  of
• 0:22
  taking
• 0:22
  action,
• 0:22
  not
• 0:23
  the
• 0:23
  prerequisite
• 0:24
  for
• 0:24
  it,
• 0:47
  hey,
• 0:48
  hey,
• 0:48
  my
• 0:48
  friends.
• 0:48
  Today
• 0:49
  we're
• 0:49
  gonna
• 0:49
  talk
• 0:49
  about
• 0:49
  why
• 0:49
  you
• 0:49
  have
• 0:50
  not
• 0:50
  launched
• 0:50
  your
• 0:50
  coaching
• 0:50
  business
• 0:51
  yet.
• 0:51
  I
• 0:51
  know
• 0:51
  you
• 0:51
  wanna
• 0:52
  do
• 0:52
  it,
• 0:52
  I
• 0:52
  know
• 0:52
  you
• 0:52
  wanna
• 0:52
  help
• 0:52
  people,
• 0:53
  I
• 0:53
  know
• 0:53
  you
• 0:53
  wanna
• 0:53
  make
• 0:53
  money,
• 0:54
  so
• 0:54
  why
• 0:54
  are
• 0:54
  you
• 0:55
  not
• 0:55
  actually
• 0:55
  taking
• 0:56
  action
• 0:56
  yet?
• 0:56
  I've
• 0:56
  been
• 0:56
  an
• 0:56
  online
• 0:57
  business
• 0:57
  owner
• 0:57
  for
• 0:57
  over
• 0:57
  10
• 0:58
  years,
• 0:58
  but
• 0:58
  there's
• 0:58
  something
• 0:58
  that
• 0:59
  happened
• 0:59
  every
• 0:59
  single
• 0:59
  time
• 1:00
  I
• 1:00
  wanted
• 1:00
  to
• 1:00
  launch
• 1:00
  an
• 1:00
  online
• 1:01
  business,
• 1:01
  and
• 1:01
  it
• 1:01
  was
• 1:01
  this.
• 1:02
  The
• 1:02
  planning
• 1:03
  and
• 1:03
  the
• 1:03
  execution
• 1:03
  are
• 1:04
  two
• 1:04
  distinct
• 1:04
  phases,
• 1:05
  and
• 1:05
  sometimes
• 1:06
  it's
• 1:06
  really
• 1:06
  hard
• 1:06
  to
• 1:06
  hop
• 1:06
  from
• 1:07
  one
• 1:07
  to
• 1:07
  the
• 1:07
  other.
• 1:08
  Planning
• 1:08
  is
• 1:09
  really
• 1:09
  fun.
• 1:09
  It
• 1:10
  uses
• 1:10
  your
• 1:10
  creative
• 1:10
  juices.
• 1:11
  It
• 1:11
  gets
• 1:11
  you
• 1:11
  excited.
• 1:12
  You're
• 1:12
  thinking
• 1:13
  forward.
• 1:13
  But
• 1:13
  you
• 1:14
  don't
• 1:14
  have
• 1:14
  to
• 1:14
  actually
• 1:14
  do
• 1:15
  anything
• 1:15
  scary,
• 1:15
  so
• 1:15
  it's
• 1:16
  very,
• 1:16
  very
• 1:16
  easy
• 1:16
  to
• 1:16
  get
• 1:16
  stuck
• 1:17
  in
• 1:17
  that
• 1:17
  planning
• 1:18
  phase,
• 1:18
  and
• 1:18
  I'm
• 1:18
  gonna
• 1:18
  make
• 1:18
  sure
• 1:18
  you
• 1:19
  don't
• 1:19
  stay
• 1:19
  stuck
• 1:19
  there
• 1:20
  Today
• 1:20
  I'm
• 1:20
  gonna
• 1:20
  give
• 1:20
  you
• 1:20
  five
• 1:20
  reasons
• 1:21
  that
• 1:21
  may
• 1:21
  be
• 1:21
  keeping
• 1:22
  you
• 1:22
  from
• 1:22
  launching,
• 1:22
  and
• 1:22
  how
• 1:23
  to
• 1:23
  move
• 1:23
  through
• 1:23
  each
• 1:23
  one.
• 1:24
  Let's
• 1:24
  get
• 1:24
  into
• 1:24
  it
• 1:25
  All
• 1:25
  right,
• 1:25
  reason
• 1:25
  number
• 1:25
  one,
• 1:25
  you
• 1:26
  think
• 1:26
  you
• 1:26
  need
• 1:26
  to
• 1:27
  know
• 1:27
  more.
• 1:27
  You
• 1:27
  guys,
• 1:27
  this
• 1:28
  was
• 1:28
  my
• 1:28
  story
• 1:28
  for
• 1:29
  years
• 1:29
  and
• 1:29
  years.
• 1:30
  I
• 1:30
  kept
• 1:30
  chasing
• 1:31
  certifications
• 1:31
  or
• 1:32
  another
• 1:32
  course
• 1:33
  or
• 1:33
  another
• 1:33
  coach,
• 1:34
  more
• 1:34
  business
• 1:34
  knowledge,
• 1:35
  more
• 1:35
  experience,
• 1:36
  more,
• 1:36
  more,
• 1:36
  more,
• 1:36
  more,
• 1:36
  more.
