- 0:07Meet me in first Samuel chapter 15, please.

- 1:00unusual sense of your presence unusual sense of your glory

- 1:34Nothing of self Christ, and Christ alone, and Jesus name, we
- 1:39pray. Amen.
- 1:41First Samuel 15. This chapter is just way too
- 1:46dense to covered and in one sitting.
- 1:48So we are part 2 and we only covering six verses in this
- 1:51Bible study and so let's read from verse 10 down to 16.
- 1:57The word of the Lord came to Samuel.
- 2:01I regret that I have made Saul King for.
- 2:06He has turned back from following me and has not
- 2:09performed my Commandments and Samuel was angry.
- 2:14And he cried to the Lord all night and Samuel Rose early to
- 2:19meet Saul in the morning. And it was told Samuel saw came
- 2:23to Carmel and behold he set up a monument.
- 2:27I meant for himself and turned and passed on and went down to
- 2:31gilgal and Samuel came to Saul and Saul said, to him blessed be
- 2:38you to the Lord, I have performed the Commandment of the
- 2:42Lord and Samuel said, what then, is this bleeding of the sheep in
- 2:47my ears and the lowing of The Oxen that I hear, saws said they
- 2:54have brought them from the amalekites for the people.
- 2:57Spared the best of the sheep and The Oxen to sacrifice to the
- 3:00Lord, your God and the rest. We have devoted to destruction.
- 3:05Then Samuel said to Saul stop, I will tell you what the Lord said
- 3:11to me this night and he said to him, speak a reminder for us
- 3:19tonight in this Bible study that this chapter illustrates for us,
- 3:23one of the strongest illustrations, one of the
- 3:26greatest examples, In The Narrative of the Old Testament
- 3:30and the new even for that matter of what true obedience is and
- 3:36what obedience is not. And that is given to us through
- 3:39the life of this man named King Saul.
- 3:43Obedience is not an optional or a suggestive way of life for the
- 3:46Christian. Obedience is what frames our
- 3:51relationship with God? After we put our trust in Christ
- 3:55obedience, qualifies our service for God, obedience is what will,
- 4:01determine whether we will experience certain rewards.
- 4:04Not just in this life and the life to come and obedience.
- 4:07Shirley Determines the effectiveness of Our Testimony
- 4:11before men. Obedience is crucial.
- 4:16And what we see here is a man who thought he obeyed but didn't
- 4:20really obey. In fact, we're learning here of
- 4:24the failures of a man who claims to obey God.
- 4:28And as we continue in this chapter, we will not only see a
- 4:32man who was blatant in his Rebellion.
- 4:35But a man who responded to his sin in a way in which further
- 4:39confirms that he was not truly the man of God that he claimed
- 4:43to be because it's one thing to not sin.
- 4:47But also, it reveals much of who you are.
- 4:49When we do send, how we respond to it and saw Will demonstrate
- 4:54the wrong way of doing. So there will be many, other
- 4:57lessons tucked into these verses, but this is Bible study.
- 5:01So we want to study and take our time, notice in verse 10, the
- 5:05word of the Lord came to Samuel, meaning God, spoke to Samuel,
- 5:08because God was the one who saw saws Disobedience when Samuel
- 5:13didn't see it. And this is what Samuel heard.
- 5:17Maybe he was laying in bed. Maybe he was in his living room,
- 5:19we don't know where he was at, but he heard from God and God
- 5:23said, I regret that I've made saw King.
- 5:26I regret that I made Saul King. Probably have a couple people in
- 5:32here who have the King James instead of the word regret.
- 5:35What word is used in the King James.
- 5:38I repented it. Repenteth me that I have made
- 5:40Saul King correct. Now, let's go with the ESV and
- 5:44other modern translations and the King James.
- 5:47How do we reconcile the character of God?
- 5:50The nature of God being omniscient, all-knowing.
- 5:54And this concept presented to us in this verse that.
- 5:56He apparently regretted making a decision implying that he
- 6:01perhaps did not know what saw was going to do before this
- 6:05moment. Anointing him as king and
- 6:06realizing. Maybe I made the wrong choice.
- 6:09How do we reconcile that? And how do we reconcile with the
- 6:12King James understanding repenteth?
- 6:15We know God is perfect. He doesn't make mistakes, but we
- 6:18are being told. If we don't understand the
- 6:19deeper meaning of it, that maybe he did make a mistake by
- 6:22electing Saul as king. How would you answer that?
- 6:26How can God regret? How can God regret?
- 6:33Any ideas? Say that again.
- 6:44Very good. Did you guys catch that?
- 6:47It's God's way of revealing and expressing to us.
- 6:52What he feels with, anybody being disagreement with that.
- 6:57Would anybody be an agreement to that?
- 6:59I see some heads. Nodding there are certain
- 7:02descriptions used for God in the Bible called anthropomorphism
- 7:07's. Have you heard that fancy term?
- 7:09Before that term simply means that the Holy Spirit uses.
- 7:14Human language to Define God's expressions in order for us as
- 7:19limited creatures to be able to relate to him through those
- 7:23words and those terms. So these anthropomorphisms, our
- 7:26bodily The eyes of the Lord. The arm of the Lord, these
- 7:33things are languages to help us understand something, the, the
- 7:37visual of his actions. And they're also under the
- 7:40category of Personality terms emotions and things like this
- 7:45regretting. And so what we understand from
- 7:48this is not that God actually regret, like I didn't see this,
- 7:51coming, what we see is, God, opening himself to us and
- 7:56providing a frame of reference so that we can understand
- 7:59something of who Is and what he's like, for God to say, I
- 8:04regret invites us into what he felt In This Moment.
- 8:11About saw in his actions, we don't serve a god that is void
- 8:14of emotion. He's not in heaven, just
- 8:17evaluating and and he's stoic. And he stiff and he just, he
- 8:22just determines things without any any pulse, any feeling know.
- 8:27He has great feelings, deep feelings.
- 8:29And in this place, he feels the pain.
- 8:31He feels the pain and he wants us to share in that pain with
- 8:34him to understand that the actions of men actually hurt the
- 8:39heart of God. Now, if we go with the King
- 8:42James rendering that, it repenteth me.
- 8:46Now when you hear repentance when we preach repentance, what
- 8:49are we telling people to do? Turn from what sin now.
- 8:55Repentance in the Greek, who knows the word?
- 9:00Metanoia doesn't just mean change of action.
- 9:04It actually means what change of mind.
