- 0:41SPEAKER_00: Hello, hello, and welcome back to another episode of the Live Well podcast.
- 0:47SPEAKER_00: I am excited to be diving in to another episode.
- 0:51SPEAKER_00: This is honestly pure divine inspiration.
- 0:55SPEAKER_00: I have a lot of clients right now who are navigating kind of like a crumbling and up level, right?
- 1:01SPEAKER_00: Things need to crumble so that we can up level.
- 1:04SPEAKER_00: Um, friends who are, I've definitely been going through an up level in the last, like since end of Jan till now, so like two months.
- 1:12SPEAKER_00: And I know this is a common theme for a lot of people right now.
- 1:16SPEAKER_00: So I thought I would come on and speak about it and talk about it and really help you navigate the crumbling.
- 1:26SPEAKER_00: We're also gonna dive into like how to make up-leveling feel light and why it's not always easy.
- 1:33SPEAKER_00: And first of all, I want to dive into like the whole why it's not always easy part.
- 1:41SPEAKER_00: And the reason why it's not always easy, right, is because up-leveling growth requires something different from us, it requires us to choose something else.
- 1:56SPEAKER_00: But in choosing something else, right, sometimes our nervous system gets activated, right?
- 2:01SPEAKER_00: You can choose all this, and your nervous system has other plans, right?
- 2:07SPEAKER_00: And so this is why sometimes we try to have safety, have power, you know, recode our relationship with money and wealth.
- 2:16SPEAKER_00: But sometimes no matter how hard we try to choose, right, our system takes us out.
- 2:22SPEAKER_00: Our nervous system kicks in and gives us that pit in our stomach, that lump in our throat, that fear, that doubt in our body.
- 2:28SPEAKER_00: And all of this really kicks in without us even thinking about it.
- 2:32SPEAKER_00: And that's because our nervous system overrides our conscious mind, right?
- 2:36SPEAKER_00: And so your conscious mind is choosing to, I don't know, be in your power, but your conscious mind, which rules 95%, is controlled by your nervous system, then it has other plans.
- 2:45SPEAKER_00: So until you actually rewire your nervous system response and release what is preventing you from embodying that, it's going to feel like you're stuck in the same loop over and over and over again.
- 2:58SPEAKER_00: And so this is why it can feel like the crumbling is harder than it needs to be, or up-leveling can feel heavy.
- 3:07SPEAKER_00: It's because that nervous system response gets activated, and instead of moving through it, what happens is we end up getting stuck in it andor avoiding because that nervous system response makes us shut down.
- 3:22SPEAKER_00: Right.
- 3:22SPEAKER_00: And so this is one of the big challenges people face when encountering transition or up-leveling or all of that in their life is that the nervous system kicks in because we know that anything that is different, the nervous system will kick in.
- 3:38SPEAKER_00: It does not matter if it is the most amazing thing, if it is different, whether it's positive or negative, it does not like different.
- 3:45SPEAKER_00: So it's gonna kick in.
- 3:47SPEAKER_00: So when we have that response that keeps kicking in, we can feel like the crumbling is lasting a lot longer, or it's just feeling heavy to quote unquote hold or heavy for it to be there.
- 4:00SPEAKER_00: And then we get, I don't want to say stuck, but in that in that same loop, right?
- 4:05SPEAKER_00: Where it's the familiar happening over and over and over again.
- 4:08SPEAKER_00: And this is also where we sometimes repeat the same patterns as well.
- 4:13SPEAKER_00: When we are crumbling, right, to not let it like destroy you, but rather let it to help you grow, we really need to lean in.
- 4:23SPEAKER_00: And when I think about what really helps me navigate crumbling, navigate up-leveling, it's always leaning in, which is very counterintuitive, right?
- 4:31SPEAKER_00: As soon as things like crumble, we want to lean back, we want to lean out, we want to resist.
- 4:37SPEAKER_00: Instead, can you actually lean in energetically?
- 4:41SPEAKER_00: Can you go into it and like let it completely crumble?
- 4:46SPEAKER_00: And the thing is, is that the crumbling is always to expand you.
- 4:49SPEAKER_00: But if you think about it, let's say, let's say you're a butterfly.
- 4:53SPEAKER_00: This will be good.
- 4:54SPEAKER_00: And the crumbling is like you're breaking out of the cocoon, right?
- 4:57SPEAKER_00: But you're so scared to break out of the cocoon because the cocoon is all you've ever known.
- 5:02SPEAKER_00: If you resist coming out of the cocoon, you're gonna stay there, and you're never going to emerge into a beautiful butterfly.
- 5:09SPEAKER_00: This is something that has greatly served me all the time.
- 5:12SPEAKER_00: I've had many instances of crumbling.
- 5:13SPEAKER_00: I've had a dark night of the soul, I've had many power-up levels, I've had all the things.
- 5:20SPEAKER_00: And anytime I've had an experience, I've leaned in, which allows it to help you grow instead.
- 5:26SPEAKER_00: That is like the number one thing that I see is that that resistance to it.
