- 0:29Speaker 3: We are gonna need it tonight.
- 0:31Speaker 1: We are.
- 0:34Speaker 2: It gets dark, everybody, It gets dark.
- 0:37Speaker 3: It does. Welcome everyone, Welcome to our fantastic Sunday night show.

- 0:56Speaker 2: Awful nice of you to say. I'm just I'm coming.
- 1:02Speaker 2: I'm straight off of playing at the park with the
- 1:06Speaker 2: kids and trying to teach them how to skateboard and
- 1:08Speaker 2: then realizing that I shouldn't be on a skateboard and.
- 1:15Speaker 3: Our lovely Terry is not with us this evening, so
- 1:18Speaker 3: we brought back our very special guest Cappin. She nailed
- 1:22Speaker 3: it last time, she's gonna nail it again tonight.
- 1:25Speaker 1: Hi, I'm not at all nervous Terry.
- 1:30Speaker 3: Right, She's going to do a great job against love Fine, Right,
- 1:37Speaker 3: It's fine, Everything's gonna be fine. Well, you guys. Tonight
- 1:43Speaker 3: we dive into episode five of our special investigations Asi
- 1:46Speaker 3: and Sunfield. This multi part deep dive exposes the chilling
- 1:50Speaker 3: truth behind the Sissian Cult, a radical mix of trans
- 1:54Speaker 3: vegan rationalists and our guests to have left a trail
- 1:56Speaker 3: of bodies stretching coast to coast. I said that all
- 1:59Speaker 3: in one take, you guys, all four of those crazy words.
- 2:03Speaker 3: Normally I'm like, wait, finally, by episode five, I've nailed it.
- 2:09Speaker 2: Combination that I never thought I'd hear in my wildest dreams,
- 2:13Speaker 2: altogether as one.
- 2:15Speaker 3: Here we are. So if this is, without a doubt,
- 2:18Speaker 3: the most bizarre and complex true crime case I've ever encountered,
- 2:22Speaker 3: and same with everyone else here, and new details are
- 2:25Speaker 3: emerging almost daily, and the story just keeps getting wilder
- 2:30Speaker 3: and wilder.
- 2:30Speaker 1: So we'll be here for the.
- 2:32Speaker 3: Next couple Sundays because our series is getting ready to
- 2:35Speaker 3: start to wind down. But every Sunday at nine pm Eastern,
- 2:38Speaker 3: we'll be here unraveling the tangled web of the Bzizians.
- 2:42Speaker 3: So make sure you are subscribed, hit that like button
- 2:45Speaker 3: and turn on notifications because you won't want to miss
- 2:47Speaker 3: a second of this investigation. But before we get into that,
- 2:52Speaker 3: let's talk about what we're drinking tonight. Kevin, our guest,
- 2:55Speaker 3: why don't you go first and share with us your
- 2:57Speaker 3: delightful beverages.
- 2:59Speaker 1: I am once again drinking a fruit lagger from Louisiana,
- 3:03Speaker 1: my favorite brewery. This time it is Abida's Purple Haze,
- 3:09Speaker 1: which is a lagger brewed with raspberries. It's one of
- 3:12Speaker 1: their year round offerings. The last one I did was Strawberry,
- 3:16Speaker 1: which is just for the spring and summer, and the can,
- 3:20Speaker 1: much like the Zizians, is a little trippy. I'm pretty
- 3:25Speaker 1: sure it smells a lot better than our wayward cult.
- 3:29Speaker 3: Probably there's some steak in those slack mobitles. Man.
- 3:35Speaker 2: I think Purple Haze was probably one of my first
- 3:37Speaker 2: beers when I turned twenty one. It's been around much.
- 3:41Speaker 1: Better than I did Wow Natty Light for a while Dosaki,
- 3:47Speaker 1: but I called it too ex.
- 3:50Speaker 2: Two exes, two xes, just like in college. Well, I'm
- 3:57Speaker 2: drinking whatever the hell I could find.
- 3:59Speaker 1: Why.
- 4:00Speaker 2: I'm pretty sure that's what the Zizzians were doing. I'm
- 4:04Speaker 2: now I'm drinking all of our wineries, Camelot mead why
- 4:08Speaker 2: because the Zizzians are needy, and I am needy for meaty, so.
- 4:13Speaker 3: Stupid what needy for needy? I love that. That's good. Sorry,
- 4:21Speaker 3: sounds like no off guard.
- 4:24Speaker 2: I didn't realize. I didn't. I didn't realize. We were
- 4:27Speaker 2: just talking about what we're drinking. So I'm gonna skip
- 4:30Speaker 2: the Oh.
- 4:32Speaker 3: No, no, we're doing it all. That's that is, That's okay.
- 4:37Speaker 2: Well, everybody, welcome back to a story that would be
- 4:43Speaker 2: what you'd get if you if a Ted Talk, Reddit
- 4:46Speaker 2: thread and community theater production of Mad Max had a baby,
- 4:49Speaker 2: and then that baby immediately started living in a box truck,
- 4:51Speaker 2: casting spells and imitating Palpatine. Ah, a baby's a mini
- 4:56Speaker 2: Palpatine anyways, truly, So tonight we're talking fake death's, real stabbings,
- 5:03Speaker 2: and the kind of stuff that makes the fire Festival
- 5:05Speaker 2: look like a military operation. This isn't just true crime.
- 5:10Speaker 2: It's kind of like the MCU if everyone had a
- 5:12Speaker 2: philosophy degree, persecution complex, and then access to Google docs.
- 5:16Speaker 2: So we'll call up friends.
- 5:20Speaker 3: Buckle up. So there's no bag of wine for me tonight,
- 5:24Speaker 3: you guys, I'm drinking Yellowstone Road mescato. I saw a
- 5:31Speaker 3: couple leftover leftover bottles. From our There's Day show.
- 5:35Speaker 4: So so I am very very excited to talk about
- 5:42Speaker 4: this next chapter and the Sizzyan's gone wild because tonight
- 5:46Speaker 4: things are going to.
- 5:47Speaker 3: Take several dark turns. Now, I will do my best
- 5:52Speaker 3: to limit my rants tonight and behave and maybe try
- 5:55Speaker 3: not to say so many cursey words. We'll see. But
- 5:59Speaker 3: if you all I thought I got fired up about
- 6:01Speaker 3: their protest annex, oh man, what happens tonight really really
- 6:06Speaker 3: gets me worked up. So I can guarantee you though,
- 6:10Speaker 3: that there will be lots lots of snart. So with that,
- 6:15Speaker 3: let's get this party started, shall we.
- 6:18Speaker 2: We shall in the same way that we have for
- 6:21Speaker 2: the four episodes before this, this series involves many non
- 6:25Speaker 2: binary and chant transgender people. We will not avoid these topics,
- 6:29Speaker 2: as they are important to the philosophy of the cult.
- 6:31Speaker 2: All subjects are going to be introduced with their chosen
- 6:34Speaker 2: name and legal name. For the sake of legal research.
- 6:37Speaker 2: We're going to do our best to use appropriate pronouns,
- 6:40Speaker 2: but please know that if any mistakes are made, it
- 6:43Speaker 2: speaks to the vast number of players in this case
- 6:46Speaker 2: and the complicated nature of their beliefs, and is in
- 6:50Speaker 2: no way intended to disrespect their gender identity. We are
- 6:55Speaker 2: We are very proud of the respectful and inclusive check
- 6:58Speaker 2: community that we've created here. Our regulars know the drill,
- 7:02Speaker 2: but to anybody popping in, please know we don't tolerate
- 7:05Speaker 2: hate speech. Statistically speaking, trans people are four times more
- 7:09Speaker 2: likely than cisgendered people to be the victims of crime.
- 7:13Speaker 2: We are not here to fan that fire. We are
- 7:16Speaker 2: here to discuss how this group of bright young people
- 7:19Speaker 2: ended up involved in multiple deaths. And with that, I
- 7:23Speaker 2: turn it over to Captain.
- 7:27Speaker 1: I do want to do a small disclaimer before I start.
- 7:31Speaker 1: I have had a cold for a little bit, so
- 7:33Speaker 1: I'm really hoping that doesn't affect my reading tonight. But
- 7:37Speaker 1: apologies of a dazz, I'll mute myself. I have to cough.
- 7:40Speaker 1: But let's get into it. Just like with the previous episodes,
- 7:45Speaker 1: we've made some very helpful graphics to go along with
- 7:48Speaker 1: the story. Just look, you're.
- 7:52Speaker 3: She did that lady.
- 7:54Speaker 1: If you're listening to this as a podcast, I can't
- 7:57Speaker 1: suggest enough that you watch it on the True Crime
- 7:59Speaker 1: and Wine YouTube channel to follow along. And if you're
- 8:03Speaker 1: just catching this for the first time and you're a
- 8:05Speaker 1: little confused, which is understandable. You can find these episodes
- 8:09Speaker 1: on our YouTube channel under Lives or on the curated
- 8:12Speaker 1: playlist about the Zizians. As we have said many times,
- 8:16Speaker 1: you don't want to miss any of the details on this.
- 8:18Speaker 3: Case, especially what we're getting into tonight. You guys, we've
- 8:22Speaker 3: been waiting for been waiting for this. Well here we are,
- 8:26Speaker 3: so but before we get into it, let's talk about
- 8:29Speaker 3: what we covered last week. A quick recap, nothing long.
- 8:32Speaker 3: So last week we dived into the organizations Murray and
- 8:35Speaker 3: Seafar where most of our Zizians attended their workshops. I'm
- 8:40Speaker 3: sure many of you in the audience have spent the
- 8:43Speaker 3: last week practicing your Murphy Jiu jitsu I know I have,
- 8:48Speaker 3: or maybe some other mind control technique. Put your favorite
- 8:50Speaker 3: one in the chat what's your favorite mind control technique?
- 8:54Speaker 3: But we also explained that there have been many criticisms
- 8:58Speaker 3: of See far ours and basically those groups their culty
- 9:05Speaker 3: as fuck. Okay, let's just be honest. They got some
- 9:08Speaker 3: red bags going on there, and it is a zero
- 9:10Speaker 3: surprise to anyone, including the head of SI Far herself,
- 9:14Speaker 3: Anna Solomon, that a call emerged out of all this.
- 9:19Speaker 2: To me, how how is she gonna be surprised. I mean,
- 9:23Speaker 2: she's not not at all like you've seen the other cults.
- 9:27Speaker 2: You knew what you were doing. I mean, are we
- 9:30Speaker 2: supposed to you know what we are, We're supposed to
- 9:33Speaker 2: believe she thinks everybody's just dumb enough to believe that
- 9:36Speaker 2: it's ridiculous.
- 9:38Speaker 1: I would genuinely be surprised if people paid me thousands
- 9:41Speaker 1: of dollars to tell them how to think.
- 9:43Speaker 3: That's right. Four thousand dollars everyone, and I can give
- 9:46Speaker 3: you better advice than whatever they get. Pe So. On
- 9:52Speaker 3: top of Marian and Cephar, we also discussed the Meeker Four,
- 9:55Speaker 3: who were Ziz Gwynn, Amma Boranian and Insomny aka Alexander Latham,
- 10:02Speaker 3: and after being asked not to attend the c FAR
- 10:06Speaker 3: alumni reunion, they decided to launch a protest against them,
- 10:12Speaker 3: accusing the organizations of all sorts of things that they
- 10:15Speaker 3: provided zero proof of. But this group did not think
- 10:19Speaker 3: the optics or the law through and found themselves in
- 10:23Speaker 3: jail with several charges. Honestly, you guys, if you haven't
- 10:27Speaker 3: heard you have not heard this protest story. It's in
- 10:30Speaker 3: the last episode. Go listen to it. Because the whole
- 10:33Speaker 3: thing is wild and it's the worst planned protest I've
- 10:35Speaker 3: ever heard of in my life.
- 10:39Speaker 2: Yeah, but it had the best terror rents ever.
- 10:45Speaker 3: Well, lots of curcy words were half because it is infuriating.
- 10:52Speaker 3: But so for tonight's episode, though, we'll be talking about
- 10:56Speaker 3: the core four, Gwyn Zizzsomny and Emma, as well as
- 11:03Speaker 3: Maximilian Benslee Snyder, who briefly, how can you not say
- 11:09Speaker 3: it like that? Right when we learn about this guy,
- 11:14Speaker 3: I'm pretty sure he says it like that too, see,
- 11:17Speaker 3: But so we talked briefly about him in episode one,
- 11:20Speaker 3: but we're gonna do a little bit deeper dive into
- 11:22Speaker 3: him here. We also are gonna introduce Surrey Dow who
- 11:27Speaker 3: is new, but our biggest focus tonight will be discussing
- 11:30Speaker 3: the tragic tale of Curtis Lynde again the hat there,
- 11:34Speaker 3: So let's get into it.
- 11:38Speaker 2: Oh all right, So just a warning everybody, this is
- 11:45Speaker 2: gonna get Lama all worked up, and I need you
- 11:51Speaker 2: to This is what to do if you're if you
- 11:53Speaker 2: encounter an enraged Lama, you just need to like dodge,
- 11:56Speaker 2: ship dive, duck and dodge and either way, I really
- 12:00Speaker 2: I hope you brought your ponchos because Lama's spit and
- 12:03Speaker 2: it's about to be a Gallagher sledgematic episode. So get
- 12:08Speaker 2: ready to do.
- 12:09Speaker 3: The only thing that Islama has fitten tonight is facts,
- 12:13Speaker 3: all the facts. So let's go.
- 12:17Speaker 2: Let's get into I'll set you up for that one.
- 12:19Speaker 2: Thank you, all right. So here we are in the
- 12:24Speaker 2: late twenty nineteen early twenty twenty. The Seafar protests just happened.
- 12:31Speaker 2: Several of them are now in legal trouble. The Rationalist
- 12:35Speaker 2: Fleet has failed, and the group either sold or abandoned
- 12:40Speaker 2: their boats in the San Francisco Bay. At the end
- 12:43Speaker 2: of episode three, right, we briefly met Curtis Lynde, who
- 12:48Speaker 2: also had the largest boat in the bay and had
- 12:52Speaker 2: befriended the group. He had decided to retire and sold
- 12:55Speaker 2: his boat, and he allowed the group to move onto
- 12:58Speaker 2: his property. And valiejo is it. Thank you. I was
- 13:05Speaker 2: trying to make it more difficult than it was, you
- 13:09Speaker 2: know what, in a place in California. Lynd Is quoted
- 13:13Speaker 2: as saying, quote, they were unhappy living on the top.
- 13:17Speaker 2: They they decided to want to move my yard and
- 13:21Speaker 2: buy moving vans, small moving vans and change them into
- 13:25Speaker 2: places where they could live in the moving van and
- 13:28Speaker 2: nobody would know that they're in there. Lynde said he
- 13:33Speaker 2: reached an informal rental agreement with Gwen requiring about two
- 13:37Speaker 2: thousand dollars a month in exchange for use of two
- 13:39Speaker 2: r vs at the California site at his place, and
- 13:45Speaker 2: uh the option to park. I don't know why it's
- 13:47Speaker 2: so hard for me to say Vallejo. It's Vallejo site,
- 13:51Speaker 2: him the option to park a half dozen trucks on
- 13:54Speaker 2: the property. Gwen told lynd that they were only planning
- 13:58Speaker 2: to stay three or four months. He you know what,
- 14:08Speaker 2: that lab wasn't even for that line, but it still worked.
- 14:11Speaker 2: He also described his edits as around six to eight
- 14:14Speaker 2: people who would come and go. One worked for Google.
- 14:17Speaker 2: I assume it's Emma he's referring to, since we know
- 14:20Speaker 2: she worked there and would leave for periods of time
- 14:23Speaker 2: to live in her truck in the company's parking lot,
- 14:25Speaker 2: which I bet Google loved that.
- 14:29Speaker 1: There's nothing better for your mental health than living at work.
- 14:33Speaker 3: Totally, totally, I mean two thousand a month split between
- 14:37Speaker 3: all these people is a hell of a deal, especially
- 14:40Speaker 3: in San Francisco and they get to use two r
- 14:43Speaker 3: v's out of this deal. I mean I would never
- 14:47Speaker 3: I would never pay anything like that to live in
- 14:49Speaker 3: an RV or a box truck. But this group, who
- 14:54Speaker 3: remember everyone is actively choosing to live this way. It
- 15:00Speaker 3: does sound like a killer, killer deal for them. Quite literally.
- 15:05Speaker 3: I suppose.
- 15:08Speaker 2: I'd like the chat. I'd like to know, and I'm
- 15:11Speaker 2: not going to throw in like a whole like yes
- 15:14Speaker 2: or no question for everybody, but do you My question
- 15:19Speaker 2: really is do we think they paid the two thousand
- 15:22Speaker 2: dollars a month? And I'll leave it in that.
- 15:25Speaker 3: Okay, let us now in the chat. What do you think?
- 15:28Speaker 3: What do you think? Isn't there a way we can
- 15:31Speaker 3: do polls?
- 15:34Speaker 2: Yeah? I could do one, give me a second, I'll
- 15:36Speaker 2: do it.
- 15:36Speaker 3: Oh should we get round polls tonight? Is that too
- 15:39Speaker 3: much of a pain that could be?
- 15:41Speaker 2: No, I can do it.
- 15:42Speaker 3: Okay, We're gonna do a poll for you guys. You
- 15:45Speaker 3: decide did they pay the two thousand rent a month? Yes?
- 15:49Speaker 1: Or well? While JT is setting that up because I
- 15:55Speaker 1: have no idea how Before we go further into the
- 15:59Speaker 1: Curtis Lynn story, do you remember in the first episode
- 16:04Speaker 1: we talked about other people trying to warn the public
- 16:07Speaker 1: about the group. Well, we're going to talk about the
- 16:10Speaker 1: first warning, which happened January fourth, twenty twenty a man
- 16:15Speaker 1: by the name of J. D. Pressman who belonged to
- 16:19Speaker 1: the rationalist community and apparently was the ex boyfriend of Fluttershy.
- 16:24Speaker 1: He created the website zizians dot info and coined the
- 16:28Speaker 1: term Zizians.
- 16:33Speaker 2: Uh, Zizz did hate this, right, like, I guess. I
- 16:37Speaker 2: mean they already ordered members jackets, so they couldn't change
- 16:39Speaker 2: it after that. But like she like, she didn't like this, right,
- 16:44Speaker 2: What do.
- 16:45Speaker 3: You guys think? Do you think you think this is
- 16:47Speaker 3: happy about this?
- 16:48Speaker 1: Make another poll?
- 16:49Speaker 3: Do you just have a list of polls tonight?
- 16:52Speaker 2: I guess just put dang it condos too, damn high.
- 16:59Speaker 1: So Pressman wrote under the name Apollo Mojave, which I
- 17:04Speaker 1: thought was a pretty highbrow porn name, but I guess
- 17:09Speaker 1: unsurprisingly it's a sci fi character. Unlike Zizz, he gets
- 17:15Speaker 1: to the point quickly, stating the purpose of this document
- 17:19Speaker 1: is to warn you not to join them. Don't do tarticulate,
- 17:25Speaker 1: but don't do it. He also described Zizz as a
- 17:28Speaker 1: master manipulator who was extremely skilled at selling people on
- 17:32Speaker 1: nonsense ideas about decision theory and ethics that defy not
- 17:36Speaker 1: just the rules of rationality but basic common sense. And
- 17:41Speaker 1: we couldn't agree more.
- 17:43Speaker 3: Yeah, based on what we learned over the last three episodes,
- 17:46Speaker 3: he pretty much nailed it, like just bad as everything
- 17:50Speaker 3: we've learned.
- 17:53Speaker 2: I hope so because he's a high brow porn name person,
- 17:57Speaker 2: so he better have nailed it pretty well.
- 18:00Speaker 3: I think I'm going to come to capin with uh,
- 18:02Speaker 3: high brow porn name ideas.
- 18:04Speaker 2: What were answering.
- 18:07Speaker 1: Chat?
- 18:08Speaker 3: We're answering polls in a chat. Why don't you tell
- 18:10Speaker 3: us your high brow porn name?
- 18:13Speaker 1: Please do please?
