- 0:00Speaker 1: Welcome back to the Mark Simone Show. We got a
- 0:07Speaker 1: lot to get through this hour. Hey, you know last
- 0:10Speaker 1: night they had this debate for Congress. I guess it's
- 0:15Speaker 1: Dan Goldman, that very annoying left wing, terrible congressman. So
- 0:21Speaker 1: it was him versus Brad Lander, another left wing Democrat,
- 0:25Speaker 1: the two most annoying guys on earth, Brad Lander and
- 0:31Speaker 1: Dan Goldman, but both big within the Democratic Party. So
- 0:36Speaker 1: in the middle of the debate, one of the questions was,
- 0:39Speaker 1: will you support Chuck Schumer for reelection?
- 0:43Speaker 2: Now?
- 0:43Speaker 1: If you want to know how bad Chuck Schumer's position
- 0:45Speaker 1: is in the Democratic world right now, how useless, how
- 0:50Speaker 1: washed up he is. These two guys, big figures in
- 0:53Speaker 1: the Democratic Party of New York. Both of them refused
- 0:56Speaker 1: to say anything good about Chuck Schumer. They both dodge
- 1:00Speaker 1: the question. All you had to do is just say
- 1:03Speaker 1: something nice. Well, Juck Schumer for forty years has been
- 1:05Speaker 1: certain that they wouldn't say anything nice about Schumer. Schumer
- 1:09Speaker 1: is finished, he is over, he's got They have left
- 1:14Speaker 1: on his term two years or something like that. But
- 1:17Speaker 1: that's it for him, no chance of running ever again.
- 1:22Speaker 1: So Delaney Hall, it sounds like such a great place.
- 1:26Speaker 1: It's the federal detention center in New Jersey. It's a
- 1:29Speaker 1: New Jersey detention center. But it's a great name. You know,
- 1:32Speaker 1: usually got Rikers, islander singer, singer Alcatraz. It sounds horrible,
- 1:37Speaker 1: Delaney Hall. It sounds like it's at Princeton. It sounds
- 1:40Speaker 1: like you walk across the campus to Delaney Hall. But again,
- 1:45Speaker 1: this Hakim Jefferies, this is not America. Delaney Hall should
- 1:49Speaker 1: be shut down. And ever it's fine. It's better than
- 1:52Speaker 1: all your prisons. And Mikey Cheryl, the crazy governor.
- 1:56Speaker 2: The Department of Homeland Security has agreed to restore family
- 1:59Speaker 2: visitors starting today at noon. There's much more to do,
- 2:03Speaker 2: and I will continue pushing DHS to provide appropriate medicine
- 2:06Speaker 2: and care for all detainees. I'll keep pressing DHS to
- 2:10Speaker 2: do better, to abide by our nation's constitution, and to
- 2:14Speaker 2: close Delaney Haul down for good.
- 2:16Speaker 1: Why the hell would you club? First of all, she
- 2:18Speaker 1: has nothing to say about this. It's a federal detention center,
- 2:21Speaker 1: ice a federal law enforcement. The way the law is,
- 2:25Speaker 1: federal law totally supersedes local law. She has absolutely no
- 2:30Speaker 1: jurisdiction over anything there. Now, with these crazy rioters and
- 2:37Speaker 1: she started it. There was some protesters, she went there
- 2:40Speaker 1: with her TV cameras and other Democrats and they ginned
- 2:43Speaker 1: it up into actual riots and it you know, once
- 2:46Speaker 1: she started that, once she started that ICE shows, I
- 2:50Speaker 1: mean not Ice, but Antifa shows up and all the
- 2:53Speaker 1: professional rioters funded by Soros types, funded by nevill Roy
- 2:58Speaker 1: Singmuann and the Chinese. They fund them these people. That's
- 3:01Speaker 1: why when the Antifa and the professionals show up and
- 3:03Speaker 1: they're arresting these supposed riot or supposed protesters, but they're
- 3:08Speaker 1: not from here, they're from Portland, They're from all over
- 3:10Speaker 1: the place. They've been flown in a lot of money
- 3:13Speaker 1: behind this Antifa stuff. In fact, some reporters got into
- 3:17Speaker 1: the tents. They have these massive tents where they stay
- 3:20Speaker 1: and they're really expensive tents. I mean it looks like
- 3:23Speaker 1: it's a bar Mitsva tent from Rosed I mean they're
- 3:26Speaker 1: really expensive tents. But inside they're well stocked, fully stocked
- 3:32Speaker 1: with everything, not only food and supplies and everything, but puzzles, games.