- 5:32SPEAKER_00: And it's normally because we're scared to let those things go, right?
- 5:36SPEAKER_00: We're scared to step into the unknown, into the void.
- 5:42SPEAKER_00: And then what happens is we kind of get stuck in this in-between, in this, you're holding on to one end, not wanting to let go, but yet you're wanting to step into that new level.
- 5:52SPEAKER_00: And you may have heard me say before, and I think it's one of my most like famous quotes that I always say, is that you don't always simply receive it.
- 6:00SPEAKER_00: You receive the lessons, experiences, and personal power that is required to hold it.
- 6:05SPEAKER_00: And so what happens is you kind of asked for it.
- 6:09SPEAKER_00: So it dismantled and is crumbling everything that it needs to that cannot come with you there.
- 6:14SPEAKER_00: Whether that's friends, whether that's relationships, whether that's you know limitations or things with money, whether that's the way you're running your business, what it doesn't matter.
- 6:22SPEAKER_00: It will, it will strip it all.
- 6:25SPEAKER_00: But your resistance to being stripped down to that, then you can't actually emerge.
- 6:30SPEAKER_00: But some people will stay stuck in that for months, years, even decades into that crumbling.
- 6:37SPEAKER_00: So we really want to think about where have you been resisting the crumbling that is actually making it harder, that is making it heavier.
- 6:46SPEAKER_00: The only reason it feels heavy is because you're actually in resistance to it.
- 6:51SPEAKER_00: So when we ask for something, it's so funny because every time I've asked for something and I'm like stepping into new level power, I'll get like kind of smacked in the face with something.
- 7:00SPEAKER_00: I'm like, oh yeah, okay, I see this.
- 7:05SPEAKER_00: And I'll kind of like lean in.
- 7:06SPEAKER_00: And I'm very kind of like fearless in terms of like things can completely crumble around me.
- 7:13SPEAKER_00: Like, take take anything, take everything.
- 7:16SPEAKER_00: I'm willing, right?
- 7:17SPEAKER_00: It's very much like that tower moment in tarot where we drop the resistance to make it feel light, and that's the thing.
- 7:26SPEAKER_00: In order for up-leveling to feel light, you have to drop any attachment or resistance to it.
- 7:31SPEAKER_00: Like I said, one of the key things is that nervous system, right?
- 7:34SPEAKER_00: Because that nervous system is the thing that kicks in that makes it feel heavy.
- 7:38SPEAKER_00: But it's also your attachment to what was.
- 7:43SPEAKER_00: And it really is kind of like this death and rebirth thing.
- 7:48SPEAKER_00: And I've always said, like, I've I've died many times.
- 7:53SPEAKER_00: Like both like on a on an energetic level and like who I who I thought I was, in order to make room for who I'm meant to be.
- 8:01SPEAKER_00: And so when we think about room or capacity, right?
- 8:06SPEAKER_00: You you want to call in these big things.
- 8:08SPEAKER_00: Maybe you like you want more money in your business, a bigger business, you want it to feel lighter, you want it to feel ease, you want these types of relationships.
- 8:16SPEAKER_00: There's no way that can come in if you're still operating in the old.
- 8:19SPEAKER_00: But you resisting the old is what's preventing that new from coming in because there's literally no space.
- 8:25SPEAKER_00: And I don't mean like just like space in your day, I mean like the pie of the puzzle, right?
- 8:32SPEAKER_00: If you think about it like a pie graph, if 100% is taken up by the limitations, people that won't serve you, dynamics that won't serve you, and you're just there, you know, people pleasing or scared of setting boundaries, or scared of being seen, or not speaking your truth, or not doing the thing you want to do, or, you know, all of these things that require personal power, it's going to feel heavier.
- 8:57SPEAKER_00: Now, personal power is also something that's really going to help you navigate that crumbling, right?
- 9:04SPEAKER_00: Because the personal power is the thing that allows you to go through it with ease and be willing to surrender and let go of anything and everything so that you can become more of who you are meant to be, which is honestly who you've always been, right?
- 9:20SPEAKER_00: It's just an unfolding back to soul, back to who you are.
- 9:24SPEAKER_00: When you have power, it will make it feel so much lighter during that time before reality catches up to reflect it.
- 9:32SPEAKER_00: Right.
- 9:33SPEAKER_00: And that's the thing, right?
- 9:34SPEAKER_00: When we ask for something, we're waiting, quote unquote, waiting.
- 9:37SPEAKER_00: We should never be waiting, but you get what I mean.
- 9:38SPEAKER_00: It feels like a waiting as it strips us down and allows things to crumble beautiful.
- 9:44SPEAKER_00: I know crumbling is always like wonderful.
- 9:47SPEAKER_00: I am creating so much space for amazingness.
- 9:50SPEAKER_00: Like universe, thank you, thank you, thank you for clearing this out to make space.
- 9:53SPEAKER_00: And it's not from like a bypass, like spiritual bypassing of like every cloud has a silver lining, but a profound gratitude and like thank you for calling me into this.
