Transcript
- 0:00Speaker 1: Hey, this is Julie Nguyen at the Spiritual Shit Show and this is the podcast on grief.
- 0:08Speaker 1: So what I do if you're new to this channel or to this podcast is I share my own shares and experiences, tips, tools that I've learned along the way in the course of healing and diving into spirituality and concepts and self healing, and then I channel about it.
- 0:29Speaker 1: So channeling is just allowing yourself to open to higher frequencies of love, of messages, of support.
- 0:40Speaker 1: Some people call it the guides, some people work with specific masters teams.
- 0:46Speaker 1: I just open to the frequency of love and I love doing it because it's under the same umbrella of offering Reiki energy.
- 0:55Speaker 1: So if you're offering Reiki to others, you are also receiving the benefit that we are all under this umbrella, in this web of life together, that there is a shared consciousness frequency of love that each one of us is tethered to, even though we each are on our own individual path and here to learn our own individual lessons at a higher perspective.
- 1:20Speaker 1: It's all love.
- 1:22Speaker 1: Higher perspective it's all love.
- 1:28Speaker 1: And when I channel for others or for groups or on certain topics, I'm also gaining clarity, wisdom, insight and opening for deeper healing within myself too.
- 1:36Speaker 1: So it is always my honor and deep pleasure to be able to channel.
- 1:40Speaker 1: So now I'm going to connect in with the intention of channeling, opening up to higher spirits, to the guides, to the frequency of love, to higher wisdoms on the topic of grief.
- 1:54Speaker 1: So here we go.
- 1:56Speaker 1: I'm asking you that everything that transpires here in the session is for the highest good of all.
- 2:00Speaker 1: Involvement.
- 2:01Speaker 1: My own mind, thoughts, ideas, ego get placed aside and I become a very clean and clear vessel for any healing light, loving messages that need to come through.
- 2:11Speaker 1: And so it is.
- 2:13Speaker 1: It is a courageous event to be able to allow yourself to be in the human experience, to allow yourself to feel the complexities of loss, of sadness and, in today's topic, grief.
- 2:48Speaker 1: Grief is the reminder to love fully, to catch yourself when you are withholding your love out of wanting to protect yourself or hold boundaries.
- 3:03Speaker 1: We would like to offer that such ideas prohibit love to present itself in creative and healing ways.
- 3:17Speaker 1: Grief is the reminder that you have limited your capacity to love deeply.
- 3:27Speaker 1: Grief is unfinished business.
- 3:39Speaker 1: Grief is being able to witness the time.
- 3:43Speaker 1: Most importantly, love is the highest ruling law of the heart, of the soul of you.
- 3:53Speaker 1: So, instead of touching upon what grief is, we want to offer the question of where can you pause and sit and think about?
- 4:07Speaker 1: Where in your life are you withholding, are you retracting love, and can you allow yourself your heart space to open, to expand fully into love?
- 4:24Speaker 1: The great teacher Jesus taught loving your enemies, doing unto others as you would do unto yourself.
- 4:36Speaker 1: When we love so fully and so completely, then there is no grief, there is just celebration of the magnificence of dancing in love with another soul.
- 4:55Speaker 1: Grief hits deeper when the one who is experiencing the grief is also experiencing the sadness of lost time or the areas where love wasn't fully present On a soul level.
- 5:14Speaker 1: When we lose a loved one, there is deep celebration because there is a return to expansive possibilities that actually, when we lose someone, they open up the portal of love for us.
- 5:31Speaker 1: They expand our frequency.
- 5:34Speaker 1: So in that sense it's a celebration and it's gratitude to being in the center of receiving expanded states of love.
- 5:52Speaker 1: They open the portal for us to remember who we are, where we come from and where we will return.
- 6:04Speaker 1: In love, all things are held when we lose a loved one and they cross over.
- 6:11Speaker 1: That is the reminder that the petty things that we hold on to here in this time, space, reality holding boundaries, feeling hurt, betrayal, sadness none of that is as truthful, none of that is carried over.
- 6:28Speaker 1: There's an acknowledgement from those on the other side that life is meant to be lived from the centering point of love to love your family, to love your neighbor, to practice expanding self into love as best as you can, for love is the only thing that you carry back with you.
- 6:55Speaker 1: There is gratitude and grief and the more gratitude you can have for life and life experiences and this reminder to not waste your life.
- 7:10Speaker 1: Love as much as you can Love as many people as you can love as deeply as you can love yourself, as much as you can Love everything that is in your awareness Love.
