her making a difference. I see her
- 1:15:26Speaker 3: wanting to be that that that change that she desired
- 1:15:30Speaker 3: to see, and she's doing it through being intentional about
- 1:15:34Speaker 3: her purpose. So how can we support the things that
- 1:15:37Speaker 3: you are doing, Doctor Chen? How can we follow you?
- 1:15:40Speaker 3: How can we stay connected?
- 1:15:44Speaker 4: Grateful for their opportunity and giving a lot of thanks

- 1:19:47Speaker 11: this is actually it was actually ten way back in
- 1:19:52Speaker 11: nineteen ninety one when I was thought to another level consciousness,
- 1:19:56Speaker 11: even though it wasn't about me back then, not about
- 1:20:00Speaker 11: me even today, but it's about especially our children to

- 1:21:20Speaker 11: less for me, you need to try to sink at
- 1:21:25Speaker 11: the top, breaks.
- 1:21:26Speaker 7: And mop.
- 1:21:29Speaker 11: And amazing about what's happening in this day and time
- 1:21:35Speaker 11: as I look at the state of ignorance our people
- 1:21:38Speaker 11: have been in for such a long time for us
- 1:21:42Speaker 11: to break that, and even though I was considered a
- 1:21:46Speaker 11: racist lead back then, and sometimes with some of the
- 1:21:49Speaker 11: subjects that I covered in and come.
- 1:21:52Speaker 7: Off well, then there's nothing reasons for hate for about that.
- 1:21:58Speaker 4: It's time for our people to turn the.
- 1:22:00Speaker 7: Focus back towards ourselves.
- 1:22:02Speaker 11: And there's nothing wrong with being universal and loving and
- 1:22:05Speaker 11: doing all the things that we as a people are
- 1:22:07Speaker 11: naturally at. And that's when what we are sold people.
- 1:22:11Speaker 11: But too many of our people have not only giving
- 1:22:16Speaker 11: up on life.
- 1:22:17Speaker 7: As we know it.
- 1:22:19Speaker 11: So we have to get back focused because nothing on
- 1:22:22Speaker 11: this earth can ever be right and to the first
- 1:22:25Speaker 11: original children of this planet, get our minds and our

