- 0:00SPEAKER_00: Welcome to the Success by the Book Podcast, the place where Christians who want to experience the extravagant goodness of God in all areas of their lives come from mentorship.
- 0:09SPEAKER_00: I am your host, Dr.
- 0:10SPEAKER_00: Inn, and I'll be unpacking the secrets I have learned from the Word of God over the last two decades.
- 0:15SPEAKER_00: Let's dive in.
- 0:18SPEAKER_00: Most Christians have two lives.
- 0:23SPEAKER_00: They have their spiritual life, their walk with God, their Bible reading, all of those things, and then they have their true life, if you will.
- 0:32SPEAKER_00: And this is the reason why a lot of times it seems like all the stuff we do over here with our walk with God is irrelevant to our everyday lives, right?
- 0:43SPEAKER_00: And that is also the reason why a lot of times as believers, we get mediocre, average, kind of good results, but not signs and wonder level results, because these two lives are separate.
- 0:58SPEAKER_00: Today I am going to show you how to have one life.
- 1:03SPEAKER_00: To have one life where your walk with God, your faith, all of those things, and your marriage, and your life with your children, and your job, and your business, and your academics, and your finances, there is all one life.
- 1:17SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 1:18SPEAKER_00: And the second you get this, you go from living a life that is, you know, like a regular life, like a good regular life, to a life where every aspect of your life is a sign and a wonder.
- 1:33SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 1:33SPEAKER_00: And if you look through all over the Bible, you will see models of these, which we're going to study.
- 1:40SPEAKER_00: People like Daniel, people like David, people like Basileel.
- 1:44SPEAKER_00: And today is going to mark the last day.
- 1:49SPEAKER_00: The last day you are going to have a normal life or a regular life.
- 1:54SPEAKER_00: We are moving from that to this place where we are signs and wonders.
- 2:00SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 2:00SPEAKER_00: So this is going to be so good.
- 2:02SPEAKER_00: We're going to, and everything I'm going to talk to you about is going to be from the word of God.
- 2:06SPEAKER_00: If you don't see it in the word of God, you can throw it away.
- 2:09SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 2:09SPEAKER_00: But this is going to be so amazing.
- 2:12SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 2:13SPEAKER_00: And at the end, I am going to give you something.
- 2:17SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 2:18SPEAKER_00: So you want to stay till the end.
- 2:19SPEAKER_00: At the end, I am going to give you 12 declarations that you can say every day, starting today, as you start your life day, so that that's that bridge between what you do with God and what happens in your everyday life.
- 2:34SPEAKER_00: This is going to be insanely wild.
- 2:36SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 2:36SPEAKER_00: All right.
- 2:37SPEAKER_00: So we're going to start off by looking at four models.
- 2:42SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 2:43SPEAKER_00: Because the way the Bible works, it's in the mouth of two or three witnesses, a matter is established.
- 2:48SPEAKER_00: So we don't just see one thing once in the Bible and run with it.
- 2:50SPEAKER_00: We want to see is there a pattern?
- 2:53SPEAKER_00: Is there a pattern?
- 2:54SPEAKER_00: And we're going to look at this pattern and we're going to be like, oh my goodness.
- 2:58SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 2:59SPEAKER_00: And then once we're done looking at the pattern, I am going to show you the theme, what they all had in common.
- 3:04SPEAKER_00: So we can take all those things in common and we're going to use it for ourselves.
- 3:08SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 3:09SPEAKER_00: Here we go.
- 3:10SPEAKER_00: Let's look at models.
- 3:11SPEAKER_00: We're going to look at four models.
- 3:13SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 3:13SPEAKER_00: Four models.
- 3:14SPEAKER_00: And I want you to see this for yourself in the role that you do.
- 3:18SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 3:19SPEAKER_00: So first model we're going to look at is Bezalil.
- 3:21SPEAKER_00: And you find the account of Bezalil in Exodus chapter 31.
- 3:26SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 3:26SPEAKER_00: From verse 1.
- 3:27SPEAKER_00: It says, Then the Lord spoke to Moses, saying, See, I have called by name.
- 3:34SPEAKER_00: Who is doing this?
- 3:34SPEAKER_00: God.
- 3:35SPEAKER_00: God said, I have called by name Basile, the son of Uri, the son of her, of the tribe of Judah.
- 3:42SPEAKER_00: And I have filled him with the spirit of God.
- 3:47SPEAKER_00: God filled him with his spirit.
- 3:49SPEAKER_00: And we're going to see what he filled him with his spirit for.
- 3:51SPEAKER_00: I filled him with his spirit, with the spirit of God in wisdom, understanding, knowledge, and in all manner of workmanship.
- 4:00SPEAKER_00: Some translations use skill, some translations use that.
- 4:04SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 4:04SPEAKER_00: So God has filled him with his spirit, in wisdom, in understanding, in knowledge, and in all manner of workmanship.
- 4:11SPEAKER_00: Now, when we think about being filled with the spirit and being filled with wisdom and understanding and of revelation, all of this, we think it's for people who we consider ministers, people standing at the pulpit, people who are apostles, who are prophets, who are teachers, and all of this stuff.
- 4:29SPEAKER_00: But in verse 3, God said, I filled him with my spirit and all wisdom and um in understanding and knowledge and all manner of workmanship.
- 4:37SPEAKER_00: For what?
- 4:38SPEAKER_00: What did he fill him with his spirit for?
- 4:40SPEAKER_00: Is it preaching?
- 4:41SPEAKER_00: Is it teaching?
- 4:42SPEAKER_00: Is it prophesying?
- 4:43SPEAKER_00: Is it all of that?
- 4:44SPEAKER_00: Let's look.
- 4:44SPEAKER_00: And in verse four, it says, to to design artistic work, to work in gold, in silver, in bronze.
- 4:56SPEAKER_00: This was a craftsman.
- 4:58SPEAKER_00: He said, in cutting jewels for setting, in carving of wood, and to work in all manner of workmanship.
- 5:06SPEAKER_00: This guy was anointed to be a craftsman.
- 5:10SPEAKER_00: This was the one that Moses told God, God told Moses to talk to, like he was the one who was going to build the tabernacle.
- 5:17SPEAKER_00: He was anointed to be a craftsman.
- 5:23SPEAKER_00: Oh my goodness.
- 5:24SPEAKER_00: He was filled with the Spirit of God to be a craftsman.
- 5:28SPEAKER_00: He was filled with the Spirit of God to design things.
- 5:32SPEAKER_00: But for some reason, we think, you know, I have to have this good Christian life over here, and then I'm going to go over here and design stuff and I'll do it by myself, but I'll just ask God to bless me.
- 5:41SPEAKER_00: No, God anointed this person and gave him unusual abilities as a craftsman.
- 5:49SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 5:50SPEAKER_00: Now, as if that was not bad enough or good enough, depending on how you look at it, it then says, and I indeed have appointed with him a holyab, the son of Ahishamach of the tribe of Dan.
- 6:02SPEAKER_00: So another person.
- 6:04SPEAKER_00: And I have put, this is God, I have put wisdom in the hearts of all the gifted artisans that they may make all that I have commanded you.
- 6:15SPEAKER_00: Whoa, wait a whole minute.
- 6:18SPEAKER_00: So hold on.
- 6:19SPEAKER_00: Let's backtrack.
- 6:20SPEAKER_00: Remember, I told you I want this to apply to you.
- 6:21SPEAKER_00: I want you to think about this.
- 6:23SPEAKER_00: Because God doesn't have favorites.
- 6:25SPEAKER_00: If God called you to do something, he's anointing you to do the thing.
- 6:27SPEAKER_00: So let's look at it this way.
- 6:29SPEAKER_00: I'm an entrepreneur, okay?
- 6:31SPEAKER_00: I help doctors build profitable businesses, whether it's their personal brands, private practices, coaches, whatever.
- 6:37SPEAKER_00: When I look at this, what this means is that I can be filled with the Spirit of God in all wisdom and knowledge and understanding and in all manner of entrepreneurship.
- 6:52SPEAKER_00: And so that I am able to build the business.
- 6:56SPEAKER_00: I am able to help the people build profitable businesses in a way no one else can because I'm not just gifted or whatever, I'm anointed by God to do this stuff.
- 7:09SPEAKER_00: Okay, now let's go to one, let's go to another person.
- 7:13SPEAKER_00: We're gonna go to Joseph.
- 7:14SPEAKER_00: Okay, I told you I was gonna give you models so you can see it.
- 7:18SPEAKER_00: And when you see it, you will never forget it in the name of Jesus.
- 7:22SPEAKER_00: Never ever ever forget this.
- 7:23SPEAKER_00: Genesis chapter 39.
- 7:26SPEAKER_00: Okay, we're gonna look at the story of Joseph.
- 7:28SPEAKER_00: Fun fact.