• 1:37
  I
• 1:37
  used
• 1:37
  to
• 1:37
  always
• 1:38
  think,
• 1:38
  "Who
• 1:39
  am
• 1:39
  I
• 1:39
  to
• 1:39
  coach
• 1:39
  someone
• 1:39
  when
• 1:40
  I
• 1:40
  don't
• 1:40
  have
• 1:40
  it
• 1:40
  all
• 1:40
  figured
• 1:41
  out
• 1:41
  yet?"
• 1:42
  Guess
• 1:42
  what?
• 1:42
  Spoiler
• 1:43
  alert,
• 1:43
  my
• 1:43
  friends,
• 1:43
  nobody
• 1:44
  has
• 1:44
  it
• 1:44
  all
• 1:44
  figured
• 1:44
  out
• 1:44
  yet.
• 1:45
  Literally
• 1:46
  nobody,
• 1:46
  okay?
• 1:47
  So
• 1:47
  yes,
• 1:47
  education
• 1:48
  matters.
• 1:48
  That's
• 1:48
  why
• 1:49
  you're
• 1:49
  watching
• 1:49
  this
• 1:49
  video,
• 1:49
  right?
• 1:50
  That's
• 1:50
  why
• 1:50
  you're
• 1:50
  learning
• 1:50
  things.
• 1:50
  You're
• 1:51
  picking
• 1:51
  up
• 1:51
  books
• 1:51
  and
• 1:52
  resources,
• 1:52
  and
• 1:53
  all
• 1:53
  that
• 1:53
  is
• 1:53
  fantastic,
• 1:54
  but
• 1:54
  action
• 1:55
  matters
• 1:55
  more.
• 1:56
  I'm
• 1:56
  gonna
• 1:57
  say
• 1:57
  that
• 1:57
  again.
• 1:57
  Education
• 1:58
  does
• 1:58
  matter,
• 1:59
  but
• 1:59
  action
• 1:59
  matters
• 2:00
  more
• 2:00
  because
• 2:01
  action
• 2:01
  is
• 2:01
  where
• 2:01
  you
• 2:02
  take
• 2:02
  that
• 2:02
  education,
• 2:03
  and
• 2:03
  you
• 2:03
  implement
• 2:04
  it,
• 2:04
  and
• 2:04
  you
• 2:05
  learn
• 2:05
  which
• 2:05
  of
• 2:05
  it
• 2:05
  you
• 2:05
  wanna
• 2:06
  keep
• 2:06
  and
• 2:06
  which
• 2:06
  of
• 2:06
  it
• 2:06
  you
• 2:06
  wanna
• 2:06
  toss
• 2:07
  because
• 2:07
  not
• 2:08
  all
• 2:08
  education
• 2:09
  is
• 2:09
  equal.
• 2:10
  Sometimes
• 2:10
  people
• 2:10
  give
• 2:10
  you
• 2:10
  advice
• 2:11
  that
• 2:11
  is
• 2:11
  phenomenal
• 2:11
  for
• 2:11
  your
• 2:12
  industry
• 2:12
  and
• 2:12
  where
• 2:12
  you
• 2:12
  are
• 2:13
  in
• 2:13
  your
• 2:13
  business,
• 2:13
  and
• 2:13
  sometimes
• 2:14
  it
• 2:14
  doesn't
• 2:14
  apply
• 2:14
  to
• 2:14
  you
• 2:14
  at
• 2:14
  all,
• 2:15
  but
• 2:15
  you
• 2:15
  won't
• 2:15
  know
• 2:16
  until
• 2:16
  you
• 2:16
  try.
• 2:17
  the
• 2:17
  example
• 2:17
  I
• 2:18
  like
• 2:18
  to
• 2:18
  give
• 2:18
  is
• 2:18
  for
• 2:19
  generations,
• 2:19
  people
• 2:19
  would
• 2:20
  get
• 2:20
  a
• 2:20
  college
• 2:20
  degree
• 2:21
  and
• 2:21
  then
• 2:21
  go
• 2:21
  get
• 2:21
  a
• 2:21
  steady
• 2:21
  job
• 2:22
  and
• 2:22
  work
• 2:22
  for
• 2:22
  the
• 2:22
  rest
• 2:22
  of
• 2:22
  their
• 2:23
  lives
• 2:23
  thinking,
• 2:23
  "I
• 2:23
  got
• 2:24
  all
• 2:24
  my
• 2:24
  education.
• 2:25
  Now
• 2:25
  I
• 2:25
  go
• 2:25
  use
• 2:25
  it."
• 2:26
  That's
• 2:26
  not
• 2:26
  how
• 2:26
  it
• 2:26
  works
• 2:26
  in
• 2:26
  entrepreneurship.
• 2:27
  Instead,
• 2:28
  it's
• 2:28
  on-the-job
• 2:29
  training.
• 2:29
  We
• 2:30
  learn
• 2:30
  a
• 2:30
  little,
• 2:30
  implement
• 2:31
  it.
• 2:31
  Test,
• 2:32
  try,
• 2:32
  fail,
• 2:33
  move
• 2:33
  forward.
• 2:34
  Learn
• 2:34
  a
• 2:34
  little
• 2:34
  more,
• 2:35
  implement
• 2:35
  it,
• 2:35
  and
• 2:35
  on
• 2:36
  and
• 2:36
  on
• 2:36
  and
• 2:36
  on.