- 3:37Speaker 1: They've got other tents where they've stored all sorts of
- 3:40Speaker 1: anti riot gear, all sorts of weapons. So they're going
- 3:44Speaker 1: to start arresting all of these people one by one
- 3:47Speaker 1: and getting rid of them. Now, Mark Wayne Mullen Homeland Security,
- 3:51Speaker 1: he's had to send in federal enforcement just to guard
- 3:56Speaker 1: the ICE agents. It's draining a little lot.
- 3:59Speaker 3: I'm going to have to pull customer Border Protection officers
- 4:02Speaker 3: out of built to process international flights and put them
- 4:05Speaker 3: helping our ICE agents. And if they're not their process
- 4:08Speaker 3: international flights, then those individuals when the airlines land can't well,
- 4:13Speaker 3: they won't be permitted into the United States.
- 4:15Speaker 1: Yeah. So, and then they've got to arrest these professional agitators,
- 4:19Speaker 1: violent professional protesters.
- 4:21Speaker 3: There's not one thing that they can say that they're
- 4:24Speaker 3: doing that is outside the law that they are mandated
- 4:28Speaker 3: to do.
- 4:29Speaker 1: Yeah. Yeah, talking about ICE, now, you remember ICE has
- 4:31Speaker 1: an incredibly good track record. All you could point to
- 4:34Speaker 1: five or six incidents where something bad happened, there's some
- 4:37Speaker 1: ugly something, maybe ten. But this is out of six
- 4:40Speaker 1: hundred thousand arrests. So the percentage of good arrests is
- 4:44Speaker 1: like ninety nine point nine nine. And I'd like to
- 4:48Speaker 1: see any law enforcement and see touch that track record.
- 4:52Speaker 3: There's not one thing that they can say that they're
- 4:54Speaker 3: doing that is outside the law. That they are mandated
- 4:59Speaker 3: to do. That has the one that mandated them to
- 5:02Speaker 3: do so.
- 5:03Speaker 1: Yeah, I mean they're legally bound to do it, and
- 5:06Speaker 1: state police are and apparently Mikey Cheryl tell them the
- 5:09Speaker 1: state police now to hand over control to the locals.
- 5:12Speaker 1: But Mullen keeping a close eye on this.
- 5:14Speaker 3: The individuals that came in from Portland, not from New Jersey,
- 5:17Speaker 3: camp from Portland to lead. We've seen that they have
- 5:19Speaker 3: been well supplied. We've seen Antifa flags being flown.
- 5:25Speaker 1: Yeah, I mean, somebody has been a fortune. We know
- 5:28Speaker 1: it's the Soros types. We know it's this guy, the
- 5:30Speaker 1: new Soros, Neville Royce Segman. He operates out of China,
- 5:33Speaker 1: American citizen totally funded by the Chinese communists. So but again,
- 5:40Speaker 1: you remember Minnesota was bad. It winds down. This will
- 5:43Speaker 1: wind down and just go away. So, uh, sixty minutes
- 5:49Speaker 1: we're talking about this last hour Scott Pelly, this phony,
- 5:52Speaker 1: fake news, total sleazy, corrupt, angry, bitter Scott Pelley blows
- 5:57Speaker 1: up at the town hall, tells off his bosses expect
- 6:00Speaker 1: him to be gone pretty soon. Then people start posting
- 6:03Speaker 1: all of the fake news, all the crap and hoaxes
- 6:07Speaker 1: that Scott Pelly has pushed on America from the Russia hoax,
- 6:11Speaker 1: and you know, and now people are starting to post
- 6:14Speaker 1: He was yelling the scream, but sixty minutes, the great
- 6:16Speaker 1: institution of journalism, you're killing the great journalists. There's more
- 6:21Speaker 1: fake news that's been on sixty minutes. Thank god Mike
- 6:24Speaker 1: Wallace didn't live to see it, or Don Hewitt or
- 6:28Speaker 1: all those guys. They didn't see what how corrupt sixty
- 6:30Speaker 1: minutes got they did. People are posting them now, all
- 6:33Speaker 1: the crazy fake news, fake things that sixty minutes has
- 6:37Speaker 1: been doing. There's one that's I forgot about this one.