- 7:29SPEAKER_00: I was looking for the book of Joseph.
- 7:31SPEAKER_00: Dr.
- 7:31SPEAKER_00: Una.
- 7:32SPEAKER_00: Okay, Genesis 39.
- 7:34SPEAKER_00: Well, he's so phenomenal.
- 7:36SPEAKER_00: He I mean, like, you know, maybe he needs a book.
- 7:39SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 7:39SPEAKER_00: Now, I'm gonna read six verses too.
- 7:42SPEAKER_00: Pay attention to this.
- 7:43SPEAKER_00: Now, Joseph is dead and gone.
- 7:45SPEAKER_00: This is not about Joseph, this is about you.
- 7:47SPEAKER_00: This is about what God did with Joseph and what God can do with you.
- 7:52SPEAKER_00: I was about to say Joseph chapter, right?
- 7:54SPEAKER_00: Genesis chapter 39, from verse 1.
- 7:57SPEAKER_00: Now, Joseph had been taken down to Egypt, and Potiphar, an officer of Pharaoh, captain of the guard, an Egyptian, bought him from the Ishmaelites who had taken him down there.
- 8:08SPEAKER_00: So he had been bought as a slave.
- 8:09SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 8:10SPEAKER_00: Verse 2.
- 8:13SPEAKER_00: The Lord was with Joseph.
- 8:18SPEAKER_00: And he was a successful man.
- 8:21SPEAKER_00: Hold up.
- 8:23SPEAKER_00: How do you show up in a place as a slave and you are described as a successful man?
- 8:31SPEAKER_00: Let me just stop here and say this.
- 8:34SPEAKER_00: That means no matter what the world has to throw at you, you can succeed in spite of it.
- 8:41SPEAKER_00: You can win in spite of it.
- 8:43SPEAKER_00: This is why, you know, I live in a I live in a space where people are like, oh, private practice is dead and all of this stuff.
- 8:49SPEAKER_00: I'm like, uh-uh, not for me.
- 8:51SPEAKER_00: They can throw what they want to throw at it, but I'm gonna thrive in it.
- 8:55SPEAKER_00: Why?
- 8:55SPEAKER_00: There's provision for it.
- 8:57SPEAKER_00: And remember, this is an old testament man in the using the old covenant, and the Bible says we have a better covenant made on better promises.
- 9:07SPEAKER_00: Okay, so the Lord was with Joseph, and he was a successful man, and he was in the house of his master, the Egyptian.
- 9:16SPEAKER_00: Okay, and his master saw, like this was so dramatic that his master saw that the Lord was with him.
- 9:26SPEAKER_00: Now, this is an Egyptian guy who doesn't know God, but he's like, whatever is going on with this guy, it must be linked to his God because it doesn't make any sense that he's able to create results like this.
- 9:37SPEAKER_00: His boss said, it says, and his master saw that the Lord was with him, and the Lord made all he did to prosper in his hand.
- 9:45SPEAKER_00: This, like, could he have worked hard to prosper?
- 9:47SPEAKER_00: Yes.
- 9:48SPEAKER_00: And I does this mean don't work hard?
- 9:49SPEAKER_00: It does not.
- 9:50SPEAKER_00: But what it does mean is that you have your hard work, then you have God's grace on your hard work, God's anointing on your God, God's presence on your hard work, and it puts you in a position where you get results that cannot be explained, results that people see, people can see, and people can look and say, uh-uh.
- 10:12SPEAKER_00: No, God, God is with this person.
- 10:17SPEAKER_00: Okay, and his master saw that the Lord was with him, and the Lord made all he did to prosper in his hand.
- 10:24SPEAKER_00: So Joseph found favor in his sight and served him.
- 10:31SPEAKER_00: Then he, being his boss, made him overseer of his house.
- 10:36SPEAKER_00: Hello.
- 10:37SPEAKER_00: The slave became overseer, right?
- 10:41SPEAKER_00: Became the second in command in his house, and and all that he had he put under his authority.
- 10:48SPEAKER_00: He was his second in command.
- 10:52SPEAKER_00: So it was from the time that he had made him overseer of his house and all that he had, that the Lord blessed the Egyptian's house for Joseph's sake.
- 11:04SPEAKER_00: And the blessing of the Lord was on all he had in the house and in the field.
- 11:08SPEAKER_00: So he was put in charge, and then what he was put in charge of began to prosper.
- 11:16SPEAKER_00: Why?
- 11:18SPEAKER_00: Because there's not, you know, my Christian life, you know, my walk with God, my prayer life, and then my life.
- 11:25SPEAKER_00: No, we need to get these two worlds to collide and become one.
- 11:32SPEAKER_00: So there's signs and wonder, there's signs of wonders for healing, there's signs of wonders for promotion, but there's signs of wonders in the marketplace.
- 11:42SPEAKER_00: And we are the people who will walk in it, who will manifest it, and people look at us and they say, God is with that one.
- 11:49SPEAKER_00: She and God, they they the ones doing that.
- 11:52SPEAKER_00: Okay, so that's model number two.
- 11:54SPEAKER_00: Why am I showing you these models?
- 11:56SPEAKER_00: Because I don't want you to look at one and say, Oh, that was this special person.
- 12:00SPEAKER_00: No, we've seen it with Basileel.
- 12:02SPEAKER_00: Actually, we've seen it with Basileil and his team under him.
- 12:05SPEAKER_00: Now we've seen it with Joseph.
- 12:07SPEAKER_00: All right, let's look at another model.
- 12:08SPEAKER_00: Let's look at David.
- 12:10SPEAKER_00: Okay, let's look at David.
- 12:11SPEAKER_00: So 1 Samuel chapter 17.
- 12:15SPEAKER_00: 1 Samuel chapter 17.
- 12:17SPEAKER_00: Uh, this is from the story of David and Goliath, but don't tune out because you might say, I've read that story so many times.
- 12:24SPEAKER_00: Well, God gave us the Bible because He wants us to read this stuff so many times.
- 12:29SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 12:31SPEAKER_00: Second Samuel, uh, not Second Samuel, first Samuel chapter 17.
- 12:35SPEAKER_00: Okay, I'm gonna read from verse 32.
- 12:38SPEAKER_00: I want you to pay attention to this.
- 12:40SPEAKER_00: Remember, this is not about David.
- 12:41SPEAKER_00: David is dead and gone.
- 12:43SPEAKER_00: This is about you, this is about me.
- 12:44SPEAKER_00: Okay, now this is a very interesting statement that he made here.
- 12:50SPEAKER_00: Now, the background is the Philistines and the Israelites were at war.
- 12:56SPEAKER_00: The is and the Philistine champion, Goliath of God, huge giant, says, you know, why are we fighting?
- 13:02SPEAKER_00: Just bring one person, uh, that that person represents Israel, I will represent the Philistines, let's fight.
- 13:07SPEAKER_00: And if I win, you guys become our slaves.
- 13:09SPEAKER_00: If you guys win, we'll become your slaves.
- 13:10SPEAKER_00: That's what he said.
- 13:11SPEAKER_00: And he came and he said it, and everybody ran away, including the king.
- 13:14SPEAKER_00: Like, oh, we can't do this, right?
- 13:16SPEAKER_00: And then here comes David, who is a teenager, we presume at the time.
- 13:20SPEAKER_00: Okay, so from verse 32.
- 13:23SPEAKER_00: Then David said to Saul, let no man's heart fail because of him.
- 13:29SPEAKER_00: So let me tell you something about you.
- 13:31SPEAKER_00: In what God has called you to do, you don't run away from challenges because you're in partnership with God, and God can overcome every challenge.
- 13:40SPEAKER_00: Okay, okay, so it says, He said, Let no man's heart fail him because of um your servants will go and fight with this Philistine.
- 13:49SPEAKER_00: Okay, and Saul said to Save to David, You're not able to go against him, you're not able to go against this Philistine to fight him for your youth, and he has been a man of war from his youth.
- 14:03SPEAKER_00: Okay, but David said to Saul, now pay attention to this because now we're looking at David as the shepherd boy who did not have his life and his shepherd be shepherding job, everything was one.
- 14:17SPEAKER_00: Just pay attention to this.
- 14:19SPEAKER_00: But David said to Saul, Your servant used to keep his father's sheep.
- 14:25SPEAKER_00: And when a lion or bear came and took a lamb out of the flock, I went out after it and struck it and delivered the lamb from its mouth.
- 14:35SPEAKER_00: And when it arose against me, I caught it by the beard and struck it and killed it.
- 14:43SPEAKER_00: He did this with a lion or a bear.
- 14:46SPEAKER_00: Equal opportunity.
- 14:47SPEAKER_00: Anyone that came.
- 14:48SPEAKER_00: Now, when you read this, you'll say, Oh, wow, that's amazing.