• 2:36
  The
• 2:36
  longer
• 2:37
  you
• 2:37
  stay
• 2:37
  stuck
• 2:37
  in
• 2:37
  education,
• 2:38
  the
• 2:38
  longer
• 2:39
  it's
• 2:39
  gonna
• 2:39
  take
• 2:39
  you
• 2:39
  to
• 2:39
  ever
• 2:39
  see
• 2:40
  success.
• 2:40
  You
• 2:40
  gotta
• 2:40
  just
• 2:41
  get
• 2:41
  moving
• 2:41
  Plus,
• 2:42
  the
• 2:42
  quicker
• 2:42
  you
• 2:42
  talk
• 2:43
  to
• 2:43
  people,
• 2:43
  your
• 2:43
  ideal
• 2:44
  audience,
• 2:44
  the
• 2:44
  faster
• 2:44
  you
• 2:45
  learn
• 2:45
  about
• 2:45
  them.
• 2:46
  Failure
• 2:46
  teaches
• 2:47
  you
• 2:47
  100
• 2:48
  times
• 2:48
  more
• 2:48
  than
• 2:49
  just
• 2:49
  learning,
• 2:49
  maybe
• 2:50
  1,000
• 2:50
  times
• 2:50
  more.
• 2:51
  It's
• 2:51
  really
• 2:51
  critical
• 2:52
  that
• 2:52
  you
• 2:52
  try
• 2:52
  something,
• 2:53
  fail
• 2:53
  at
• 2:53
  it,
• 2:54
  and
• 2:54
  then
• 2:54
  try
• 2:54
  again.
• 2:55
  You
• 2:55
  do
• 2:55
  not
• 2:55
  need
• 2:55
  to
• 2:55
  know
• 2:56
  everything,
• 2:56
  my
• 2:56
  friend.
• 2:56
  You
• 2:56
  only
• 2:57
  need
• 2:57
  to
• 2:57
  know
• 2:57
  this
• 2:58
  much
• 2:58
  more
• 2:58
  than
• 2:58
  your
• 2:58
  ideal
• 2:59
  audience
• 2:59
  so
• 2:59
  you
• 3:00
  can
• 3:00
  lead
• 3:00
  them
• 3:00
  along
• 3:01
  with
• 3:01
  you
• 3:02
  Okay,
• 3:02
  reason
• 3:02
  number
• 3:02
  two,
• 3:03
  you
• 3:03
  are
• 3:03
  making
• 3:03
  the
• 3:03
  technology
• 3:04
  way
• 3:05
  harder
• 3:05
  than
• 3:05
  it
• 3:05
  needs
• 3:05
  to
• 3:05
  be.
• 3:06
  You're
• 3:06
  probably
• 3:06
  thinking,
• 3:07
  "I
• 3:07
  need
• 3:07
  a
• 3:07
  website.
• 3:07
  I
• 3:07
  need
• 3:07
  an
• 3:08
  email
• 3:08
  platform.
• 3:08
  I
• 3:08
  need
• 3:09
  funnels.
• 3:09
  I
• 3:09
  need
• 3:09
  a

• 3:11
  I

• 3:14
  No,
• 3:14
  you
• 3:15
  actually
• 3:15
  do
• 3:15
  not
• 3:16
  When
• 3:16
  we
• 3:17
  look
• 3:17
  at
• 3:17
  the
• 3:17
  experts
• 3:17
  that
• 3:18
  we
• 3:18
  admire
• 3:18
  online,
• 3:18
  m-many
• 3:19
  of
• 3:19
  them
• 3:19
  have
• 3:19
  very
• 3:20
  complex
• 3:20
  businesses.
• 3:20
  They
• 3:20
  have
• 3:21
  perfect
• 3:21
  branding
• 3:21
  and
• 3:22
  colors
• 3:22
  and
• 3:23
  fancy
• 3:23
  pictures
• 3:24
  of
• 3:24
  themselves
• 3:24
  and
• 3:25
  complex
• 3:26
  funnels
• 3:26
  and
• 3:26
  all
• 3:27
  these
• 3:27
  email
• 3:27
  sequences.
• 3:28
  We
• 3:28
  don't
• 3:28
  need
• 3:29
  any
• 3:29
  of
• 3:29
  that.
• 3:29
  I
• 3:30
  want
• 3:30
  you
• 3:30
  to
• 3:30
  keep
• 3:30
  it
• 3:30
  super
• 3:31
  simple,
• 3:32
  Do
• 3:32
  not
• 3:33
  add
• 3:33
  technology
• 3:33
  to
• 3:33
  your
• 3:33
  business
• 3:34
  unless
• 3:34
  it's
• 3:35
  going
• 3:35
  to
• 3:35
  significantly
• 3:35
  make
• 3:36
  life
• 3:36
  easier.
• 3:37
  For
• 3:37
  example,
• 3:37
  the
• 3:38
  website
• 3:38
  is
• 3:38
  the
• 3:38
  first
• 3:38
  thing
• 3:38
  everybody
• 3:39
  thinks
• 3:39
  they
• 3:39
  need.
• 3:39
  I
• 3:39
  need
• 3:39
  to
• 3:39
  build
• 3:40
  a
• 3:40
  big,
• 3:40
  fancy,
• 3:40
  beautiful
• 3:40
  website.
• 3:41
  Okay,
• 3:41
  but
• 3:42
  is
• 3:42
  it
• 3:42
  possible
• 3:42
  to
• 3:42
  get
• 3:43
  clients
• 3:43
  without
• 3:43
  a
• 3:43
  website?
