Cork City Council has finally approved a major student housing project on Sullivan’s Quay, set to deliver up to 500 beds across 67 apartments in two towering blocks — one reaching 13 stories after revisions. BAM Property, who’ve owned the land since 2003, are bringing much-needed student accommodation to the long-vacant site, complete with gym, entertainment room, and student hub.