- 14:52SPEAKER_00: But I need to show you how much of a sign and a wonder it is.
- 14:56SPEAKER_00: Okay, it was unusual for a shepherd to fight a lion or a bear.
- 15:08SPEAKER_00: It was so unusual that.
- 15:10SPEAKER_00: Let me read this scripture for you.
- 15:11SPEAKER_00: This is Exodus chapter 30, 22.
- 15:14SPEAKER_00: Let me show you something.
- 15:15SPEAKER_00: How unusual what David did was, how he was a sign and a wonder.
- 15:21SPEAKER_00: Exodus chapter 32.
- 15:24SPEAKER_00: They start, they started giving God was giving laws about property, right?
- 15:29SPEAKER_00: Like property things that other people own.
- 15:31SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 15:32SPEAKER_00: And it said, Oh, if a man gives his neighbor his donkey or his ox or whatever, and you know, it goes missing, he has to come swear an oath that you know, like he was truly missing, right?
- 15:44SPEAKER_00: And then if you if if it was um, but it says here, verse 13, it says, if it was torn to pieces by a beast, okay, what's a lion, what's a bear?
- 15:56SPEAKER_00: They're beasts, right?
- 15:57SPEAKER_00: If that animal was torn to pieces by a beast, then he shall bring it as evidence and he shall not make good, he doesn't have to pay back for what was torn.
- 16:09SPEAKER_00: So that's Exodus 22, verse 13.
- 16:12SPEAKER_00: So pay attention.
- 16:13SPEAKER_00: He said, like if someone was watching your animal and a beast came and killed the animal, you have to produce the evidence, like, oh, the beast killed the animal, and nobody will require you to pay back the animal.
- 16:24SPEAKER_00: Well, here's David, who could told, I mean, and it's his father, he's watching his father's sheep.
- 16:28SPEAKER_00: If a bear comes or a lion comes, he can say, a lion came for the sheep.
- 16:32SPEAKER_00: And I'm so proud to let you know that God did a miracle.
- 16:36SPEAKER_00: Your son is still alive.
- 16:37SPEAKER_00: But that's not what he did, he went after it.
- 16:41SPEAKER_00: So, do you think, let me know in the chat, do you think he went after it in his own strength?
- 16:45SPEAKER_00: Do you think he went after it because this is what shepherds do?
- 16:48SPEAKER_00: Or do you think he went after it because he knew he was anointed?
- 16:52SPEAKER_00: He knew the God is with me, he knew God will deliver me from this.
- 16:58SPEAKER_00: So he said, Um Your servant, verse 36, has killed both lion and bear, and this uncircumcised Philistine will be like one of them, seeing that he has defied the armies of the living God.
- 17:18SPEAKER_00: Verse 37.
- 17:20SPEAKER_00: Moreover, David said, The Lord who delivered me from the paw of the lion and from the paw of the bear.
- 17:27SPEAKER_00: So now he said, The Lord delivered me, right?
- 17:29SPEAKER_00: He will deliver me from the hand of this Philistine.
- 17:34SPEAKER_00: David did not go about his regular life without his spiritual life.
- 17:39SPEAKER_00: He did not go about his day with the God that he worshipped in the morning.
- 17:45SPEAKER_00: We have one life.
- 17:48SPEAKER_00: We have one life, and we need to take a walk with God.
- 17:52SPEAKER_00: We need to take that prayer life, we need to take all of that and let it translate to results that are signs and wonders in the marketplace.
- 18:03SPEAKER_00: I'm gonna give you one more model.
- 18:05SPEAKER_00: One more model.
- 18:10SPEAKER_00: This is so good.
- 18:12SPEAKER_00: Okay, so we're gonna go to Daniel, and this time it's actually the book of Daniel.
- 18:15SPEAKER_00: Let's get one more model.
- 18:17SPEAKER_00: So we have four models, and so you never, ever, ever, ever, ever have to think that the way we've done this before is the way that it needs to happen.
- 18:25SPEAKER_00: No, no, no.
- 18:26SPEAKER_00: All right, Daniel chapter one.
- 18:29SPEAKER_00: So Daniel was in a foreign country, he was in Babylon, right?
- 18:33SPEAKER_00: He was in Babylon under the reign of King Nebutkanaza.
- 18:37SPEAKER_00: Okay, and he was taken just like some other Israelites were taken, and they were trained to function in with the king, okay, to function in the king's court.
- 18:50SPEAKER_00: But this is what it says about them, okay?
- 18:53SPEAKER_00: Daniel chapter 1, verse 17.
- 18:55SPEAKER_00: I know you've heard this before, but you need to hear this again because after today, this is the way we're showing up in the marketplace.
- 19:03SPEAKER_00: It says in verse 17, as for these young men, not everybody, God gave them.
- 19:10SPEAKER_00: So, yes, they had their hard work, they had all of these stuff that they did, but this is these are things God gave them to show up as signs and wonders in the marketplace.
- 19:20SPEAKER_00: And God gave these four young men, He gave them knowledge and skill in all literature and wisdom.
- 19:33SPEAKER_00: As for these four young men, God gave them knowledge and skill in all literature and wisdom, and Daniel had understanding in all visions and dreams.
- 19:44SPEAKER_00: What was the result?
- 19:45SPEAKER_00: Please understand this.
- 19:47SPEAKER_00: The result of my walk with God must be seen in the marketplace.
- 19:53SPEAKER_00: I pray in the spirit, must be seen.
- 19:56SPEAKER_00: I study the word, must be seen.
- 19:58SPEAKER_00: I host God's presence, must be seen, because it's cause and effect, right?
- 20:04SPEAKER_00: But we may not have had expectation that you know it will show up in my walk, it will show up in my job, it'll show up in my business, show up with me as a student, me as a consultant, me as a stay-at-home mom.
- 20:16SPEAKER_00: Like the it the cause must have an effect.
- 20:21SPEAKER_00: Verse 20, Daniel 1:20.
- 20:24SPEAKER_00: So God gave them these things.
- 20:26SPEAKER_00: What was the result?
- 20:27SPEAKER_00: It says, and in all matters of wisdom and understanding about which the king examined them, he found them 10 times better than all the magicians and all the astrologers who were in his realm.
- 20:44SPEAKER_00: Let me translate this.
- 20:45SPEAKER_00: You're a consultant, you're found to be 10 times better than your peers.
- 20:50SPEAKER_00: You're a student, you're found to be 10 times better than your peers.
- 20:54SPEAKER_00: You are leading an organization because of that.
- 20:57SPEAKER_00: Your organization is 10 times better than the others.
- 21:00SPEAKER_00: And you might say, Oh my goodness, how could I do 10 times better?
- 21:02SPEAKER_00: It's not about you.
- 21:04SPEAKER_00: It's about the God who's going to give you wisdom, understanding, knowledge in all manner of workmanship and all of this stuff, all manner of understanding, give your unusual gifts, give you the gift of his presence, give you favor, all of those things.
- 21:17SPEAKER_00: The 10 times is on him, it's not on us.
- 21:20SPEAKER_00: Our job is to do the corresponding action, which I'm going to show you in a second, and to expect it.
- 21:28SPEAKER_00: We are done expecting the status quo.
- 21:31SPEAKER_00: We are done expecting results that everybody gets.
- 21:34SPEAKER_00: Why?
- 21:35SPEAKER_00: Because we have a relationship with the Almighty God and we are in partnership with Him.
- 21:40SPEAKER_00: And that partnership with Him shows up in the marketplace.
- 21:43SPEAKER_00: So I'm a stay at home mom.
- 21:44SPEAKER_00: Oh my goodness, my children.
- 21:46SPEAKER_00: Like another word for stay at home mom is I'm a kingmaker.
- 21:50SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 21:50SPEAKER_00: And so when you raise your kids, people look at your kids and like, golly, why?
- 21:56SPEAKER_00: Because you're 10 times better.
- 21:58SPEAKER_00: You're 10 times better.
- 22:01SPEAKER_00: Right?
- 22:01SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 22:02SPEAKER_00: So we've looked at four models, and you will notice they're not pastors, they're not priests, they're not apostles, they're not prophets.
- 22:10SPEAKER_00: These are people in the marketplace.
- 22:12SPEAKER_00: Bezalil was a craftsman.
- 22:15SPEAKER_00: Joseph was an administrator, if you will, right?
- 22:19SPEAKER_00: Um David was a king.
- 22:23SPEAKER_00: Daniel, he showed up in administration.
- 22:28SPEAKER_00: Do you guys see that?
- 22:29SPEAKER_00: These were not, I didn't call Nehemiah or Isaiah, right?
- 22:33SPEAKER_00: Right?
- 22:33SPEAKER_00: We didn't do any of those.
- 22:35SPEAKER_00: So you are called to be a sign and wonder in the marketplace.