• 3:44
  Yeah,
• 3:44
  it
• 3:44
  totally
• 3:45
  is.
• 3:45
  If
• 3:46
  everyone
• 3:46
  is
• 3:46
  saying,
• 3:46
  "Oh,
• 3:47
  you
• 3:47
  need
• 3:47
  a
• 3:47
  scheduler,"
• 3:48
  but
• 3:48
  you're
• 3:48
  not
• 3:48
  sure
• 3:48
  how
• 3:48
  it's
• 3:49
  gonna
• 3:49
  actually
• 3:49
  benefit
• 3:49
  your
• 3:49
  life,
• 3:50
  don't
• 3:50
  sign
• 3:50
  up
• 3:50
  for
• 3:51
  it,
• 3:51
  okay?
• 3:51
  Wait
• 3:51
  until
• 3:52
  the
• 3:52
  need
• 3:52
  is
• 3:52
  really,
• 3:53
  really
• 3:53
  critical,
• 3:54
  and
• 3:54
  then
• 3:54
  go
• 3:55
  get
• 3:55
  the
• 3:55
  technology.
• 3:55
  Only
• 3:56
  add
• 3:56
  complexity
• 3:57
  when
• 3:57
  you're
• 3:57
  sure
• 3:58
  you
• 3:58
  need
• 3:58
  it.
• 3:59
  In
• 3:59
  fact,
• 3:59
  I
• 3:59
  created
• 3:59
  a
• 3:59
  mini
• 3:59
  training
• 4:00
  on
• 4:00
  how
• 4:00
  to
• 4:00
  get
• 4:00
  your
• 4:00
  first
• 4:01
  five
• 4:01
  clients
• 4:01
  with
• 4:01
  zero
• 4:02
  technology,
• 4:02
  just
• 4:03
  with
• 4:03
  a
• 4:03
  phone.
• 4:04
  If
• 4:04
  you
• 4:04
  want
• 4:04
  that,
• 4:04
  check
• 4:05
  the
• 4:05
  link
• 4:05
  in
• 4:05
  the
• 4:05
  description
• 4:06
  The
• 4:06
  fact
• 4:06
  of
• 4:06
  the
• 4:06
  matter
• 4:06
  is
• 4:07
  you
• 4:07
  probably
• 4:07
  only
• 4:07
  need
• 4:07
  15
• 4:08
  or
• 4:08
  20%
• 4:09
  of
• 4:09
  the
• 4:09
  technology
• 4:09
  that
• 4:09
  you
• 4:09
  think
• 4:10
  you
• 4:10
  need
• 4:10
  to
• 4:10
  get
• 4:11
  your
• 4:11
  first
• 4:11
  few
• 4:11
  clients.
• 4:12
  All
• 4:12
  right,
• 4:12
  excuse
• 4:13
  number
• 4:13
  three,
• 4:13
  you
• 4:13
  are
• 4:13
  waiting
• 4:14
  to
• 4:14
  feel
• 4:14
  ready.
• 4:15
  Oh,
• 4:15
  this
• 4:15
  one
• 4:15
  is
• 4:15
  so
• 4:15
  poisonous,
• 4:16
  my
• 4:16
  friends.
• 4:16
  You're
• 4:16
  waiting
• 4:17
  for
• 4:17
  the
• 4:17
  confidence.
• 4:17
  You're
• 4:17
  waiting
• 4:18
  until
• 4:18
  the
• 4:18
  kids
• 4:18
  are
• 4:18
  a
• 4:18
  little
• 4:18
  older
• 4:19
  or
• 4:19
  till
• 4:19
  they're
• 4:19
  in
• 4:19
  school.
• 4:20
  You're
• 4:20
  waiting
• 4:20
  for
• 4:20
  life
• 4:20
  to
• 4:20
  calm
• 4:21
  down
• 4:21
  a
• 4:21
  little
• 4:21
  bit.
• 4:22
  You're
• 4:22
  waiting
• 4:22
  just
• 4:22
  to
• 4:22
  feel
• 4:23
  a
• 4:23
  little
• 4:23
  bit
• 4:23
  more
• 4:23
  legitimate
• 4:24
  The
• 4:25
  fact
• 4:25
  of
• 4:25
  the
• 4:25
  matter
• 4:25
  is,
• 4:25
  if
• 4:25
  you
• 4:26
  are
• 4:26
  a
• 4:26
  parent,
• 4:26
  you
• 4:26
  know
• 4:27
  that
• 4:27
  you
• 4:27
  will
• 4:27
  never
• 4:28
  feel
• 4:28
  ready.
• 4:28
  I
• 4:28
  have
• 4:29
  lots
• 4:29
  of
• 4:29
  friends
• 4:29
  who
• 4:29
  think,
• 4:29
  "Oh,
• 4:29
  I'm
• 4:30
  just...
• 4:30
  As
• 4:30
  soon
• 4:30
  as
• 4:30
  I
• 4:30
  feel
• 4:30
  a
• 4:30
  little
• 4:30
  bit
• 4:31
  more
• 4:31
  ready
• 4:31
  to
• 4:31
  be
• 4:31
  a
• 4:31
  parent,
• 4:32
  I'll
• 4:32
  have
• 4:32
  a
• 4:32
  baby."
• 4:33
  Ain't
• 4:33
  no
• 4:33
  such
• 4:33
  thing,
• 4:33
  sister.