- 9:07So, we do believe repentance is a turning of action, but it
- 9:10begins in a changing of way of thinking, well, we call people
- 9:13to repentance what we're saying is change the way you think
- 9:17about Sin. Change the way you think about
- 9:20your sin and as a result of changing the way you think about
- 9:24Sin, then you will turn from your sin and begin to walk in
- 9:28accordance to God's ways in his will but man repents differently
- 9:32than God repents when man repents he changes his attitude
- 9:37about Sin. When God repents he changes his
- 9:41attitude about a man and what he feels about a man.
- 9:46God, never repent of sin. We know that he's perfect but
- 9:49God does repent. He does have a change of mind
- 9:52when man chooses to sin and how God feels about that man or that
- 9:57woman. And so in the King James, you
- 9:59would read it in Genesis 6:1 when he describes the situation
- 10:04going on on the earth with all the violence and the perversion,
- 10:06and Noah's day it says, and it repented the Lord that he had
- 10:10made man on the Earth. It repented the Lord that he had
- 10:14made man on the earth. Meaning what?
- 10:16I made a mistake by making these humans.
- 10:19Know he changed his thoughts, he changed his attitude.
- 10:23He changed his heart posture about, man.
- 10:27Not about Sin in his own heart. So that's what we see here, we
- 10:33see it. Clear, but what's interesting
- 10:36about this verse is that we don't just learn about how God
- 10:38feels about Sin. Listen, we learn about how
- 10:41Samuel feels about Sin. I regret that I made Saul King
- 10:46for his turn, back from following me and has not
- 10:48performed my Commandments. And then it says here and Samuel
- 10:53was angry. And Samuel was angry and he
- 10:57cried to the Lord all night. Other translations would say
- 11:03what Samuel was what grieved? An ASB, who has an ESB word.
- 11:12What's the word used distressed? ESV angry.
- 11:21I believe that, yes, we got it right.
- 11:23When you go to the Hebrew Cara. I believe is the word of for not
- 11:27Daniel Bennett will rebuke me later if I got it wrong.
- 11:30Good, I passed. To be hot to be furious to burn
- 11:37with anger. Now let me ask you this.
- 11:41How many people today respond to sin, in like manner?
- 11:46How many people today, do you think in the church and get
- 11:48angry about Sin? We are more willing to tolerate
- 11:53Disobedience than be upset about it.
- 11:55And when somebody gets upset about it, we get upset with
- 11:58them. Samuel was angry, he was mad.
- 12:04I'm sure his face turned red. I'm sure he paced back and forth
- 12:06in his room. I'm sure he expressed himself in
- 12:10the presence of God. It's okay to be angry if it's
- 12:16righteous anger. Now, I know the other side where
- 12:19people get angry and they say it's righteous anger, when it's
- 12:21really unjustified anger. And we see a balance here with
- 12:23Samuel. Samuel was angry, but here's the
- 12:26other side and he cried to the Lord all night, there's the
- 12:29compassionate side, there's a humility.
- 12:31There's the Brokenness. There's a realization that sin
- 12:34can affect all of us. Even a king.
- 12:37There is his intercession for the very man that he was angry
- 12:39with because he had sinned against God.
- 12:41So blatantly He was angry. Why do you think Samuel was
- 12:47angry? You know, the foundational
- 12:51framework for knowing god is by being biblically sound.
- 12:56And feel a logically accurate. There is no debate about that.
- 12:59You can't claim to know God, if you don't know his word, But
- 13:03Samuel proves knowing god is, is greater than that.
- 13:06It's not just knowing the word, there's another factor that
- 13:09measures. How a man or woman knows.
- 13:11God, not just knowing what he says, but you feel what he
- 13:14feels. You feel what he feels and what
- 13:19angers him angers you and what Grieves him will grieve you.
- 13:23And what pleases him will excite you?
- 13:28And Samuel here is proving that when you are close to God and
- 13:31this man was close to God. He had a prayer life, unlike
- 13:35very few When Samuel was angry, it was a reflection that he
- 13:40shared God's pain and frustration and it was
- 13:43completely righteous. Would you like proof to know
- 13:46that when you get to know God, you will feel what he feels.
- 13:49Here's a couple scriptures, Moses a man who's spent time
- 13:52with God as a man who spoke to someone face to face when Moses
- 13:55was up on that mountain getting the law of God.
- 13:58The Israelites were like, Pastor.
- 13:59Moses is taking a while. Let's have a party.
- 14:05They make it an idol and they dance around naked and they
- 14:07commit gross sexual acts with one another.
- 14:09While Moses is getting the next steps for the people of God, and
- 14:12is programmed for this nation. God brings it up to Moses and it
- 14:17says, clearly that he burned with anger got burned with
- 14:21anger, and then we read in Exodus. 32.
- 14:28And as soon as he came near verse 19, the camp and saw the
- 14:32calf and the dancing Moses anger burned hot.
- 14:37And he threw the tablets out of his hands and broke them at the
- 14:40foot of the mountain. Why was Moses angry?
- 14:44Because God was angry. Why was Moses so frustrated?
- 14:49Why was he ready to discipline and a righteous way?
- 14:51As a leader? Because he knew God's heart, his
- 14:55feelings were filtered by God's feelings.
- 14:58I don't know. Brother anger anger is not is
- 15:02not right? I don't think you're, I think
- 15:03you're digging too much into the text.
- 15:05Okay, let's go with Jeremiah 1517.
- 15:07Here's a prophet. And look what Jeremiah says in
- 15:10that amazing chapter in Jeremiah 1517.
- 15:13I did not sin in the company. Revelers, nor did I Rejoice, I
- 15:17sat alone because your hand was upon me for you had filled me
- 15:22with indignation, Satan filled me with indignation.
- 15:27My Flesh filled me with, indignation know.
- 15:30You filled me with indignation, oh, you want God's hand on your
- 15:33life? Yeah.
- 15:35God, lay your hand on my life. Used me fill me.
- 15:38Clothe me. You might just get angry.
- 15:42You might get angry at all the perversion in the world.
- 15:44You won't sit back lightly. See why the world is
- 15:46desensitized by the media, and by the Casual approach of not
- 15:49just the world, but even those in the church you spend time
- 15:52with God, you sit alone with God.
- 15:54You go to the mountain and sit at God's feet.
- 15:55And you opened this word, you get a prayer life and you will
- 15:59feel things that the average person will not feel.
- 16:03You will sense things that the average person will not Sense.