- 6:40Speaker 1: It was during the pandemic. You remember, the vaccine came
- 6:43Speaker 1: out and they had to start vaccinating everybody. So sixty
- 6:47Speaker 1: minutes did a whole piece on a terrible Ron de
- 6:50Speaker 1: Santis scandal. It was all about Ron DeSantis corruption, a
- 6:56Speaker 1: whole ten minute piece about how corrupt he was. Because
- 6:59Speaker 1: when it was time to do the vaccinations, you have
- 7:03Speaker 1: to pick places to do it. DeSantis gave a contract
- 7:08Speaker 1: to Public's Supermarket to give vaccines. Now Publics if you've
- 7:14Speaker 1: been to Florida, you live there, you know this is
- 7:15Speaker 1: the big supermarket of Florida. They're everywhere. They're totally dominant
- 7:20Speaker 1: in Florida. Well, the reason it was such a scandal,
- 7:24Speaker 1: and if you're watching the sixty minutes beause Publics gave
- 7:27Speaker 1: him one hundred thousand dollars donation during his campaign and
- 7:32Speaker 1: then they got this contract. This is all they told you.
- 7:35Speaker 1: So look pretty sleazy on the part of DeSantis. Now,
- 7:37Speaker 1: this is sixty minutes total corruption. They never said in
- 7:41Speaker 1: the piece that the reason he chose Publics. It's the
- 7:45Speaker 1: only big thing in Florida that had one thousand locations
- 7:50Speaker 1: and their great, big, beautiful supermarkets a thousand locations in
- 7:54Speaker 1: every Public's had a full pharmacy in it with people
- 7:57Speaker 1: trained to give vaccines. It gets pharmacy. They give you
- 8:01Speaker 1: the flu shots and all those vaccines. So it was
- 8:03Speaker 1: the obvious and perfect choice to do it. They never
- 8:07Speaker 1: told you that in the sixty minutes piece. They also
- 8:10Speaker 1: forgot to tell you that Public's Yeah, they did give
- 8:12Speaker 1: one hundred thousand to Ron DeSantis, but they also gave
- 8:16Speaker 1: one million dollars to democratic stuff. They never mentioned it
- 8:19Speaker 1: in the sixteen minutes piece. Total complete corruption. That's why
- 8:24Speaker 1: she's cleaning house. That's why you got to get rid
- 8:28Speaker 1: of all this stuff. It's just horrible what they've been
- 8:31Speaker 1: doing over there. Got to be cleaned up. Hey, you
- 8:33Speaker 1: know the Black Crows. What's his name, Robins, Chris Robinson,
- 8:37Speaker 1: the Black Crows. So he's doing a concert and in
- 8:41Speaker 1: his concerts, behind him, they're showing pictures on the screen
- 8:46Speaker 1: and different things with crows, and one is a crow
- 8:48Speaker 1: dressed as Uncle Sam. So he's doing the concert and
- 8:54Speaker 1: that picture comes up. The audience starts chanting USA, USA, US,
- 8:59Speaker 1: you know, like they do it the Republican Convention of
- 9:02Speaker 1: the Trump rally. So Chris Robinson starts ridiculing them. He
- 9:06Speaker 1: starts making fun of the audience. He actually starts saying, yeah,
- 9:12Speaker 1: thanks for the geography lesson, and they keep chanting USA,
- 9:15Speaker 1: and he starts screaming at them. He goes, what the
- 9:18Speaker 1: hell are you so proud of with America? How could
- 9:20Speaker 1: you be proud of America? Well, the audience just got
- 9:23Speaker 1: crazy and it turned out to be a big battle
- 9:27Speaker 1: between him and the audience. So it's just awful on
- 9:31Speaker 1: his part, bad mouthing America. And then apparently people went
- 9:37Speaker 1: backstage and yelled at him, and people went online and
- 9:40Speaker 1: yelled at him and half the audience were veterans and
- 9:43Speaker 1: very upset about that. So, hey, this is interesting. We
- 9:46Speaker 1: want Bruce Blakeman to be governor. He'd be the perfect governor.