• 4:34
  You
• 4:34
  just
• 4:34
  gotta
• 4:34
  dive
• 4:34
  into
• 4:35
  the
• 4:35
  deep
• 4:35
  end
• 4:35
  and
• 4:36
  get
• 4:36
  your
• 4:36
  feet
• 4:36
  wet,
• 4:36
  and
• 4:37
  then
• 4:37
  you
• 4:37
  become
• 4:38
  ready.
• 4:39
  "I'm
• 4:39
  not
• 4:39
  ready"
• 4:40
  is
• 4:40
  just
• 4:40
  a
• 4:40
  thought
• 4:40
  you're
• 4:41
  holding
• 4:41
  onto.
• 4:41
  There
• 4:42
  is
• 4:42
  no
• 4:42
  test
• 4:42
  for
• 4:43
  readiness.
• 4:43
  There's
• 4:44
  no
• 4:44
  evaluation
• 4:45
  at
• 4:45
  the
• 4:45
  doctor
• 4:45
  where
• 4:45
  you
• 4:45
  walk
• 4:46
  in,
• 4:46
  they
• 4:46
  say,
• 4:46
  "Yep,
• 4:46
  you're
• 4:46
  ready
• 4:47
  now."
• 4:47
  It's
• 4:47
  just
• 4:47
  a
• 4:48
  thought.
• 4:48
  It's
• 4:48
  how
• 4:48
  we're
• 4:48
  seeing
• 4:49
  the
• 4:49
  world,
• 4:50
  and
• 4:50
  a
• 4:50
  different
• 4:50
  thought
• 4:51
  is
• 4:51
  available
• 4:51
  to
• 4:51
  us
• 4:51
  at
• 4:52
  any
• 4:52
  time.
• 4:53
  You
• 4:53
  don't
• 4:53
  have
• 4:53
  to
• 4:53
  think,
• 4:54
  "Oh,
• 4:54
  yep,
• 4:54
  all
• 4:55
  of
• 4:55
  a
• 4:55
  sudden
• 4:55
  I'm
• 4:55
  ready."
• 4:55
  That
• 4:55
  might
• 4:56
  be
• 4:56
  a
• 4:56
  bit
• 4:56
  of
• 4:56
  a
• 4:56
  jump
• 4:56
  for
• 4:56
  you,
• 4:56
  but
• 4:57
  you
• 4:57
  can
• 4:57
  go
• 4:57
  from
• 4:57
  "I'm
• 4:58
  not
• 4:58
  ready"
• 4:58
  to
• 4:59
  "I
• 4:59
  think
• 4:59
  I'm
• 4:59
  ready
• 4:59
  enough
• 5:00
  to
• 5:00
  take
• 5:00
  the
• 5:00
  next
• 5:00
  step."
• 5:01
  That's
• 5:01
  all
• 5:01
  you
• 5:01
  need.
• 5:02
  The
• 5:02
  fact
• 5:02
  of
• 5:02
  the
• 5:02
  matter
• 5:03
  is,
• 5:03
  just
• 5:03
  like
• 5:03
  confidence,
• 5:04
  readiness
• 5:05
  is
• 5:05
  a
• 5:05
  result
• 5:06
  of
• 5:06
  taking
• 5:06
  action,
• 5:07
  not
• 5:07
  the
• 5:07
  prerequisite
• 5:08
  for
• 5:08
  it,
• 5:08
  I
• 5:08
  have
• 5:09
  10
• 5:09
  children.
• 5:10
  Guess
• 5:10
  how
• 5:10
  ready
• 5:10
  I
• 5:11
  felt
• 5:11
  for
• 5:11
  baby
• 5:11
  number
• 5:12
  10?
• 5:12
  Extremely
• 5:13
  so,
• 5:13
  'cause
• 5:13
  I'd
• 5:13
  already
• 5:13
  had
• 5:14
  so
• 5:14
  many
• 5:14
  more.
• 5:15
  There
• 5:15
  was
• 5:15
  pretty
• 5:16
  much
• 5:16
  nothing
• 5:17
  that
• 5:17
  could
• 5:17
  surprise
• 5:17
  me
• 5:18
  as
• 5:18
  a
• 5:18
  mom
• 5:18
  because
• 5:19
  of
• 5:19
  the
• 5:19
  experience
• 5:19
  I'd
• 5:20
  had.
• 5:20
  But
• 5:21
  I
• 5:21
  couldn't
• 5:21
  access
• 5:21
  that
• 5:21
  readiness
• 5:22
  in
• 5:22
  any
• 5:22
  other
• 5:22
  way
• 5:23
  other
• 5:23
  than
• 5:23
  doing
• 5:23
  the
• 5:24
  hard
• 5:24
  work
• 5:25
  All
• 5:25
  right,
• 5:25
  excuse
• 5:25
  number
• 5:25
  four:
• 5:26
  You
• 5:26
  are
• 5:26
  trying
• 5:26
  to
• 5:26
  figure
• 5:27
  out
• 5:27
  the
• 5:27
  entire
• 5:28
  business
• 5:28
  model
• 5:29
  before
• 5:29
  you
• 5:29
  actually
• 5:29
  start.
• 5:30
  This
• 5:31
  is
• 5:31
  super
• 5:32
  understandable,
• 5:32
  right?
• 5:32
  We
• 5:32
  wanna
• 5:33
  know
• 5:33
  where
• 5:33
  we're
• 5:33
  going
• 5:33
  before
• 5:34
  we
• 5:34
  start.