- 16:06On top of that, you might be criticized for it.
- 16:10But I'm telling you this, a man who knows, God doesn't just know
- 16:13what he says, he knows what he feels.
- 16:18Does wickedness bother you tonight?
- 16:22This compromising Christianity. Eat at your soul.
- 16:29When you know, somebody likes, all who has had so many chances,
- 16:31yet continues to rebel against God, with such an influence in
- 16:34such a platform. Does it ruin your day?
- 16:38At least in part? Do you feel the weight of it?
- 16:43These men did these men did. But remember the balance, they
- 16:48also knew how to cry out to God for them.
- 16:50Have mercy. Lord, knew something about this
- 16:52intervene. Heal them convict them.
- 16:55They didn't go out and whip people into their place, but
- 16:58they did feel something. Samuel was angry and he cried to
- 17:04the Lord, all night, verse 12, and Samuel Rose early to meet
- 17:08saw, seems like somebody wants to deal with the sin issue once
- 17:10and for all seems like these not waiting, he's not delaying,
- 17:14we're going to deal with this right here right now.
- 17:18He rises showcasing his willingness, and his eagerness
- 17:22to try to confront this and deal with it.
- 17:25And it was told Samuel salt came to caramel so he's trying to
- 17:28find about where the whereabouts of Saul is, he's asking
- 17:31questions that somebody comes up says, you know, he was in Carmel
- 17:34before he went to gilgal and he actually set up a monument for
- 17:37himself. I mean there's something wrong
- 17:42with this guy. Here he is claiming victory over
- 17:47the amalekites, and the first thing that comes to his mind
- 17:49before he even goes back to where he needs to.
- 17:51Go back is to set up a permanent plaque with his name.
- 17:54So that the rest of the nation for generations to come would
- 17:57realize saw was the one who had this Victory saw was the one who
- 18:01conquered the amalekites, the ancient enemy of Israel.
- 18:05And so this man from chapter 13, we read that not only is he
- 18:09willing to take the credit for his own son for defeating the
- 18:12Garrison of the Philistines and trumpet to the whole nation,
- 18:16Saul has defeated the Garrison of the Philistines.
- 18:19We now come to the place, we now come to such a low place, where
- 18:24Saul is ready to make a statue in his own name.
- 18:29And not take credit from his son.
- 18:32Take credit from God himself. Think about Bible study tonight,
- 18:38when was the last time we saw a man of God Performing a great
- 18:44victory over the same people group The amalekites think think
- 18:49when you're ready answer, if you feel confident Joshua?
- 18:53Yes, and who was over Joshua? Moses very good.
- 18:57Go to Exodus 17. This is where the whole issue
- 19:01with the amalekites even began. We remember that the amalekites
- 19:04were the first people to attack Israel, when they came out of
- 19:07Egypt. But we also know that there was
- 19:09a great blow against the amalekites and I want you to see
- 19:12an Is 17 the response of Moses to this victory in comparison to
- 19:17the response of Saul in this place, Exodus 17 verse 13.
- 19:24And Joshua overwhelmed amalek and his people with the sword.
- 19:29Then the Lord said to Moses, write this as a memorial and a
- 19:33book and recited in the ears of Joshua that I will surely blot
- 19:38out. Utterly blot out the memory of
- 19:41amalek from under heaven. Now look at the reaction verse
- 19:4315 and Moses built what an altar and called the name of it.
- 19:48The Lord is my banner. Wow.
- 19:52The Lord is my banner saying a hand upon the throne of the
- 19:55Lord. The Lord will have war with
- 19:58amalek from generation to generation.
- 20:00What did Moses built? And Altar and he called it, the
- 20:05Lord is my banner. What, it's all built a monument
- 20:09and he put his name on it. And the man turned his ministry
- 20:15into a monument. You see the difference?
- 20:19You see the difference between a man of God on a man who claims
- 20:21to be a man of God, one yearns and longs to make every
- 20:25opportunity to be about God being glorified and exalted in
- 20:27his life. What's the difference?
- 20:29The other, who claims to be a man of God takes every
- 20:32opportunity to use God for his own Glory.
- 20:35That's the difference. And that's what's Happening
- 20:38Here. Saul is using God for his own
- 20:42Glory. Moses was used by God for God's
- 20:44glory. And listen, if you will take,
- 20:49you're willing to take from God. What solely belongs to him, you
- 20:51are stealing. And you know what God says about
- 20:56thieves? And you know what God says about
- 20:59those who try to try to take his glory, when Isaiah tells us, I
- 21:04share it with no one saw was playing a very dangerous game
- 21:08and he's about to find out very quickly.
- 21:10How dangerous it is? But what's amazing here is that
- 21:15the contrast between solid Samuel, what was Samuel doing
- 21:18the night before, when he realized Saul sinned, he
- 21:22grieved, he cried. He was broken, he was shattered.
- 21:29What was Saul doing? Building a monument for his own
- 21:33name? See the response to this sin.
- 21:37Here's a man of God, that is broken over, someone else's sin
- 21:40and here's the man who's in sin, that is taking this opportunity
- 21:43to actually magnify himself. And what we see next year?
- 21:51Shows us the impression that this man was really deceived
- 21:56because of his own pride. In fact, what he's about to do
- 21:59next would actually perhaps impress the gullible.
- 22:02What he's about to say now, when Samuel confronts them might even
- 22:06trick. Those who don't understand that.
- 22:08Just because you say the right things, doesn't mean your heart
- 22:12is right before, God Verse 12 and Samuel Rose early to meet
- 22:16Saul. In the morning, we are told in
- 22:17verse 13 and Samuel came to Solly finally found him.
- 22:22I wonder what was going on through Sol's mine when he saw
- 22:25this old Prophet coming up the hill and I have a feeling that
- 22:30he didn't have a smile on his face.
- 22:33Samuel came to Saul and Saul said to him, this bug me when I
- 22:36read it It's bugging me. Blessed Be You To The Lord.
- 22:44I have performed the Commandment of the Lord good things.
- 22:48Samuel was praying all night before he met with this man. and
- 22:56that's important to actually highlight, because we're about
- 23:01to see how Samuel confront sin, and it provides wonderful
- 23:04lessons for us confronting sin. But before that, notice his
- 23:07greeting. Do such words hold any weight
- 23:11for someone who deliberately Rebels against God's word?
- 23:16There's someone here proved to be sincere.
- 23:19Do you read this and take this seriously?