- 1:25:17Speaker 10: for all of us to be able to engage.
- 1:25:21Speaker 7: Because time is tight. Time is tighte y'all. We must
- 1:25:26Speaker 7: look back access now, right now. We have no time
- 1:25:31Speaker 7: to play games because your mighty and not allow us.
- 1:25:34Speaker 4: To do that.
- 1:25:36Speaker 7: You know, we have to do it right now, right now.
- 1:25:39Speaker 7: We have to uplift people and change people.
- 1:25:43Speaker 11: Right now.
- 1:25:44Speaker 10: There is little time for play, you know what I mean,
- 1:25:47Speaker 10: because we had a new day and I wouldn't believe
- 1:25:50Speaker 10: that the Almighty God has given us the ability to
- 1:25:54Speaker 10: be able to help people.
- 1:25:56Speaker 9: Along the way, you know, like Leeby the sister says.
- 1:25:59Speaker 7: It all the time, bringing ansard angers not of first,
- 1:26:05Speaker 7: you ain't no time.
- 1:26:07Speaker 10: You must have aimed them. And I'm gonna thank you know,
- 1:26:10Speaker 10: the wonderful doctors tonight. And of course I'll let you
- 1:26:14Speaker 10: have final faux.
- 1:26:16Speaker 7: Uh carry what you do it? First? Fox Man?
- 1:26:20Speaker 10: This one of who.
- 1:26:39Speaker 3: They got a bootleg system. I don't like that, man,
- 1:26:42Speaker 3: cause they keep kicking me off. I don't like that.
- 1:26:46Speaker 3: I never got keeped off this many times during the show.
- 1:26:54Speaker 3: I never got keeped off. This man's crazy.
- 1:26:58Speaker 4: I'm sure.
- 1:27:07Speaker 6: Enter your pin followed by the penalty. If you are not,
- 1:27:12Speaker 6: you are joining the online studio. Your line is muted.
- 1:27:16Speaker 6: Only the host can.
- 1:27:17Speaker 7: Unmute your line.
- 1:27:19Speaker 6: Raise your hand using star so the host knows when
- 1:27:22Speaker 6: you want to speak.
- 1:27:25Speaker 4: And friends muted recording started.
- 1:27:34Speaker 9: It's uh, that's right here.
- 1:27:44Speaker 3: I will.
- 1:27:48Speaker 10: Outstanding job tonight, you know, and usually we always start
- 1:27:57Speaker 10: that pretty you should be like right here on the
- 1:27:59Speaker 10: word that the nation that again we're not giving that
- 1:28:03Speaker 10: person anymorey, but I will say, you know, his undoubling
- 1:28:08Speaker 10: me as a cold in the world with autogos, the
- 1:28:16Speaker 10: sauce is really about the action.
- 1:28:19Speaker 4: I have a hash character has started to take on
- 1:28:23Speaker 4: like wildfire call actionable deliverables and I'm gonna say it again,
- 1:28:31Speaker 4: actionable deliverables. Many times we may speak of things, but
- 1:28:37Speaker 4: when we refer to things and our podcast speaks, it's
- 1:28:42Speaker 4: that you're doing something, that you're living the work that
- 1:28:46Speaker 4: you're authentically in. According to even Tonight's seen of being
- 1:28:52Speaker 4: intentional about our purpose and keeping that flame that energy licks,
- 1:29:00Speaker 4: and keeping the science really moving forward. So a lot
- 1:29:04Speaker 4: of my closing thoughts are in that same and as
- 1:29:08Speaker 4: I had shared before in person, will hear me speak
- 1:29:10Speaker 4: of chaps to life because we're always highlighting culture, healing,
- 1:29:15Speaker 4: our technology and spirituality for life, inspiration, freedom and edification.
- 1:29:23Speaker 4: Some persons may say education, but we add a little extra,
- 1:29:29Speaker 4: a little niche, so that we can really find that
- 1:29:32Speaker 4: inner strength and really reach far into our creative, infinite
- 1:29:40Speaker 4: source to keep our spirits strong, regardless of the things
- 1:29:45Speaker 4: that distract us. And hence we started and as we
- 1:29:49Speaker 4: were hearing the lover sister Queen visionary like no other
- 1:29:56Speaker 4: Angela share this night, we were also giving reverence, acknowledgement,
- 1:30:05Speaker 4: praise and recognition to the honorable doctor Nikki Giovanni. So
- 1:30:13Speaker 4: I definitely would be remissed. I started to read it earlier,
- 1:30:16Speaker 4: but I was asked to just readfoot of my own pieces.
- 1:30:20Speaker 4: But if I may, and if it's time, I just
- 1:30:23Speaker 4: think it's important that our listeners relive. And here a
- 1:30:28Speaker 4: somemical portion of legal shipping is that.
- 1:30:33Speaker 9: I mean, it's not only no, you know amazing that
- 1:30:40Speaker 9: you're doing that I've heard you start to read.
- 1:30:43Speaker 10: You know this week is dedicated to the doctor Giovanni.
- 1:30:48Speaker 9: You're telling me about her.
- 1:30:50Speaker 10: Young lady is an agree with Muhammad Ali. She's a
- 1:30:54Speaker 10: young lady. You know she's beautiful, you know in her
- 1:30:59Speaker 10: you know the times she passed away. But I thought
- 1:31:02Speaker 10: of view her and her red afro. She interviewed you know,
- 1:31:07Speaker 10: the Greek Mama Lei, and it really geared me to
- 1:31:10Speaker 10: her more.
- 1:31:12Speaker 9: Likely than ever before.
- 1:31:14Speaker 7: Read that.
- 1:31:15Speaker 4: Wow, he gave me some chill for a second. I
- 1:31:21Speaker 4: would like to encourage our listeners to every once in
- 1:31:25Speaker 4: a while, you might want to look for us to
- 1:31:27Speaker 4: Queen by the name of Lilias White. She's an award
- 1:31:32Speaker 4: winning songstress and actress. People may remember her from Failure
- 1:31:37Speaker 4: of the Musical because she played the role of Fayless
- 1:31:40Speaker 4: Mother Queen Mother Bundy Lyle hands through Gutie and there's
- 1:31:46Speaker 4: a version of Eagle Chipping where she actually sings this
- 1:31:51Speaker 4: particular piece so that we don't just get caught and
- 1:31:55Speaker 4: just the words portion, but hearing the rhythm. I was
- 1:32:01Speaker 4: born in the congo. I walked to the personal present
- 1:32:04Speaker 4: and built the sphinx. I designed a pyramids so tough
- 1:32:07Speaker 4: that a father only glows every one hundred years falls
- 1:32:11Speaker 4: into the subject, giving design perfect life.

- 1:32:32Speaker 7: I am a beautiful woman.
- 1:32:35Speaker 4: I gazed on the forest and burned out. The Sahara
- 1:32:38Speaker 4: desert was a packet of gold and a change clothes.
- 1:32:42Speaker 4: I crossed it in two hours. I am a gazelle,
- 1:32:46Speaker 4: so swift, so swift, you can't catch me. For a
- 1:32:50Speaker 4: birthday present, when he was three, I gave my son
- 1:32:54Speaker 4: Hannibal and elast. He gave me rome for Mother's Day.
- 1:32:58Speaker 4: My strength froos ever on my son Noah built new
- 1:33:03Speaker 4: arc and I stood proudly at the help as we
- 1:33:06Speaker 4: sailed on a soft summer day. I turned myself into myself,
- 1:33:12Speaker 4: and with Jesus, men and tone my living name. All praises,
- 1:33:17Speaker 4: all praises. I am the one who would save. I
- 1:33:21Speaker 4: sold diamonds in my backyard.
- 1:33:24Speaker 7: My balanced delivered uranium.
- 1:33:26Speaker 4: The violence from my fingernails are semi precious jewels. On
- 1:33:30Speaker 4: a chick north, I caught a cold and blew my nose,
- 1:33:33Speaker 4: giving oil to the our world. I am so hip,
- 1:33:38Speaker 4: I am so hipp even my errors are correct. I
- 1:33:41Speaker 4: sailed the west to reach east and had to round
- 1:33:44Speaker 4: off the earth. As I went, the hair from my
- 1:33:47Speaker 4: head thinned, and gold was laid across three continents. I
- 1:33:51Speaker 4: am so perfect, so divine, so cereal, so surreal. I
- 1:33:58Speaker 4: cannot be defended except by my permission. I mean, I
- 1:34:07Speaker 4: can fly like a bird. It's the sky. Oh fay,
- 1:34:14Speaker 4: he goes to their thing. But yeah, and that the