- 22:42SPEAKER_00: Okay, so in that job, in that business, in that school, you are called to be a sign and a wonder.
- 22:49SPEAKER_00: Where people are like, huh, interesting.
- 22:51SPEAKER_00: Was Daniel a sign of wonder?
- 22:53SPEAKER_00: Yes.
- 22:53SPEAKER_00: David a sign of wonder?
- 22:55SPEAKER_00: Yes.
- 22:55SPEAKER_00: Joseph a sign of wonder?
- 22:57SPEAKER_00: Yes.
- 22:57SPEAKER_00: Basileel a sign and wonder?
- 22:59SPEAKER_00: Yes.
- 23:00SPEAKER_00: You a sign of wonder?
- 23:01SPEAKER_00: Absolutely.
- 23:04SPEAKER_00: And everyone I showed you was from the Old Testament.
- 23:07SPEAKER_00: And you have a new covenant based on better promises.
- 23:12SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 23:13SPEAKER_00: So now that we've made a case for you being a sign and a wonder, you don't have to wonder if you're called to be a sign of wonder, because you are called to be a sign of wonder.
- 23:22SPEAKER_00: Apparently, this is how God rolls.
- 23:23SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 23:24SPEAKER_00: And we could talk about Joseph, Joshua, we could talk about there's so many other people we could talk about.
- 23:30SPEAKER_00: But at least I think four is enough to convince you, right?
- 23:33SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 23:34SPEAKER_00: So let us now.
- 23:36SPEAKER_00: Now is the the question then becomes if this is true, what do I need to do to tap into this?
- 23:45SPEAKER_00: Like, what's my part to play?
- 23:47SPEAKER_00: The person doing the heavy lifting clearly is God.
- 23:50SPEAKER_00: So what's my part to play?
- 23:51SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 23:52SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 23:53SPEAKER_00: So let's look at, let's look at my what what my part is.
- 23:57SPEAKER_00: What my what's my part?
- 23:58SPEAKER_00: What's your part?
- 23:59SPEAKER_00: What are what did these people have?
- 24:02SPEAKER_00: Because if we can have what they had, then we can create the same result.
- 24:09SPEAKER_00: Okay, what did they have?
- 24:10SPEAKER_00: So I'm gonna show you seven assets that they had that you need to have, that I need to have.
- 24:17SPEAKER_00: Number one, they had a deep, deep walk with God.
- 24:23SPEAKER_00: Your walk with God is an asset that you have that makes you a sign and a wonder.
- 24:31SPEAKER_00: They had a deep walk with God, devoted to God.
- 24:37SPEAKER_00: One of the biggest traps, and if this has happened to you, you can let me know in the chat.
- 24:42SPEAKER_00: Like, yep, happened to me.
- 24:45SPEAKER_00: One of the things you will find is as you start going deeper in God, you're this person of prayer.
- 24:51SPEAKER_00: You build a habit of prayer, you build a habit of studying the word, you build a habit of meditating to the word, you build a habit of going to church hungry to hear the word of God, you build a habit of having conversations with other people who are in God, where iron is sharpening iron.
- 25:07SPEAKER_00: When you start doing, you start living a life of obedience, like, okay, what does the Bible say?
- 25:12SPEAKER_00: Okay, I'm going to do that.
- 25:14SPEAKER_00: When you start doing that, you'll be sold this ideology that, oh, you're being fanatical.
- 25:22SPEAKER_00: You're being fanatical.
- 25:24SPEAKER_00: That's for pastors.
- 25:25SPEAKER_00: That's too much.
- 25:26SPEAKER_00: It doesn't take all that.
- 25:28SPEAKER_00: You don't have to do all that.
- 25:30SPEAKER_00: The greatest assets you have in this life is the depth of your walk with God.
- 25:39SPEAKER_00: It's not this, oh, it's my spiritual life, but you know, let's be real.
- 25:44SPEAKER_00: No, you can be real if you want to have an average life.
- 25:47SPEAKER_00: But if you want to have a life that is a sign and a wonder, the only way to do that is to plug into the person who can make it a sign and wonder.
- 25:57SPEAKER_00: You don't have the capacity to make your life a sign and wonder.
- 26:00SPEAKER_00: I don't have the capacity to make my life a sign and wonder.
- 26:03SPEAKER_00: The only way we do that is when we're hooked up with God.
- 26:08SPEAKER_00: Your the depth of your walk with God is what determines how much of a sign and a wonder you will be.
- 26:19SPEAKER_00: It is an asset, it is the best performance.
- 26:22SPEAKER_00: Like many of you here have real estate, you have stocks, you have all of these things.
- 26:27SPEAKER_00: Listen to me when I say this.
- 26:30SPEAKER_00: The asset that enriches your life the most is the depth of your walk with God.
- 26:43SPEAKER_00: It is.
- 26:45SPEAKER_00: It is what will make you a sign and a wonder.
- 26:47SPEAKER_00: It is, right?
- 26:49SPEAKER_00: Maybe you're here.
- 26:50SPEAKER_00: You pray once in a while.
- 26:51SPEAKER_00: Oh no, I'm gonna fix that.
- 26:54SPEAKER_00: Maybe you're here, you're not filled with you with the with the spirit.
- 26:57SPEAKER_00: Don't pray in tongues.
- 26:58SPEAKER_00: And maybe thought layer doesn't take all that.
- 27:00SPEAKER_00: I'm inviting you to say, no, I'm gonna go in on that.
- 27:03SPEAKER_00: The team will post instructions on how we can help you.
- 27:06SPEAKER_00: Okay, we actually have a team that'll explain it from the word of God and pray for you.
- 27:11SPEAKER_00: Okay, maybe reading your Bible, you're like, man, yeah, it doesn't take all that.
- 27:16SPEAKER_00: It does take all that, but it takes all that to give you a life that is a sign of wonder.
- 27:22SPEAKER_00: If you want an average life, it doesn't take all that.
- 27:24SPEAKER_00: If you want to be subject to what everybody else is subject to, it doesn't take all that.
- 27:28SPEAKER_00: If you want to live a life where people are like, well, like Potiphar, you know, looked at Joseph as like, I can see the hand of God is upon you.
- 27:35SPEAKER_00: If you want that, you go deeper with God.
- 27:38SPEAKER_00: That's how we go higher in every aspect of our lives.
- 27:41SPEAKER_00: Okay, now let's look at let's look at some of the people we had.
- 27:46SPEAKER_00: Now, if we look at Joseph, Joseph was somebody who had such a depth of walk with God that the Bible said in in Genesis 39:2, that the Lord was with Joseph.
- 28:02SPEAKER_00: So it wasn't just that God was in heaven and Joseph was down here on earth.
- 28:05SPEAKER_00: No, he was with Joseph.
- 28:08SPEAKER_00: He had a he was somebody who hosted the presence of God.
- 28:12SPEAKER_00: God was, and it's not like God with him, like God is with everybody.
- 28:16SPEAKER_00: It's like God's activated presence is with him.
- 28:19SPEAKER_00: Why?
- 28:19SPEAKER_00: Because he created the environment for it.
- 28:22SPEAKER_00: How do you do that?
- 28:23SPEAKER_00: Prayer, worship, the study of the word, meditating in the word, obedience.
- 28:28SPEAKER_00: That's how we do that.
- 28:30SPEAKER_00: Why was God with him?
- 28:31SPEAKER_00: He created the environment for it.
- 28:33SPEAKER_00: Will you create the environment for that?
- 28:35SPEAKER_00: Right?
- 28:36SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 28:37SPEAKER_00: So that's that's that's um uh not Daniel, Joseph.
- 28:43SPEAKER_00: For Daniel, Daniel was so devoted to God that they said, oh, like you were you were brought as a you were brought as a captive here, and you were chosen to be one of the people who will serve in the king's court, and you get to eat from the king's table.
- 28:59SPEAKER_00: Many of us will celebrate that as a breakthrough.
- 29:03SPEAKER_00: But he was so devoted to God, he said, I know this is food that's been offered to idols, and he went to negotiate.
- 29:09SPEAKER_00: Just give me, just give me vegetables and water.
- 29:13SPEAKER_00: But I don't want to eat this food, so I don't have to defile myself.
- 29:16SPEAKER_00: The Bible said he purposed in his heart not to defile himself.
- 29:21SPEAKER_00: That's how devoted he was to God, and that is what set the stage for the Bible to then say, and God gave these four boys.
- 29:30SPEAKER_00: Why not everybody?
- 29:31SPEAKER_00: They were not the only captives from Israel.
- 29:34SPEAKER_00: Being a sign and a wonder is not available to everybody, it's available to the people who go deep in God.
- 29:40SPEAKER_00: And by that, I don't say you have to be as deep as someone, you just need to keep going deeper.
- 29:47SPEAKER_00: Right?