- 23:22I hope not. Because this is flattery and not
- 23:27only, is it flattery. It's a an attempt to try to use
- 23:32spiritual phraseology to try to convince someone else of their
- 23:37personal spiritual condition, and worse than that trying to
- 23:41advance their personal agenda. Have you ever met somebody that
- 23:46talks like that? you see, when you try to talk
- 23:51like a spiritual person and you are not a spiritual person,
- 23:55person It doesn't fit you it's like you wearing a small shirt
- 24:00when everyone knows you're supposed to be wearing extra
- 24:02large. Stop doing that.
- 24:07And you think it's actually working to your purpose when all
- 24:10the while people can see right through it.
- 24:16Blessed Be You To The Lord, I have obeyed the Commandment of
- 24:20the Lord. What's all is doing here is what
- 24:24people try to do when they get around the pasture.
- 24:30Oh, it's spiritual people that are sincere followers of Christ.
- 24:32They just turn on the spiritual kind of attitude and they bring
- 24:38this vocabulary and they bring scripture references and
- 24:42everyone knows you're not that person.
- 24:45If you're discerning. And they try to persuade others
- 24:50of their purity and their passion for God.
- 24:53And let me tell you this, if you ever feel that Temptation, I
- 24:55want to help you overcome that Temptation once.
- 24:57And for all you will, you will never have to deal with that
- 24:59Temptation. If you just listen to this, you
- 25:00ready, get a real relationship with God.
- 25:03That's it. So, once a frog, get to his
- 25:07word, be broken in his presence, spent time with him.
- 25:10And guess what? You won't even have to think
- 25:12about how you're going to speak. You know what?
- 25:14In fact, let me tell you this, the truly spiritual Person is
- 25:18known as a spiritual person, when they're all the more
- 25:21natural. The most spiritual people.
- 25:23I know are very, very normal. And natural.
- 25:28They don't put on a face. They don't turn on the
- 25:30vocabulary. No, no, they are just them and
- 25:33even if they don't bring up scriptural references all the
- 25:35time and they don't quote things to them.
- 25:36They don't tell you about what they've done for God.
- 25:38It's amazing that you can sense this person truly Walks With
- 25:41God. One of my friends used to say
- 25:46this when I first got saved he goes, everybody usually has a
- 25:49realness detector in them. Not everybody.
- 25:53There's some people that are easily fooled, but anybody that
- 25:56spends time in the word of God, that knows God.
- 25:58That praised as a prayer life that walks in Holiness, he
- 26:02develop a discernment and I would recommend never trying to
- 26:05do this with a profit, by the way.
- 26:11But unfortunately, likes all people use the word of God and
- 26:14try to put on a spiritual mask to achieve a personal fleshly
- 26:17agenda. And there are times when people
- 26:20who greet you in the name of the Lord blessed be to the Lord and
- 26:25they even boast of their own Devotion to Lord, I have obeyed
- 26:28the Commandment of the Lord, when last night, they just send
- 26:31with no problem. Why are we still doing this?
- 26:39Because he thought that he could hide his Disobedience and he
- 26:43thought that he could cover it. in front of a prophet and you
- 26:49might You might be good at tricking.
- 26:54A pastor. You might fool your
- 26:56congregation. I promise you.
- 27:00You can't trick God, ever. And that's what we see here in
- 27:07verse 14. and Samuel said what then is this bleeding of the
- 27:13sheep in my ears and the lowing of The Oxen that I here, I love
- 27:19Prophets. See profits not just profits.
- 27:24Men of God, woman of God. Don't look at somebody's words
- 27:29only that's not the some evidence of who they are as a
- 27:31person, they evaluate your life. They look at the actions.
- 27:37They look at your social media. They look how you talk in
- 27:40different settings. They want to see consistency.
- 27:46And this man didn't buy it. This man wasn't persuaded.
- 27:49He wasn't flattered, he was looking at the evidence that was
- 27:52provided him. and what he does is quite incredible because he
- 27:58He questions him and he says, what, what is it that?
- 28:03I'm hearing them, I hear sheep and I hear ox.
- 28:07And why is that concerning? Because the commitment was
- 28:09Slaughter, every living thing among the citizens of men alike,
- 28:15Here is a man who is prayed up. And here is a man as I said
- 28:20earlier, who knew how to confront someone in their sin.
- 28:22You know what, so wise about what he's doing here is that he
- 28:24doesn't point and accuse immediately?
- 28:26He asked questions? And he allows the individual if
- 28:29they're honest enough to come to that conclusion for themselves,
- 28:32there are times in which the prophet or the Christian must
- 28:35call outs in immediately less that person put himself, or
- 28:39others in danger. But there is also a great
- 28:41wisdom, if we're trying to win somebody back to repentance.
- 28:46To like our Lord and Savior. Jesus Christ used Parables and
- 28:50questions to allow the person who is in the wrong, whether in
- 28:55judgment or indeed to come to the conclusion of where they
- 28:57stand on their own, there's great wisdom in that.
- 29:02So what is this, you're telling me blessed me that I obey the
- 29:04Commandment of the Lord. Then why am I seeing what I'm
- 29:07not supposed to be seeing? Why am I hearing what?
- 29:08I'm not supposed to be hearing. I just offer you that advice
- 29:12when you ever have to counsel someone or have a conversation
- 29:15with someone that might be. Her uncomfortable ask questions
- 29:18and let them Discover it if they're honest enough.
- 29:21But the principal here of Samuel confronting Saul's far greater
- 29:24than giving us, some kind of guidance and how we confront
- 29:29people in their sin. You ready for this?
- 29:31I hear the Sheep. I hear The Oxen this teaches us
- 29:36that, no matter how much you try to hide your sin, your sin will
- 29:39always find a way to tell on you.
- 29:44Always. Always. and I'll tell you this,
- 29:53I don't want to give credit to sin, but sin has a creative way
- 29:57of exposing people. There are many things that
- 30:01professing Christians claim to believe, I don't really believe
- 30:04a lot. And here's one of the things
- 30:07that many people don't actually believe about the word of God
- 30:10that when you try to Concealed unrepentant sin and hold on to
- 30:18it while bearing the testimony of Christ that God will expose
- 30:24you. You will.
- 30:27People don't believe that though people really don't believe
- 30:30that. I'm not talking about those who
- 30:32know that they're wrong and they want to confess.
