  Speaker 1: we speak, the way we think, how we view things
• 5:55
  Speaker 1: through your scriptures, and how we respond and how we react.

  Speaker 1: It's a certain situation. Had it not been for you,

  Speaker 1: Lord God, we would have responded differently, and we would

  Speaker 1: not be able to talk nice and to own up
• 6:07
  Speaker 1: to this title. Thank you, Lo God for your word

  Speaker 1: and Ephesians that we're going to read today. Thank you,

  Speaker 1: Lord God for supplying every single need that we need

  Speaker 1: to live a golly life on this side of eternity.

  Speaker 1: Thank you Lord God for being mindful of what we're
• 6:21
  Speaker 1: mindful about, for being considerate of what we're considering. Love
• 6:25
  Speaker 1: God and being kind to us by way of your
• 6:28
  Speaker 1: gentle spirit. I pray Low God, a hedge of protection
• 6:31
  Speaker 1: around my brothers and my sisters, a hedge of protection

  Speaker 1: right now that your ark we name you will be

  Speaker 1: on full alert around my family, our ministry, our organizations
• 6:41
  Speaker 1: that were connected to our businesses, and every single child

  Speaker 1: that we have on both sides of our marriage, my

  Speaker 1: son and our two daughters. Thank you Lord God for

  Speaker 1: doing that. Thank you Lo God for giving health to

  Speaker 1: our body and strength to our bones. And I pray

  Speaker 1: the same prayer, Lord God daily for my family and

  Speaker 1: that we would know how to talk to one another

  Speaker 1: in love and in kindness and in gentleness, and that

  Speaker 1: we would do the same for strangers, those who are

  Speaker 1: outside of the kingdom, because your word says it's the

  Speaker 1: kindness of God that leads men to repent. So thank you,

  Speaker 1: Lord God for everything you're doing, everything you have done already,

  Speaker 1: and what you're about to do today. In Jesus name,

  Speaker 1: had that overnight? A man? It seems like your mind

  Speaker 1: never turned off, and it's like you wake up and

  Speaker 1: you're like, did I really sleep? Amen? And it's crazy

  Speaker 1: when that happens, and I'm starting to notice something else

  Speaker 1: here's the scripture Ephesian, chapter fourth, verse number twenty nine.

  Speaker 1: something or do not something, or be this or be

  Speaker 1: not something, I believe those are commandments. So I'm taking
• 12:23
  Speaker 1: this as a commandment from the Lord. And do not

  Speaker 1: let unwholesome, that's foul, profane, worthless, vulgar words ever come

  Speaker 1: out of your mouth. But only such speech as is
• 12:37
  Speaker 1: good for building up others, according to the need and
• 12:41
  Speaker 1: the occasion, so that it will be a blessing to
• 12:45
  Speaker 1: those who hear you speak. Now, this right here has

  Speaker 1: rocked my whole mindset. When I first learned this. I

  Speaker 1: used to always be attracted with my eyes to beauty,

  Speaker 1: beautiful girls and beautiful women. Thank God, God gave me

  Speaker 1: a beautiful wife, Amen, and I'm always attracted to her
• 13:11
  Speaker 1: her beauty. Right. But when I was not saved, Amen,