- 29:48SPEAKER_00: Look at David.
- 29:50SPEAKER_00: David is the author of the longest book in the Bible, and it's a book of worship, it's a book of prayer, it's a book of devotion, it's the book of Psalms.
- 30:00SPEAKER_00: A king, I want you to think of, I want you to think about this.
- 30:03SPEAKER_00: Okay, let's pause here.
- 30:06SPEAKER_00: A king wrote a book, and God said, This book is good enough to be in my Bible.
- 30:14SPEAKER_00: I want you to hear this.
- 30:15SPEAKER_00: He was so his book was so deep spiritually that he, a king, not a priest, not a priest, not a pastor, not an apostle, not a prophet.
- 30:29SPEAKER_00: A king wrote a book, and God was like, Oh, let's add this book to my Bible.
- 30:38SPEAKER_00: That's how deep his walk with God was.
- 30:42SPEAKER_00: So his walk was so deep that he wrote it, then we can't have a walk that is so shallow that we won't even read what he wrote.
- 30:54SPEAKER_00: We can't think, oh, it's fanatical if I if I read the whole Bible.
- 30:59SPEAKER_00: When Kings wrote a lot of these books, hello, they had a deep walk with God.
- 31:06SPEAKER_00: They had a deep walk with God, and so you your life doesn't because sometimes this is a trap.
- 31:14SPEAKER_00: Oh, if I go so deep in God, then I be and become irrelevant to everyday life.
- 31:19SPEAKER_00: No, no, no, no, no.
- 31:20SPEAKER_00: It is the depth of the walk that makes you more relevant, makes you stand out more, makes you more of a sign and a wonder in every aspect of your life.
- 31:27SPEAKER_00: God is not this spiritual God that doesn't know about anything because he was able, I want you to think about it.
- 31:35SPEAKER_00: He was he was a person who anointed craftsmen, he anointed Daniel to thrive where he thrived, and David to thrive where he thrived, and all of this stuff.
- 31:42SPEAKER_00: God is the God of everyday life, too.
- 31:48SPEAKER_00: But an asset that will help us be signs and wonders there is the depth of our walk with God.
- 31:54SPEAKER_00: So I am a woman of prayer, I am a woman of worship, I am a woman who obeys, I am a woman of meditation, I am a woman who goes deeper in God, I'm a woman who hosts the presence of God.
- 32:05SPEAKER_00: Why?
- 32:06SPEAKER_00: Ripple effect is seen everywhere.
- 32:08SPEAKER_00: Okay, okay.
- 32:10SPEAKER_00: That's the first asset they had.
- 32:13SPEAKER_00: The second asset they had is they were kingdom-minded.
- 32:22SPEAKER_00: They were kingdom-minded.
- 32:24SPEAKER_00: If you want to be a sign and a wonder, you must focus, you must be concerned about God's kingdom.
- 32:37SPEAKER_00: God's kingdom needs to be a priority for you.
- 32:39SPEAKER_00: Because let me tell you something: God does not fund his kingdom, God does not fund your kingdom, he funds his kingdom.
- 32:47SPEAKER_00: God does not fund your kingdom, he funds his kingdom.
- 32:52SPEAKER_00: Now, if you come and you take up employment in his kingdom, he pays better than anything you could ever do.
- 32:59SPEAKER_00: I'll explain what I mean.
- 33:04SPEAKER_00: When you think about Jesus and his prayer, what he the template of prayer he gave us.
- 33:09SPEAKER_00: He said, Our Father who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name.
- 33:12SPEAKER_00: So God is the first priority and the worship of God and the greatness of his name.
- 33:18SPEAKER_00: Thy kingdom come, thy will be done, thy kingdom come, is right there, up there.
- 33:23SPEAKER_00: Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven.
- 33:26SPEAKER_00: That's still his kingdom stuff.
- 33:28SPEAKER_00: Then it says, Give us this day our daily bread.
- 33:31SPEAKER_00: This is the order of priority.
- 33:35SPEAKER_00: This is the order of priority.
- 33:38SPEAKER_00: Our Father who art in heaven, hallowed be your name, thy kingdom come, thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven.
- 33:47SPEAKER_00: Then give us this day.
- 33:50SPEAKER_00: Our daily bread.
- 33:52SPEAKER_00: Now, if we reverse the order and we say, Myself on earth, then your reputation, hallowed be my name.
- 34:03SPEAKER_00: Then my kingdom come.
- 34:05SPEAKER_00: It's not gonna work.
- 34:07SPEAKER_00: It's not gonna work.
- 34:08SPEAKER_00: We have to prioritize God's kingdom.
- 34:12SPEAKER_00: We have to prioritize having his name be made great in our world.
- 34:20SPEAKER_00: We prioritize that.
- 34:22SPEAKER_00: It is in doing that that we put ourselves in a position where God anoints us for his kingdom, and that anointing makes us a sign and a wonder.
- 34:37SPEAKER_00: So what is important to God must be important to me.
- 34:42SPEAKER_00: What matters to God must matter to me.
- 34:45SPEAKER_00: I must want to see the advancement of his kingdom.
- 34:49SPEAKER_00: I've told you guys these stories so many times.
- 34:53SPEAKER_00: So many times.
- 34:56SPEAKER_00: I run a business now.
- 34:58SPEAKER_00: Well, one of the businesses that I run.
- 35:02SPEAKER_00: And it's called entreaming.
- 35:05SPEAKER_00: And the whole thing about the business is because of my devotion to the advancement of God's kingdom.
- 35:15SPEAKER_00: God comes and he says, He says this to a socially awkward, super shy, introverted, introvert.
- 35:21SPEAKER_00: I want you to help my physicians.
- 35:36SPEAKER_00: Like, I don't want anything to do with that.
- 35:38SPEAKER_00: The business only exists because I said yes to that.
- 35:44SPEAKER_00: It's the only reason it exists, is because I said yes.
- 35:49SPEAKER_00: Now, when I started it, you know, I started, I had a client here, a client there, you know, those kind of things.
- 35:57SPEAKER_00: Well, we had an opportunity to fund the building campaign for the new church we had to move the building to.
- 36:05SPEAKER_00: And please, if you're part of the people who are like, well, they don't need to build all those buildings, they just need to preach the gospel.
- 36:13SPEAKER_00: Let me tell you, wake up.
- 36:15SPEAKER_00: We live in a real world, and the gospel is free because Jesus paid for it.
- 36:21SPEAKER_00: But the mechanism of delivery is not, it is not free, and you don't want to be part of the crew, is like well, we we don't need all that because you need a house and you need a car, and you need all these things, but when it comes to the kingdom of God, for some reason you're like, No, let me tell you what David said.
- 36:42SPEAKER_00: David is one of the people we read about.
- 36:44SPEAKER_00: This is what David said.
- 36:46SPEAKER_00: David said, How can I live in this palace?
- 36:54SPEAKER_00: Meanwhile, the the ark of God lives in a tent.
- 36:59SPEAKER_00: God never asked for a building.
- 37:02SPEAKER_00: He's like, How can I live in this palace?
- 37:07SPEAKER_00: And God's ark is in a tent, and he said, I will build God a house.
- 37:13SPEAKER_00: It moved God so much that God was like, I have never asked for a house.
- 37:18SPEAKER_00: I have never asked people to build this.
- 37:19SPEAKER_00: I've been content doing all this stuff.
- 37:21SPEAKER_00: He said, Because you decided to do this, let me show you.
- 37:24SPEAKER_00: This is so powerful.
- 37:25SPEAKER_00: David hadn't done it.
- 37:26SPEAKER_00: David hadn't done it, David hadn't raised a dollar to do it.
- 37:29SPEAKER_00: He didn't do, he he just said, I'm gonna build God a house.
- 37:32SPEAKER_00: God said, Because you decided to do this, I will build you a house, I will build you an everlasting dynasty, a dynasty of kings.
- 37:42SPEAKER_00: This is why Jesus had to come through the lineage of Jesus, the lineage of Daniel, and Daniel, David, and he had to identify as the son of David, so that God could keep his promise to him that he will always have a king on the throne.
- 38:00SPEAKER_00: That's for the decision.
- 38:01SPEAKER_00: He hadn't even built it.
- 38:03SPEAKER_00: We must be kingdom-minded.
- 38:05SPEAKER_00: It is an asset.
- 38:07SPEAKER_00: Start from where you are, the things that bother the kingdom of God, let it bother you.
- 38:12SPEAKER_00: The advancement of the kingdom of God, let it be part of your goals, part of your goals.
- 38:17SPEAKER_00: The Bible says that the glory of a king is a large population.
- 38:21SPEAKER_00: If that is true, you be part of the people depopulating hell and populating heaven.
- 38:26SPEAKER_00: You do that.