- 18:16Speaker 3: These things get dark and we do need to laugh tonight.
- 18:18Speaker 1: So there is another section of the brief physisiums dot
- 18:24Speaker 1: info blog that helps potentially explain the choices that made
- 18:30Speaker 1: many of the Zizian's uh, the choices that they made
- 18:34Speaker 1: uh quote unquote. Zizians do not think it is ever
- 18:38Speaker 1: valid to surrender. The reasoning goes that if someone is
- 18:41Speaker 1: trying to exact surrender from you, giving in is choosing
- 18:45Speaker 1: the strategy that gets coerced into surrender. If you fight bitterly,
- 18:50Speaker 1: you prevent the coercion in the first place by making
- 18:53Speaker 1: it too costly to fight you.
- 18:57Speaker 2: Because that worked real well for the Meeker forward.
- 19:01Speaker 3: Yeah, to me, the quote Zizians do not think it
- 19:05Speaker 3: is ever valid to surrender. Like to me, it explains
- 19:10Speaker 3: a lot of their behavior with the ce Far protest
- 19:12Speaker 3: and their un cooperation with authorities. I think it explains
- 19:18Speaker 3: a lot a lot about what we're going to talk
- 19:21Speaker 3: about tonight. And I think it could potentially explain young
- 19:26Speaker 3: Blood and Bacol from episode one in them pulling out
- 19:30Speaker 3: guns and the Vermont Border Patrol shooting, you know, something
- 19:34Speaker 3: that we've been like, why would they even do this?
- 19:37Speaker 3: I'm not saying that is the reason, but it's kind
- 19:41Speaker 3: of looking like that could be.
- 19:44Speaker 2: You know what's really interesting is that that entire concept
- 19:46Speaker 2: of never admitting defeat, never surrendering, that is a very
- 19:50Speaker 2: roy Cone, very roy Cone from New York. And if
- 19:54Speaker 2: we don't know Roy Cone, we probably should do an
- 19:56Speaker 2: episode on him. In fact, I might put that on
- 19:59Speaker 2: the list.
- 20:00Speaker 3: I'm gonna say, put that on the list for me.
- 20:01Speaker 1: Okay, I'm gonna say, Annie, come on, what go over?
- 20:10Speaker 3: Oh Annie here, I'm too pure for a porn name.
- 20:14Speaker 3: Everybody make one for Annie Bananni.
- 20:16Speaker 1: Okay, yes, please, Annie's high brow porn name or low
- 20:19Speaker 1: brow whatever.
- 20:21Speaker 2: I mean the name Annie. But Annie is enough of one,
- 20:23Speaker 2: thank you.
- 20:27Speaker 1: So I I agree with what you have to say.
- 20:29Speaker 1: I think this is a good explanation for some of
- 20:31Speaker 1: the things they did later on. It's there's other thoughts
- 20:36Speaker 1: in my mind about it, but we'll get there eventually.
- 20:40Speaker 1: The blog continues, Uh, Pressman rights, This can often be
- 20:45Speaker 1: a valid way to think about things, but this and
- 20:47Speaker 1: our followers apply it in every scenario without considering the
- 20:51Speaker 1: power difference between fighters. If you can't make it costly
- 20:55Speaker 1: enough to fight you, refusing to surrender is a sure
- 20:59Speaker 1: way to see the inside of a jail cell or
- 21:01Speaker 1: the pearly gates. We see this in action during the
- 21:05Speaker 1: Camp Meeker incident. While we can only speculate on the
- 21:08Speaker 1: motives of the protesters for screaming at police, it seems
- 21:12Speaker 1: likely that's played an important role.
- 21:14Speaker 3: Yeah, one take note of the comment about considering they
- 21:19Speaker 3: don't consider the power difference very important in tonight's story.
- 21:24Speaker 3: But again, I mean, Pressman is knocking out of the
- 21:26Speaker 3: park with this. You know it's either going to end up.
- 21:31Speaker 3: People are going to end up in jail or dead
- 21:34Speaker 3: and he wrote this in twenty twenty, you guys, and
- 21:38Speaker 3: he's not wrong. He's not wrong. So now when it
- 21:43Speaker 3: comes to Pressman, though, what I really want to talk
- 21:46Speaker 3: about is a Tumblr post that was apparently made by
- 21:51Speaker 3: one of his ex girlfriends, not Shutterfly, but I know
- 21:54Speaker 3: who you are now. She wrote this trying to discredit
- 21:58Speaker 3: Pressman and make looked like he was obsessive and crazy.
- 22:03Speaker 3: In regards to Ziz, however, I think there are some
- 22:09Speaker 3: very interesting things that they allegedly observed about Pressman that
- 22:15Speaker 3: actually could be true based on what facts are known
- 22:19Speaker 3: about this group, particularly Ziz and other people's experiences such
- 22:25Speaker 3: as Jamie Michelle Zashko, that we'll get into next episode.
- 22:30Speaker 3: Like it basically mirrors about what we're getting ready to
- 22:33Speaker 3: talk about. Crazy, Yeah, crazy.
- 22:37Speaker 2: Two more names and lives who were impacted by this.
- 22:42Speaker 3: Yeah, we couldn't even include to everyone on the cast sheet.
- 22:48Speaker 2: But so so the ex writes quote anyone who was
- 22:52Speaker 2: associated with him, she means Pressman or had ever crossed Ziz.
- 22:56Speaker 2: He claimed was potentially in mortal peril. He started texting
- 23:01Speaker 2: me every time he heard a raccoon rooting through his garbage.
- 23:05Speaker 1: So that's why JT kept talking about raccoons in the
- 23:08Speaker 1: last episode without shadowing or mine col.
- 23:14Speaker 2: Yes, well, I don't know. Uh. All I know is
- 23:18Speaker 2: that my gut says maybe yeah, continuing quote he said
- 23:29Speaker 2: he said, uh. Quote he said he believed it was
- 23:31Speaker 2: Zizz come to murder him, and she gives examples. She says,
- 23:35Speaker 2: he claimed that Ziz was trying to poison him through
- 23:38Speaker 2: the postal service because.
- 23:41Speaker 3: Oh we got ai for.
- 23:43Speaker 2: You guys, because some of his male was damaged in transit.
- 23:48Speaker 2: He told me he tried sending the envelope to the police,
- 23:51Speaker 2: but of course the police weren't interested, perhaps because that's
- 23:53Speaker 2: fucking insane. Yes, because when I see a bent coupon
- 23:57Speaker 2: from Bed Bath and Beyond, I too assume chemical right.
- 24:01Speaker 3: But they're like box trucks. Had to be like bioweapons
- 24:06Speaker 3: in there from how nasty they were. Who knows what
- 24:10Speaker 3: they have access to in those box trucks, is all.
- 24:13Speaker 2: This is the amount of dandruff that ended up within
- 24:16Speaker 2: the envelope.
- 24:18Speaker 3: Oh wait, hold, I'm sorry. Before we go on, Annie
- 24:22Speaker 3: has suggested her name the Purest of garbage Custer, a
- 24:28Speaker 3: porn name. She's gonna yell at me later anyway, I'm sorry,
- 24:33Speaker 3: Go ahead, Jaya.
- 24:34Speaker 2: No, it's okay. I was thinking of a failed porn
- 24:37Speaker 2: name and all I can think of was Bertha. So
- 24:40Speaker 2: so then he believed a random car parked on the
- 24:43Speaker 2: street for over an hour was actually his coming to
- 24:47Speaker 2: kill him. And if I remember right, he sat at
- 24:50Speaker 2: his window with his gun, texting me in a manic frenzy,
- 24:53Speaker 2: telling me how he was ready to die. The person's
- 24:58Speaker 2: watched too many Jason Bourne movies and thought he was
- 25:02Speaker 2: in mission delusional. Imagine being the poor Uber Eats driver
- 25:05Speaker 2: just trying to deliver some pad tie and now you're
- 25:08Speaker 2: a suspected assassin.
- 25:10Speaker 3: One look, it reminds me of the Beetle juice worm,
- 25:15Speaker 3: the way like Zizz's neck is sticking out of that car.
- 25:18Speaker 3: But also, these people don't have any fucking jobs. Why
- 25:21Speaker 3: can't they be in Seattle just hanging out. They're not
- 25:25Speaker 3: doing anything with their lives, so, in fairness, could kind
- 25:30Speaker 3: of be me. What are they doing?
- 25:32Speaker 2: Besides, we've got another name, Sammy said, sugar.
- 25:38Speaker 1: Kik touts nice doing youth opera, but we'll get to
- 25:42Speaker 1: that later.
- 25:43Speaker 3: Oh oh, okay.
- 25:46Speaker 2: In classic so, continuing on that, he heard pipes in
- 25:50Speaker 2: his house clang, which is which he said, was clearly
- 25:54Speaker 2: Zizz coming to murder him. Why does this is a
- 25:57Speaker 2: great cross between Zizz and Val? Does anybody else think this?
- 26:02Speaker 2: There is a very never mind? All right? Apparently this
- 26:08Speaker 2: is in the walls, he whispered, as his nineteen twenties
- 26:11Speaker 2: plumbing did its regularly scheduled midnight jazz solo. Truly, I
- 26:18Speaker 2: think it's his home begging for a plumber and not Ziz.
- 26:20Speaker 2: What are you can do?
- 26:23Speaker 3: She has more fingers than she's supposed to.
- 26:28Speaker 1: We should fear, ai, we should.
- 26:31Speaker 3: It's still see.
- 26:32Speaker 2: Yes, Actually I'm a little scared by the little tiny
- 26:36Speaker 2: pink ball against the wall in the background. That's kind
- 26:39Speaker 2: of right. I will point that out every time. That's weird,
- 26:45Speaker 2: all right. Also, he thought a rattling in the trash
- 26:49Speaker 2: bin in the middle of the night was clearly Ziz
- 26:51Speaker 2: and not a raccoon.
- 26:56Speaker 1: They are a.
- 26:56Speaker 3: Little bike helmets.
- 27:00Speaker 2: Oh my god, you know when even the raccoons are like, chill, bro,
- 27:04Speaker 2: We're just looking for snacks. Also said that a car
- 27:08Speaker 2: horn outside his house at night was super suspicious. What
- 27:12Speaker 2: could it be, I mean, not something completely unrelated to him. No,
- 27:15Speaker 2: it's gotta be Zizz, he said. Now, as comical as
- 27:19Speaker 2: these accusations are, they represent a problem because he started
- 27:23Speaker 2: going to his local police with them, and the police
- 27:26Speaker 2: have so far ignored him, but he has escalated. He
- 27:30Speaker 2: added to his Google search history the phrase quote if
- 27:34Speaker 2: I die Zizz and friends dead names did it and
- 27:39Speaker 2: several insurance files on his person and set up to
- 27:43Speaker 2: go out upon his death, stating that if he were
- 27:46Speaker 2: to die Ziz, then her friends are responsible. Can we
- 27:51Speaker 2: get this guy a conspiracy boarder? Bring budget please?
- 27:54Speaker 3: I mean, this isn't the only time we're going to
- 27:56Speaker 3: hear somebody's claim that's something very similar to them. But
- 28:03Speaker 3: I mean, I don't think we learned what Zis's other
- 28:07Speaker 3: can was. We know Gwen was a dragon, but maybe
- 28:10Speaker 3: Siss is a raccoon. We don't know what she's gonna
- 28:15Speaker 3: be when this singularity comes. There's a little like gloves
- 28:21Speaker 3: on the hand.
- 28:21Speaker 1: It's yeah, it's kind of like a red panda in
- 28:24Speaker 1: a sports bra. But I'm into it not that way.
- 28:29Speaker 3: But now maybe I don't know.
- 28:34Speaker 1: It's looking good.
- 28:37Speaker 3: A lot more approachable, I'll tell you that.
- 28:40Speaker 2: Or more approachable at least she's actually the trash panda
- 28:45Speaker 2: that she always wanted to be.
- 28:46Speaker 3: Mm hmm, that's true. That's true.
- 28:51Speaker 2: Oh hey, it's me. I think Zis is more.
- 28:56Speaker 1: To it.
- 28:57Speaker 2: Anyways. I think this is more Beta dire wolf like
- 29:00Speaker 2: because she's paranoid, trembling, constantly yapping, and ready to bite
- 29:03Speaker 2: its shadows calling it divine vengeance like she's a pocket
- 29:06Speaker 2: sized panic attack and a faux for hood. That's about right.
- 29:10Speaker 2: That's very creepy. Actually, I don't like the human hands
- 29:13Speaker 2: that are not hands and.
- 29:15Speaker 1: The like sleeves kind of flash. Yeah, this one is
- 29:20Speaker 1: the most disturbing somehow. But don't worry because wait for it.
- 29:25Speaker 1: I have basilisk in my Zi's other can pool. But
- 29:32Speaker 1: like a or Boros combined, we're gonna get canceled. Just
- 29:38Speaker 1: see what's happening in this AI image. We all see it.
- 29:41Speaker 3: We're not going to describe it.
- 29:42Speaker 1: You know what we call it in the Squad show.
- 29:46Speaker 2: It's why you need to watch YouTube and also download
- 29:49Speaker 2: her podcast at the same time.
- 29:52Speaker 3: Yes, this one, this picture definitely. She was like, cavin
- 29:58Speaker 3: include this, and I was like, oh, yes, we do.
- 30:03Speaker 2: This is the description of the slide. I'm dead.
- 30:07Speaker 1: That's sake has a bodacious upstairs.
- 30:11Speaker 3: It's true. That's true. Now, you know, maybe it is
- 30:18Speaker 3: a little paranoia, since pressman did live several hours away
- 30:22Speaker 3: in Seattle, but he is so freaked out that Ziz
- 30:27Speaker 3: is trying to kill him that he goes out and
- 30:29Speaker 3: buys a gun. Okay, And according to the ex Pressman
- 30:35Speaker 3: said he wouldn't feel safe until Ziz and her friends
- 30:38Speaker 3: were in jail. So she also goes on to say, look,
- 30:45Speaker 3: there's a little raccoon. I think there's a theme for
- 30:48Speaker 3: tonight's show. You guys on the slide show. Let's you
- 30:52Speaker 3: guys count how many you see starting there?
- 30:55Speaker 1: All right?
- 30:55Speaker 3: So she goes on to say that Ziz says she
- 30:59Speaker 3: wasn't doing anything to him and that she was actually
- 31:02Speaker 3: the one who was was being harassed, and YadA, YadA, Okay,
- 31:09Speaker 3: there's a whole lot of drama and accusations in there
- 31:11Speaker 3: that as much as we would love to get into tonight,
- 31:15Speaker 3: we don't have the time for it. But maybe in
- 31:18Speaker 3: members only we might read it, because I would love
- 31:22Speaker 3: to read it and do this person's voice who I
- 31:25Speaker 3: do not like. I do not like her. But anyway,
- 31:31Speaker 3: you know, again, how true is what the ex is
- 31:34Speaker 3: claiming we don't know, okay, but knowing what we do know,
- 31:39Speaker 3: what do you guys think do you think Ziz would
- 31:42Speaker 3: allow someone to make this hate site about her and
- 31:47Speaker 3: slam to her and just let her let it go
- 31:50Speaker 3: and move on like she loves her shit when her
- 31:55Speaker 3: roommate asked her for an advance on rent. Okay, I
- 31:58Speaker 3: can't imagine she would be happy about about this happening.
- 32:07Speaker 3: So what do you guys think do you think that
- 32:09Speaker 3: this could possibly I mean, we're not saying that it happened,
- 32:13Speaker 3: but like it could have, you know, And that's all
- 32:17Speaker 3: we're really gonna say about Pressman. Pressman doesn't really have
- 32:20Speaker 3: a role in the rest of this story. We do
- 32:22Speaker 3: know that he's alive, so Ziz didn't kill him, and
- 32:26Speaker 3: Zizzion's dot info is still is still up, so that's great.
- 32:32Speaker 2: Thanks, thanks for that. By the way, Pressman, appreciate it.
- 32:35Speaker 3: This great doing the lord's work. I haven't come because
- 32:44Speaker 3: I haven't come across him speaking out anywhere since this
- 32:48Speaker 3: whole Zizzy and story broke in January. I mean, I
- 32:52Speaker 3: wouldn't blame the guy if he was, like told you so,
- 32:56Speaker 3: because I would to everybody that would listen, I would
- 33:00Speaker 3: like I have been telling you guys for five freaking years. Okay,
- 33:06Speaker 3: But he also wouldn't be the first person to go
- 33:10Speaker 3: into hiding because they fear for their lives, Like, not
- 33:14Speaker 3: the first person to do that. So make of that
- 33:18Speaker 3: information that you will.
- 33:20Speaker 1: Yeah, the the blog was an interesting read, and I
- 33:24Speaker 1: did love the raccoon meme. But uh, there, it's hard
- 33:30Speaker 1: to believe that this person, uh knowing where his ends
- 33:38Speaker 1: knowing where his ends up, It's hard to believe that
- 33:41Speaker 1: Pressman was just making all this stuff up like fear.
- 33:46Speaker 1: I understand living with fear, you know, it's not rational.
- 33:50Speaker 1: You hear a noise, you're scared, Like I, I completely
- 33:53Speaker 1: understand where he's coming from, and you know, I appreciate him.
- 33:57Speaker 1: I don't know if Pressman prevented anyone from joining this cult,
- 34:02Speaker 1: but good on him for trying, right.
- 34:07Speaker 3: For sure.
- 34:07Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean, it takes a lot more than a
- 34:10Speaker 2: website to get anyone to do anything these days. We've
- 34:13Speaker 2: tried to prevent a lot worse with a lot more,
- 34:15Speaker 2: and here we are.
- 34:17Speaker 3: That's awesome, true. I mean, he allegedly did go to
- 34:20Speaker 3: the cops several times, so there is that. But he
- 34:23Speaker 3: didn't really have much of the cops could go off of.
- 34:27Speaker 3: In my opinion, you know, it is what it is.
- 34:31Speaker 3: But he did try, so I'll give him that, you know.
- 34:33Speaker 3: And I will say in regards to the ex that
- 34:35Speaker 3: posted this, oh honey, your postage like milk, didn't it?
- 34:41Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 34:41Speaker 3: I did, didn't it? Yikes? It's how embarrassing for you?
- 34:47Speaker 1: Okay. Now next we are going to do some quick
- 34:53Speaker 1: time traveling, so everyone hold on to your butts. So
- 34:58Speaker 1: I'm going to spring of twenty two. Now, not much
- 35:03Speaker 1: has changed in two years. The now dubbed Zizians are
- 35:07Speaker 1: still living in their box trucks on Curtis Land's property.
- 35:11Speaker 1: They're all still sorting out their protest criminal charges in court,
- 35:15Speaker 1: and the same four Ziz Gwen, Emma, and Somny had
- 35:19Speaker 1: filed that federal civil right lawsuit against the County Westminster
- 35:23Speaker 1: Woods and the Sheriff's Department, also related to the protest.
- 35:28Speaker 1: On April eleventh, twenty twenty two, a bench warrant was
- 35:31Speaker 1: issued on Gwen for failing to appear in court over
- 35:35Speaker 1: her criminal charges, which is not a great look.
- 35:40Speaker 2: No, no, not at all. No. About a year later,
- 35:45Speaker 2: the group's civil attorney Jered Friedman filed a motion to
- 35:49Speaker 2: withdraw from that case and did it. He says, this
- 35:55Speaker 2: a little bit wine, all right. Vote. On or about
- 36:01Speaker 2: April twenty twenty two, I heard a rumor that Gwen
- 36:05Speaker 2: Danielson may have committed suicide. I have since attempted to
- 36:08Speaker 2: contact Gwen Danielson by the same means that we usually communicate,
- 36:14Speaker 2: including by email and phone, approximately ten times. My phone
- 36:19Speaker 2: calls to her on or about July twenty twenty two
- 36:23Speaker 2: resulted in a message stating that her voicemail was full,
- 36:26Speaker 2: and on or about August twenty twenty two, her phone
- 36:30Speaker 2: number was disconnected. I have not received any contact from
- 36:33Speaker 2: Gwen Danielson since January twenty first, twenty twenty two. On
- 36:37Speaker 2: September ninth, twenty twenty two, I received an email, apparently
- 36:40Speaker 2: from a friend of Gwen Danielson, that asked if I
- 36:43Speaker 2: could share anything about her rumored suicide. Taken at face value,
- 36:47Speaker 2: the email confirms that Gwen Danielson is missing from her friends.