- 10:04SPEAKER_00: Thank you for making me like rise into a deeper level of power because I know that that's what's required for me to get to the next level.
- 10:11SPEAKER_00: So if I can't handle this, if I can't handle the crumbling, I'm not gonna be able to handle the next level.
- 10:16SPEAKER_00: And so if you can't handle the crumbling, with so much love, you cannot handle what it is that you are asking for.
- 10:23SPEAKER_00: And so this is really the role that power plays in successfully navigating these periods of transition.
- 10:29SPEAKER_00: Right.
- 10:29SPEAKER_00: And so if you have been in my world for a long time, you know there has been plenty of crumbles.
- 10:35SPEAKER_00: There was like me leaving my relationship, there was me stepping into like who I wanted to be online in terms of like healthy recipes and you know, emotional and energetic stuff when it came to symptoms and really like sharing my perspective on nervous system rewiring, and then you know, being challenged like with um previous like lack and scarcity mindset that I had from growing up and all of these things, this crumbling of really being stripped down of everything I thought I was and everything that I thought I knew.
- 11:11SPEAKER_00: And even recently, if you've been following me in the last few months, you've probably noticed a very big shift in who I am, a very big shift in what I feel called to do, what I feel called to teach, what I really want to help people with.
- 11:25SPEAKER_00: And there was a crumbling before that, right?
- 11:30SPEAKER_00: There's very much a crumbling of, you know, I had built a seven-figure business very much focused on symptoms, on people here, healing people's bloating, PMS, et cetera.
- 11:39SPEAKER_00: I can still do that with ease, right?
- 11:41SPEAKER_00: I'm I'm very good at it.
- 11:43SPEAKER_00: However, I knew that there was more.
- 11:45SPEAKER_00: I knew I was here and meant to do more.
- 11:48SPEAKER_00: Not just that.
- 11:48SPEAKER_00: Yes, all my work will still do that naturally.
- 11:51SPEAKER_00: It's a natural byproduct because like when you rewire your nervous system, all your symptoms go away.
- 11:56SPEAKER_00: But I was no longer interested in that being the biggest thing that I help people with.
- 12:00SPEAKER_00: Right.
- 12:01SPEAKER_00: And that's because I have, you know, transitioned from a time where there was a time where that was my biggest thing.
- 12:06SPEAKER_00: The biggest thing in my life was helping people with symptoms, or like was my own symptoms.
- 12:10SPEAKER_00: So then I wanted to help people with symptoms after I transcended that.
- 12:14SPEAKER_00: Right.
- 12:14SPEAKER_00: And now I've evolved to a place where I want to help you do so much bigger things than that.
- 12:19SPEAKER_00: And that's a very much an upheaval.
- 12:22SPEAKER_00: I was very much stripped of everything I thought I knew.
- 12:24SPEAKER_00: I was like, all right, we're gonna go full into this.
- 12:26SPEAKER_00: We are going to make a hard left, you know, full full throttle, full speed, and make a hard, I was like maybe, yeah, a hard left.
- 12:34SPEAKER_00: To me, it feels like a hard left.
- 12:36SPEAKER_00: And kind of just stop talking about it and drop off and like really go full throttle with where I want to go.
- 12:42SPEAKER_00: That requires power.
- 12:44SPEAKER_00: Because I could have dipped in, well, what if it doesn't work, or what if this is gonna happen?
- 12:48SPEAKER_00: And I've, you know, I've been talking about something else for the last few years.
- 12:51SPEAKER_00: I'm very successful at it, I'm still very good at it.
- 12:54SPEAKER_00: I can do it with ease.
- 12:55SPEAKER_00: It's just no longer the thing that I want to mainly do with people.
- 13:01SPEAKER_00: And so that's really how I managed to navigate it and go like full throne, and really before the evidence is there.
- 13:08SPEAKER_00: And not only evidence there, but having something that's kind of already working.
- 13:14SPEAKER_00: Right?
- 13:14SPEAKER_00: It's not like, you know, I had no clue what to do and it wasn't working, so I had to completely shift and pivot.
- 13:20SPEAKER_00: It was like, no, no, this is already working, it's just not as fulfilling anymore.
- 13:25SPEAKER_00: I'm gonna go into something where it's not completely brand new because the nervous system is still very much a pillar of what I do.
- 13:33SPEAKER_00: It's just very much focused on helping people excel with their money and their business and less on simply like bloating or PMS issues.
- 13:42SPEAKER_00: And so I think this is something that really holds people back is that fear and that doubt of like, what is it that doesn't work?
- 13:50SPEAKER_00: What if it, you know, can I let go of that part of me?
- 13:54SPEAKER_00: Can I let go of that part of me that talks about supplements or make recipes?
- 13:57SPEAKER_00: And there was a time, you know, I don't know, maybe a year, time is weird, where I stopped making recipes and like I was still focused on like symptoms, but I stopped making recipes.
- 14:06SPEAKER_00: I had let go of that part of me, and that was like a death of that part.
- 14:11SPEAKER_00: I still like cooking healthy recipes in my house and I do it every day.
