- 0:00Speaker 1: Mark Womar. Well Roger Stone, of course you know the name.

- 0:11Speaker 1: lot to talk about him with him, Roger Stone. And

- 0:38Speaker 2: my books there and kind of my daily both videos
- 0:42Speaker 2: and the stuff I write. And you can also hear
- 0:45Speaker 2: my radio show there. So it's it's kind of all
- 0:48Speaker 2: inclusive stone zone dot com.
- 0:51Speaker 1: Everybody go to stone zone dot com. Hey, we've been
- 0:54Speaker 1: talking about James Comy all week and I don't know,
- 0:56Speaker 1: it seems silly sea shows, but for just for what
- 0:59Speaker 1: he did to you, this guy deserves to get the maximum.
- 1:02Speaker 1: Everything you were accused of, like almost nothing, totally nonviolent.
- 1:07Speaker 1: You turn yourself in for an of rest. This guy
- 1:09Speaker 1: launched a Normandy invasion up your front lawn and tell
- 1:13Speaker 1: everybody this story.
- 1:15Speaker 2: Yeah, it's kind of ironic because James Comy and I
- 1:18Speaker 2: were charged with exactly the same crime. He was charged
- 1:21Speaker 2: with lying under oath to Congress. In his case, he
- 1:25Speaker 2: was guilty. He specifically said under oath that he had
- 1:28Speaker 2: never shared sealed material with anyone and instructed them to
- 1:32Speaker 2: leak it. Of course, federal prosecutors had email in which
- 1:35Speaker 2: he had sent said material to Dan Richmond, a lostchool
- 1:39Speaker 2: associate of his, and instructed him very specifically to leak
- 1:43Speaker 2: it to the New York Times. In my case, to
- 1:46Speaker 2: violate the False Statement Act, one must have a motive
- 1:50Speaker 2: that it has to be wilful, the judge said my sentencing.
- 1:53Speaker 2: In my Soviet style show trial, you have been convicted
- 1:57Speaker 2: of lying to cover up for Donald Trump, to which
- 1:59Speaker 2: I say, cover up what the Russian collusion that we
- 2:02Speaker 2: now know definitively never happened. So my lawyers were in
- 2:07Speaker 2: touch with the Special Counsel's office the day before y arrest.
- 2:10Speaker 2: We gave them thirty pages of text messages that proved
- 2:14Speaker 2: that their star witness, Randy Kretica, was lying and that
- 2:18Speaker 2: I had told the truth. But they didn't care. Rather
- 2:20Speaker 2: than say, oh you should just you know, come turn
- 2:23Speaker 2: yourself in, we're going to charge you twenty nine. Heavily
- 2:26Speaker 2: armed FBI agents in full swat gear, wearing night goggles
- 2:30Speaker 2: and brandishing M four assault weapons, arrived by car, arrived
- 2:36Speaker 2: by boat, arride by helicopter to arrest me at six
- 2:39Speaker 2: o'clock in the morning and to purp walk my wife
- 2:43Speaker 2: out of the house in her nightgown so that she
- 2:46Speaker 2: was suitably humiliated because there was a CNN camera twenty
- 2:51Speaker 2: five feet from my front door when all of this
- 2:54Speaker 2: went down. Now, Mark, I have an affidavit from a
- 2:58Speaker 2: retired Fort Lauderdale police officer who was called in that
- 3:01Speaker 2: day to back up the FBI, and when he told
- 3:04Speaker 2: the CNN crew that they had to get behind the
- 3:06Speaker 2: rope line with all the rest of the media, he
- 3:09Speaker 2: was chewed out by an FBI agent who told him, no,
- 3:12Speaker 2: they have special permission to be here.
- 3:14Speaker 1: Wow, now, obviously they were invited. How else would they
- 3:17Speaker 1: have even known about their raid? Obviously call me well.
- 3:19Speaker 2: In fact, in fact, I was arrested at six eleven.
- 3:23Speaker 2: At six twenty two, a producer from CNN let my
- 3:27Speaker 2: lawyer know by text that I had been arrested, and
- 3:30Speaker 2: she actually attached a copy of my sealed indictment. My
- 3:34Speaker 2: sealed criminal indictment, had no timestamps on, it had no
- 3:38Speaker 2: court markings on. It wasn't unsealed until eleven thirty that morning.
- 3:42Speaker 2: So how did CNN know. Well, if you went to
- 3:45Speaker 2: the metadata tags on that document, you have the initials
- 3:49Speaker 2: of the man who wrote it and therefore the man
- 3:50Speaker 2: who leaked it, Andrew Weisman, the single most corrupt prosecutor
- 3:54Speaker 2: in American history.