• 5:34
  But
• 5:35
  again,
• 5:35
  you
• 5:35
  cannot
• 5:36
  know
• 5:36
  that
• 5:36
  until
• 5:36
  you
• 5:37
  take
• 5:37
  some
• 5:37
  action.
• 5:38
  We
• 5:38
  think,
• 5:38
  "Well,
• 5:38
  what's
• 5:38
  the
• 5:38
  perfect
• 5:39
  niche
• 5:39
  for
• 5:39
  me?
• 5:40
  What's
• 5:40
  the
• 5:40
  perfect
• 5:40
  audience?
• 5:41
  What
• 5:41
  is
• 5:41
  my
• 5:41
  signature
• 5:42
  framework,
• 5:43
  or
• 5:43
  what
• 5:43
  is
• 5:43
  my
• 5:43
  perfect
• 5:44
  offer?
• 5:45
  I
• 5:45
  need
• 5:45
  to
• 5:45
  have
• 5:45
  a
• 5:45
  content
• 5:45
  strategy
• 5:46
  and
• 5:46
  a
• 5:46
  funnel
• 5:46
  and
• 5:47
  a
• 5:47
  five-year
• 5:47
  plan."
• 5:48
  No,
• 5:49
  you
• 5:49
  don't,
• 5:49
  actually.
• 5:50
  The
• 5:50
  longer
• 5:50
  you
• 5:51
  take
• 5:51
  to
• 5:51
  build
• 5:52
  these
• 5:52
  things,
• 5:52
  the
• 5:53
  slower
• 5:53
  you're
• 5:53
  gonna
• 5:53
  be
• 5:53
  to
• 5:54
  get
• 5:54
  actual
• 5:54
  clients,
• 5:56
  If
• 5:56
  we
• 5:56
  have
• 5:56
  to
• 5:56
  wait
• 5:56
  for
• 5:56
  all
• 5:57
  these
• 5:57
  things
• 5:57
  before
• 5:57
  we
• 5:57
  can
• 5:57
  actually
• 5:58
  say,
• 5:58
  "Hey,
• 5:58
  I
• 5:59
  think
• 5:59
  I
• 5:59
  can
• 5:59
  help
• 5:59
  you.
• 5:59
  Would
• 5:59
  you
• 5:59
  like
• 5:59
  to
• 6:00
  work
• 6:00
  with
• 6:00
  me?"
• 6:00
  We're
• 6:00
  never
• 6:00
  gonna
• 6:01
  make
• 6:01
  any
• 6:01
  money.
• 6:02
  We're
• 6:02
  gonna
• 6:02
  be
• 6:02
  frustrated,
• 6:03
  and
• 6:03
  the
• 6:03
  people
• 6:03
  that
• 6:03
  we
• 6:03
  can
• 6:04
  help
• 6:04
  are
• 6:04
  gonna
• 6:04
  be
• 6:05
  waiting
• 6:05
  for
• 6:05
  us,
• 6:06
  The
• 6:06
  truth
• 6:06
  is,
• 6:06
  you
• 6:06
  don't
• 6:06
  need
• 6:06
  to
• 6:06
  build
• 6:07
  the
• 6:07
  whole
• 6:07
  business.
• 6:07
  You
• 6:07
  don't
• 6:07
  even
• 6:08
  need
• 6:08
  to
• 6:08
  know
• 6:08
  what
• 6:08
  direction
• 6:09
  you're
• 6:09
  heading.
• 6:09
  You
• 6:09
  just
• 6:10
  need
• 6:10
  the
• 6:10
  very
• 6:11
  next
• 6:11
  step
• 6:11
  to
• 6:11
  take
• 6:11
  action.
• 6:12
  And
• 6:13
  here's
• 6:13
  the
• 6:13
  critical
• 6:13
  thing.
• 6:14
  Even
• 6:14
  if
• 6:14
  you
• 6:14
  could
• 6:14
  build
• 6:15
  it
• 6:15
  all
• 6:15
  right
• 6:15
  now,
• 6:15
  you'd
• 6:15
  get
• 6:16
  most
• 6:16
  of
• 6:16
  it
• 6:16
  wrong
• 6:17
  because
• 6:17
  you
• 6:17
  haven't
• 6:17
  talked
• 6:17
  to
• 6:18
  or
• 6:18
  helped
• 6:18
  enough
• 6:19
  people
• 6:19
  to
• 6:20
  know
• 6:20
  exactly
• 6:20
  what
• 6:20
  they
• 6:20
  need.
• 6:21
  This
• 6:21
  is
• 6:21
  exactly
• 6:21
  what
• 6:21
  happened
• 6:22
  to
• 6:22
  me
• 6:22
  when
• 6:22
  I
• 6:22
  began
• 6:23
  my
• 6:23
  coaching
• 6:23
  business.
• 6:23
  I
• 6:23
  thought,
• 6:24
  Oh,
• 6:25
  the
• 6:25
  people
• 6:25
  I'm
• 6:25
  helping
• 6:26
  have
• 6:26
  this
• 6:26
  problem,
• 6:26
  this
• 6:26
  problem,
• 6:27
  this
• 6:27
  problem.
• 6:27
  I'm
• 6:27
  gonna
• 6:27
  build
• 6:27
  a
• 6:27
  course
• 6:28
  to
• 6:28
  solve
• 6:28
  it."