- 30:35I'm not talking about those who are in wrong and eventually they
- 30:38confess, I'm talking about those who do not want to confess and
- 30:42are trying to navigate through life in a way that they can
- 30:44Harbor. Something that God says, that
- 30:46shouldn't be in your life. You want me to prove how I know
- 30:50that most Christians. Don't believe that this is true
- 30:53that God will pull the sheets. And expose somebody who claims
- 30:58to serve him go to Ecclesiastes, chapter 10.
- 31:03And look at verse 20 just as one example.
- 31:14Can you please remember this? If you do not confess your sin,
- 31:19whether it's a private sin before God or public sin before
- 31:22the ones that you've sinned against or send with.
- 31:24If you do not confess your sin, hear me sin will confess you.
- 31:33Ecclesiastes. 10:20 Even in your thoughts, do not curse the king.
- 31:41Nor in your bedroom, cursed, the rich for a bird of the air will
- 31:45carry your voice or some winged creature.
- 31:48Tell the matter. That's how I know most
- 31:51Christians, don't believe that God can actually reveal your
- 31:53sin. Because Solomon in his wisdom in
- 31:57his observation but more importantly inspired by the Holy
- 31:59Spirit. He warns about speaking evil
- 32:01against those who are in Authority namely Kings or those
- 32:05who are wealthy. But the truth extends to all
- 32:07people. And what he's saying here is
- 32:09that the slanderous and viciousness of our words though
- 32:13expressed in secret or perhaps through agreement of
- 32:16confidentiality when it is wicked in nature it will find
- 32:21its way to the ears of those that you did not. and to hear,
- 32:28And the hyperbolic language of birds and winged creatures.
- 32:32That's that's being used to say that there is mysterious and
- 32:37unforeseen means by which that is accomplished.
- 32:42We, you think to yourself? How did that get from here to
- 32:45there? Let me tell you how the walls
- 32:47have ears. And I'm using just one example
- 32:51of speech. I'm not talking about great sins
- 32:54that we would categorize, as gross sense.
- 32:56I'm talking about things like speaking in a way of which you
- 33:00plan to assault or degrade or destroy someone else.
- 33:06The Bible says the little birdie will hear what you say and we'll
- 33:12find a way to be able to pass it on to the person or persons that
- 33:16you did not intend to hear. I wonder if we really believe
- 33:21that how our conversations and private would be different.
- 33:26I wonder what personal Holiness would look like.
- 33:29I wonder what my time in my bedroom with the computer or my
- 33:34phone would look like if I really believe that.
- 33:38I wonder what my handling of money would look like when
- 33:41nobody else is watching. I wonder what my taxes would
- 33:43look like. I wonder what how wonder what
- 33:48Holiness would be if I really believe that God was everywhere.
- 33:50I was If you don't confess sin, God gives chances.
- 33:57I believe that God is a God who gives so many chances and and we
- 34:01can debate this But even when you when you hear these great
- 34:06scandals of great ministers, I believe before that fall or
- 34:10that, that exposure. There have been warning after
- 34:13warning after warning. Given to that person before.
- 34:17God said enough is enough. You cannot continue doing this
- 34:21in private. My name is at stake, you are
- 34:23hurting people and you're claiming to be my follower, my
- 34:26servant. Your sin will always tell on you
- 34:35when you try to Harbor it or justify it.
- 34:40And that's true in Proverbs 28:13.
- 34:41If you want a verse for Life years, one of them, whoever
- 34:44conceals his transgression will not prosper.
- 34:49But he who confesses and forsakes them will, obtain
- 34:52Mercy, whoever conceals his transgression, he try to take
- 34:57that beach ball and you try to stuff it into the water and
- 34:59you're saying I could keep it and relaxing you know you lose
- 35:01grip and it just shows up on the other end will not Prosper.
- 35:05You won't succeed. This is a law that no Sinner and
- 35:08secret has been able to overcome especially when that sin has to
- 35:13deal with someone else that you're sinning with or sinning
- 35:18against. Covering.
- 35:22Our sin has been woven in the fabric of our nature, since the
- 35:26fall. The first respond, one of the
- 35:28first response of Adam and Eve was to do what create clothing
- 35:31with fig leaves. And we've been trying to do it
- 35:34ever since We're trying to cover.
- 35:37We're trying to Shield were trying to hide and one of the
- 35:40ways that you can know if you're having victory over the old
- 35:43Adam, the old man in your life. One of the ways you can measure
- 35:46that is that you have a greater trust that you can't hide your
- 35:51sin. You have a greater Revelation
- 35:53that I can't actually. I can't build anything trick
- 35:57anyone. I can't do anything to maintain
- 36:00private iniquity in my life without God, doing something
- 36:03about it. That's one of the ways you know
- 36:06that you are growing in Holiness.
- 36:08Private sin becomes less of a reality, the notion that that
- 36:13can actually be true without any consequences dies and dies more
- 36:18and more Sal didn't have that. So what do we see here verse 15?
- 36:27Saul said, they have brought them from the amalekites for the
- 36:32people, spread the best of the sheep and of the rest, and of
- 36:34The Oxen to sacrifice to the Lord, your God, and the rest, we
- 36:37have devoted to destruction. And this man is now providing
- 36:43for us and we won't get into all of it.
- 36:44This this Friday, a series of ways of not dealing with sin
- 36:50that has been exposed. again, it's one thing for Holiness to
- 36:55be known in avoiding sin, but if we do sin, If we do sin, notice
- 37:01I said if not when, but if we do sin, those are the words of John
- 37:04and first John 2. How we respond to that sin also
- 37:09reveals where we stand with God? and when Samuel exposes him, And
- 37:17Samuel points out, the evidence saw gives this answer, isn't it
- 37:21sad? That's all interpreted the
- 37:25bleeding of the sheep much differently and Samuel did.
- 37:31Samuel heard it as Disobedience, solved that in.
- 37:35See it as that. Do you know why?
- 37:38Because that's what Pride does. Pride so deceives.
- 37:41You that even when the evidence of your wrongdoing through the
- 37:45word of God is brought before you, you don't see it.
- 37:48You're like, what's wrong with it?
- 37:52What's wrong with it? And pride is so ugly and strong
- 37:56in a person's life. They can never come to terms
- 37:59when they've done something wrong.
- 38:01They will go to all these different Avenues, before you
- 38:04get to the heart of the matter. And then actually saying, you
- 38:07know what? I have fallen short.
- 38:09That's what Pride does very difficult to deal with pride
- 38:15from Christian to Christian on a horizontal level and that's why
- 38:17God has to do with pride himself.