  Speaker 1: I used to always talk on wholesome, worthless speech, vulgar speech, right,
• 13:22
  Speaker 1: And I used to my eyes, used to, you know,
• 13:26
  Speaker 1: llure me to a beautiful girl. And then when as
• 13:29
  Speaker 1: soon as that beautiful girl would speak in certain ways
• 13:33
  Speaker 1: like curse or I realized that they smoked marijuana or
• 13:37
  Speaker 1: smoked cigarettes and all that, my mind would like cut
• 13:41
  Speaker 1: off and be like, not as beautiful as I thought.
• 13:46
  Speaker 1: And then when her words would come out and they
• 13:48
  Speaker 1: were vulgar and profane, farwards my mind will be like, nah,
• 13:53
  Speaker 1: this is not beauty. So something in me that God
• 13:56
  Speaker 1: placed in me knew that although my flesh was attracted
• 14:00
  Speaker 1: to the beauty, but my spirit at the time, even
• 14:05
  Speaker 1: though it was unregener I wasn't regenerated yet, and my
• 14:10
  Speaker 1: soul was definitely not save yet. But there was a
• 14:13
  Speaker 1: nowhere inside of me, Amen, that kept on telling me.
• 14:16
  Speaker 1: It was my conscience telling me, no, that's not beauty.
• 14:19
  Speaker 1: I was already working in my life. Amen. Now I
• 14:22
  Speaker 1: have hindsight. So when I heard the speech and it
• 14:26
  Speaker 1: was according to the flesh, right, I noticed that that
• 14:31
  Speaker 1: wasn't beauty. I hope you get what I'm saying. So
• 14:34
  Speaker 1: people might be externally looking the part amen, a man
• 14:39
  Speaker 1: being a handsome man, beautiful woman. You know, a business
• 14:44
  Speaker 1: that looks like it's all together, a church thats like
• 14:47
  Speaker 1: is all together. But when you hear the leadership of
• 14:50
  Speaker 1: those churches, the leadership of those businesses, when you hear
• 14:53
  Speaker 1: the voices of the men and the voices of the
• 14:56
  Speaker 1: women that are attractive in which you hear them speaking,
• 15:00
  Speaker 1: if it's wholes if it's not wholesome, if it's not
• 15:03
  Speaker 1: if it's not good, if it's not meeting up to
• 15:05
  Speaker 1: the occasion and building you up, then stay away and man.

  Speaker 1: They are on the other side of this commandment, on
• 15:14
  Speaker 1: the other side of Ephesians for twenty nine. This version says,
• 15:18
  Speaker 1: do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths,
• 15:21
  Speaker 1: but only what is helpful for building of this up
• 15:24
  Speaker 1: according to their needs, that it may benefit those who listen. Now,
• 15:30
  Speaker 1: the reason why this ministry is where it's at is
• 15:33
  Speaker 1: because when people listen, it meant whether they're watching the
• 15:36
  Speaker 1: live stream or listening, there's no unwholesome talk, there's no
• 15:39
  Speaker 1: foul language, there's no nothing you need to bleep out.

  Speaker 1: You can let your little one hear it, your three
• 15:47
  Speaker 1: year old all the way to your you know, thirty
• 15:50
  Speaker 1: year old. You can let your grandparents hear this because
• 15:52
  Speaker 1: it's no unwholesome speech. So there's no trouble with that

  Speaker 1: in that area. So people, if you're attracted to this
• 15:59
  Speaker 1: mean it's because of the word of God and man,

  Speaker 1: it is because of what he's saying, what he's doing,
• 16:04
  Speaker 1: how he's moving, how he's building up your soul, how
• 16:07
  Speaker 1: he's building up your character, Amen, and how he's using
• 16:12
  Speaker 1: his word to minister to your need. And the occasion,
• 16:16
  Speaker 1: whatever occasion or whatever season or whatever mold you're in.
• 16:20
  Speaker 1: A man, God has a kind word for you. He
• 16:23
  Speaker 1: still has a soft and gentle voice for you. He
• 16:26
  Speaker 1: has a whisper for you, Amen. And his word is
• 16:30
  Speaker 1: always building up, never tearing down. The only thing that
• 16:34
  Speaker 1: the flesh hates, one of the worst things that the
• 16:38
  Speaker 1: flesh hates is God's word because the flesh wants to
• 16:41
  Speaker 1: do what the flesh wants to do. And the flesh
• 16:44
  Speaker 1: is our will, our emotions, how we decide, Amen. And
• 16:49
  Speaker 1: I'm talking about when you're not allowing Holy Spirit to
• 16:53
  Speaker 1: lead or guide you, you're being led by the flesh.
• 16:56
  Speaker 1: So either you're being led by the spirit or you're
• 16:59
  Speaker 1: being feeding the spirit feed allowing the Spirit of God
• 17:03
  Speaker 1: to feed you, or you're feeding the flesh and allowing
• 17:05
  Speaker 1: the flesh to feed you and to lead you. That'll
• 17:08
  Speaker 1: be as bad space. I don't wish that, or I
• 17:11
  Speaker 1: don't hope any more, will be just be led by
• 17:14
  Speaker 1: the flesh, because the flesh will lead you on the
• 17:17
  Speaker 1: wrong path. It will lead you to destruction. Amen, let
• 17:21
  Speaker 1: me give you some more. There's a lot about foolish talk.
• 17:24
  Speaker 1: There's a lot about obscenity, Ephesians five. In the same
• 17:29
  Speaker 1: book of Ephesians five to four, Ephesians five four says,