- 36:51Speaker 2: I have no information on whether Gwen Danielson is alive,
- 36:54Speaker 2: and if she is alive, where she might be end quote.
- 37:00Speaker 3: And there is We've loved all right, There's no obituary
- 37:05Speaker 3: ever made. No death certificates doesn't exist. There those stupid
- 37:16Speaker 3: buttons on the side of gaming nice or mouse. I don't.
- 37:19Speaker 3: I don't know. How do you say that? I don't know. Anyway,
- 37:21Speaker 3: I hate them. It's all you need now, Hampster, I
- 37:27Speaker 3: know I'm what are you on Twitch? Yes, I'm also
- 37:33Speaker 3: a Twitch streamer on the side. No, I'm not people,
- 37:35Speaker 3: I'm not. I don't so.
- 37:38Speaker 1: I think, oh yeah, you would do all on Twitch.
- 37:41Speaker 3: I certainly would make people laugh. Yes, all right, So
- 37:49Speaker 3: in the death or disappearance of our beloved dragon Gwen,
- 37:55Speaker 3: if that isn't bizarre enough for you guys. On August night,
- 38:00Speaker 3: twenty twenty two, just before midnight, the US Coast Guard
- 38:05Speaker 3: responded to a report that a person had fallen out
- 38:09Speaker 3: of a boat named the Black Sagat into the San
- 38:14Speaker 3: Francisco Bay. And that bay is no joke, you guys.
- 38:19Speaker 3: That's why they put Alcatraz in the middle of it. Okay,
- 38:23Speaker 3: no woy.
- 38:23Speaker 2: Now, the first off, I jumped out of a black
- 38:27Speaker 2: Swan too, But second off, I was totally like trying
- 38:30Speaker 2: to you know, I wanted to give just a little
- 38:34Speaker 2: bit of context regarding the bay and it's like thirteen
- 38:36Speaker 2: miles side to side and like forty miles top to bottom,
- 38:39Speaker 2: and like at high tide, a quarter of the bay's volume,
- 38:43Speaker 2: five hundred billion gallons flows in and out past the
- 38:47Speaker 2: Golden Gate. And I mean that water, that water moves. Yeah,
- 38:53Speaker 2: you know, it's what like, Yeah.
- 38:57Speaker 3: I can't imagine that they have a lot of positive rescues.
- 39:03Speaker 3: Can't imagine.
- 39:04Speaker 1: No.
- 39:04Speaker 2: I mean, and even the escape from Alcatraz that they
- 39:06Speaker 2: think they might have made, it is like it's like.
- 39:10Speaker 3: The sharks and shit in there.
- 39:12Speaker 1: So like serious show the West Coast, Yeah, West Coast
- 39:18Speaker 1: is a messing around.
- 39:20Speaker 3: Yeah, right, So, and who was on that boat, you guys? Ziz,
- 39:26Speaker 3: who apparently still for some reason owns this boat at
- 39:29Speaker 3: the time. I don't know, I don't know when she
- 39:30Speaker 3: sold it, but the Black Ciket is her boat, if
- 39:33Speaker 3: you're remember right, So, Ziz, Emma and Zizz's real life
- 39:40Speaker 3: sister Naomi was on that boat. Now. According to some
- 39:46Speaker 3: declarations that were later filed in court, Emma said that
- 39:49Speaker 3: Ziz fell into the water at about eleven PM while
- 39:54Speaker 3: working on the motor quote, I lost sight of Jack
- 39:58Speaker 3: while looking for a life preserver. Apparently, her and Naomi
- 40:02Speaker 3: searched the water and called out for her, but she
- 40:04Speaker 3: was nowhere to be seen. So that's when they used
- 40:08Speaker 3: a boat radio and Naomi's phone to call for help.
- 40:12Speaker 3: She must not have been wearing her bike helmet. She
- 40:14Speaker 3: could have used that as a floaty, That's all I'm saying.
- 40:18Speaker 3: So she didn't think this through.
- 40:20Speaker 1: I definitely want the person who needs a bike helmet
- 40:23Speaker 1: to sail to be working on the motor.
- 40:29Speaker 3: Like helmet's a priority, but not life best. No, I mean,
- 40:34Speaker 3: we learned two things about boats, wasn't about life best.
- 40:39Speaker 1: So after this, the coastguard conducts a thirty hour search
- 40:46Speaker 1: looking for her, but to noah vail. A few days later,
- 40:50Speaker 1: on August twenty third, Zizz's criminal defense attorney, Dan Kapelovitz,
- 40:56Speaker 1: told the judge over zoom that his client A Zizz
- 40:59Speaker 1: A A. Jackal Soda, was dead. Even her civil attorney,
- 41:05Speaker 1: Freedman said in his motion to withdraw, I have since
- 41:08Speaker 1: had several conversations with Jackly SODA's mother, who confirmed that
- 41:13Speaker 1: Jackal Soda died and that a probate attorney has been hired.
- 41:18Speaker 1: They even published an obituary for her in their local
- 41:21Speaker 1: Alaska newspaper, and apparently she loved blueberries.
- 41:27Speaker 3: Fun fact about this call leader, she loves blueberries. But also,
- 41:32Speaker 3: oh my god, how cute is that little retcoon?
- 41:36Speaker 2: Hold on, wait, are blue Are all blueberries vegans? I
- 41:39Speaker 2: didn't know what their diet preferences are?
- 41:43Speaker 1: All of them makes have Violet beaugerguard.
- 41:46Speaker 3: I think, yeah, Violet, you're turning Violet.
- 41:50Speaker 2: Can we take her to the juicing room please?
- 41:57Speaker 1: So at this point, too out of Friedman's four clients
- 42:01Speaker 1: are by all accounts.
- 42:02Speaker 2: Believed to be dead.
- 42:03Speaker 1: Y I imagine that is not a common thing to
- 42:07Speaker 1: run into. And spoiler alert, things are really not going
- 42:11Speaker 1: to go well for the other two defendants. Emma insomny.
- 42:14Speaker 1: No now, just because this is criminal, lawyer Kapelovitz told
- 42:19Speaker 1: the judges was dead, the court would need more legal proof.
- 42:22Speaker 1: Since there's no body to outright dismiss the case. A
- 42:26Speaker 1: death certificate had not been produced. I'm not sure how
- 42:29Speaker 1: long it would realistically take to get one in this scenario. Anyway,
- 42:35Speaker 1: the wheels of justice kept spinning, and because she failed
- 42:37Speaker 1: to show up to an October twenty twenty two court hearing,
- 42:40Speaker 1: a bench warrant was issued for arrest.
- 42:44Speaker 2: Like what gets me is that they just assumed death,
- 42:48Speaker 2: like they didn't think, like maybe absconding, Like we're will
- 42:52Speaker 2: past assuming the best worst best, do you know what
- 42:55Speaker 2: I mean? Like we are past this.
- 42:59Speaker 3: I mean, and I'm not sure what you expected them
- 43:02Speaker 3: to think though, j T. All Right, the coast guard
- 43:05Speaker 3: said it would have been unsurvivable. I mean, they couldn't
- 43:08Speaker 3: have possibly known that she was in training with her
- 43:12Speaker 3: whole shark hemisphere sleep thing. Maybe her other kin was
- 43:16Speaker 3: actually a shark instead of a raccoon. Are you guys
- 43:19Speaker 3: ready to sing with me? You're gonna hear me so much? Ready,
- 43:22Speaker 3: Sizzy shark do do? Sizzy shark do.
- 43:27Speaker 1: Shark?
- 43:27Speaker 3: Okay, somebody asked me to sing on Thursday.
- 43:32Speaker 1: My head is like a shark spin.
- 43:35Speaker 3: Yes, Deepest is like a shark fin Deepest freaking love
- 43:41Speaker 3: Ella Cool Day and deep Blue sy love that movie.
- 43:46Speaker 1: Love Your Girl.
- 43:48Speaker 3: We got way too excited about some deep blue syre.
- 43:54Speaker 3: Love it anyway, carry us on, JT, because.
- 43:59Speaker 2: We've lost the plum I used to use. My head
- 44:03Speaker 2: is like a I used to use that as like
- 44:06Speaker 2: an example of assimile in my class. Anyways, moving on,
- 44:09Speaker 2: we are now in November of twenty twenty two, and
- 44:14Speaker 2: we just want to say a little bit about Curtis
- 44:16Speaker 2: Lynd here. Curtis Lind was eighty years old, and he
- 44:19Speaker 2: was well known for his generosity, resilience, and deep involvement
- 44:23Speaker 2: in his community. I mean, look look at this fella. Also,
- 44:29Speaker 2: he looks better than I do, and I'm what I am. Anyways,
- 44:36Speaker 2: he was a well respected figure in his neighborhood. He
- 44:39Speaker 2: was often seen engaging in local cleanup efforts and fostering
- 44:43Speaker 2: relationships with those around him. Lind was described by friends
- 44:47Speaker 2: and neighbors as kind hearted, principled, and fiercely independent. His
- 44:52Speaker 2: willingness to provide shelter, even to unconventional tenants understatement, reflected
- 44:58Speaker 2: his open minded and compassionate nature. Uh. He also was
- 45:04Speaker 2: a father and a grandfather. And he just seems like
- 45:07Speaker 2: a really great dude who's searfaring and seafaring adventures like
- 45:12Speaker 2: I would like to listen to. And he also seems
- 45:15Speaker 2: like somebody that Ziz would reach out to and latch on.
- 45:20Speaker 3: I mean wearing that hat, I mean that guy definitely
- 45:24Speaker 3: here it is, and there's the hat cabin the same hat.
- 45:30Speaker 3: To memorialize him and pay tribute to to have hurt
- 45:35Speaker 3: his land. Yes, boiler's his taste and hat. Oh yeah, well,
- 45:41Speaker 3: he thought that's how happy ended. I don't know where
- 45:43Speaker 3: you've been the last four episodes, but it's not gonna
- 45:46Speaker 3: go got so.
- 45:48Speaker 2: Lynd and his tenants were initially friendly, if unconventional. They
- 45:53Speaker 2: lived in the trailers and box trucks and had a
- 45:57Speaker 2: collection of samurai swords. M He talked about how he
- 46:03Speaker 2: would see them right around the yard dressed in all black. Friend, Patrick,
- 46:09Speaker 2: I'm sorry.
- 46:09Speaker 3: You know what I'm disappointed in most by these people, okay,
- 46:13Speaker 3: is the fact that they are Star Wars fans and
- 46:15Speaker 3: I never heard one damn thing about goddamn lightsaber Okay,
- 46:18Speaker 3: no one, No lightsabers. They weren't fighting in the freaking
- 46:23Speaker 3: plot with what are we even doing? What are you
- 46:25Speaker 3: doing with your lives?
- 46:27Speaker 2: Lightsabers are not rational.
- 46:31Speaker 1: Potter fanfiction.
- 46:33Speaker 3: You know how many? You know how many lightsabers we
- 46:35Speaker 3: have in the house. We even have like some of
- 46:37Speaker 3: those really really fancy ones that like they'll go in
- 46:41Speaker 3: the yard and play like, come on, what are you
- 46:43Speaker 3: guys even doing?
- 46:44Speaker 2: I'm sorry, go ahead, cosplays as the Emperor on a tugboat.
- 46:49Speaker 2: I don't think that we're looking for official like licensing.
- 46:54Speaker 2: So Lynn's friend Patrick McMillan was much more suspicious of
- 46:59Speaker 2: members of group, who he said would sometimes walk around
- 47:02Speaker 2: the property nude. Honestly, not the worst thing they've done.
- 47:10Speaker 2: It's the worst thing they've done.
- 47:12Speaker 3: Hey, Amy, can you circle your little mouse around the
- 47:15Speaker 3: person in the picture so people can see that? Thank
- 47:18Speaker 3: your babes. Oh, it's hilarious that this is on Google Maps.
- 47:22Speaker 3: Like the dry around missus haapany may have underwear on,
- 47:26Speaker 3: by the way. You may not be able to see
- 47:28Speaker 3: it at home, but there's like black Speedo Lake underwear maybe.
- 47:33Speaker 3: And you know, I love findes like this, And I'm
- 47:36Speaker 3: going to go with that is the same red Prius
- 47:40Speaker 3: that we heard about in the Seafar protest. I'm gonna
- 47:45Speaker 3: go with.
- 47:46Speaker 2: I'm gonna say that's the same box truck and possibly
- 47:49Speaker 2: the same car next to it. All I'm saying is
- 47:51Speaker 2: that if you don't want people to know that you're
- 47:52Speaker 2: living in a box truck, probably shouldn't get photos taken
- 47:55Speaker 2: of you by Google.
- 47:59Speaker 1: I'm gonna say that that's probably the same underwear as
- 48:02Speaker 1: worn in the protest. I have literally dove behind a
- 48:09Speaker 1: fence to avoid the Google car before, so I don't
- 48:15Speaker 1: want to be on there.
- 48:17Speaker 2: There they are.
- 48:18Speaker 1: I don't know how well you can see the picture,
- 48:21Speaker 1: but Google blurred the contents of the back of the
- 48:24Speaker 1: black hatchback. There's the almost nude figure totally unblurred going.
- 48:31Speaker 1: And I've said it before, I'll say it again. The
- 48:34Speaker 1: pictures of this group really convey a certain sense of smell.
- 48:38Speaker 3: Mm hmm. I mean they can't smell. It can't smell,
- 48:42Speaker 3: budge you, guys, it can't. They're shitting in a bucket
- 48:47Speaker 3: in their vans.
- 48:50Speaker 1: Oh no, hands in hands.
- 49:00Speaker 3: We don't know who that is, but it is what
- 49:02Speaker 3: it is. One of the Sizzians, guys. This is the
- 49:04Speaker 3: shot from when they were living on It looks like
- 49:08Speaker 3: a real situation.
- 49:09Speaker 2: Is who else could it be? Like? Come on now,
- 49:14Speaker 2: I mean.
- 49:14Speaker 3: I'm ashamed them if they're comfortable walking around like that.
- 49:17Speaker 3: I mean, you know I made other people uncomfortable. Yes,
- 49:19Speaker 3: but it's also California where it's like super warm out
- 49:23Speaker 3: like I don't know, I just think it's funny.
- 49:26Speaker 1: Probably you're not running the ac in your box truck, how.
- 49:33Speaker 2: I was?
- 49:40Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, you guys, Yeah.
- 49:43Speaker 2: All right, Well, Patrick testified in court that Gwen was
- 49:47Speaker 2: the mouthpiece quote unquote of the group and in their
- 49:51Speaker 2: first conversation asked him to buy her a gun. Quote
- 49:55Speaker 2: She said she was in some sort of litigation and
- 49:58Speaker 2: she was having problems with.
- 50:00Speaker 1: It normal to have with your neighbor.
- 50:06Speaker 3: I mean, the only litigation is the protest, which is
- 50:09Speaker 3: like for misdemeanors and felony, Like, what do you need
- 50:13Speaker 3: a gun for it? But Okash, this is alleged. We
- 50:16Speaker 3: don't know this to be true. This is alleged.
- 50:18Speaker 1: So so shortly after he allowed the Zizians to move
- 50:23Speaker 1: in the COVID pandemic hit and despite the financial difficulties
- 50:28Speaker 1: that he himself had, he showed leniency by waiving rent
- 50:32Speaker 1: payments for some of his tenants.
- 50:35Speaker 2: I mean, he's just a lovely gentleman, Like he could
- 50:38Speaker 2: have sent them back to the half sung uss regrets
- 50:41Speaker 2: in poor logic, but he didn't.
- 50:43Speaker 3: That's true.
- 50:45Speaker 1: Yeah, they did have somewhere else to go. But he
- 50:47Speaker 1: does seem like a supportive person. His goodwill, however, was
- 50:54Speaker 1: met with increasing resistance when he eventually sought to collect
- 50:58Speaker 1: overdue payments or remove tos who refused to comply with
- 51:01Speaker 1: his terms. There wasn't much lind could really do about
- 51:05Speaker 1: it for some time because there was a state rent moratorium.
- 51:09Speaker 1: Lynn's daughters said the squatters overtook the property, placing locks
- 51:13Speaker 1: on trailers intended for other people.
- 51:16Speaker 3: Mmm, that's so great, aboum.
- 51:20Speaker 1: Eventually Lynd was able to take them to court, and
- 51:23Speaker 1: on October twenty sixth, twenty twenty two, the group was
- 51:27Speaker 1: court ordered to vacate the property after none of them
- 51:30Speaker 1: showed up for court.
- 51:32Speaker 3: Surprise.
- 51:34Speaker 1: Do you guys want to take a guess at how
- 51:36Speaker 1: much their unpaid rent balance was?
- 51:39Speaker 3: Yeah, let's let's give them a guest and a chat.
- 51:41Speaker 3: You guys got thirty seconds because we're on a thirty
- 51:44Speaker 3: second delay. Let's let's throw int.
- 51:46Speaker 2: Who you have?
- 51:50Speaker 3: Yes, well, deve our deepest bluest had just like a
- 51:52Speaker 3: shock fit, deepest Bluest that's like a shock fit. Oh
- 51:55Speaker 3: my god, I'm still gonna listen to a song, isn't it?
- 51:57Speaker 2: Well?
- 51:58Speaker 1: Video? No, you gotta watch the video.
- 51:59Speaker 2: Oh yeah, you know now that we all three did it.
- 52:03Speaker 2: Somebody took a screenshot, you know.
- 52:05Speaker 3: I hope So. I love all shark movies except for
- 52:09Speaker 3: Shark Nado. I can't. I'm sorry. I can't. I don't like.
- 52:12Speaker 3: I mean, one is fine, but like I watched them,
- 52:17Speaker 3: I love I do love the weather, and I do
- 52:18Speaker 3: love sharks, which are like two of my favorite things.
- 52:22Speaker 3: But like I dedicated my time to one. And that's enough.
- 52:25Speaker 3: That's all the time I'm willing to give. Amos says
- 52:28Speaker 3: three thousand, nine hundred and ninety nine dollars.
- 52:33Speaker 2: Give it two more, guys, go over.
- 52:36Speaker 3: This is the price is right, right rules, right prices,
- 52:39Speaker 3: right rules over here, give us two more.
- 52:42Speaker 1: Well, come on, guys, come on awake and shot.
- 52:45Speaker 2: Yeah, you know, I'm a little disappointed. I can see
- 52:50Speaker 2: I'm a little disappointed because it it's empty, and I
- 52:53Speaker 2: don't feel a damn thing.
- 52:57Speaker 3: Oh. Amos went with six hundred and sixty six dollars
- 53:03Speaker 3: and says six k All right, Cavin, why don't you
- 53:07Speaker 3: tell them.
- 53:07Speaker 1: Well, price is right? I think lady and Gray wins
- 53:10Speaker 1: because it's fifty thousand dollars another ten thousand, one hundred
- 53:17Speaker 1: and seven dollars for holdover damages and court costs.
- 53:21Speaker 3: That's a document right there, you guys boom.
- 53:25Speaker 2: That is it is egregious and acidine and I'm glad
- 53:30Speaker 2: I could fit both of my favorite words in a
- 53:32Speaker 2: sentence tonight, MM.
- 53:35Speaker 3: Sixty thousand dollars and getting kicked off the property smells
- 53:40Speaker 3: like a motive to me, that's just that's smells.
- 53:45Speaker 1: It's probably like bo and doctor Browner's to me.
- 53:51Speaker 3: Doctor all right now? In in this court document that
- 53:58Speaker 3: we're showing you here, we have it.
- 54:01Speaker 1: We have it.
- 54:02Speaker 3: So it lists a total of twenty two defendants. Okay,
- 54:07Speaker 3: the only recognizable names on it though, is Gwynn Danielsen,
- 54:12Speaker 3: Amma Borhanian, and Zizdo Like apparently she's just going by
- 54:18Speaker 3: one name. Now, I don't know, right, bitch would thinks
- 54:23Speaker 3: she's shared get out of here anyway. So we're not
- 54:26Speaker 3: sure who the other nineteen people listed in it are
- 54:31Speaker 3: or if they're part of the Zizians as well. I mean,
- 54:33Speaker 3: I haven't come across any any of these names in
- 54:37Speaker 3: my research so far, and they could be separate tenants
- 54:43Speaker 3: from the Zizians because they weren't the only people living there.