- 38:27SPEAKER_00: The glory of a king is a large population.
- 38:29SPEAKER_00: Your father is a king.
- 38:32SPEAKER_00: Kingdom-mindedness.
- 38:34SPEAKER_00: God will do anything for the person who would do anything for him.
- 38:40SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 38:41SPEAKER_00: Number two, we got that.
- 38:43SPEAKER_00: Number three, faith for the extraordinary.
- 38:47SPEAKER_00: From today, and you need to type this in the chat.
- 38:50SPEAKER_00: From today, I expect the extraordinary.
- 38:53SPEAKER_00: Our era of expecting, oh, you know, they say, oh, this business, this is what happens with this.
- 38:58SPEAKER_00: So I expect that.
- 38:58SPEAKER_00: We don't expect that.
- 38:59SPEAKER_00: Oh, nobody passes this class, so we expect that.
- 39:02SPEAKER_00: No, we don't expect that, right?
- 39:04SPEAKER_00: Oh, motherhood, ooh, so hard, you know, children these days.
- 39:07SPEAKER_00: We don't expect that.
- 39:08SPEAKER_00: We expect the extraordinary.
- 39:10SPEAKER_00: We expect what God can do to show up in our lives, to show up in our jobs, to show up in our businesses, to show up in our families, to show up everywhere.
- 39:20SPEAKER_00: We expect it.
- 39:21SPEAKER_00: Why?
- 39:21SPEAKER_00: Because we have access to all these resources, God's presence, God's favor, God's wisdom.
- 39:26SPEAKER_00: But no, we expect the extraordinary because we have God.
- 39:31SPEAKER_00: So David saw Goliath and the whole army, the king, everybody ran away.
- 39:38SPEAKER_00: He expected the extraordinary.
- 39:41SPEAKER_00: Joseph saw himself as a slave, sold to a far country, and all of that.
- 39:46SPEAKER_00: But he expected the extraordinary.
- 39:49SPEAKER_00: Daniel showed up as a captive.
- 39:51SPEAKER_00: He expected the extraordinary because of that.
- 39:53SPEAKER_00: He went to the top.
- 39:54SPEAKER_00: I expect the extraordinary.
- 39:56SPEAKER_00: Stop expecting average.
- 39:58SPEAKER_00: Stop expecting mediocre.
- 39:59SPEAKER_00: Stop expecting favor.
- 40:00SPEAKER_00: Make expect like God is your God.
- 40:04SPEAKER_00: So in your business, expect it.
- 40:07SPEAKER_00: As a nurse, expect it.
- 40:08SPEAKER_00: As a surgeon, expect it.
- 40:09SPEAKER_00: As a healthcare administrator, expect it.
- 40:11SPEAKER_00: As a stay-at-home mom, expect it.
- 40:12SPEAKER_00: As a student, expect it.
- 40:14SPEAKER_00: Expect it.
- 40:16SPEAKER_00: As a small group leader, expect it.
- 40:18SPEAKER_00: As a speaker, expect it.
- 40:19SPEAKER_00: Expect the extraordinary.
- 40:23SPEAKER_00: I remember when the pandemic hit and private practices were shutting down.
- 40:29SPEAKER_00: Like in 2021, 11,000 private practices either sold to private equity or went out of business.
- 40:35SPEAKER_00: 11,000.
- 40:36SPEAKER_00: I want you to think about a room of a thousand people and 11 of those, all being business owners, and they all shut down their businesses.
- 40:43SPEAKER_00: And when it hit, remember now we know what the pandemic was.
- 40:46SPEAKER_00: Then was net then we didn't know.
- 40:50SPEAKER_00: So what was the first thing I did?
- 40:52SPEAKER_00: The first thing I did is I said, I don't know what this is, and I don't know where it's going to, but I am deciding I am going to thrive in the midst of it, like in the midst of this mess, instead of going out of business, I am going to win.
- 41:05SPEAKER_00: I am going to thrive.
- 41:06SPEAKER_00: I'm going to come out on top.
- 41:07SPEAKER_00: And I help my clients do the same thing.
- 41:10SPEAKER_00: What is that?
- 41:11SPEAKER_00: Expect the extraordinary.
- 41:13SPEAKER_00: Oh, you know how many businesses went out of business last year?
- 41:16SPEAKER_00: What does that have to do with me?
- 41:17SPEAKER_00: What does that have to do with the price of rice in the stock market?
- 41:19SPEAKER_00: That has nothing to do with me.
- 41:21SPEAKER_00: I expect the extraordinary.
- 41:25SPEAKER_00: Oh, you know, children these days, when they go to college, they just completely lose it.
- 41:28SPEAKER_00: I expect the extraordinary.
- 41:30SPEAKER_00: Oh, this class said, no, nobody passes this class, you know, like, oh, this exam, you'll probably take it two or three times.
- 41:36SPEAKER_00: Expect the extraordinary.
- 41:38SPEAKER_00: Expect it.
- 41:39SPEAKER_00: They did.
- 41:40SPEAKER_00: It's an asset.
- 41:41SPEAKER_00: Your faith is an asset.
- 41:44SPEAKER_00: Okay?
- 41:44SPEAKER_00: All right.
- 41:45SPEAKER_00: Number four.
- 41:46SPEAKER_00: Number four asset they had was wisdom from God.
- 41:53SPEAKER_00: Wisdom from God.
- 41:54SPEAKER_00: Daniel had wisdom.
- 41:55SPEAKER_00: Bezalil had wisdom.
- 41:57SPEAKER_00: These people had wisdom from God.
- 41:59SPEAKER_00: Jesus had wisdom for what he did.
- 42:02SPEAKER_00: So what do we need?
- 42:03SPEAKER_00: We need wisdom.
- 42:04SPEAKER_00: Okay?
- 42:05SPEAKER_00: Now, what is my role to play in this whole wisdom business?
- 42:10SPEAKER_00: Is I'm a person of prayer.
- 42:12SPEAKER_00: I ask God for wisdom, right?
- 42:15SPEAKER_00: And I'm a person who reads the book because the Bible says that wisdom comes from the mouth of God.
- 42:23SPEAKER_00: He wrote 66 books.
- 42:25SPEAKER_00: How does God do things?
- 42:27SPEAKER_00: How does God react in circumstances?
- 42:29SPEAKER_00: If God were the one running this business, how would he do it?
- 42:32SPEAKER_00: I tell you guys all the time that I look at Jesus' ministry as Jesus' business.
- 42:39SPEAKER_00: And it was a very successful business.
- 42:41SPEAKER_00: And he has billions of clients.
- 42:43SPEAKER_00: He has over a billion clients today.
- 42:47SPEAKER_00: And he's been dead for you know thousands of years.
- 42:51SPEAKER_00: And I'm like, whoa, let's look at how did he do that?
- 42:54SPEAKER_00: How did he attract the crowds?
- 42:56SPEAKER_00: How did he attract clients?
- 42:57SPEAKER_00: How did he speak?
- 42:58SPEAKER_00: How did he do all of this thing?
- 42:59SPEAKER_00: What am I doing?
- 43:00SPEAKER_00: I'm acquiring wisdom.
- 43:03SPEAKER_00: I'm acquiring wisdom to then use in my everyday life.
- 43:08SPEAKER_00: Right?
- 43:09SPEAKER_00: How did Jesus grow?
- 43:10SPEAKER_00: Then okay, I can grow that way.
- 43:13SPEAKER_00: Do you guys see that?
- 43:15SPEAKER_00: So wisdom, you must go after wisdom.
- 43:18SPEAKER_00: It's an asset.
- 43:19SPEAKER_00: It is an asset required for science and wonders.
- 43:21SPEAKER_00: So there's the spirit of wisdom.
- 43:23SPEAKER_00: We pray for wisdom.
- 43:24SPEAKER_00: There's the practical side of wisdom that we have to get from the book and from books, right?
- 43:30SPEAKER_00: Like so there, they're there's the book and their books, right?
- 43:34SPEAKER_00: Like principles that work, that have always worked, classic principles.
- 43:38SPEAKER_00: If you check at the end of the day, they're all in the book.
- 43:42SPEAKER_00: One of the things we do in my family, we laugh about it all the time, is we say, um, you know, we discover a principle from a say from a business book.
- 43:51SPEAKER_00: And we start laughing because we see the parallel in the book of Proverbs.
- 43:54SPEAKER_00: And we're like, yeah, God is like, well, since you don't want to read my book and gotta go pay for a book and go read.
- 44:00SPEAKER_00: Is I still get what I was trying to tell you.
- 44:02SPEAKER_00: Right?
- 44:02SPEAKER_00: We laugh about it all the time.
- 44:04SPEAKER_00: So it's prayer, it's the book, and it's books.
- 44:07SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 44:07SPEAKER_00: Number five, fifth asset is favor.