- 14:14SPEAKER_00: And, you know, for me, my fiance, and but I'm not interested in like filming it and making, you know, content around healthy dinner recipes anymore.
- 14:25SPEAKER_00: I had to let that part crumble and die.
- 14:27SPEAKER_00: And so that's really how to bring ease into it is that when you have the power and you're kind of fully tapped into your mission and kind of what you're doing, you don't really notice everything else because you are so tuned in, tapped in, turned on to where you're going that you don't look back to where you've been, right?
- 14:47SPEAKER_00: And so when you're operating full thrival and you're in the driver's seat, you are very much full steam ahead.
- 14:55SPEAKER_00: There's no way you could look back, right?
- 14:57SPEAKER_00: If you get you're driving and you're like kind of gas fully on, you don't have time to look back because you're just focused on where you're going.
- 15:06SPEAKER_00: And I can honestly say this will help you navigate through anything.
- 15:11SPEAKER_00: It doesn't matter what's going on personally, professionally, your ability to stay in your power despite not having outside circumstances yet, right?
- 15:19SPEAKER_00: When it doesn't quote unquote make sense, when it looks like perhaps it's not working because you haven't gotten the evidence yet or the feedback yet or the gratification yet.
- 15:34SPEAKER_00: I'm just hopping on to let you guys know about the new power program.
- 15:39SPEAKER_00: This is changing the game when it comes to building uncircumstantial personal power.
- 15:44SPEAKER_00: Your nervous system will never be the same.
- 15:46SPEAKER_00: We will be covering everything to become unstoppable in your personal power.
- 15:51SPEAKER_00: That personal power then gives you the audacity to truly be all that you are.
- 15:56SPEAKER_00: We will be covering everything to break out of the wounding, trauma, and conditioning that creates circumstantial personal power, building that audacity to have a rock, solid confidence and speak your truth, dissolving those physical symptoms that go with a lack of personal power, releasing fears and doubts, being able to set boundaries and hold them with ease so you no longer people please, how to not dip into your power no matter the circumstance, and be the one emitting your own power and really dissolving that feeling of being a victim of your life and really how to anchor in, taking your power back and being the creator of it.
- 16:29SPEAKER_00: It is so juicy, so good.
- 16:31SPEAKER_00: We will leave the description for it down below, as well as the link to join.
- 16:35SPEAKER_00: I'm so excited to help you rewire your nervous system from all the stuck emotions and trauma and anchor in personal power.
- 16:41SPEAKER_00: We'll also be going through the exact processes and methods to build it so you don't dip ever again.
- 16:46SPEAKER_00: So if you want your nervous system to be unstoppable when it comes to personal power, take your power back and get off that roller coaster of external circumstance.
- 16:55SPEAKER_00: I will see you inside.
- 16:57SPEAKER_00: And you'll start to play with this at bigger and bigger and bigger levels.
- 17:00SPEAKER_00: And it's so interesting because you'll notice this not only in your business, but tend to the tendency is the crumbling will happen in multiple areas of your life that then are always a representation of your business.
- 17:11SPEAKER_00: Because if you're in my world, we are our businesses.
- 17:14SPEAKER_00: You're the owner, the CEO, the founder.
- 17:16SPEAKER_00: It doesn't matter if you have a store, like a brick and mortar, you're a coach, you're an astrophot, you're a product business.
- 17:22SPEAKER_00: It doesn't really matter.
- 17:23SPEAKER_00: You are your business, so you affect everything.
- 17:26SPEAKER_00: That upheaval, your ability to be in solution frequency, to not make it mean anything about you and to stay neutral to it is going to help you navigate through it in so much lighter of a way.
- 17:39SPEAKER_00: Versus when we resist, right, because the outcome is unknown, because we don't have certainty, it creates the sticky feeling.
- 17:48SPEAKER_00: And you might even feel the sticky feeling in your chest, in your stomach, like it's very, it's very present.
- 17:53SPEAKER_00: And so these are some of the common misconceptions when it comes to up-leveling.
- 17:58SPEAKER_00: And really for you to understand how to really navigate the process more smoothly.
- 18:06SPEAKER_00: Because in order for you to navigate this smoothly, you need to drop the resistance to everything that has been.
- 18:13SPEAKER_00: If you want to go and you want to go there with speed, I will say make the crumbling not as long, not make like a a year of you crumbling or a month of you crumbling and like being able to move through it in a couple days.
- 18:26SPEAKER_00: And or just releasing it, it's like you being the calm amongst the chaos.
- 18:32SPEAKER_00: Think about it like you sitting very calm in the middle of a tornado, and it doesn't matter what's going on around you.
- 18:40SPEAKER_00: Do not resist.
- 18:41SPEAKER_00: So if it looks like it's not working, if it looks like the money's not coming in, if it looks like this person's not gonna be in your life anymore, if it looks like it requires you to, I don't know, set this boundary or move or do whatever it is, we always know the path, right?
- 18:59SPEAKER_00: And that's the thing.