- 3:56Speaker 1: Wow, you know, I don't really know these guys well.
- 3:59Speaker 1: But the Robert it seemed like an honest guy. How
- 4:01Speaker 1: does he end up with Weissman with Komi as his
- 4:04Speaker 1: number two? Is Muller at that bad a guy? I
- 4:08Speaker 1: think that by the time he.
- 4:09Speaker 2: Was the Special Counsel he was noncompassment. To see his
- 4:13Speaker 2: performance before the House indicates to me that he was
- 4:16Speaker 2: not in his right mind. I think he was a frontman.
- 4:19Speaker 2: They were using the gravitas of his former position as
- 4:23Speaker 2: head of the FBI. I would argue with the idea
- 4:25Speaker 2: that he was a good guy. He is the guy
- 4:28Speaker 2: who failed to investigate the reports of men training in
- 4:32Speaker 2: northern Florida going to a flight school there very focused
- 4:36Speaker 2: on how to take off, not too focused on how
- 4:39Speaker 2: to land. Well, four of those people turned out to
- 4:42Speaker 2: be the nine to eleven hijackers, no investigation until after
- 4:46Speaker 2: the attack. He's the same guy who took the uranium
- 4:48Speaker 2: one sample. That's what Hillary Clinton sold seventy percent control
- 4:52Speaker 2: of the uranium in this country to a Russian entity.
- 4:55Speaker 2: He's the guy who carried the sample over to Russia
- 4:58Speaker 2: for them to inspect before the sale went down. So
- 5:01Speaker 2: I would argue he was not a good guy at all.
- 5:04Speaker 1: Yeah. Now there's a lot of big Trump supporters that
- 5:06Speaker 1: are very mad. They're angry that Komi hasn't been indicted before,
- 5:11Speaker 1: that Brennan isn't in jail, that Wiseman isn't in jail.
- 5:14Speaker 1: Is that ever going to happen? Are you ever going
- 5:15Speaker 1: to see any of that?
- 5:16Speaker 2: Well, I think this is really up to Acting Attorney
- 5:19Speaker 2: General Todd blanche I mean, look, threatening the life of
- 5:22Speaker 2: the president is a far more serious crime. They're lying
- 5:25Speaker 2: under oath to caires, which is a processed crime, something
- 5:29Speaker 2: that I am not guilty of. And in this case,
- 5:33Speaker 2: the guy was the head of the FBI. He knows
- 5:34Speaker 2: what eighty six means. He knows that in mob language
- 5:38Speaker 2: that means to eliminate, to whack. He knows that so
- 5:42Speaker 2: I do think it is serious. In North Carolina is
- 5:45Speaker 2: a far more favorable jurisdiction for a fair trial than Washington, DC,
- 5:50Speaker 2: where you know they'd probably give you a medal for
- 5:52Speaker 2: that if you were a federal judge. But the more
- 5:56Speaker 2: serious crime is that of seditious conspiracy. Tolci Gabbert, who
- 6:01Speaker 2: I think is among the President's very best appointments, has
- 6:04Speaker 2: declassified the documents that proved that there was a seditious
- 6:08Speaker 2: conspiracy that began in twenty sixteen in the White House
- 6:12Speaker 2: involving Biden, Obama, Susan Rice, John Brennan, James colemy Rod Rosenstein,
- 6:21Speaker 2: Robert Muller, and others to not only create the Russian
- 6:25Speaker 2: collusion hoax. They knew the Steele dossier was a fraud.
- 6:29Speaker 2: That was their chief piece of evidence to rationalize the
- 6:32Speaker 2: appointment of Mueller. They knew there was no hack of
- 6:35Speaker 2: the Democrat National Committee. My lawyers proved that at trial.
- 6:38Speaker 2: That's when they gagged me when I was showing too
- 6:40Speaker 2: much truth. So the real question here is that seditious
- 6:45Speaker 2: conspiracy continues not only through the Russian collusion, but the
- 6:49Speaker 2: two fake impeachments which Tolci Gabbert again has released the
- 6:53Speaker 2: documents proving that that what I believe is the theft
- 6:56Speaker 2: of the twenty twenty election, the Arctic Frost investigator Trump,
- 7:00Speaker 2: which was an extra constitutional investigation. I was among those
- 7:04Speaker 2: under surveillance that were reading my emails, listening to my
- 7:07Speaker 2: phone calls. What's the probable cause for that? But it
- 7:11Speaker 2: lands at Marlago. The raid at Marlago puts this within
- 7:15Speaker 2: the jurisdiction of the US Attorney in South Florida. So,
- 7:20Speaker 2: in all honesty, Telsey Gabbert has given a first year
- 7:24Speaker 2: law student enough to indict these people. It would take
- 7:27Speaker 2: about an hour. I don't know what they are waiting for.
