  Speaker 1: their careers, preventing them from being selected by another team

  Speaker 1: when the Rule five draft takes place on December tenth,

  Speaker 1: during Major League Baseball's Winter meetings in Orlando, Florida. As

  Speaker 1: if you know, if maybe you don't know a refresher