- 18:59SPEAKER_00: Your intuition knows, and it's a very grounded feeling of like this is the direction to go.
- 19:03SPEAKER_00: And then the fear comes up of like, oh, you sure you want to leave this behind?
- 19:07SPEAKER_00: And what about all this?
- 19:08SPEAKER_00: And you focus on the past.
- 19:09SPEAKER_00: So anytime you are trying to up-level, if you're looking to the past to make decisions, then you know you are operating from a dysregulated place, right?
- 19:18SPEAKER_00: Because your brain, your nervous system essentially reacts to information it has in the past.
- 19:24SPEAKER_00: So if it's reacting to information it has in the past, it can't possibly know the future.
- 19:29SPEAKER_00: Versus your intuition is operating from the future, you kind of like guiding you and giving you the breadcrumbs.
- 19:35SPEAKER_00: So anytime you feel like you're on the brink of an up level or there's a crumbling, notice the part of you that is actually looking back and like, oh, I'm looking like I'm trying to attach to something, but the crumbling it, I feel pulled in this direction, but I notice myself looking back and reaching for that.
- 19:52SPEAKER_00: I notice myself attaching to that person or that outcome or money in this kind of way or this kind of structure, anything from the past.
- 20:01SPEAKER_00: This is a really great way to set a clear intention to really facilitate the process of upleveling.
- 20:09SPEAKER_00: Because what when your intention is actually to become more of who you are meant to be, and as you become more of who you are meant to be, you become highly paid and all of that, anything that doesn't fit that intention will fall away.
- 20:21SPEAKER_00: So when your intention, for example, is to avoid pain or to avoid losing people or to avoid this, it doesn't allow you to up level, it doesn't facilitate that.
- 20:31SPEAKER_00: Because your intention is just to try to avoid that, which just creates resistance.
- 20:35SPEAKER_00: Right.
- 20:36SPEAKER_00: And the thing is when we try to avoid and when we try to remain attached while being pulled, we end up creating that own our own resistance.
- 20:48SPEAKER_00: And so we've all heard before, you know, up-leveling requires stepping out of our comfort zone and like getting uncomfortable and going to the edge and all of that.
- 20:56SPEAKER_00: And so when we're having, you know, fear and resistance that can arise when we are confronting these new challenges or new opportunities or new ways of being or new things in our business, you feel the fear and you kind of do it anyway.
- 21:10SPEAKER_00: You stop letting fear be the barometer by which you move.
- 21:15SPEAKER_00: And that's one of the most powerful, honestly, life-changing things that I can say to you that if you implement will profoundly have a ripple effect on your entire life, business, etc., is if you can not let fear be the barometer from which you move, you will up-level with ease in a way that feels light, and the crumbling won't really feel as much like it'll be crumbling, but it won't feel the same.
- 21:41SPEAKER_00: It won't feel like this big loss or this heaviness, or it'll just feel more like excitement.
- 21:47SPEAKER_00: It'll feel like Christmas morning, right?
- 21:48SPEAKER_00: When you don't know what Santa put under the tree.
- 21:50SPEAKER_00: That's a different energy than like fear.
- 21:52SPEAKER_00: Asking yourself, if I took fear out of this equation with this new challenge, this new opportunity, what would I do?
- 21:58SPEAKER_00: How would I react?
- 22:00SPEAKER_00: I'm taking fear out of it.
- 22:02SPEAKER_00: What would I do?
- 22:03SPEAKER_00: You do that.
- 22:04SPEAKER_00: So if I take, you know, fear out of letting go of directly helping people with symptoms, even though what I still do will naturally eliminate your symptoms.
- 22:14SPEAKER_00: If I take the fear out, yeah, I'm not focusing on that anymore.
- 22:18SPEAKER_00: If I take the fear out of like, well, what if I don't make as much?
- 22:21SPEAKER_00: Or what if this happened?
- 22:22SPEAKER_00: I'm like, no, I'm not gonna do that.
- 22:23SPEAKER_00: We're just gonna move forward instead.
- 22:25SPEAKER_00: And so that resistance, that part that is resisting, is a part that doesn't have evidence yet.
- 22:31SPEAKER_00: Right?
- 22:32SPEAKER_00: Our nervous system creates resistance because it only has evidence from the past.
- 22:36SPEAKER_00: But the only way we can provide evidence for our nervous system to calm down is actually to do the thing and to show ourselves that.
- 22:42SPEAKER_00: Because we lead and then we get the proof.
- 22:45SPEAKER_00: We do it first, proof, uh, proof.
- 22:48SPEAKER_00: But if we're constantly not in our power, looking for proof first before we move, we get stuck in this loop where nothing ever happens.
- 22:57SPEAKER_00: And people can get stuck in this loop for a very long time.
- 23:00SPEAKER_00: So this is why it's so important to A recognize where your nervous system is kicking in, and B not letting that be the barometer.
- 23:09SPEAKER_00: And you'll be able to then use this at higher and higher levels with things that feel bigger and bigger and bigger and bigger.
- 23:17SPEAKER_00: And then this is also how you collapse time.