- 38:20God has to deal with a person who is so deceived that he
- 38:23cannot even see the wrong that he has committed.
- 38:27And so God will find a way to Humble him.
- 38:30The arrogance of Saul and his response shows that he can't
- 38:34even see sin as Sin. He can't even see it as a
- 38:38trespass. And look how he answers.
- 38:42I want you to see three points. Three highlighted insights to
- 38:46how he responds to Saul Samuel. Rather notice the first thing
- 38:50that he does. Number one, he blames others for
- 38:52his Disobedience. They have brought them from the
- 38:55amalekites. He's talking to his men were
- 38:57under him. As though he's not the
- 38:59commander-in-chief as though he's not the king who can rule
- 39:02over them and direct them as he wishes they have done it.
- 39:07Saul had no problem. Listen, Saul had no problem
- 39:11taking the credit from someone else when it didn't belong to
- 39:15him and he also had no problem giving the credit to someone who
- 39:19has done wrong or rather, when he's done wrong.
- 39:21He has no problem taking credit from somebody when he hasn't
- 39:24done right, and they have and he has no issue bouncing that
- 39:27credit to someone, when He's done wrong, not amazing.
- 39:31This man doesn't care that his sin has affected his
- 39:35relationship with God. All this man cares about is, how
- 39:38his performance is before men. That's all he cares about what
- 39:41his track record looks like on paper.
- 39:45And so he can easily say they have done it.
- 39:47He can easily say, I have done it when he hasn't done something
- 39:50good and can easily say they have done it when he's done
- 39:52something wrong. And that amazing, you want to
- 39:55know how this man is, exposing himself about how he has no
- 40:00relationship with God, keep reading look carefully.
- 40:04He says, they brought them from the amalekites for the people
- 40:08spared, the best of the sheep, and The Oxen, to the sacrifice
- 40:11to the Lord, who your God. Not my God.
- 40:20Your God, Samuel. See, we're doing this for your
- 40:25god. Oh, really?
- 40:28He's not your God. See through all the spiritual
- 40:32language. Something slipped out.
- 40:35Because eventually out of the abundance of the heart, the
- 40:37mouth speaks eventually you can close that and spray spiritual
- 40:41perfume all over. You can do whatever you want.
- 40:44Eventually the true you is going to come out your own heart will
- 40:48deceive you. And that's what's happening
- 40:53here. You're a God.
- 40:55I wonder if he caught it. I wonder what Samuel looked like
- 40:59when he said oh yeah my God, that is right.
- 41:01He is my God, it's definitely not yours.
- 41:07So what about all that spiritual talk?
- 41:08It was fake Hollow empty, it stunk had no value had nothing
- 41:14to offer. You're a God, blaming it on
- 41:18others, having no concern about how this is affecting his
- 41:22vertical. Only concern was how are men
- 41:24going to see me? I can't let people know that
- 41:26I've sinned against God. You think it was really that,
- 41:30number two, not just blaming others for this would be nice,
- 41:33but justifying the Disobedience. What does he say here?
- 41:37He says, they have brought them from the amalekites for the
- 41:40people spared, the best of the sheep and The Oxen to do, what
- 41:43to sacrifice to the Lord, your God.
- 41:47Here's a man who has framed his actions the way that many do.
- 41:51And unfortunately, some of the church that the, that the end
- 41:53justifies the means That The end justifies the means.
- 41:59And so if the goal is religious, it doesn't matter how we get
- 42:02there. If the goal is a spiritual goal,
- 42:05it doesn't matter what we have to, what we have to do and trick
- 42:09and kind of deceive, and it doesn't matter, because that's
- 42:13the goal. God does care about the means.
- 42:18God does care about the means. In fact, if the end is a
- 42:22righteous end and the means are wicked, that spoils the end.
- 42:26Anyway, And so let's look at this on a grander level.
- 42:30We can't preach on certain things because we want to bring
- 42:33people in. And when we bring them, then
- 42:34we'll talk about the hard subject.
- 42:35Let's just reel em in. Oh, really?
- 42:38You really think that once you fill the place in, then you're
- 42:40going to speak about the things that you weren't willing to
- 42:42speak about in the beginning. Do you see any person who tries
- 42:46to live their life in a way in which the end justifies?
- 42:50The means that is breeding ground for compromise, whether
- 42:53on a macro level or a Minor level.
- 42:56Here's proof. I'm going to marry her anyway.
- 43:00Babe, we're going to get we're going to get married.
- 43:02Anyway. So who cares?
- 43:03I mean, I'm going to put a ring on your finger.
- 43:05We're going to go to the altar. I got already revealed to me
- 43:08that you're the ones. Who, why don't we just mess
- 43:09around? Who cares?
- 43:13The end justify the means. We're going to sacrifice this to
- 43:20God. We're going to give this to the
- 43:23Lord, then it asks you to sacrifice it.
- 43:27The Lord asks you to kill it. And not only do people justify
- 43:34their Disobedience. Look, what's all does here?
- 43:37He actually distracts he attempts to distract Samuel from
- 43:41the Disobedience because what does he say in the end and the
- 43:45rest, we have devoted to destruction.
- 43:50See how he puts a exclamation mark, at the end of all this
- 43:53thing. So, yeah, Samuel look.
- 43:56We did keep his, but it's to sacrifice and say, did you
- 44:00notice that we destroyed everything else?
- 44:03Do you notice that that in the midst of all this, I know it's
- 44:06weird and it's confusing and it's chaotic.
- 44:08I know that it looks kind of looks kind of shady.
- 44:11But look at the good. Look at the good that we did.
- 44:15People are like that. People, when they are caught in
- 44:19sin and they are proud, will fish back to the past and try to
- 44:25resurface the good that they've done, thinking that that will,
- 44:29that will soften the seriousness of the present moment.
- 44:33Do you realize what I've done? For God, do you realize who I am
- 44:36do? You realize what you realize my
- 44:37history. So how can you, how can you do
- 44:39this to me? Now, how can you say that I'm
- 44:42wrong? Now, how can you say that?
- 44:43I'm in danger of discipline now? And so this is a distraction
- 44:49this is an attempt to say don't look at the wrong that I've
- 44:51committed. Look at the right that I've
- 44:53done. And yeah this is wrong but let's
- 44:54get over it. Come on.
- 44:58And you learned last week, you learned last week that God does
- 45:01not esteem obedience the same way a man does.