- 44:12SPEAKER_00: Is favor.
- 44:13SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 44:14SPEAKER_00: So we see Joseph.
- 44:16SPEAKER_00: Okay, let me read this one for you.
- 44:17SPEAKER_00: Okay, this would this will be powerful for you to see.
- 44:19SPEAKER_00: Genesis, um, Genesis 39.
- 44:22SPEAKER_00: See, I didn't see the book of Joseph this time.
- 44:24SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 44:25SPEAKER_00: Um, it says here in verse 21.
- 44:30SPEAKER_00: It says, but the Lord was with Joseph and showed him mercy, and he gave him favor in the sight of the keeper of the prison.
- 44:40SPEAKER_00: And so the keeper of the prison made him in charge of the prison, right?
- 44:44SPEAKER_00: So favor, favor, favor.
- 44:47SPEAKER_00: You start like Jesus talking about the growth of Jesus in Luke chapter 2, verse 52.
- 44:52SPEAKER_00: He says, And Jesus grew in wisdom, in stature, in favor of God, and favor with people.
- 44:56SPEAKER_00: So always, I don't need people, I don't do people, all that.
- 45:00SPEAKER_00: That's nonsense.
- 45:01SPEAKER_00: You can't have a life that's a sign of wonder that way, right?
- 45:04SPEAKER_00: So we have to give up the foolishness so that we can have we can have what it is we truly want.
- 45:08SPEAKER_00: I, you know, like favor, we grow in favor.
- 45:12SPEAKER_00: One of the ways we grow in favor is our walk with God, right?
- 45:16SPEAKER_00: Because the Lord is with you, He does favors for you, right?
- 45:19SPEAKER_00: One of the ways we grow in favor is that we grow in the fruit of the Spirit.
- 45:25SPEAKER_00: Why it is a magnet.
- 45:27SPEAKER_00: What is the fruit of the spirit?
- 45:28SPEAKER_00: Love, joy, peace, patience, um, um, gentleness, goodness, temperance, self-control.
- 45:37SPEAKER_00: These are all things that faithfulness, things that people like.
- 45:41SPEAKER_00: People are attracted to the fruit of the spirit.
- 45:43SPEAKER_00: It makes you a magnet.
- 45:46SPEAKER_00: It makes you a magnet.
- 45:48SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 45:49SPEAKER_00: What is the other way we grow in favor?
- 45:51SPEAKER_00: We sow the seed of favor.
- 45:52SPEAKER_00: We sow the seed of favor in others and we reap the harvest of favor, right?
- 45:57SPEAKER_00: What is one of the ways we grow in favor is we learn how to do people.
- 46:02SPEAKER_00: We learn how to do people, we learn how to interact with people, to love people, all of those things.
- 46:07SPEAKER_00: So we grow in favor.
- 46:08SPEAKER_00: Why?
- 46:09SPEAKER_00: It's an asset that makes you a sign of wonder.
- 46:11SPEAKER_00: Let me tell you, favor will do for you in one day, but a hundred days of labor cannot do for you.
- 46:21SPEAKER_00: I'll give you an example.
- 46:22SPEAKER_00: It's a fun example, but I'll give you an example.
- 46:25SPEAKER_00: My husband, um, he travels quite a bit, so he got um to his million miles, and he's a del diamond medallion in Delta, right?
- 46:37SPEAKER_00: He worked for that.
- 46:39SPEAKER_00: Right?
- 46:39SPEAKER_00: He had to travel, he had to buy the tickets, he had to do all of this stuff.
- 46:42SPEAKER_00: Now they then said, Because you're a diamond medallion, you can gift somebody diamond medallion status.
- 46:52SPEAKER_00: And guess who found favor with him?
- 46:55SPEAKER_00: I did, and so what happened?
- 46:57SPEAKER_00: I was given diamond medallion status, even though I am nowhere near a million a million miles, but I was gifted it.
- 47:12SPEAKER_00: So, what that means is when I show up, they're like, Oh, thank you for your loyalty and being a diamond, uh Delta Diamond Medallion.
- 47:18SPEAKER_00: I'm like, you're welcome.
- 47:20SPEAKER_00: I was gifted to it was a favor, it was just given to me, right?
- 47:24SPEAKER_00: That like I got to the airport, there was a line.
- 47:27SPEAKER_00: I was like, Oh, let me use my clear.
- 47:28SPEAKER_00: I got to clear that like it's expired.
- 47:30SPEAKER_00: You know, for today it will be$209 for you to renew your clear.
- 47:34SPEAKER_00: I was like, okay, we start doing the theme.
- 47:37SPEAKER_00: They're like, Do you have any loyalty stuff?
- 47:38SPEAKER_00: I put in my delta, my my delta sky mouse number.
- 47:42SPEAKER_00: Guess what happened?
- 47:42SPEAKER_00: They're like, Oh, your Delta Diamond Medallion, it is free for you.
- 47:46SPEAKER_00: So I got clear for free.
- 47:47SPEAKER_00: And they're like, and if you need you, if you need TSA pre-check, that's free for you too.
- 47:52SPEAKER_00: That is all favor.
- 47:53SPEAKER_00: I didn't work for any of that.
- 47:55SPEAKER_00: I did not work for any of that.
- 47:59SPEAKER_00: Do you guys see what I'm saying?
- 48:01SPEAKER_00: It's also that favor that will take you, and people will put you in rooms you're not supposed to be in.
- 48:07SPEAKER_00: They'll put you, give you positions you're not supposed to have, make you that's what happened to Joseph.
- 48:12SPEAKER_00: He found favor, and somebody who was thrown in prison was put in charge of the prison.
- 48:19SPEAKER_00: Why?
- 48:20SPEAKER_00: Favor, favor it's an asset.
- 48:24SPEAKER_00: Develop it.
- 48:25SPEAKER_00: Why?
- 48:26SPEAKER_00: So you can be a sign of wonder in the marketplace.
- 48:29SPEAKER_00: Okay, you guys happy with me and my delta diamond medallion?
- 48:32SPEAKER_00: Okay, number six.
- 48:35SPEAKER_00: Number six, guidance.
- 48:36SPEAKER_00: Remember, I'm gonna give you guys the declarations in a second.
- 48:38SPEAKER_00: Okay, guidance, guidance is an asset.
- 48:42SPEAKER_00: Your ability to hear from God is an asset of assets.
- 48:50SPEAKER_00: David fought battle after battle, he didn't lose.
- 48:54SPEAKER_00: Why?
- 48:55SPEAKER_00: If you go to first Samuel chapter 2 Samuel chapter 5, I won't take the time to read it.
- 49:00SPEAKER_00: But the Philistines came against him.
- 49:03SPEAKER_00: He says, Lord, should I go?
- 49:04SPEAKER_00: Would you give me victory?
- 49:06SPEAKER_00: God is like, I will give you victory.
- 49:08SPEAKER_00: Go.
- 49:08SPEAKER_00: Funny enough, in the same chapter, the same Philistines came to the same valley of Raphaim for another battle.
- 49:16SPEAKER_00: David didn't run into the battle, he went back to God.
- 49:19SPEAKER_00: He says, God, will you give me the victory?
- 49:22SPEAKER_00: Will I win?
- 49:23SPEAKER_00: He says, Go.
- 49:24SPEAKER_00: But don't use the strategy used the last time.
- 49:26SPEAKER_00: Use this strategy and you will win.
- 49:28SPEAKER_00: And David went and he won.
- 49:30SPEAKER_00: What was it?
- 49:32SPEAKER_00: Guidance.
- 49:34SPEAKER_00: Guidance.
- 49:35SPEAKER_00: Guidance, your ability to hear from God.
- 49:37SPEAKER_00: So, what is your part?
- 49:39SPEAKER_00: You pray, you practice listening.
- 49:42SPEAKER_00: You pray, you practice listening.
- 49:44SPEAKER_00: You read the word.
- 49:45SPEAKER_00: So, so when, because God speaks this language, He speaks a language called Word.
- 49:50SPEAKER_00: So when a situation comes up, God can pull a scripture and say, This is what you need to do.
- 49:56SPEAKER_00: Your ability to hear from God is an asset.
- 50:00SPEAKER_00: Now we've done a training on this.
- 50:01SPEAKER_00: Like, is that you, God?
- 50:02SPEAKER_00: We've done multiple trainings on that.
- 50:04SPEAKER_00: You can catch that after this video, but you must develop this: the ability to hear from God.
- 50:11SPEAKER_00: And you might say, Oh, that's the problem.
- 50:13SPEAKER_00: I don't hear from God.
- 50:14SPEAKER_00: Okay, let's settle this once and for all.
- 50:16SPEAKER_00: Jesus said, My sheep, they hear my voice.
- 50:18SPEAKER_00: Okay?
- 50:19SPEAKER_00: My sheep hear my voice.