- 7:30Speaker 1: Yeah, it's Tulca Gabbart's report, there's your reporting, there's Greg Jarrett,
- 7:34Speaker 1: there's all this stuff. What don't we have a problem
- 7:38Speaker 1: with statute of limitations running out? This has been years
- 7:40Speaker 1: of this.
- 7:41Speaker 2: There is no statute limitations on seditious conspiracy. She is
- 7:46Speaker 2: the good news, which is the good news. So yes,
- 7:49Speaker 2: I agree with you. I wonder why these people haven't
- 7:53Speaker 2: been brought to justice. It is really about having a
- 7:55Speaker 2: two tier justice system. James called me lied to Congress
- 7:59Speaker 2: to hundred and fifty four times in one set down
- 8:03Speaker 2: of testimony, yet he was charged when they asked me,
- 8:08Speaker 2: did you ever get an email from Steve benn And? And
- 8:10Speaker 2: I said I don't think So they produced the email.
- 8:13Speaker 2: It was a link to the front page of that
- 8:16Speaker 2: day's New York Times. So what what? What did that prove?
- 8:20Speaker 1: But again, a lot of supporters we see how ruthless
- 8:22Speaker 1: Biden Brennan. They're ruthless. They'll do anything, They'll kill anybody
- 8:26Speaker 1: in the way. President Trump won't do that. But some
- 8:30Speaker 1: argue he's got to start doing But is it the
- 8:32Speaker 1: case where you can't start doing what they do? It
- 8:35Speaker 1: would make us just as bad as them.
- 8:38Speaker 2: No, there's a substantial difference, and that is President Trump
- 8:41Speaker 2: didn't violate the law of the Constitution. General Flynn did
- 8:44Speaker 2: not violate the law or the constitution. I didn't violate
- 8:47Speaker 2: the law or the constitution. In this case, you have
- 8:50Speaker 2: very serious crimes. These people violated the laws. Take the impeachment.
- 8:55Speaker 2: The cute twin Vinman brothers in their cute little uniforms,
- 9:00Speaker 2: insisting on being called colonel. Those guys made up their testimony.
- 9:04Speaker 2: Eric cmmeller, the CIA operative, the so called whistleblower who
- 9:08Speaker 2: denied under road that he ever talked to Adam Schiff
- 9:11Speaker 2: was being coached by Adam Schiff. The difference, Mark is
- 9:14Speaker 2: they broke the law and they violated the constitution. We
- 9:18Speaker 2: did not. That's a very substantial difference. I think they
- 9:21Speaker 2: should be prosecuted.
- 9:22Speaker 1: Yeah, well, keep pushing that, Keep pushing for that. Now,
- 9:25Speaker 1: because of all the legal torture they put you through,
- 9:28Speaker 1: you got do you still have big legal bills? Right?
- 9:30Speaker 1: You still have a legal defense fund?
- 9:32Speaker 2: Well, actually, I must admit that that I have that
- 9:35Speaker 2: I'm slowly recovering. I mean, you're right. We lost our home,
- 9:39Speaker 2: our savings, our insurance. I had to sell my electric
- 9:43Speaker 2: guitar that almost killed me, that that got me through
- 9:46Speaker 2: college by playing in a small band. So I basically
- 9:51Speaker 2: we were indigen I had to borrow money for my
- 9:54Speaker 2: adult children to live. But I have paid off an
- 9:58Speaker 2: enormous lea debt. And I just paid off an enormous
- 10:03Speaker 2: debt to the irs. You see, Hunter Biden was allowed
- 10:07Speaker 2: to walk on fifteen million dollars in taxes. They allowed
- 10:11Speaker 2: those taxes to expire. In my case, I paid them
- 10:14Speaker 2: an enormous amount, seventy five percent of which was interest
- 10:17Speaker 2: in penalties, would be, they would give me no break.
- 10:21Speaker 2: These were two thousand and six taxes, the only year
- 10:24Speaker 2: in which I was I was sure. So they sued
- 10:27Speaker 2: me in a civil suit. Not because I hid income,
- 10:30Speaker 2: not because I evaded taxes Mark. They sued me because
- 10:33Speaker 2: they breaked me financially. Then they sued me when I
- 10:36Speaker 2: couldn't make the penmance.
- 10:37Speaker 1: God, well, that's an awful chapter in America. But everybody,
- 10:42Speaker 1: go to stone Zone dot com. You can get the podcast,