- 54:45Speaker 3: I mean Patrick, you know, Patrick was living there other people,
- 54:49Speaker 3: so it could just be a blanket everybody. We don't know.
- 54:53Speaker 3: But there's also missing names from this order of people
- 54:56Speaker 3: that we do know for a fact. We're there who
- 55:00Speaker 3: are living there at like Somni and Surrey Down. So
- 55:04Speaker 3: I'm not really sure what to make of these names here, but.
- 55:10Speaker 1: Well, you know me, I tried to look up some
- 55:14Speaker 1: of these names. I found some interesting things. People I
- 55:17Speaker 1: would definitely think are not related to the group that
- 55:20Speaker 1: are like Car enthusiast rappers. But also uh, there's a
- 55:26Speaker 1: nome Marks on the list, which apparently is a character
- 55:29Speaker 1: on a Netflix show called Sinse eight, which I have
- 55:33Speaker 1: never seen. But they're described as a transactivist, So I
- 55:38Speaker 1: mean that minds.
- 55:39Speaker 3: Yeah, I'm getting some some Oh my gosh, who is that?
- 55:46Speaker 3: Who is that joining us for the show? Could that
- 55:49Speaker 3: be jes for the Friendly Goats?
- 55:53Speaker 2: But hey, yes, just right.
- 55:57Speaker 3: Do you look at that cute that birthday boy sidetrack?
- 56:04Speaker 2: Say hi, hi, Jasper, do you have any thoughts about
- 56:08Speaker 2: the Zizziyans. They're bad?
- 56:13Speaker 3: I mean we did get we did get a request
- 56:16Speaker 3: from Annie, but Annie to have more chest.
- 56:19Speaker 2: Well there h and she gets what she wants as always.
- 56:26Speaker 5: Look drop by and say hi, we are watching nineteen
- 56:30Speaker 5: twenty three or oh twenty three whatever it is.
- 56:34Speaker 1: You're not you're not watching the stream.
- 56:40Speaker 5: She's like off, Okay, No, I was with my grandson
- 56:45Speaker 5: and the goats.
- 56:45Speaker 1: In my lap.
- 56:46Speaker 3: Oh I love that. Well, thank you for coming and
- 56:50Speaker 3: brightening up our our string because things are about to
- 56:53Speaker 3: not be great, so it was perfect timing.
- 56:56Speaker 5: Well, well, I watched her a little bit before I
- 56:58Speaker 5: jumped in because before it got dark and I go
- 57:02Speaker 5: crawl in bed with my grandson to watch TV.
- 57:06Speaker 3: Oh, Jasper is like our little emotional support animal. Yes.
- 57:13Speaker 2: Yes, every time every time he's on camera, I feel
- 57:16Speaker 2: like he's judging me. He looks like he's judging me.
- 57:21Speaker 5: Okay, Jasper did something tonight that I had to google.
- 57:25Speaker 5: He keeps lifting his top lip up and showing his mouth,
- 57:28Speaker 5: which he's never done before. Apparently they do that to
- 57:32Speaker 5: sniff in the spring for female goats and heat.
- 57:37Speaker 1: Oh, I get.
- 57:41Speaker 3: Some what's your eyebrap ornate? Jasper? Say, Jasper, you're not
- 57:50Speaker 3: getting any.
- 57:51Speaker 2: I'm sorry, Jasper.
- 57:57Speaker 3: I was rooting for you. Oh see there's Annie and
- 58:00Speaker 3: he says, oh, Jesper.
- 58:03Speaker 2: He aren't you glad you remembered it was Sunday?
- 58:06Speaker 3: Right?
- 58:08Speaker 5: You should let them get back to doing what they
- 58:10Speaker 5: are supposed to be doing and not playing.
- 58:11Speaker 3: With you nobody. It's so cute. Well, thank you Terry
- 58:15Speaker 3: for bringing some joy into our stream tonight. Have fun
- 58:20Speaker 3: getting dark, Love you, miss.
- 58:23Speaker 5: I will have y'all in my ear while I'm watching
- 58:26Speaker 5: bumblebee or something.
- 58:29Speaker 3: Transformer oh transformers, yes, yes, okay, I know what you're
- 58:33Speaker 3: talking about.
- 58:34Speaker 1: For a second, I was like yellow jackets.
- 58:36Speaker 3: Yellow jackets, not yellow jacket with Oh my goodness, well
- 58:42Speaker 3: thank you were right losing everybody over here, well, thank you.
- 58:48Speaker 3: We love seeing jess Hi you hat on real quick?
- 58:59Speaker 2: Oh my.
- 59:01Speaker 5: Hat?
- 59:03Speaker 3: Oh look at you. Gotta catch them all, buddy. I
- 59:07Speaker 3: love that you limb.
- 59:11Speaker 2: I'm gonna go out on the limb. Definitely smells better
- 59:13Speaker 2: than ziz.
- 59:15Speaker 5: Oh, definitely better than this.
- 59:18Speaker 3: Definitely better.
- 59:19Speaker 2: Well, guys, have fun.
- 59:21Speaker 5: I will be listening in my ear because it's about
- 59:23Speaker 5: to get dark and I do need to sleep tonight.
- 59:25Speaker 3: Yes, don't have little one to listen to it.
- 59:30Speaker 5: Yeah, hair folks, Bye, guys, thanks for letting us pop in.
- 59:35Speaker 3: Yes, by hey bye bye. I love that. Look at that.
- 59:40Speaker 3: We have all sorts of celebrities around here. We can
- 59:43Speaker 3: pull anyone on anytime.
- 59:46Speaker 1: For a second, somebody joined, I was like Amy here,
- 59:52Speaker 1: not quelling you out. We want you on the stream.
- 59:57Speaker 3: Yes, should we take a poll for many people want
- 1:00:00Speaker 3: Apamy to join the show in a future episode. I'm
- 1:00:05Speaker 3: going to lose all my friends tonight. Oh that's right.
- 1:00:11Speaker 3: My shark finned sister. All right?
- 1:00:15Speaker 2: Oh god, oh.
- 1:00:19Speaker 3: Yeah, so okay, So lind is taking to court, all right,
- 1:00:24Speaker 3: twenty two defendants. They have six thousand dollars.
- 1:00:26Speaker 1: All right.
- 1:00:26Speaker 3: So Lynn said that after he took the group to court,
- 1:00:30Speaker 3: one of them took out a pocket knife and patted
- 1:00:34Speaker 3: the blade while smiling at him. It's at this time
- 1:00:39Speaker 3: Lynn began carrying a pistol in his jacket pocket. But
- 1:00:45Speaker 3: that wasn't enough, he said. Quote I should have been smarter.
- 1:00:52Speaker 3: End quote. This conflict culminated in a violent attack on
- 1:00:59Speaker 3: November thirteenth, twenty twenty two, just two days, two days
- 1:01:06Speaker 3: before everyone was set to be evicted. Two.
- 1:01:12Speaker 2: I mean, oh, I shouldn't have been No, no, no, sir,
- 1:01:17Speaker 2: people shouldn't be assholes. Like. It has nothing to do
- 1:01:21Speaker 2: with how smart you are. There is no way you
- 1:01:23Speaker 2: could have ever predicted that something like what is you're
- 1:01:26Speaker 2: about to describe is going to happen. So for the
- 1:01:32Speaker 2: next part, I just want to say everything we're about
- 1:01:36Speaker 2: to say is alleged. Nothing has been proven in the
- 1:01:40Speaker 2: court of law. Yet as a matter of fact, the
- 1:01:43Speaker 2: trial for this is supposed to begin this month. But
- 1:01:47Speaker 2: this is what we have to work with for now.
- 1:01:51Speaker 2: So according to Lynn's friend Patrick, he said on the
- 1:01:55Speaker 2: night of the attack, he saw individuals running through the
- 1:01:58Speaker 2: yard with headlamps like sadistic snow White cosplayers. At some
- 1:02:03Speaker 2: point Lynde called him sounding very distressed because he said
- 1:02:09Speaker 2: people were pummeling his door and windows with rocks. Now,
- 1:02:15Speaker 2: according to prosecutors, in the early morning hours, Lind was
- 1:02:18Speaker 2: lured by Surrey Dow to check on a purported water
- 1:02:24Speaker 2: leak before someone struck Lind over the head and knocked
- 1:02:28Speaker 2: him on the ground. Dow and Emma then allegedly stabbed
- 1:02:33Speaker 2: Lind with knives. Quote. The next thing I remember is
- 1:02:40Speaker 2: standing up with three of them right next to me
- 1:02:43Speaker 2: around me. I was bleeding from numerous puncture wounds. I
- 1:02:48Speaker 2: think around fifty. I couldn't see out of my right eye.
- 1:02:51Speaker 2: It had been punctured three times. The back of my
- 1:02:55Speaker 2: neck had some severe cuts, like someone was trying to
- 1:02:58Speaker 2: cut my head off.
- 1:03:00Speaker 3: Fucking yikes.
- 1:03:03Speaker 1: There was a samurai sword impaled through his chest, allegedly
- 1:03:10Speaker 1: by Somny Somehow during all this, Lynde was able to
- 1:03:15Speaker 1: pull out his gun and start shooting. He managed to
- 1:03:19Speaker 1: get himself to his bestie Patrick's door. The police arrived,
- 1:03:25Speaker 1: finding Linde bleeding out. Somni had several gunshot wounds and
- 1:03:30Speaker 1: was taken to the hospital, and thirty one year old
- 1:03:33Speaker 1: Emma Burhanian was declared dead. Curtis ended up being hospitalized
- 1:03:38Speaker 1: for a month and lost his right eye.
- 1:03:40Speaker 3: Yeah, guys, he freaking survived like a freaking badass, all right,
- 1:03:46Speaker 3: eighty years old, step fifty time? Like what even what
- 1:03:52Speaker 3: even look at him? Look at this man, Okay, look
- 1:03:55Speaker 3: at him. Truly a miracle in my book, that he
- 1:04:00Speaker 3: survived that. It's crazy.
- 1:04:02Speaker 2: Yeah, I think it had to be out of sheer will.
- 1:04:05Speaker 2: Like Curtis wasn't going to let this be the way
- 1:04:07Speaker 2: he goes, not with like a Samurai Palpatine. This is
- 1:04:11Speaker 2: not how it ends. So yeah, crazy, but.
- 1:04:15Speaker 1: What He's a real man, not at cosplay Jedi or
- 1:04:20Speaker 1: said sorry right. What's extra crazy is that Linn's friend
- 1:04:27Speaker 1: claims that when entering one of the trailers afterwards, he
- 1:04:30Speaker 1: found surgical equipment and chemicals he believes were intended to
- 1:04:34Speaker 1: dissolve Lynn's body. They also found a cash of samurai's
- 1:04:39Speaker 1: swords and one of the tenants box trunks and said
- 1:04:42Speaker 1: that there was a big pot in it and it
- 1:04:46Speaker 1: appeared like it was set up to put bodies in.
- 1:04:50Speaker 1: You may think maybe they're exaggerating, Yeah, and maybe they are.
- 1:04:57Speaker 1: The reminder almost two years later, Young Blocks, North Carolina,
- 1:05:01Speaker 1: Lanylmorton was weirded out when he found a stretcher in
- 1:05:04Speaker 1: their living room. I did check the spreadsheet, so I
- 1:05:09Speaker 1: know that Gwen personally did not buy a huge pot because.
- 1:05:14Speaker 3: He told us everything that's true Wednesday.
- 1:05:19Speaker 2: I can't even imagine like having the forethought to do this.
- 1:05:23Speaker 2: Like sure they're smart, but they also like did the
- 1:05:27Speaker 2: boat thing like this, So like my thought is like
- 1:05:30Speaker 2: this could not possibly have been the very first time.
- 1:05:33Speaker 2: Like that's a lot of thought.
- 1:05:36Speaker 3: But you know, I mean the fact that Curtis, thanks
- 1:05:39Speaker 3: though his head is trying to be cut off and
- 1:05:41Speaker 3: they were going to dismember him and dispose it. That's
- 1:05:46Speaker 3: his thoughts. I'm not saying that is what's happened. That's
- 1:05:48Speaker 3: what he interpreted was going to happen to him. Is
- 1:05:51Speaker 3: freaking horrifying. Like we do a lot of true crime
- 1:05:57Speaker 3: in this channel, and that's story is one of the
- 1:06:00Speaker 3: darker ones that like and to survive that feeling like
- 1:06:05Speaker 3: that's what you thought that these people were going to
- 1:06:08Speaker 3: do with you? Like what anyway, So Nowsomny and a
- 1:06:16Speaker 3: person named Surrey Dow were both arrested, okay, and they
- 1:06:20Speaker 3: were each charged with several charges. Charge Number one fel
- 1:06:25Speaker 3: any murder for the death of Emma. Some of you
- 1:06:28Speaker 3: may be wondering what does that mean? All right? Why
- 1:06:31Speaker 3: would Surrey Dow and Psomny be charged with the murder
- 1:06:34Speaker 3: of Emma because they were in the act of committing
- 1:06:37Speaker 3: a felony i e. Assault on another person or attempted
- 1:06:42Speaker 3: murder really and somebody died in the process. That is
- 1:06:44Speaker 3: what felony murder is. Whether or not you expected Emma
- 1:06:47Speaker 3: desire or not, that's the law. That's how it works.
- 1:06:52Speaker 3: Second charge felony murder attempted for the attack on Curtis Lynn.
- 1:06:57Speaker 3: That was for him specifically. We also got felony agriv mayhem,
- 1:07:01Speaker 3: which I don't see very often, and I just like
- 1:07:03Speaker 3: the name of the charge, Mayham, but mayhem is a
- 1:07:07Speaker 3: really good Mayhem is a really good way to describe
- 1:07:10Speaker 3: what we just heard about. They also got enhancements on
- 1:07:14Speaker 3: these charges, which is never good, never good. Enhancement number
- 1:07:19Speaker 3: one GBI the victim being seventy years or older, because
- 1:07:23Speaker 3: in our society, you attacking old people is a problem,
- 1:07:27Speaker 3: a big problem. Okay, another enhancement inflict great bodily injury
- 1:07:33Speaker 3: or use of the firearm, fifty scab wounds, and a
- 1:07:37Speaker 3: samurai sword through this man. Those are the charges they got,
- 1:07:42Speaker 3: you guys, both of them. And we will get into
- 1:07:44Speaker 3: more of their legal woes here in a second. Because
- 1:07:46Speaker 3: guess what, you guys, Guess what. Surrey dw wasn't the
- 1:07:52Speaker 3: only person that was taken down to the police station
- 1:07:56Speaker 3: for questioning.
- 1:08:00Speaker 2: Are we gonna need some more cheese for this wine
- 1:08:03Speaker 2: we're about to get?
- 1:08:05Speaker 3: Guess what? Surprise? This is alive? Everybody? Can you believe?
- 1:08:11Speaker 2: Oh my? What good? I mean? Awe? I mean this
- 1:08:17Speaker 2: is complicated. I'm in a glass case of emotion located
- 1:08:20Speaker 2: at the base of Broke Bitch Mountain.
- 1:08:22Speaker 3: Uh so, you guys, that's right. She dramatically faked her
- 1:08:28Speaker 3: own death just months briar, because of course she did.
- 1:08:32Speaker 3: She's amazing. It appears she had been living on Lynn's
- 1:08:36Speaker 3: property still and was at the scene of the attack.
- 1:08:41Speaker 3: At some point she was handcuffed at gunpoint. Okay. She
- 1:08:46Speaker 3: was taken to the Vallejo Police station for questioning, where
- 1:08:49Speaker 3: a homicide investigator said, Mary get fired up again, said
- 1:08:55Speaker 3: she faked a medical emergency and was taken by Annual
- 1:09:00Speaker 3: It's to a hospital. Then she fucked off and went
- 1:09:05Speaker 3: into hiding. No charges were filed against her. Now, I
- 1:09:08Speaker 3: don't think she has anything to do, uh physically with
- 1:09:13Speaker 3: what happened to curtis lying, but here she is.
- 1:09:19Speaker 1: Now. I don't know if anyone remembers the rat fleet
- 1:09:22Speaker 1: episode when the first thing she did when learning the
- 1:09:25Speaker 1: sail was research about dying of hypothermia after falling in
- 1:09:29Speaker 1: the water. That was foreshadowing.
- 1:09:35Speaker 3: Bless it.
- 1:09:35Speaker 2: I no one was watching her.
- 1:09:40Speaker 3: Get did you not learn anything from Gwen? There are
- 1:09:43Speaker 3: only two things you needed to know about boats, and
- 1:09:45Speaker 3: that was not one of them.
- 1:09:48Speaker 2: Correct. I also didn't learn anything about boats in that statement.
- 1:09:54Speaker 3: I's true. Okay.
- 1:09:56Speaker 1: So now.
- 1:09:58Speaker 3: Their civil attorney, Freedman wrote in his motion to withdrawal,
- 1:10:02Speaker 3: and it's important and then I make this clear to
- 1:10:04Speaker 3: everyett that it's listening. Okay, this lawyer cannot lie in
- 1:10:10Speaker 3: these motions about any conversations he's had with people or
- 1:10:14Speaker 3: anything like that, he will get disbarred. Okay, A lawyer
- 1:10:18Speaker 3: is not going to fuck around making excuses like this
- 1:10:20Speaker 3: for their client. Just wants you to all keep that
- 1:10:22Speaker 3: in mind, all right, So now their silvil attorney. Friedman
- 1:10:25Speaker 3: wrote in his motion to withdrawal that two days after
- 1:10:28Speaker 3: the attack on Lend, he receives an email from Deputy
- 1:10:32Speaker 3: District Attorney Susan Bean of the Sonoma County District's Attorney's
- 1:10:36Speaker 3: office that said, quote, I just wanted to reach out
- 1:10:39Speaker 3: and let you know that Jack Blisoda was contacted by
- 1:10:42Speaker 3: the police in Vallejo this weekend. Les Soda was on
- 1:10:46Speaker 3: the scene live and well, mm yea boiled again, says
- 1:11:00Speaker 3: you know, so like I need to know more about
- 1:11:03Speaker 3: this whole fake deat scene. I mean, we knew, we
- 1:11:07Speaker 3: know that Emma knew it was all bullshit, right because
- 1:11:11Speaker 3: she was still living with Ziz at the time of
- 1:11:14Speaker 3: the Lynn thing, so she had to know that Ziz
- 1:11:16Speaker 3: made it all up. But like, did Zizz's family know?
- 1:11:21Speaker 1: You know?
- 1:11:21Speaker 3: Is the next question? Personally. Personally, I think Zizz set
- 1:11:26Speaker 3: her own sister up to make this more convincing because
- 1:11:31Speaker 3: like the lawyer talked to her mom and they put
- 1:11:34Speaker 3: out an obentuary. I really, I really don't think that
- 1:11:38Speaker 3: they're involved. And if whatever happened here is really fucked up,
- 1:11:45Speaker 3: no matter which way you think about it, Okay, either
- 1:11:47Speaker 3: they know and participated and that's fucked up, or they
- 1:11:49Speaker 3: didn't know, and Zis did all of this to them,
- 1:11:52Speaker 3: making his family, her family believe that she was dead,
- 1:11:55Speaker 3: and how fucked up that is to do your family,
- 1:11:58Speaker 3: which I'm going to go with the second one because
- 1:12:00Speaker 3: that's more on brand for Ziz, and you know, to
- 1:12:04Speaker 3: do that to your own family. You've wasted all these
- 1:12:06Speaker 3: resources from the freaking Coast Guard. Oh this pisses me
- 1:12:12Speaker 3: off so much. She pisses me off so much. I
- 1:12:16Speaker 3: do not like her. She's so disgusting.
- 1:12:20Speaker 1: Well sorry, once again, maybe hold onto your butts, because
- 1:12:25Speaker 1: this wasn't the only ghost the police saw that morning.