- 50:21SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 50:21SPEAKER_00: And then the final one, number seven, hear me when I say this.
- 50:25SPEAKER_00: Hear me when I say this.
- 50:27SPEAKER_00: When it talked about Bezalil, it says that God had anointed him in all manner of workmanship.
- 50:34SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 50:35SPEAKER_00: You're going to take the grace God has given you and you're going to use it to develop skills.
- 50:41SPEAKER_00: You're going to become good at what you do.
- 50:43SPEAKER_00: You're going to listen.
- 50:48SPEAKER_00: Lord help me.
- 50:50SPEAKER_00: When I read business books, okay, because this is part of what I do in the marketplace.
- 50:54SPEAKER_00: When I read business books, I trust God for unusual insight and understanding and how to apply it and all of those things.
- 51:02SPEAKER_00: And I go and start applying it.
- 51:04SPEAKER_00: It's in doing that I develop the skill.
- 51:08SPEAKER_00: Right?
- 51:08SPEAKER_00: So I'm learning and doing, I'm learning and doing.
- 51:11SPEAKER_00: And in my doing, I'm putting in the reps.
- 51:13SPEAKER_00: Let me use speaking as an example, which is something that we do in business, which is actually the fastest way to grow almost any business, right?
- 51:19SPEAKER_00: So in doing the speaking, I learn from the books, then I apply it and I'm doing the reps and I get better at it.
- 51:27SPEAKER_00: Then I go and look at how Jesus spoke because Jesus speaking was very effective.
- 51:32SPEAKER_00: And I'm like, oh, he used a lot of stories and all.
- 51:34SPEAKER_00: I start mastering storytelling.
- 51:36SPEAKER_00: And then I would use a lot of analogies with everyday things, like the sower went to sow.
- 51:42SPEAKER_00: So he'll talk about that and the coin that was lost, and things that people that are very simple that people can relate to.
- 51:48SPEAKER_00: Then I start practicing it.
- 51:49SPEAKER_00: It's in practicing it and doing it and learning and practicing and doing and putting in the reps that I develop skills.
- 51:55SPEAKER_00: So number seven is skills.
- 51:57SPEAKER_00: Number seven is skills, okay?
- 51:59SPEAKER_00: Is skills.
- 52:00SPEAKER_00: So we develop those skills, and that's what sets us apart in the marketplace.
- 52:05SPEAKER_00: So don't learn about it, hear about it, and not do about it.
- 52:07SPEAKER_00: We put in the reps.
- 52:08SPEAKER_00: So people tell me, oh, Dr.
- 52:10SPEAKER_00: Una, you're a natural speaker.
- 52:12SPEAKER_00: I am not a natural speaker.
- 52:15SPEAKER_00: I started off as a socially awkward, super, super shy, super introverted, introvert.
- 52:21SPEAKER_00: I am not a natural speaker, but I have learned and done, learned and done, learned and done.
- 52:27SPEAKER_00: Listen to me thousands of times.
- 52:30SPEAKER_00: Let's do some math here.
- 52:31SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 52:33SPEAKER_00: I have done, I have done a rise and shine for six years.
- 52:37SPEAKER_00: Six times 365 is 2,190 talks I've done.
- 52:44SPEAKER_00: Let's say I didn't do all of them.
- 52:45SPEAKER_00: Let's say I did 90% of them, which I did more than 90%.
- 52:49SPEAKER_00: That's 1,971 times I've spoken every morning.
- 52:54SPEAKER_00: Excluding success by the book that I have done every week, excluding the entrepreneur business school that I've had a session for every single week, excluding scale that I've had a session for every single week, excluding when I preach at church, excluding the sessions that I do with my nieces and nephews called the Commonwealth every single week, excluding the times I've been on physical stages, excluding all of that, excluding the thousands of YouTube videos and podcasts that I've done for my business.
- 53:22SPEAKER_00: Do you see what I'm saying?
- 53:24SPEAKER_00: It is in the reps.
- 53:26SPEAKER_00: And I know that every time I do it, yes, it's serving what it serves, but it's preparing me for the next thing.
- 53:32SPEAKER_00: If you're so scared of doing it messy that you won't start, you cannot be an expert.
- 53:36SPEAKER_00: The price you pay for becoming an expert is doing it messy and learning to do it better every single time until you become an expert.
- 53:47SPEAKER_00: If you wait till you're an expert to do something, you're not going to become an expert.
- 53:53SPEAKER_00: You're not going to become a sign and a wonder.
- 53:55SPEAKER_00: And God forbid.
- 53:57SPEAKER_00: God forbid.
- 53:59SPEAKER_00: Okay?
- 53:59SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 54:00SPEAKER_00: So what do I want you to do?
- 54:03SPEAKER_00: I want you to, I want you to, you know, the same way a real estate person is building their portfolio.
- 54:08SPEAKER_00: I want you to build your portfolio.
- 54:11SPEAKER_00: In this portfolio is a deep walk with God, is being kingdom-minded, right?
- 54:16SPEAKER_00: Is having faith for the extraordinary, is having wisdom from God, is having favor, is being led by God, having skill.
- 54:24SPEAKER_00: This is the portfolio I want you to build.
- 54:26SPEAKER_00: And as you build this with God, you end up in the marketplace with the life that is a sign and a wonder.
- 54:36SPEAKER_00: Okay, so I have daily declarations that I did for you.
- 54:41SPEAKER_00: So, team, if you want to post that link, you have to grab this, okay?
- 54:44SPEAKER_00: This is so powerful.
- 54:47SPEAKER_00: So powerful.
- 54:48SPEAKER_00: You must grab this.
- 54:51SPEAKER_00: You must grab this.
- 54:53SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 54:53SPEAKER_00: So this is it.
- 54:54SPEAKER_00: 12 daily declarations to become a sign and a wonder in your marketplace.
- 55:01SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 55:02SPEAKER_00: In your marketplace.
- 55:04SPEAKER_00: The team is gonna post the link for it in the comments.
- 55:06SPEAKER_00: I want you to grab it.
- 55:08SPEAKER_00: I want you to take a screenshot of it.
- 55:10SPEAKER_00: I want you to start saying these declarations every single day, right?
- 55:15SPEAKER_00: And what that will do is it will keep this message that you heard today top of mind for you.
- 55:21SPEAKER_00: Okay, top of mind.
- 55:23SPEAKER_00: I want you to grab it, I want you to declare it.
- 55:25SPEAKER_00: I want you to keep saying it.
- 55:26SPEAKER_00: I want you to keep acting in line with it.
- 55:28SPEAKER_00: I want you to keep doing it.
- 55:29SPEAKER_00: And your era of being normal in the marketplace is completely over.
- 55:34SPEAKER_00: From now on, sign and wonder.
- 55:36SPEAKER_00: Starting right now, sign and wonder.
- 55:38SPEAKER_00: Okay, you speak this over yourself.
- 55:40SPEAKER_00: And say when often you're like, oh, shoo, because Dr.
- 55:43SPEAKER_00: said all those things.
- 55:44SPEAKER_00: Now you think you're all that.
- 55:44SPEAKER_00: Yes, you, yes, ma'am, yes, sir.
- 55:46SPEAKER_00: You are all that.
- 55:47SPEAKER_00: You are a son and a daughter of the Most High God, made in the image of God, anointed by God, filled with his spirit, filled with wisdom, understanding, revelation, and all of these things.
- 55:57SPEAKER_00: And your destiny is to be a sign and a wonder.
- 56:02SPEAKER_00: Okay?
- 56:03SPEAKER_00: What I would really love is 90 days from now for us to be celebrating and you're sharing about all the things that God has used you to do and all the ways you've been a sign and wonder, and things have happened to other people, and you are exempt.
- 56:17SPEAKER_00: You're exempt because this is who you are now.
- 56:21SPEAKER_00: You are a person who has one life.
- 56:22SPEAKER_00: You don't have your walk with God and then life.
- 56:25SPEAKER_00: He you have one life, and God has infused every aspect of your life.
- 56:29SPEAKER_00: And so, because of that, the results of it are showing up everywhere.
- 56:33SPEAKER_00: That is your destiny.
- 56:35SPEAKER_00: I am rooting for you.
- 56:36SPEAKER_00: Never, ever, ever, ever after today, settle for the status quo.
- 56:41SPEAKER_00: You are not built for the status quo.
- 56:43SPEAKER_00: You are too loaded, too loaded with God and his goodies to have a life that is normal.
- 56:48SPEAKER_00: If this has helped you in any way, I would love for you to join the movement and share this episode with your friends, family, and the Christians in your world.
- 56:57SPEAKER_00: By doing this simple thing, you could be changing the trajectory of someone's lives, their family, and their community.
- 57:03SPEAKER_00: That makes you a world changer and they will love you forever.
