- 0:30Speaker 3: The first one is what is your superpower?
- 0:33Speaker 1: Uh huh?
- 0:35Speaker 2: And the second one is what do you enjoy doing
- 0:38Speaker 2: that you don't get to do often?
- 0:40Speaker 1: Oh? My answer would be the same for both of them. Fishing,
- 0:46Speaker 1: going fishing, Yeah, you going fishing?
- 0:50Speaker 4: You know what you talk about? Fishing?
- 0:51Speaker 1: Yeah, going fishing.
- 0:52Speaker 4: I'd like I hear you talking about going fish occasionally.
- 0:56Speaker 1: It's one of my superpowers, and I'd like to be
- 0:59Speaker 1: doing that right now.
- 1:00Speaker 4: I maintained that I don't think that you'd know what
- 1:03Speaker 4: to do if.
- 1:03Speaker 1: You no, I do. It's been it's been a while.
- 1:09Speaker 1: How long, I don't, I you know, I don't. I
- 1:14Speaker 1: really don't remember the last time I took took my
- 1:16Speaker 1: pole in my hand. But uh, but I you know,
- 1:21Speaker 1: I can remember now fly casting I was never very
- 1:25Speaker 1: good at the beginning. But fishing with a worm, I.
- 1:29Speaker 3: Just dropping a line that.
- 1:32Speaker 2: See. We did the the fly fishing up in Glacier
- 1:36Speaker 2: and we had like a boat with a guide. I
- 1:39Speaker 2: like doing that, but like when you catch the fish,
- 1:42Speaker 2: I don't want anything to do with that part of it.
- 1:45Speaker 4: What do you do?
- 1:45Speaker 2: Do you have to have somebody guy here.
- 1:49Speaker 3: I don't want to touch it.
- 1:50Speaker 4: I don't want to.
- 1:51Speaker 3: Yeah, but I don't want to take the hook out.
- 1:53Speaker 1: I don't.
- 1:54Speaker 3: I don't want any party.
- 1:55Speaker 1: See. That's what I don't like about fishing. By the way,
- 1:59Speaker 1: this is not.
- 2:02Speaker 4: Just about to ask you about cleaning fish, all right and.
- 2:05Speaker 1: Eight seven seven six two night six. I don't understand
- 2:09Speaker 1: fishing and then putting the fish back, letting them go, Yeah,
- 2:13Speaker 1: letting them go. I mean there are people who just
- 2:15Speaker 1: like the the the act of it. They don't and
- 2:18Speaker 1: but they'd like to let the fish go.
- 2:20Speaker 4: If you, either of you know how to clean a fish,
- 2:22Speaker 4: yeah I have.
- 2:23Speaker 1: Yeah, you take you take it. You take that knife
- 2:26Speaker 1: and you start down there at the tail end on
- 2:28Speaker 1: the belly, and you and you slid it up and
- 2:32Speaker 1: then you you turn the gills inside out and you
- 2:34Speaker 1: grab them, you pull out the guts.
- 2:36Speaker 4: Okay, and you're not done yet though, Well what else
- 2:39Speaker 4: you got to use your thumb to scrape out on
- 2:43Speaker 4: the spine? You got to scrape that stuff out?
- 2:45Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, I'm not doing any of that.
- 2:47Speaker 1: Yeah. And it's you know, you swish it around in
- 2:50Speaker 1: the water, and usually I think it's not the expert
- 2:52Speaker 1: as I would call you throw the guts back into
- 2:54Speaker 1: the lake.
- 2:55Speaker 4: That's what we did.
- 2:56Speaker 2: Yeah, eight seven seven six where you can text three
- 3:00Speaker 2: three nineties that.
- 3:01Speaker 4: Always said the fish'll eat the guys.
- 3:03Speaker 1: You know, that's what I understood.
- 3:05Speaker 3: What is your superpower?
- 3:06Speaker 4: All right?
- 3:07Speaker 3: And or what do you enjoy doing that you don't get.
- 3:10Speaker 5: To do that?
- 3:11Speaker 4: Off, here's a texture. My superpowers are procrastination and hyperboles
- 3:18Speaker 4: and I can get a total strangers to tell me
- 3:20Speaker 4: their the deepest secrets. Now, my wife has a superpower?
- 3:25Speaker 3: What's that?
- 3:26Speaker 4: She always manages when she sends me to the store,
- 3:30Speaker 4: she always manages to text me to say, oh, and
- 3:33Speaker 4: I also need this, you know. She'll send me with
- 3:35Speaker 4: a list. She'll text me with a oh and I
- 3:38Speaker 4: also need this right as I'm walking out the store.
- 3:42Speaker 3: Yeah, So now here's the question. Do you turn around
- 3:45Speaker 3: and go back and get the thing? Or do you
- 3:47Speaker 3: go Nope, I already checked out. I'm done.
- 3:50Speaker 1: No, I would I go back?
- 3:51Speaker 4: I would go back to Yeah. Maybe you got to
- 3:55Speaker 4: stick with one question because I think it's confusing people.