- 9:49Speaker 1: Nobody would be better qualified for this. He is a
- 9:53Speaker 1: governor right now. He's the county executive of Nassau County,
- 9:56Speaker 1: which is an enormous county, millions of people. Executive was
- 10:00Speaker 1: like governor, and it's the best run county in America.
- 10:04Speaker 1: He's considered the best county executive, best crime record, has
- 10:09Speaker 1: not raised taxes a penny. So we want to be
- 10:13Speaker 1: governor a lot of people pushing for him. Now. It
- 10:16Speaker 1: looks like Eric Adams might jump in on this. Eric
- 10:20Speaker 1: Adams seen walking down the street with Bruce Blakeman, seen
- 10:23Speaker 1: having breakfast with him yesterday Lowe's Regency Hotel. And remember
- 10:27Speaker 1: that's the place where the big Power Breakfast started. Remember
- 10:31Speaker 1: years ago, back in the Gordon Gecko eighties, you'd see
- 10:33Speaker 1: all the big billionaires and zillionaires and politicians and all
- 10:38Speaker 1: having breakfast, the Power Breakfast at the Regency. Everybody tried
- 10:41Speaker 1: to copy it. It left during the pandemic. They were
- 10:45Speaker 1: trying to bring it back. It's back, but it's not
- 10:47Speaker 1: the same. But the Regency's at sixty sixty first in Park,
- 10:52Speaker 1: great hotel, great bar with excellent food. But there's the
- 10:57Speaker 1: Power Breakfast, and there was Blakeman sitting there with Eric Adams,
- 11:02Speaker 1: who we all miss. We never thought we'd miss him
- 11:04Speaker 1: so much. But Adams can't stand Mom Donnie, and he's
- 11:08Speaker 1: no hocal fan, so he was having breakfast at Blakeman.
- 11:12Speaker 1: Everybody thinks that at some point Adams will endorse Bruce Blakeman.
- 11:17Speaker 1: Now Bruce Blakeman easily wins Republicans, obviously, but you got
- 11:20Speaker 1: to win some Democrats, and you got to win to
- 11:24Speaker 1: be governor, you got to win about thirty five percent
- 11:26Speaker 1: of New York. So Adams still got a little clout
- 11:30Speaker 1: with some people in New York, so that could help you.
- 11:33Speaker 1: Got the World Cup coming, I'm not I'm not a
- 11:38Speaker 1: big soccer fan. It turns out a lot of New
- 11:40Speaker 1: York not soccer fans. Fifty four percent of New York
- 11:43Speaker 1: is saying they have no interest in the World Cup.
- 11:45Speaker 1: But tourists are coming, and wealthy tourists and all sorts
- 11:48Speaker 1: of people from all over the world. Prices will be
- 11:51Speaker 1: given through the roof Police Commissioner Jessica Tish is the warning.
- 11:57Speaker 1: She said, in my eighteen years in government, I've never
- 11:59Speaker 1: s's seen a threat environment quite like this. It's a
- 12:03Speaker 1: very worried. They're going to have incredible, intensive police coverage.
- 12:08Speaker 1: It's going to cost a fortune. It'll cost ninety two
- 12:12Speaker 1: million in police overtime and extra equipment they got to
- 12:16Speaker 1: bring in. Now, the police department already has a twenty
- 12:20Speaker 1: million dollar deficit this year, so it's ninety two million,
- 12:24Speaker 1: but she thinks it might even go past that because
- 12:26Speaker 1: they don't know what they're facing. It could be even
- 12:28Speaker 1: more than that. Hey, these people you see this all
- 12:31Speaker 1: over the news, these people that go down in the manholes.
- 12:35Speaker 1: This surveillance video where you see guys open a manhole
- 12:40Speaker 1: and five or six guys climb down in there, and
- 12:43Speaker 1: then people were stunned to see, like another manhole opens,
- 12:46Speaker 1: five or six guys climb out. It's actually a crime,
- 12:49Speaker 1: believe or not. It's illegal. You cannot open up a
- 12:52Speaker 1: manhole and go in there. But why the hell it
- 12:55Speaker 1: ain't be crazy enough to go down there. There's seventy
- 12:58Speaker 1: five hundred miles of were under New York and it's
- 13:02Speaker 1: filled with boiling water and it's where you see the
- 13:05Speaker 1: steam coming out, and obviously it's filled with sludge and
- 13:09Speaker 1: crap and all kinds of stuff. Who the hell would
- 13:12Speaker 1: go down there, Well, it turns out they're professional sewer thieves.