- 1:12:29Speaker 1: They spotted Gwen there as well.
- 1:12:32Speaker 3: Our dream dragon queen has emerged from the flames.
- 1:12:37Speaker 2: No no, no, no, no, no no no no nope.
- 1:12:41Speaker 2: Only Lama is our dragon queen. There is no other
- 1:12:44Speaker 2: dragon queen that is that.
- 1:12:46Speaker 3: I'll take it. That's true. That's also true, so it's
- 1:12:51Speaker 3: more factual than half the ship they than's being so.
- 1:12:54Speaker 2: Wow.
- 1:12:57Speaker 1: Gwen was also not churched with anything from the end,
- 1:13:00Speaker 1: and our favorite dragon flew away and also went into hiding.
- 1:13:07Speaker 1: Why these two decided to fake their own deaths we
- 1:13:09Speaker 1: don't know yet. I'm sure the mounting legal problems stemming
- 1:13:13Speaker 1: from the abandonment of the Caleb, the protests, civil suit,
- 1:13:17Speaker 1: and eviction probably contributed to it.
- 1:13:21Speaker 2: You know, too often, too often to these folks want
- 1:13:25Speaker 2: to live without issues or care, and they think they're
- 1:13:28Speaker 2: too good for the world. But then when the world
- 1:13:30Speaker 2: looks back at them and slaps them with actual repercussions,
- 1:13:34Speaker 2: they can't handle it and they just fuck off.
- 1:13:38Speaker 3: Yeah, pretty much.
- 1:13:41Speaker 1: Well. What's interesting, though, is that this is where Gwen's
- 1:13:45Speaker 1: part of the story ends. As a matter of fact,
- 1:13:48Speaker 1: it wasn't until recently the world actually found out that
- 1:13:52Speaker 1: she was alive. Her father, Brett Danielson, has given some
- 1:13:56Speaker 1: interviews recently, and according to him, at some point when
- 1:14:00Speaker 1: and put herself in a self imposed exile, he said
- 1:14:04Speaker 1: that she has been living off the grid, working construction
- 1:14:07Speaker 1: jobs under a fake name, apparently afraid that the members
- 1:14:10Speaker 1: of the group might hunt her down. HM that said
- 1:14:15Speaker 1: email us Gwen.
- 1:14:17Speaker 3: Yes girl, yes girl, reach out to me, Aunt Tarattcwtmedia
- 1:14:23Speaker 3: dot Com, Like we all want to talk to you
- 1:14:27Speaker 3: very much, very much.
- 1:14:29Speaker 2: It's on the screen.
- 1:14:31Speaker 3: It is look at that. It's calling for you, for you, Gwen,
- 1:14:36Speaker 3: you know, And I just I want to go back
- 1:14:37Speaker 3: to j D Pressman from earlier being worried about this
- 1:14:40Speaker 3: murdering him and does he sound as paranoid now, like
- 1:14:46Speaker 3: like he's making all this up? I mean, you have Gwynn,
- 1:14:49Speaker 3: this is bestie being like, I'm worried these mofos are
- 1:14:53Speaker 3: gonna come kill me, which they do they can, like allegedly.
- 1:15:01Speaker 2: Sam Sam said, they think they can go off the grid,
- 1:15:04Speaker 2: but then they come back to the grid, wondering why
- 1:15:06Speaker 2: is everyone obsessed with me?
- 1:15:09Speaker 1: Perfect?
- 1:15:10Speaker 3: Perfect Sam? Perfect?
- 1:15:14Speaker 1: You know?
- 1:15:14Speaker 3: And I you know obviously Gwen. I don't know the
- 1:15:16Speaker 3: details surrounding her fake death, but you know what she
- 1:15:19Speaker 3: didn't do. Her family didn't make an obituary, all right,
- 1:15:23Speaker 3: They didn't call up the Coastguard looking for and race
- 1:15:25Speaker 3: wasting a bunch of shit, Like do I think it's
- 1:15:28Speaker 3: cool that Gwen may possibly face her own death? No?
- 1:15:31Speaker 3: All right, but she wasn't a fucking asshole like Ziz
- 1:15:34Speaker 3: was about it, Okay.
- 1:15:37Speaker 1: I mean when it when I don't know, I don't
- 1:15:39Speaker 1: know her life. Like I've looked into a lot of
- 1:15:42Speaker 1: these people, and like I try to give everybody a
- 1:15:47Speaker 1: fair playing field and start out with like trying to
- 1:15:50Speaker 1: sympathize and see them as victims potentially, and like Gwen
- 1:15:55Speaker 1: is the most. I mean, I know there's the mind
- 1:15:58Speaker 1: control experiments and all that, but like Gwenn doesn't say
- 1:16:02Speaker 1: anything that makes me be like, you're an asshole. A
- 1:16:05Speaker 1: lot of these people you dig deep enough or something,
- 1:16:08Speaker 1: there's something to find, uh. If your options are faking
- 1:16:13Speaker 1: your own death or being stabbed through the chest with
- 1:16:17Speaker 1: the samurai sword, I think I know what I would pick. Yeah,
- 1:16:21Speaker 1: I mean just to say, Gwen, we'd love to talk
- 1:16:25Speaker 1: to you. We won't tell you. You don't know these people.
- 1:16:30Speaker 3: As Capin says, she's the only person I know that
- 1:16:34Speaker 3: hasn't written or said things. I mean, don't get me wrong.
- 1:16:37Speaker 3: So of our ideas are a little out there and whatnot,
- 1:16:39Speaker 3: but we all have out their ideas. I'm willing to
- 1:16:41Speaker 3: listen to them and not paulas is on you is
- 1:16:43Speaker 3: all I'm saying, okay, we can talk because super intelligent dogs.
- 1:16:48Speaker 3: I want to hear about it.
- 1:16:50Speaker 1: I definitely want to hear about the super intelligent.
- 1:16:52Speaker 2: And this is not an actual, it's not a cult coming. Yeah, yes,
- 1:17:09Speaker 2: I got better. I'm better now. So let's go back
- 1:17:14Speaker 2: to Somny. Soomney was recovered from the shooting and is
- 1:17:20Speaker 2: currently can we go back to the dragon? Please? Incarcerated?
- 1:17:26Speaker 2: That made it better? Made it better? Thank you? Uh,
- 1:17:29Speaker 2: currently incarcerated in the Solano County jail awaiting trial that
- 1:17:33Speaker 2: is supposed to start this month. Didn't know she's not
- 1:17:36Speaker 2: representing herself this time. If we've learned anything about Somny
- 1:17:39Speaker 2: when she's in trouble with the law, it's that she's
- 1:17:43Speaker 2: very uncooperative. As if all the protest charges and murder
- 1:17:49Speaker 2: charges weren't enough, she also has managed to gain two
- 1:17:55Speaker 2: additional felony charges in her time there, and guess what
- 1:17:58Speaker 2: for well, trying to escape from custody not once, but twice.
- 1:18:06Speaker 2: She's obviously she's got a punch card apparently, so in
- 1:18:11Speaker 2: one attempt, she was at a hospital accompanied by a deputy.
- 1:18:15Speaker 2: When she feigned falling asleep, the deputy went to use
- 1:18:18Speaker 2: the breastroom, and Soomny made a run for the door,
- 1:18:21Speaker 2: but was quickly apprehended. The other time, she was being
- 1:18:25Speaker 2: transported to a court hearing, and she requested a wheelchair.
- 1:18:29Speaker 2: She then attempted to flee, but was apprehended at a fence.
- 1:18:37Speaker 1: Uh the famously effective look over there technique. It would
- 1:18:41Speaker 1: have worked if fences didn't exist.
- 1:18:46Speaker 3: Iish those damn pesky fences, you know, No, I think
- 1:18:52Speaker 3: this is more evidence of the whole Zizians don't believe
- 1:18:56Speaker 3: in surrender that Pressman was talking about. Hashtag Pressman was right.
- 1:19:03Speaker 3: I said that, but I mean.
- 1:19:08Speaker 2: You know, so, just like previously. Yeah, oh, on both
- 1:19:14Speaker 2: feet if they wore them, just like previously. Court proceedings
- 1:19:20Speaker 2: have been routinely disrupted by her, including her chanting quote
- 1:19:24Speaker 2: this is a show trial to coordinate the genocide of
- 1:19:28Speaker 2: transgender people. During the hearings, she even wrote a complaint
- 1:19:33Speaker 2: to the judge about how the prosecutors had called her
- 1:19:37Speaker 2: political and religious beliefs quote delusions. Quote. It is my
- 1:19:42Speaker 2: belief that people re is it my belief that people reincarnate, incarnate.
- 1:19:47Speaker 2: It is my belief that financially supported supporting death camps
- 1:19:51Speaker 2: and consuming the corpses of their victims is wrong and
- 1:19:54Speaker 2: those who do so are monsters. When which of my
- 1:19:59Speaker 2: political and religion just beliefs is she claiming is a delusion?
- 1:20:03Speaker 2: And why everything I believe I chose choose to believe
- 1:20:08Speaker 2: because it is good that it is true. Y'all listen, Sorry,
- 1:20:13Speaker 2: I had to get a yall in there for Terry
- 1:20:15Speaker 2: uh y'all. The government couldn't walk into bubblegum. At the
- 1:20:19Speaker 2: same time, there's no way they could pull this together
- 1:20:23Speaker 2: if they tried, so.
- 1:20:27Speaker 1: It took a lot of self control for me to
- 1:20:29Speaker 1: not put a like, ma'am, this is a Wendy's true
- 1:20:35Speaker 1: for saw me because like this is your murder trial
- 1:20:39Speaker 1: and you are just spouted like yes that you have
- 1:20:42Speaker 1: like yeah, trans right, I believe in trans writes, but like,
- 1:20:46Speaker 1: is now the time for this?
- 1:20:49Speaker 3: No, girl, it's not. Now is not the time. And
- 1:20:53Speaker 3: you know it's not even that. I don't even think
- 1:20:56Speaker 3: that the prosecution is saying those beliefs are what she's
- 1:20:58Speaker 3: delusional about. What you're delusional about is how your case
- 1:21:02Speaker 3: is supposed to be laying out like they're oh, some girl,
- 1:21:10Speaker 3: you allegedly ran a samurai sword through a person allegedly,
- 1:21:21Speaker 3: Captain is learning how buttons work. But you allegedly ran
- 1:21:25Speaker 3: a Samurai sword through the torso of a human being. Okay,
- 1:21:32Speaker 3: let's maybe concentrate on that first, because you're looking at
- 1:21:35Speaker 3: life here. Actually you could be looking at the death penalty.
- 1:21:39Speaker 3: California still has the death penalty. They still sentence people
- 1:21:42Speaker 3: the death penalty, even though it's an I'm sorry, what
- 1:21:46Speaker 3: is that called a moratorium? No? No, I think that
- 1:21:51Speaker 3: is right, the right word either way. Either way, girl,
- 1:21:55Speaker 3: get it together, Okay, just like with the protest, she's
- 1:21:59Speaker 3: just ranted nonsense. Anyway. So one of the biggest questions
- 1:22:04Speaker 3: since the attack of churnis Lynde has been who is
- 1:22:08Speaker 3: Surrey Dao? You guys, this plaguing me for like four weeks. Okay,
- 1:22:14Speaker 3: I could not find shit on this person. No one could, right,
- 1:22:19Speaker 3: nobody could for like a whole month until recently. And
- 1:22:23Speaker 3: I want to say that this came from the San
- 1:22:26Speaker 3: Francisco Chronicle. I think that's who did the piece, or
- 1:22:30Speaker 3: the San Francisco Fish or Valley Open Vallet HPE. Either way,
- 1:22:34Speaker 3: those are my three sources. They're amazing at all of
- 1:22:36Speaker 3: the journalism. All the credit goes to them they wrote up. Yeah,
- 1:22:40Speaker 3: call us because I would love to have one of
- 1:22:42Speaker 3: those journalists on the show that have been literally covering
- 1:22:45Speaker 3: them since the days of the rap fleet and the protest,
- 1:22:49Speaker 3: like their local news. They're not strangers too anyway. So
- 1:22:55Speaker 3: Dell's identity has been a constant subject of lego debating court. Okay,
- 1:23:00Speaker 3: So prosecutors say that the police bodycam footage showed that
- 1:23:05Speaker 3: dal made up the name on the spot as they
- 1:23:09Speaker 3: sat next to this in a police car, as well
- 1:23:13Speaker 3: as making up a different birthday. Prosecutors are saying that
- 1:23:17Speaker 3: Surrey dow is actually Tessa Burns. So who is Tessa Burns?
- 1:23:25Speaker 2: A fake a fake name? Was was that on Gwen's
- 1:23:30Speaker 2: list of needs or was it right under the emergency
- 1:23:33Speaker 2: equipment Hmmm?
- 1:23:35Speaker 3: I don't know if it was even on the all
- 1:23:37Speaker 3: because it would not be good advice when dealing with
- 1:23:41Speaker 3: the law. Okay, you don't have to actually tell them
- 1:23:45Speaker 3: who you are, but to give them a fake name
- 1:23:47Speaker 3: only put two in more trouble. Anyway. So it turns out, okay,
- 1:23:52Speaker 3: Tessa Burns, and I'm calling them that for the sake
- 1:23:55Speaker 3: of this far the story, Okay, because we don't know
- 1:23:58Speaker 3: all the facts. It's in a legal conundrum right now. Okay.
- 1:24:03Speaker 3: So Tessa Burns was adopted from China and was raised
- 1:24:07Speaker 3: in Denver, Colorado. Burns graduated from the Denver School of
- 1:24:12Speaker 3: Arts in twenty nineteen. So another young person in this
- 1:24:16Speaker 3: group here. So during their time, they were recognized for
- 1:24:20Speaker 3: their academic excellence, including placing third in the Colorado State
- 1:24:26Speaker 3: Spelling Bee in twenty fourteen, which is a big deal.
- 1:24:28Speaker 3: I don't know how many of y'all are nerds, but
- 1:24:30Speaker 3: that's like a pretty big deal. They identified as vegetarian,
- 1:24:34Speaker 3: which means this would obviously be open to a conversation
- 1:24:37Speaker 3: with them, because that's Cristiera number one in order.
- 1:24:40Speaker 2: To even talk with her, and or a blueberry or.
- 1:24:43Speaker 3: A blueberry right, never mind, it's gonna see you think
- 1:24:47Speaker 3: you could train, says by, like with blueberries, Yes, saint
- 1:24:51Speaker 3: hard to be more of a normal like.
- 1:24:56Speaker 2: Batter or a water spray, one of.
- 1:24:57Speaker 3: The two, right anyway. They identified as vegetarian and by gender,
- 1:25:03Speaker 3: study creative writing and wrote fantasy genera genre fiction. Burns
- 1:25:07Speaker 3: was awarded a National Merit Scholarship and planned to study
- 1:25:10Speaker 3: computer science in math at Arizona State University on a
- 1:25:15Speaker 3: full scholarship and other smarty pants. Everybody in the story
- 1:25:18Speaker 3: is frick and smarty pants. Burns had an interest in
- 1:25:21Speaker 3: making a positive impact in the world and considered themselves
- 1:25:24Speaker 3: to be an effective altruist. We've heard this, We've substituted
- 1:25:28Speaker 3: it as an EA effective altruist, not EA games. Anyway, however,
- 1:25:35Speaker 3: this all took However, this all took a concerning turn
- 1:25:43Speaker 3: when Burns became associated with physizians.
- 1:25:48Speaker 2: I mean, this is exactly who is going to look
- 1:25:50Speaker 2: for exactly like to like e A, it's in the
- 1:25:54Speaker 2: game who should look for?
- 1:25:58Speaker 3: Yeah know, so at first, what's wild? Right? You can
- 1:26:03Speaker 3: like find their blog and everything. Right, So, at first
- 1:26:06Speaker 3: it seems like Burns rejected many of Zizzu's ideas, with
- 1:26:11Speaker 3: them saying quote this hemisphere theory sounds false to me
- 1:26:16Speaker 3: en quote. They also called zizzus theory quote pseudo scientific
- 1:26:21Speaker 3: end quote. But for some reason, but for some reason,
- 1:26:28Speaker 3: they expressed interest in trying out the unit hemispheric.
- 1:26:34Speaker 2: Wait, sorry, that's system can only collapse you into something
- 1:26:40Speaker 2: that is less than you because she doesn't actually understand
- 1:26:44Speaker 2: people who are like you.
- 1:26:46Speaker 3: So that's true, and then you just fall for it.
- 1:26:52Speaker 1: But I'm gonna try the mind control things.
- 1:26:56Speaker 3: I mean, are we over our overlooking something here? I
- 1:27:01Speaker 3: feely we might be so. On May verse twenty twenty,
- 1:27:05Speaker 3: they wrote in their own blog, because remember every single
- 1:27:09Speaker 3: person has a blog or a tumbler, whatever you want
- 1:27:12Speaker 3: to call it, to where they said, quote, I'm interested
- 1:27:19Speaker 3: in what will happen if I tried the sleep experiment
- 1:27:22Speaker 3: on myself without Gwen Orsiss's involvement end quote. They even
- 1:27:28Speaker 3: solicited participants for quote an our long psychology experiment involving
- 1:27:35Speaker 3: mild discomfort and potentially intimate disclosures end quote. I have
- 1:27:42Speaker 3: they had tables between them. Burns blog went silent in
- 1:27:46Speaker 3: May twenty twenty one.
- 1:27:50Speaker 2: They were so close, We're so close to being on
- 1:27:53Speaker 2: the right path.
- 1:27:56Speaker 1: Oh it drives me insane because they're they're saying the
- 1:28:02Speaker 1: right things, and then they still say we're gonna try
- 1:28:05Speaker 1: the mind control Who's.
- 1:28:06Speaker 3: Down, like, I mean back hole her friend I think
- 1:28:11Speaker 3: it was Jessica, you know said that that Ophelia like
- 1:28:17Speaker 3: was being like, well some of this is bullshit, I'm
- 1:28:19Speaker 3: not really into it. And then what happened, Like I don't.
- 1:28:23Speaker 2: Did the sorry, did the IRB sponsor this? Because questioning.
- 1:28:31Speaker 3: Anyway. So around the spring of twenty twenty two, a
- 1:28:36Speaker 3: high school friend of Burns, Galen Metzinger, tried texting Burns,
- 1:28:42Speaker 3: but the number was disconnected spring of twenty twenty two
- 1:28:46Speaker 3: and we just talked about the only highlight from that
- 1:28:48Speaker 3: is Gwen's possible death at the time. Anyway, So he
- 1:28:53Speaker 3: then tried online searching in discord servers looking for them,
- 1:28:58Speaker 3: and that's when he heard that his friend and joined
- 1:29:02Speaker 3: a cult. Messinger said he tried to bring attention to
- 1:29:06Speaker 3: a group by reaching out to journalists and the FBI,
- 1:29:12Speaker 3: but he eventually gave up. Quote, it has taken that
- 1:29:16Speaker 3: long for anybody institutionally to care. I'm happy that it's
- 1:29:21Speaker 3: happening now, but it's too late. The damage is done.
- 1:29:26Speaker 3: There are bodies.
- 1:29:29Speaker 2: M That's that's an awfully crappy way to learn about
- 1:29:35Speaker 2: a friend joining like they might as well have just
- 1:29:37Speaker 2: been told about it through aim like a like they
- 1:29:41Speaker 2: might might as well have just like added a couple
- 1:29:43Speaker 2: of emojis changed their font to like italics incursive and
- 1:29:47Speaker 2: pink and like just I don't know, I'm.
- 1:29:53Speaker 3: Look you guys. Another person another is noo maics two
- 1:29:57Speaker 3: in this story alone too trying to warn the public
- 1:30:01Speaker 3: and the authorities about these people. So he also went
- 1:30:08Speaker 3: on to say in this article quote she could have
- 1:30:10Speaker 3: done great things. That's the worst part about this goddamn cult.
- 1:30:15Speaker 3: It targets the best and brightest of us. Hard agree, Galen,
- 1:30:22Speaker 3: Hard agree very much.