- 4:01Speaker 2: I think a lot of people are texting in about
- 4:02Speaker 2: the superpower, the superpower. So let's go with what is
- 4:06Speaker 2: your superpower? Like Bill said, we don't mean like you
- 4:09Speaker 2: can see.
- 4:09Speaker 3: Through walls or fly or something. You mean like you
- 4:11Speaker 3: know a real life superpower.
- 4:13Speaker 5: That you have.
- 4:15Speaker 4: For example, here's a texter. My superpower is that I
- 4:19Speaker 4: am good luck Chuck. Every woman that I date and
- 4:23Speaker 4: end up sleeping with, our relationship inevitably fails for whatever reason,
- 4:28Speaker 4: and they end up marrying the next man they date.
- 4:30Speaker 3: What doesn't sound like good luck?
- 4:32Speaker 1: What's good luck for the woman?
- 4:34Speaker 4: There you go, let's see Travis the Pyman texts in uh,
- 4:40Speaker 4: I was recently diagnosed with ADHD, which explains my plethora
- 4:44Speaker 4: of superpowers. I have an internal Google Map, so I
- 4:48Speaker 4: can return to any place I've ever been, even years later.
- 4:51Speaker 4: My husband has that I have an internal clock to
- 4:54Speaker 4: where I can be indoors with no windows for hours
- 4:57Speaker 4: and still know what time it is within five minute.
- 5:00Speaker 3: That's amazing.
- 5:01Speaker 4: My hyper focus on details means I have a brain
- 5:04Speaker 4: full of facts where my family will not play any
- 5:06Speaker 4: trivia based board games with me. My kryptonite no short
- 5:10Speaker 4: term memory. I own ten single earbud sets because I've
- 5:14Speaker 4: absent mindedly left the other bud somewhere in the house
- 5:17Speaker 4: car or the yark.
- 5:20Speaker 3: Ranger.
- 5:20Speaker 2: Kate says, my superpower is planning road trips ten days,
- 5:24Speaker 2: multiple states, national parks, activities.
- 5:26Speaker 3: I am a pro.
- 5:28Speaker 4: Texter, says. Fishing with Bill sounds like it might be
- 5:31Speaker 4: the same as fishing with children.
- 5:33Speaker 2: Yeah, kind of, I think bad Brad Wheeler wants to
- 5:36Speaker 2: go fishing with me.
- 5:37Speaker 1: I have another superpower. I have the unerring ability to
- 5:42Speaker 1: lend people money who won't pay me back. They'll never
- 5:49Speaker 1: pay me back.
- 5:50Speaker 4: Let's see my superpower. I wish my superpower was to
- 5:53Speaker 4: be able to eat anything I want without any consequence. Well,
- 5:57Speaker 4: we can't do the wishing superpower that would get off.
- 6:00Speaker 3: Maybe they actually get There are people that can just
- 6:02Speaker 3: eat whatever they want and it doesn't they get and
- 6:05Speaker 3: they never get fat.
- 6:06Speaker 4: Or yeah, I've been a nurse for fourteen years. My
- 6:08Speaker 4: superpower is being able to get a patient comfortable no
- 6:11Speaker 4: matter what post surgery. Wow, an old lady with a
- 6:15Speaker 4: broken hip. I'm I'm really good at it.
- 6:17Speaker 1: I want this person to be my nurse.
- 6:19Speaker 4: You know what the secret is, Bill Nestling. Nestling, Uh,
- 6:26Speaker 4: let's see. My superpower is that I can calm my dog,
- 6:30Speaker 4: calm down any dog and make it cuddle with me
- 6:33Speaker 4: by just existing.
- 6:36Speaker 3: That's hard. Not all dogs can do that.
- 6:39Speaker 4: Oh, here we go. My superpower is making a decent
- 6:41Speaker 4: meal with random ingredients.
- 6:43Speaker 1: I love people who can do that.
- 6:45Speaker 4: Mostly because I forget to shop and I need to
- 6:47Speaker 4: figure things out.
- 6:48Speaker 1: My wife can kind of do that.
- 6:50Speaker 4: I think the Food Networks show Chopped.
- 6:52Speaker 1: Look, my wife will look in the refrigerator and she'll say, Okay,
- 6:55Speaker 1: this needs to be used up, this needs to be
- 6:57Speaker 1: this is going bad. I better use this, and she'll
- 6:59Speaker 1: put it all together and make something out of that.
- 7:01Speaker 4: Sue does that all the time. Sid says, my superpower
- 7:04Speaker 4: is immediately losing the bread tie after opening the bread.
- 7:11Speaker 5: Oh.
- 7:11Speaker 4: Bill, But my superpower is traveling to Denver in an
- 7:14Speaker 4: instant whenever I want really it's signed John Carter another Denveren.
- 7:21Speaker 4: My superpowers remembering birthdays. I think sometimes it makes.
- 7:27Speaker 3: People think birthday, Yeah.
- 7:32Speaker 4: Chris and Ogden. My superpower is pissing people off on
- 7:35Speaker 4: the Internet. Doesn't matter what I say, somebody's gonna get mad. Well,
- 7:38Speaker 4: you have to learn context, Chris. Don't be so stupid Chris,
- 7:42Speaker 4: and don't beg post. That's the other thing. Let's see.