- 23:21SPEAKER_00: Because those that are collapsing time are able to move without that being the barometer.
- 23:28SPEAKER_00: Because also they the nervous system is not getting in the way.
- 23:32SPEAKER_00: There's no attachment to the crumbling.
- 23:33SPEAKER_00: So it doesn't matter if that piece crumbles off or that crumbles off.
- 23:37SPEAKER_00: They have the power to hold while that part crumbles to make room for the new.
- 23:41SPEAKER_00: So we can see how kind of resilience comes up, really, how resilience plays in up-leveling with ease.
- 23:51SPEAKER_00: To not only like quote unquote bounce back from setbacks or fail, there's no such thing as failures, but you get what I mean, bounce back from the crumbling, whether that's you deem it as a failure, there's no such thing, or a setback, or this or that.
- 24:03SPEAKER_00: Resilience is all personal power, right?
- 24:06SPEAKER_00: But when we're focused on something that's ahead of us, when we're focused on what's in front of us instead of what's behind, we become a lot more resilient.
- 24:15SPEAKER_00: And the more you allow yourself to do things, the more you become resilient.
- 24:19SPEAKER_00: You don't become resilient magically one day, having not walked through anything.
- 24:24SPEAKER_00: You develop the personal power, which then allows you to make the moves to build the resilience that then allow crumbling to feel easier, up-leveling to feel easier.
- 24:34SPEAKER_00: A lot of people get this backwards where they're looking again for that resilience to come first.
- 24:38SPEAKER_00: And like, well, when I feel comfortable, when I feel it, then I'll do the thing.
- 24:42SPEAKER_00: And people also very much confuse something not being in alignment with it not feeling comfortable.
- 24:50SPEAKER_00: Right?
- 24:51SPEAKER_00: It can be uncomfortable to let go of things, people, whatever, and step into new.
- 24:56SPEAKER_00: That doesn't mean it's not in alignment.
- 24:57SPEAKER_00: And so I think this is where people like, oh, it's not feeling aligned right now.
- 25:02SPEAKER_00: Alignment doesn't always feel like Christmas morning.
- 25:08SPEAKER_00: Alignment is actually a very grounded feeling where your nervous system might be having an opinion in the background, but you do it anyway.
- 25:16SPEAKER_00: But if your nervous system is having a thick, you know, a reaction, a fear, a doubt dysregulated, getting to lack in scarcity, that doesn't mean that it's necessarily not an alignment.
- 25:26SPEAKER_00: It just means you're having a nervous system response because there's old conditioning, wounding, and limitations at play that need to be resolved before you can actually step into that alignment, which is a very, very big difference.
- 25:41SPEAKER_00: And so being a resilient human being means that, like no matter what is going on around you, you are in your power.
- 25:48SPEAKER_00: It does not matter the projections of other people, what they might say, you know, if they don't like what you're saying, if they don't believe you can do it, if you know, you have to deal with, I don't know, refunds in your business or things happening in the quote unquote economy, or this or that, like you don't play in that game.
- 26:07SPEAKER_00: You're playing an entirely different game.
- 26:10SPEAKER_00: And so this is also where when we think of like seeking support from other people and really like collaborating during periods of up-leveling, you want to be careful the network that you are building and how you are kind of leveraging it.
- 26:30SPEAKER_00: Because if you are building a network of you know, mentors, peers, coaches who make up-leveling or crumbling a long process or make it difficult or normalize it being kind of like harder than it has to be, then that's how it's going to feel, right?
- 26:59SPEAKER_00: And so if other people are crumbling around you, you're gonna start to crumble or like mirror their crumbling in the same way, however, they're behaving.
- 27:09SPEAKER_00: They might be behaving in a way that's very lax, scarcely limitations, they might, you know, project onto you how they would handle your crumbling.
- 27:18SPEAKER_00: And so they would do whatever you know they would do in your situation, and so they'd voice that to you, and then you think, well, oh, I'm just gonna not do it that or I'm gonna create resistance, or I'm gonna do that.
- 27:29SPEAKER_00: And this is where I can see people create loops for themselves where they get stuck in the crumbling a lot longer than they should, because their support structure around them, or who they're seeking advice from, or how they're like leveraging the people around them, is from a place of their wounds, the people around you's wounds.
- 27:53SPEAKER_00: And it's not necessarily their fault.
- 27:54SPEAKER_00: They may not even be like aware that they're projecting onto you.
- 27:57SPEAKER_00: Right?
- 27:58SPEAKER_00: But let's say, I don't know, you want to quit your job or and do, you know, start your own business, become a coach, or you want to buy a new store, you want to launch a product, you want to do this.
- 28:10SPEAKER_00: There might be people being like, well, that's so like dangerous to do, and do you think that's ever gonna work?
- 28:14SPEAKER_00: And maybe you should just like stick with what you're doing now, or maybe get a job, whatever kind of that's not gonna make your up level easy because your soul is still gonna keep pulling you to do the thing, right?
- 28:25SPEAKER_00: Because that's what your alignment is.