- 1:30:28Speaker 1: It's kind of ironic, sad because apparently Galen is like
- 1:30:34Speaker 1: a wonder can in predicting election outcomes.
- 1:30:39Speaker 2: Now, but is that related to other can.
- 1:30:44Speaker 1: Possibly knowing this crowd. I don't know. But he's as
- 1:30:50Speaker 1: a like twenty year old. There's multiple interviews with him
- 1:30:54Speaker 1: about his thoughts on elections, so it's just funny. I mean,
- 1:30:59Speaker 1: it's sad, but he has all his foresight.
- 1:31:01Speaker 2: Me, I don't feel like it takes effective ultruistic know
- 1:31:07Speaker 2: what's going on. But alight.
- 1:31:13Speaker 1: But okay, So now while Dow or burns, I'm going
- 1:31:18Speaker 1: to call them down to simplify things. Dow's in jail
- 1:31:23Speaker 1: and a phone call was recorded between them and Ziz,
- 1:31:27Speaker 1: who allegedly convinced them to try to escape, which they did,
- 1:31:31Speaker 1: but they didn't get far. I don't know. There might
- 1:31:36Speaker 1: have been some fences. Since they have been locked up.
- 1:31:41Speaker 1: It does seem like their mental health has deteriorated so
- 1:31:46Speaker 1: much so that at one point the judge suspended the
- 1:31:49Speaker 1: proceedings while doctors determined whether they were able to participate
- 1:31:54Speaker 1: in their own defense.
- 1:31:58Speaker 3: That is fucked.
- 1:32:02Speaker 2: We know, prison slash jail isn't exactly the ideal location
- 1:32:07Speaker 2: for human beings, most assured, the human beings who are
- 1:32:11Speaker 2: still working on themselves. So I don't everybody's eye all right.
- 1:32:25Speaker 1: Annoying right now?
- 1:32:27Speaker 3: No, it's just so let's continue on because the next
- 1:32:33Speaker 3: part is wild, wild to me.
- 1:32:37Speaker 1: Apparently at times, jail officials have had to resort to
- 1:32:40Speaker 1: force feeding. Now, while a nurse sat outside their cell
- 1:32:44Speaker 1: twenty four hours a day on suicide watch, attorneys reported
- 1:32:49Speaker 1: they were self harming, which included biting their wrists and
- 1:32:54Speaker 1: suffering from delusional thoughts that led them to stick objects
- 1:32:58Speaker 1: in their eyes.
- 1:33:01Speaker 3: Here, guys, one, I don't know if you know how
- 1:33:04Speaker 3: force fading someone, how awful of an experience that is
- 1:33:08Speaker 3: for the people not only experiencing it, but to do it,
- 1:33:11Speaker 3: all right, it's very disturbing to do and to bite
- 1:33:16Speaker 3: at your own wrist and put things in your eyes
- 1:33:19Speaker 3: like we are dealing. That is, there's some serious, serious
- 1:33:24Speaker 3: stuff here from them.
- 1:33:29Speaker 2: Scary. Covered a lot of Yeah, I think one of
- 1:33:32Speaker 2: the most impactful things in terms of in prison in
- 1:33:35Speaker 2: people's experiences we've covered is Richard Allen. And this is
- 1:33:40Speaker 2: very very reminiscent. I mean, even having somebody outside and
- 1:33:45Speaker 2: all that, I mean, the impact that that it will have,
- 1:33:48Speaker 2: you know, no matter who the person is, whether the
- 1:33:50Speaker 2: guilty and is whatever is horrible. And so I can
- 1:33:54Speaker 2: only imagine somebody who's so young, you know, having to
- 1:33:58Speaker 2: deal with this.
- 1:33:59Speaker 3: Yeah, I mean that's really fucked up and good job,
- 1:34:02Speaker 3: you know. Bringing Richard Allen as an example, we did,
- 1:34:04Speaker 3: haven't seen the tapes yet, they haven't released them of
- 1:34:07Speaker 3: what he was in his time there, but from reports
- 1:34:10Speaker 3: it was very disturbing, disturbing behavior that was pretty bad,
- 1:34:15Speaker 3: pretty bad, but anyway.
- 1:34:18Speaker 1: Anyway, So both Somny and Dow are expected in court
- 1:34:24Speaker 1: this Tuesday, April eighth. We'll see if their trial will
- 1:34:28Speaker 1: be moving forward. There's been a lot of continuances. Yes,
- 1:34:33Speaker 1: now California does not allow cameras in the courtroom, so
- 1:34:37Speaker 1: we will not be able to watch it, but we
- 1:34:39Speaker 1: will be gathering every single last detail we can find,
- 1:34:43Speaker 1: and we'll bring you all the trial tea If and
- 1:34:46Speaker 1: when it happens annoying somny I think it's going to.
- 1:34:50Speaker 3: Happen, right, It annoys me so much that we can't
- 1:34:55Speaker 3: watch this because there's like some videos that I've heard about,
- 1:35:00Speaker 3: like body came and stuff that we watch a lot
- 1:35:03Speaker 3: of trials here, like myself and Cap and some of
- 1:35:06Speaker 3: our audience, Like we're trial watchers, so you learn a
- 1:35:10Speaker 3: lot of things watching trials, right, because not everything you
- 1:35:14Speaker 3: read in the media before a trial is actually what
- 1:35:16Speaker 3: is put in this evidence. Right. We know that there's
- 1:35:19Speaker 3: bodycam footage from the police officers of this event, and
- 1:35:23Speaker 3: I want to see that with my own eyes. To
- 1:35:25Speaker 3: be quite honest with you, I want to hear a
- 1:35:30Speaker 3: lot of the evidence myself. I think that's the only
- 1:35:33Speaker 3: way somebody could can make accurate judgments, right. I mean,
- 1:35:36Speaker 3: you can report it, but like it's better to hear
- 1:35:39Speaker 3: it yourself and come to your own conclusions. But that's
- 1:35:42Speaker 3: not the law in California. So, but oh man, what
- 1:35:46Speaker 3: I would not give to see this courtroom. Oh my goodness.
- 1:35:52Speaker 3: You know, I did read that the lawyers were expecting
- 1:35:55Speaker 3: this trial to take five weeks, which is reasonable for
- 1:35:58Speaker 3: having two defendants, but you know, they were saying that
- 1:36:02Speaker 3: Linn Curtis Lind was their key witness. Okay, that tells
- 1:36:07Speaker 3: me that the prosecution still has way more on them
- 1:36:14Speaker 3: than just Curtis Land. Otherwise the trial would not last
- 1:36:17Speaker 3: five weeks. So I want to know what all is
- 1:36:21Speaker 3: going to be said, and we most assuredly, a most assuredly,
- 1:36:25Speaker 3: we'll be doing an episode, a follow up episode of
- 1:36:27Speaker 3: this once court is sent and on, and we'll be
- 1:36:30Speaker 3: telling you guys everything you need to know about the
- 1:36:34Speaker 3: trial if it goes forward on Tuesday.
- 1:36:36Speaker 2: So yeah, I'm I'm like of the strong beliefs that
- 1:36:42Speaker 2: I really shouldn't have to befriend a Russian the hack
- 1:36:45Speaker 2: in order to see some of the stuff that's him.
- 1:36:47Speaker 2: I'm just kidding, all right. Anyway, So back listen back
- 1:36:50Speaker 2: to Curtis Lind because listen, because of the attack, Lynd's
- 1:36:55Speaker 2: medical expenses exceeded expectations and left him unable to find recover.
- 1:37:00Speaker 2: And I doubt anyone paid off the sixty thousand dollars
- 1:37:03Speaker 2: and passed rent.
- 1:37:05Speaker 3: Oh fuck no they did it. No way any of
- 1:37:08Speaker 3: these assholes would have paid it off.
- 1:37:11Speaker 2: But like also, like Thailand, all's fifteen bucks a pill
- 1:37:15Speaker 2: if given it a hospital and iboprobes around sixty bucks.
- 1:37:18Speaker 2: Like if you're surprised that the exceeded expectations portion of
- 1:37:23Speaker 2: that line come out from the bubble you've been living
- 1:37:26Speaker 2: in in order to avoid medical fees and illness and
- 1:37:29Speaker 2: check prices. These days, it's not gonna get.
- 1:37:32Speaker 1: Better, girl, it's it's getting worse.
- 1:37:39Speaker 2: Yeah, I'll take it. So, Like as if things weren't
- 1:37:44Speaker 2: tough enough for lind In twenty twenty three, a year
- 1:37:49Speaker 2: after his incredibly remarkable recovery from the attack, he was
- 1:37:53Speaker 2: in a severe car accident that correcked multiple ribs and
- 1:37:59Speaker 2: can I I would have been broken from get go,
- 1:38:02Speaker 2: Like this man is Superman, but cracked multiple ribs and
- 1:38:07Speaker 2: it left him with other injuries on top of that. Now,
- 1:38:10Speaker 2: against all odds, he once again defied all expectations and
- 1:38:16Speaker 2: he recovered.
- 1:38:18Speaker 3: You guys, this guy is so resilient. I mean there
- 1:38:20Speaker 3: he is missing his eyes, still smiling, pet in this
- 1:38:24Speaker 3: horse wearing his cool ass hat. You know again, total
- 1:38:28Speaker 3: bad us there, it is total bad us. Oh, by
- 1:38:33Speaker 3: the way, Amos said, right, Amos said, if we could
- 1:38:38Speaker 3: only have a fun to go in person and be there,
- 1:38:40Speaker 3: you guys, I would fucking love that if you guys
- 1:38:44Speaker 3: want to pay me to go to California, that we.
- 1:38:47Speaker 2: Just gotta get a really well placed and like scheduled
- 1:38:50Speaker 2: live show.
- 1:38:52Speaker 3: Now, I do know earlier I mentioned the three local
- 1:38:55Speaker 3: news agencies that have been reporting on them for a
- 1:38:57Speaker 3: long time. They did apply for me to permissions. They
- 1:39:01Speaker 3: did not get them for video. But I do believe
- 1:39:04Speaker 3: they might be live tweeting the whole like the reporters. Yes, yes,
- 1:39:11Speaker 3: for open play ho uh cfist. I don't know how
- 1:39:15Speaker 3: I really say it.
- 1:39:15Speaker 1: It's like Bakerville, yeah, which is probably not how you
- 1:39:19Speaker 1: say that.
- 1:39:20Speaker 3: You just need a box shock, You're right, justruck.
- 1:39:25Speaker 2: Anyway, y'all, I'm gonna rent a box struck. I'm gonna
- 1:39:29Speaker 2: come get you and then come get you and then
- 1:39:31Speaker 2: because it makes sense to go up to Ohio and
- 1:39:33Speaker 2: then down to it. Just that's how it works, so
- 1:39:37Speaker 2: you know, all right. So Lend was the key witness
- 1:39:41Speaker 2: for the prosecution against Somni and Surrey Dow and was
- 1:39:46Speaker 2: prepared to testify. Now, obviously the case was moving slowly
- 1:39:51Speaker 2: due to out bursts and mental evaluations. In on January sixteenth,
- 1:39:56Speaker 2: twenty twenty five, almost three months ago, the prosecutor pleaded
- 1:40:04Speaker 2: with the judge to push the case toward trial due
- 1:40:08Speaker 2: to Lynd's age. He was eighty two now and his
- 1:40:11Speaker 2: memory was fading, which really is sad to me.
- 1:40:17Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, that's super sad. So you guys buckle up, okay.
- 1:40:25Speaker 3: The very next day, January seventeenth, Lynd was approached outside
- 1:40:33Speaker 3: of his home in broad daylight by a man dressed
- 1:40:40Speaker 3: in all black. Witnesses said that the man stabbed Lind
- 1:40:45Speaker 3: multiple times in the chest and ran off, only to
- 1:40:50Speaker 3: return and slit his throat. The owner of an auto
- 1:40:58Speaker 3: body shop in the neighborhood described the attack quote the man,
- 1:41:04Speaker 3: mister Curtis, got out of his car and the attacker
- 1:41:08Speaker 3: put his arm around him, and the attacker began stabbing him.
- 1:41:12Speaker 3: Some of the guys came and tried to help, but
- 1:41:15Speaker 3: the attacker came back and continued to stab him, and
- 1:41:18Speaker 3: then he cut his throat. It was very ugly for
- 1:41:22Speaker 3: all of us that work in this area what happened
- 1:41:24Speaker 3: to this man, because he was a good neighbor. That
- 1:41:30Speaker 3: is a crime scene photo, you guys.
- 1:41:31Speaker 1: So that is the crime scene, and it's I mean,
- 1:41:36Speaker 1: obviously it's very sad that this happened. You can see
- 1:41:40Speaker 1: his hat that we've been loving on this whole episode
- 1:41:44Speaker 1: on the street there and.
- 1:41:45Speaker 3: All those blood stains on the because I think that's
- 1:41:48Speaker 3: his car probably right there, that rav or what because
- 1:41:52Speaker 3: it looks like blood outside of his door. Unfortunately, Oh oh,
- 1:42:00Speaker 3: he was so angry. Mmmm. So okay. So the man
- 1:42:09Speaker 3: ended up escaping from the crime scene, and sadly this
- 1:42:12Speaker 3: time karls Lin succumb to his injuries and died. Oh
- 1:42:18Speaker 3: spreaks my heart so much. You know, all this violence
- 1:42:23Speaker 3: that was done to this poor man, It's just it's disgusting.
- 1:42:30Speaker 3: It's so disgusting. And there is a ramp that I
- 1:42:34Speaker 3: was going to go into tonight based off some of
- 1:42:40Speaker 3: the comments I've seen made during the research of this case,
- 1:42:43Speaker 3: but I'm just gonna save it for our future trial episode.
- 1:42:49Speaker 3: If you all like my ranson, I will let you
- 1:42:52Speaker 3: know that this is the biggest one I have, and
- 1:42:56Speaker 3: I kind of give you a preview and my closing thoughts,
- 1:43:01Speaker 3: so we'll say that for there. But ma'n, what a
- 1:43:09Speaker 3: frickin' I was dating.
- 1:43:15Speaker 1: I mean, it's this is a man who, against his
- 1:43:20Speaker 1: own better judgment, tried to help this group of people,
- 1:43:24Speaker 1: and this is how he was repaid and it's disgusting,
- 1:43:31Speaker 1: But as far as his murder went, because the people
- 1:43:37Speaker 1: we know are all accounted for other than the people
- 1:43:41Speaker 1: who have disappeared. So one week later, on January twenty fourth,
- 1:43:48Speaker 1: twenty twenty five, Vallejo police officers arrested Maximilian Bentley Snyder
- 1:43:56Speaker 1: and he read in California for the murder of Curtis
- 1:43:59Speaker 1: Lynde Bow. In the criminal complaint filed against Snyder, it
- 1:44:06Speaker 1: said that the defendant intentionally killed for the purpose of
- 1:44:11Speaker 1: preventing his lens testimony and a criminal proceeding, or the
- 1:44:16Speaker 1: victim was a witness to a crime, and the defendant
- 1:44:19Speaker 1: intentionally killed him in retaliation for his testimony and a
- 1:44:23Speaker 1: criminal proceeding, and did so by means of lying in wait.
- 1:44:30Speaker 2: Coward, loser, riff, braff street, ratt. I guess I can
- 1:44:36Speaker 2: buy that he's all of it.
- 1:44:38Speaker 3: Every single thing fires me out, stupid fucking face.
- 1:44:43Speaker 1: So an episode allegedly an episode one. I mean, we
- 1:44:50Speaker 1: have witnesses, but legedly in episode one of our coverage
- 1:44:55Speaker 1: on the Zizians, we did reveal a few interesting facts
- 1:44:58Speaker 1: about Snyder. But let's do a quick recap and deeper
- 1:45:02Speaker 1: dive into who Maximilian Bentley Snyder really is.
- 1:45:09Speaker 2: Let's do and say we did.
- 1:45:12Speaker 3: Next a million bit a Snyder.
- 1:45:15Speaker 2: He's just missing the third at the end of it,
- 1:45:18Speaker 2: like fuckface.
- 1:45:21Speaker 1: So. He is currently twenty two years old and is
- 1:45:24Speaker 1: from Kirkland, Washington. Like many of her Zizians that we
- 1:45:30Speaker 1: have already discussed, his father was a skilled computer programmer
- 1:45:34Speaker 1: who worked for Microsoft. He too, attended the prestigious Lakeside
- 1:45:40Speaker 1: Private School, as other Zizian member Milo aka Teresa Youngblood
- 1:45:46Speaker 1: from the Vermont.
- 1:45:47Speaker 3: Border Patrol shooting remember that. Yeah yeah.
- 1:45:51Speaker 1: According to his twenty twenty yearbook, Snyder was voted most
- 1:45:55Speaker 1: likely to already be a spy.
- 1:46:00Speaker 3: Okay, well, clearly he failed at that because the first
- 1:46:03Speaker 3: rule of being a spy is don't get caught.
- 1:46:05Speaker 2: And here we are.
- 1:46:06Speaker 1: So but before we continue, I'd love for everybody do
- 1:46:11Speaker 1: please drop your superlatives in the chat. Mine was most
- 1:46:15Speaker 1: likely to be making a mash right now, not the
- 1:46:19Speaker 1: age me or anyway.
- 1:46:21Speaker 3: I just think side note I didn't write this down,
- 1:46:24Speaker 3: but I think for our next members only, I think
- 1:46:27Speaker 3: Kappain should host the mash session for us.
- 1:46:30Speaker 2: Yes, how fun would that be.
- 1:46:32Speaker 3: Yeah, She's like, I'll dare you volunteer me for something live.
- 1:46:39Speaker 1: I'm gonna have to change it to like bash for
- 1:46:42Speaker 1: box truck or something.
- 1:46:43Speaker 3: Yes, yes, all right, so you guys becoming members right
- 1:46:47Speaker 3: now because April eighteenth, we have members only at nine
- 1:46:50Speaker 3: o'clock and you can come play a masterless anyway. Fun
- 1:46:54Speaker 3: fact about the superlatives, this is a very true story.
- 1:46:59Speaker 3: I got second in most pessimistic.
- 1:47:06Speaker 1: Pessimist.
- 1:47:06Speaker 3: No, I got second. The same girl beat me out
- 1:47:09Speaker 3: in all right, same girl.
- 1:47:11Speaker 2: Beat me out the whole time. She was just like,
- 1:47:13Speaker 2: I'm not gonna win this. There's no way I'm gonna
- 1:47:15Speaker 2: win this.
- 1:47:17Speaker 3: And then I was also voted second most unlikely to
- 1:47:20Speaker 3: attend our high school reunion, which they definitely got right.
- 1:47:24Speaker 3: My ass hasn't been there and I'm not going there,
- 1:47:26Speaker 3: so I think I mean, basically, like most pessimistic was
- 1:47:31Speaker 3: basically being like the biggest bitch in the plays. But
- 1:47:35Speaker 3: you know that's what happens when you go to a
- 1:47:37Speaker 3: small town in rural Ohio and they don't you don't
- 1:47:40Speaker 3: fit in with them and call them out. They're bullshit.
- 1:47:42Speaker 2: So whatever I mean, you're not skippity like the rest
- 1:47:45Speaker 2: of them.
- 1:47:45Speaker 3: No, not quiet.
- 1:47:48Speaker 1: It's pretty exciting, but you're not. I mean, reunions are not.
- 1:47:54Speaker 1: You're not messing anything from my personal experience.
- 1:47:57Speaker 3: I mean I graduated you guys with like one hundred
- 1:47:59Speaker 3: and twenty people in my class. Like we went to
- 1:48:02Speaker 3: school from like elementary school to like high school together, Like.
- 1:48:06Speaker 2: I don't care to really boring.
- 1:48:09Speaker 3: Oh it was because by like third grade, everybody knew
- 1:48:12Speaker 3: everything about like nothing about you could change as a person.
- 1:48:16Speaker 3: So it was so fine.
- 1:48:19Speaker 2: The military braty's like, hell no, I think not where
- 1:48:23Speaker 2: did everything go?
- 1:48:28Speaker 3: I would just like to say, I'm firing Amy right now.
- 1:48:34Speaker 3: I'm just kidding. She's still higher, but we should. I'm
- 1:48:38Speaker 3: gonna get you. Get you girls. I could put you
- 1:48:42Speaker 3: on stage right now.