- 7:47Speaker 4: My superpower is time management slash punctuality. I could estimate
- 7:52Speaker 4: to almost a minute how long a task will take
- 7:55Speaker 4: or what time I have to leave to get somewhere
- 7:57Speaker 4: right on time.
- 7:58Speaker 3: I know some people that I would like you to
- 7:59Speaker 3: give that power to.
- 8:00Speaker 4: Are they your children sharing my superpower? My superpower is
- 8:08Speaker 4: whenever I playfully grab my wife's butt, I always grab
- 8:11Speaker 4: the pocket with the cell phone. Let's see. My superpower
- 8:17Speaker 4: is every time I pull into a crowded parking lot,
- 8:19Speaker 4: someone pulls out near the front. Every time getting in
- 8:22Speaker 4: front of Oh you.
- 8:23Speaker 3: Get a good parking spot?
- 8:24Speaker 4: Yeah, I guess.
- 8:25Speaker 3: Yeah, this is just a time and text.
- 8:28Speaker 4: I'm mad at that text. Let's see, Like Bill, I
- 8:32Speaker 4: have the same answer for both questions, which is making
- 8:34Speaker 4: adults who do childish passive aggressive things to me vanish
- 8:37Speaker 4: from my life. My superpower is folding a fitted sheet
- 8:43Speaker 4: to do. Yeah, let's see back to the something that
- 8:50Speaker 4: you wish you could do more often, Robin says, please
- 8:54Speaker 4: accept my text. Something I wish I could do more
- 8:57Speaker 4: often is visit my grandparents while I still can. My
- 9:02Speaker 4: superpowers that I win things all the time on the radio.
- 9:04Speaker 4: But even though I've called in at least once a
- 9:07Speaker 4: month for a Boner candidate, I never win a Boner
- 9:09Speaker 4: T shirt.
- 9:09Speaker 3: That's not a game super power.
- 9:13Speaker 4: Let's see, this is Katie's husband, and she can attest
- 9:16Speaker 4: to this. My superpower is always getting the best parking spots,
- 9:19Speaker 4: whether I'm driving or not.
- 9:21Speaker 3: Oh, Katie says, yes, well where.
- 9:23Speaker 4: Were you when I was out to dinner the other night.
- 9:26Speaker 4: It has come to the point where my friends call
- 9:28Speaker 4: me the parking god and we'll all praise the parking God.
- 9:31Speaker 1: Well, maybe we should just always take Katie with us
- 9:34Speaker 1: when we want to go out to dinner.
- 9:35Speaker 4: Suppose let's see, my superpower, like lots of moms slash wives,
- 9:41Speaker 4: is finding things my family can't even when I have
- 9:44Speaker 4: given an explicit explanation.
- 9:47Speaker 2: The go get this, it's in the car on the
- 9:50Speaker 2: passenger side with me.
- 9:52Speaker 1: It's the refrigerator. We're out of mayonnaise. I have looked
- 9:55Speaker 1: through this refrigerator. I cannot find any mayonnaise. Bill, it's
- 10:00Speaker 1: right here in the refrigerator.
- 10:02Speaker 4: Oh, let's see. My superpower is recognizing people very quickly.
- 10:06Speaker 4: It happens often. Once I was driving on a busy
- 10:09Speaker 4: city boulevard and recognized an old friend walking. I made
- 10:12Speaker 4: a careful U turn. We had a great time. My
- 10:14Speaker 4: daughter's superpowers remembering all extended family and friends connections.
- 10:18Speaker 1: She remembers a lot of details by that. That especially
- 10:21Speaker 1: Utah families that can be very difficult.

- 10:50Speaker 5: All right, Hey, guys, I've been working on this superpower
- 10:52Speaker 5: for like fifteen years. I've been developing it. And while
- 10:58Speaker 5: I'm driving down the street, my mind has the power
- 11:01Speaker 5: to turn street lights on and off. I don't know
- 11:04Speaker 5: how I do it. I can't control it quite yet,
- 11:06Speaker 5: but I drive past the streetlight just occasionally I'll turn
- 11:09Speaker 5: it off with my mind.
- 11:11Speaker 3: Your magic.

- 11:57Speaker 4: if I think about going to Salt Lake City, I'm
- 11:59Speaker 4: immediately there. Unfortunately, it only works when I'm in Denver.
- 12:03Speaker 4: Wait a minute, reverse, den your your arch enemy. Let's
- 12:11Speaker 4: see my superpower is I can taste any coconut ingredient
- 12:16Speaker 4: in anything that contains coconut.
- 12:20Speaker 1: Yeah, I've known people like with cinnamon, even if there's
- 12:23Speaker 1: just a hint of cinnamon, they can tell.
- 12:26Speaker 4: Grounds keeper Bob says, I can do a push up
- 12:29Speaker 4: with my tongue again again.
- 12:32Speaker 1: Reip. Know people who can like take a bite of something.
- 12:35Speaker 1: You go to a restaurant and they take a bite
- 12:37Speaker 1: of something and they go, you know, I know exactly
- 12:40Speaker 1: what's in this. I could make this. They can taste every.