- 45:04If the man and his flesh was here.
- 45:06This, some would say, you know what?
- 45:08Yeah, it is one guy, a gag. I mean, you killed an entire
- 45:11people group. You left one guy.
- 45:14What's one guy really? What's one guy?
- 45:18You're right. Where's that Memorial?
- 45:19By the way I want to go see what you did.
- 45:20Let's go check it out. That's how men would see it.
- 45:23God says everything. And when God says everything,
- 45:25it's everything period. Full stop.
- 45:31By the way, notice what he said. He says in the beginning they
- 45:37have brought them from the amalekites, right?
- 45:39He blames the people. They brought them from the
- 45:41amalekites and how does he end it?
- 45:43But we have devoted them to destruction.
- 45:47Wow, this guy has issues. They have done the wrong but we
- 45:55have devoted them to destruction.
- 46:01Did they really? Do they actually destroy all the
- 46:08amalekites? How do you know?
- 46:13Somebody said something? The king, not just the king.
- 46:17I'm not talking about the king, because Samuel is about to kill
- 46:19The King, and I would have been mission accomplished.
- 46:25How do you know that Saul's even telling the truth here that he
- 46:30killed every single? Cuz, look at verse 20, come down
- 46:32to verse 20 with me And Saul said to Samuel, I have obeyed
- 46:38the voice of the Lord, I have gone on the mission on which the
- 46:40Lord sent me. I have brought a gag, the king
- 46:43of amalek and I have devoted the amalekites to destruction.
- 46:47So he's even claiming I have devoted every other amalekite to
- 46:51destruction, really Did he? Go few chapters later.
- 47:01Go to chapter 27. this is when David shows up on the scene.
- 47:17And what do we read in verse 8. Now, David and his men went up
- 47:21and made raids against the guess.
- 47:22She writes the girls Ides and who the amalekites for.
- 47:27These were the inhabitants of the land from of old as far as
- 47:30Shore to the land of Egypt. Well, while well, Looks like
- 47:39somebody didn't destroy all the amalekites.
- 47:41Even when he claimed to say I did because Samuel is going to
- 47:47kill the king and if he's the last of the last, how do they
- 47:49show up again, just in a few chapters?
- 47:52Somebody didn't do his job. So now we get an extra layer and
- 47:58understanding of how great this Disobedience was and God's eyes.
- 48:02It wasn't just that he left one, he lied about killing the
- 48:05others. This is serious and God is going
- 48:11to bring Swift discipline because of it.
- 48:14And notice what Samuel says in verse 16, that Samuel said to
- 48:17Saul stop enough. Enough is enough, man.
- 48:21The new King James says, be quiet.
- 48:25Because the tendency of those who are caught in sin and
- 48:27they're in the wrong and they don't want to confess his that
- 48:28they ramble on, they keep talking and they try to bring in
- 48:32all these different things to either manipulate the situation
- 48:35or convince you otherwise or deflate a tense moment.
- 48:40So I can just imagine it based on this word stop.
- 48:43I can just imagine Saul saying, well you know what?
- 48:46They have done it, they've sent the amalekites and and we even
- 48:49brought them out so that they can dedicated to the Lord and we
- 48:52have devoted to this Russia and it's the same adjusted enough.
- 48:56Stop it. He says, I will tell you what
- 49:01the Lord said to me this night. If he asks him to be quiet, he
- 49:09asked them to stop okay? Because she's revealed enough
- 49:12your excuses, do not work. There's no way of justifying
- 49:17your Disobedience. Now what was the command?
- 49:20What was the command? Stop new King.
- 49:23James be quiet. Did he obey the command?
- 49:27No. because what he said at the end and he said them speak You
- 49:34couldn't even obey that command. Do you think the prophet needed
- 49:37your permission to say something he already told you?
- 49:40I'm going to say something. He didn't need you to say speak.
- 49:42He didn't need your Authority. He didn't need your green light.
- 49:45But what he needs the last word. What his pride wouldn't let him.
- 49:51I can't let Samuel get the last word.
- 49:55So when I say mrs. Enough stop.
- 49:57I will tell you what God Said Saul's like speak.
- 50:02Speak. And then he's going to tell him
- 50:08what God Said. Because true men of God.
- 50:13Are not afraid of confronting sin.
- 50:17True. Men of God are not afraid of
- 50:20confronting sin. No matter what the cost is true,
- 50:23men of God are not afraid to confront sin.
- 50:27No matter who the person is that is in the wrong true men of God,
- 50:32only care about one thing. I am the Messenger of the Lord,
- 50:37I stand with him and for his word, do you realize that this
- 50:41King had the authority? Like King David that with Nathan
- 50:44to at one word have his neck slit?
- 50:48And you're going to see next week, Saul's aggression, when he
- 50:51grabs, Samuel by the Garmin and rips it.
- 50:55But true men of God Don't Fear men.
- 50:58When you stand in the presence of God, you can stand before
- 51:01Kings when you sit at the feet of the master, you can without
- 51:07even your voice shaking stand before, Myriad of princes, and
- 51:13evildoers. And those who have power and
- 51:15position, when you stand for righteousness, God will bless
- 51:20you. When you for the sake of your
- 51:22safety, or your reputation, or whatever else Do not stand for
- 51:28what's, right? I don't care who stands with
- 51:30you. I'd rather stand alone with God
- 51:34before the world, then stand with the world and stand against
- 51:37God any day. And he day and true men of God.
- 51:44They speak what God says, they say, What God Says, whether men
- 51:49say you can or you can't true. Men and women of God are so
- 51:54close to God. That their hearts are filled
- 51:56with the feelings of God that no matter what men do say, it
- 52:01doesn't matter. My heart is brimming with the
- 52:04knowledge of what my God asked me to do.
- 52:07And I only care about how he feels, so I will say what he
- 52:09tells. Me to say, where are those men
- 52:11of God today? Huh.
- 52:16You know what we have today in majority cowards.
- 52:22Men Pleasers. People who don't really believe
- 52:26the promises of God. People who don't really believe
- 52:30that when you are in Integrity, God will be your shield and he
- 52:33will defend you and he will step in for you.
- 52:36Where are those men? Where are those women?
- 52:42You know what we have? We have a bunch of people
- 52:44building monuments for themselves.
- 52:47We have a bunch of people that are so concerned about the
- 52:50reputation before other. So they have done this and I
- 52:52have done this and that the spiritual talk and exchange all
- 52:55this craziness, where are the prophets?