- 28:27SPEAKER_00: But the way you're behaving, because of the support around you or the people you plug into, it's gonna keep pulling you down, which is gonna keep you stuck in this push and pull, which feels very heavy, which feels dense, and can make it really feel like it's not working, or make it feel like things are crumbling, but it's only because you the resistance you're creating through plugging into places and people that aren't allowing you to move through it with grace and ease.
- 28:57SPEAKER_00: And so that is just even like a simple example of where being careful with that will then allow you to move through it with ease or make a blubbling feel lighter.
- 29:11SPEAKER_00: Because then it won't be easy if you engage in these patterns.
- 29:16SPEAKER_00: If you are collaborating in a way that is validating your wound instead of collaborating in a way that calls you forward into your power.
- 29:27SPEAKER_00: And this is why you will always see, I will always call you forward into your power.
- 29:31SPEAKER_00: I will never normalize something for you, I will never say, you know, it's not possible, that's not whatever.
- 29:37SPEAKER_00: I'm always gonna call you forward and like because I know in terms of like your potential.
- 29:43SPEAKER_00: But when you let other people's wounding then dictate how you behave and the moves you make, it only further contributes to your fears and doubts.
- 29:53SPEAKER_00: And so, especially if this is the majority of people you surround yourself with, when you are trying to up-level and you're trying to, you know, let the crumbling go and step into something else.
- 30:04SPEAKER_00: If everyone else is around you thinks you're insane or thinks you're crazy or has never done anything like it, and you're just going to a new level, you trying to remain where they are just creates more of that sticky resistance feeling.
- 30:18SPEAKER_00: So this is why I highly recommend being like really cleaning up these areas and noticing just like who you plug into in terms of support for that issue, right?
- 30:28SPEAKER_00: You can like hang out with them, and maybe you don't talk to them about your business, or you don't talk to them about money, or you don't talk to them about relationships or whatever it is.
- 30:36SPEAKER_00: When you do this, you'll be surprised how much drawing out that noise makes you feel lighter.
- 30:45SPEAKER_00: Because a lot of the time when we do that, we then hear that voice in our head.
- 30:49SPEAKER_00: Right?
- 30:49SPEAKER_00: And it's usually from people who are kind of closer to us, like parents, um, close friends, like their voice of like what's possible, what's this, what's that, and they are planting those seeds of doubt in you.
- 31:00SPEAKER_00: How are you cultivating personal power if not only do you kind of like doubt yourself on some level, you're not fully embodied, but then you have people projecting onto you that are making you doubt yourself.
- 31:10SPEAKER_00: How can you become solid in your personal power?
- 31:13SPEAKER_00: Now, there will become a point where you're solid in your personal power and people will project onto you and you can hold it with ease, but in that period where you're building solid personal power, you're kind of making it a lot more difficult for yourself to build personal power by plugging into those spaces.
- 31:29SPEAKER_00: Now, this is where it's also very important to celebrate momentum and like really acknowledging progress to make you not only realize but contribute to a sense of like momentum during the up-level.
- 31:47SPEAKER_00: Because our brains are programmed to look for confirmation bias.
- 31:52SPEAKER_00: So if we think things aren't working, all our brain is going to do is search for more ways that it's not working.
- 31:59SPEAKER_00: Versus when we're up-leveling, when we are changing not only the way we perceive things, but we are celebrating that as a progress that contributes to momentum in our lives, in our businesses, it's going to make up-leveling feel a lot easier.
- 32:16SPEAKER_00: And so, really, our perception is pretty much everything when it comes to up-leveling.
- 32:22SPEAKER_00: So, I really want you to think about where have you not been acknowledging, you know, progress that will make you realize?
- 32:30SPEAKER_00: Because it's all about realizing the sense of momentum.
- 32:33SPEAKER_00: By the time something catches up to you and like you're external and you get evidence of it, the momentum's already been building for a long time.
- 32:41SPEAKER_00: You just haven't seen it in front of you.
- 32:42SPEAKER_00: It hasn't become 3D yet.
- 32:44SPEAKER_00: It's just energetic momentum.
- 32:46SPEAKER_00: But noticing where you already have that energetic momentum and maintaining it, because once you acknowledge and realize that momentum, you're able to stay in it longer, right?
- 32:56SPEAKER_00: Instead of dipping in your power.
- 32:58SPEAKER_00: And so, what that's going to do is that it's going to allow you to navigate the crumbling.
- 33:05SPEAKER_00: Like, if we think about the crumbling like a tunnel, you move through the tunnel a lot faster.
- 33:09SPEAKER_00: You move through it with speed.
- 33:10SPEAKER_00: It's like gas to the floor, like pedal to the metal, full throttle.
- 33:16SPEAKER_00: Because it's like, oh, this and this and this and this and this, oh, I could have dropped there, but I didn't drop there.
- 33:22SPEAKER_00: And all those moments where you didn't drop your power, you start playing a completely different game.
- 33:28SPEAKER_00: And then you become the one coding your video game instead of being the one who is feeling subjected to the video game.
