- 0:49in accordance with state law. The statement said Coleman randomly
- 0:53selected twelve Kentucky counties to undergo an inquiry following the

- 1:02emphasized that the county's inclusion in the inquiry process is
- 1:06completely random. Quote. The state has been doing this for
- 1:09eight years. He said, every county is placed in a drawing,
- 1:12and ten percent of the state's one hundred and twenty
- 1:15counties are selected. That means Pike County is eventually going
- 1:18to be selected. Quote continues, It is totally random, and
- 1:23the selection was done with a live feed on YouTube
- 1:25that everybody can watch. Pew continued, but we have already
- 1:30had people on Facebook saying it was because of election fraud,
- 1:33which it is not. Pew presented the election results to

- 2:22which reviewed statutorily required election reports from the Pike County
- 2:27Clerk's office and subsequently certified the election. The only remaining