- 13:15Speaker 1: There is such a thing. And they put on those
- 13:19Speaker 1: wading boots, you know, those big boots with the suspenders
- 13:22Speaker 1: on them, the big waiters and the big boot you know,
- 13:24Speaker 1: the Ed Norton kind of outfit Ed Norton on the honeymooners,
- 13:28Speaker 1: like a sewer clothes, and they go down there. What
- 13:31Speaker 1: they're looking for is there's all kinds of stuff down there.
- 13:33Speaker 1: If you go through all the sleazy, sludgy, crappy stuff
- 13:36Speaker 1: down there, you'll find every so often you'll find some jewelry,
- 13:41Speaker 1: you'll find some money that fell in, you know, things
- 13:43Speaker 1: fall in the in the grate. So they often find jewelry,
- 13:48Speaker 1: they find gold, they find guns, and then you bring
- 13:52Speaker 1: all this stuff out and then of course you have
- 13:54Speaker 1: to clean it like crazy. But they go down there.
- 13:57Speaker 1: I mean, can you imagine that. I mean, if you
- 14:00Speaker 1: a thief, if you're a thief having to go down there,
- 14:03Speaker 1: crawl around in the sewers, and you know, it's not
- 14:06Speaker 1: like there's jewelry everywhere. You got to go through hundreds
- 14:09Speaker 1: and hundreds of probably miles or two to find one
- 14:11Speaker 1: or two things. I mean, if you're going to be
- 14:14Speaker 1: a criminal, go into a store and rob stuff, isn't
- 14:16Speaker 1: that a lot easier than crawling through all that crap
- 14:18Speaker 1: and the sewer? But it is technically illegal. You're not
- 14:21Speaker 1: allowed to enter a sewer without proper authorization and training.
- 14:24Speaker 1: You have to have kind of a license to go
- 14:26Speaker 1: down there. But you can see them going down there.
- 14:29Speaker 1: They each have the ed Norton sewer outfit on, they
- 14:32Speaker 1: got flashlights, and then there's cars waiting to pick them
- 14:36Speaker 1: up and take them away. In fact, the individual is
- 14:40Speaker 1: seeing tossing their clothes and whatever they found on the
- 14:43Speaker 1: ground and then into the cars into the trunk of
- 14:46Speaker 1: the car before driving off. When you talk about worst
- 14:51Speaker 1: jobs anybody could have, that's probably it. So Mike pens
- 14:57Speaker 1: is all over the place selling a book. Now, if
- 14:59Speaker 1: you had a somebody put a gun to your head
- 15:02Speaker 1: and said you have to either read the Jill Biden
- 15:05Speaker 1: book or the Mike Pennon's book, which would you pick.
- 15:08Speaker 1: I don't know anybody wants to read either of them.
- 15:11Speaker 1: Nice guy, Mike Pence possibly the most boring guy, uh
- 15:16Speaker 1: in the world. So he's on all these talk shows
- 15:18Speaker 1: trying to sell the book. Again. He's a dull guy,
- 15:20Speaker 1: but he'll bad mouth Trump. So he's all over CNN,
- 15:23Speaker 1: MSNBC saying bad things about Trump. And when they introduced them,
- 15:28Speaker 1: he says, Mike Pence, who whose life was threatened on
- 15:31Speaker 1: January sixth, First of all, his life wasn't threatened on
- 15:35Speaker 1: January sixth. I know in the millions of protesters a
- 15:39Speaker 1: couple had to sign those hang Mike Pence signs, but
- 15:42Speaker 1: they forget that was standard protest signed back then. Every
- 15:46Speaker 1: one of those Trump protests there were signs hang Donald Trump.
- 15:50Speaker 1: It was in every Trump protest I think you can
- 15:52Speaker 1: find pictures of them online. There would be signs saying
- 15:55Speaker 1: hang Donald Trump, and there'd be a fake Trump mannequin
- 15:59Speaker 1: and a noose next to the sun. They did that
- 16:01Speaker 1: all the time. So that's all that was. Hey, we'll
- 16:04Speaker 1: take some calls in a minute. Eight hundred three two
- 16:07Speaker 1: one zero seven ten is the number. Eight hundred three
- 16:11Speaker 1: two one zero seven ten