• 6:29
  And
• 6:29
  I
• 6:29
  got
• 6:29
  halfway
• 6:29
  through
• 6:29
  that
• 6:30
  course
• 6:30
  before
• 6:30
  realizing,
• 6:31
  "This
• 6:31
  actually
• 6:31
  isn't
• 6:31
  what
• 6:32
  my
• 6:32
  people
• 6:32
  need
• 6:32
  at
• 6:32
  all,"
• 6:32
  because
• 6:33
  I
• 6:33
  was
• 6:33
  talking
• 6:33
  to
• 6:33
  people
• 6:34
  and
• 6:34
  trying
• 6:34
  to
• 6:34
  help
• 6:34
  as
• 6:35
  I
• 6:35
  built
• 6:35
  it.
• 6:35
  I'm
• 6:36
  grateful
• 6:36
  I
• 6:36
  didn't
• 6:36
  get
• 6:36
  all
• 6:36
  the
• 6:36
  way
• 6:37
  through
• 6:37
  because
• 6:37
  it
• 6:37
  would've
• 6:37
  been
• 6:37
  a
• 6:37
  wasted
• 6:38
  effort.
• 6:38
  I
• 6:38
  didn't
• 6:38
  really
• 6:39
  know
• 6:39
  what
• 6:39
  they
• 6:39
  needed
• 6:39
  yet.
• 6:40
  So
• 6:40
  get
• 6:40
  in
• 6:40
  there,
• 6:41
  get
• 6:41
  your
• 6:41
  hands
• 6:41
  dirty,
• 6:41
  start
• 6:41
  talking
• 6:42
  to
• 6:42
  people,
• 6:42
  and
• 6:43
  then
• 6:43
  build
• 6:43
  it
• 6:43
  as
• 6:44
  you
• 6:44
  go.
• 6:44
  I
• 6:44
  have
• 6:44
  to
• 6:44
  remind
• 6:45
  people
• 6:45
  that,
• 6:45
  hey,
• 6:45
  we
• 6:46
  actually
• 6:46
  have
• 6:46
  to
• 6:46
  build
• 6:46
  the
• 6:46
  plane
• 6:47
  while
• 6:47
  we're
• 6:47
  trying
• 6:47
  to
• 6:47
  fly
• 6:47
  it.
• 6:48
  It's
• 6:48
  scary,
• 6:48
  but
• 6:48
  it's
• 6:49
  the
• 6:49
  best
• 6:49
  way
• 6:49
  to
• 6:49
  do
• 6:49
  it.
• 6:50
  And
• 6:50
  then
• 6:50
  excuse
• 6:50
  number
• 6:50
  five:
• 6:51
  You
• 6:51
  are
• 6:51
  afraid
• 6:52
  to
• 6:52
  be
• 6:52
  seen
• 6:53
  trying.
• 6:53
  This
• 6:54
  is
• 6:54
  one
• 6:54
  we
• 6:54
  might
• 6:54
  not
• 6:55
  openly
• 6:55
  admit
• 6:55
  to,
• 6:56
  but
• 6:57
  it
• 6:57
  is
• 6:57
  very,
• 6:58
  very
• 6:58
  common
• 6:59
  Because
• 6:59
  sometimes
• 6:59
  we
• 7:00
  do
• 7:00
  know
• 7:00
  what
• 7:00
  to
• 7:00
  do,
• 7:01
  and
• 7:01
  sometimes
• 7:01
  we
• 7:02
  do
• 7:02
  know
• 7:02
  how
• 7:02
  to
• 7:02
  help
• 7:02
  people,
• 7:03
  but
• 7:03
  we're
• 7:03
  terrified
• 7:04
  to
• 7:04
  post
• 7:04
  about
• 7:04
  the
• 7:05
  offer
• 7:05
  because
• 7:05
  our
• 7:05
  friends
• 7:06
  are
• 7:06
  gonna
• 7:06
  see
• 7:06
  it.
• 7:06
  We're
• 7:07
  terrified
• 7:07
  to
• 7:07
  tell
• 7:07
  our
• 7:07
  family
• 7:08
  members
• 7:08
  that
• 7:08
  we're
• 7:08
  a
• 7:08
  coach
• 7:09
  because
• 7:09
  what
• 7:09
  if
• 7:09
  they
• 7:09
  have
• 7:10
  criticism
• 7:10
  about
• 7:10
  it?
• 7:11
  We're
• 7:11
  afraid
• 7:11
  to
• 7:11
  get
• 7:12
  zero
• 7:12
  likes.
• 7:13
  We're
• 7:13
  afraid
• 7:13
  to
• 7:13
  launch
• 7:14
  a
• 7:14
  program
• 7:14
  and
• 7:14
  have
• 7:14
  no
• 7:14
  one
• 7:14
  buy.
• 7:15
  By
• 7:15
  the
• 7:15
  way,
• 7:15
  that
• 7:16
  will
• 7:16
  happen
• 7:16
  to
• 7:16
  all
• 7:16
  of
• 7:16
  us.
• 7:16
  Just
• 7:17
  get
• 7:17
  ready
• 7:17
  for
• 7:17
  it.
• 7:18
  We're
• 7:18
  afraid
• 7:18
  to
• 7:18
  have
• 7:19
  someone
• 7:19
  think,
• 7:19
  "Who
• 7:20
  does
• 7:20
  she
• 7:20
  think
• 7:20
  she
• 7:20
  is?