- 1:48:43Speaker 1: Just most likely to mess me up on So to
- 1:48:51Speaker 1: get back to it. His former classmates have described him
- 1:48:57Speaker 1: as someone who didn't have a lot of friend friends
- 1:49:00Speaker 1: and liked to be controversial in class. One person is
- 1:49:05Speaker 1: quoted saying I tried to be his friend, but he
- 1:49:08Speaker 1: had quite high standards of others around him. He had
- 1:49:12Speaker 1: very strong beliefs about what it was moral and what wasn't,
- 1:49:16Speaker 1: what was good, who was good?
- 1:49:18Speaker 2: Oh?
- 1:49:19Speaker 3: Boy sounds like some people we.
- 1:49:20Speaker 2: Know, right, you know, back to the whole, like most
- 1:49:25Speaker 2: likely to be a spy thing like of course he
- 1:49:27Speaker 2: was given that, but it was like, it's not a superlative,
- 1:49:30Speaker 2: it's like a warning label, like I bet he wore
- 1:49:34Speaker 2: sunglasses inside, referred to his locker as a dead drop,
- 1:49:39Speaker 2: and then tried to waterboard the principal during modern model
- 1:49:41Speaker 2: un mostly because he was in his method acting face
- 1:49:45Speaker 2: of no relation. I was. I was most school spirited
- 1:49:51Speaker 2: to nobody surprised. According to BuzzFeed though, and by that
- 1:49:54Speaker 2: I mean chat GPT, I'd get most likely to casually
- 1:49:59Speaker 2: ruin someone with a well timed roast and a wineglass
- 1:50:02Speaker 2: in hand, because I guess from what they say, I've
- 1:50:05Speaker 2: got receipts, the sass, and the delivery to leave the
- 1:50:09Speaker 2: group chat shook for days. I probably used the hypeman
- 1:50:12Speaker 2: chat GPT, which is not a thing, but it would
- 1:50:14Speaker 2: be great if it was.
- 1:50:15Speaker 3: Look, did you pay off put in there?
- 1:50:21Speaker 2: Who did I pay off? I don't know. Probably the
- 1:50:23Speaker 2: same person paid off to put in the note.
- 1:50:26Speaker 3: Probably right off. I'm just kidding. Can we talk about
- 1:50:33Speaker 3: when that first picture is a little creepy because the
- 1:50:35Speaker 3: girl's face is like gone, oh yeah.
- 1:50:38Speaker 1: Oh no, yeah, yeah, yeah I did.
- 1:50:40Speaker 3: Okay, so did you do that?
- 1:50:42Speaker 1: Full disclosure? No, I blurred I blurred faces because there
- 1:50:46Speaker 1: are actual shoulder and their children and these photos.
- 1:50:49Speaker 3: I appreciate that, but okay.
- 1:50:52Speaker 1: So, not only did Maximilian Bentley Snyder have very strong
- 1:50:58Speaker 1: beliefs about what was moral, he also had strong beliefs
- 1:51:01Speaker 1: about what was coral. Because here he is in the
- 1:51:06Speaker 1: aforementioned pictures, singing a piece he composed with his school
- 1:51:11Speaker 1: choir and playing a wind god in the Seattle Youth Opera.
- 1:51:16Speaker 1: And before that, he wrote and published a book at
- 1:51:19Speaker 1: the age of eleven that's uh, not really important to
- 1:51:24Speaker 1: our plot development, but I found it interesting, and I
- 1:51:27Speaker 1: bet jay T does too, because I think we're both
- 1:51:30Speaker 1: theater nerds.
- 1:51:32Speaker 2: Yeah uh huh so, I mean, honestly.
- 1:51:37Speaker 1: This is where I was trying to give people the
- 1:51:40Speaker 1: grace and see calm ground. But we'll get there.
- 1:51:44Speaker 3: We'll get there.
- 1:51:46Speaker 1: I mean I slited old NaN's throat allegedly. Allegedly.
- 1:51:53Speaker 3: You know, I think that is interesting because like, I
- 1:51:56Speaker 3: didn't accomplish shit at eleven years old. I except for
- 1:52:00Speaker 3: you know, maybe writing a love letter does Zach Canson.
- 1:52:03Speaker 3: She obviously didn't read. But you know he's lost. Really, so.
- 1:52:10Speaker 1: That age gap, the age gap is so real because
- 1:52:13Speaker 1: for me it was punk cusack.
- 1:52:16Speaker 3: Even that much older, like our age difference isn't even
- 1:52:20Speaker 3: like that much. But it does go to show you
- 1:52:22Speaker 3: that it does matter. I think that's pretty.
- 1:52:28Speaker 2: I was a fan, but that's not the same thing.
- 1:52:31Speaker 3: Well, I mean, I thought those were interesting facts that
- 1:52:36Speaker 3: Captin found that I had not seen.
- 1:52:39Speaker 2: Really anyway, for sure, I don't appreciate the fact that
- 1:52:45Speaker 2: he enjoys art is all one word on the back
- 1:52:49Speaker 2: of that. Probably well listen, even eleven year olds need
- 1:52:58Speaker 2: proof readers. Okay, not everybody wins a trophy Max, So yeah,
- 1:53:07Speaker 2: good point. After graduating from Lakeside, Snyder attended the University
- 1:53:11Speaker 2: of Oxford because, of course, to study computer science and philosophy.
- 1:53:18Speaker 3: O faking deal.
- 1:53:20Speaker 1: Okay, it's big the oldest English speaking school.
- 1:53:26Speaker 2: Yeah, it's what it is. It is enough of a
- 1:53:29Speaker 2: big deal to just piss me off. Just yeah, piss
- 1:53:32Speaker 2: me off so much. The last time, yeah, any of
- 1:53:37Speaker 2: his classmates heard from him was in the summer of
- 1:53:40Speaker 2: twenty twenty one. Now, young Blood graduated from Lakeside.
- 1:53:47Speaker 1: You remember you remember, like, yeah.
- 1:53:49Speaker 2: Yeah, from Lakeside in twenty twenty two, and shortly after,
- 1:53:54Speaker 2: they told a friend that they had connected with Snyder
- 1:53:57Speaker 2: after he reached out to them over Instagram. Oh how
- 1:54:02Speaker 2: lovely Instagram install love Okay, anyways, okay, uh, young what
- 1:54:13Speaker 2: wrote quote? He found me on Instagram and we've been talking.
- 1:54:16Speaker 6: It's very nice, all right, was like, really, girl, really,
- 1:54:26Speaker 6: I'm sure it was very nice.
- 1:54:28Speaker 2: You know, it's very nice, like a hot dog and
- 1:54:30Speaker 2: a ball game that you don't that's not how you
- 1:54:33Speaker 2: describe things, all right. Anyways, all right, we know that
- 1:54:39Speaker 2: just to Gwen, reach out to us, please, we know that.
- 1:54:42Speaker 2: Just in a few months before Lindsey murder in November
- 1:54:47Speaker 2: of twenty twenty four, Snyder and young Blood applied for
- 1:54:50Speaker 2: a marriage like Lisons in King County, Washington. Whether they
- 1:54:54Speaker 2: followed through with the marriage, we do not know. No, no, no, right.
- 1:55:00Speaker 2: Snyder's mother lives in Germany and had lost contact with
- 1:55:03Speaker 2: him before Lynn's murder, and she had asked the police
- 1:55:06Speaker 2: to do a welfare check on him at a condo
- 1:55:08Speaker 2: that she owns in the Seattle area, because of course
- 1:55:11Speaker 2: she does. But he was not there, as he had
- 1:55:15Speaker 2: already been arrested in California. Boo, look like walking in
- 1:55:27Speaker 2: like he's the Johnny Depp of criminals.
- 1:55:31Speaker 3: Fucking catch that guy in?
- 1:55:35Speaker 2: Well, I mean, let's be honest, it was nice.
- 1:55:40Speaker 3: Well, how do you guys, Uh, do you guys think
- 1:55:42Speaker 3: that next million Bitley Snyder handled jail like a normal
- 1:55:49Speaker 3: freaking person. Do you guys think that? No, none of
- 1:55:54Speaker 3: us think that, because why would that happen here? So
- 1:55:56Speaker 3: from jail? Okay's ridiculous. Snyder agreed to an interview with
- 1:56:02Speaker 3: the local news s fist. I know it's San Francisco
- 1:56:07Speaker 3: is something. I don't know what it's supposed to mean,
- 1:56:09Speaker 3: but I really think they should have rethought this name
- 1:56:12Speaker 3: for their website, which.
- 1:56:13Speaker 2: Is c S I s T. It sounds like a
- 1:56:18Speaker 2: publication Jody Arius would have absolutely created. Yeah, just fisting anyway,
- 1:56:26Speaker 2: I know what you're saying. No, no, one more time.
- 1:56:30Speaker 3: No, I don't okay, I don't think so Okay, Terry's
- 1:56:33Speaker 3: been fire tomorrow like you're fired.
- 1:56:37Speaker 2: I love how Terry is the one who's gonna I
- 1:56:39Speaker 2: must be just like the loose screw. I mean, I know,
- 1:56:42Speaker 2: but let's be honest.
- 1:56:43Speaker 3: Let's be honest here. You're I would laugh. If you
- 1:56:47Speaker 3: were like, Tara, you're fired, I would laugh.
- 1:56:49Speaker 2: I'd be like, ah, because.
- 1:56:55Speaker 1: I think you're both very nice.
- 1:56:57Speaker 3: Oh, thank you, captain, thank you. She doesn't want one
- 1:57:00Speaker 3: of us to get fired anyway. Okay, So he agrees
- 1:57:04Speaker 3: to an interview with this news agency right where he
- 1:57:07Speaker 3: proceeded to dictate a fifteen hundred word statement slash open
- 1:57:15Speaker 3: letter to our favorite fire Bending dom and Harry Potter
- 1:57:21Speaker 3: fanfic Ryder Elizer You Djowski. You guys all remember him
- 1:57:27Speaker 3: from the previous episode. He's the founder of all this bullshit,
- 1:57:31Speaker 3: including Mary anyway. So unfortunately, though, we don't have time
- 1:57:37Speaker 3: to read this bullshit to you all, but you should
- 1:57:42Speaker 3: know that it is very ridiculous.
- 1:57:45Speaker 2: Don't listen, don't worry. Somebody, probably me, will record it
- 1:57:50Speaker 2: for the members. Oh oh, guys, become a member please,
- 1:57:54Speaker 2: I will. I will get my best wig on for
- 1:57:58Speaker 2: you you.
- 1:58:00Speaker 3: Oh I love that fire Bending circle thing. Okay, sorry
- 1:58:06Speaker 3: you guys right, I did take some pieces from this letter.
- 1:58:10Speaker 3: So he did not want to talk about his alleged crimes.
- 1:58:15Speaker 3: Good for him for probably listening to a lawyer who
- 1:58:18Speaker 3: was like, don't say shit, okay, or he didn't want
- 1:58:24Speaker 3: to talk about his relationship to any of the Zizzian's Okay.
- 1:58:27Speaker 3: As a matter of fact, he starts his letter off
- 1:58:29Speaker 3: with the following quote. First, I am not one of
- 1:58:34Speaker 3: Zizzu's friends, and neither she nor her friends endorse me
- 1:58:39Speaker 3: or my words, so far as I know, I speak
- 1:58:42Speaker 3: only for myself as myself for the sake of everyone.
- 1:58:48Speaker 3: This I swear on my laws. With that out of
- 1:58:53Speaker 3: the way, Eliza, you need to have a crisis of
- 1:58:56Speaker 3: faith about whether animals or people. It is critical to
- 1:58:59Speaker 3: say the world.
- 1:59:02Speaker 2: This, this, this is what he used the opportunity for.
- 1:59:10Speaker 2: Even the two rabbits behind the desk with headsets are like, well, Jim,
- 1:59:14Speaker 2: that was a waste. Let's see what he got playing knicks. Yeah,
- 1:59:17Speaker 2: that was a bold move, Cotton.
- 1:59:18Speaker 3: It's just seriously, why why the whole letter is basically
- 1:59:26Speaker 3: dedicated to Yakowski. Okay, So he goes on. He goes
- 1:59:30Speaker 3: on to tell Yakowski that he Snyder is the best
- 1:59:35Speaker 3: twenty fourteen D and D yes, dungeons and freaking dragons
- 1:59:40Speaker 3: you guys optimizer in the world and very likely came
- 1:59:45Speaker 3: up with over half of the known tech for it.
- 1:59:50Speaker 2: That as a DND player, I think not.
- 1:59:54Speaker 3: Weird flex bro. So he proceeds to vehemently enc ridge
- 2:00:00Speaker 3: Kowski to stop consuming animals and animal products. He even
- 2:00:05Speaker 3: offered part of his trust find quote he gets it
- 2:00:15Speaker 3: to make a bet that he could change yr Kowski's mind.
- 2:00:20Speaker 3: He said that half of it would probably be for
- 2:00:22Speaker 3: legal fees their remain I don't but the remaining hundred
- 2:00:28Speaker 3: k could go to Yudkowski.
- 2:00:31Speaker 2: Wait, bro, whoa whoa hold on? Half of it's gonna
- 2:00:37Speaker 2: go to legal fees the other had so his his
- 2:00:39Speaker 2: trust is two hundred grand. Yes, I fucking hate these people.
- 2:00:45Speaker 3: Oh I hate much?
- 2:00:46Speaker 2: Are they? Is this real?
- 2:00:50Speaker 1: Yes?
- 2:00:50Speaker 3: It's real, real live So okay for a second, okay, One,
- 2:00:56Speaker 3: you are on trial for first degree murder. Okay, so
- 2:01:00Speaker 3: maybe you should be focusing on that right now instead
- 2:01:03Speaker 3: of fucking talking Toykowski who doesn't give a shit. And
- 2:01:08Speaker 3: two spoiler alert, Uh, your legal fees are going to
- 2:01:13Speaker 3: be a fuck ton more than one hundred thousand dollars
- 2:01:17Speaker 3: for first degree murder charges. So I don't want to
- 2:01:21Speaker 3: tell you all.
- 2:01:22Speaker 2: These Okay, it's definitely going to be on to just
- 2:01:25Speaker 2: like you know, you're he's going to be given a
- 2:01:29Speaker 2: lawyer because the lawyer is gonna end up.
- 2:01:31Speaker 3: These people are These people know a lot of things,
- 2:01:34Speaker 3: but I have yet to single see a single one
- 2:01:36Speaker 3: who understands the fucking law. Like, not a single one.
- 2:01:41Speaker 1: These people are the definition of like book smart, not
- 2:01:45Speaker 1: street smart, certainly not emotionally intelligent.
- 2:01:51Speaker 3: But they were making decisions for all a mankind to
- 2:01:53Speaker 3: save the world. You guys, totally qualified.
- 2:02:00Speaker 2: Yep, I'll leave it well.
- 2:02:08Speaker 1: I have some serious questions about using veganism to justify murder.
- 2:02:13Speaker 1: Oh yeah, it's how does that work?
- 2:02:17Speaker 3: Rationalists? It says as fist I know. See, I told
- 2:02:22Speaker 3: you guys, it's said. It says it. Okay, like.
- 2:02:28Speaker 2: I thought it was a call sign. No no, no,
- 2:02:31Speaker 2: that's the actual title of the publication.
- 2:02:33Speaker 3: I quit, Prinsco.
- 2:02:36Speaker 2: You all can have the rest of this night. I'm done.
- 2:02:38Speaker 3: No no, so I'll say. I can't wait for more
- 2:02:43Speaker 3: information to come about about his case, specifically Snyder's, because one,
- 2:02:49Speaker 3: how did he end up in Lejo He was supposed
- 2:02:51Speaker 3: to be in Seattle, Washington. That's quite a drive. Why
- 2:02:55Speaker 3: did he go after Lynde? Okay? One, he has no
- 2:03:00Speaker 3: earlier ties to the group in Valletjope that I could find,
- 2:03:03Speaker 3: like pre twenty twenty five. Never saw him living in
- 2:03:06Speaker 3: San Francisco with Ziz and all that or anything, right,
- 2:03:10Speaker 3: no ties to him to this location. And he can
- 2:03:14Speaker 3: say that he's not friends with Ziz and all of
- 2:03:19Speaker 3: her compadres all he wants. But my spidey senses are
- 2:03:22Speaker 3: telling me that she is probably behind this in some way,
- 2:03:24Speaker 3: shape or form. That's just my opinion though.
- 2:03:27Speaker 1: Soly, I mean, we know he applied for a marriage
- 2:03:32Speaker 1: license with young but who is and with Ziz? So
- 2:03:35Speaker 1: I kind of feel like she pulled him in, could
- 2:03:38Speaker 1: be on behalf of Ziz and say, I mean honestly
- 2:03:43Speaker 1: from looking at uh Surrey's blog. Surrey reposted Soomny for
- 2:03:49Speaker 1: months before talking about Ziz. I think we've gotten to
- 2:03:53Speaker 1: a domino effect of these members pulling in other people.
- 2:03:58Speaker 1: It's not necessarily Zizz.
- 2:04:00Speaker 3: I mean, if you think about it, that's that's a
- 2:04:02Speaker 3: very good logic point. Like let's say hypothetesis are hypotheticals here, right,
- 2:04:07Speaker 3: Zizz is in charge. Young Blood is more of a
- 2:04:09Speaker 3: follower than Sizz than Snyder is right, Ziz wants something
- 2:04:14Speaker 3: done about Lynn, so her, Bessie, Somni and Surrey. For
- 2:04:18Speaker 3: some reason, she thinks, oh, killing this guy will get
- 2:04:21Speaker 3: him off on the charges. Was just not how that fucking works. Z,
- 2:04:24Speaker 3: You're fucking genius. That means nothing, but like I can
- 2:04:31Speaker 3: see it would be smart. You want somebody to dispose
- 2:04:35Speaker 3: of this witness who isn't in that inner circle of people,
- 2:04:41Speaker 3: so I could see. I could see your point, uh
- 2:04:45Speaker 3: there that it could have been through young blood and
- 2:04:49Speaker 3: so on. It's very peculiar. I can't. I need to
- 2:04:53Speaker 3: know all the court details, is all I'm saying.
- 2:04:56Speaker 1: And you all really hope that the reporter tells us
- 2:05:02Speaker 1: everything we need to know.
- 2:05:04Speaker 3: Me too, Me too. I need some new besties. I
- 2:05:07Speaker 3: guess you're gonna be email and those people all the time.
- 2:05:10Speaker 3: I'm not. I'm gonna make Amy do it.
- 2:05:12Speaker 2: We just need to send them an email and get
- 2:05:14Speaker 2: them on.
- 2:05:14Speaker 3: She does all the things I don't like like Amy do.
- 2:05:19Speaker 3: That's for great. Thanks. Anyway, where we're.
- 2:05:23Speaker 1: Waiting, we are, we're gonna wrap things up. We would
- 2:05:28Speaker 1: like to end this episode by remembering Curtis Lynde, who
- 2:05:35Speaker 1: by all accounts, was an actual, real good person.
- 2:05:40Speaker 3: Real not this is good good bullshit, Yeah, like a
- 2:05:45Speaker 3: real person like actions.
- 2:05:50Speaker 1: Lynn's death was met with sorrow and outrage from the community.
- 2:05:54Speaker 1: A GoFundMe campaign was established to assist his family with
- 2:05:58Speaker 1: funeral services and to honor memory. His family had these
- 2:06:02Speaker 1: words to say. His constant resilience and determination to live
- 2:06:08Speaker 1: his life to the fullest was second to none. He
- 2:06:12Speaker 1: was a man who, no matter how many times he
- 2:06:14Speaker 1: was knocked down, always got back up and continued to
- 2:06:18Speaker 1: try and see the positive in life facts. No matter
- 2:06:22Speaker 1: his trials or tribulations, he saw beauty in the world
- 2:06:26Speaker 1: and remained positive. He was generous with what he had
- 2:06:32Speaker 1: to help a friend or a stranger in need. He
- 2:06:35Speaker 1: actively participated in cleaning his local neighborhood in Beachfront, taking
- 2:06:40Speaker 1: pride in doing his part to better his local community.