- 33:36SPEAKER_00: And that's a big thing about crumbling as well, is when things are crumbling, we can very much feel like we are in the video game, and you know, the monster is coming out to eat us, and or like the level got really hard, and things are happening to us, and this thing is dropping, and this and this, and that, when it's we don't see, you know, that it's preparing us for the next level.
- 33:59SPEAKER_00: But when we can actually shift out of us being reactive to the video game and to us actually coding it, us creating the video game, because we're always creating it.
- 34:13unknown: Right.
- 34:13SPEAKER_00: But when we actually like realize that, take our power back, it's like, oh, I could like I could shift all this pretty quickly.
- 34:21SPEAKER_00: I can completely recode this so it doesn't have to be such a hard level, but it doesn't have to be so much resistance.
- 34:26SPEAKER_00: I don't have to feel heavy, I don't have to feel this.
- 34:28SPEAKER_00: And so this is like a big thing, especially when it comes to if we want to create, you know, illogical results, we have to play beyond the realm of the logical.
- 34:38SPEAKER_00: Well, normally, when we are stuck in more of a crumbling or more resistance, we are playing more in logic, right?
- 34:48SPEAKER_00: Logic is what keeps us, creates the resistance.
- 34:50SPEAKER_00: Logically doesn't make sense.
- 34:51SPEAKER_00: Logically, I should do this logically, logically, and then it feels sticky and heavy.
- 34:56SPEAKER_00: And so this is how you can really up-level while maintaining a sense of ease and well-being.
- 35:03SPEAKER_00: I want you to really think about a the fear, the barometer, who you're surrounding yourself with.
- 35:09SPEAKER_00: There's a reason, like I speak to you know what you normalize, but you may not realize the subtle ways that you're doing it, really acknowledging that sense of momentum and that progress, because there is ways that it's working.
- 35:21SPEAKER_00: We just like to, you know, say that it's not.
- 35:24SPEAKER_00: Because if we change that to it is working, then we naturally don't resist it.
- 35:29SPEAKER_00: Right?
- 35:30SPEAKER_00: We resist things that we deem as painful.
- 35:32SPEAKER_00: You deem the crumbling as painful, you will naturally want to resist it.
- 35:37SPEAKER_00: Because the natural human instinct is to resist pain and go towards pleasure.
- 35:41SPEAKER_00: If you can lean into pain or lean into crumbling or lean into all of that, it actually dissolves.
- 35:48SPEAKER_00: I cannot tell you how supportive this is going to be and how this is going to allow you to really move through it with a lot more lightness, ease, grace, etc.
- 35:59SPEAKER_00: Obviously, if you are looking to build personal power so that your power is strong no matter what's going on around you, right?
- 36:08SPEAKER_00: Your business is strong, your income is not only stable but grows.
- 36:13SPEAKER_00: There's consistency, right?
- 36:16SPEAKER_00: You're able to handle projections with ease, you stay out of comparison, you speak with conviction, you stay neutral when things happen, all of these things.
- 36:26SPEAKER_00: That is what we do inside the power program.
- 36:28SPEAKER_00: And we also have a very, very exciting new masterclass, which I'm, oh, it's going to be probably the best one I've done yet.
- 36:36SPEAKER_00: By the time you're listening to this, it would have just opened.
- 36:38SPEAKER_00: And it is called The Game.
- 36:40SPEAKER_00: And it's all about learning to crack the code and be the leading energy to really explode your income, your business, all of that.
- 36:48SPEAKER_00: It's really breaking out of all these limitations and playing in the realm beyond magic to create illogical results in your business.
- 36:54SPEAKER_00: Right.
- 36:55SPEAKER_00: And so when you become the coder of the video game, we know it's very different than feeling like we are playing in the game, right?
- 37:03SPEAKER_00: We move into being like the driver's seat, where things outside of us don't dictate the game, not people around us, not the economy, not some online algorithm.
- 37:12SPEAKER_00: Like we become our own damn algorithm because we're in our, you know, creator, we are coding the game.
- 37:19SPEAKER_00: So I'm gonna leave the link for that down below because it's going to be such a powerful conversation and it's also going to help you kind of code your crumbling, if you will, and make it a gentler process.
- 37:30SPEAKER_00: And so, yeah, we will leave it down below.
- 37:32SPEAKER_00: It's under$100.
- 37:34SPEAKER_00: So no matter whether you're watching it live or you know, you end up listening to this later on, I would join it no matter what.
- 37:40SPEAKER_00: And we will also leave the link for the power program down below.
- 37:44SPEAKER_00: And with that being said, save this episode for when a crumbling comes up, for when you feel like you're being challenged to a new level.
- 37:53SPEAKER_00: Lean in.
- 37:55SPEAKER_00: Be willing to let go of anything and everything all the time.
- 37:59SPEAKER_00: Because that that will bring neutrality, that will bring resilience, and that will allow you to move through it with so much ease.
- 38:08SPEAKER_00: With that being said, I love you guys so much, and I'll talk to you in the next episode.