  Speaker 1: nor should there be obscenity, foolish talk, or coarse joking,
• 17:38
  Speaker 1: which are out of place, but rather Thanksgiving and every
• 17:43
  Speaker 1: now and then, I joke a lot. My wife says,
• 17:46
  Speaker 1: I'm not funny. But the reason why I joke is
• 17:48
  Speaker 1: because I know how to battle bad thoughts. I know
• 17:51
  Speaker 1: how to battle depression, anxiety and all that stuff. And
• 17:54
  Speaker 1: I have to speak out and make somebody laugh, including myself.
• 17:58
  Speaker 1: Otherwise I'll be in my mind and I get I
• 18:00
  Speaker 1: won't get these voices out of my mind, so I
• 18:02
  Speaker 1: have to let it out by way of humor. Amen,

  Speaker 1: and talking and humorous ways, even though it's dry, is dry,
• 18:12
  Speaker 1: and it's not as funny as people will want it
• 18:15
  Speaker 1: to be. Amen. But I'm just trying to cheer people up,
• 18:18
  Speaker 1: including myself. Amen. That's that's a little weapon that you
• 18:22
  Speaker 1: could use, hilarity jokes that are clean. Amen. Fun. I

  Speaker 1: don't know why believers in Christ don't want to have
• 18:30
  Speaker 1: fun anymore. I mean, you can have clean fun. I
• 18:33
  Speaker 1: actually did a podcast on clean fund. You could look
• 18:36
  Speaker 1: that up too, Because why are you going to be
• 18:38
  Speaker 1: miserable if you have the Lord living inside of you,
• 18:42
  Speaker 1: the one who's the principiece, right, He's the one who
• 18:45
  Speaker 1: gives you joy. And the joy of the Lord, the

  Speaker 1: Bible says, is our what is our strength? So don't
• 18:50
  Speaker 1: hold out on his strength. Amen. You need all the
• 18:53
  Speaker 1: strength you can get. I need all the strength I
• 18:55
  Speaker 1: can get. So let's hold on to joy. But this
• 18:58
  Speaker 1: verse says there should be no obscenity. You know, that's

  Speaker 1: why we have I know some believers who still drop
• 19:07
  Speaker 1: the F bomb, who still say this, who still say that,

  Speaker 1: And it's unattractive, unappealing, and it's actually it's just something
• 19:16
  Speaker 1: maybe that they're overlooking in their walk. Amen, And God

  Speaker 1: could work that out in seconds if they allow him to.

  Speaker 1: Right foolish talk, coarse joking, amen, which are out of place.

  Speaker 1: But rather we should give God thanksgiving. There's a way.

  Speaker 1: And I always speak about this guy. I don't know

  Speaker 1: who he is. I met him years ago, Amen. And

  Speaker 1: when I first got saved, I was working I believe
• 19:42

  Speaker 1: was like always so like joyful, he was always like

  Speaker 1: he had this magnetism about him. So when I used

  Speaker 1: to see him on my route and I had to

  Speaker 1: stop on one there saying, how why is it that