- 2:06:43Speaker 1: In Ballejoe, Kurt found joy and interesting conversations with anyone
- 2:06:48Speaker 1: who came across. He was the type of man who
- 2:06:50Speaker 1: could easily engage in a conversation with a complete stranger
- 2:06:54Speaker 1: and leave with a new friend. Kurt had a deep
- 2:06:58Speaker 1: love of the ocean and lived many years on boats
- 2:07:01Speaker 1: and ships he refurbished himself. Kurt loved life and everything
- 2:07:06Speaker 1: it had to offer.
- 2:07:10Speaker 3: Oh so, I mean, how true is that after everything
- 2:07:13Speaker 3: we've learned he just went through. Yeah, like I mean, oh.
- 2:07:19Speaker 2: So so. Curtis Lynde was also given an eight bell
- 2:07:24Speaker 2: saloop by Captain JM, who knew Kurt from back when
- 2:07:27Speaker 2: Kurt lived on Peer twenty eight. Here's some background on
- 2:07:30Speaker 2: the whole eight bell for vision. So the phrase eight
- 2:07:34Speaker 2: bells in a maritime context is a traditional way of
- 2:07:37Speaker 2: marking time aboard a ship. It is part of the
- 2:07:40Speaker 2: ship's bell timekeeping system, which divides a twenty four hour
- 2:07:43Speaker 2: day in a six four hour watches. First off, you
- 2:07:47Speaker 2: gave me a paragraph of boat math, which is like
- 2:07:50Speaker 2: handling handing a squirrel of Rubik's Cuban. I mean, for
- 2:07:57Speaker 2: a captain's passing. No, you're laughing because it's true. Uh.
- 2:08:02Speaker 2: For a captain's passing. Eight bells is a naval tradition
- 2:08:06Speaker 2: and it signifies the end of their watch metaphorically, meaning
- 2:08:10Speaker 2: that they have completed their final duty. It is often
- 2:08:15Speaker 2: used in obituaries, funeral services, and memories for deceased sailors
- 2:08:20Speaker 2: and officers, particularly captains. When used for a captain's passing,
- 2:08:25Speaker 2: it serves as a solemn tribute which recognizes their service
- 2:08:28Speaker 2: at sea. Now Curtis Land's legacy is it's remembered not
- 2:08:34Speaker 2: just as a victim of violence, but as a symbol
- 2:08:37Speaker 2: of resilience, kindness, and a commitment to doing what was right.
- 2:08:44Speaker 3: Yeah, I know.
- 2:08:47Speaker 1: Oh.
- 2:08:48Speaker 3: I found that on his the GoFundMe that his family
- 2:08:52Speaker 3: had put together for him to help bury him and
- 2:08:56Speaker 3: take care of them, And as I was transferring it
- 2:08:59Speaker 3: over into our notes, I cried a little bit because
- 2:09:03Speaker 3: I was like, that's beautiful. I didn't know that was
- 2:09:05Speaker 3: a thing, a tradition, and I thought that was really beautiful.
- 2:09:11Speaker 3: We don't really have those kind of things here in Ohio,
- 2:09:15Speaker 3: we don't, you know. And I just thought that was
- 2:09:18Speaker 3: really really beautiful of them to do, because he had
- 2:09:21Speaker 3: done it for a very long time. And you know, like,
- 2:09:23Speaker 3: this is just so so sad, you guys. And my
- 2:09:28Speaker 3: thoughts are with his family because I can't imagine what
- 2:09:33Speaker 3: the last several years of their life has been like.
- 2:09:37Speaker 3: And to lose your father or your grandfather in such
- 2:09:42Speaker 3: a way I I don't even know.
- 2:09:47Speaker 1: Yeah, not just his family, but also his friends, because
- 2:09:51Speaker 1: he truly seems like the kind of person who made
- 2:09:54Speaker 1: friends wherever he went and took care of other people
- 2:09:57Speaker 1: as best as he could. Yeah, that's that's kind of
- 2:10:01Speaker 1: what like the best we can try to be as
- 2:10:05Speaker 1: just like a normal human person, right.
- 2:10:07Speaker 3: Yeah, I mean these fucking Cizians were so concerned about
- 2:10:11Speaker 3: being whether or not they were good people. Like this
- 2:10:14Speaker 3: was a guy who wasn't concerned about that. He just
- 2:10:16Speaker 3: did good things because that's what good people fucking do
- 2:10:19Speaker 3: is they're not trying to do calculations on what is
- 2:10:24Speaker 3: good and what's not good. That's not how that works.
- 2:10:27Speaker 2: You wanted to save the world, but this is one
- 2:10:29Speaker 2: of those people who should have stayed in it.
- 2:10:31Speaker 3: Yeah, well, certainly you're right.
- 2:10:33Speaker 2: I mean, like surviving and not is not a formula.
- 2:10:37Speaker 2: It's not a formula. Sorry.
- 2:10:41Speaker 3: And their math didn't check out? Okay, is all I'm
- 2:10:43Speaker 3: saying is math didn't check out? Did it?
- 2:10:47Speaker 2: She's like mine, don't do it?
- 2:10:50Speaker 3: Oh my, I can't tell I am biased and she
- 2:10:54Speaker 3: is insufferable, but I've done my research. I'm allowed to
- 2:10:57Speaker 3: have that freaking opinion anyway.
- 2:11:00Speaker 2: When Gwenn contacts us, girl.
- 2:11:04Speaker 3: I like you, Okay, I don't have really anything bad
- 2:11:06Speaker 3: to see you. I may have leapto you a few
- 2:11:07Speaker 3: times because your ideas are silly, but I have silly
- 2:11:09Speaker 3: ideas too. I think we have a lot.
- 2:11:11Speaker 2: More in common emergency supply top of the list. That's all.
- 2:11:14Speaker 2: That's it.
- 2:11:15Speaker 1: That's it.
- 2:11:15Speaker 3: That's true. But we wouldn't have been think about it
- 2:11:19Speaker 3: like so yeah, why not. I've thought about it a
- 2:11:22Speaker 3: lot anyway. So that puts us at the end of
- 2:11:28Speaker 3: tonight's show. So let's do a little quick update on
- 2:11:34Speaker 3: our cast list because a lot went down in this episode.
- 2:11:38Speaker 3: Oh my goodness, it's so many things happen. Okay, so
- 2:11:43Speaker 3: let's do a quick cast update, okay, on our handy
- 2:11:46Speaker 3: dandy little graphic here. So, oh, this is not our
- 2:11:52Speaker 3: main one. Where's our big main one? There we go,
- 2:11:56Speaker 3: there it is, thank you, Amy, So we have maya
- 2:12:02Speaker 3: excuse me, Pasac and Jay Flettershey Winniford, who both passed
- 2:12:06Speaker 3: away by suicide a few episodes ago. Emma Burhanian is
- 2:12:12Speaker 3: now in black and white after dying in the first
- 2:12:14Speaker 3: attack on Curtis. Lynn Somny aka Alexander Leatham and Surrey
- 2:12:21Speaker 3: dale A ka Testa Burns are both incarcerated and getting
- 2:12:27Speaker 3: ready to go to trial for the attended murder of
- 2:12:29Speaker 3: Curtis lind and the death of Emma Borian. Curtis lind
- 2:12:34Speaker 3: was murdered, and sadly now he is in black and
- 2:12:38Speaker 3: white as well. Maximilian Snyder is behind bars for his
- 2:12:46Speaker 3: murder alleged murder of Curtis. Linn and Ziz and Gwen
- 2:12:51Speaker 3: have fucked off to who knows where. Love those question
- 2:12:55Speaker 3: marks she added, by the way, Cavin, little dust.
- 2:12:59Speaker 2: Question marks in the wind, little Kansas reference.
- 2:13:03Speaker 3: I like it, right, I love it? So you know,
- 2:13:06Speaker 3: this episode really did a number on our cast visual
- 2:13:13Speaker 3: here and you, guys, I hate to say this, but
- 2:13:16Speaker 3: this story is not over by a long shot. So
- 2:13:22Speaker 3: this is where where we are.
- 2:13:25Speaker 2: Can I just say this is the only chart that
- 2:13:27Speaker 2: I appreciate?
- 2:13:29Speaker 3: Thank you?
- 2:13:30Speaker 1: Thank you?
- 2:13:31Speaker 3: Is it useful? I think so?
- 2:13:33Speaker 2: Oh it's useful, and you don't oversell it. That's what
- 2:13:36Speaker 2: I really like. You don't oversell it. It is original.
- 2:13:41Speaker 3: It is Oh. On that note, you guys, let's go
- 2:13:45Speaker 3: with our closing thoughts for this evening, shall we, Cavin?
- 2:13:47Speaker 3: Why don't you?
- 2:13:50Speaker 1: In closing and the words of the great Eli's or
- 2:13:55Speaker 1: Yudowski praise be Hey, Draco, you know what I bet
- 2:14:01Speaker 1: is even better for becoming friends and exchanging secrets committing murder.
- 2:14:08Speaker 1: That's an actual line from miss Harry Potter fanfic. Yeah,
- 2:14:12Speaker 1: you guys to read it. We'll do it.
- 2:14:14Speaker 3: We'll totally do it. We were talking about it before
- 2:14:17Speaker 3: the show of like, when can we schedule this?
- 2:14:19Speaker 2: Maybe once we hit a certain membership number then we could.
- 2:14:23Speaker 2: We should do it. Do that.
- 2:14:25Speaker 3: You guys need to know when it Miss I'm sure
- 2:14:28Speaker 3: I haven't even read it yet. I totally want to
- 2:14:30Speaker 3: get into it not knowing anything.
- 2:14:33Speaker 1: There's eugenics and Harry Potter.
- 2:14:36Speaker 2: Now I think I mean it was Ron. It was Ron.
- 2:14:43Speaker 2: He doesn't like spiders.
- 2:14:45Speaker 3: This fucking gen jer is. You can't trust them. I'm
- 2:14:48Speaker 3: just kidding, y'all. I have red hair. Okay, you can't
- 2:14:50Speaker 3: really tell on.
- 2:14:51Speaker 2: Here because she's hidding it because she doesn't like ginger.
- 2:14:57Speaker 3: If I'm in the sunlight, it is like red. Okay,
- 2:15:01Speaker 3: it is. You see it, you've seen it in person.
- 2:15:04Speaker 3: It's true. Sorry, all right. So for my closing thoughts,
- 2:15:07Speaker 3: you guys, I know some of you have been waiting
- 2:15:11Speaker 3: all night for this. I'm gonna give you a little taste. Okay. So,
- 2:15:16Speaker 3: as I've already said earlier, this chapter of the story
- 2:15:21Speaker 3: infuriates me. Okay, the senseless brutality that happened to this
- 2:15:27Speaker 3: poor elderly man, not once, but twice twice. And for
- 2:15:32Speaker 3: what Because some lazy, good for nothing assholes took advantage
- 2:15:36Speaker 3: of an old man. We tried to hold them legally
- 2:15:38Speaker 3: accountable for their actions. And I know the quote self
- 2:15:43Speaker 3: defense bullshit argument that it's floating amongst the supporters of
- 2:15:46Speaker 3: these people, which by the way, is fucking gross, And
- 2:15:50Speaker 3: shame on all of them for spreading the bullshit that
- 2:15:53Speaker 3: they're spreading. And don't worry, I'll catch you all up.
- 2:15:56Speaker 3: Won't be the recap of this bullshit, but soon enough
- 2:15:59Speaker 3: the trials happen, the truth of what happened will come
- 2:16:03Speaker 3: out in court, and I plan on going through each
- 2:16:06Speaker 3: and every single little detail to a disassembol all of
- 2:16:11Speaker 3: their bullshit lies they've been spewing. In regards to Curtis Lynd,
- 2:16:16Speaker 3: you know you're full of shit. I know you're full
- 2:16:19Speaker 3: of shit. So let's let's cut the ship, shall we, Octavia.
- 2:16:25Speaker 3: And that's that's all I really have to say about that.
- 2:16:29Speaker 3: For now. I will pick up all of this. I
- 2:16:32Speaker 3: promise you I will reveal all as soon as this
- 2:16:36Speaker 3: trial is over.
- 2:16:38Speaker 2: I was gonna say first that's not really true. Second,
- 2:16:42Speaker 2: because you definitely have more to say.
- 2:16:44Speaker 3: Oh, I have so much to say, you guys, I
- 2:16:47Speaker 3: have so much, so much to say.
- 2:16:50Speaker 2: A Second, we need a fund not just to go
- 2:16:53Speaker 2: to the trial, but also for a board and string
- 2:16:57Speaker 2: for Lama.
- 2:17:01Speaker 3: I'm just saying I have done. I have done my
- 2:17:04Speaker 3: dug diligence researching this case of my my jiu jitsu
- 2:17:11Speaker 3: researching this case. My opinions are my own that I've
- 2:17:15Speaker 3: come to reading all the information and the facts that
- 2:17:19Speaker 3: are laid before me, not some mystical fucking bullshit that
- 2:17:22Speaker 3: some people want to make up because they can't come
- 2:17:25Speaker 3: to terms with the fact that their friends are fucking assholes. Sorry,
- 2:17:30Speaker 3: your friends are assholes. I wanted to like your friends,
- 2:17:33Speaker 3: I really did. The more I learned about them, the
- 2:17:35Speaker 3: more fucking assholes they are.
- 2:17:38Speaker 2: I didn't. I never did. I'm just gonna throw that
- 2:17:40Speaker 2: out there, and I never wanted to learn more. Nope, Nope.
- 2:17:43Speaker 2: Once you said rationalism, I was out.
- 2:17:46Speaker 3: Oh they get me so fired up. That's why I'm
- 2:17:48Speaker 3: saving it for the next time. I'm saving it because
- 2:17:52Speaker 3: they're disgusting.
- 2:17:53Speaker 2: So honestly, after everything we've covered, I need another drink
- 2:17:57Speaker 2: in an app and possibly support raccoon, preferably one that
- 2:18:02Speaker 2: doesn't screams. This is in the walls every time the
- 2:18:05Speaker 2: age fave kicks on. We started with boat math well,
- 2:18:11Speaker 2: already offensive in and of itself, and somehow we ended
- 2:18:14Speaker 2: up on an artisanal nightmare of box truck, samurai swords,
- 2:18:17Speaker 2: fake deats, and murdered by cosplay. If I pitched this
- 2:18:20Speaker 2: as a Netflix series, they tell me to tone it
- 2:18:23Speaker 2: down because no one believe it too bad. Reality didn't
- 2:18:27Speaker 2: get the note. But in all seriousness, like, if there
- 2:18:32Speaker 2: is such a thing left in this story, Curtis Lynde
- 2:18:34Speaker 2: deserves so much better. So he opened his home to
- 2:18:38Speaker 2: a group of folks who said that they needed help
- 2:18:41Speaker 2: and did return. He got chaos, lawsuits, cult cause play,
- 2:18:44Speaker 2: and attempted murder via ninja tactics. I mean the man
- 2:18:49Speaker 2: he survived being stabbed over fifty times with the samurai
- 2:18:53Speaker 2: sword and other things at the age of eighty, Like
- 2:18:57Speaker 2: he was the definition of a badass, and yet the
- 2:19:00Speaker 2: madness didn't end until he was killed in broad daylight.
- 2:19:02Speaker 2: We're simply being brave enough to speak the truth, So
- 2:19:04Speaker 2: please pour one out, preferably wine, but whatever you want
- 2:19:08Speaker 2: pour one out for Captain, Captain, Captain wind.
- 2:19:15Speaker 3: It took me. I didn't want to make that joke
- 2:19:17Speaker 3: the entire show, but like, come on, his name is captain.
- 2:19:20Speaker 2: I know you saw me. You saw me kind of
- 2:19:23Speaker 2: weave around it. But he was Captain that he wouldn't mind.
- 2:19:28Speaker 2: I don't think so. But you know. Also, please check
- 2:19:32Speaker 2: your yard for any suspiciously philosophical raccoons before bed. You
- 2:19:36Speaker 2: never know, you never know.
- 2:19:38Speaker 3: Those tuskie raccoons are everywhere. Well, you guys, I'm sure
- 2:19:43Speaker 3: you all must be like, surely this is the end
- 2:19:46Speaker 3: of the story, right, Tara, Well if it is far.
- 2:19:52Speaker 2: From perfect perfect, and things.
- 2:19:57Speaker 3: Only continue to go downhill, Okay, they didn't stop here.
- 2:20:02Speaker 3: Spoiler alert. If you thought tonight's story had twists and turns,
- 2:20:06Speaker 3: well we're gonna get into it because next week we
- 2:20:10Speaker 3: will be doing a deep dive into Jamie aka Michelle
- 2:20:14Speaker 3: Sage co and the murder of their parents, Richard and
- 2:20:18Speaker 3: rita'sagek you guys do not want to miss this. Okay,
- 2:20:24Speaker 3: this is I'm just gonna give you a little heads
- 2:20:26Speaker 3: up now. This story will be starting literally a month
- 2:20:32Speaker 3: and a half after the murder of curtis Land. So
- 2:20:36Speaker 3: if that's not enough to hook you, I don't know
- 2:20:39Speaker 3: what to tell you. And if you like what you
- 2:20:41Speaker 3: heard tonight, please hit the like button. I know we've

- 2:20:56Speaker 3: the future. Like my rams pun intended, they're gonna take
- 2:21:02Speaker 3: away my access around here, just kidding.
- 2:21:06Speaker 2: Oh, we'll just give you more. It's perfect for YouTube shorts.
- 2:21:13Speaker 2: Now our channel is gonna be taking its own version
- 2:21:19Speaker 2: of spring Break next week.
- 2:21:20Speaker 3: So yeah, as an arrested development joke.
- 2:21:26Speaker 2: For somebody start to trap music. There's gonna be no
- 2:21:31Speaker 2: Midday Missing, right, or there's no Midday Missing or Thursday's
- 2:21:36Speaker 2: True Crime and Wine Time show. But we're gonna be
- 2:21:38Speaker 2: back next Sunday, April thirteenth, at nine pm Eastern to
- 2:21:41Speaker 2: continue our Zizian's unveiled coverage. Now we didn't say this
- 2:21:46Speaker 2: in the beginning, but we're gonna saying now TCWT live shows,
- 2:21:50Speaker 2: we're doing them. Yeah, crazy. But I told somebody the
- 2:21:54Speaker 2: other day that we were doing live shows and they
- 2:21:56Speaker 2: were like, wow, it looks like you've made it, and
- 2:21:57Speaker 2: I'm like, we'll find out.
- 2:22:00Speaker 3: I think it's gonna be great. I'm very upset. I'm
- 2:22:03Speaker 3: not going to be able to make it to the
- 2:22:04Speaker 3: first show. I'll be there for the next one.
- 2:22:07Speaker 2: Yes, well listen. If you can't be there, you can
- 2:22:11Speaker 2: still watch watch if you are a member of this channel.
- 2:22:15Speaker 2: So if you become a member, you will be able
- 2:22:18Speaker 2: to watch us watch the in person on the stream
- 2:22:21Speaker 2: because we will be doing that. Not all of us
- 2:22:24Speaker 2: can make it to Austin or Marion. So we are
- 2:22:28Speaker 2: going to be at Hamilton Pool Vineyards and Farms in Austin, Texas,
- 2:22:32Speaker 2: May third, where me and Terry are going to do
- 2:22:35Speaker 2: a deep dive into the unsolved case of the Austin
- 2:22:36Speaker 2: Yogurt Shop murders. Tickets are going fast, so please hop
- 2:22:39Speaker 2: to it. And then Blend of Seven Winery is going
- 2:22:42Speaker 2: to be in Marion, Ohio July nineteenth, where we are
- 2:22:46Speaker 2: going to be looking into the puzzling disappearance and death
- 2:22:49Speaker 2: of Joey Lebte.
- 2:22:50Speaker 3: You guys, and if I can just requick like the
- 2:22:53Speaker 3: case of Joey Lebute. If you're not familiar, I would
- 2:22:56Speaker 3: consider it like because this is where I live. It's
- 2:23:00Speaker 3: really it's a case I've looked, spent a lot of