- 52:59Do we have any prophets left in America?
- 53:02Do we have any profits coming out of our seminaries?
- 53:05Do we have any prophetic voices anymore?
- 53:07Are we all just pair it? Where are the men that will
- 53:11stand in the wilderness by themselves and speak the word of
- 53:13God? No matter how much comes in?
- 53:16No matter who comes in, where are those men?
- 53:18Can? Someone say, where are those
- 53:19men? You can't get those men from
- 53:23seminaries seminars in our, I went to Summer but those men are
- 53:27birthed in the prayer closet. Those men are Heavenly born.
- 53:33Those men have come into contact with God, not with a degree now
- 53:37with a textbook, The real book. And I believe in this day, where
- 53:45there's a famine in the land, what this nation needs more than
- 53:48ever is not bigger, buildings, is not nicer lights.
- 53:51It's not cooler hipster. Looking people on the pulpit,
- 53:56What this nation needs our profits.
- 53:59I'm not talking about prophets predicted future.
- 54:00I'm talking about prophets, who point to the word of God and say
- 54:03thus says the Lord. Those projects Samuel was such a
- 54:06man, I love profits because Samuel was willing to do this
- 54:11with Saul and Nathan was willing to do it with David.
- 54:19Prophets feel what the average person doesn't feel?
- 54:23They get angry, they cry when people are still sleeping.
- 54:27They wake up early so that they can obey God.
- 54:31And they're willing to stand before any man who stands
- 54:32against God. Where are those men?
- 54:36Hmm. Cowards, and it's infecting, the
- 54:42churches. But God will raise him up
- 54:47because he never leaves a generation without a witness.
- 54:51God is too good. To leave a generation without a
- 54:55voice. and I pray that through these Bible studies and through
- 55:01the Sunday morning, and through this church, That wouldn't just
- 55:04be one voice, but voices. The voice of Elijah prepared the
- 55:09world. For the first coming of the
- 55:11Messiah, and we need the voice of Elijah to prepare the world
- 55:13for his second coming. And God is willing to raise up
- 55:17those voices. Can we pray together?
- 55:43Heavenly Father. We ask and pray.
- 55:48That these truths concerning saws life.
- 55:52Would permeate in our souls. We pray Lord that we would not
- 55:58be those who think we can trick you and trick our fellow man.
- 56:04Help us live in Holiness. Help us live in a way in which
- 56:08we sense your presence in all things. that you see us and you
- 56:16hear us and always, Do we pray? That you would keep us.
- 56:24Sensitive to your heart that we would not only know what you
- 56:28say. But feel what you feel and Lord
- 56:31that can be conjured up. That can't be provoked by our
- 56:34own self and or strength. It has to come from walking
- 56:38with. You pray that we would all have
- 56:40a closed walk with you. Lord, we ask that in this house,
- 56:47we wouldn't fierce in Not in the sense in which we fear
- 56:52condemnation, but realizing that it is so destructive.
- 56:57And if we do not confess our sin to you and when necessary
- 57:00confess it to one, another sin will find a way to confess us.
- 57:06Lord, revive your church in the fear of the Lord.
- 57:13Revive your church in the fear of God.
- 57:18Thank you that those who confess and forsake their sin will
- 57:24obtain Mercy. Lord, when you highlight that
- 57:29sin when you convict us of that sin and we run to you, you have
- 57:32nothing but Mercy, forgiveness restoration.
- 57:36But when we hide it and hide it, and think we can live with it,
- 57:41you love us too much to keep it. Lord, we pray. but the chief
- 57:51ambition of every person in this church, With the build an altar
- 57:55to you and not a monument. To give you glory for every
- 58:01Victory. Every gift we experience every
- 58:05open door every blessing whether great or small, they say, the
- 58:09Lord is my banner. The Lord is my provider, the
- 58:12Lord is my protector. The Lord is my shepherd.
- 58:17Lord, we want nothing with our name on it.
- 58:20We want your name to be known for Generations.
- 58:23Well, we thank you for a church that does love the word.
- 58:27That is not afraid. Of thus, says the Lord God your
- 58:33word. Your word is like honey to us.
- 58:40It cleanses us. It heals us.
- 58:43It, corrects us it molds us. Do we embrace the whole counsel
- 58:46of God? We embrace it.
- 58:49Oh God. Make us like Samuel.
- 58:55Who stood for what was right? who stood before the King of
- 59:00Kings before he stood before, King Saul, Who had the armies of
- 59:06heaven with him as he stood before the army of a man.
- 59:11Blessed. Be Your Name.
- 59:12We believe this book is true. We believe you are for us and
- 59:16not against us, we believe, oh God.
- 59:19That when we walk in your ways, No one can snatch us.
- 59:25No one can push us. No one can destroy us.
- 59:30You are with us in the Lions, then you're with us in the fiery
- 59:34furnace. you are with us when armies stand before us, You are
- 59:40with us when we feel like everyone else is left us.
- 59:45We love you. There is no friend like you.
- 59:48There is no Lord like you Lord. How can we not walk in
- 59:51righteousness? How can we not walk in your
- 59:53ways? There's too many blessings
- 59:55reserved for the righteous. We run in your Commandments, we
- 59:59embrace you. God for all that you are and
- 1:00:02Lord we pray for strength for any person in here that feels
- 1:00:05like giving up the feels like I'm, this is just too tiring,
- 1:00:09I'm not sure if this is worth it.
- 1:00:10I'm not sure I signed up for this but God you are worthy.
- 1:00:14You are worthy. And Lord help us remember.
- 1:00:19That Paul, he had Revelation, he had Revival, he had miraculous
- 1:00:22abilities at sometimes, he had great understanding, but he also
- 1:00:26had shipwrecks and stonings. And nights without food or
- 1:00:31sleep. And whips on his back.
- 1:00:36And the daily anxiety of how the churches he planted are doing.
- 1:00:42Lord. You are worth the suffering.
- 1:00:46You're worth it all God, you are wonderful and Lord.
- 1:00:50We know that you have suffered more than all of us combined it.
- 1:00:55You went to the cross with joy, help us endure with joy.
- 1:00:59God, we want to worship you in light of these truths your
- 1:01:03wisdom. Your wisdom is perfect.
- 1:01:07And we celebrate you in your house tonight.
- 1:01:10In Jesus name, we pray, I'm an animal.
- 1:01:13Can we stand and Worship the Lord together, please?