• 7:21
  She's
• 7:21
  a
• 7:21
  life
• 7:22
  coach
• 7:22
  or
• 7:22
  she's
• 7:22
  a
• 7:23
  health
• 7:23
  coach
• 7:24
  or
• 7:24
  whatever
• 7:24
  else?"
• 7:24
  None
• 7:25
  of
• 7:25
  that
• 7:25
  matters
• 7:25
  because
• 7:25
  people
• 7:26
  are
• 7:26
  all
• 7:26
  gonna
• 7:27
  have
• 7:27
  their
• 7:27
  opinion.
• 7:27
  They're
• 7:28
  all
• 7:28
  gonna
• 7:28
  have
• 7:28
  their
• 7:29
  things
• 7:29
  to
• 7:29
  say
• 7:30
  when
• 7:30
  we
• 7:30
  start
• 7:30
  putting
• 7:30
  ourselves
• 7:31
  out
• 7:31
  there.
• 7:31
  But
• 7:31
  remember,
• 7:32
  it's
• 7:32
  not
• 7:32
  the
• 7:32
  critic
• 7:32
  who
• 7:33
  counts.
• 7:33
  It's
• 7:33
  the
• 7:33
  man
• 7:34
  or
• 7:34
  woman
• 7:35
  in
• 7:35
  the
• 7:35
  arena
• 7:35
  doing
• 7:36
  the
• 7:36
  work
• 7:36
  So
• 7:36
  you
• 7:36
  might
• 7:37
  not
• 7:37
  actually
• 7:37
  be
• 7:37
  afraid
• 7:37
  of
• 7:38
  launching
• 7:38
  your
• 7:38
  business.
• 7:39
  You
• 7:39
  might
• 7:39
  be
• 7:39
  afraid
• 7:40
  of
• 7:40
  what
• 7:40
  launching
• 7:41
  will
• 7:41
  expose
• 7:41
  you
• 7:42
  to.
• 7:42
  Criticism,
• 7:43
  negative
• 7:44
  comments,
• 7:45
  gossip,
• 7:45
  whatever
• 7:45
  it
• 7:45
  may
• 7:46
  be.
• 7:46
  Here's
• 7:46
  the
• 7:47
  thing,
• 7:47
  my
• 7:47
  friend.
• 7:47
  If
• 7:47
  you
• 7:47
  feel
• 7:48
  called
• 7:48
  to
• 7:48
  this,
• 7:49
  you
• 7:49
  are
• 7:49
  capable,
• 7:50
  and
• 7:50
  you
• 7:50
  might
• 7:50
  have
• 7:51
  to
• 7:51
  feel
• 7:51
  some
• 7:51
  uncomfortable
• 7:52
  feelings
• 7:52
  to
• 7:53
  step
• 7:53
  into
• 7:53
  the
• 7:53
  thing
• 7:53
  that
• 7:53
  God
• 7:54
  is
• 7:54
  calling
• 7:54
  you
• 7:54
  to
• 7:54
  do,
• 7:54
  but
• 7:55
  I
• 7:55
  know
• 7:55
  you
• 7:55
  can
• 7:55
  do
• 7:55
  it
• 7:56
  So
• 7:56
  as
• 7:56
  a
• 7:56
  reminder,
• 7:56
  the
• 7:56
  excuses
• 7:57
  are
• 7:57
  we
• 7:57
  think
• 7:57
  we
• 7:57
  need
• 7:57
  to
• 7:58
  know
• 7:58
  more.
• 7:58
  We're
• 7:59
  making
• 7:59
  the
• 7:59
  technology
• 7:59
  way
• 8:00
  harder
• 8:00
  than
• 8:00
  it
• 8:00
  needs
• 8:00
  to
• 8:00
  be
• 8:01
  We're
• 8:01
  waiting
• 8:01
  to
• 8:01
  feel
• 8:02
  ready,
• 8:02
  we're
• 8:02
  trying
• 8:02
  to
• 8:02
  figure
• 8:03
  out
• 8:03
  the
• 8:03
  entire
• 8:03
  business
• 8:03
  before
• 8:04
  we
• 8:04
  start,
• 8:04
  or
• 8:05
  we're
• 8:05
  afraid
• 8:05
  to
• 8:05
  be
• 8:05
  seen
• 8:06
  trying.
• 8:06
  So
• 8:07
  I
• 8:07
  want
• 8:08
  you
• 8:08
  to
• 8:08
  focus
• 8:08
  on
• 8:08
  taking
• 8:09
  action
• 8:09
  this
• 8:09
  week.
• 8:09
  Do
• 8:10
  one
• 8:10
  thing.
• 8:10
  Take
• 8:11
  one
• 8:11
  next
• 8:11
  step
• 8:12
  to
• 8:12
  get
• 8:12
  you
• 8:12
  closer
• 8:12
  to
• 8:13
  getting
• 8:13
  the
• 8:13
  clients
• 8:13
  that
• 8:14
  you
• 8:14
  know
• 8:14
  need
• 8:15
  your
• 8:15
  help.
• 8:15
  And
• 8:15
  once
• 8:16
  again,
• 8:16
  if
• 8:16
  you
• 8:16
  want
• 8:16
  my
• 8:16
  mini
• 8:17
  training
• 8:17
  to

• 8:17

  Let's

  I'll
